About Us
I started Vape Shop Online for a very simple reason: I was tired of overpaying for vapes online. I grew up in Leicester, worked in retail for most of my twenties, and smoked 20 a day for six years. In 2019 I switched to vaping, quit cigarettes within three months, and never went back. The problem was that every vape shop I bought from either marked up the big brands by 30β40%, or buried honest advice under affiliate spam. By 2023 I had enough of it and set up Vape Shop Online to be the version I wished existed.
We're a small, independent, family-run UK business. No private-equity owner, no hidden brand behind the brand β just a four-person team in Leicester working with established UK distributors so you get genuine stock at honest prices, shipped the same day when you order before 4pm.
