Deliciu Strawberry Kiwi Nic Salt 20mg: what it is

Deliciu Nic Salt by Vaporesso in Strawberry Kiwi is a 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid sold at 20mg/ml (2%) strength. It is built for refillable pod kits and other low-wattage, mouth-to-lung devices rather than for large sub-ohm tanks. The flavour pairs ripe red strawberry with the tart, slightly green edge of kiwi, so the sweetness is balanced instead of syrupy. If you are moving away from single-use vapes, or you already run a pod system and want a dependable fruit flavour for everyday use, this is the kind of customer the bottle is aimed at.

It helps to understand what makes a nic salt different. Traditional freebase nicotine is harsh at higher strengths, which is why freebase liquids for big tanks are usually 3mg or 6mg. Nicotine salts use a different form of nicotine paired with an acid, which feels noticeably smoother on the throat at 10mg and 20mg. That smoother feel is what makes a small pod device practical: a few puffs deliver a satisfying amount of nicotine without the rasp you would get from freebase at the same strength.

Vaporesso is widely known for its pod systems and coils, so a Deliciu liquid carrying the Vaporesso name is a natural pairing for people who already own that hardware. That said, the liquid is not locked to any one device. Any refillable pod kit that accepts a standard 10ml bottle nozzle and runs a coil in roughly the 0.6 to 1.2 ohm range will work with it.

Specifications can change between batches, so always check the label on the bottle you receive for the exact ingredient list, nicotine content and batch code. The figures on this page describe the typical profile for this style of product and are written to help you decide whether it suits you, not to replace the information printed on the pack.

On this page you will find a plain-English breakdown of the flavour, how the liquid performs, which devices suit it, how long a bottle tends to last, what to do when it misbehaves, and how it compares with other options. We have tried to be straight about the limits as well as the strengths, because a vape liquid you do not enjoy is wasted money, however well it is described.

Specifications at a glance

Here is a quick summary of the details most buyers ask about. Treat these as the typical specification for this product type and confirm them against your bottle label when it arrives.

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid for refillable devices
  • Flavour: strawberry and kiwi, a sweet-tart fruit profile
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg/ml (2%), the highest strength allowed for e-liquid sold in the UK
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the largest bottle size allowed for nicotine e-liquid in the UK
  • Nicotine type: nicotine salt, designed to feel smoother than freebase at higher strengths
  • Base: propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine blend. Nic salt liquids commonly sit near an even split, so check the label for the exact ratio
  • Best suited to: pod kits and pen-style mouth-to-lung devices
  • Coil resistance range: about 0.6 to 1.2 ohm
  • Typical power range: roughly 8 to 25 watts, depending on the coil
  • Age restriction: 18+ only, with age checks on UK orders

The 10ml bottle size and the 20mg ceiling are not marketing choices, they are UK rules. Nicotine-containing e-liquid in this country cannot be sold in refill bottles larger than 10ml, and it cannot exceed 20mg/ml. That is why you will see large 100ml bottles sold as nicotine-free shortfills with separate nicotine shots, while ready-to-vape nic salts like this one come in small bottles. It also means that 20mg is the top of the range: there is no stronger legal option to step up to.

Since single-use vapes were banned across the UK from 1 June 2025, refillable systems have become the practical route for anyone who liked the convenience of a small, simple device. A pod kit and a 10ml bottle of nic salt gives you something similar in feel, but with replaceable parts, a flavour you can swap at will, and far less waste. The trade-off is a little more hands-on maintenance: you fill the pod yourself and change the coil when it wears out.

If you are comparing this listing with others, line up the same four details each time: nicotine strength, bottle size, flavour and the PG/VG split. Those four numbers tell you most of what you need to know before you consider brand or price.

Flavour profile: strawberry meets kiwi

The first thing you notice on the inhale is the strawberry. It reads as a ripe, slightly jammy red berry rather than a candy or confectionery strawberry, with a rounded sweetness that sits in the middle of the palate. Kiwi arrives a beat later and is the part that stops the flavour getting heavy. Kiwi has a sharp, faintly green acidity, and in an e-liquid that translates to a bright tang on the sides of the tongue and a light, juicy finish on the exhale.

Strawberry and kiwi is an established pairing in fruit vaping because the two flavours behave differently across a single puff. Strawberry leads and kiwi follows, and by the end of the exhale the two have blended into a general sweet-tart fruit note that lingers briefly on the lips. Because no menthol or ice is mentioned in the product name, you should not expect a cooling sensation. If you want a chill on the exhale, an ice or menthol variant from a fruit range is the better route.

  • Inhale: ripe strawberry with a soft, rounded sweetness
  • Mid-puff: kiwi tartness, a little green and juicy
  • Exhale: blended sweet-tart fruit that fades quickly rather than coating the mouth
  • Sweetness: medium to high, in the fruit category rather than the dessert category
  • Cooling: none expected

How noticeable each flavour is depends on your device and wattage. At lower power, around 10 to 14 watts on a 0.8 ohm coil, the strawberry tends to dominate and the kiwi reads as a gentle tartness. Warmer vapour at higher settings can push the sweetness harder and may mute the subtler kiwi notes, while cooler vapour at lower settings tends to keep the tartness more distinct. Individual coils vary, so adjust in small steps of one watt rather than large jumps.

Expect a moderately sweet liquid. It is not as heavily sweetened as a candy or dessert flavour, but it is clearly sweeter than a tobacco, mint or fresh-fruit-and-ice blend. If you prefer dry or earthy flavours, this will not be your daily liquid. If you like fruit gums, fruit salads and sorbet-style profiles, it should feel familiar.

One practical note: sweet fruit liquids can cause what vapers call vaper's tongue, where the flavour seems to fade after a few days of constant use. The fix is simple. Drink some water, brush your teeth, rotate to a second flavour for a day or two, or fit a fresh coil. The liquid has not changed, but your palate has adapted.

Performance: throat hit, vapour and nicotine delivery

At 20mg/ml, nic salt is designed to deliver nicotine efficiently in small, low-power puffs. Most users report that a nic salt at this strength gives a quicker, more noticeable nicotine effect than a freebase liquid at the same number on the label, but without the harsh scratch at the back of the throat. In practice that means you take shorter, less frequent draws than you would on a large cloud-style setup.

Throat hit is the sensation you feel when vapour passes the back of your throat. With this liquid, expect a medium throat hit at typical pod wattages: noticeable enough to feel like a proper draw, but smooth enough that most people do not cough on the first puff. If you are new to 20mg, take your first few puffs gently. A slow three-second draw is plenty.

Vapour production is moderate. Nic salt liquids are commonly formulated with a more even PG/VG split than the thick, VG-heavy liquids used in sub-ohm tanks. A higher PG share carries flavour well and wicks quickly through small coils, but it produces less visible cloud. That is a feature rather than a flaw for pod users, since it keeps the flavour sharp and the device discreet. If big clouds matter to you, a nic salt pod is the wrong tool and a different style of vaping would suit you better.

Here is what to expect from a typical session:

  • Nicotine hit: fast and smooth, often satisfying within a few puffs
  • Throat hit: medium at 10 to 15 watts, firmer if you raise the power
  • Vapour volume: modest, closer to a cigarette than a cloud chaser
  • Flavour clarity: clean and defined on a fresh mesh coil, softer as the coil ages
  • Puff style: mouth-to-lung, or restricted direct-to-lung on pods with adjustable airflow

As a rough guide, many mouth-to-lung users get somewhere between 100 and 200 puffs per millilitre of liquid, depending on puff length and wattage. That puts a full 10ml bottle in the region of 1,000 to 2,000 puffs. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and your own figure will depend on how long you hold the button, how warm your settings are, and how often the coil is primed.

If the hit feels too strong, do not simply puff harder. Reduce the puff length, lower the wattage, or consider stepping down to a lower nicotine strength. If it feels weak, check the coil, check the airflow and check the pod is actually filled before assuming the liquid is the issue.

Choosing between 20mg and lower nicotine strengths

Nicotine strength is the single most important decision on this page, and it is worth getting right. The 20mg/ml (2%) strength is the highest allowed in the UK. It is intended for people who currently smoke, or who use single-use style vapes at around 20mg, and want something comparable in a refillable form. It is not intended for anyone who does not already use nicotine. If you do not smoke or vape, please do not start.

As a general guide, think about your current habit and choose the lowest strength that stops you reaching for cigarettes:

  • Heavy smokers (around 10 or more cigarettes a day): 20mg nic salt is the usual starting point, used in a low-power pod device
  • Moderate smokers or experienced vapers: 10mg nic salt is often enough, especially if you vape frequently through the day
  • Light smokers or people tapering down: a 10mg or lower strength, or a freebase liquid in a larger device, is a gentler step
  • Anyone already on 18mg to 20mg disposables: 20mg nic salt in a pod is the closest like-for-like match

Strength interacts with your device. A 20mg nic salt in a small pod at 10 to 15 watts is a well-matched combination. The same 20mg liquid in a high-powered sub-ohm tank at 50 watts or more delivers far more nicotine per puff than the liquid was designed for, and can cause nicotine overload. Symptoms include dizziness, nausea, a racing heart, sweating and headaches. If that happens, stop vaping, sit down, drink water and get some fresh air. If symptoms are severe or do not pass, seek medical advice.

A sensible approach for beginners switching from cigarettes is to start at 20mg and watch how often you reach for the device. If you find yourself chain-vaping because the hit is too gentle, 20mg may be right. If you are coughing, feeling lightheaded or finishing the day with a sore throat, step down to 10mg and see how that feels. Many people reduce strength gradually over months rather than stopping outright.

Remember that nicotine is addictive and this product is not risk-free. For people trying to stop smoking, switching to vaping is widely regarded as far less harmful than continuing to smoke, and local stop-smoking services across the UK can offer free support alongside it. Keep the liquid, and any device containing it, out of reach of children and pets.

Devices, coils and mesh technology

The best results come from matching this liquid to a refillable pod kit with a coil in the 0.6 to 1.2 ohm range. Lower resistances in that band, around 0.6 to 0.8 ohm, suit slightly warmer, more vapour-heavy settings and a looser draw. Higher resistances, around 1.0 to 1.2 ohm, suit a tight mouth-to-lung draw with a cooler vapour and lower power. If your device is adjustable, start near the middle of the recommended wattage printed on the coil and move in small steps.

Many current pod kits from Vaporesso and other makers use mesh coils. A mesh coil is a flat, perforated sheet of resistance material rather than a round wire wrapped around cotton. Because the heating surface is wider, the liquid is heated more evenly, which is why mesh coils are associated with consistent flavour, quick wicking and a smoother ramp-up. For a sweet nic salt, that evenness helps keep the strawberry and kiwi distinct instead of muddy. Traditional round-wire coils also work well with the liquid, they just tend to give a slightly narrower flavour and a little more variation between puffs.

  • Mesh coil, 0.6 to 0.8 ohm: warmer vapour, more flavour, higher liquid use
  • Mesh coil, 1.0 to 1.2 ohm: cooler, tighter draw, longer coil and liquid life
  • Standard wire coil: reliable, usually cheaper, slightly less even flavour
  • Sub-ohm coils (below 0.5 ohm): not recommended for 20mg nic salt

Before you buy, check three things on your device. First, confirm the pod has a fill port wide enough for a standard bottle nozzle. Most refillable pods are designed for this, but a few closed-pod systems are sold pre-filled and cannot be refilled. Second, check the pod capacity, which is commonly in the 2ml to 3ml range, so a 10ml bottle will fill several pods. Third, check which coil resistances your device supports, since not every coil is interchangeable between systems.

New coils need priming. Dropping liquid directly onto the coil head and letting the cotton soak for a few minutes before the first puff prevents dry hits and burnt cotton, which would otherwise ruin both the coil and the flavour. A coil running sweet fruit liquid typically lasts somewhere between one and three weeks of regular use. Sweeteners in the liquid build up on the coil over time and gradually dull the taste, so a drop in flavour is usually the signal to replace it rather than a fault with the liquid.

Bottle design, build quality and recycling

Nic salt e-liquids in the UK are supplied in small 10ml plastic bottles with a narrow nozzle for filling pods and tanks. The bottle is soft enough to squeeze, which gives you control over how much liquid leaves the nozzle, and the narrow tip fits the fill ports on most refillable pods. The cap should be tamper-evident and child-resistant, which means it needs a firm press or twist to open. Check the seal is intact when your parcel arrives, and tell us if it is not.

The label on a UK nicotine e-liquid carries mandatory information, including a health warning, the nicotine content, an ingredients list, a batch number and contact details. Read it before first use. If any of that information is missing or illegible, do not use the bottle and contact us.

A few sensible habits will keep the liquid in good condition and the bottle from leaking in your bag:

  • Store the bottle upright, with the cap fully closed, in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Wipe the nozzle after filling so residue does not seep around the cap threads
  • Keep it away from children and pets, and never leave it in a car on a warm day
  • If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water; if it gets in your eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek advice
  • Use up an opened bottle within a reasonable time, since flavour can fade and colour can darken as the liquid ages

On build quality, an e-liquid bottle is a simple object and the main things to check are that the cap closes cleanly, the nozzle is not blocked or deformed, and the label is firmly attached. A well-made 10ml bottle should not weep around the neck when stored upright.

When the bottle is empty, check your local council guidance. Many councils accept empty plastic bottles in household recycling, although the small nozzle and cap may need to be separated first, and you should let any residue dry out before disposing of it. Devices, pods with batteries and charging cables are different. These are electrical waste and should not go in your general rubbish or ordinary recycling bin. Take them to a household waste recycling centre or a retailer take-back point that accepts small electricals. Lithium batteries in particular can start fires in bin lorries and recycling plants, so it is worth the short trip to a proper drop-off point.

Battery and charging: what to know about your device

The e-liquid itself has no battery, so there is nothing to charge in the bottle. Charging concerns your pod kit or pen device, and it is worth thinking about because the battery determines how often you can fill, vape and carry on with your day. Refillable pod kits commonly use internal batteries in roughly the 400 to 1,000 mAh range, with USB-C charging now standard on newer models.

As a rough sense of scale, a 1,000 mAh cell holds about 3.7 watt-hours of energy. At 12 watts, a three-second puff uses roughly 36 joules, so one full charge should be good for a few hundred puffs. Real-world figures are lower than the arithmetic because of efficiency losses, so plan on a day of moderate use from a full charge rather than a week. Heavy users may want to top up during the day.

  • Charge with a quality cable and a standard 5V USB adapter. Avoid unbranded fast chargers with unclear output
  • Do not leave the device charging overnight unattended. Charge where you can see it, away from bedding and soft furnishings
  • Do not use a device with a swollen, hot, damaged or leaking battery. Stop using it and take it to a recycling point
  • Keep the charging port clean and dry. Liquid in the USB-C socket is a common cause of charging faults
  • Avoid draining the battery to zero repeatedly. Topping up regularly helps lithium cells last longer

Battery life and liquid consumption tend to run in step. A 2ml to 3ml pod will usually empty before or around the time a 1,000 mAh battery needs charging when you vape at moderate wattages, so many people refill the pod and recharge in the same routine. If you find the battery running out well before the pod, your wattage may be set high or the battery may be ageing. If the pod empties long before the battery, you may be using a low-resistance coil that consumes liquid faster.

Wattage settings also matter. Running a coil above its recommended range wastes battery, heats the liquid unevenly and shortens coil life. Running it below the range gives a muted, cool vapour and can feel like the coil is failing. The coil's printed range is the best starting point.

If your device has a built-in battery that stops holding charge after a year or two of daily use, that is normal wear. Recycle the whole device through an electrical recycling point and replace it, rather than trying to open or repair it yourself.

Who this liquid is for, and who should skip it

This is a straightforward fruit nic salt for adult smokers and existing vapers who want a smooth, sweet-tart flavour in a pod device. It will suit you if you recognise yourself in the list below.

  • You currently smoke and want a refillable alternative at a comparable nicotine level
  • You used 18mg to 20mg single-use vapes and want to move to a refillable system now that single-use vapes are banned
  • You prefer fruity, slightly tart flavours over dessert, tobacco or heavy menthol
  • You use a pod kit or low-power mouth-to-lung device and want a liquid made for that style
  • You value discretion, since lower-VG nic salts make smaller, faster-fading vapour

It is probably not for you in the following situations:

  • You do not smoke or vape. Nicotine is addictive, and 20mg is a strong dose for a first-time user. Please do not start
  • You are under 18. It is illegal to sell or supply vaping products to anyone under 18 in the UK, and we carry out age checks
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using nicotine products
  • You use a sub-ohm tank at high wattage. This strength and this style of liquid are not matched to that setup
  • You want huge clouds. A nic salt at 20mg is built for subtle, efficient vaping, not for vapour volume
  • You dislike sweet flavours. This is a sweet fruit profile and it will not suit tobacco or mint fans

If you are somewhere in the middle, a sensible approach is to buy one 10ml bottle first and see how your throat, your cravings and your palate respond over a week. A single bottle is a low-risk way to find out whether a flavour and strength combination works for you. Because flavours are subjective, what delights one vaper can bore another, and there is no shame in switching to a different profile if this one does not click.

Finally, remember that vaping is intended as an alternative for people who already smoke. It is not a lifestyle accessory. If you are using this liquid as a step on the way to stopping nicotine altogether, step down your strength gradually and consider free local support from stop-smoking services, which many UK areas provide alongside medication and counselling.

How to use Deliciu Nic Salt in a refillable pod

Using a nic salt liquid in a pod kit is simple once you have done it a couple of times. Work through the steps below, preferably on a clean, flat surface with a tissue to hand.

  • Switch the device off or remove the pod so it cannot fire while you fill it
  • Open the fill port on the side or top of the pod. Most pods use a silicone bung that pulls or tilts open
  • Tilt the pod and fill gently along the inside wall rather than straight down the central chimney. Stop just below the max fill line, since overfilling floods the coil and causes leaks
  • Close the fill port firmly and wipe away any liquid from the outside of the pod
  • Let the pod rest for five to ten minutes so the cotton can saturate fully. This is especially important with a new coil
  • Take a few dry draws without firing to pull liquid into the coil, then fire gently for your first puffs

For the first few puffs, use a slow, gentle draw of about two to three seconds. If your device has adjustable airflow, start with a slightly more closed setting for mouth-to-lung vaping and open it a little if the draw feels too tight. If the pod is adjustable in power, begin near the middle of the coil's recommended wattage.

A few habits make the experience more consistent:

  • Take short, spaced puffs rather than rapid back-to-back draws. Chain-vaping heats the coil faster than the cotton can refill
  • Refill the pod before it is completely empty. Running it dry causes dry hits and burnt cotton, which can ruin a coil in one go
  • Keep the device upright when not in use to avoid liquid pooling in the airflow channel
  • Do not mix different liquids or strengths in the same pod. If you switch flavours, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water and let it dry fully, or change to a fresh pod and coil
  • Replace the coil when flavour fades, vapour thins, or the liquid tastes burnt or sweet-sour

Do not top up a disposable vape with this liquid. Single-use devices are not designed to be refilled, the coil is not built for it, and attempting it can be unsafe. Use a purpose-made refillable device instead. And remember that you should only use nicotine e-liquid in a device designed for it; never swallow or inhale the bottle contents directly.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most issues with nic salt liquids come down to the coil, the fill level or the power setting, not the liquid itself. Here are the common ones and what usually fixes them.

  • Burnt or harsh taste: usually a dry hit from an unprimed or empty coil. Replace the coil if the burnt taste lingers, then prime new coils for several minutes before using them
  • Weak or flat flavour: often a worn coil or vaper's tongue. Swap in a fresh coil, rest your palate with water and a day on a different flavour, and check that the pod is properly filled
  • Leaking from the pod: commonly caused by overfilling, a poorly seated fill bung or a pod that has been left lying on its side. Fill below the max line, press the bung home firmly and store the device upright
  • Gurgling or spitting: condensation or flooding in the airflow channel. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece or wipe the airflow path with a tissue, and use a slightly lower wattage
  • No vapour but the device fires: the cotton may be dry. Dry-draw gently a few times, refill the pod and wait several minutes
  • Coughing or throat irritation: your draw may be too long or fast, or the strength may be too high for you. Shorten the puff, reduce the wattage or step down to 10mg
  • Dizziness or nausea after vaping: a sign of too much nicotine. Stop, sit down, drink water and take fresh air. Use a lower strength or lower power next time
  • Device will not charge or fire: check the USB-C port for liquid, try a different cable and adapter, and make sure the pod is seated firmly
  • Liquid has darkened: a slight darkening with age is normal for e-liquid and is not usually a problem, but if it smells off or tastes wrong, stop using it

If you have worked through these steps and a problem persists, the next question is whether the fault is with the liquid or the hardware. A simple test is to try a different coil or pod with the same liquid, or fill your pod with a different liquid you already know works. If the second liquid behaves in the same way, the device is the likely cause.

If you receive a bottle that is leaking, damaged, discoloured on arrival or has a broken seal, do not use it. Contact our team with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or refund under our returns policy. We would much rather hear about a problem early than have you put up with a poor experience.

Value for money and how it compares

Value in vaping is a combination of price per millilitre, how long a bottle lasts in your device, and how much you enjoy the flavour. A 10ml bottle is a modest outlay, and for a typical pod user at roughly 1 to 2ml a day, a bottle will last about five to ten days. That makes the weekly cost of running a pod kit comparable to, or lower than, buying single-use vapes every week, with the added benefit that the device and the pod are reused. You will also need to budget for the occasional replacement coil, which is the main running cost beyond the liquid.

Compared with single-use vapes, refillable nic salt is usually cheaper per puff, produces far less waste, and lets you change flavour whenever you wish. Single-use vapes have now been banned from sale across the UK, so this is less a choice than a replacement.

Compared with freebase shortfills and nicotine shots, nic salt in a 10ml bottle costs more per millilitre, because shortfill bottles of 50ml to 100ml are bulk-priced. However, shortfills are designed for sub-ohm tanks at higher power and use a lot more liquid per hour. They are a different kind of vaping and a poor fit for a small pod. If you want mouth-to-lung vaping with a high-strength smooth hit, nic salts remain the more practical format.

Compared with other nic salt ranges, there are plenty of well-known alternatives, including Elfliq, Dinner Lady Salts, IVG Salts and Nasty Salt, and many of them offer a strawberry or kiwi blend. We do not claim this one is better than those. Flavour is subjective, and the honest answer is that most strawberry kiwi nic salts will taste broadly similar in structure: a sweet red berry up front and a tart green note behind it. Where Deliciu may appeal is if you already use Vaporesso hardware and like the idea of matching brand and device, or if you simply enjoy this particular balance of sweetness and tartness.

Compared with a 10mg strength of the same liquid, the 20mg option costs about the same but delivers more nicotine per puff, so you may vape less often. If you find 20mg too strong, you are not locked in, and a lower-strength bottle is a reasonable next step.

To get the best value from this bottle, keep your coil fresh so flavour stays sharp, fill to the correct level to avoid waste through leaks, and store the liquid cool and dark so it holds its character to the last drop.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, 20mg or something lower?

20mg/ml is the highest strength allowed in the UK and is aimed at current smokers or people used to 18mg to 20mg disposables. If you smoke fewer cigarettes, vape frequently or find 20mg harsh or dizzying, a 10mg nic salt is a gentler choice. If you do not smoke or vape already, please do not start with this product.

Do I need to charge anything with this e-liquid?

The bottle itself has no battery, so there is nothing to charge. Charging applies to your pod kit or pen device, which usually charges over USB-C. Use a quality cable and a standard 5V adapter, and avoid leaving a charging device unattended overnight.

Can I mix it with other flavours, and are there other Deliciu variants?

Deliciu is sold in several flavours, so browse the brand page to see what is in stock. We do not recommend mixing different liquids or strengths in the same pod. If you want to swap flavours, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water, let it dry, or use a fresh pod and coil to avoid muddy tastes.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on your device and habits, but as a rough guide a mouth-to-lung user gets about 100 to 200 puffs per millilitre, which can mean 1,000 to 2,000 puffs from the bottle. For many pod users at 1 to 2ml a day, that works out at roughly five to ten days.

Is it good value compared with disposables?

A refillable pod kit with a 10ml nic salt is normally cheaper per puff than buying single-use vapes, and it creates less waste. You will need to replace the coil every one to three weeks, so factor that in. Single-use vapes are now banned from sale in the UK, so refillable systems are the practical alternative.

Who should and should not buy this?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who want a smooth, sweet-tart fruit nic salt for a pod device. It is not for under-18s, non-smokers, or anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or with a heart condition unless a doctor has said otherwise. It is also a poor match for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or refill a disposable vape with it?

We do not recommend either. A 20mg nic salt is designed for low-power, mouth-to-lung devices, and using it in a high-wattage sub-ohm tank can deliver too much nicotine. Disposable vapes are not designed to be refilled, and doing so is unsafe, so use a purpose-made refillable device.

Do you deliver across the UK, and are there age checks?

We deliver within the UK. Our delivery page lists current costs and timescales. You must be 18 or over to buy, and we carry out age verification on orders, so please make sure someone aged 18 or over can receive the parcel.

What if the bottle arrives damaged or I have a problem with it?

Do not use a bottle that is leaking, has a broken seal or looks wrong. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquid cannot normally be returned unless it is faulty, and the e-liquid carries no manufacturer warranty beyond that, though any hardware you buy separately may have its own.

How do I dispose of the empty bottle and my old devices?

Check your local council guidance for empty plastic bottles, and let any residue dry out first. Devices, batteries and charging cables are electrical waste and should be taken to a household recycling centre or a retailer take-back point, not put in general rubbish or ordinary recycling.
