Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pods Triple Mango overview

The Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pods Triple Mango is a replacement pod for the Elux Cyberover device. It arrives filled at the factory with a nicotine e-liquid in a mango flavour, so there is nothing to top up, mix or measure. You take the spent pod off the device, click the new one into place and carry on. That convenience is the whole case for the prefilled format, and it is a large part of why reusable devices with swap-in pods took over UK shelves after the ban on single-use vapes came into force on 1 June 2025.

The 6K in the name is the puff rating Elux gives the pod: roughly six thousand draws under the manufacturer's own test conditions. Treat that as a guide to relative size rather than a promise. The number you actually get depends on how long you inhale, how often you vape and which power setting your device is on. We go through that honestly in the performance section below.

Triple Mango is a single-flavour pod. It is built around mango from more than one angle rather than a single sweet note, which we describe in detail further down. If you want a different taste, the pod range is sold in other flavours and each one seats onto the same Cyberover device, so you do not need to buy a new kit just to change flavour.

This page is written for UK adults who are either moving away from smoking or already vape and want to know what they are buying before they order. We try to say what the pod does well, where it has limits and who might be better served by something else. Nothing here is medical advice, and vaping is for adult smokers and existing vapers only.

Quick facts

  • Product type: prefilled replacement pod, not a standalone device
  • Brand: Elux
  • Flavour: Triple Mango
  • Rated puff count: approximately 6,000 (manufacturer rating)
  • Nicotine: strength is printed on the pack and in the UK cannot exceed 20mg/ml (2%)
  • Coil: mesh-style coil built into the pod
  • Power source: the rechargeable battery in the Cyberover device
  • Age restriction: adults only, 18 and over

Triple Mango flavour profile

Triple Mango is, as the name implies, a mango flavour assembled from more than one expression of the fruit instead of a single flat sweet note. In e-liquid flavouring, blends sold under a 'triple' name usually combine a ripe, syrupy mango base with a brighter, slightly tart tropical layer and a softer, rounder finish. That layering is what separates a well-made mango from a one-dimensional sweet one, and it is clearly what this pod is going for.

Here is how we would describe what to expect, bearing in mind that taste is personal and strength varies a little between batches:

  • First draw: a ripe, juicy mango sweetness at the front of the tongue, closer to fruit pulp than to a boiled sweet.
  • Middle of the draw: a lighter tropical tartness that keeps the sweetness from becoming heavy. This is the part that stays interesting after several hours of use.
  • Exhale: a smooth, rounded mango aftertaste that lingers briefly on the palate without turning cloying.

This is not an ice or menthol flavour, so do not expect a cooling hit. If you are used to Ice-labelled flavours, Triple Mango will feel warmer and softer, with more of the fruit's natural sweetness showing. If you like mango with a cold finish, look for an Ice variant in the range instead and compare.

Flavour consistency is one of the main things people judge a prefilled pod on. Mango is one of the more forgiving flavour families for a pod this size because the notes are bold and sugar-forward, so they carry well through a mesh coil and still register in the last third of the pod, when subtler flavours such as cucumber, mint or some berries tend to fade. Even so, no pod tastes identical from first puff to last. Expect the flavour to be fullest across the first two thirds and to thin slightly toward the end as the liquid level drops and the coil ages.

It is worth being straightforward about sweetness. Triple Mango is a sweet flavour, and sweeteners leave more residue on a coil than an unsweetened liquid would. In practice that means the coil can lose a little sharpness earlier than it would with a tobacco or plain menthol pod. If you ever feel the flavour has gone flat after a long session, it may be your palate rather than the pod. Taste fatigue is common with sweet flavours: sip some water, wait ten minutes, or switch to a different flavour family for a day and the mango will usually taste fuller again.

If you are new to fruit flavours, mango is a sensible place to start. It is familiar, it is not as sharp as sour berry blends and it has none of the artificial edge some candy-style flavours carry. Triple Mango reads as fruit first and sweetness second, which most adults find easier to live with across a full day than a very sugary dessert profile.

Performance and puff delivery

The headline number is 6,000 puffs. Puff ratings on pods are produced by the manufacturer using a machine that takes uniform draws, typically around two or three seconds each, at a fixed interval. A person does not vape like a machine. Long, slow draws use more liquid per puff, quick sips use less, and chain vaping heats the coil faster than it can be re-wicked. So a rated 6,000 puffs should be read as an upper-bound estimate for a steady user rather than a guarantee.

To make the number useful, here is a rough conversion of rated puffs to days of use. These are illustrations, not measured results:

  • Light use, about 100 puffs a day: up to roughly two months from one pod.
  • Moderate use, about 200 puffs a day: up to roughly a month.
  • Heavier use, about 400 puffs a day: a little over two weeks.
  • Very heavy use, about 600 puffs a day: around ten days.

Most people do not count puffs, but you can get a feel for your own rate by noting the date you fit a pod and the date it runs out. After one pod you will have a personal figure that is far more reliable than any printed number, and you can plan how many pods to keep in the drawer.

On vapour output, a pod like this sits in the middle of the pod-system range. The draw is typically a restricted lung style, tighter than a sub-ohm tank but looser than a cigarette-like mouth-to-lung draw. Vapour production is moderate and throat hit is smooth when the pod is a nicotine salt formulation at the strength the pack states. It is not designed for large clouds, and if cloud production is what you want, a refillable sub-ohm kit is a better tool.

Performance across the life of the pod is generally steady. Expect strong flavour and good vapour for the bulk of the pod, followed by a gradual decline toward the end. When the liquid runs low you may notice a warmer, slightly toasty taste or reduced vapour. That is your cue to change the pod, not to keep pulling harder. Pushing a nearly empty pod burns the cotton and leaves an unpleasant taste that can linger and spoil the next pod for a few puffs.

Draw-activated firing is the norm in this class, meaning you inhale and the device fires without a button. That keeps the experience simple and removes the temptation to hold a button down, which is a common cause of overheated coils on button-fired devices.

Pod design and build quality

A prefilled pod is a small, sealed part with a lot to do. It has to hold liquid without leaking in a pocket or bag, present a comfortable mouthpiece, carry a coil that can survive thousands of heat cycles and connect cleanly to the device each time it is fitted. On the Cyberover pod, the physical design follows the pattern that works for the format: a compact moulded body, an integrated mouthpiece and a base that seats into the device's pod bay.

What to look for when a pod arrives:

  • Seals and plugs: small silicone plugs or stickers cover the airflow and liquid openings in transit. Remove any that are on the pod before first use, otherwise it will not draw.
  • Fit: the pod should push in with a clear, positive feel and sit flush with the device body. A wobble or a visible gap means it is not fully seated.
  • Mouthpiece: a moulded plastic tip that is comfortable for long sessions. Wipe it occasionally with a dry cloth if it gets sticky.
  • Liquid level: many pods in this class let you judge the remaining liquid by eye, which is the most reliable indicator of when you are close to the end.

Build quality in this category is about consistency more than finish. A good pod does not weep liquid around the base, does not gurgle in normal use and does not release a plastic smell on first draw. If you notice any of those straight out of the pack, set it aside and contact us with your order details and a photo.

Handling matters as much as manufacture. Store spare pods upright and at room temperature, away from radiators, car dashboards and direct sunlight. Heat thins the liquid and can push it past the wick, which is the usual cause of leaks. Do not squeeze the pod, do not carry it loose in a pocket with keys and do not try to open it. A pod that has been dropped hard may have a hairline crack in the body, so look it over before fitting.

The pod is a single-purpose consumable and is not designed to be refilled. Opening it voids any claim you might have, risks leaks and can damage the coil, and there is no benefit to doing it. When it is empty, replace it and dispose of it properly, as covered in the battery and recycling section.

Battery, charging and recycling

One point to be clear about from the start: the pod itself does not contain the battery. The rechargeable battery lives in the Elux Cyberover device, and the pod draws power from it when you inhale. This is the main economic advantage of the pod format. You buy the battery once and replace only the liquid and coil part, which means far less waste than a single-use vape.

Exact battery capacity depends on the device, so check the box or the instructions that came with yours. Pod devices in this class commonly carry batteries somewhere in the range of 500 to 1,000mAh, and charge through a USB-C port. On that basis, expect to charge the device several times over the life of one 6K pod. If you vape at a moderate rate, a full charge will usually get you through a day or more, though your own figure will depend on how much you use it.

Sensible charging habits keep the battery healthy and safe:

  • Use the cable that came with the device, or a reputable USB-C cable, plugged into a standard 5V adaptor or computer port.
  • Avoid cheap unbranded fast chargers and car adaptors of unknown quality.
  • Charge on a hard, clear surface, never on a bed, sofa or under a pillow.
  • Do not leave it charging unattended overnight, and unplug it once the indicator shows full.
  • Stop using the device and contact us if it becomes hot, swells, smells odd or the case deforms.

Lithium cells dislike extremes. Do not leave the device in a hot car or in freezing conditions, and if you will not use it for a few weeks, store it partly charged rather than flat or full.

Recycling in the UK. Used pods and vape devices must not go in your normal bin or kerbside recycling. They count as small electrical waste, and the lithium battery in the device can start a fire in a bin lorry or recycling plant. Retailers that sell vapes are required to take back used vaping products, and many local council household waste recycling centres have a small WEEE or vape drop-off point. Ask at any vape shop or check your council's website for the nearest location. Before dropping a pod off, do not pierce it or attempt to empty the remaining liquid. Keep it upright if there is liquid left and place it in the marked bin.

Where possible, fit and use your pods until they are genuinely empty. It reduces waste, keeps cost down and means fewer trips to a drop-off point.

Mesh coil technology explained

Inside the Cyberover pod is a coil that heats the e-liquid into vapour. Pods in this class use a mesh-style coil rather than the older round-wire spiral. A mesh coil is a thin, perforated sheet of resistance metal, rolled or shaped into a cylinder and surrounded by cotton. The cotton draws liquid in from the reservoir and the mesh heats it as you inhale.

Why does the shape matter? A flat mesh has much more surface area in contact with the cotton than a wire spiral of the same size. That brings three practical benefits:

  • Quicker heat-up: vapour appears almost as soon as you start drawing, with no lag.
  • More even heating: there are fewer hot spots, which gives a smoother flavour and reduces the chance of a scorched taste.
  • Better flavour carry: the larger vaporising area gets more out of each drop of liquid, so fruit notes like mango stay defined.

The coil resistance on pods like this typically sits somewhere around the one ohm mark, give or take, which suits a restricted lung draw and the power the device supplies. We do not quote a specific resistance figure because it is not printed on the pod, and you do not need to know it to use the product. What matters is that the coil and the device are matched, which is why you should use Cyberover pods in a Cyberover device and nothing else.

Airflow is controlled by openings built into the pod and the device. Airflow on a prefilled pod is fixed, so you cannot open it up for a looser draw. If the draw feels tight, check that no sticker or plug is still covering an opening. If it feels loose or airy, check that the pod is seated fully.

What can go wrong with a coil. The most common problem is a dry hit, a harsh, burnt taste caused by the cotton not being fully saturated. It happens when the pod is brand new and has not been given time to soak, when you take too many draws in a row, or when the liquid is nearly gone. It is avoidable. Let a new pod stand for a few minutes after fitting, take measured draws and give the coil a few seconds between puffs. If a coil does burn, there is no cure beyond replacing the pod. Persisting will only make the taste worse.

A sweet flavour like mango builds a little caramelised residue on the mesh over time, which is normal. It is one reason the flavour is strongest early in the pod's life and why pushing a pod well past empty is a poor idea.

Nicotine strength guidance for UK vapers

In the UK, nicotine e-liquid is limited to a maximum of 20mg/ml, which is 2%. That cap applies to the pods, bottles and disposables sold here, and it is why you will not find stronger options on a UK shop's shelves. The strength of your pod is printed on the packaging, and the product page shows the strength currently listed. Always check the label of the pack you receive, because that is the final word.

For context, the milligram figure is the amount of nicotine per millilitre of liquid. A higher number means more nicotine per puff, not more vapour. Most prefilled pods use nicotine salts rather than the freebase nicotine used in older bottled liquids. Nicotine salts are noticeably smoother on the throat at a given strength, which is why a 20mg/ml pod does not feel as harsh as a 20mg/ml freebase liquid would.

Here is a sensible way to think about choosing a strength, although it is general guidance and not medical advice:

  • Smoked around ten or more cigarettes a day: the highest UK strength, 20mg/ml, is the usual place to start, because it is the closest in satisfaction to what you are replacing.
  • Lighter or social smoker: a medium strength, around 10 to 12mg/ml where offered, is often enough and easier on the throat.
  • Already vaping at low strength: stay at the strength you know. Moving up without need raises your dependence without benefit.
  • Coming from a disposable at 20mg/ml: the same strength will feel familiar, though some people find a pod delivers a bit more per puff because of the larger reservoir and steadier power.

If you feel lightheaded, nauseous, jittery or get a racing heart, you are taking too much nicotine. Stop, drink some water and consider a lower strength. If you find you are chain vaping or craving constantly on a low strength, you probably need a higher one. Your own body is the most reliable guide.

Nicotine is addictive. This product is for adult smokers and vapers, and non-smokers and under 18s should not use it. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition, talk to a health professional before using any nicotine product. If your goal is to stop altogether, NHS stop-smoking services offer free support and can advise on the role vaping might play in a quit plan.

Who these pods suit, and who should skip them

Prefilled pods are a good fit for some vapers and a poor one for others. Being honest about that saves you money and frustration, so here is a plain breakdown.

These pods suit:

  • Adult smokers switching to vaping who want something simple, with no bottles, tools or settings to learn.
  • Existing Cyberover owners who need a replacement or want to try another flavour without changing hardware.
  • Former disposable users who are tired of throwing away a working battery every few weeks and want a reusable option.
  • Mango fans who want a layered, fruit-first flavour rather than a candy or dessert profile.
  • People who value consistency: factory-filled pods give you the same coil and liquid pairing every time, with no guesswork on mixing or wicking.

You should probably skip them if:

  • You do not own a Cyberover device. The pod is a consumable for that system and is not a standalone vape. It will not work in other brands' devices, and other pods will not fit this one.
  • You are under 18, or have never smoked or vaped. Nicotine is addictive and there is no reason to start.
  • You want huge clouds or adjustable power. A refillable sub-ohm or variable-wattage kit is a better tool for that.
  • Your priority is the lowest running cost. A refillable pod kit with bottled liquid is generally cheaper per millilitre, though it asks more of you in time and handling.
  • You dislike sweet flavours. Triple Mango is a sweet, fruit-driven pod. If you prefer tobacco, mint or lightly flavoured liquids, choose differently.
  • You are pregnant or have a medical condition that nicotine could affect. Speak to a health professional first.

A practical test is to ask yourself two questions. First, do you want to avoid refilling and fiddling? If yes, the prefilled format helps. Second, are you happy to buy a pod every few weeks as a running cost? If both answers are yes, this product is likely to suit you. If either is no, another format may serve you better.

How to fit and use your pod

Fitting a prefilled pod takes under a minute and needs no tools. The steps below are a general guide for the Cyberover system, and if your device's instruction sheet differs in any detail, follow the sheet.

  • Step 1, check the pack: make sure the flavour, strength and 6K marking match what you ordered, and look for any damage or leaking.
  • Step 2, prepare the pod: remove any film, sticker or silicone plug from the airflow and liquid openings. Keep the pod upright while you do this.
  • Step 3, remove the old pod: if you are replacing a pod, pull the old one straight out of the device. Do not twist hard or pry at the sides.
  • Step 4, seat the new pod: push the new pod into the pod bay until it is fully seated and flush with the body. You should feel it settle into place.
  • Step 5, let it soak: leave the device upright for a few minutes so the cotton has time to take up liquid. Skipping this is the most common cause of a harsh first puff.
  • Step 6, take gentle first draws: take two or three light, slow puffs to prime the coil before settling into your usual rhythm.

Draw-activated devices fire when you inhale, so there is no button to hold. If your device has a power or mode setting, use the setting you prefer, but start low if you are not sure. A slow, steady draw of two to three seconds is plenty. Longer draws do not give you more flavour. They heat the coil harder and can burn the cotton.

A few habits extend the life of each pod:

  • Pause for a few seconds between puffs to let the coil re-wick.
  • Avoid chain vaping, which dries the cotton and shortens the pod's life.
  • Keep the device upright when you are not using it, mouthpiece at the top.
  • Do not leave the pod in a hot place or in direct sun.
  • Replace the pod when the flavour has dropped off and vapour has thinned, rather than forcing it.

When the pod is empty, pull it out, fit the next one and take the old one to a vape recycling point. Do not put it in the household bin.

Finally, remember that this is a nicotine product. Keep pods and devices out of reach of children and pets, and store them where they cannot be mistaken for anything else.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with prefilled pods have simple causes. Work through the list below before assuming the pod is faulty. If none of it helps, contact us with your order number and a short description, and we will help.

  • No vapour or no firing: check that the pod is fully seated and that any plug or sticker has been removed. Make sure the device has charge and that the pod contacts are clean and dry. Try removing and re-fitting the pod.
  • Weak or muted flavour: a new pod may not be fully saturated, so give it a few minutes and take light draws. If the pod is old, the coil may be tired, or your palate may be fatigued from sweet flavours.
  • Burnt or harsh taste: usually a dry hit from chain vaping, a nearly empty pod or insufficient soak time. If it persists after a rest, the coil is likely burnt and the pod should be replaced.
  • Leaking or sticky pod: check that the pod is fully seated and has not been squeezed. Leaks often follow storage in heat or on its side. Wipe the pod and device contacts dry, and replace the pod if it continues.
  • Gurgling noise: a little condensation can collect at the base of the mouthpiece. Wipe the mouthpiece and take a couple of gentle puffs without inhaling deeply.
  • Device does not recognise the pod: remove it, check the contacts for liquid or debris, wipe with a dry cloth and re-fit. Confirm that this is a Cyberover pod and that the device is a Cyberover device.
  • Flashing indicator light: this often signals low battery or a connection problem. Charge the device and re-seat the pod, and refer to the leaflet for the meaning of the light.
  • Device or pod feels hot: stop using it, let it cool and do not charge it until it returns to normal. If it gets hot again, stop using it and contact us.
  • Pod runs out sooner than expected: the 6K figure is a rated estimate. Long draws, frequent use and high power settings all use liquid faster.

When to stop and ask for help. A pod that leaks significantly out of the pack, a device that swells or smells of burning, or any signs of physical damage should be set aside. Do not try to repair them. Take photos and send them to our customer service team with your order details.

If you find the pod performs normally but the flavour disappoints, remember that this is a matter of taste rather than a fault. Flavour returns are not possible once a pod has been opened and used, so if you are unsure about mango, a smaller trial purchase is a sensible way to start.

Value for money

Value is a mix of price, longevity and how much hassle a product saves you. Here is a simple way to assess it without relying on marketing claims.

Cost per day. Divide the pod's price by the number of days it lasts you. As an illustration only, and not our price, a pod costing £10 that lasts you a month works out at roughly 33p a day. At two weeks it is about 71p a day. The longer it lasts, the better the return, so track your first pod to find your own figure.

Cost per puff. If you take the rated 6,000 puffs at face value, a £10 pod comes to about 0.17p per puff. You will probably not reach the full rating every time, so treat this as the lowest your cost will plausibly go.

How it compares with other ways of vaping:

  • Single-use vapes: these can no longer be sold in the UK since the 2025 ban, and they were always wasteful because the battery was thrown away with the liquid. A reusable device with pods fixes that.
  • Refillable pod kits with bottled liquid: usually cheaper per millilitre, but you pay in time. You need to fill, prime, clean and buy coils separately.
  • Cigarettes: a pack of 20 in the UK now costs well over £15. Even a heavy pod user is likely to spend less on vaping than on smoking, though results vary and nicotine remains addictive.

What you are paying for. With a prefilled pod you are paying for convenience, consistency and the absence of mess. The coil, wicking and liquid are matched at the factory, you cannot overfill it and you never need to rewick. For many people that is worth a modest premium. If you are comfortable handling bottles and coils, a refillable system will cost less over time.

Buying more than one. If you vape daily and like this flavour, holding a spare pod means you are never caught short. Multi-pod packs and boxes are also sold in the range, usually at a lower cost per pod than buying singly. Check the other Cyberover listings on the site and compare the per-pod price.

On balance, the Cyberover pod is reasonable value for adult vapers who want a low-effort format and are happy to pay for it. It is not the cheapest way to vape and does not claim to be.

How it compares with other options and flavours

Comparisons are only useful when they are fair, so here is how the Cyberover pod stacks up against the main alternatives UK vapers consider, with the caveat that specifications and prices change and you should check current listings.

  • Elf Bar Elfa style pods: these are a popular small closed-pod system. They are compact and easy to carry, and the pods are lighter and generally priced lower. The trade-off is that a pod of that size runs out sooner, so you change them more often. The Cyberover pod is for people who want fewer changes.
  • Lost Mary and Geek Bar pod systems: these make a similar promise of convenience with their own flavour ranges and device designs. Each ties you to its own hardware, so the real question is whether you prefer the flavour range and device feel. Taste is subjective, and trying one pod is the only reliable way to know.
  • Vuse and other closed-pod systems: these are well established, with a narrow flavour range in some cases and a focus on straightforward use. They suit people who want brand familiarity.
  • Refillable pod kits and sub-ohm tanks: these cost less per millilitre and let you pick any e-liquid, but they take more learning and maintenance. They also expose you to a far larger range of products, which is an advantage if you enjoy experimenting.

The Cyberover's advantage is its large rated pod size combined with a reusable device. Its limits are that it is a closed system tied to Elux hardware, so you cannot swap in other brands' liquid, and that flavour choice is restricted to the range Elux makes.

If you want to try another flavour. The Cyberover pod range has included fruit, ice and sweet options, and availability changes, so check the live listings. Examples that have appeared in the Elux range include Blue Razz Ice, Watermelon Ice, Strawberry Kiwi, Pink Lemonade, Cherry Cola, Blueberry Sour Raspberry and Banana Ice. If you enjoy Triple Mango for its fruit-forward sweetness, the Strawberry Kiwi and Watermelon style flavours may sit nearby on your palate. If you like the tropical angle but want a cooler finish, an Ice flavour is the place to look.

You can also buy mixed boxes and multipacks of Cyberover pods, which lets you sample several flavours without committing to a full set of one. That approach is useful if you are new to the range and are not yet sure which taste you will settle on.

Our recommendation is simple. If you already own the device or plan to, Triple Mango is a sensible, uncomplicated flavour to try. If you do not, compare the whole system against the alternatives above before buying, not just the pod.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

The UK maximum is 20mg/ml, and that is the usual starting point for people who smoked around ten or more cigarettes a day. Lighter smokers and existing vapers often prefer 10 to 12mg/ml where it is offered. Check the strength on the product listing and on the pack, and stop using it if you feel dizzy or nauseous.

How do I charge the pod?

You do not charge the pod, because the battery sits in the Elux Cyberover device. Charge the device using its USB-C port and a standard 5V adaptor, on a hard surface and never unattended overnight. A pod is simply a consumable that clicks in once it is empty and needs replacing.

Can I swap flavours, and will this pod fit other devices?

You can change flavour at any time by fitting a different Cyberover pod into the same device. These pods are made for the Elux Cyberover system and will not work in other brands' devices. Check that your device is a Cyberover before ordering.

How long does one pod last?

The rated figure is about 6,000 puffs, but that is a manufacturer estimate from machine testing. A moderate user taking around 200 puffs a day might expect up to a month, while heavier use shortens it. Fit your first pod on a known date to work out your own average.

Is Triple Mango good value?

It depends on how you like to vape. A prefilled pod costs more per millilitre than bottled liquid in a refillable kit, but you save the time and mess of filling and rewicking. Work out the cost per day from the price and how long a pod lasts you, then compare that with your previous spend.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who own a Cyberover device and enjoy sweet, fruit-forward flavours. It is not for under 18s, non-smokers, or anyone who is pregnant or has a heart condition unless a health professional has advised otherwise. Anyone wanting large clouds or the lowest running cost may prefer a refillable kit.

Can I refill the pod when it runs out?

No, it is a sealed prefilled pod and is not designed to be opened or refilled. Doing so risks leaks, damages the coil and may be unsafe. When it is empty, fit a new pod and recycle the old one.

How do I dispose of used pods?

Do not put used pods or devices in household bins or kerbside recycling, because they count as small electrical waste. Take them to a vape retailer that offers take-back, or to a drop-off point at your local council recycling centre. Keep a leaking pod upright and bag it before transport.

Do you deliver to the UK, and is there an age check?

Yes, we deliver to UK addresses, and orders are only for adults aged 18 or over, so we may ask you to verify your age at checkout or on delivery. Carrier options and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.

What are your warranty and returns terms?

Pods are consumable nicotine products, so for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns on opened or used pods. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos and we will put it right. Warranty on devices follows the manufacturer's terms, and our returns page has the full details.
