Overview

The Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pods by Elux at 10mg and 20mg. Free UK delivery over £20, same-day dispatch on weekday orders before 4pm.

Overview: what the Elux Cyberover 6K prefilled pods are

The Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pods are replacement pods for the Elux Cyberover pod device. Each pod arrives sealed and already filled with nicotine salt e-liquid, with a mesh coil built in. There is no bottle to open, no tank to fill and no coil to prime by hand. You take the pod out of its packaging, click it into the device, wait a moment for the coil to wick, and start vaping. When the pod runs dry you remove it and fit a fresh one, instead of throwing the whole device away.

That format matters in the UK right now. Single-use vapes have been banned from sale across the UK since 1 June 2025, which pushed most adult vapers towards rechargeable devices with swappable pods. A pod system such as the Cyberover keeps the battery, the electronics and the casing in service for many pods, and only the consumable part is replaced. It is also why the flavour and strength you choose here is the main decision: the device stays the same, the pod is what changes your experience.

This page walks through what the pods offer, what to expect on puff delivery and flavour, how the mesh coil behaves, how to choose a nicotine strength, who the product suits and who should look elsewhere, and how it compares with other pod systems sold in the UK. We have tried to keep the claims measured. Puff ratings in particular are manufacturer estimates, and we explain below how to read them rather than simply repeating a big number.

A few things to know before you start:

  • These pods are for adult smokers and existing vapers. If you do not currently smoke or vape, you do not need to start.
  • They are designed for the Elux Cyberover device. Pods from other brands will not fit it, and these pods will not fit other brands' devices.
  • They are prefilled and not intended to be opened or refilled. Doing so can damage the coil and leak liquid.
  • Nicotine in UK vaping products is capped at 20mg/ml (2%), and all products on this site sit at or below that limit.

Key specifications at a glance

Pod consumables do not always come with a full technical sheet, so the list below combines the product details we can state with some reasoned context. Check the packaging on your own pods for the final word on anything that matters to you, especially the printed nicotine strength and the batch information.

  • Product type: prefilled replacement pods for the Elux Cyberover pod device (pod-refill format, not a standalone vape).
  • Rated puffs: up to 6,000, which is the manufacturer's headline rating for the product. See the performance section for how to read it.
  • E-liquid: nicotine salt liquid, filled and sealed at the factory, in a propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine base suited to low-power pod devices.
  • Pod capacity: UK rules limit replaceable pods and tanks to 2ml, so each individual pod holds 2ml or less. Check the number of pods in your pack on the listing.
  • Coil: integrated mesh coil, typically in the 0.6 to 1.2 ohm range for pod systems of this type, matched to the liquid in the pod.
  • Nicotine strength: available up to the UK legal maximum of 20mg/ml (2%). Pick the variant on the product page that suits you.
  • Inhale style: mouth-to-lung, with a fairly restricted draw that feels closer to smoking than a loose direct-to-lung setup.
  • Activation: draw-activated, as is usual in this class of device, so there is no button to hold.
  • Power source: none in the pod. The battery lives in the Cyberover device and charges over USB-C.
  • Refillable: no. Once the pod is empty it is replaced and recycled.
  • Age restriction: 18 and over. Age is checked at purchase and may be checked again on delivery.

A note on the 2ml point, because it affects how you should read the puff rating. Rule-of-thumb figures from the vaping trade suggest around 2ml of liquid gives in the region of 600 puffs for a typical user. A 6,000 puff rating is therefore best understood as a ceiling or as a figure for the whole product as supplied, not as a promise about a single 2ml pod. The next section explains how to plan around it.

Performance and puff delivery

The Elux Cyberover pods are built for a simple job: deliver a steady, smooth mouth-to-lung draw with a satisfying throat hit at 20mg/ml and a flavour that stays consistent from the first puff to the last few. Vapour production is moderate. These are not cloud-chasing pods, and that is deliberate. A restricted draw with a modest amount of vapour is easier on the throat at nicotine salt strengths and closer to the feel of a cigarette, which is what most people switching from smoking are looking for.

On the draw itself, expect a gentle resistance on inhale and a quick response, because the draw-activated sensor and mesh coil ramp up in a fraction of a second. There is no ramp-up lag of the kind older round-wire pod coils could show. Warm-up is short and the vapour temperature is mild to warm, not hot, provided you keep to normal draw lengths.

How to read the 6K figure. Puff ratings are normally calculated from machine testing with a fixed draw length and fixed gaps between puffs. Real people draw longer, shorter, harder, or in clusters. A rating of 6,000 means the manufacturer's test rig produced that figure under its own conditions, not that every user will reach it. As a planning rule, treat any puff rating as a best case and expect real-world results to land below it, often noticeably below.

What changes your real-world numbers:

  • Draw length: a four-second draw uses roughly double the liquid of a two-second draw.
  • Frequency: chain vaping dries the coil faster and can make flavour harsher towards the end of the pod.
  • Nicotine strength: people on 20mg often take fewer puffs per day than people on lower strengths, because they reach satisfaction sooner.
  • Habit and routine: a pod used only on a commute lasts far longer than a pod used all day at a desk.

A more useful way to plan is by days rather than puffs. Many moderate adult vapers find a single 2ml pod lasts around two to three days of normal use, while light users stretch that out and heavy users go through one in a day. Count your own first pod, and you will know your rate for every pod afterwards. Toward the end of a pod, the signs are consistent: weaker flavour, a slightly toasted note, and more effort on the draw. When you notice those, swap the pod rather than pushing it, since a dry coil gives a harsh hit and shortens the life of the device's contacts.

Flavour profile and the range

Elux has built its reputation on fruit, ice and dessert-style profiles, and the Cyberover pod range follows that pattern. The exact line-up depends on current stock, so use the variant selector on the product page to see what is available today. The flavours below are typical of what the brand offers and are a good guide to the styles you will find.

  • Blue Razz Ice: the familiar sweet blue raspberry candy note, with a clean cooling finish on the exhale. A common first pick for people who like sweets.
  • Strawberry Watermelon: juicy and fairly light, with the watermelon softening the strawberry. A good everyday flavour with little menthol.
  • Mixed Berries: a blend of red and dark berries with a little tartness. Less sugary than the candy flavours.
  • Banana Ice: ripe banana with a cool edge. Polarising, but people who like it tend to stay with it.
  • Cherry Cola: sweet cherry over a fizzy cola base, with a drink-style character rather than a fruit-bowl one.
  • Pink Lemonade: sharp citrus softened by a sweet raspberry-lemon blend, refreshing without much cooling agent.
  • Triple Mango: a rounded tropical mango flavour with some creaminess, leaning ripe rather than sharp.
  • Menthol or Mint: for people who want cooling without fruit, and a common choice for ex-smokers moving away from menthol cigarettes.

What the flavours do well. The mesh coil heats the liquid evenly, which means flavour notes come through clearly instead of one dominant sweet note drowning the rest. Ice flavours use a cooling agent that gives a sensation of cold on the exhale and throat rather than a sharp minty taste. If you find strong cooling harsh, choose a flavour without the word Ice in it.

What to watch for. Sweet candy-style pods can cause flavour fatigue after a few days, a normal effect where your taste buds stop picking up the flavour as clearly. If you notice it, switching to a different style for a day or two usually brings it back. Dessert and cream pods also tend to leave a thicker residue on the coil, so they can fade slightly earlier than clean fruit pods.

Finally, keep one flavour per pod and do not try to mix liquids by opening pods. The coil is matched to the liquid it came with, and mixing creates leaks and inconsistent hits. If you are unsure which flavour to choose, picking one from a style you already like, such as sweets, fruit, mint or soda, is more reliable than choosing at random.

Design and build quality of the pods

A prefilled pod is a small, simple piece of engineering, but the details decide whether it leaks, whether it seats properly and whether it behaves consistently. The Cyberover pod is a compact moulded plastic cartridge with a built-in mouthpiece at the top and electrical contacts at the base. The e-liquid sits in a reservoir around a central airflow channel, with the mesh coil at the bottom and cotton wicking feeding liquid to it.

Fit and seal. The pod pushes into the Cyberover device and should seat firmly with a distinct click or snug resistance. A properly seated pod will not rock or rattle. If it feels loose, remove it and push it back in; if it is still loose, that pod is worth contacting us about. Silicone seals inside the pod keep the e-liquid where it belongs, and these are the first thing to check if a pod ever weeps at the base.

Mouthpiece and handling. The mouthpiece is shaped for comfortable lip contact rather than aggressive angles, which matters over a day of use. The plastic is lightweight and slightly translucent on most pods, so you can judge how much liquid is left at a glance. Pods are light enough that a stock of a few barely adds to the weight of a pocket.

Cleanliness and hygiene. Because the pod is sealed, there is far less contact with the liquid than with a refillable tank. Wipe the mouthpiece with a clean dry cloth occasionally, and avoid touching the electrical contacts, which can pick up residue and reduce performance.

Practical build points for UK users:

  • Keep pods upright in storage and in transit to avoid liquid pooling in the airflow channel.
  • Avoid heat and direct sun. A pod left in a hot car or on a radiator is much more likely to leak. Ordinary room temperature is fine.
  • Avoid pressure. Squeezing a pod in a tight pocket can force liquid into the airflow channel.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is hazardous if swallowed or if it contacts skin or eyes.

In terms of finish, this is a product built to a price, and it is made of plastic rather than metal. That is normal for the category. The tolerances are good enough that pods swap in and out cleanly in everyday use, but they are consumables rather than long-life hardware, and should be treated as such.

Battery and charging (how the device powers the pods)

The pods themselves contain no battery. Power comes from the Elux Cyberover device, which is rechargeable over USB-C. That is an important distinction for anyone buying these pods: the battery life you experience is a device property, but it directly decides how many puffs you get between charges and how often you have to think about it.

A reasoned estimate. Pod devices in this class normally carry an internal battery in the roughly 500 to 650mAh range, and run their coils at around 10 to 12 watts. Doing the sums, a 550mAh cell at 3.7 volts holds about 2 watt-hours. A three-second puff at 10 watts uses about 0.008 watt-hours, which gives a theoretical figure of a couple of hundred puffs per charge before allowing for losses. In practice, expect somewhere between 150 and 250 puffs from a full charge, which is roughly consistent with one 2ml pod needing two to three charges across its life. Treat this as a planning estimate, not a specification, since the exact capacity depends on the device revision.

Charging guidance.

  • Use a standard 5V USB-C cable and a reputable charger or computer port. Avoid very high-wattage chargers without a proper 5V profile.
  • Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface where you can see the device, never on a bed, sofa or under a pillow.
  • Do not leave the device charging overnight, unattended or in a bag.
  • If the device gets hot, swells, hisses or smells of burning, stop using it, unplug it and move it somewhere safe outdoors on non-flammable ground. Do not continue using it.
  • Charge in normal room temperatures. Very cold or very hot batteries charge poorly and age faster.
  • Keep the USB-C port dry and free from lint and debris.

Making the battery last. Short, steady draws are gentler on the battery than long hard pulls. Topping up the charge before it runs flat is better for the cell than running it to zero each time. If the device is going to be stored, leave it about half charged and top it up every month or two.

A flat battery can also mimic a dead pod, since a weak charge gives weak vapour and flashing indicators. Before you blame a pod, plug the device in for ten to fifteen minutes and test again. It is a quick check that often solves what looks like a faulty pod.

Mesh coil technology: why it matters

The coil is the heart of a prefilled pod, and the mesh coil in the Cyberover is the main reason these pods feel different from older pod designs. A conventional coil is a round wire wound into a spiral. A mesh coil is a thin sheet of metal with a pattern of tiny holes, which sits against a cotton wick. Because the heating surface is much wider than a wire, the liquid is heated across a larger area at the same time.

What this means in practice:

  • More even heating. Instead of a hot line of wire with cooler areas around it, the liquid is warmed across the whole mesh. This reduces the burnt, over-toasted notes that appear when one spot runs hot.
  • Faster response. The larger surface reaches working temperature quickly, so the first puff of a session hits as expected without a pause.
  • Cleaner flavour. Evenly heated liquid releases its flavour compounds in a more balanced way, so fruit notes and cooling agents stay distinct.
  • Longer coil life. Heat is spread out, which reduces the build-up of residue on any one point and typically extends how long the flavour stays clean.

Resistance and power. Mesh coils in mouth-to-lung pods of this type generally sit between about 0.6 and 1.2 ohms. That resistance is matched to the device's output so the coil heats properly without needing adjustment from you. This is one of the benefits of a sealed prefilled pod: the coil, wick and liquid were designed together, and you do not have to choose a wattage or worry about whether your liquid suits the coil.

Priming and wicking. A new mesh coil starts out dry, and the cotton needs a minute or two to soak up liquid after the pod is seated. This is why we recommend waiting a short while after fitting and taking a couple of gentle draws before a full one. A dry hit from an unprimed coil tastes harsh and shortens coil life, and it is the most common cause of a pod seeming faulty on first use.

Why not refill it. The coil, cotton and liquid are paired for the thickness of this specific e-liquid. A different liquid can be too thin and leak, or too thick and starve the wick. Refilling also risks overfilling the airflow channel. For these reasons the pods are designed for a single fill and should be replaced when empty.

Nicotine strength guidance

The first thing to know about nicotine in the UK is the ceiling. Nicotine-containing e-liquids sold here are limited to 20mg/ml (2%) and replaceable pods and tanks are limited to 2ml of liquid. These rules apply to all nicotine vaping products, including the pod-based format covered on this page. They are limits, not recommendations, so the highest strength is not automatically the right one for you.

The pods use nicotine salts. Salts are absorbed more smoothly than freebase nicotine at higher strengths, which is why a 20mg salt feels far gentler on the throat than a 20mg freebase liquid would. That smoothness is helpful for people moving off cigarettes, but it also makes it easier to take in more nicotine than you intended, so choose with that in mind.

A rough guide, based on smoking habits:

  • 20mg/ml (2%): usually the starting point for people smoking ten or more cigarettes a day, or who want the strongest hit and the quickest satisfaction. It tends to stop people needing to puff constantly.
  • 10 to 12mg/ml: a common middle ground for lighter smokers, social smokers, and vapers reducing their nicotine over time.
  • Lower strengths, if listed: for people who only want a very mild effect or are close to coming off nicotine entirely.

If you are unsure, start by considering what your body is used to. A heavy smoker who starts on a very low strength often ends up vaping far more to compensate, which wastes liquid and can lead to going back to cigarettes. A light smoker who starts on 20mg may feel dizzy or nauseous.

Signs your strength is too high: nausea, dizziness, headaches, a racing heart, sweating, or a harsh feeling in the chest. If you feel any of these, stop, drink water, get fresh air, and move to a lower strength next time. Signs it is too low are constant puffing, cravings returning quickly, and a feeling that you are not getting any satisfaction.

Nicotine is addictive. If your goal is to stop completely, the NHS offers free stop smoking support, and many people reduce strength in steps over weeks or months. This guidance is general and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist before using any nicotine product.

Who the Cyberover pods are for, and who should skip them

No pod suits every vaper. Knowing where this one fits, and where it does not, saves you money and a wasted order.

The pods are a good fit if you:

  • Are an adult smoker moving to vaping and want a simple, low-fuss setup with no bottles, coils or settings.
  • Already use the Elux Cyberover device and want a reliable source of replacement pods and flavours.
  • Like fruit, ice, candy or soda flavours and want a decent range to rotate through.
  • Prefer a mouth-to-lung draw that feels similar to a cigarette, with a moderate throat hit at salt strengths.
  • Would like to reduce waste compared with the single-use disposables that are no longer sold in the UK.
  • Want a product that goes in a pocket and does not require maintenance.

You may want to look elsewhere if you:

  • Do not smoke or vape. Nicotine is addictive, and there is no reason for a non-smoker to start.
  • Are under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine vapes to under-18s and illegal for them to be bought on their behalf.
  • Want big clouds or adjustable power. A restricted mouth-to-lung pod system is not built for that. A larger kit with adjustable wattage will do it better.
  • Want to use your own e-liquids. Prefilled pods are closed. A refillable pod kit is the right format for bottle liquids, and is often cheaper per millilitre over time.
  • Own a different pod system. Pods are device-specific. If you already have a system you like, buy that brand's pods rather than switching to the Cyberover.
  • Are pregnant, have a heart condition or are on medication affected by nicotine. Speak to a healthcare professional first.
  • Are very sensitive to cooling agents. Many flavours here use ice. Choose non-ice options, or a different product altogether.

It is also worth being honest about the learning curve. Anyone who has only used disposables will find the pod format slightly more involved, because there is a device to charge and pods to carry. After a week most people consider it routine, and it removes the need to buy a whole new device each time.

How to fit, activate and use the pods

Using the Elux Cyberover pods is straightforward, but doing it in the right order avoids most of the problems people report. Follow these steps for the first pod and then for each replacement.

  • 1. Charge the device first. A flat or weak battery is the most common cause of a pod seeming dead. Give the device a full charge before the first use.
  • 2. Prepare the pod. Remove the pod from its packaging. Take off any protective cap, film or silicone plug on the mouthpiece or the base. Keep the pod upright while you do this.
  • 3. Fit it. Push the pod into the device until it seats firmly. You should feel a click or solid resistance, and it should not wobble.
  • 4. Wait. Leave the pod to settle for one to two minutes. This lets the cotton soak up liquid and reduces the chance of a dry first hit.
  • 5. Take gentle priming draws. Take two or three short, light draws without inhaling fully into your lungs. This coaxes liquid onto the mesh coil.
  • 6. Start vaping. Draw slowly and steadily for two to three seconds, hold for a moment in your mouth, then inhale and exhale. The device is draw-activated, so there is nothing to press.

Habits that help the pods last.

  • Keep draws to two or three seconds. Longer draws use more liquid and heat the coil harder.
  • Pause between puffs. Chain vaping lets the wick dry out and creates harsh, toasted flavour.
  • Store the device upright when you can, and always with the pod seated.
  • Wipe the mouthpiece and contacts with a dry cloth now and then.
  • Replace the pod as soon as flavour fades or the draw feels tight, rather than pushing it to the end.

Replacing a pod. Pull the empty pod straight out of the device. Do not twist or pry at it. Fit the new pod exactly as before and allow a minute for wicking. It is sensible to keep a spare pod on hand, particularly if you rely on vaping as your alternative to cigarettes, since running out is a strong trigger to go back to smoking.

Using it safely. Do not use the device while it is charging, do not use it if it is wet, and do not leave it where temperatures climb above about 35 degrees Celsius, such as a car dashboard. Never put nicotine pods within reach of children or pets.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with prefilled pods come down to a handful of causes. Run through the checks below before assuming a pod is faulty.

  • No vapour at all. Check the device is charged and the pod is fully seated. Remove the pod, wipe the contacts with a dry cloth, and refit it. If nothing happens, charge the device for fifteen minutes and test again with a fresh pod if you have one.
  • Weak flavour on a new pod. The wick may not have soaked up enough liquid. Leave it for a couple of minutes and take a few gentle draws. If it stays weak, you may have flavour fatigue, so try a different flavour for a day.
  • Burnt or harsh taste. This usually means the coil is dry. It happens when you chain vape, use very long draws, or push a pod past empty. Swap the pod. A burnt coil cannot recover.
  • Leaking from the base or mouthpiece. Check for heat exposure, pressure in a pocket, or storing the pod on its side. Wipe the pod and device clean and dry before fitting. If a pod leaks straight from the pack, contact us.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Condensation or a bit of liquid has gathered in the airflow channel. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece, and wipe it. This usually clears.
  • Device not recognising the pod. Clean the contacts and reseat the pod. If the problem persists, try a different pod to see whether the device or the pod is at fault.
  • Flashing indicator. This commonly points to a low battery, a poor contact, or a pod that is empty. Charge first, then reseat the pod.
  • Device warm to the touch. Mild warmth in use is normal. If it is hot, stop immediately and let it cool somewhere safe. If it happens again, stop using that device.
  • Pod finishes very quickly. Longer draws, chain vaping, a higher nicotine strength habit, or heat storage can all shorten pod life. Try shorter draws and see if it improves.

If you still have a problem. Keep the pod and packaging, take clear photos of the issue and the batch code, and contact us with your order number. Faults are reviewed individually, and we will tell you what we need to see.

When a pod is finished: disposal and recycling. Used pods contain residual nicotine liquid and plastic, so they should not go in your normal bin or recycling box. In the UK, retailers that sell vapes are required to take back waste vapes and vaping parts, and most local council household waste recycling centres have a drop-off point for small electricals. Keep used pods in a bag until you can drop them off. Damaged or swollen batteries should be handled with extra care and taken to a drop-off point rather than put in general waste, since lithium cells can cause fires in bin lorries and recycling plants.

Value for money and how the pods compare with alternatives

Value is not just the price on the label. A fair comparison looks at cost per day, flavour range, how reliable the pods are, and what you are tied into. Here is how to think about the Cyberover pods against the options most UK vapers consider.

Working out your real cost. Take the pack price, divide by the number of pods, then divide by how many days one pod lasts for you. That gives a cost per day you can compare against any other vape or against cigarettes. Because the pods are paired with a device you already own, you are not paying for a battery, casing and charging port every time you replace the liquid. Compared with the single-use vapes that used to dominate the market, that is where the savings come from, and the lower waste is a genuine benefit.

Against other prefilled pod systems.

  • Elf Bar ELFA and similar closed pod kits: a comparable concept with 2ml prefilled pods and a simple device. These are often priced aggressively, so a pack can work out cheaper per pod. The Cyberover's argument is its flavour range and the mesh coil's consistency, but ELFA is a very reasonable alternative if you want the lowest outlay.
  • Lost Mary pod kits: also a draw-activated, closed pod design with a big flavour menu. Choosing between the two tends to come down to which flavours you prefer, since the technology is similar.
  • Vuse ePod: a different approach, with a more cigarette-like feel, a smaller flavour range and wider availability in supermarkets and newsagents. It is a sensible choice if you prefer a mainstream brand and are happy with fewer flavour options.
  • Refillable pod kits: if you are comfortable filling a pod from a bottle, the cost per millilitre is usually much lower over time, and you can choose any liquid. The trade-off is the mess, the learning curve and the need to change coils.

Where the Cyberover pods are weaker. They are closed, so you cannot choose your own liquid. They only fit one device, so you are committed to that ecosystem. And the 6K headline is more of a marketing figure than a per-pod promise, so judge value by how many days a pod lasts you rather than by puff count.

Where they are stronger. They are easy to use, consistent across their life, available in a wide flavour range, and cut down on waste compared with throwaway devices. For a smoker who wants to switch without fuss, that combination holds up well. If you vape lightly, buy a smaller range of flavours first, find one you like, then stock up on that one. If you vape heavily, buying in multi-packs usually lowers the cost per pod, and keeping a spare avoids emergency purchases at convenience-store prices.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for the Elux Cyberover 6K pods?

UK law caps nicotine in vaping liquids at 20mg/ml (2%), and that is the usual starting point for people smoking ten or more cigarettes a day. Lighter smokers often prefer around 10 to 12mg/ml, as salt nicotine is smooth and easy to overdo. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, step down to a lower strength.

How do I charge the Cyberover, and do the pods need charging?

The pods contain no battery, so they never need charging. The Elux Cyberover device charges over USB-C, ideally from a standard 5V charger on a hard surface while you can see it. Do not leave it charging overnight or unattended, and do not vape while it is plugged in.

Can I swap flavours, and will these pods fit other vapes?

Yes, you can change flavour whenever you fit a new pod, so there is no need to clean anything out. The pods are designed for the Elux Cyberover device and will not fit other brands' devices, and other brands' pods will not fit the Cyberover. Check the variant selector on the product page for the flavours in stock.

How long does one pod last?

The 6K figure is the manufacturer's rating, and a single UK-legal pod holds 2ml or less, so real-world use will be lower than the headline number. Many moderate vapers get around two to three days from a pod, light users longer and heavy users around a day. Count your first pod and you will know your own rate.

Are the Cyberover pods good value compared with disposables?

Disposables are no longer sold in the UK, so the realistic comparison is with other pod systems and with cigarettes. Because you keep the device and replace only the pod, the cost per day is usually lower than buying a whole new device each time. Work out the pack price divided by the days a pod lasts you to compare accurately.

Who should and shouldn't buy these pods?

They suit adult smokers and existing vapers who want a simple mouth-to-lung pod system with a wide flavour range. They are not for non-smokers or anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or with a heart condition should speak to a healthcare professional first. If you want big clouds, adjustable power or your own liquids, a different kit will suit you better.

Do you deliver across the UK, and how quickly?

Yes, we deliver to UK addresses, and the delivery options and cut-off times for each are shown at checkout. You must be 18 or over to buy, and age may be checked again on delivery. Pods are best kept upright and away from heat once they arrive.

What are the warranty and returns terms?

If a pod arrives faulty or leaking, keep the pod and packaging, take photos with the batch code and contact us with your order number, and we will review it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pods cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. See our returns policy page for full details.

Can I refill the pods myself?

No. They are prefilled and sealed, and the mesh coil and wicking are matched to the liquid supplied. Opening or refilling a pod risks leaks and a dry, burnt hit, so replace it when empty.

How do I recycle used pods and the device?

Do not put them in household bins or ordinary recycling. Retailers that sell vapes must take back waste vapes, and most council household waste recycling centres accept small electricals. Keep used pods in a bag until you can drop them off, and take any damaged battery to a drop-off point rather than binning it.
