Elux Nic Salts Lemon Peach Passionfruit at a glance

Elux Nic Salts 20mg Lemon Peach Passionfruit is a 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid built around a three-fruit profile: sharp lemon, soft peach and tropical passionfruit. It belongs to the Elux nic salt range, which takes flavour recipes that many vapers first met in Elux disposable devices and puts them into a bottle for use in a refillable pod kit. If you have tried an Elux disposable, liked the taste, and now want to keep the flavour without throwing a whole device away, this bottle is the logical next step.

The headline numbers are simple. The bottle holds 10ml, which is the largest size UK rules allow for nicotine e-liquid. The strength is 20mg/ml (2%), which is the maximum nicotine strength allowed in the UK, and the same ceiling that applies to disposables and refill liquids alike. It is a nicotine salt formulation, meaning the nicotine is paired with an acid so it reaches you with a smoother throat feel than the freebase nicotine used in older 3mg to 18mg liquids. The VG/PG balance is aimed at low-power pod systems, so check the label on your bottle for the exact ratio and batch details.

  • Product: Elux Nic Salts, Lemon Peach Passionfruit
  • Bottle size: 10ml, child-resistant and tamper-evident cap
  • Nicotine: 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt
  • Flavour type: fruit with a citrus lift, no added cooling (not an Ice flavour)
  • Suited to: refillable pod kits and low-power devices using roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohm coils
  • Approximate yield: around 2,000 to 3,000 puffs per bottle, depending on device and habits
  • Age restriction: 18+ only, in line with UK law

The rest of this page covers what the flavour actually tastes like, how strong 20mg feels, which devices and coils suit it, how to fill and use it, what to do when something goes wrong, and how it stacks up on value against similar bottles. It is written for adult smokers and existing vapers in the UK, and it is straightforward about who should skip this liquid as well as who it suits.

Flavour profile: lemon, peach and passionfruit

Three fruits in one name can mean a muddle, so it helps to know what each one is doing. Lemon is the top note. On the inhale it brings a bright, slightly tart edge, closer to lemonade or lemon sherbet than to the bitter pith of a real lemon. Peach provides the body: a soft, sweet, slightly juicy note, nearer to peach nectar or a ripe yellow peach than to a sharp candy peach. Passionfruit sits underneath and finishes the flavour, adding a tropical, slightly musky sweetness with a hint of seed-like tartness that keeps the peach from turning sugary.

Taken together, the flavour reads as a tropical lemonade with a peachy centre. Most people will notice the lemon first, then peach in the middle of the draw, then passionfruit lingering as the vapour leaves the mouth. Because the name does not include Ice, there is no menthol or cooling agent added. What you get is a warm, rounded fruit vape rather than a frosty one.

  • Lemon: lemon zest and lemonade brightness on the first second of the inhale
  • Peach: ripe yellow peach and peach nectar through the middle of the draw
  • Passionfruit: tropical pulp and a faint floral note on the exhale
  • Sweetness: medium, enough to round off the citrus without turning syrupy
  • Acidity: light to medium, lifting the flavour and cutting through the sweetness
  • Aftertaste: clean, mildly fruity, with passionfruit hanging around for a few seconds

If you like sour sweets, citrus soft drinks or tropical juice blends, this is the sort of flavour that should appeal. If you prefer dessert, tobacco, menthol or heavy candy profiles, it will feel too light and too fruity. Within the wider Elux nic salt range, fruit blends with an Ice or Berry theme tend to be sharper and cooler, while this one is warmer and more tropical. Availability and exact range vary over time, so treat any comparison with other Elux flavours as a guide rather than a guarantee.

One practical point on citrus flavours: lemon notes are volatile, which means they tend to be strongest on the first few puffs after a fresh fill and soften slightly as the pod heats up through a session. That is normal behaviour for lemon-led liquids, not a sign of a faulty bottle.

Throat hit, vapour and puff delivery

Nic salts behave differently from older e-liquids, and 20mg is where the difference is most obvious. At this strength the throat hit is firm but not harsh, and the vapour feels smooth compared with a 20mg freebase liquid, which would be unpleasant to inhale at all. Expect a gentle tickle at the back of the throat on the first puff after a break, easing as you settle into a rhythm. The acidity of the lemon note can add a very slight tang on top of that, which some people read as extra sharpness.

Vapour production is moderate. Nic salt liquids are designed for low-wattage pod systems with a tight, mouth-to-lung draw, so you should not expect big clouds. A typical puff from a refillable pod kit is a compact, flavour-forward plume. If you are used to sub-ohm devices that fill a room, this will feel understated, and that is by design: nic salts get their nicotine across at a lower power, so there is no need for huge vapour volume.

Puff delivery depends heavily on the device, not just the liquid. As a rough guide:

  • Low-power pod kits (around 8 to 15W): the usual setting for this liquid, with a cool to warm vapour and consistent flavour
  • Higher-power pod mods (15 to 25W with 0.8 to 1.0 ohm coils): more vapour and a warmer draw, but the 20mg nicotine will hit harder and the bottle will empty faster
  • Adjustable-wattage devices: best started low and turned up in small steps until the flavour is full without tasting burnt

On consumption, most pod systems use somewhere between 0.003ml and 0.005ml of liquid per puff, which works out at roughly 200 to 300 puffs per millilitre. Across a 10ml bottle that gives an estimated 2,000 to 3,000 puffs, a bit more with a restrictive draw and a bit less with a loose, airy one. This is an estimate to help with planning, not a promise, because draw length, coil type and battery output all change the result.

Flavour consistency across a session is good as long as the coil is fresh and the pod is kept topped up. If the taste fades noticeably after a few days with the same pod, the coil is the first thing to replace, not the liquid.

Nicotine strength: is 20mg right for you?

The 20mg/ml figure is the top of the legal range in the UK. For nic salts, that is not as strong as it sounds, because salts are absorbed more smoothly and efficiently than freebase nicotine. In practice 20mg salt is often compared to the nicotine delivery of a pack-a-day smoker's cigarettes, although individual experience varies. It is intended for adult smokers who want to switch away from cigarettes and need a strength that satisfies cravings from the first puff.

As a general guide to choosing a strength:

  • 20mg/ml: suitable for current smokers, especially those who smoke 10 or more cigarettes a day, and for people who find lower strengths leave them reaching for a cigarette
  • 10mg/ml: a common step down for moderate smokers, social smokers or people who have already been vaping for several weeks and find 20mg too heavy
  • Lower than 10mg: better matched to ex-smokers who are tapering off nicotine, usually in freebase liquids rather than salts

If you have never smoked, or you have never used nicotine in any form, 20mg is not appropriate. Vaping is for adults who already use nicotine, not for people who do not. Nicotine is addictive, and a high-strength salt in particular can cause dizziness, nausea, a racing heart or a headache if you take it in too quickly or when you are not used to it.

Signs that 20mg may be too strong for you include coughing on every puff, a headache after a few minutes of vaping, feeling lightheaded, or finding that you want to chain vape for a short burst and then feel unwell. Short, gentle puffs of one to two seconds are usually enough with 20mg. If it still feels excessive, try a 10mg bottle of the same flavour range or ease off the device wattage.

Signs that 20mg is about right include going several hours without thinking about a cigarette, feeling satisfied after a few puffs, and settling into a steady pattern rather than chain vaping. Your needs can also change over time, so reviewing strength after a few weeks is sensible. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication, speak to a GP, pharmacist or a stop smoking service before using any nicotine product.

Bottle, packaging and build quality

This is a liquid rather than a device, so build quality here means the bottle, the cap and the labelling. Elux nic salts come in a 10ml plastic bottle with a narrow dropper-style nozzle, which makes it easier to aim into a small pod fill port without spilling. The cap is child-resistant and the seal is tamper-evident, both of which are required for nicotine e-liquid sold in the UK. Check that the seal is intact when your order arrives; if it has been broken, do not use the bottle and contact the shop.

The label carries the information UK rules require, including the nicotine strength, a health warning, a list of ingredients, a batch number and a best-before date. Read these before you use the liquid. The strength should show as 20mg/ml (2%). The batch number is worth keeping if you ever need to report an issue, and the best-before date is a useful guide on how long the liquid will keep.

  • Bottle material: soft plastic, squeezable, which gives you control over the flow
  • Nozzle: narrow tip suitable for most pod fill ports
  • Cap: child-resistant, requires a firm press and twist
  • Seal: tamper-evident ring that should be unbroken on delivery
  • Capacity: 10ml, the maximum bottle size for nicotine e-liquid in the UK

Storage matters for quality. Keep the bottle upright, in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight, radiators and car glove boxes. Heat and light break down flavour compounds and darken the liquid. A slight colour change toward amber over several months is normal for nic salts and does not mean the liquid has spoiled, although flavour can be a touch less vivid as it ages. Keep every bottle out of reach of children and pets, because nicotine is toxic if swallowed or absorbed through skin in any quantity. Wipe up any spills straight away and wash your hands if liquid gets on your skin.

When the bottle is empty, rinse it and check your local council's guidance on plastics. Many councils accept clean empty bottles in household plastic recycling, but caps and nozzle parts may need to go in general waste. Do not pour leftover liquid down a drain or onto the ground.

Pairing with pod kits: coils, mesh and resistance

Nic salts only perform well in the right hardware. This bottle is made for refillable pod kits and low-power systems, not for sub-ohm tanks. The coil is where the liquid is turned to vapour, and resistance, coil material and wicking all shape how this lemon and peach blend tastes.

The two coil styles you will meet most often are mesh and standard wire. A mesh coil spreads the heating surface across a flat screen, which gives a bigger, more even flavour and warms up quickly. A standard round-wire coil is simpler, tends to give a tighter draw and often lasts a little longer. Both work with this liquid. Mesh tends to bring out the lemon and passionfruit more clearly, while wire coils usually give a slightly softer, rounder peach note.

  • 0.8 to 1.0 ohm mesh coils: a good all-round match, around 10 to 18W, giving full flavour and a warm draw
  • 1.0 to 1.2 ohm coils: better for a tighter mouth-to-lung draw at lower wattage, with a cooler vapour and slower liquid use
  • 0.6 ohm coils: usable at the low end of their wattage range, but the vapour is hotter and nicotine delivery much heavier at 20mg
  • Sub-ohm coils (below 0.5 ohm): not recommended, since they produce too much vapour and too much nicotine for a 20mg salt

Fruit liquids with sweeteners can build up residue on a coil, which dulls flavour over time. As a rule of thumb, a fresh coil will comfortably handle one to two 10ml bottles of a fruit liquid like this, although heavy use and high wattage will shorten that. Signs a coil is near the end include a flat or slightly burnt taste, reduced vapour, and gurgling or leaking from the mouthpiece. Replace the coil or the whole pod rather than pushing the wattage higher to compensate.

Prime every new coil before use. Drop a few drops of liquid directly onto the cotton inside the coil head, fill the pod, and wait for at least five to ten minutes. Skipping this step is the most common reason a new coil tastes burnt. If your device is an older disposable, a closed pod system or a non-refillable device, do not try to refill it with this liquid unless the manufacturer explicitly says it is refillable. Check that your device accepts nicotine salt liquids before you buy.

Battery, charging and power settings

The battery belongs to your device rather than the liquid, but it has a direct effect on how this bottle performs, so it is worth covering. Refillable pod kits in this class generally carry batteries from around 400mAh up to 1,000mAh or more. A smaller battery keeps the device slim and pocketable but needs charging more often. A larger one typically runs through a day or more of moderate use. The liquid does not need charging, and the bottle is not powered in any way.

Most current pod kits charge over USB-C. A device with a 500mAh battery on a standard 1A charger usually takes somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes, and larger batteries take proportionally longer. Check your device manual for its specific rating.

  • Use the cable supplied with the device, or a reputable USB-C cable from a known brand
  • Plug into a regulated source such as a laptop port or a standard phone charger, not a cheap unbranded adapter
  • Do not leave a device charging overnight or unattended
  • Never charge on a bed, sofa or any soft surface that can trap heat
  • Stop using any device that swells, gets hot while charging, or smells of burning

On power settings, nic salts need less wattage than freebase liquids. If your device has adjustable power, start at the lower end of the coil's recommended range, take a couple of draws, and raise it only if the flavour is faint. A higher setting does not simply mean more flavour. It means more heat, a faster burn through the pod, a harsher throat feel, and a quicker coil failure. With a 20mg bottle, higher power also means a bigger nicotine hit per puff than most people want.

Disposal and recycling are covered by UK waste electrical rules. A vape battery is a lithium-ion cell and must never go in household bins or normal recycling, because crushed cells can cause fires in collection vehicles and waste sites. Take old or broken devices to a household waste recycling centre, a council WEEE collection point, or return them to a retailer that sells vapes, as UK shops that supply vape products are required to offer take-back. Empty pods can usually be returned alongside devices.

How to fill, prime and vape it

Filling a pod with nic salts is quick once you have done it a couple of times. The steps below suit most refillable pod kits, but your device manual always takes priority if it differs.

  • Switch the device off or remove the pod: this prevents accidental firing while your hands are busy
  • Find the fill port: usually a silicone bung on the side or the base of the pod, or a sliding or flip-up cover
  • Open the bottle: press down and twist the child-resistant cap, then squeeze gently to check the nozzle is clear
  • Fill slowly: aim the nozzle at the side wall of the fill port rather than straight down onto the coil, and stop just below the maximum fill line
  • Leave an air gap: never fill to the very top, because the liquid expands slightly with heat and an overfilled pod will leak
  • Close the port: press the bung or cover shut firmly and wipe away any drips from the outside
  • Prime: wait five to ten minutes for the cotton to soak completely before the first puff

For your first few puffs on a new pod, take short, gentle draws of around two seconds, with a few seconds between each. This lets the cotton keep up with the heat and avoids a dry hit, which tastes scorched and unpleasant. Once the pod has settled, normal puffs of two to three seconds are fine. Most nic salt users inhale into the mouth first, hold briefly, then draw into the lungs, a style called mouth-to-lung. It is also the style that suits tight resistance coils best.

Many pod kits are draw-activated, meaning there is no button, and the device fires as soon as you inhale. Others have a button you hold while drawing. If your device has a button, it will normally need clicking several times to power on or off, and the exact sequence is in its manual. Either way, there is no activation step for the liquid itself. The bottle is ready to use once the seal is broken.

Keep the pod topped up before it runs dry. Running a pod nearly empty is the most common cause of burnt coils. If you are away from home, carry a spare pod or a fully sealed bottle rather than a half-open one, because open bottles leak in bags, especially when the air pressure changes on a flight or a long drive.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

Longevity is the question most buyers ask, and the honest answer is that it depends on you. A 10ml bottle holds enough for five fills of a standard 2ml pod, with a little spare. Each 2ml fill typically gives somewhere between 400 and 600 puffs on a low-power device, which is comparable to the capacity of a small disposable vape. Across the full bottle that works out to roughly 2,000 to 3,000 puffs.

In daily terms, here is what that tends to look like:

  • Light use (around 100 puffs a day): a bottle lasts about three to four weeks
  • Moderate use (around 200 to 300 puffs a day): a bottle lasts about one to two weeks
  • Heavy use (400 or more puffs a day): a bottle lasts about five to seven days

New vapers who have just switched from smoking often use more liquid than they expect in the first couple of weeks, because they are chasing the habit of cigarette breaks. That settles over time. Many people also vape more at the weekend, on a night out, or when stressed, so a bottle will not always empty at a steady pace.

Several things reduce how far a bottle goes. Higher wattage uses more liquid per puff. A loose, airy draw uses more than a tight one. A worn coil wastes liquid by gurgling or leaking. Leaving a half-full pod in a hot car can cause it to seep. On the other hand, a fresh coil, a modest power setting and a tight draw can stretch a bottle comfortably into the upper end of that range.

Compared with a disposable, a bottle used in a refillable kit is less wasteful. A single-use device holds a fixed amount of liquid and a fixed battery, then gets thrown away. Single-use vapes are now banned from sale in the UK, so refillable systems are the main route for people who want the convenience of a pod without the waste. When your pod coil wears out, you replace the coil or pod, not the whole device and battery, and the bottle covers many refills.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salt liquids come down to a handful of causes, and almost all of them are about the coil or the fill, not the liquid itself. Work through the following before concluding that a bottle is faulty.

  • Burnt or scorched taste: usually a dry hit from an unprimed coil, an empty pod or a worn coil. Refill, wait ten minutes, take gentle puffs, and replace the coil if the taste persists
  • Weak or faded flavour: often coil fatigue or vaper's tongue. Switch to a different flavour for a day, drink water, and replace the coil if flavour has been fading steadily
  • Leaking from the pod: commonly caused by overfilling, a loose bung or a damaged pod. Check the fill level, press the bung firmly closed and wipe the contacts
  • Gurgling: a sign of excess liquid in the airflow path or a flooded coil. Hold the pod upside down and blow gently through the mouthpiece, or take a few short puffs off the device to clear it
  • Throat too harsh: consider whether 20mg is too strong, drop the wattage, take shorter puffs, or switch to a 10mg bottle
  • No vapour: check the battery charge, make sure the pod is seated firmly, clean the metal contacts with a dry cloth, and check the fill level
  • Sweet taste feels sticky: a sign of coil gunk. Replace the coil, and avoid very high wattage settings

If you cannot find a cause, consider the age and storage of the bottle. Liquid kept in warm conditions for months can lose flavour and darken. A bottle that smells off, looks cloudy or contains particles should not be used. Photograph the label and batch number, and contact the shop so the issue can be investigated.

One more thing worth knowing about vaper's tongue, sometimes called taste fatigue: after weeks of vaping the same flavour, many people find it seems to fade, even though nothing has changed. A short break or a change of flavour often brings it back. This is especially common with sweet fruit flavours and is not a defect.

If liquid gets on your skin, wash with soap and water. If it is swallowed, or if a child or pet has had contact with it, seek medical help straight away and have the bottle to hand so you can show the label. Never put e-liquid on top of a hot coil or in an open flame, and do not mix it with other nicotine products unless you understand the combined strength.

Who it suits and who should skip it

Every flavour and strength has its audience. This bottle is a good match for some people and a poor one for others, and being honest about it saves wasted money.

This liquid suits:

  • Adult smokers who want a fruit flavour that is a long way from tobacco, and who need 20mg to keep cravings under control
  • Existing Elux disposable users who want the same flavour family in a refillable format
  • Vapers who use a pod kit with a 0.8 to 1.2 ohm coil and prefer a moderate cloud and a tight draw
  • People who like citrus, tropical or lemonade-style flavours and find menthol too cold
  • Those who want to cut waste from single-use devices and keep a small bottle in a bag or pocket

You should probably skip it if:

  • You have never smoked or used nicotine, or you are under 18, since vaping is not for you
  • You are not sure you need 20mg, since a lower strength would be gentler
  • You use a sub-ohm tank or a high-wattage device, because nic salts are not designed for them
  • You prefer dessert, tobacco, cola or menthol flavours, since this blend is purely fruity
  • You are very sensitive to citrus or acidic flavours, since lemon is a prominent note
  • You want huge clouds, in which case a high-VG freebase liquid in a sub-ohm kit is a more suitable choice

It is also worth saying plainly that vaping is not risk free. It is widely accepted to be far less harmful than smoking for adults who switch completely, and UK health bodies back it as a stop-smoking aid, but it still delivers nicotine, which is addictive. The strongest case for vaping is for current smokers who want to stop. For anyone else, the sensible choice is not to start. If you want help quitting altogether, the NHS stop smoking service offers free support, and many pharmacies offer nicotine replacement products as well.

Value for money and how it compares

Nic salt bottles sit in a competitive part of the UK market, and Elux prices its 10ml salts in the same bracket as other mainstream branded options, usually a few pounds a bottle. Check the current price on this page, since promotions and multibuy offers change from time to time. The better comparison, though, is cost per puff rather than cost per bottle.

A 10ml bottle gives an estimated 2,000 to 3,000 puffs, which is roughly equivalent to three to five typical single-use disposables of around 600 puffs each. A refillable kit does require upfront spending on a device and then on replacement coils or pods, but over a month or two the total cost usually comes in lower than a steady disposable habit, and it produces far less electronic and plastic waste.

How does it stack up against comparable bottles? A fair, balanced view:

  • Versus other Elux nic salts: the same brand family and a similar strength and quality control. The flavour is warmer and more tropical than the Ice and Berry flavours in the same range
  • Versus IVG nic salts: IVG offers a wide range, including many dessert and candy flavours. Choose IVG if you want more variety in sweets and drinks, and Elux if you want the exact disposable-style fruit profiles
  • Versus Hayati and Nasty-style salts: these often have bolder, more intense flavours and sometimes a higher sweetness. Elux is generally lighter and more drinkable across a day
  • Versus Lost Mary and similar disposable-style salts: flavours are comparable in concept, and the choice often comes down to which flavour you prefer and what is in stock
  • Versus freebase liquids at 3mg to 18mg: these are cheaper per ml in larger bottles, but they are made for sub-ohm and higher power devices rather than small pod kits

Where Elux nic salts earn their price is in consistency and familiarity. If you already know the brand's flavours, you know roughly what you will get, and the 10ml bottle is easy to carry. Where they are less compelling is for people who vape heavily, since the small bottle runs out quickly and larger shortfill bottles will cost less per ml, albeit in a different system and strength.

Overall, this is a sensible, mid-range choice for adult smokers who want a fruity, easy-drinking flavour at full strength in a pod kit. It is not a bargain, and it is not overpriced. If lemon, peach and passionfruit sounds like something you would enjoy, it delivers it with reasonable consistency.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Is 20mg too strong for me?

20mg/ml is the maximum legal strength in the UK and is intended for adult smokers who need a firm nicotine hit to stay off cigarettes, typically those smoking ten or more a day. If you smoke less, or you find the throat hit harsh, a 10mg bottle is the sensible step down. It is not suitable for non-smokers or anyone under 18.

How do I charge it?

The liquid itself does not charge, because it is just a 10ml bottle of e-liquid. The battery lives in your pod kit, which usually charges over USB-C in 30 to 60 minutes. Use the supplied cable, avoid charging overnight or unattended, and take old devices to a WEEE drop-off point or a retailer that offers take-back rather than putting them in household bins.

Can I use this in a disposable vape or a sub-ohm tank?

No. This is a nic salt designed for refillable pod kits and low-power devices, ideally with a 0.8 to 1.2 ohm coil. Do not attempt to refill a single-use disposable, and avoid sub-ohm tanks, which create too much vapour and too much nicotine from a 20mg salt.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

As an estimate, a 10ml bottle gives around 2,000 to 3,000 puffs, which is about five fills of a 2ml pod. A moderate user will typically get one to two weeks from a bottle, a light user three to four weeks, and a heavy user about five to seven days. Higher wattage and worn coils will shorten that.

Does it come in other flavours or strengths?

Yes, the Elux nic salt range covers many other fruit, ice and candy flavours, and bottles are commonly available in 10mg as well as 20mg. Stock changes, so check the Elux range on this site for what is currently available. You can swap flavours between fills, but rinse or empty the pod first if you want to avoid mixed flavours.

Who should buy it and who should avoid it?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who like citrus and tropical fruit flavours and use a pod kit. You should avoid it if you have never smoked, you are under 18, you are pregnant, or you use a sub-ohm device. Anyone with a heart condition or on medication should check with a GP or pharmacist before using nicotine products.

Is it good value compared with disposables?

A 10ml bottle is roughly equivalent to three to five disposables of about 600 puffs each. Once you have bought a pod kit, the running costs of liquid and coils are normally lower than buying disposables regularly. Disposable vapes are also now banned from sale in the UK, so refillable systems are the practical option.

Do you deliver across the UK and is there an age check?

We deliver to UK addresses, with the delivery options and costs shown at checkout. Vapes can only be sold to over-18s, so expect an age verification step on ordering and possibly on delivery. Orders are packed discreetly in plain packaging, and tracking details are sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

What is the returns and warranty policy?

E-liquid is a consumable product, so for hygiene and safety reasons opened bottles cannot normally be returned. If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken tamper seal, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Genuine and well-packed

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.

Proper taste, not watered down

Quality feels solid. Doesn't feel cheap like some other brands I've tried. Happy with the buy.
