Elux Nic Salts 20mg Vanilla Tobacco: overview

Elux Nic Salts 20mg Vanilla Tobacco is a 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid that pairs a tobacco base with a smooth, creamy vanilla layer. It is sold as a refill bottle rather than a finished device, so you pour it into a compatible refillable pod or tank and vape it through hardware you already own. If you have tried an Elux disposable and liked the brand's general approach to flavour, this is the same house style translated into a liquid you can use over and over in a pod kit.

The name tells you most of what to expect. Tobacco is the lead note, vanilla is the supporting note, and the 20mg strength means the nicotine is delivered in the salt-based form that suits low-power pod systems. It is aimed at adult smokers and ex-smokers who want something that tastes closer to tobacco than a fruit or ice flavour does, without the harsher edge of an unsweetened, dry leaf profile.

This page walks through what the liquid is likely to taste like, which devices suit it, how to fill and look after your coil, how long a bottle tends to last, and where it sits against other tobacco-style nic salts. We have kept the specifications to what can reasonably be stated from the product listing and standard industry practice. Where something varies by batch or by device, we say so and point you to the label on your bottle, which is always the authoritative source for the exact VG/PG ratio and nicotine content.

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid (refill), not a device
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the largest size UK rules allow for nicotine e-liquid bottles
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg/ml (2%), the UK legal maximum
  • Total nicotine per bottle: 200mg (20mg x 10ml)
  • Typical base: nic salt liquids in this style commonly use a balanced VG/PG blend such as 50/50; confirm on your bottle label
  • Flavour: vanilla tobacco
  • Suited to: refillable pod kits and other low-wattage, mouth-to-lung devices
  • Age restriction: 18+ only

Flavour profile: what vanilla tobacco tastes like

Tobacco e-liquids sit on a spectrum. At one end are dry, earthy leaf flavours with very little sweetness. At the other end are dessert-style tobaccos loaded with caramel, cream and nuts. Vanilla Tobacco belongs in the middle-to-sweeter half of that range: tobacco is clearly the first thing you taste, but vanilla is there to smooth the edges rather than to turn the liquid into a pudding.

Tasting notes are subjective and vary with your palate, your device and your wattage, so treat the following as a guide based on the style of the flavour rather than a guarantee. A typical vape of a vanilla tobacco nic salt unfolds in stages.

  • Inhale: a dry, lightly toasted tobacco character with a mild earthy undertone
  • Mid-palate: soft vanilla sweetness arrives, bringing a creamy, rounded feel that takes the bitterness off the leaf
  • Exhale: the tobacco fades back while vanilla lingers across the tongue
  • Aftertaste: light and gently sweet rather than sticky or cloying

It is worth being clear about what this is not. It is not a candy-sweet vanilla, and it is not a thick custard. It will not taste like a cigar, a pipe blend or a rolling tobacco in the way that a tobacco-specialist range might aim to. It is better described as a friendly, approachable tobacco: familiar enough to feel like a step away from smoking, smooth enough to vape all day without the palate fatigue that some very sweet liquids cause.

Flavour comes through more fully at lower power. On most pod kits, running the device at the lower end of its wattage range keeps the tobacco note defined and stops the vanilla from turning slightly burnt or sharp. If you push the power up, the sweetness tends to dominate and the tobacco becomes harder to find.

If you like this style but want to explore along the spectrum, the general families worth looking for are straight dry tobacco, RY4-style blends (tobacco with caramel and vanilla), cream tobacco, hazelnut or nutty tobacco, and menthol tobacco. These are flavour styles to search for in the wider market rather than a list of products in this specific range. Many vapers also keep a mint or menthol bottle on hand to rotate with a tobacco flavour, because switching occasionally can help when your taste buds feel dulled.

Performance: throat hit and vapour delivery

Because this is a 20mg nicotine salt, the way it feels in the throat is different from a freebase liquid at the same strength. Nicotine salts use a lower-pH form of nicotine, which most people find noticeably smoother. The throat hit is present and satisfying at 20mg, but it should feel rounder and less scratchy than a 20mg freebase would. That smoothness is the main reason nic salts took over the pod kit market.

Vapour production is modest by design. A mouth-to-lung pod kit with a 0.8 to 1.2 ohm coil running at a low wattage produces a compact, cool-to-warm vapour with a clean flavour and little visible cloud. This is the experience closest to drawing on a cigarette: a slow draw into the mouth, a short pause, then an inhale. If you want large, billowing clouds, a nicotine salt at this strength is the wrong tool, and the sub-ohm route that suits big vapour also suits much lower nicotine strengths.

What you should expect on performance:

  • Throat hit: moderate to firm at 20mg, smoother than freebase nicotine
  • Vapour volume: small to medium, in line with standard mouth-to-lung pod systems
  • Flavour consistency: steady through the bottle when the coil is fresh; flavour fades as the coil ages
  • Nicotine delivery: many users report that salts feel quicker to satisfy a craving than the same strength in freebase, which is why people often take fewer puffs per session
  • Warmth: the vapour runs warm rather than hot at sensible wattages; excessive heat usually means the coil is dry or the power is too high

Consistency matters as much as peak performance. A well-matched device and liquid should give you the same flavour on the last puff from a pod as on the first. If you notice the taste drifting, check the coil before blaming the liquid. In our experience, coil age is behind most complaints about a flavour that has gone flat or harsh.

One practical note on pacing. Nicotine salts at 20mg are efficient, and chain vaping can lead to a headache, nausea or lightheadedness. Take measured puffs, space them out, and let your cravings set the rhythm rather than the device.

Nicotine strength: is 20mg right for you?

In the UK, nicotine e-liquids are capped at 20mg/ml, which is 2% nicotine. That cap applies to refill bottles and to disposable and pod products alike, so 20mg is the top of the range and there is no stronger version to move up to. Choosing it means you are starting at the highest legal strength, so it is worth being sure it fits how you actually smoke or vape.

As a rough guide, which is general information and not medical advice, 20mg nic salts tend to suit people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, or who have found that lower strengths leave them reaching for a cigarette within an hour. Lighter smokers usually do better on 10mg or below, since a 20mg salt can feel too strong and cause dizziness or nausea.

  • 20mg usually suits: daily smokers moving over to vaping, people using low-power pod kits, and anyone who finds weaker strengths do not hold their cravings
  • A lower strength usually suits: occasional smokers, people who vape frequently throughout the day on larger puffs, and anyone who finds 20mg too sharp
  • Not suitable: non-smokers, people who have never used nicotine, anyone under 18, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Signs a strength is too high include lightheadedness, nausea, hiccups, a racing heart, or a throat that feels raw even on gentle puffs. If you notice these, stop, drink some water, and consider dropping to 10mg, lowering your wattage, or taking smaller and less frequent puffs. Signs it is too low are the reverse: constant puffing, cravings returning quickly and irritability.

Many people use a step-down approach. They start at 20mg while they stop smoking completely, hold there for a few weeks, then move to 10mg and eventually lower. There is no fixed timetable and no shame in staying where you feel comfortable. If your goal is to quit nicotine altogether, speak to your local NHS stop smoking service, which can offer free support alongside vaping.

Because 20mg salts are strong, avoid using them in high-powered sub-ohm devices. The large vapour volume would deliver a very high nicotine dose in a short time. People with heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health concerns should speak to a GP or pharmacist before using any nicotine product. Vaping is not risk-free and is intended for adults who already smoke.

Compatible devices and coil technology

This is a refill liquid, so the experience depends heavily on the device you pour it into. Nic salt liquids are formulated for low-wattage hardware, and the 10ml 20mg format is aimed squarely at refillable pod kits and other mouth-to-lung systems.

The most common matches are:

  • Refillable pod kits: compact devices with a pod you fill through a port, usually 2ml capacity, which is the UK limit for tanks and pods
  • All-in-one (AIO) low-wattage kits: slightly larger than a pod kit, often with adjustable power and a restricted airflow
  • Mouth-to-lung tanks: small tanks with a tight draw that work with coils in the 0.8 to 1.2 ohm range

On the coil side, most current refillable pod systems use either mesh coils or standard wire coils. A mesh coil spreads heat across a wider surface and tends to give a fuller flavour at low power; typical resistances are around 0.6 to 1.0 ohm, running somewhere in the 10 to 20 watt range depending on the manufacturer. Ceramic coils, common in older pod designs, give a clean taste and long life but are generally limited to lower power. A conventional Kanthal wire coil at 1.0 to 1.2 ohm, run at 8 to 15 watts, is a sensible match for a 50/50 nic salt. Always check the coil printing or the manual for its recommended range and stay inside it.

A balanced VG/PG blend wicks easily through the cotton in most of these coils, so it is unlikely to cause the starved wicking problems that very thick, high-VG liquids can create in small pods.

Equally important is what not to use it in:

  • Sub-ohm tanks (below about 0.5 ohm): too much liquid is vaporised for a 20mg salt, producing harsh throat hit, high nicotine intake and fast liquid consumption
  • Sealed pre-filled pods: if a pod is designed as a sealed single-use unit, do not open or refill it; follow the manufacturer's guidance
  • Damaged or leaking pods: replace them rather than topping up

If you are still choosing hardware, look for a device with USB-C charging, a fill port that is easy to use, replaceable coils that are widely stocked, and adjustable airflow. Coil life varies with liquid and usage, but a coil running a lightly sweet tobacco liquid will usually last somewhere between one and three weeks of regular use. Replace it when the flavour turns flat or burnt, not on a calendar.

Battery and charging: looking after the device

A bottle of e-liquid has no battery of its own, so the charging question here is about the device you use. Getting this part right affects both performance and safety, so it is worth a few minutes.

Most refillable pod kits ship with batteries in the 400 to 1,000mAh range. At the low wattages suited to a 20mg nic salt, a mid-sized battery of around 600 to 800mAh will often get a moderate vaper through a day, though this varies a lot with how often you puff and how much power you run. Lower wattage extends battery life, which is one more reason to keep the power modest.

  • Use the cable that came with the device: or a good-quality USB-C cable. Frayed or damaged cables should be thrown away
  • Use a standard 5V adapter: an ordinary phone charger of 2A or less is fine. Avoid unbranded, cheap chargers of unknown quality
  • Do not charge unattended: do not leave a device charging overnight or on a soft surface such as a bed or sofa
  • Keep it cool: never leave a vape in a hot car, on a radiator or in direct summer sun
  • Stop if it misbehaves: if the battery gets very hot, swells, smells or leaks, stop using it and do not charge it again

For daily carry, keep the device in a pocket or bag compartment away from coins, keys and loose batteries, which can short-circuit exposed contacts. A small case is cheap protection.

When a device reaches the end of its life, it should not go into your household bin. Vapes and lithium batteries are covered by UK electrical waste rules. You can take them to a household waste recycling centre, and many retailers that sell electrical goods offer take-back or have in-store recycling points. Check your council's website or a recycling locator to find your nearest drop-off point. Lithium batteries in general waste have caused fires in bin lorries and recycling plants, so this is not just a matter of tidiness.

Your empty e-liquid bottles are plastic and can usually be recycled, but see the bottle and packaging section below for the details on how to handle nicotine residue.

Bottle design, packaging and UK rules

Elux Nic Salts come in a 10ml plastic bottle with a narrow tip designed to fit pod fill ports. That bottle size is not a brand choice. In the UK, refill bottles for nicotine e-liquid cannot be larger than 10ml, and the tank or pod you fill cannot hold more than 2ml. Those limits shape every product in this category.

A properly packaged bottle sold in the UK should have all of the following. If any of them are missing from a bottle you receive, contact the seller before using it.

  • Child-resistant cap: a push-and-turn or similar cap designed to be difficult for young children to open
  • Tamper-evident seal: a ring or seal that shows the cap has not been opened before
  • Health warning: the required nicotine warning on the packaging
  • Ingredients and strength: the full ingredient list, nicotine strength and volume
  • Batch information and contact details: so the product can be traced if needed

On build quality, the points that matter in practice are the tip and the cap. A soft, slightly flexible nozzle makes filling easier and reduces spills; a cap that clicks firmly into place keeps the bottle sealed in a bag. Squeeze gently when filling. Squeezing hard can force a rush of liquid and flood the pod.

Storage affects how long the liquid stays good. Keep the bottle upright, tightly capped, away from direct sunlight and heat, and well out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is toxic if swallowed or if it gets on skin or in the eyes. If it does, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Most e-liquids stay in good condition for a year or more when stored properly, but check the best-before date on the box or bottle.

Do not be alarmed if the liquid darkens over time. Vanilla and tobacco blends are prone to oxidising to a deeper amber, and that is usually a cosmetic change rather than a sign the liquid has spoiled. If the smell or taste changes sharply, it is better to replace the bottle.

Empty bottles contain a small amount of nicotine residue. Check your local council's guidance on whether rinsed plastic bottles can go in household recycling. Do not tip leftover liquid down the drain or onto the ground; ask your council or household waste recycling centre how to dispose of it safely.

How to fill and use it

Filling a refillable pod is simple, but a few details separate a clean, trouble-free experience from a leaky one. The method below works for most pod systems. Always check your own device's manual for fill port location and maximum fill line.

  • Turn the device off: take out the pod or tank before filling to avoid accidental firing
  • Wash and dry your hands: this keeps oil and dirt away from the coil and mouthpiece
  • Locate the fill port: usually a small silicone plug on the side of the pod; pull it back to open it
  • Tilt the pod and fill slowly: place the bottle tip into the port, squeeze gently and aim down the side of the chamber rather than straight at the central tube
  • Stop at the max line: leave a small air gap at the top; overfilling is the most common cause of leaks and flooded coils
  • Close the port firmly: make sure the plug is fully seated before refitting
  • Wipe up any spills: especially around the contacts and mouthpiece

Priming the coil. A new coil must be fully soaked before it is fired, otherwise the cotton can scorch and ruin the flavour. After filling, let the pod sit upright for about five to ten minutes. Then take a few gentle puffs without pressing the button on button-fired devices, to draw liquid through, before vaping normally. On a fresh coil, start at the lower end of the recommended wattage and build up only if you need to.

Vaping technique. Draw slowly for about three to four seconds into your mouth, pause for a moment, then inhale into the lungs. Wait twenty to thirty seconds between puffs. This slow, deliberate rhythm keeps the coil from overheating, keeps flavour clean and lets 20mg nicotine work without overwhelming you.

Looking after the pod. Do not leave a filled pod sitting unused for weeks. Some plastics can stress-crack over time and nicotine liquid in a half-empty pod can pick up dust. If you switch flavours, rinse the pod with warm water, dry it fully and refill. Do not mix this liquid with different nicotine salt or freebase liquids in the same pod, as this makes the resulting strength unpredictable.

Keep a few spare coils or pods in your bag. Running out of coils is the usual reason people fall back on cigarettes.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

Longevity depends entirely on how you use it, so any single figure has to be an estimate. What we can do is break it down honestly, so you can plan your own supply.

A 10ml bottle fills a standard 2ml pod around five times. Since the bottle is 20mg/ml, each 2ml pod holds about 40mg of nicotine, and the full bottle holds 200mg. Mouth-to-lung puffs use roughly 0.003 to 0.005ml of liquid each, which works out to something in the region of 200 to 300 puffs per millilitre, or around 2,000 to 3,000 puffs per bottle. That is a rough planning figure, not a specification, and your real number will sit above or below it.

  • Light use (under about 1ml a day): a bottle can stretch to ten days or longer
  • Moderate use (about 1 to 2ml a day): roughly five to ten days
  • Heavy use (3ml a day or more): as little as three days, at which point it is worth asking whether a higher-capacity setup or a different strategy suits you

Several things push consumption up or down:

  • Wattage: higher power vaporises more liquid per puff
  • Puff length: longer draws use more
  • Coil condition: a worn coil makes people puff more to get the same flavour
  • Habit and stress: many vapers use more in the first weeks after quitting smoking, then settle
  • Device type: a restrictive pod kit uses less than an airier tank

For context, a typical disposable vape claiming around 600 puffs holds about 2ml of liquid. On that basis, a 10ml bottle holds roughly the same amount of liquid as five such disposables. You still need a pod kit and spare coils or pods, so the saving arrives after the hardware is paid for, but the per-day cost is generally lower with refills.

If you are new to a nicotine salt, buy a couple of bottles rather than one. Running out in the middle of your first week, when the habit change is hardest, is an avoidable problem.

Who it is for, and who should skip it

No e-liquid suits everyone. Being clear about fit saves you money and avoids the frustration of a flavour that is not what you expected.

This liquid is likely to suit:

  • Adult smokers who want a flavour that reads as tobacco rather than fruit or ice
  • Ex-smokers who find unsweetened dry tobacco liquids too harsh but do not want a dessert vape
  • Anyone moving from single-use vapes to a refillable setup, particularly now that single-use disposables can no longer be sold in the UK, so a refill-and-reuse route is the practical option
  • People already using a low-power pod kit who want a simple, familiar tobacco flavour on their rotation
  • Vapers who prefer a smooth throat hit at a strength high enough to replace cigarettes

You may want to skip it if:

  • You have never smoked or used nicotine. Nicotine is addictive and this is a strong salt; there is no reason to start
  • You are under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18
  • You want large clouds. A salt at 20mg is designed for restricted draws, not sub-ohm vaping
  • You want a strongly authentic tobacco taste. If you want deep cigar, pipe or Virginia leaf notes, a tobacco-specialist range is more likely to deliver that
  • You dislike any sweetness. The vanilla is gentle, but it is there, and it will not suit people looking for a purely dry flavour
  • You are sensitive to nicotine. 20mg is the maximum strength; consider 10mg or lower
  • You want a device ready to go out of the box. This is a liquid, so you will need a compatible refillable pod kit
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition. Speak to a health professional before using any nicotine product

If you are unsure, remember that vaping is meant to help adult smokers move away from cigarettes. If it is not doing that for you, or you are using it alongside smoking without cutting back, the NHS stop smoking services can offer structured help and, in many areas, free support.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with refillable pods come down to a small number of causes. Work through the list below before assuming the liquid or the device is faulty.

  • Burnt or acrid taste: the coil is likely dry or worn. Make sure the pod has liquid above the wick holes, prime a fresh coil properly, drop your wattage, and replace the coil if the taste does not recover.
  • Flavour feels weak or flat: this is often vaper's tongue, where your taste buds become dulled to a repeated flavour. Try a different flavour for a day or two. If the problem continues, the coil may be at the end of its life.
  • Leaking from the pod: usually caused by overfilling, a loose fill-port plug or a cracked pod. Fill to below the max line, press the plug in firmly, and inspect the pod for hairline cracks. Pressure changes, for example on flights, can also push liquid out.
  • Gurgling or spitting: condensation or excess liquid in the airway. Wipe the mouthpiece and blow gently through the airflow channel to clear it. Lower the wattage slightly.
  • Throat hit is too harsh: reduce the wattage, take shorter puffs, or switch to a lower nicotine strength if 20mg is too strong for you.
  • Dizziness, nausea or a racing heart: stop vaping, drink water and rest. If it keeps happening, move to a lower strength and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
  • Dark or tarry coil: normal build-up over time. Heavily darkened coils give muddy flavour; replace rather than try to clean.
  • Liquid has darkened in the bottle: vanilla and tobacco blends often deepen in colour with age and exposure to light and air. This is cosmetic as long as the smell and taste are still normal.
  • Device will not fire: check the battery, clean the contacts with a dry cotton bud, and make sure the pod is fully seated.
  • Dry hits (hot, empty-feeling puffs): the wick is not getting enough liquid. Refill, wait for the coil to saturate and avoid chain vaping.

If you have tried these steps and the problem persists, contact the retailer with your order number and a description of the issue, including a photo where you can. Do not use a device that is hot, damaged or swollen, and never attempt to open or repair a battery.

Value for money and how it compares

For a nic salt, value comes from how long a bottle lasts, how much of the flavour you actually enjoy, and how it compares with the alternatives you might otherwise buy. The price on this page will vary with promotions and multi-buy offers, so rather than quote a figure that may go out of date, here is how to judge it.

Against disposables. A disposable holds around 2ml of liquid and is thrown away, battery and all. A 10ml refill bottle holds roughly five times that. After the one-off cost of a refillable pod kit, the cost per day of vaping from a bottle is normally well below that of buying disposables. The refillable route also generates less electrical and plastic waste and, with single-use disposables now banned from sale in the UK, it is where the market has gone.

Against other tobacco nic salts. Honest comparisons are worth making, because tobacco is a flavour where preferences vary a lot.

  • Tobacco-specialist ranges: brands that focus on tobacco, such as Hangsen, tend to offer a wider choice of leaf profiles, from dry and cigar-like to Virginia-style. If you want a deliberate, authentic tobacco taste, they may serve you better than a mainstream vanilla blend.
  • Mainstream nic salt brands: most large UK nic salt ranges, such as those from IVG, Nasty Juice or Pod Salt, include at least one sweetened or creamy tobacco option. Differences come down to sweetness level, how smooth the throat hit is, and personal taste, so we would not claim any one is clearly ahead.
  • Elux Vanilla Tobacco: its strength is approachability. It is a gentle, rounded tobacco that is easy to switch to if you are coming from cigarettes or from a fruit disposable. Its limitation is the same thing: it is not aiming for a hard-edged leaf flavour.

Where the money goes wrong. The most common false economy is pairing a good liquid with a worn coil, then deciding the liquid is poor. Budget for replacement coils or pods. The other is buying at 20mg when 10mg would do, because over-strong liquid leads to wasted bottles and discomfort.

Our verdict. For adult smokers who want a smooth, sweet-leaning tobacco in a strength that can replace cigarettes, Elux Nic Salts 20mg Vanilla Tobacco is a sensible, practical choice at a sensible cost per day. If you want a dry, rich tobacco, or you do not need 20mg, look at the alternatives above before you buy.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

What nicotine strength should I choose?

This bottle is 20mg/ml, the maximum allowed in the UK, and it generally suits people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day. If you smoke less, or you find strong nicotine uncomfortable, a 10mg strength is a better starting point. Non-smokers should not use nicotine products.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank?

We do not recommend it. A 20mg nic salt is designed for low-wattage, mouth-to-lung devices with coils of around 0.6 ohm and above. In a sub-ohm tank it would give a harsh throat hit, deliver a high nicotine dose quickly and use up liquid fast.

How do I charge the device I use it with?

The liquid has no battery, so charging applies to your pod kit or tank device. Use the supplied USB-C cable with a standard 5V phone-type charger, do not leave it charging unattended or overnight, and stop using it if it becomes hot or swollen.

Can I swap to a different flavour or strength later?

Yes. Rinse the pod with warm water, dry it fully and refill with the new liquid, or swap to a fresh pod to avoid any flavour carry-over. Do not mix different liquids in the same pod, as the resulting nicotine strength and taste will be unpredictable. Check the listing for other flavours and strengths in this range.

How long will a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on your use. As a rough guide, a moderate vaper on a low-power pod kit might get five to ten days from a bottle, a light user longer, and a heavy user as little as three days. A 10ml bottle fills a standard 2ml pod about five times.

Is it better value than a disposable vape?

Per day, usually yes, once you have a refillable pod kit. A disposable holds about 2ml of liquid, whereas this bottle holds 10ml, and you replace only coils or pods rather than the whole device. Single-use disposables can no longer be sold in the UK, so refillables are the main route anyway.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It suits adult smokers and ex-smokers who want a smooth, lightly sweet tobacco flavour at 20mg and own a compatible refillable pod kit. It is not suitable for under-18s, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone who wants big clouds or a dry, cigar-style tobacco.

Do you deliver across the UK?

We deliver to UK addresses, with delivery options and prices shown at checkout. Because this is a nicotine product, age is checked at order and may be checked again on delivery, and orders cannot be sent to anyone under 18. See our delivery information page for current options and cut-off times.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

E-liquid is a consumable, so there is no device warranty, but we will help if your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles generally cannot be returned, so please check our returns policy for full details.

How should I store and dispose of the bottle?

Impressive value

Delivery was super fast and the product is genuine. I've had fakes before so this was a relief.

Fairly priced for what you get

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
