Ghost Pro 8000 Pods Fresh mint: what you are buying

Ghost Pro 8000 Pods Fresh mint is the Fresh mint option in the Ghost Pro 8000 Pods range, priced at £5.99 and rated at 8,000 puffs. What follows is the detail worth knowing before you add it to the basket.

The profile here is fresh mint with a cooling lift. It is a straightforward profile rather than a complicated one, which is usually what makes a flavour last.

The full Ghost range is at Ghost, and this line alone runs to 32 flavours. Everything we ship is genuine UK-compliant stock.

What it costs and how to get free delivery

This one is £5.99. No bundle is running on this line right now, so we will not pretend otherwise. Our current deals are worth a look if you are building a basket.

Baskets above £20 ship free within the UK. Order before 4pm on a working day and it leaves us that afternoon.

Is Fresh mint the right pick for you?

Flavour is the hardest thing to buy blind, so it helps to think in families rather than names. Fresh mint sits in the confectionery camp: fresh mint with a cooling lift.

• If you want an all-day vape, a more balanced profile usually lasts longer before palate fatigue sets in.
• If you rotate flavours, pair this with something from a different family so your palate resets between them.
• On cooling, this reads as an uncooled profile, which suits anyone who finds menthol overpowering.
• If you are switching from cigarettes, strong sweet flavours can feel unfamiliar at first, and many adults settle after a week or two.

Nobody gets every flavour right first time, which is why the multibuys exist.

Getting the best from each pod

The 2ml cap is a legal limit, so read puff ratings as a total across the pods you will get through.

• Let a fresh pod sit for a minute after clicking it in so the wick saturates.
• Store spares upright and out of direct heat to reduce the chance of leaking.
• A muted or scorched taste is the usual sign a pod is spent.
• Keep pods out of reach of children and recycle them responsibly rather than binning them loose.

None of that is complicated, but it is the difference between a pod that tastes right to the end and one that does not.

Other flavours in the Ghost Pro 8000 Pods range

If this one is not quite what you are after, the rest of the line is worth scanning. 32 flavours sit under this name, including:

• Banana Ice
• Kiwi Passionfruit Guava
• Purple Slush
• Caribbean Crush

Buying two at once and alternating is the simplest way to stop any single flavour going flat on you.

Ordering, delivery and the legal bit

This is an 18+ product and age verification applies to every order. Nicotine is highly addictive, which is worth stating plainly.

Browse all pods and refills, or head to the sale if price is the deciding factor. Check your device takes this format before ordering, since pods are not universal.

Choosing your nicotine strength

This prefilled pod is listed in 10mg and 20mg. UK law caps nicotine at 20mg per ml, so that is the strongest you will find anywhere.

• 20mg gives the firmest throat hit and suits heavier former smokers, or anyone who finds lower strengths leave them vaping more often.
• 10mg is the common middle ground: enough to satisfy without the harshness some find at 20mg.

Start where you are comfortable rather than where you think you should be, and adjust from there. 10mg options and 20mg options are browsable separately if you want to compare.

Where this sits in the Ghost range

It is worth knowing what else the brand makes before you commit to one listing. We stock 73 Ghost products, running from £4.99 to £7.99. That breadth means you can usually stay inside the brand when you want a change, rather than starting over somewhere else.

The full lineup is on the Ghost page.

Brand loyalty in vaping is mostly about knowing what to expect, which counts for a lot.

How it compares to the rest of the category

Price alone is a poor guide, so it helps to see the field. We list 1,412 products in this category, and 31 in the same puff class. At £5.99, this one sits in the middle of the market.

• Multibuy deals are where the price per unit drops hardest, and they can be mixed across flavours.
• Reduced lines carry 1,558 products if the budget is the deciding factor.
• Bottled e-liquid works out cheaper per millilitre if you are willing to refill rather than swap.

The honest answer is that most vapers end up owning two formats, not one.

The running cost, worked out

Work out cost per week and product comparisons get much easier.

At £5.99 for a rated 8,000 puffs, that is roughly 0.75p per 1,000 puffs. Use it to compare like with like, not to predict your own week.

• No multibuy runs on this line, so the deals page is where the savings are.
• Baskets over £20.00 ship free in the UK, so building to that threshold beats paying postage twice.
• Nicotine strength changes consumption: many adults find a higher strength means reaching for the device less often.

Fresh mint against the rest of the line

If this one is close but not quite right, its siblings are the obvious next step. There are 32 options under this name:

• Strawberry Lime
• Blueberry Raspberry Cherry
• Triple Mango
• Blue Sour Raspberry
• Sweet Green Grape
• Pina Colada

Buying two from different families and alternating stops either going flat on you.

Why the UK market looks like this

A lot of the format decisions here were made by law, not by marketing. UK rules cap nicotine at 20mg per ml, nicotine e-liquid bottles at 10ml, and prefilled pods and tanks at 2ml. That is why no retailer here sells a 50ml bottle of 20mg salt.

The end of single-use disposables changed what sits on the shelf. Rechargeable kits with replaceable pods took their place, which is why a device now comes with a charging port and a pod you swap rather than a sealed unit you bin. For most people it works out cheaper over a month, provided you stay on one platform.

All stock here meets those UK limits and comes through UK distribution. Age verification applies to every order without exception.

Delivery, returns and buying with confidence

The buying side is straightforward. Weekday orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day, and UK delivery is free once your basket reaches £20.00. Delivery choices, including tracked services, appear at checkout.

Consumables cannot be returned once opened, for obvious hygiene reasons. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will sort it. Sales are strictly 18+ and every order is age-verified before dispatch.

Nicotine is highly addictive, and nothing here is intended for non-smokers.

Looking after it, and what goes wrong

The faults people blame on a product are usually storage or priming.

• Prime before the first draw. Click the pod in and leave it a minute. Drawing on a dry wick is what causes that scorched first hit.
• Keep it cool and upright. Heat thins liquid and pushes it through seals, which is why a hot car is the usual cause of a leak.
• Muted flavour is often you, not it. Palate fatigue is common on a single flavour, and rotating to a second profile resets it.
• Store away from children and pets, and recycle spent hardware rather than binning it loose.

Do those four things and most of the usual problems never appear.

More flavours in this line

The rest of the line, if you want to compare before choosing.

• Cherry Watermelon Freeze
• Strawberry Lime
• Sourheads
• G-Bears
• Blue Sour Raspberry
• Black Mamba
• Strawberry Raspberry Cherry
• Berry Burst

Rotating a pair is the simplest fix for flavour fatigue.

Buying this as a first purchase

First time buying this sort of product? The decisions that matter are simpler than the shelf suggests.

1. Format. A prefilled pod is the no-mess option. Bottled e-liquid costs less per millilitre if you do not mind refilling.
2. Strength. This comes in 10mg and 20mg. Heavier former smokers usually start high and step down.
3. Flavour. You are looking at Fresh mint. Pick a second from a different family so you have something to rotate to.

Beyond that, it is down to taste rather than technique. The deals page is the cheapest way to try more than one at a time.

Common problems and how to avoid them

Most support questions we get come down to four things.

A burnt taste on a new pod. Almost always a pod drawn on too soon. Click it in and leave it a minute before the first pull. A scorched wick cannot be rescued, so the minute is worth it.

Leaking. Usually heat or pressure. Warmth thins liquid and pushes it through seals, so a hot car or a sunny windowsill is the usual culprit. Cabin pressure on a flight does the same thing, which is why storing spares upright in a bag beats loose in a pocket.

Flavour fading. Frequently the palate rather than the product. If a flavour dulls after a week, switching to a contrasting profile for a day or two usually brings it back sharply.

Buying the wrong fitment. Pods are not universal, and even within one brand the families differ. Check the listing names your device before ordering rather than after. Spares and accessories are grouped separately if you need a replacement part.

Building a rotation instead of buying one thing

The single most common mistake is buying five of the same flavour. Palate fatigue sets in faster than people expect. A profile you loved on day one can taste flat by day ten, not because the product changed but because your palate stopped noticing it.

Rotation solves it entirely. Keep two profiles from genuinely different families on the go, and alternate between them. Something sweet paired with something sharp, or a fruit paired with a menthol, resets the palate each time you switch. Two flavours in rotation will each last noticeably longer than either would alone.

Within this line alone there are options to pair with:

• Kiwi Passionfruit & Lime
• Cola Ice
• White Mamba
• Watermelon Ice
• Strawberry Lemonade
• Blueberry Pomegranate

Multibuy offers make this cheap to do, and they can be mixed across flavours.
