Gold Bar XL Prefilled Pods Blue Raspberry: overview

Gold Bar XL Prefilled Pods Blue Raspberry are sealed, ready-filled replacement pods for the Gold Bar XL pod system. Instead of topping up a tank from a bottle, you click a filled pod onto the battery section, vape it until the liquid is gone or the flavour fades, and then swap in a fresh one. There is no refilling, no coil changing and no spilled e-liquid, which is the main reason this format has become popular with adult smokers who want something simple to live with day to day.

This page is a detailed guide to the Blue Raspberry pods: what the flavour tastes like, how many puffs you can reasonably expect, how the coil and battery side of the system works, which nicotine strength to pick, and how the pods compare with similar products sold in the UK. We have tried to be straightforward about the limits of what we can say. Pack sizes, nicotine options and the exact internal specification can vary between production batches, so where we give a figure we explain how we reached it, and where the printed information on your box differs, the box wins.

  • Format: sealed prefilled pod, no refilling required
  • Flavour: Blue Raspberry, a sweet and slightly tart confectionery-style berry
  • Liquid capacity: up to 2ml per pod, which is the maximum size allowed for UK pods and tanks
  • Nicotine: UK maximum of 20mg/ml (2%), with lower strengths usually offered alongside it
  • Draw style: mouth-to-lung, with a gentle, cigarette-like pull
  • Age restriction: 18 and over only

It is also worth understanding why pod systems matter more now than they did a few years ago. Single-use disposable vapes were banned from sale in the UK in June 2025, so a rechargeable device with replaceable pods is one of the main ways to keep the grab-and-go convenience without throwing a battery away after a few days. A pod is far cheaper to make and discard than a whole device, and the battery section stays in use for many months.

If you are brand new to vaping, read the nicotine strength and who-it-suits sections before you order. If you already own a Gold Bar XL device and simply want to know whether Blue Raspberry is worth adding to your rotation, jump to the flavour and value sections.

Blue Raspberry flavour profile

Blue raspberry is not a fruit you can pick from a bush. It is a confectionery flavour that grew out of sweets, slush drinks and ice lollies, and it has its own recognisable character: bright, sweet, slightly sharp and a little sherbet-like. Gold Bar XL Blue Raspberry follows that tradition rather than trying to reproduce a realistic raspberry, so expect something closer to a blue boiled sweet than a handful of fresh berries.

On the inhale, the first impression is sweetness with a tangy edge. The berry note is clear without being heavy, and the tartness stops it from tasting flat or syrupy. On the exhale the sweetness lingers for a moment and then fades cleanly, leaving a faint sugary finish on the lips rather than a long, cloying aftertaste. Most prefilled pods use nicotine salt liquids, which carry flavour smoothly and keep the throat hit mild at moderate strengths.

A few points help set expectations accurately:

  • Not an ice flavour. Blue Raspberry is sold as its own flavour. If you want a cooling sensation on the exhale, look for variants that explicitly say ice or menthol in the name.
  • Sweetness level is medium to high. People who normally vape tobacco or mint flavours may find it sweeter than they are used to. People who like fruit sweets will feel at home.
  • Flavour changes through the life of the pod. Prefilled pods tend to taste most vivid in the first half and then soften gradually as the liquid level drops and the coil ages. A noticeably muted taste is usually your cue that the pod is close to empty.

Flavour perception is personal, and it changes with draw style. A slow, steady pull gives more taste and a cooler vapour. A quick, sharp pull produces warmer vapour with a heavier sweetness. If the flavour seems too intense, shorten the draw. If it seems weak, slow the draw down and give a freshly fitted pod a few minutes to saturate, which we cover in the troubleshooting section.

One practical note on sweet flavours: sugars and sweeteners in e-liquid caramelise on the coil over time, which dulls flavour gradually. This is normal and is one reason pods are designed to be replaced rather than topped up. Rinsing your mouth with water between flavours also helps if you rotate between several pods, because lingering sweetness can mask the next flavour you try.

Performance and puff delivery

Pack-front puff counts are a marketing figure, and they are usually generous. A more honest way to estimate pod life is to work from the liquid. A 2ml pod holds roughly two thousand microlitres of e-liquid. On a low-power pod device with a restricted mouth-to-lung draw, a typical puff of two to three seconds uses somewhere around three to four microlitres. That works out at about 500 to 650 puffs per pod for an average user, and that is the range we would plan around. Treat it as an estimate from first principles, not a lab measurement.

Several things move the number up or down:

  • Draw length. Long, hard pulls use more liquid per puff. Short sips stretch a pod further.
  • Nicotine strength. Higher strengths are satisfying in fewer puffs, so people on 20mg often get through a pod faster in terms of puffs, but slower in terms of cravings met per millilitre.
  • Chain vaping versus spaced use. Taking ten quick puffs in a row heats the coil more and uses more liquid than the same ten puffs spread over an hour.
  • Battery output. A device that fires harder will vaporise more liquid per second, which gives warmer, denser vapour and shortens pod life.

In everyday terms, a moderate vaper replacing a handful of cigarettes a day will probably get through one pod in two to four days. A heavier user replacing a pack a day might use one pod roughly every day. That is a rough guide only, because vaping habits vary far more than smoking habits do.

Vapour production is moderate, in line with what you would expect from a small mouth-to-lung pod system. This is a low-cloud format designed for discretion and a cigarette-like feel, not for blowing large plumes. The vapour should be warm rather than hot, and consistent from the first puff to roughly the last tenth of the pod.

You will know the pod is nearing empty when the flavour thins out, the vapour looks sparse, or the draw starts to feel dry or slightly harsh. Do not keep puffing on an empty pod. Once the wick runs short of liquid, the cotton can scorch and leave a burnt taste that is unpleasant and, in the worst case, can put you off the flavour entirely. If you see the liquid level drop below the window, switch to a fresh pod.

Design and build quality of the pod

The pod is a small, one-piece plastic cartridge. It combines the liquid reservoir, the wick and coil assembly and the mouthpiece in a single sealed unit. That integrated design is deliberate: with no filling port to open, there is far less chance of leaks during handling, and the manufacturer can match the coil to the liquid viscosity precisely, which helps flavour stay consistent from pod to pod.

When you hold a pod in your hand there are a few build points worth checking:

  • Window and liquid level. Most pods in this class use a clear or translucent shell so you can see how much e-liquid remains. This takes the guesswork out of when to change it.
  • Mouthpiece. The drip tip is moulded into the pod. A rounded, medium-width tip is comfortable for mouth-to-lung vaping and feels natural if you are coming from cigarettes.
  • Seals and connection. The base of the pod fits into the device with a snug push-fit or contact connection and rubber seals that keep liquid inside. A firm, clean click when you fit it is a good sign. A loose or gritty fit is not.
  • Airflow path. The air intake sits on the device or the pod base. Keep it clear of fluff and pocket lint, because a partially blocked inlet tightens the draw and can cause gurgling.

Pods are consumable parts and are not built for repeated rough handling. Do not squeeze the shell, do not leave pods on a car dashboard in summer, and do not keep them in a pocket with keys or coins. Heat softens the seals and thins the e-liquid, which makes leaks far more likely. Store spare pods upright, away from direct sunlight, in their original packaging until you need them.

Plastic pods from this category are not designed to be opened or refilled. Prising one open voids any claim you might make on it, can damage the coil and introduces a risk of spilling nicotine liquid on your skin. If you want to refill, a refillable pod kit is the right tool for that job, and a prefilled pod is the right tool for people who do not want the bother.

Overall, expect competent, unremarkable build quality, which is what you want from a consumable: nothing flimsy, nothing fiddly, and nothing that gets in the way.

Device compatibility, battery and charging

The pod does not contain a battery. All the power comes from the Gold Bar XL device that the pod clicks into, so the battery and charging behaviour you experience depends on that device, not on the Blue Raspberry pod. Before ordering, check that your device is the Gold Bar XL model these pods are made for. Pods from different brands usually use different connectors and different coil resistances, and forcing a non-matching pod into a device can damage both.

Pod devices in this class typically carry a rechargeable lithium-ion battery of a few hundred milliamp hours, commonly in the 400 to 650mAh range, and charge over USB-C. If we take a mid-range battery of around 500mAh and a modest power draw, one full charge generally powers somewhere between one and two pods. We cannot state the exact capacity of your unit from here, so check the device packaging or the manufacturer information supplied with it.

Practical charging guidance for UK users:

  • Use a standard 5V phone charger or computer USB port. Fast chargers and laptop power bricks usually negotiate down safely, but a plain 5V supply is the lowest-risk choice.
  • Use the cable supplied, or a good-quality replacement. Cheap, frayed cables are a common cause of slow or intermittent charging.
  • Do not leave it charging unattended overnight. Lithium cells are safe in normal use, but sensible habits cut risk further. Unplug once the indicator shows full.
  • Do not vape while charging unless the device clearly supports it. Many do not, and doing so can overheat the battery.
  • Keep the battery away from heat and wet. Do not leave the device in a hot car, in direct sunlight or in a pocket with loose metal objects.

Charging time for devices of this size is generally somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes from flat. If your device takes noticeably longer than an hour, or stops charging at a partial level, the cable, the charger and the charging port are the first things to swap, in that order.

Battery life declines slowly over hundreds of charge cycles. If you notice that a full charge is lasting less than half of what it used to, the cell is ageing and it is more sensible to replace the device than to keep nursing it. Never try to open a vape battery, and never dispose of one in household rubbish or ordinary recycling bins. The recycling section later in this page explains the correct route.

Coil and mesh technology

The coil is the heating element inside the pod. When you draw, the device detects airflow and passes current to the coil, which heats the cotton wick next to it and turns the e-liquid into vapour. In prefilled pods from this class, the heating element is typically either a small ceramic-style coil or a mesh coil. Mesh has become the more common choice because of the way it behaves in use.

Here is why a mesh coil is usually preferred where it is fitted:

  • Larger heating surface. A flat mesh sheet touches more of the wick than a thin wire wrap does, so more liquid is vaporised evenly at a given power.
  • Faster ramp-up. Mesh warms quickly, so the first puff of a session tastes the same as the last.
  • More even flavour. Even heating reduces hot spots, which means fewer scorched notes and a cleaner fruit flavour like Blue Raspberry.
  • Longer consistent life. The wide surface spreads wear and gunk across a bigger area, which helps flavour hold for the life of the pod.

Coils in mouth-to-lung pod systems normally sit in the region of 0.8 to 1.2 ohms. That resistance is matched to the battery and chip in the device to give a warm, moderate vapour on a light draw. Lower-resistance coils exist, but they belong to sub-ohm kits and use much more power and liquid. The matching is why we recommend using the pods only with the Gold Bar XL device they were made for.

Wicking is the other half of coil performance. The wick has to soak up liquid at the same rate the coil vaporises it. If the liquid is too thick or the wick is not saturated, the coil runs dry and you get a burnt or dry-hit taste. Prefilled pods are filled and sealed at the factory so the wick starts in the right state, but after transport and storage it still needs a few minutes to re-saturate. That is why we suggest waiting three to five minutes after fitting a new pod before the first puff.

Do not try to clean or reuse a coil. Pod coils are sealed in the cartridge and are intended to be discarded with it. Once flavour fades or you taste any burnt note that does not clear, replace the pod rather than pushing harder on a worn coil.

Nicotine strength guidance for UK vapers

In the UK, vaping products sold through normal retail channels are limited to a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml, which is the same 2% ceiling that applied to disposable vapes. That cap comes from the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, and it sits alongside the 2ml limit on pod and tank capacity. This means you will not find a legitimate UK pod stronger than 20mg/ml, and you should be wary of any seller claiming otherwise.

Pods of this type are usually offered in two or three strengths, most often 20mg/ml and a lower option such as 10mg/ml. Check the product page for the exact choices for Blue Raspberry. As a rule of thumb:

  • 20mg/ml: suitable for adults who currently smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, or who smoke their first cigarette soon after waking. Nicotine salts make this strength smoother than the same number would feel in an older freebase liquid, but it is still a firm hit.
  • 10mg/ml: a sensible starting point for lighter smokers, for people stepping down from a higher strength, and for anyone who finds 20mg too harsh or too quick to bring on lightheadedness.
  • Lower than 10mg/ml: useful for people nearing the end of a quit journey who want to taper, if the range offers it.

Signs your strength may be too high include dizziness, nausea, headaches, a sore throat or feeling jittery after a few puffs. Signs it may be too low include cravings returning within a short time, taking a very large number of puffs, or still feeling the urge to reach for a cigarette. If you see either pattern, adjust one step at a time rather than jumping across the range.

Nicotine is addictive. If you do not currently smoke or vape, you should not start, and these pods are not intended for you. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication that may interact, speak to a GP, pharmacist or local stop smoking service before using any nicotine product. The NHS regards vaping as far less harmful than smoking for adult smokers who switch completely, but it is not risk-free.

Finally, strength is not a fixed choice. Many people start on 20mg while they stop smoking, move to 10mg within a few weeks and then drift lower as their dependence eases.

Who these pods suit, and who should skip them

Gold Bar XL Prefilled Pods Blue Raspberry are a convenience product aimed at adult smokers and existing vapers. They are not for everyone, and it is better to be clear about both sides before you spend money.

These pods are a reasonable fit for:

  • Adult smokers who want to switch. A mouth-to-lung pod with a cigarette-like draw is an easier transition than a large sub-ohm tank, and the no-fuss format reduces the number of reasons to relapse.
  • Existing Gold Bar XL owners. If you already have the device and like sweet fruit flavours, Blue Raspberry is a straightforward addition to your pod rotation.
  • People moving on from disposables. Following the UK ban on single-use vapes, many ex-disposable users want the same swap-and-go simplicity with a reusable battery.
  • Vapers who dislike maintenance. No bottles, no coil priming rituals, no spare parts. Click, vape, swap.
  • People who value discretion. Mouth-to-lung pods produce modest vapour and small clouds, which suits shared spaces where vaping is permitted.

You should probably think twice, or choose a different product, if you are:

  • Under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18 in the UK, and age checks apply at checkout and on delivery.
  • A non-smoker. Vaping is intended to help adult smokers move away from tobacco. It is not a lifestyle accessory, and nicotine has no benefit for someone who is not already dependent.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek advice from a healthcare professional. Stop smoking services can usually offer nicotine replacement options more suited to pregnancy.
  • A cloud chaser. This is a low-power pod format. If you want large, dense vapour, you will be disappointed.
  • Cost-driven and comfortable with refilling. If you are happy to mix or buy bottled e-liquid, a refillable pod kit is cheaper per millilitre, and our value section explains by how much.
  • Looking for tobacco or menthol. Blue Raspberry is sweet and fruity. Look at other flavours if you want something closer to a cigarette.

If you are unsure which camp you fall into, start with the lower strength and a single pod. It is better to buy a second one after a good first experience than to stockpile something that turns out not to suit you.

How to use, store and recycle your pods

Using a prefilled pod is straightforward, but a few good habits protect the coil, reduce leaks and keep the flavour consistent. Follow these steps for each new pod.

  • Step 1: check the device. Make sure the Gold Bar XL battery is charged and the connection area is clean and dry. Wipe away any residue with a dry tissue.
  • Step 2: prepare the pod. Take the pod out of its packaging. Remove any protective film, plug or cap if there is one. Do not press on the shell or the mouthpiece.
  • Step 3: fit the pod. Line it up with the device and push it in until it seats with a click or until it sits flush. Do not twist or force it.
  • Step 4: let it saturate. Leave it upright for three to five minutes so the wick can soak up liquid. This is the single biggest step in avoiding a dry or burnt first puff.
  • Step 5: take a gentle first draw. Use a slow two to three second pull, then wait ten to fifteen seconds before the next one. After a couple of puffs the flavour will settle into its normal level.
  • Step 6: swap when needed. Replace the pod when the flavour thins, the liquid window is nearly empty or you notice a burnt taste. Pull the old pod straight out without twisting.

Store the device and spare pods at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from children and pets. E-liquid is poisonous if swallowed, and nicotine can be dangerous in small amounts for children and animals. If a pod leaks onto your skin, wash the area with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes or is swallowed, seek medical advice straight away.

Used pods and old devices should not go in your normal household bin or kerbside recycling. Vapes contain a lithium-ion battery and a small amount of residual e-liquid, and the battery in particular can start fires in waste vehicles and recycling plants. In the UK you can return used pods and old devices through vape recycling bins in participating shops, retailer take-back schemes and household waste recycling centres. Retailers that sell vapes are expected to offer a take-back route for waste electrical equipment. Check that the drop-off point accepts vape pods and batteries before you go, and keep the used pods in a bag so any leftover liquid cannot leak into your pocket.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with prefilled pods are down to a short list of causes, and most of them have simple fixes. Work through the points below before deciding that a pod or device is faulty.

  • No vapour or no firing when you draw. Check that the device is charged, and that the pod is seated fully. Remove the pod, wipe the contacts with a dry cloth and refit it. Make sure you are actually drawing firmly enough to trigger the sensor, and that the air inlet is not blocked by a finger or a pocket.
  • Weak or muted flavour. If the pod is new, give it five minutes to saturate. If it is old, the liquid is probably low or the coil has aged. A pod that has been lying in a warm place can also taste off until it cools.
  • Burnt or harsh taste. This is nearly always a dry coil, either from chain vaping on a low pod, taking very long pulls, or not letting a fresh pod soak. Rest the pod for a while. If the taste does not clear, replace it. Do not push on, because burnt cotton does not recover.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Condensation has gathered in the airway. Remove the pod, tap it on a tissue and take a couple of clean, slow draws away from the mouthpiece. If the problem returns often, the pod may be overfilled or damaged.
  • Leaking from the base or the mouthpiece. Pods that are stored on their side, exposed to heat or squeezed in a pocket tend to leak. Wipe the connection area clean. If it continues, stop using the pod and contact the shop with a photo.
  • Device flashes or will not recognise the pod. A flashing light usually points to a poor connection, a short circuit in the contacts or a flat battery. Clean the contacts, refit the pod and charge the device. If the pod is not the model for the device, it will not work.
  • Battery drains very quickly. The cell may be ageing, or you may be vaping on a damaged pod that draws more current. Test with a fresh pod and a full charge before you assume the device is at fault.

If you have worked through these points and a pod is still not working, do not try to open it or modify it. Keep the packaging, note the batch code if there is one, take a clear photo and contact the shop. A genuine fault is something we want to know about.

Value for money and running costs

The simplest way to judge value is cost per millilitre. Take the pack price, divide it by the total number of millilitres in the pack, and compare. Prefilled pods are priced for convenience, and the premium over bottled liquid is real. As an illustration only, a two-pod pack at £6.00 holds 4ml of liquid and works out at £1.50 per millilitre. A 10ml nicotine salt bottle at £3.50 comes to £0.35 per millilitre. The refillable route is clearly cheaper on paper.

What you pay extra for with a prefilled pod is not liquid but everything around it:

  • No spills. You never handle open nicotine liquid.
  • A matched coil. The pod arrives with a coil designed for that specific liquid, so you are not gambling on whether a replacement coil suits a particular bottle.
  • No tools or knowledge needed. New vapers can use it correctly within minutes.
  • Portability. A spare pod in a pocket is far less awkward than carrying a bottle.

On the plus side, pod systems tend to be gentler on your pocket than the disposables they replaced. A rechargeable device that you keep for many months, paired with a pod every few days, is generally cheaper over a year than a steady flow of single-use vapes, and it avoids the waste of throwing a battery away each time.

It is also worth comparing against what you are spending on cigarettes. Most smokers who switch completely find that vaping costs less than their previous habit, but it depends on the strength you use, how fast you go through pods and what you pay for a packet of cigarettes. Do the sums with your own numbers rather than relying on a general claim.

To keep the running cost down, buy multipacks when the price per pod drops, avoid chain vaping on a pod that is near empty, store spares properly so they do not leak, and replace pods before they start to taste burnt. Treat any pod that lasts three to four days as a good result, and any pod that is gone in a day as a sign that you may want a higher-strength option or a different style of device.

Overall, the pods represent fair value for what they are: a convenient, low-maintenance format with a competent flavour. They do not win on cost per millilitre, and they are not trying to.

How Gold Bar XL pods compare with alternatives

Choosing between pod systems comes down to a handful of practical questions rather than a single winner. Here is a fair comparison with the main alternatives a UK vaper is likely to consider.

  • Versus other prefilled pod ranges such as Elfa or Vuse ePod. These ranges are also built around a sealed, ready-filled pod and a small reusable battery. The main differences are the size of the flavour catalogue, how widely each range is stocked in local shops, and the price per pod. The big names tend to be easier to find on the high street, which is a real advantage if you run out unexpectedly. A smaller range may offer sharper pricing online. Check the pod size, the nicotine options and the cost per millilitre before you commit, because the two ecosystems do not interchange.
  • Versus refillable pod kits. A refillable kit gives you a far wider choice of liquid and a much lower cost per millilitre, but it also asks you to fill, prime and replace coils yourself. If you are happy to learn, it is the better long-term value. If you want the least effort possible, a prefilled pod is easier.
  • Versus large sub-ohm kits. These give much bigger clouds and a different draw, using higher power and low-nicotine liquid. They are a different category and not a replacement for a mouth-to-lung pod. They also tend to suit former smokers who want a lot of vapour more than those who want a cigarette-like substitute.
  • Versus the old disposable vapes. A disposable was a single object with a built-in battery that you threw away. A pod system keeps the battery and replaces only the pod, which is much better for waste and for cost. The flavour quality of a good pod is generally in line with, or a little ahead of, a typical disposable.

Where Gold Bar XL pods sit well is the middle ground: a recognisable UK brand, a sweet confectionery flavour, a simple format and a price that does not require a bulk purchase. Where they are less compelling is for someone who already owns another brand's device, since you would need to buy a new battery section to use them, and for anyone who wants the widest possible choice of nicotine strengths or flavour styles.

Our honest advice is to treat these as a good solid option rather than a must-have. If you like the flavour and the format suits you, they do the job. If you would rather spend less per millilitre or use a device you already own, a different route may be smarter.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for Gold Bar XL Blue Raspberry pods?

The legal UK maximum is 20mg/ml, and that is the usual choice for adults who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day. If you smoke less, or find a higher strength harsh or dizzying, pick the lower option shown on the product page, typically 10mg/ml. Adjust one step at a time rather than jumping across the range.

How do I charge the pods?

The pods themselves have no battery, so there is nothing to charge in the pod. The battery sits in the Gold Bar XL device, which charges over a USB cable from a standard 5V charger or computer port. Do not leave it charging unattended overnight, and do not vape while it is plugged in unless the device explicitly supports it.

Can I swap between flavours or use these pods with a different device?

You can swap between different Gold Bar XL pod flavours as often as you like, simply by removing one pod and fitting another. Wait a few minutes after fitting for the wick to saturate. These pods are designed for the Gold Bar XL device, so we do not recommend using them with another brand's battery, because connectors and coil resistances differ.

How long does one Blue Raspberry pod last?

A 2ml pod typically gives somewhere around 500 to 650 puffs for an average user, based on how much liquid a normal draw uses. In practice that is often two to four days for a light or moderate vaper and about a day for a heavy one. Long draws, chain vaping and higher power shorten it.

Are these pods good value for money?

Per millilitre, prefilled pods cost more than bottled e-liquid, because you are paying for the convenience of a sealed, matched coil and no refilling. Compared with the single-use vapes they replaced, a reusable device with replacement pods is usually cheaper over a year. Work out the cost per ml from the pack price to compare properly.

Who should not buy these pods?

Anyone under 18 and anyone who does not already smoke should not buy them, and neither should people who are pregnant unless advised by a healthcare professional. They are also a poor match for cloud chasers, for people who want a tobacco or menthol flavour, and for those who prefer the lower cost of refilling their own device.

Do you deliver to the UK, and how quickly?

Yes, we deliver to addresses across the UK, with the available delivery options and cut-off times shown at checkout. Because these are age-restricted products, you must be 18 or over, and you may be asked to confirm your age when ordering or on delivery. Tracking details are sent once the parcel has been dispatched.

What is the warranty and returns policy?

If a pod or order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos, and we will look into a replacement or refund under our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pods generally cannot be returned unless faulty, so please check the policy page for the exact conditions and time limits.

How should I dispose of used pods?

Do not put used pods in household rubbish or normal kerbside recycling, because the residual liquid and lithium-ion batteries are a fire and environmental risk.
