Hayati Liora Prefilled Pods in Blue Razz Lemonade: what you are buying

This listing is for Hayati Liora Prefilled Vape Pods in Blue Razz Lemonade, a replacement pod made for the Hayati Liora device. Each pod arrives already filled with nicotine e-liquid and has the coil built in, so there is nothing to pour, prime or assemble. You take the pod out of its packaging, push it into the Liora battery section and start vaping. When the pod runs dry you remove it and fit a new one. That is the whole routine, which is why prefilled pods appeal to people moving away from cigarettes who would rather not learn about coils, wicking or liquid bottles.

It is worth being clear about what this product is not. It is not a standalone device, and it is not a single-use disposable. The pod does nothing on its own and needs a Hayati Liora battery to fire. The pods are also made for that system, so you should not assume they will fit other brands of pod kit. If you do not own a Liora device yet, look at the Hayati Liora Pod Vape Kit and Hayati Liora Vape Kit listings, which include the battery section, and treat this page as the refill you buy afterwards.

Blue Razz Lemonade sits at the sweet-and-sharp end of the Liora flavour range. The word Blue in the product name is the colour code for this variant, which is a useful visual cue when you keep several pods in a drawer or a coat pocket. Key facts at a glance:

  • Format: prefilled replacement pod with an integrated coil
  • Capacity: within the 2ml limit UK law sets for pods and tanks, with 2ml being the standard size for this class of product
  • Flavour: blue raspberry combined with tart lemonade
  • Nicotine: choose from the strengths shown on the product page, capped at 20mg/ml in the UK
  • Works with: the Hayati Liora device
  • Typical life: roughly 500 to 600 puffs per pod, depending on how you draw

The rest of this guide covers performance, flavour, build, battery, coil design, nicotine strength, who the pods suit, how to use them, what to do when something goes wrong, how they compare on value, and the UK rules that apply. Where a figure is an estimate rather than a manufacturer-published number, we say so, because vape pages are full of confident numbers that nobody has measured.

Performance and puff delivery

Puff counts are the number people look at first and trust least. On any vape the printed figure is an estimate based on a standard draw of around two to three seconds, and real-world results move with your habits. For a 2ml prefilled pod, a sensible working figure is about 250 to 300 puffs per millilitre, which puts a full pod at roughly 500 to 600 puffs of normal use. Treat that as a planning range rather than a promise.

What does that mean in daily life? A light user taking ten to fifteen puffs an hour across a working day will usually get two to three days from a pod. A moderate user who vapes steadily through the evening and most of the day will often finish one in a day or a little over. A heavy user or a chain vaper will go through a pod faster, and anyone who prefers long, slow draws will use more liquid per puff than someone taking short sips. If you are replacing a pack of cigarettes a day, plan on needing more than one pod every 24 hours at first and be glad of a spare in the bag.

Vapour production on a pod system like this is moderate by design. The draw is tuned to be snug and slightly restricted, closer to pulling on a cigarette than to the open, airy inhale of a large sub-ohm tank. You get a clear, flavourful cloud without the room-filling output of a hobbyist setup. For most people switching from smoking, that restricted draw is the point: it feels familiar, it delivers nicotine efficiently and it keeps the vapour discreet enough for use in places where it is permitted.

Consistency matters as much as capacity. A well-made pod should taste the same on its last puffs as on its first few, with no sudden jump in harshness when the liquid level drops. Pods can run slightly warmer and thinner as they empty, which is normal, and it is the cue to swap rather than to keep pulling harder. Pulling on an empty or near-empty pod burns the wick and leaves a scorched taste that can spoil the pod early, so change it when flavour fades instead of chasing the last few puffs.

  • Light use: about two to three days per pod
  • Moderate use: about one to two days per pod
  • Heavy use: under a day, so carry a spare

Flavour profile: blue raspberry meets lemonade

Blue raspberry is a confectionery flavour rather than a literal fruit. It is a bright, sweet, slightly tangy note that most people recognise from slush drinks and sweets, with a berry character that leans more candy than orchard. Lemonade is the counterweight: a clean citrus acidity with a sugary finish, like a cold glass of the shop-bought kind rather than a freshly squeezed one. Together they make a drink-style flavour with a sweet berry front and a sharper, more refreshing back end.

On the inhale you should expect the blue raspberry to arrive first, round and sweet, with a faint tartness behind it. As the vapour moves across the tongue the lemon comes forward, adding brightness and stopping the berry from feeling heavy or cloying. On the exhale the two blend into a lingering sweet citrus aftertaste. The cooling effect, if there is any, is mild; this is a fruit-and-lemonade profile rather than a menthol-heavy ice flavour, so do not buy it expecting a strong chill in the throat.

That balance is what makes the flavour easy to live with all day. Pure dessert and candy profiles can become tiring after a few hours, and very sharp citrus can start to feel acidic on the palate. Putting the sweet berry and the tart lemon together gives your taste buds something to alternate between, which reduces vape fatigue. If you like fizzy drinks, sherbet sweets or iced lemon drinks, this is a profile you are likely to find agreeable.

A few practical flavour notes for first-time buyers:

  • Sweetness: medium to high, with the lemon cutting through it
  • Tartness: noticeable but not sour enough to make your face pucker
  • Fruit realism: candy-style, not a juice-bar fruit blend
  • Best for: people who like cold drink flavours and want something livelier than tobacco or plain menthol
  • Not ideal for: anyone who dislikes sweet vapes or wants a dry, tobacco-like finish

Flavour perception is personal and also changes with nicotine strength, airflow and how fresh the pod is. If you are trying Liora flavours for the first time, buying a single pod before committing to a multi-pack is a reasonable way to find out whether blue raspberry lemonade suits you.

Design and build quality

A prefilled pod is a small object that has a lot to do. It holds liquid securely, keeps the coil in the right position, connects electrically to the battery, lets air through and gives you a mouthpiece you are happy to put in your mouth. The Liora pod follows the usual closed-pod layout: a compact body in translucent or tinted plastic, a moulded mouthpiece at the top, and a contact area at the base that mates with the battery section. The blue colour coding for this variant makes it easy to tell apart from other flavours at a glance.

The mouthpiece shape matters more than it sounds. A slightly flattened, rounded tip sits comfortably on the lips and encourages the gentle, steady draw that pod devices are tuned for. The bore should feel smooth with no sharp moulding lines. The pod should seat firmly in the device with a light click or a felt resistance, and it should not rattle once fitted. If a pod feels loose, take it out and refit it before assuming something is wrong, because a partly seated pod is the single most common cause of poor contact.

Seals are the other build point worth checking when you open a new pack. A fresh pod should be dry on the outside, with liquid visible behind the plastic wall and no wet patches on the base or around the fill plug. A tiny trace of residue from manufacturing can happen and wipes off with a dry tissue. A pod that is visibly wet or has an obviously low liquid level straight out of the packet should be reported to us rather than used.

  • Material: rigid plastic body, with a metal coil and contacts inside
  • Size: compact enough to carry several pods in a pocket
  • Fit: push-in connection that should click or seat firmly
  • Visibility: translucent walls make it easy to see the remaining liquid

Because the pod is a sealed consumable, you cannot open it or refill it, and you should not try. Prying a pod apart damages the seals and can leave you with liquid on your hands and a ruined coil. Think of it as a cartridge that is replaced whole, not a tank to be topped up.

Battery and charging: what the pod needs from the device

The pod itself contains no battery. All the power comes from the Hayati Liora device, which is a rechargeable battery section that sends current to the coil when you draw. That distinction matters when you shop, because it means the pod page cannot tell you much about runtime on its own. What it can tell you is how the two parts work together, and what you can do to keep the pairing running smoothly.

Pod battery sections in this class typically use a built-in lithium-ion cell in the region of several hundred milliamp-hours. As a rule of thumb, a cell of roughly 400 to 1000mAh will carry you through several pods of liquid on a single charge, depending on its exact size and how hard you vape. Check the Liora kit listing for the stated capacity of the device you own, since that figure belongs to the battery section rather than to the pod. A typical pattern is that one full charge covers about one to two pods of use, so if you refill your pocket with new pods you should also top up the battery regularly.

Charging is done by USB cable, usually USB-C on current devices. Use a standard 5V phone charger or a computer port rather than a fast-charge brick that may deliver higher voltages than the device expects. Charging from empty normally takes somewhere around an hour, give or take, and an indicator light will show when it is under way and when it is done. Do not leave a device charging unattended overnight on a soft surface such as a bed or sofa, and stop using any charger or cable that is warm to the point of discomfort or visibly damaged.

Habits that help the battery and the pod last:

  • Top up the battery when it gets low instead of running it flat every time
  • Keep the device out of hot cars and direct sunlight, which degrade lithium cells
  • Wipe the charging port and pod contacts with a dry cotton bud now and then
  • Do not vape on a very low battery, which can give weak, uneven heating and a thin flavour

A weak battery is a common reason people think a pod is faulty. Before you judge a new pod, charge the device fully and refit the pod.

Coil and mesh technology inside the pod

The coil is the heating element that turns liquid into vapour, and in a prefilled pod it is built in and sealed. Pods in this class generally use one of two designs: a traditional wire coil wrapped around cotton, or a mesh coil, where a thin sheet of perforated metal does the heating. Mesh has become the common choice in modern pods because its larger surface area warms liquid more evenly, which tends to give steadier flavour and fewer hot spots than a simple wound wire.

Resistance is the number that describes how the coil behaves. Pod coils for nicotine-salt liquids commonly sit somewhere between about 0.8 and 1.4 ohms, giving a tight draw and moderate vapour at modest power. Lower resistance generally means warmer, denser vapour and faster liquid consumption; higher resistance means a cooler, tighter pull that makes the liquid last longer. The Liora pod is tuned for the restricted mouth-to-lung style, so expect a draw that feels snug rather than airy. The manufacturer does not need you to know the exact figure to use the pod, and we would rather give you a realistic range than quote a number we cannot confirm for this specific variant.

Wicking is the second half of the coil story. Cotton fibres soak up liquid from the reservoir and feed it to the heating element. If the wick is not saturated, you get a dry, burnt taste. This is why a fresh pod benefits from a short rest after unpacking: it gives the liquid time to reach the cotton before you fire the coil.

Things that shorten coil life, in order of how often we see them:

  • Chain vaping, which does not give the wick time to re-saturate between draws
  • Taking very long draws on a nearly empty pod
  • Using a pod with a loose connection, which causes uneven heating
  • Leaving the pod in a hot place where the liquid thins and may leak

When a coil has reached the end of its life, the taste turns flat, scorched or oddly bitter even though the pod still has liquid in it. At that point, replace the pod rather than trying to coax more from it.

Choosing a nicotine strength

The strength you choose will shape how the pod feels more than any other single factor. In the UK, no nicotine vape may contain more than 20mg/ml of nicotine, and that cap applies to every product format, including the single-use style devices that are no longer sold in Great Britain. Within that cap, the strengths offered on the product page will usually run from a low option up to 20mg/ml. Pick the one that matches how much you smoked, not the one that looks the strongest on paper.

The pods in this range use nicotine salts in most cases, which are absorbed more smoothly than freebase nicotine and allow a higher strength to feel less harsh. That is why a 20mg/ml pod can feel gentler on the throat than a 20mg/ml freebase liquid would, even though the number on the label is the same. It also means the effect arrives quickly, so a beginner may find a strong pod more potent than expected.

  • 20mg/ml: the usual starting point for people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day. It gives the most cigarette-like throat hit and satisfies cravings with fewer puffs.
  • 10mg/ml: a middle option for lighter smokers, social smokers, or anyone who finds 20mg harsh. You will take a few more puffs, so a pod may go faster.
  • 5mg/ml or lower: suited to people tapering down, or to ex-smokers who want a lighter touch and mostly want the flavour and the hand-to-mouth habit.

If you are not sure where to start, a practical test is to ask how soon after waking you normally smoke and how many you get through in a day. Within half an hour of waking and a pack or more a day usually points towards the top strength. If you smoke a handful a day, go lower. Signs that your strength is too high include dizziness, nausea, a racing pulse or a throat that feels raw after only a few puffs. Signs that it is too low include constantly reaching for the device, chain vaping and returning to cigarettes in between. Adjust gradually and stay with a strength that keeps you off tobacco entirely. If you do not currently smoke or vape, do not start: nicotine is addictive, and these products are intended for adult smokers looking for an alternative.

Who these pods suit, and who should skip them

These pods are a sensible fit for adults who already own a Hayati Liora device and want a flavour that is sweet, fruity and a bit tart. They also suit smokers switching to vaping who like the idea of a simple routine: charge the device, fit a pod, vape, replace the pod when it runs out. There is no liquid to carry, no coil to prime and no tank to clean, which removes most of the fiddly parts that put people off.

They are a good match for:

  • Adult smokers who want a lower-hassle alternative to cigarettes and enjoy fruit or soft-drink flavours
  • Existing Liora owners who already know the system and want a second flavour to alternate with
  • People who like to carry a spare pod instead of a bottle and a charger
  • Vapers who want a snug, mouth-to-lung draw and a modest vapour cloud

They are less suitable for:

  • Anyone without a Liora device. The pod will not work on its own, and you should confirm compatibility before ordering
  • People who do not smoke or vape. Nicotine is addictive and there is no reason for a non-smoker to start
  • Under-18s. It is illegal to sell nicotine vapes to anyone under 18 in the UK, and we ask for age verification on delivery
  • Cloud chasers. The restricted airflow and modest wattage are not built for large, dense vapour
  • Anyone who dislikes sweet flavours. If you prefer tobacco or a dry menthol, another variant will suit you better
  • People who want to mix their own liquid or choose coil resistance. A sealed prefilled pod gives you no control over either

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or take medication that could interact with nicotine, speak to your GP or pharmacist before using any nicotine product. NHS Stop Smoking services can also supply advice and support, and for many people the combination of a vape and behavioural support gives better results than either alone.

How to fit and use the pod

Getting started takes a minute, and doing it properly saves you from most of the problems covered in the next section. Follow these steps for a new pod:

  • Charge the device first. A flat battery gives a weak, burnt-tasting first impression that is not the pod's fault.
  • Unpack the pod and check it. Look for cracks, wet patches and a sensible liquid level. Remove any plastic film or end cap from the mouthpiece and from the base contacts.
  • Seat the pod firmly. Line it up with the opening in the device and press until it clicks or stops. A partly seated pod will not fire reliably.
  • Wait a few minutes. This lets the liquid soak into the cotton. Skipping this step is the most common reason a fresh pod tastes dry or burnt.
  • Take a few gentle primer draws. Use short, soft pulls of two seconds or less, then start vaping normally.

Vape with steady, moderate draws rather than long, hard ones. Take a pause of ten to twenty seconds between puffs if you are vaping heavily so that the wick can recover. Hold the device upright when you can, and avoid blowing back into the mouthpiece, because that pushes liquid into the airway and can cause gurgling.

Changing pods is simple. Pull the old pod straight out, do not twist it, and wipe the device contacts with a dry cloth before fitting the new one. Keep any partly used pod upright if you plan to use it again. Used pods should be disposed of through a recycling route rather than the household bin where possible, as covered at the end of this guide.

Storage matters too. Keep spare pods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children and pets. Heat thins the liquid and can cause leaks, and a pod left on a car dashboard on a warm day is a good way to waste a pod. Do not store pods loose in a pocket with keys or coins, which can scratch the contacts.

Troubleshooting common problems

Almost every pod problem comes down to one of five causes: a poorly seated pod, a low battery, a dry wick, a flooded coil or a pod that has simply run out. Work through the list below before assuming the pod is defective.

  • No vapour or the device will not fire. Check the battery charge, remove the pod and refit it firmly, and wipe the contacts on the pod and the device with a dry cotton bud. If the device shows a short-circuit or no-pod warning, the pod is probably not seated.
  • Burnt or scorched taste. This usually means a dry wick or an empty pod. Rest the pod for a few minutes, take shorter draws and make sure the liquid level is not almost gone. If the pod is nearly empty, replace it.
  • Weak or flat flavour. A tired coil, a low battery or vaper's tongue can all do this. Charge the device, take a break from the flavour for a day or two, and try a different one to reset your palate.
  • Gurgling or spitting. The coil is flooded. Wipe the mouthpiece, hold the device upright, and take a couple of gentle draws without inhaling fully.
  • Leaking from the base. Most leaks come from heat, pressure changes or a seal that was not seated. Wipe the pod and the contacts clean. If it keeps leaking, replace the pod and contact us if the problem is a defect.
  • Harsh throat hit. The nicotine strength may be higher than you need, or the battery may be giving too much power for a nearly empty pod. Consider moving down a strength.

If you have worked through these steps and the pod still fails, take a photograph of the pod and its batch information and send it to our support team. Describe what you did and when the problem started. Many faults can be settled quickly with a photo, and we would rather replace a genuinely faulty pod than have you put up with it. Never attempt to open a pod, and never keep using a device that smells of burning, gets hot, swells or leaks battery fluid. Stop, unplug it and dispose of it through an electrical recycling point.

Value for money and how it compares

Value on a prefilled pod is about cost per puff and about the effort you save. A single 2ml pod providing roughly 500 to 600 puffs is, on a per-puff basis, comparable to the better-value single-use vapes that used to dominate the market, and you keep the battery section rather than throwing it away every few days. If you vape regularly, the saving over a year comes mostly from the fact that you buy a battery once and then buy only the consumable. A multi-pack lowers the per-pod cost further, and it saves postage if you buy in bulk.

Where do prefilled pods sit against the alternatives? Here is a fair comparison:

  • Versus single-use disposables: they were convenient, but they are no longer sold in Great Britain, and a pod system produces far less waste because only the pod is replaced. Pod kits also tend to have a more consistent draw.
  • Versus refillable pods and tanks: refillable systems usually cost less per millilitre and let you pick any flavour from a bottle. You will have to learn to fill, prime and clean them, and some people will find that fiddly. Prefilled pods win on simplicity, refillables on cost and choice.
  • Versus other closed-pod systems from established brands: several mainstream names sell closed pods at similar prices. Each ties you to its own device, so the more useful question is whether you like the device, the flavour range and the price of the pods, not which logo is on the box.
  • Versus larger rechargeable vapes: bigger devices with large tanks give much more vapour and more adjustment, but they are bulkier and have a steeper learning curve.

The honest weak spots are straightforward. You are locked into one pod format, so if Hayati changed or dropped the Liora line, your device would be stranded. Flavour choice is limited to what is on the shelf, and you cannot adjust the nicotine strength once a pod is bought. And a sweet flavour like this one is a matter of taste: it will delight people who like soft drink profiles and bore those who prefer tobacco.

If you want a low-effort switch from cigarettes, this is a reasonable, fairly priced route. If you want to save the most money or tinker, a refillable system is worth a look.

UK rules, delivery, recycling and safe storage

Selling and using vape products in the UK is regulated, and it helps to know the basics. Nicotine vapes must be sold only to adults aged 18 and over. Nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/ml. Pods and tanks are limited to 2ml of liquid. Packaging carries health warnings, and products are notified to the regulator before they can be sold. Since 1 June 2025, single-use disposable vapes can no longer be supplied in Great Britain, which is one reason rechargeable kits with replaceable pods are now the standard route for people who want a simple product.

Delivery is by tracked UK courier. Because nicotine products are age-restricted, expect to confirm your age at checkout and possibly on delivery, so make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the parcel. See the delivery page for current times, costs and any free-delivery threshold, since these change from time to time.

Recycling is the part most people overlook. A used pod is a small piece of plastic and metal that should not be left in the general waste where it can be avoided. The device battery is a lithium-ion cell and must never go in the bin or household recycling, because damaged batteries start fires in collection vehicles and recycling plants. Retailers that sell vapes are expected to offer take-back, and you can also use household waste recycling centres and electrical recycling drop-off points. Your local council website or the Recycle Your Electricals service will list the nearest drop-off point. There is no need to empty a used pod first; place it in the collection container as it is.

Safe storage and use:

  • Keep pods, devices and chargers out of reach of children and pets
  • Never charge a damaged device, and do not use a charger that is not rated for the device
  • Store spare pods upright in a cool, dry place
  • Do not carry a loose device with coins or keys in the same pocket
  • If liquid reaches your skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation continues

Nicotine is addictive, and vaping is intended for adult smokers who want to switch. Non-smokers and under-18s should not use these products.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Zero-mess flavour change — snap in, done
  • Consistent draw from a factory-primed coil
  • Long shelf-life, easy to travel with

Cons

  • Costs more per ml than freestanding e-liquid
  • Pods are proprietary to a specific device
  • Only sold at 20 mg or 10 mg — no lower strengths

Customer Buying Tips

  • Check device compatibility: a pod must match your exact device family (e.g. "Elfa Pro" pods only fit Elfa Pro devices).
  • Store sealed pods upright, below 30 °C — heat and sunlight drain flavour.
  • Rotate flavours: using the same pod flavour back-to-back dulls your palate within a week.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for the Hayati Liora Blue Razz Lemonade pods?

If you smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, 20mg/ml is the usual starting point and is the UK legal maximum. Lighter smokers, or anyone who finds 20mg harsh, often do better on 10mg/ml, and people tapering down can move lower still. Check which strengths are listed for this variant on the product page.

Are these pods the same as a disposable vape?

No. These are replacement pods for a rechargeable Hayati Liora device, so you keep the battery section and only replace the pod. Single-use disposable vapes can no longer be sold in Great Britain since 1 June 2025, whereas a rechargeable kit with swappable pods remains available to adults.

Do these pods work without a Hayati Liora device?

No. The pod has no battery of its own and needs a Hayati Liora battery section to heat the coil. It is also made for that system, so do not assume it will fit other brands. If you do not own a Liora device, buy a Hayati Liora kit first.

How do I charge the device that uses these pods?

Charge the Liora device with a USB cable and a standard 5V charger or computer port, and wait for the indicator light to show it is full, which usually takes around an hour. Do not leave it charging unattended on soft furnishings, and stop using any damaged cable.

Can I swap this flavour for another Liora variant?

Yes. Because pods are individual, sealed consumables, you can switch flavour any time by replacing the pod. Wipe the device contacts with a dry cloth when you change, and give a new pod a few minutes to soak before vaping so the taste is not scorched.

How long does one pod last?

A 2ml pod typically gives roughly 500 to 600 puffs, which is about one to three days depending on how often you vape. Heavy use and long draws shorten that, while light, short puffs stretch it. Treat this as a planning estimate, not a guaranteed figure.

Is this good value compared with other pods and disposables?

Per puff, it compares well with the better single-use vapes that used to be sold, and you keep the battery. Refillable systems usually cost less per millilitre but need more effort. Multi-packs reduce the per-pod cost, so they are worth considering if you vape daily.

Who should not buy these pods?

Anyone under 18, anyone who does not already smoke or vape, and anyone who is pregnant or has a heart condition without first speaking to a doctor or pharmacist. They are also a poor fit for people who dislike sweet flavours, want big clouds, or do not own a compatible Liora device.

How quickly will my order arrive in the UK?

Orders are sent by tracked UK courier, and delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our delivery page. Because nicotine products are age-restricted, someone aged 18 or over needs to be available to receive the parcel and may be asked for proof of age.

What if my pod is faulty, or I need to return it?

Photograph the pod and its packaging, then contact our support team with a short description of the problem, and we will review it under our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened vape products are generally not returnable unless faulty, so check the returns page before ordering.
