Hayati Pro Max Plus 4000 Strawberry Watermelon pod: what you are buying

This listing is for a single replacement pod in the Strawberry Watermelon flavour, made for the Hayati Pro Max Plus 4000 pod system. It is a consumable, not a complete device. The pod carries the e-liquid and the coil, and it seats onto a rechargeable battery base that you need to own already or buy separately. If you are new to the range, start with a Pro Max Plus starter kit, then come back for spare pods in the flavours you enjoy.

Hayati has built a following in the UK with fruit-led flavours that taste sweet and rounded rather than sharp, and Strawberry Watermelon sits squarely in that tradition. It pairs two fruits almost everyone recognises, ripe red strawberry and juicy watermelon, and blends them into one smooth, easy flavour. The pod arrives pre-filled and sealed, so there is no pouring, no measuring and no spilled liquid on your hands. You unwrap it, press it into the base, and draw.

Since the UK ban on single-use vapes came into force on 1 June 2025, replaceable-pod systems have become the main route for vapers who want a grab-and-go style device without throwing away a lithium battery every few days. You keep the base and swap the pod. That is kinder to your wallet over time and far kinder to the waste stream, because the part that contains the battery stays in use for months rather than days.

This guide covers what the pod offers, how it performs, what the flavour is like, how the coil and battery work together, how to choose a nicotine strength under UK rules, how to fit and look after the pod, and how it compares with other pod systems. It is written for adult smokers and vapers aged 18 or over, and it tries to be straight about limitations as well as strengths, so you can decide whether it suits you before you order.

Specifications at a glance

Before going into detail, here is a quick summary of what this pod is and how it is built. Where a figure is a manufacturer rating or a typical value for this class of device rather than something printed on the pod itself, it is marked as such, because the pack in your hand is always the final authority.

  • Product: Hayati Pro Max Plus 4000 replacement pod, Strawberry Watermelon flavour.
  • Format: pre-filled, sealed, replaceable pod. The rechargeable base is sold separately.
  • Headline puff rating: 4000, which is the manufacturer's figure for the product line and is explained in the performance section below.
  • E-liquid: nicotine salt formulation. Nicotine strength on UK-market products is capped at 20mg/ml (2%).
  • Coil: mesh coil built into the pod, so there are no coils to change or prime separately.
  • Battery: lives in the base, not the pod. Bases in this class are typically specified at around 650mAh and charge over USB-C.
  • Activation: draw-activated, with no button to hold while you inhale.
  • Compatibility: intended for the Hayati Pro Max Plus base. Do not assume it fits other Hayati devices or other brands.
  • Pack contents: one pod. Sold to adults aged 18 and over only.

Two points are worth stressing. First, UK rules limit the capacity of pods and refillable tanks to 2ml per unit and cap nicotine strength at 20mg/ml. The capacity and strength printed on your pack are what count, and the figures above should be read alongside them. Second, battery capacity, coil resistance and similar numbers are rarely printed on consumer packaging, so any value given here for those items is a reasoned typical figure for a pod system of this size and not a laboratory measurement.

If a specific figure matters to you, for example because you are comparing nicotine intake or planning travel with a device, read the label on the box and the markings on the pod, and contact the shop with the product name and batch details if anything is unclear. We would rather answer a question before you buy than after.

Flavour profile: strawberry and watermelon

The first impression on the inhale is strawberry. It reads as ripe, sweet strawberry rather than tart or green, closer to fresh fruit with a pinch of sugar than to boiled sweets. Watermelon follows through the middle of the draw, adding a light, watery juiciness that softens the strawberry and stops the blend from tasting heavy. On the exhale the two fruits sit together, with the watermelon lingering a little longer on the back of the tongue.

Sweetness is moderate to high, which is typical of Hayati's fruit pods. If you like dry or tart blends, this will taste sweeter than you want. If you are coming from sugary flavours such as candy, cola or soft fruit drinks, it will feel familiar straight away. The product name does not mention ice or menthol, so expect a fruit flavour without a deliberate cooling blast. Some fruit blends carry a faint freshness on the exhale, but this is not a menthol-forward pod. If strong cooling is what you want, look at the iced variants of fruit flavours in the same range.

What you can expect in the first few puffs:

  • Inhale: sweet strawberry, rounded and ripe.
  • Mid-draw: watermelon juiciness, light and slightly watery.
  • Exhale: mixed fruit with a soft, sweet finish.
  • Throat feel: smooth at salt nicotine strengths, with a gentle tickle at the top of the range.

Flavour intensity depends on how you draw. A slow, steady pull of two to three seconds gives the clearest taste and lets both fruits come through. Short, sharp puffs tend to emphasise the sweetness and lose some of the watermelon. As the pod empties, flavour can flatten slightly in the final stretch, which is normal in any pre-filled system because the wick has less liquid to feed the coil. If the flavour fades much earlier than that, check the troubleshooting section below.

Sweet e-liquids can leave a faint sugary film on the lips and teeth, so a sip of water now and again is sensible, and normal tooth brushing is worth keeping up. Because each flavour comes in its own sealed pod, there is no cross-contamination inside the base when you swap flavours, although a rinse of the mouth with water helps you taste the new pod properly. If you enjoy this profile, many vapers rotate between two or three fruit pods to avoid flavour fatigue, which is the dulling of taste that can happen when you vape the same sweet flavour all day.

Performance and puff delivery

The Pro Max Plus system is draw-activated, so vapour starts the moment you inhale and stops when you stop. There is no firing button, no adjustable wattage and no airflow ring to fiddle with. That simplicity is the point: it behaves like a closed pod device should, giving a consistent mouth-to-lung draw that feels close to smoking a cigarette, with a medium vapour volume and a reasonably warm draw.

On the subject of the number in the name, the 4000 figure is a puff rating supplied by the manufacturer for the product line. Puff ratings are normally derived from machine-puffing tests under controlled conditions, using fixed puff length and spacing, and they do not reflect how a person actually vapes. Real-world puff counts vary a great deal. They are also bounded by how much liquid the pod holds, and UK rules cap pod capacity at 2ml, so treat 4000 as a headline rating and not as a promise of what you will get from one pod.

Things that change how long a pod lasts:

  • Draw length: long pulls use more liquid per puff than short ones.
  • Frequency: chain vaping drains a pod far faster than occasional use.
  • Nicotine strength: a lower strength often leads people to puff more, which empties the pod sooner.
  • Battery level: a low base can produce weaker vapour that feels like a failing pod, even when plenty of liquid remains.
  • Temperature: cold conditions thicken e-liquid and can make the first few puffs feel muted.

Rather than guess a number of days, the practical approach is to run your first pod and note how long it takes you to finish it. That gives you a baseline for ordering. Many regular users keep two or three spare pods at home so they never run dry and slip back to cigarettes, which is the outcome you are trying to avoid.

Consistency through the life of the pod is generally good. Vapour and flavour should stay steady for most of the pod, with a gradual drop in the last stretch as the liquid runs low. If you notice a sudden loss of vapour while the base is charged, that points to a dry or blocked pod and not to normal ageing. Stop using it at that point, because drawing on a pod with no liquid left will burn the cotton and give you an unpleasant, acrid taste that no one enjoys.

Design and build quality of the pod

A pod has a fairly simple job. It must hold liquid without leaking, keep the coil wetted, make a reliable electrical connection with the base, and give a comfortable mouthpiece. The Pro Max Plus pod is a moulded plastic housing with a flat or slightly oval mouthpiece, an internal liquid reservoir around the central airflow channel, and metal contacts at the bottom that meet the base. It is a sealed unit, which means you do not open it, refill it or replace parts inside it.

Fit and seal matter more than looks. When you press the pod onto the base it should seat firmly with a distinct click or snug resistance, and it should not rock or twist loosely. Magnetic or press-fit connections both work as long as the contacts are clean and aligned. If you ever feel the pod sitting crooked, take it off and re-seat it, rather than forcing it. Forcing a pod risks bending the contacts or cracking the housing, either of which can cause leaks.

Before first use, remove any protective film, plug or cap from the mouthpiece and from the contacts at the base of the pod. Skipping this step is one of the most common reasons a brand-new pod appears dead. Pods are packaged sealed to prevent leakage in transit, and the seals are meant to be taken off by the user.

Points to look at when your pod arrives:

  • The housing should be intact, with no cracks or crushed corners from shipping.
  • The mouthpiece should be clean and free of liquid residue.
  • The contacts at the bottom should be clear of film and free of liquid.
  • The sealed pack should not be torn, because this is a sign of tampering or transit damage.

In terms of carrying, the pod and base together make a compact, pocketable device, but the same advice applies as to any vape. Keep it upright where you can, avoid leaving it on a car dashboard or in direct sun, and carry it in a bag compartment away from keys and coins instead of loose in a pocket. Heat can thin the e-liquid and force it past the seals, and a pod that has been through a hot day in a bag may show a little liquid around the mouthpiece. Wipe it with a dry tissue before use and it should be fine.

If a pod arrives with obvious damage or is leaking in the packet, do not use it. Photograph the packaging and the pod, then contact the shop with your order number so we can sort out a replacement.

Battery and charging: the base does the work

One thing that surprises first-time buyers is that a pod has no battery of its own. All the power comes from the rechargeable base. This is why a pod costs far less than a full device, and why the system works out better value over time than disposables ever did. The base for this class of pod system is typically specified at around 650mAh, which is enough to get through a good stretch of use before you need a charge, although actual endurance depends on how often and how hard you draw.

Charging is done over USB-C, which means you can use the same cable as most current phones and many other gadgets. A cell of this size normally charges from empty in about one to one and a half hours using a standard 5V phone-style charger. Many bases have an indicator light that changes colour or flashes to show low battery or active charging. Check the leaflet that came with your base for the exact light codes, because they differ between models.

Charging habits that protect the battery and your home:

  • Use a reputable charger and a cable in good condition. Avoid unbranded, very cheap chargers of unknown output.
  • Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface, not on a bed, sofa or pile of papers.
  • Do not leave the device charging unattended for long periods or overnight.
  • Unplug when charging is complete. Constant trickle charging is not necessary.
  • Keep the base away from heat sources and out of direct sun.
  • If the base becomes hot, swells, smells odd or is visibly damaged, stop using it and do not charge it.

You do not need to wait for the battery to be completely flat before charging. Lithium cells are happier with partial top-ups than with repeated deep discharges, so plugging in when the light shows low is fine. Fitting a new pod does not require a fresh charge either, as long as the base has enough power to fire the coil.

When the base eventually reaches the end of its life, which is usually after many months of regular use, it should not go in the bin or the household recycling. Lithium batteries can start fires in refuse trucks and recycling plants. In the UK, shops that sell electrical goods, including vape retailers, are required to offer take-back for waste electricals, and most household waste recycling centres have a collection point for small electricals and batteries. Empty pods should be handled the same way where your local scheme accepts them, and many vape shops have a dedicated recycling box. A short trip to a drop-off point is all it takes to keep the materials out of landfill and the fire risk out of the waste stream.

Coil and mesh technology inside the pod

The coil is the heating element that turns liquid into vapour, and in this pod it is a mesh coil. Instead of a round wire wound around a cotton wick, a mesh coil uses a thin, perforated metal sheet that is rolled or folded and pressed against the wicking cotton. Because the sheet has far more surface area touching the cotton, it heats more evenly and vaporises more liquid for a given amount of power. In practice that means quicker ramp-up, steadier flavour and a smoother draw than many older round-wire pod coils.

Coil resistance for pods in this class usually sits around the one ohm mark, though the manufacturer does not always print the figure on the pod. A resistance in that region suits salt nicotine e-liquid and a mouth-to-lung draw, which is exactly how this system is meant to be used. It also keeps power demand modest, which is how a small base can run a pod for a good number of puffs.

Benefits and limits of a mesh coil in a sealed pod:

  • Even heating: fewer hot spots, so less chance of a scorched taste during normal use.
  • Flavour clarity: sweet fruit notes such as strawberry and watermelon come through cleanly.
  • Fast response: vapour arrives almost as soon as you draw.
  • No maintenance: the coil is part of the pod, so you never have to prime or replace it yourself.
  • Fixed lifespan: the coil lasts as long as the pod, and when the liquid is gone the pod is done.

Sweet e-liquids contain sugars and sweeteners that can build up on a coil as a dark residue, often called gunk. In a sealed pod this is why flavour sometimes dulls towards the end of its life. You cannot clean or rebuild the coil, so the best protection is good technique. Take steady draws, leave a few seconds between puffs, and do not chain vape. Giving the cotton time to re-wet between puffs is the single most useful habit for coil life.

Never try to open, drill or refill a sealed pod. UK-market pods are designed as pre-filled units, and modifying them voids any warranty, risks leaks, and can damage the coil or the contacts. If you want to refill your own e-liquid, a refillable pod kit is a better route, and we cover how that compares in the value section below.

Nicotine strength guidance under UK rules

In the UK, nicotine-containing vape products are regulated under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations. The key limits for you as a buyer are a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml (2%) and a maximum capacity of 2ml for pods and tanks. These caps apply across the board, including to disposables while they were on sale and to pre-filled pods like this one. Any vape shop selling a pod above 20mg/ml to UK customers is not following the rules, so treat such offers with caution.

This pod uses nicotine salts, which deliver nicotine more smoothly than traditional freebase liquid at the same strength. Salts let a 20mg/ml liquid feel gentler on the throat, which is helpful for smokers who want enough nicotine to ease cravings without the harshness. The trade-off is that salt nicotine can deliver more nicotine, faster, than you might expect, so strength choice matters.

A rough guide, to be adjusted to your own experience:

  • 20mg/ml: suits people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, or who need a cigarette soon after waking. It is the usual starting point for heavier smokers switching to vaping.
  • 10 to 12mg/ml: suits lighter or social smokers, or vapers who find 20mg/ml too strong. Check the variant selector on this page to see which strengths are available for this flavour.
  • 0 to 6mg/ml: suits experienced vapers stepping down or those who only want flavour. Availability varies by product.

Signs the strength is too high include nausea, dizziness, headaches, a racing heart or persistent hiccups. If you notice these, stop, drink water, and move to a lower strength next time. Signs it is too low include constant cravings, taking many more puffs than you expected, or slipping back to cigarettes. If you are puffing continuously and still craving, a higher strength may actually be more economical because you will use less liquid to reach satisfaction.

Nicotine is addictive. Vaping is intended for adult smokers who want an alternative to tobacco, and it is not recommended for people who have never smoked or vaped, or for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before using nicotine products. Local NHS stop smoking services can offer free support, and combining that support with a vape can improve your chances of quitting cigarettes for good.

Who this pod is for, and who should skip it

No product suits everyone, and being clear about fit saves money and frustration. The Pro Max Plus pod system is designed for convenience and flavour first, with minimal settings and no maintenance. That makes it a good match for some vapers and a poor one for others.

This pod is a good fit if you:

  • Are an adult smoker moving away from cigarettes and want a simple, draw-activated device that mimics the feel of a cigarette.
  • Already own a Hayati Pro Max Plus base and want another flavour, or a spare pod for when your current one runs out.
  • Like fruit flavours and enjoy sweet profiles with a smooth finish.
  • Dislike refilling, coil changes and tinkering with settings.
  • Want a compact, pocketable device that you can use discreetly and carry easily.
  • Are moving from disposables and want to keep the same convenience while cutting waste.

You should probably look elsewhere if you:

  • Have never smoked or vaped. Nicotine products are not for non-smokers, and this pod contains nicotine at a strength designed for smokers.
  • Are under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine vapes to anyone under 18 in the UK.
  • Want large clouds, a direct-to-lung draw or adjustable power. A sub-ohm kit or a variable-wattage pod mod is a better choice.
  • Prefer to mix or choose your own e-liquid. A refillable pod system lets you do that and often costs less per millilitre.
  • Want tobacco, menthol-only or heavily iced flavours as your main profile. This pod is a sweet fruit blend.
  • Dislike sweetness. Fruit candy-style flavours may feel cloying over a full day.

It is also worth thinking about ecosystem lock-in. Hayati pods fit Hayati bases, so by buying into the Pro Max Plus you are committing to that pod format. That is fine if you like the range, but it does mean you cannot use another brand's pods in the same base. Check that the base you own is the Pro Max Plus before ordering. If you are unsure which device you have, look for the model name on the base or box, or send us a photo and we will help you identify it.

How to fit, use and look after the pod

Setting up a pod takes under a minute, and doing it correctly avoids most of the problems people report. Follow these steps in order the first time, and they will quickly become second nature.

  • Step 1, check the base: make sure your Pro Max Plus base has enough charge. If it has been in a drawer for a while, charge it first.
  • Step 2, unwrap the pod: remove the outer packaging and any film, plug or cap from the mouthpiece and the contacts at the bottom.
  • Step 3, seat the pod: line it up with the base and press it in until it clicks or sits flush. Do not twist or force it.
  • Step 4, prime gently: take two or three light, slow puffs without inhaling deeply so that the cotton can draw in liquid from the reservoir. Skipping this is a common cause of a dry first hit.
  • Step 5, vape: draw slowly for two to three seconds. The device fires automatically, so do not press anything.
  • Step 6, rest between puffs: leave at least 10 to 20 seconds so the wick can re-wet.

For storage and day-to-day care, keep the device upright when you can, away from heat and moisture. Do not leave a pod in a hot car, and avoid dropping the device, as impacts can crack the housing or shift the seal. If the mouthpiece gets sticky, wipe it with a dry or slightly damp tissue, and let it dry before use.

Swapping pods is simple. Pull the old pod straight off the base, which should come away with a little firm pressure. Do not use pliers or tools. Fit the new pod as above. Spent pods should not go in general waste. Keep a small container for empties and drop them at a vape shop recycling point or a household waste recycling centre that accepts small electricals, according to your local scheme.

A few safe-use habits are worth building in:

  • Keep pods and bases out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine e-liquid is harmful if swallowed or if it gets on skin or in eyes.
  • If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek advice if irritation persists.
  • Do not vape in places where it is prohibited, and be considerate around children, pregnant women and non-vapers.
  • Do not use the device while the base is plugged in and charging.

Used this way, the pod should give you a clean, trouble-free experience from first puff to last.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most pod problems have simple causes and quick fixes. Run through the list below before assuming the pod is faulty. If none of the fixes work, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo.

  • No vapour at all: check that the base is charged and that you have removed all film and caps from the pod. Re-seat the pod, making sure the contacts line up. Try a second pod if you have one, to rule out a fault in the base.
  • Weak or muted flavour: a low battery is a frequent cause, so charge the base. Also check you have primed the pod with a few gentle puffs, and avoid chain vaping, which dries the wick.
  • Burnt or acrid taste: usually a sign the pod is nearly empty or the wick has dried from rapid puffing. Stop using that pod and fit a fresh one. Do not keep pulling on a burnt pod, because it will not recover.
  • Liquid leaking from the pod: wipe the device clean, re-seat the pod and check for cracks in the housing. Heat and pressure changes, such as a hot bag or a flight, can cause minor seepage. If the leak continues, replace the pod.
  • Gurgling or crackling noise: excess condensation in the airflow channel. Remove the pod, tap it gently on a tissue and blow through the mouthpiece in the direction of exhale to clear it, then try again.
  • Base not charging: try a different cable and charger, check the USB-C port for lint or debris, and charge on a different outlet. If the light still does not respond, stop and contact us.
  • Pod not recognised or intermittent connection: wipe the contacts on both the pod and the base with a dry cotton bud and re-seat. Avoid using any liquid or solvent on the contacts.
  • Device feels hot: stop vaping and let it cool. If it repeatedly overheats, do not continue to use it.
  • Flashing light while vaping: this commonly signals low battery or a short circuit. Charge the base and check the contacts. Consult the leaflet for your base for the exact meaning.

A few things should never be attempted. Do not take the pod apart, pierce it, or attempt to refill it. Do not disassemble the base or bypass any safety features. If the base swells, smokes, sparks or smells strongly of burning, move it away from anything flammable, do not charge it, and dispose of it through a battery recycling point once it has cooled.

If you suspect a fault, keep the packaging and note the batch information printed on it. This helps us trace the issue and arrange a replacement more quickly under our returns process.

Value for money and how it compares

Value with a pod system is easiest to judge by looking at total ownership cost instead of the price of a single pod. You pay once for a base, which lasts months, and then you buy pods as you use them. Compared with the single-use vapes that were common before the 2025 ban, where the battery and plastic were thrown away every few days, a pod system spreads the cost of the hardware across many pods and creates far less waste. If you were going through a disposable every few days, switching to a base and pods typically works out cheaper within a short time.

To work out your own figure, take the price of the pod, divide by the number of days it lasts you, and add a small allowance for the base, spread over the months you expect to use it. Compare that with what you used to spend on cigarettes or disposables per day. For many smokers the saving is substantial, and it improves further if you buy pods in multi-packs where offered.

Fair comparisons with other approaches:

  • Other pre-filled pod systems, such as Elf Bar's ELFA or Vuse's ePod: similar convenience and similar pricing. Vuse is widely stocked in shops and has strong tobacco-style options, while Hayati puts more of its range into fruit and dessert flavours. Neither is automatically better, so choose by flavour and by the base you prefer in the hand.
  • Refillable pod kits, such as the Oxva Xlim or Smok Novo families: cheaper per millilitre once you buy bottles of your own e-liquid, with a huge flavour choice, but you must refill, manage coils and put up with the occasional spill. If you enjoy tinkering and want to cut running costs, they are worth a look. If you want zero fuss, a pre-filled pod wins.
  • Larger sub-ohm kits: more vapour and more control, but bulkier and aimed at a different style of vaping that suits fewer people who are replacing cigarettes.

Where this pod does well is flavour clarity and ease of use. Where it is less strong is price per millilitre, since you are paying for the convenience of a sealed unit, and flexibility, because you are tied to one pod format. Be wary of any product, ours or anyone else's, that promises an unrealistic puff count for a 2ml pod.

If you like the Strawberry Watermelon profile, buying a few pods at once reduces the chance of running out and can reduce delivery costs per pod. If you are unsure, order one pod, try it for a few days, and add more once you know how it fits your routine. We list other Hayati flavours and compatible bases so you can build the set-up that suits you.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for this pod?

UK law caps nicotine at 20mg/ml, and 20mg/ml is the usual starting point for people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day. Lighter smokers or those who find 20mg/ml too strong should choose a lower strength where the variant selector offers one. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, step down; if you keep craving, step up.

How do I charge the Hayati Pro Max Plus?

The pod has no battery, so you charge the base over USB-C, typically taking about one to one and a half hours from empty with a standard 5V charger. Charge on a hard surface, use a good-quality cable and unplug once it is full. Never charge a base that is damaged, swollen or hot.

Can I swap flavours, and will this pod fit other Hayati devices?

You can swap between flavour pods freely on the same Pro Max Plus base, as each pod is sealed and carries its own liquid and coil. This pod is intended for the Pro Max Plus base only, so do not assume it fits other Hayati models or other brands. Check your device name before ordering.

How long does one pod last?

It depends on how often and how hard you draw, and on the nicotine strength you choose. The 4000 in the name is a manufacturer puff rating, not a guarantee, and UK pods are capped at 2ml. Run your first pod, time how long it lasts, and use that to plan how many spares to keep.

Is this pod good value compared with disposables or refillable kits?

Compared with the single-use vapes that were banned in June 2025, a base plus replaceable pods usually costs less over time and creates far less waste. A refillable kit is cheaper per millilitre but needs more effort. A pre-filled pod gives convenience and consistent flavour at a slightly higher running cost.

Who should and should not buy it?

It suits adult smokers who want a simple, draw-activated alternative, and existing Pro Max Plus owners who want another flavour. It is not for under-18s, non-smokers, or anyone wanting big clouds, adjustable power or their own e-liquid. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people with heart conditions should speak to a GP first.

Do you deliver across the UK, and will I need ID?

We deliver to UK addresses, with delivery options and any restrictions for remote areas shown at checkout. Because nicotine products are restricted to adults aged 18 and over, age verification applies and the courier may ask for proof of age on delivery. Make sure someone aged 18 or over can receive the parcel.

What are the warranty and returns terms?

If your pod arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or remedy under our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquid products generally cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Check the returns page for the exact timeframe.

Can I refill the pod, and how do I dispose of empty ones?

No, the pod is sealed and designed to be used once, and refilling or opening it risks leaks, damage and invalidating any warranty. Dispose of empty pods and old bases through a vape shop recycling box, a retailer take-back scheme or a household waste recycling centre, and never in general waste or household recycling.

Good quality all round

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
