Meet the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 London Eye

The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 arrives as a complete prefilled pod kit built around a rechargeable battery base and a snap-in pod stocked with Blue Razz e-liquid. Hayati has been one of the louder names in the UK big-puff category for a while, and the Pro Ultra Plus line sits near the top of its range, aimed squarely at vapers who want a disposable-style experience without replacing the whole device every few days. The London Eye edition carries the GB livery tie-in and keeps the same hardware you'd expect from the rest of the Pro Ultra Plus family.

Format-wise, this is a hybrid. The pod itself behaves like a disposable: it comes sealed, pre-primed, and ready to inhale. The base, however, has a USB-C port and is designed to outlive the pod. That makes the kit cheaper per puff than a pure disposable while keeping the no-fuss activation that pulled people over from cigarettes in the first place. If you've browsed our main Hayati collection you'll have seen the family resemblance across the Pro, Pro Max and Pro Ultra Plus editions, each stepping up in puff count and screen detail.

Because the pod is prefilled and non-refillable, you never touch the coil or the e-liquid directly. There's a mesh element wrapped around a reservoir, both housed behind a short mouthpiece, and the device handles priming, airflow and power regulation on its own. For buyers coming from pod-mod systems this will feel underwhelming on paper, but the point is pocketability and consistency: pull it out, draw, pocket it again. The 25,000-puff rating is the headline figure, and the device sits inside the wider big puff vapes category, which groups together kits built for extended runtimes rather than compact day-trippers.

How a prefilled pod kit actually works

Underneath the plastic shell, the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 splits its job between two components. The base holds a lithium battery, the control board, a small screen on most Pro Ultra Plus units, and the USB-C charging port. The pod snaps onto a magnetic contact at the top. Inside the pod sit two separated e-liquid chambers, a mesh coil, a wick, and the airflow channels that lead to the mouthpiece.

Draw activation is the switch here. There's no fire button; the device senses airflow through a pressure sensor and triggers the coil for the duration of the inhale. That keeps the user interface genuinely simple. It also means battery drain is almost entirely tied to how hard and how long you draw, which is why two people with the same kit can get wildly different puff totals from one pod.

Hayati's dual-mesh arrangement is the reason this format can last as long as it does. By dividing the pod into two reservoirs and alternating which chamber is active, the device prevents the wick from burning dry and keeps flavour consistency closer to the first puff than the fiftieth. When one chamber is drained, the device switches to the next. The result on the user side is a slower, more linear flavour decay rather than a sudden drop-off that many single-chamber disposables are known for.

The pod itself is one of several formats grouped under prefilled vape pods. Replacement pods for the Pro Ultra Plus line are sold separately once the first one is spent, so you buy the full kit once and then only pay for the pod on subsequent visits. That's the economic argument for the format against a one-and-done disposable: the hardware is reused for the life of the base.

Blue Razz: what the flavour actually tastes like

Blue Razz is a modern vape-flavour staple, and Hayati's take on it leans sweet and candy-forward rather than tart. The front of the inhale carries blue raspberry sweets - the kind of boiled, saccharine note you get from an iced-lolly rather than an actual berry. Beneath that sits a quieter raspberry layer that keeps the profile from feeling one-note and gives the exhale something to lean on.

There's no menthol in the standard Blue Razz pod and no cooling kick either. It's a straight fruity sweet, which is how most UK vapers encounter the flavour. The sweetness is set at a medium-high level: not quite as syrupy as a dessert pod, not as sharp as a sour candy pod. If you've tried blue raspberry e-liquid before - whether in a 10ml nic salt or a shortfill - this will land in roughly the same ballpark, just locked into a prefilled format for convenience.

What separates a prefilled Blue Razz pod from the same flavour poured as a nic salt is the coil and wick combination. Mesh coils like the one inside the Pro Ultra Plus tend to pull slightly more of the top notes forward, so the candy element is more prominent here than it would be in a refillable pod kit paired with a stock coil. Buyers who've only vaped shortfills in a tank system often say prefilled pods feel punchier on the first few puffs for exactly this reason.

If Blue Razz doesn't land for you, Hayati runs a wide flavour sheet across the Pro Ultra Plus line and other kits in the same hardware family, so swapping the pod rather than the device is straightforward. The flavour catalogue overlaps meaningfully with the standalone disposable vapes range if you want to sample a profile before committing to a prefilled pod kit.

Who the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is really for

This kit is written for one buyer in particular: the vaper who has moved past throwaway bars but doesn't want to deal with coils, cotton, bottles or settings. If you tried a refillable pod kit, lost patience with filling it, and went back to disposables, this is the hardware aimed at you. It keeps the plug-and-draw ergonomics while cutting the per-puff cost and the landfill contribution.

It's also a sensible pick for former smokers in the first six months of switching, where consistency matters more than tinkering. The nicotine strength on the UK-market Pro Ultra Plus pods is 20mg/ml, which is the legal cap for prefilled formats here, and that's strong enough to hold most moderate-to-heavy ex-smokers through the day. Pair that with the long pod life and you remove the main failure modes of early switching: running out, drying out, or hitting a bad coil at the wrong moment.

Where this kit won't suit you is if you chase big clouds, deep tongue-tingle throat hits, or a wide airflow. The format is tight-draw MTL leaning towards restricted direct-lung, not a cloud chaser. Sub-ohm vapers will find the mouthpiece draw too narrow and the power output too modest. For that audience, our broader vape kits catalogue has refillable mod kits and larger-pod systems that offer the airflow and wattage ceiling the Pro Ultra Plus deliberately avoids.

Casual users and social vapers also tend to overbuy with this kit. If you only vape at weekends, a 25,000-puff pod will last you several months and lose a little flavour clarity by the end. Smaller-count disposables are a better fit for intermittent, occasional use rather than daily carry.

Specs, numbers and what they mean in practice

The headline number is 25,000 puffs. In practice no one actually reaches that figure. The rating is based on a short, controlled draw at a specific puff duration, usually around 1.5 to 2 seconds. Real-world draws tend to be two to four seconds long, so most buyers land somewhere between 12,000 and 18,000 real puffs from a single pod. That's still substantial - the equivalent of several large disposables stacked together, and well beyond anything in the compact bar category.

Pod capacity on paper is 15ml of e-liquid, split across the dual-reservoir design mentioned earlier. UK law caps non-refillable prefilled pods at 2ml of nicotine-containing liquid in the open market, so the 15ml figure sits inside the current regulatory grey area that these big-puff kits occupy - a point worth being aware of as a buyer, because the market is in motion.

The battery sits around 650mAh in most Pro Ultra Plus units, with USB-C charging and a quoted charge time of around 30 to 45 minutes to full. Nicotine strength is 20mg/ml as a nicotine salt rather than freebase, which is why the throat hit stays smooth even at the top end of the UK legal strength. Coil resistance sits in the 1.0 to 1.2 ohm range, running on a boost circuit that pushes a short burst of power at the start of each draw to prime the flavour.

Weight is around 90 to 100 grams fully loaded, which is heavier than a typical disposable but similar to a modern pod kit. The build is plastic over an aluminium frame on the base, with a soft-touch finish on the London Eye edition. Dimensions keep it pocket-friendly rather than compact; it's noticeably taller than a traditional stick vape but short enough to disappear into a jacket pocket.

Unboxing, activation and the first few puffs

Setup is deliberately minimal. The pod ships pre-attached to the base in most retail SKUs, with a small plastic tab or film over the mouthpiece and the airflow intake. Remove both, charge the base for about 15 minutes if the indicator reads low, then draw. There's no priming step, no button combination, no menu to navigate. Even first-time pod users rarely need to look anything up.

For the first three or four puffs, keep each draw short - around one and a half seconds. This lets the wick saturate properly and the coil ramp up without producing a scorched note on the first inhale. Prefilled mesh coils occasionally arrive slightly dry despite the factory priming, and a long first draw is the single most common cause of a burnt opening puff. Give it a minute between those first short draws and the device will settle into its normal flavour profile.

The screen on the Pro Ultra Plus face shows two indicators: pod life and battery life. Both are approximate. Pod life is calculated from puff count rather than a liquid-level sensor, so a very light drawer will see the number read optimistically while a heavy drawer will see it read conservatively. Battery is more accurate because it reads voltage directly from the cell.

If this is your first prefilled pod kit, our FAQ page covers the specifics of registration, puff counters, and what the different light colours mean on the Pro Ultra Plus family. Keep the device upright for the first day of use; the dual-reservoir wick likes gravity working with it rather than against it, especially while the pod is still filling the airflow channels for the first time. After that initial 24 hours it's happy in any pocket orientation.

Charging, battery life and daily routine

The 650mAh battery inside the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is not the longest-lasting cell on the market, but that's deliberate. A larger battery would push the device into bulkier territory and defeat the pocketable brief. Instead, the design assumes you'll plug it in every day or every other day using the USB-C port on the base.

A full charge takes around 35 minutes from a standard 5V, 1A phone charger. Faster bricks won't meaningfully reduce the time because the on-board charging circuit caps the current to protect the cell. You can vape while the device is on charge - a feature often called pass-through charging - but it's slower to charge in that state because current is being drawn in two directions at once.

The lithium cell inside is a standard rechargeable chemistry and behaves like any other small-format battery. Charge cycles accumulate over the life of the kit, and after a few hundred cycles you'll see the per-charge runtime shrink. In practice, most Pro Ultra Plus users retire the base around the same time the pod they're using runs dry, simply because the two components are priced to make upgrading the whole kit economical.

Keep the device off wet surfaces and away from direct heat sources. The battery base doesn't have an IP rating and will not survive a drop in a pint glass, which is a genuinely common accident at pubs. If the LED or screen behaves oddly after exposure to moisture, stop using the device and let it dry for 24 hours before plugging it back in to charge. For context, charging a 650mAh cell daily is close to the sweet spot for lithium longevity - deep discharges below 10 per cent will shorten its working life faster than frequent partial top-ups will.

Pod storage, shelf life and when to replace

A sealed replacement pod stored at room temperature keeps its flavour profile for roughly 12 to 18 months from manufacture. The limiting factor isn't the e-liquid itself, which is largely propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine with nicotine salt and flavouring, but the slow oxidation of the flavour compounds and a very gradual darkening of the liquid where nicotine salt is present. Darkening is normal and doesn't indicate a safety issue; it's the nicotine reacting to oxygen and ambient light.

Store spare pods upright in a cool, dark place - a drawer, a cupboard, a wardrobe shelf. Avoid leaving them on a sunny windowsill or in a hot car. Heat accelerates both the oxidation and the slow pressure build-up inside a sealed pod, which can occasionally cause a small amount of liquid to seep from the mouthpiece when the pod is first opened after sitting in warmth.

Once a pod is in use, flavour quality tends to peak in the first two weeks and then gently decline over the following month or two of normal use. The dual-reservoir layout slows that decline considerably compared with single-chamber designs, which is one of the real engineering upsides of this format. If you detect a muted, flattened taste that cold storage doesn't revive, the pod has run its useful life even if the puff counter still shows headroom.

An empty or spent pod should be dropped in a battery recycling bin at a supermarket or waste point rather than general refuse. The coil contains metal and the small residual liquid isn't meant for landfill. Local councils publish lists of accepting sites, and most larger supermarket entrances have a dedicated battery bin at the door. Pop the device base in the same bin once its charge cycles are exhausted.

What the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 does well

The strongest argument for this kit is value density. On a cost-per-puff basis, a Pro Ultra Plus pod lands well below a comparable string of 600-puff or 2,000-puff disposables, and the gap widens if you buy pods on multi-buy promotions. For a buyer who's already decided they'll keep vaping daily for the next few months, the economics make sense from the first pod onwards.

Flavour consistency is the second real win. Thanks to the dual-reservoir mesh system, the drop-off between the first and the last useful puff is genuinely smaller than most disposables of the same era. Blue Razz specifically holds its candy-forward profile well across the pod life, with only a mild softening of the sweetness towards the end. Users who hopped between short-run disposables often notice the difference inside the first week.

Ergonomics land in the right place for a daily carry. The device is heavier than a disposable but not unwieldy, the mouthpiece is comfortable for extended sessions, and the airflow is tuned to feel natural rather than restrictive. The USB-C port on the underside means the same cable that charges most modern phones and headphones will top the base up, cutting down on cable clutter in a backpack or bedside drawer.

The screen or indicator layout gives you a legitimate sense of where you are in the pod life, which is a quality-of-life feature disposables genuinely lack. You stop guessing how much e-liquid is left, which in turn stops the "do I buy a spare tonight?" question that disposables create. If you want to compare the format against higher-count siblings before committing, our 50,000-puff vapes category covers the next step up in the same hardware family and makes the trade-offs easy to see side by side.

Honest limitations of this format

The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is not a stealth device. It's visibly larger than a traditional pod kit, and the London Eye livery is not subtle. If you prefer vape hardware that disappears into a palm or looks like a small USB stick, this is the wrong format for you, and a smaller refillable pod will suit better.

The non-refillable pod design also removes any option for flavour experimentation beyond what Hayati chooses to stock. You can't drop in a different nicotine strength, can't layer two flavours yourself, can't cut a strong profile with a shortfill. For single-flavour daily drivers that's fine; for anyone who enjoys building their own blend, the format is deliberately closed.

Draw style is another limitation. The airflow is tuned towards a tight restricted direct-lung inhale, close to how most ex-smokers vape, and it's not ideal for traditional cigarette-style mouth-to-lung draws nor for aggressive sub-ohm cloud chasing. Buyers coming from a stick-style pen may find the hit slightly fuller than they expected; buyers coming from a sub-ohm tank will find it quieter and less airy than they're used to.

Battery runtime is modest in absolute terms. 650mAh is plenty of capacity to pair with a pod of this size, but if you forget your cable for a weekend trip you'll notice. There's no replaceable 18650 or similar swap-in cell. Pod availability for the 25000 line can also fluctuate between flavours and SKUs, so your preferred flavour may occasionally be in rotation elsewhere. Our closed-pod kit hub lists alternatives in the same prefilled category if a specific Hayati flavour runs out between stock drops.

Troubleshooting common faults

Three issues account for most support messages on prefilled pod kits of this class: a dry or burnt first puff, a device that refuses to fire, and inconsistent flavour that fades mid-pod. Each has a tidy fix if you spot it early.

A burnt opening puff is almost always caused by drawing too hard on the first inhale before the wick has saturated. Set the pod aside for ten minutes with the mouthpiece pointing up, then take three short, soft draws without inhaling deeply. If the burnt note persists past five puffs, the pod itself may have shipped with an under-primed coil - rare but possible. Contact the retailer with a short description and photos; replacements are usually dispatched the same day.

A device that won't fire usually has one of three causes. First, the pod isn't making contact with the base - unseat and reseat it, listening for the magnetic click. Second, the battery is flat; plug it in for ten minutes and watch the charge indicator. Third, the airflow sensor is blocked, often by a tiny droplet of condensation that forms when the device goes from cold to warm. A gentle blow back through the mouthpiece onto a tissue clears it in most cases.

Mid-pod flavour fade on a Pro Ultra Plus is often a wick issue rather than an e-liquid issue. If the device has been drawn on heavily in short succession - chain-vaping - the wick struggles to feed and flavour clarity drops. Resting the pod for 15 minutes usually restores it. If flavour continues to feel flat after a rest, the pod is approaching the end of its useful life even if the counter disagrees. Any issue that persists after basic troubleshooting is a candidate for a replacement under warranty, so keep the batch number from the sleeve.

Nicotine strength, salts, and the quit-smoking question

The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 ships at 20mg/ml nicotine, delivered as nicotine salt rather than freebase. That matters for two reasons. First, 20mg/ml is the legal ceiling for prefilled, nicotine-containing pods in the UK retail market, so this is the strongest format you can buy over the counter. Second, nicotine salts behave differently in the throat and bloodstream compared with freebase nicotine. They absorb faster and feel smoother, which is why strong salt-based pods don't scratch at the back of the throat the way old-style high-strength freebase e-liquids used to.

For someone switching from a pack-a-day smoking habit, 20mg/ml nicotine salt in a pod of this capacity is pitched close to the right landing zone. Expect to vape less often than you smoked, because each pull delivers a more measured dose and the sustained availability of the device discourages the ritualised "finish the cigarette" behaviour. Lighter smokers - under ten a day - may find 20mg/ml too strong initially and want to space draws further apart in the first week while they recalibrate.

If you want more granularity in dosage, moving to a refillable pod kit paired with nic salts at 10mg/ml or 5mg/ml is the usual next step. The hardware is slightly fiddlier but the control over strength is finer, which helps during tapering. Buyers using vaping purely as a smoking-cessation tool also sometimes alternate with nicotine pouches on days when they want to avoid vapour entirely - meetings, long flights, offices with strict policies.

The usual legal reminders apply. Nicotine is addictive and this product is for adult smokers and vapers aged 18 or over. The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 isn't sold as a quit-smoking medical device; it's a consumer vape kit that many people happen to use that way, which is a meaningful difference in regulatory terms.

Delivery, returns and buying this kit confidently

UK orders usually ship same working day when placed before mid-afternoon, with standard delivery arriving in two to three working days to mainland addresses and slightly longer for the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Tracked express options are available at checkout. Orders are packed discreetly in plain mailers with no retail branding on the outside, which matters if your parcel is being handled by a neighbour or a workplace postroom.

Our shipping page carries current rates, free-delivery thresholds and cutoff times, and the FAQ page covers what to do if a parcel arrives damaged or delayed. Age verification is required at purchase, in line with the UK age-restricted sales framework for nicotine products. The verification happens electronically against public records in the background on most orders and takes no manual input from the buyer in the usual case.

Returns on sealed, unopened pod kits are straightforward within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Opened pods and used devices can't be resold and are therefore not returnable except where a manufacturing fault is identified, in which case we handle replacement directly with Hayati rather than requiring the customer to chase the manufacturer. Keep the original packaging and the batch number on the pod sleeve if you need to raise a warranty claim down the line.

If something about the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 doesn't sit right - draw too tight, flavour unexpected, battery not holding - get in touch early rather than struggling with it. The product isn't for everyone, and swapping it out for a different format inside the vape kits range is a short conversation rather than a drawn-out ticket process. The team runs on UK hours and most initial responses go out the same working day.

Frequently asked questions

How many days will one pod actually last me?

It depends on how heavily you vape. The 25,000-puff rating is a lab figure based on short, controlled draws, so real-world life for a daily user falls somewhere between 12,000 and 18,000 puffs. A pack-a-day former smoker should expect roughly three to four weeks on a single pod, while a lighter user may stretch it to five or six weeks. The puff counter on the device is a decent guide, but the clearest signal is a persistent muting of the flavour that doesn't revive after resting the pod for 15 minutes.

Can I use a different flavour pod with this base?

Yes, within the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 pod family. Hayati sells replacement pods in a range of flavours that all fit the same base, so once you have the hardware you can swap flavours by buying a fresh pod rather than a full new kit. Pods from other Hayati lines like the Pro Max or the standard Pro aren't cross-compatible because the connector shape and pod geometry differ, so always check the SKU printed on the pod sleeve against the base you own before adding to basket.

Is Blue Razz very sweet or more tart?

Hayati's Blue Razz leans clearly sweet rather than tart. The dominant note is a blue raspberry sweet or lolly profile with a soft candy exhale. There is a quieter underlying raspberry note that keeps it from feeling one-dimensional, but no menthol, no cooling kick, and no sour top. If you've tried blue raspberry e-liquid in a 10ml nic salt before, expect a similar flavour direction but with slightly more top-note presence thanks to the mesh coil in the pod. It suits buyers who like dessert and candy profiles over sharp fruits.

What do I do if the device won't fire on the first charge?

Three quick checks. First, make sure the pod is seated properly on the base - a firm press until you feel the magnetic click. Second, verify the base has actually taken a charge by watching the indicator or screen while the cable is plugged in; faulty USB-C cables are the most common culprit here. Third, blow a short soft puff back through the mouthpiece onto a tissue to clear the airflow sensor, which can occasionally be blocked by condensation. If the device remains unresponsive after all three, contact us for a warranty exchange with photos.

Will the London Eye edition taste different from the standard Blue Razz pod?

No. The London Eye edition is a cosmetic SKU - the artwork and packaging change, but the pod inside is the same Hayati Pro Ultra Plus Blue Razz formulation sold in other editions of this kit. The e-liquid recipe, nicotine strength, pod capacity and coil are identical. Collectors sometimes prefer the London Eye artwork for display, but on the flavour and performance side you should expect the same experience as any other Pro Ultra Plus 25000 Blue Razz pod from the current production run.

Can I take this kit on a flight?

UK and most international airlines allow vape kits in your hand luggage but not in checked baggage, because the battery is lithium-based. Keep the device in a pocket of your cabin bag with the pod attached and the device switched off. Vaping is not permitted on board or in airport terminals outside designated areas. Carry spare pods in their sealed packaging alongside the device. Rules vary slightly between carriers, so check your airline's dangerous goods page before travelling, especially for connections through the Middle East, Singapore and parts of Asia.

How do I know when the pod is actually finished rather than just needing a rest?

Two signals together confirm end-of-life. First, flavour clarity drops noticeably and doesn't recover after resting the pod upright for 15 to 20 minutes. Second, the mouthpiece feels drier on the inhale, with less perceived vapour production per draw. The puff counter on the device is a secondary guide only - some pods run out of useful flavour before the counter zeroes, while a very light vaper may still get clean puffs after the counter claims zero. Trust the taste and vapour feel over the number on the screen.

Is this kit safe to charge overnight?

It's not recommended as a routine. The battery has protection circuitry and the charging board will cut off at full charge, so there's no immediate fire risk from leaving it plugged in overnight. However, repeatedly holding a lithium cell at 100 per cent for hours shortens its working life, and any lithium device plugged into a plug socket you can't see is a small residual risk. Charging the device during the day for 30 to 45 minutes while you can keep half an eye on it is the safer long-term habit, and it only takes about half an hour.

What's the difference between this and a standard disposable vape?

The pod and the base are separate components here, and only the pod is single-use. The battery base is rechargeable via USB-C and designed to serve multiple pod replacements, which brings the per-puff cost well below a comparable string of disposables. The hardware is also larger, with a clearer screen or indicator and better overall build quality than most disposables. If you want to compare across the two categories, our disposable vapes hub covers single-use alternatives at various puff counts for context.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands?

Yes, we deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands. Transit times are longer than mainland GB - typically three to five working days for Northern Ireland and the Highlands, and up to seven working days for the Shetland and Orkney islands, Western Isles, and the Isle of Man. Standard carrier surcharges apply to some remote postcodes but the delivery itself remains fully tracked end to end. Full postcode-by-postcode detail is listed on the shipping page before you confirm the order.

Smooth throat hit

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.

Does what it says on the tin

Easy to use, straight out the pack and working. No fiddling about with anything. Great for beginners too.
