Hula 7000 Prefilled Pods Menthol: what you are buying

Hula 7000 Prefilled Pods Menthol are sealed, ready-to-use replacement pods for adult vapers who want a cold, clean, cooling flavour rather than a fruit or dessert profile. There is no bottle to open, no coil to prime and no liquid to wipe off your fingers. You take the spent pod off the Hula hardware, click the new one into place and carry on. For people moving away from cigarettes, especially smokers who preferred menthol, and for anyone still looking for a tidy alternative now that single-use vapes can no longer be sold in Great Britain, that low-fuss routine is the main reason the prefilled pod format exists.

The 7000 in the name is the manufacturer's puff rating for the range. We explain how to read that figure in the next section, because puff ratings come from controlled machine testing and real vaping looks different. Treat it as a sign of what the product is built around, not as a promise that you will count exactly 7000 draws.

Here is a quick specification summary before the detail:

  • Product: Hula 7000 prefilled pod, Menthol flavour
  • Format: sealed, prefilled, replaceable pod for the matching Hula device
  • Puff rating: 7000 (manufacturer's figure, not a guaranteed count)
  • Pod capacity: UK rules limit nicotine pods and tanks to 2ml of e-liquid
  • E-liquid type: nicotine salt, at or below the UK legal maximum of 20mg/ml
  • Flavour: menthol, a cooling, mint-family profile with no sweet fruit layer
  • Coil: built into the pod, so a fresh heating element comes with every pod
  • Intended users: adult smokers and vapers aged 18 and over only

Because the coil is part of the pod, each new pod gives you a clean heating element. That matters most with a flavour like menthol, where the character of the taste depends on a crisp, uncluttered vapour. The trade-off is that you are tied to the manufacturer's range and you cannot top up a pod once it runs dry.

The rest of this page covers performance, the menthol flavour in detail, build quality, battery and charging, coil technology, nicotine strength, who the pods suit, how to use them, what to do when something goes wrong, what they cost to run and how they compare with other options. Read the parts that matter to you, or work through the lot if you are weighing up several formats.

Performance and puff delivery in real use

A puff rating is a marketing number. It is normally worked out by a machine taking fixed-length draws at fixed intervals, with no variation in draw strength, no pauses and no human habits. A real person sips differently from a machine, takes longer or shorter draws and chain-vapes on some days while barely touching the device on others. The sensible way to treat the 7000 figure is as an upper marker of capacity under ideal conditions.

The UK context also matters. Nicotine pods and tanks sold in the UK are limited to 2ml of e-liquid, and the nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/ml. A 2ml container naturally delivers a more modest per-pod count in practice than the very large numbers printed on big-capacity products of the past. If the 7000 on the listing refers to the product range rather than to one pod, divide it sensibly by the number of pods in the pack to get a realistic expectation, and check the pack contents on the listing before you buy.

The most useful method is to measure yourself. Fit your first pod, write down the date, and note when the flavour fades or the liquid window empties. That is your personal benchmark, and it is more reliable than any printed number. As a rough planning guide:

  • Light use (a few short sessions a day, around 100 puffs): a single pod can last well over a week.
  • Moderate use (around 200 puffs a day): expect to swap the pod after several days.
  • Heavy or chain use (400 puffs or more a day): a pod may only last a couple of days, and a refillable setup might suit your budget better.

These are planning figures, not specifications. Draw length makes a large difference. Short, gentle draws of two to three seconds use less liquid per puff and keep the coil cooler than long, hard pulls. Hard, repeated draws with no pause heat the coil faster than the wick can resupply it, which shortens pod life and can lead to a dry or burnt taste.

Menthol adds one wrinkle. Cooling flavours can make vapour feel crisper and, for some people, make each puff feel more substantial than it really is. That is a sensation rather than extra output, but it does change how people pace themselves, so keep an eye on how quickly you move through a pod in the first week.

Vapour production on a pod system like this is moderate rather than cloud-heavy. The design aims at a smooth, cigarette-like throat feel with a compact cloud, which suits indoor and public use where you do not want large plumes. If dense clouds are what you want, a sub-ohm kit is a different category and this product is not trying to compete there.

Menthol flavour profile

Menthol is one of the oldest cooling flavours in tobacco and vaping, and it works very differently from fruit. Instead of a sweet layer you taste, it acts on the cold receptors in your mouth and throat, so the main experience is temperature rather than a recognisable fruit. Flavour is personal, so use the following as a guide rather than a guarantee, but a menthol prefilled salt pod generally lands in this territory.

On the inhale expect a clean, sharp cool that arrives quickly at the front of the mouth. There is usually a faint mint-family edge, a little like a strong mint tablet without the sugar, and little or no sweetness. Because the e-liquid is a nicotine salt, the delivery is smooth, so the cold feels rounded rather than harsh.

On the exhale the cool lingers across the tongue and the back of the throat. Some people describe the afterglow as similar to a menthol cigarette, others as closer to a cold glass of water. It fades fairly quickly between puffs, which keeps the flavour from becoming overwhelming over a long session.

It helps to know the difference between three things that are often confused:

  • Menthol is a cooling profile. It is mostly sensation, with a gentle mint character behind it.
  • Mint (spearmint or peppermint) tastes of the leaf itself, with a sweeter, greener flavour and usually a lighter chill.
  • Ice blends, such as a fruit flavour with ice, add cooling on top of a sweet base. This product is the cooling profile on its own, not a fruit with a chill added.

Many menthol e-liquids use menthol itself, synthetic cooling agents, or a combination of the two. You will not usually see the exact formulation on the pod, and we would rather say so than guess. What you can rely on is the overall feel: cool, clean, and not sweet.

Who tends to enjoy it? Smokers who preferred menthol cigarettes often find it familiar, and so do vapers who find fruit flavours tiring over a full day. People who like their vapour to taste of something sweet usually prefer a fruit or dessert pod instead. It also tends to be a good palate cleanser: some vapers keep a menthol pod for the end of the day or after meals, and a fruit pod for the rest of the time.

A practical point on longevity of flavour: cooling compounds tend to hold their strength well through the life of a pod, but the cold can feel slightly more intense in the first few days and settle once the wick is fully saturated and you find your draw rhythm. If the first puffs feel sharper than you expected, give it a couple of days before deciding.

Design and build quality

A prefilled pod is a small, simple object, but the details count. The body is a moulded plastic housing that holds the e-liquid reservoir, the wick and the coil, with a mouthpiece at the top and a connector at the base. Pods in this class are designed to seat firmly in the device with a snap-fit or magnetic contact, so you know it is properly engaged when it stops moving and sits flush with the body.

What to look for when you handle a pod:

  • A sealed fill point. The e-liquid should be fully enclosed. A pod that feels wet outside the sealed area, or rattles with loose liquid, should not be used.
  • A clean, flat mouthpiece. It should be comfortable on the lips with a smooth edge and a clear air path.
  • A liquid window. Many pods have a small translucent section so you can see how much e-liquid remains. When the level is near the bottom, plan to swap.
  • Clean contacts. The connector at the base should be free from residue. A little tissue wipe before fitting helps keep the connection reliable.

The pod is deliberately a closed unit. You cannot refill it, and you should not try to. Forcing one open to add liquid can damage the coil, risk leaks and take the product outside what it is designed for. If you want to choose your own e-liquid, a refillable pod kit is the right category.

The device that the pod fits is typically a slim, pocketable body in a plastic or metal shell, with a mouth-activated draw sensor rather than a button. That draw activation matters for ease of use: you just inhale and the device fires. There is usually a small indicator light that shows battery state. Always match the pod to the correct Hula device, because pods from different brands and even different product lines are generally not interchangeable.

For carrying, a few habits protect the product. Keep the device upright where possible, store pods in a cool place away from direct sunlight or a hot car, and avoid loose pocket carry with coins and keys that could scratch the contacts. If a pod has been stored on its side for a long time, a gentle first draw or two usually clears the airflow. Never pierce or crush a pod, and do not leave it in places where temperature swings are large, because heat can thin the liquid and encourage leaks.

Overall, the build is designed for convenience: light, simple and unfussy. You are paying for ease of use rather than for a premium finish, and that is a fair trade for the use case.

Battery and charging

The pod itself does not contain a battery. Power comes from the device it sits in, and that is where charging happens. Rechargeable batteries in pod systems of this size class commonly fall in the region of 400 to 650mAh and charge through a USB-C port. Check the rating on your own device's packaging or base, because capacity can vary between hardware revisions and we do not want to give you a figure that does not match what is in your hand.

To get the most from the battery:

  • Charge before it dies. Leaving a lithium cell flat for days is hard on it. Top up when the indicator starts to signal low power rather than waiting for complete shutdown.
  • Use a sensible charger. A standard 5V USB wall adapter or a computer USB port is fine. Avoid cheap unbranded chargers and any cable with a damaged connector.
  • Supervise charging. Do not leave a device charging overnight on a bed, sofa or other soft surface, and unplug when it is full.
  • Keep it cool. Do not charge or store the device in direct sun or somewhere hot, such as a parked car.

A typical top-up takes somewhere between thirty minutes and an hour. Because the pod holds only a small amount of e-liquid, the battery and the pod tend to run down on a similar timescale for many users, so a charge each time you swap a pod is a sensible rhythm. If you find the battery empties well before the liquid, check the charger and cable first.

Battery safety deserves a short paragraph of its own. Lithium cells are safe in normal use, but they should be treated with care. Stop using any device that becomes unusually hot, swells, smells odd or shows visible damage. Do not carry loose spare batteries in a pocket or bag with metal objects. Never leave a device in a car in warm weather. If a charging device behaves strangely, unplug it and do not use it again.

At end of life, the device should be recycled, not binned. In the UK, vapes are covered by the waste electrical rules, and shops that sell them are required to offer take-back. Household waste recycling centres also accept them, and many councils and retailers run dedicated vape recycling bins. Spent pods that still contain residual liquid should go the same way, and should never be placed in kerbside recycling or general rubbish. The materials are recoverable when they are collected properly, and a battery in a bin lorry is a genuine fire risk.

Coil and mesh technology inside the pod

Every prefilled pod contains a heating element and a wick. In most pods of this type the element is a small coil, either a conventional wire or a mesh form, wrapped in or pressed against cotton. When you draw, the sensor fires the battery, the coil heats and the wick feeds it e-liquid that turns to vapour. The coil resistance and exact build are not always published for each pod, and we do not want to quote a figure that is not confirmed, so treat the following as category knowledge rather than a claim about this specific part.

The two common approaches compare like this:

  • Round wire coils heat in a concentrated spot. They are simple and cheap to make, can give a strong throat hit, and can heat the liquid a little less evenly.
  • Mesh coils are a flat or curved screen of fine metal with a large surface area. They heat more evenly, tend to give more consistent flavour and usually run well with nicotine salt liquids at modest power.

Either way, the e-liquid in a pod like this is designed to work with the heat it receives, and the draw sensor is calibrated to the pod. That is another reason not to use mismatched hardware or to try to modify the pod.

Why this matters for menthol specifically: cooling flavours are more sensitive to coil condition than most. As a coil ages, residue from sweeteners and other flavourings can build on the wick, which dulls taste and adds a faintly burnt note. A menthol profile is mostly sensation and has few flavour layers to hide behind, so a degraded coil shows up quickly as a flatter or harsher chill. Because every prefilled pod comes with a new coil, you reset that problem each time you swap.

Getting the most out of the coil comes down to a few habits:

  • Let it prime. After fitting a new pod, wait a minute or two so the wick can soak up liquid, then take a couple of gentle draws before a normal one.
  • Pace your draws. Leave a few seconds between puffs so the wick can keep up.
  • Avoid running it dry. If the window shows almost no liquid, swap the pod rather than push through. Dry hits shorten coil life and taste unpleasant.

A coil that is working properly gives smooth, steady vapour with consistent flavour from the first draw to the last. If you start to notice a sudden harsh or burnt taste while the liquid level still looks healthy, that usually points to the coil being overworked or a poor contact rather than the flavour itself.

Nicotine strength guidance and UK rules

UK law caps nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml, which is 2 percent. That limit applies across the market, and it is the reason pods in this class are formulated at or below that ceiling. The cap sits alongside the 2ml limit on pod and tank capacity and the rule that nicotine e-liquid in refill bottles cannot exceed 10ml. Together these rules shape the market you are buying from, and they are the reason a UK pod does not look like the very large devices seen in some other countries.

It also helps to know that single-use disposable vapes can no longer be sold in Great Britain, which came into force on 1 June 2025. Prefilled pod systems like this one, where the pod is replaced and the device is recharged, remain on sale. If you previously used a disposable in the 20mg band, a prefilled pod is the closest equivalent in format, with the added benefit that the hardware lasts and only the pod is replaced.

Choosing a strength is about matching your current nicotine habit rather than aiming for a number. A sensible starting guide for adult smokers and vapers:

  • Around 18 to 20mg/ml: often suits heavier smokers, such as those used to a pack a day, who want the nicotine delivery to feel familiar.
  • Around 10 to 12mg/ml: often suits moderate smokers or those who vape throughout the day and find high strength too harsh.
  • Around 5 to 6mg/ml: often suits light smokers and people reducing their intake.

Check the listing for the strengths actually available on this product, since not every flavour is offered in every strength. If only one strength is listed, that is what is made.

A menthol-specific note: cooling agents increase the sensation in your throat. At the same nicotine strength, a menthol pod can feel stronger than a fruit pod because the chill and the throat hit stack together. If you are choosing between two strengths and you are newer to nicotine salts, going one step lower on a menthol pod is a reasonable approach, since you can always move up on the next pod.

Some practical reminders:

  • Nicotine is addictive. This product is for adults who already use nicotine, not for anyone under 18 or for non-smokers.
  • Nicotine salts deliver quickly and smoothly. It is easy to take more than you intended, so pay attention to how often you reach for the device.
  • If you feel dizzy, nauseous or unwell, stop and take a break. Speak to a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
  • Not suitable if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Who these pods are for, and who should skip them

The Hula 7000 Menthol pods suit a fairly specific group of adults, and being clear about that is better than pretending a pod suits everyone.

These pods are a good fit if you:

  • are an adult smoker who liked menthol cigarettes and wants a familiar cool profile in a vape.
  • want a simple, no-mess format with no refilling, no coil changes and no bottles.
  • previously used a disposable and want a rechargeable device with replaceable pods.
  • prefer a crisp, non-sweet flavour that does not tire your palate across the day.
  • want a compact, discreet device for travel, work breaks and commuting.
  • already own the matching Hula hardware and need replacements.

You may want to skip them if you:

  • are under 18, do not currently use nicotine or have never smoked. Vaping is not recommended for non-smokers.
  • dislike strong cooling sensations. A fruit or dessert flavour will be more comfortable.
  • want to choose your own e-liquid, mix flavours or vary strength regularly. A refillable pod system is the better route.
  • chain vape heavily. The running cost of replacing pods frequently can add up quickly compared with refillable alternatives.
  • want large clouds or a high-wattage experience. This is a modest-output pod format.
  • do not own the matching device. These pods are made for specific Hula hardware and will not work in other brands.

A word on the menthol audience. Some adults who smoked menthol cigarettes find a menthol vape the easiest flavour to move to, because the cooling sensation is familiar. Others prefer to try something different. There is no right answer, and flavour choice is personal. If you are unsure, buying a single pod first is a low-risk way to find out.

For anyone with a medical condition, who is pregnant or who takes regular medication, speak to a healthcare professional before using any nicotine product. We do not make health claims about these pods, and nothing on this page should be read as medical advice.

Finally, if you are buying on behalf of someone else, remember that supplying vape products to anyone under 18 is an offence in the UK. Age verification applies to every order here.

How to use the pods, step by step

Using a prefilled pod takes under a minute, but a careful first fit saves problems later. Follow these steps:

  • Check the match. Confirm the pod is made for your Hula device. If in doubt, look at the model name on the device and the product listing.
  • Remove any packaging. Take off the outer wrapper and any protective cap or plug on the mouthpiece or base. Keep the pod upright while you do this.
  • Remove the old pod. Pull the spent pod straight out. Do not twist it or lever it sideways.
  • Wipe the contacts. A dry tissue on the base of the pod and the socket in the device removes any residue.
  • Seat the new pod. Push it in until it clicks or sits flush. If it does not sit flush, remove it and try again rather than forcing it.
  • Let it prime. Wait one to two minutes so the wick can soak up liquid before the first draw.
  • Take gentle first draws. A few short, soft puffs wake the coil up. After that, vape as normal.

Draw technique matters for flavour and longevity. This style of pod is designed for mouth-to-lung inhaling: draw the vapour into your mouth for a second or two, then inhale it. Draws of two to four seconds work well. Very long or very hard draws are not necessary, they use liquid faster and do nothing for the flavour.

Storage and everyday handling:

  • Keep the device and spare pods in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Store pods upright where practical to reduce the chance of leaking into the airflow.
  • Do not mix pods from different batches in a way that leaves half-used pods rolling around loose in a bag. A small sealed pouch is better.
  • When a pod is finished, remove it and dispose of it through a proper recycling route rather than the general bin.

When to swap the pod: swap when the liquid window is nearly empty, when the flavour fades noticeably even after a rest, or when the vapour turns thin and harsh. Do not wait for a full dry hit, because dry hits are unpleasant and can leave a lingering burnt taste in the device socket.

With menthol, a short break between sessions also helps. Cooling flavours can cause a slight numbness over a long session, and a few minutes away often restores the crispness of the chill.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most pod problems have simple causes. Work through these before assuming a fault:

  • No vapour or the device does not fire. Check the battery, then check that the pod is fully seated. Remove it, wipe the contacts and refit. If the indicator flashes, it may be signalling low battery or a connection issue.
  • Weak flavour. A new pod may still be priming, so rest it for a minute and take gentle draws. If the pod is nearly empty, it is time to swap. Heavy chain vaping can also drown out flavour as the coil struggles to keep up.
  • Burnt or harsh taste. This usually means the wick is running low or the coil is being overdriven. Pause for a minute, take shorter draws, and swap the pod if the taste persists.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Excess liquid in the airflow can cause crackling. Blow gently through the mouthpiece away from the device, or wipe the mouthpiece clean, then try again.
  • Leaking. Check for a cracked pod or poor seating. Wipe off any liquid, avoid storing the device on its side in hot places, and do not continue to use a pod that leaks heavily. Contact us with photos if it arrives damaged.
  • Device gets warm. Mild warmth in use is normal. If it becomes hot to the touch, stop using it and let it cool. Do not charge a hot device.
  • Battery drains fast. Try a different cable and charger, and charge from empty to full once or twice. If the problem persists, the hardware may need replacing.
  • Pod does not fit. Do not force it. Check you have the correct Hula model, because pods are not universal between brands or product lines.

A menthol-related note: if the cooling suddenly feels absent while the vapour tastes normal, you may be experiencing temporary taste fatigue rather than a fault. Change to a different flavour for a day, or take a break, and the sensation usually returns. Using the same cooling flavour all day can dull your response to it.

If none of these steps solve the problem, keep your order number and contact us. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products cannot normally be returned, but faulty or damaged goods are treated separately. Take clear photos of the issue and note when it first appeared, which makes it much quicker for us to help.

Finally, never attempt to repair a device, open the battery compartment or modify the pod. If you suspect the battery is damaged, stop using the device, keep it away from anything flammable and dispose of it at a proper collection point.

Value for money and running costs

Whether a prefilled pod is good value depends on what you compare it with. Against cigarettes, most adult smokers find vaping noticeably cheaper over a month. Against refillable systems, prefilled pods cost more per day, because you are paying for convenience and for a fresh coil with every pod.

A simple way to work out your own running cost:

  • Step one: note the price of the pod, or the price per pod if you buy a multipack.
  • Step two: note how many days one pod lasts at your normal use.
  • Step three: divide the price by the days to get a cost per day, then multiply by thirty for a monthly figure.

For example, if a pod lasts you five days, you will use roughly six pods a month. If you find one lasts three days, you will use ten. The difference is large, which is why we suggest tracking your first pod carefully before committing to a stock-up.

Where you can improve value:

  • Buy multipacks where offered. Per-pod prices usually fall on larger packs. Check the listing for any deal.
  • Take shorter draws. Gentle draws extend pod life without changing how it feels.
  • Do not waste the last third. Use the liquid window rather than swapping early, but stop before it runs dry.
  • Keep spares in stock. Having a spare pod avoids paying more at a convenience shop when your pod runs out.

There is also the hardware cost to think about. The device is a one-off purchase that can be recharged many times, so over time its cost is spread across many pods. This is the key advantage over the single-use products it replaced, where the whole device and battery were thrown away after a few days.

As for what you get for the money: a ready-to-use pod, a fresh coil, a consistent flavour and none of the maintenance. What you do not get is the freedom to change strength or flavour by yourself. If you vape lightly to moderately and value simplicity, the numbers usually work. If you vape heavily, it is worth pricing a refillable kit as well and seeing how the two compare over a month.

Shop terms are straightforward: free UK delivery on orders over £20, dispatch before 4pm on working days and genuine stock only. Check the listing for the current price and any multibuy deal.

How it compares with the alternatives, fairly

No product is right for everybody, so here is an honest comparison with the main alternatives an adult vaper might be weighing up.

Versus fruit-flavoured prefilled pods. Fruit pods offer variety and sweetness, and they are easier on the throat for many people. Menthol offers a clean, cold finish and tends to be less cloying across a long day. If you vape frequently, menthol can feel fresher, but if you want flavour you can actually name, fruit will be more interesting.

Versus mint pods. Mint tastes of the leaf, with a sweeter, greener profile and a lighter chill. Menthol is sharper and colder with less taste. Try mint if menthol feels too clinical, and menthol if mint feels too sweet.

Versus other prefilled pod brands. Several brands sell prefilled pods at similar capacity because the 2ml limit applies to all of them. The differences come down to hardware quality, flavour tuning, how consistent each pod is and, importantly, the price of the pods. Device compatibility is brand-specific, so the cheapest pod is not always the cheapest overall once you factor in the hardware you already own.

Versus refillable pod kits. Refillable kits cost less to run once you have the hardware, and let you choose any flavour and strength. They need more handling: bottles, coils and occasional leaks. Prefilled pods win on convenience, refillable kits win on cost and choice.

Versus the single-use vapes that used to be common. Those are no longer sold in Great Britain. A pod system is the nearest equivalent, but it lasts longer in hardware terms, produces less waste and gives you a fresh pod rather than a whole device to throw away each time.

Versus cigarettes. We do not make health claims about vaping, and nothing here is medical advice. What we can say is that many adults who smoke find vaping noticeably cheaper over time, and that a familiar sensation such as menthol cooling can make the move to vaping feel less unfamiliar. Nicotine remains addictive in either form.

In short, these pods are a sensible pick for adult smokers and existing vapers who want a cold, clean, no-fuss option and are happy to pay a little more for convenience. If you want maximum flavour variety, lowest running cost or complete control of strength, another format may suit you better, and there is no shame in choosing it.

If you are weighing it up, we suggest buying a single pod first, living with it for a week and tracking how long it lasts, then deciding whether to stock up.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

The UK legal maximum is 20mg/ml, and the right strength depends on how much you smoke or vape now. Heavier smokers often start around 18 to 20mg/ml, moderate smokers around 10 to 12mg/ml and lighter users around 5 to 6mg/ml. Menthol adds to the throat sensation, so if you are unsure it is reasonable to start one step lower. Check the listing for the strengths actually offered on this pod.

How do I charge the device, and how long does it take?

Charge the device, not the pod, using its USB-C port with a standard 5V wall adapter or computer USB port. A battery in this size class usually takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes to charge, though your own hardware may differ. Do not leave it charging unattended on soft furnishings, and unplug it when it is full.

Can I swap to a different flavour or use other variants?

Yes, as long as the pod is made for the same Hula device. Pods are sealed and not refillable, so to change flavour you fit a different prefilled pod. Do not try to mix or top up liquid in a pod. Check the product listing for the other flavours available in the Hula 7000 range.

How long will one pod last?

The 7000 figure is a manufacturer's puff rating measured under test conditions, not a guaranteed count. Real life depends on how often you vape, how long your draws are and whether you chain vape. Track your first pod by noting the date you fit it and the date it runs out, and you will have a reliable number for your own use.

Is this good value compared with other options?

It is usually cheaper than smoking for most adults, but costs more per day than a refillable pod kit once you account for bottles of e-liquid. You are paying for convenience and a fresh coil with every pod. Multipacks, where offered, lower the cost per pod. Light to moderate users usually find the numbers work, while heavy users should compare against a refillable kit.

Who should and should not buy these pods?

They are for adult smokers and existing vapers aged 18 and over who want a simple cooling menthol option. They are not for under 18s, non-smokers, or anyone who is pregnant or has a heart condition unless a healthcare professional says otherwise. Nicotine is addictive, and we make no health claims about the product.

Is menthol the same as mint?

No. Menthol is mainly a cooling sensation with a faint mint-family edge and very little sweetness. Mint, such as spearmint or peppermint, tastes of the leaf and is usually sweeter, with a lighter chill. If menthol feels too sharp, a mint flavour is the natural alternative.

Will these pods fit my device?

Pods are designed for the matching Hula hardware and are generally not interchangeable with other brands or other product lines. Check the product description and the model name on your device before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with a photo of your device and we will help you check.

Do you deliver across the UK, and how do I recycle used pods?

We dispatch to UK addresses. Delivery is free on orders over 20 pounds, orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day where possible, and options are shown at checkout. An age check applies to every order. Used pods and devices should not go in the general bin: take them to a vape recycling bin at a participating shop or to a household waste recycling centre.

What if the pod or device arrives faulty, and what is the returns policy?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs and we will find a fair resolution. For hygiene and safety reasons, vape products that have been opened or used cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened items in original condition are handled under the terms shown on our returns page.

Does exactly what I need

Flavour holds up all the way through. Some brands get weaker after a few days but this stays consistent.
