IVG Nic Salt Fresh Mint at a glance

IVG Nic Salt E-Liquid Fresh Mint is a nicotine salt e-liquid in a mint flavour, sold in a 10ml bottle for refillable pod kits and other low-power vaping devices. It sits in the IVG Salt range, which is built around a simple idea: familiar flavours in a nicotine format that is smooth enough to use at low wattage. Fresh Mint is the mint-led option in that line-up, aimed at vapers who want a clean, cool, uncomplicated flavour rather than a layered dessert or a fruit blend.

This page goes through what that means in practice. We cover the flavour, how nic salts differ from freebase liquid, how to choose between the available strengths, which devices suit it, how the liquid behaves in the coil, and how to fix the usual problems. We also give an honest read on value, including where other mint salts may suit you better. Where a figure depends on your device or on the exact pack in your hand, we say so rather than guess, because the label on the bottle is always the final word.

Quick facts:

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid, mint flavour
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the maximum permitted for nicotine e-liquid in the UK
  • Strengths: offered within the UK limit, where 20mg/ml is the legal ceiling; check the variant you select for the exact figure
  • Suited to: refillable pod kits and low-wattage mouth-to-lung or restricted direct-to-lung devices
  • Not suited to: high-power sub-ohm tanks, which are designed for lower-strength freebase liquid
  • Buyers: adults aged 18 and over only

Nicotine is addictive. If you do not currently smoke or vape, this product is not for you. If you are a smoker looking to switch, a mint salt in a refillable pod kit is a common route, particularly now that single-use vapes have been banned from sale in Great Britain since 1 June 2025 and many former disposable users have moved to refillable hardware.

Flavour profile: what Fresh Mint tastes like

Fresh Mint is a mint-led flavour, and the useful way to think about it is as a cool, clean taste rather than a sweet one. On the inhale you should expect a leafy mint note with a cooling edge, and on the exhale a lingering freshness that sits somewhere between a mint leaf and a breath mint. It is not designed to taste like a creamy dessert, and it is not a sharp, eye-watering menthol blast. For most people it lands in the middle: noticeable cooling, a light sweetness to round it off, and no heavy aftertaste.

A few practical points shape how that flavour comes across.

  • Cooling is part of the flavour. Mint liquids usually include a cooling agent, so the sensation of freshness on the tongue and throat is intentional and not a sign that anything is wrong.
  • Power changes the taste. At low wattage the mint reads softer and more leafy. Turning the device up tends to make the liquid taste warmer and flatter, and the cooling fades. If you want to hear the mint properly, stay at the lower end of your device's recommended range.
  • Coil age matters. A fresh coil gives the crispest flavour. As a coil gums up, mint tends to go dull before other flavours do, because there is little sweetness to hide the change.
  • Liquid temperature matters. Straight from a cold delivery van in winter, the liquid is thicker and the first few puffs can taste muted. Let the bottle sit at room temperature for a short while before you fill a pod.

Because there is no fruit or dessert layer to compete with, a simple mint is easy to vape through a whole day without palate fatigue. Many people who find sweet flavours tiring after a few hours report that mint stays pleasant for longer. That is a personal preference rather than a rule, so if you have never tried a pure mint, buy a single 10ml bottle first rather than a large bundle.

If you are comparing it with other mints, remember that the names are not standardised. One brand's Fresh Mint can be closer to spearmint, another closer to peppermint, and a third adds menthol until it behaves like an ice flavour. Treat this description as a guide to the style, and treat your own first pod fill as the real test.

Nicotine salts explained: why they suit pod kits

Nicotine salt, often shortened to nic salt, is nicotine bound with an acid in the liquid so that it is absorbed more smoothly than the freebase nicotine used in traditional e-liquid. The practical result is that you can vape a higher nicotine strength without the harsh scratch at the back of the throat that high-strength freebase produces. That is why nic salts are the standard choice for small pod systems, where the coil is low-powered and each puff is short.

Here is how salts and freebase differ in everyday use.

  • Throat feel: nic salts are smoother at 10mg and 20mg. Freebase at the same strength would be harsh.
  • Absorption: salts tend to deliver nicotine quickly, which many people moving from cigarettes find more satisfying. The speed varies from person to person and from device to device.
  • Power range: salts are meant for low power. Using them in a high-power sub-ohm tank can deliver far more nicotine than intended, with a harsh, dizzying result.
  • Typical bottle: 10ml, because UK rules limit nicotine-containing e-liquid to that size per bottle.
  • VG/PG balance: salt liquids are generally mixed so that the liquid is thin enough to wick through small pod coils. A balanced blend is common, but check the label on your bottle for the exact ratio.

Fresh Mint is made in that format. The base is designed to wick quickly through the small cotton and mesh found in pod kits, which is why you should not expect a thick, cloud-chasing vape from it. You are buying a compact, discreet, flavour-led experience, not a big visible vapour cloud.

One more point worth stating plainly: nicotine salt does not make nicotine safer, and it does not make vaping risk-free. Vaping is widely regarded as far less harmful than smoking, which is why UK health bodies point smokers toward it as a quit aid, but it is not recommended for people who have never smoked. If you are using it to leave cigarettes behind, the aim is to bring your nicotine strength down over time, and a salt range gives you convenient steps to do that.

Choosing a nicotine strength

Picking the right strength is the single most important decision with a nic salt, and it is where most first-time buyers go wrong. The UK ceiling for nicotine e-liquid is 20mg/ml, which is the same limit that applies to disposable vapes, so you will not find a legal retail bottle above that figure. IVG Nic Salt liquids are offered at strengths within that cap. Check the variant selector on the product page for the options currently stocked.

Use this as a starting guide rather than a rule.

  • 10mg/ml (around 1%): a sensible starting point for light smokers, social smokers, people who already vape low-strength salts, and anyone stepping down from 20mg. It gives a gentler throat hit and lets you take more puffs without feeling light-headed.
  • 20mg/ml (2%): aimed at people who smoked roughly ten or more cigarettes a day and want a replacement that actually satisfies the craving. Disposable vapes were capped at this strength, so many ex-disposable users already know how it feels.

Signs your strength is too high include dizziness, a headache, nausea, a racing heart, a sore throat that feels sharp rather than cool, and finishing a pod in far less time than expected. If you notice these, stop, take a break, drink some water and drop to a lower strength next time.

Signs your strength is too low include constant puffing, never feeling satisfied, and cravings returning within an hour. Moving up gradually is better than jumping straight to the top of the range.

A few other factors change how strong a given liquid feels.

  • Device power: higher wattage means more vapour per puff and therefore more nicotine per puff.
  • Coil resistance: lower-resistance coils push out more vapour, so the same liquid feels stronger.
  • Puff style: long, deep draws pull in more than short sips.
  • Mint cooling: the cooling effect can mask the harshness of nicotine, so a mint can feel smoother than it really is. Be careful not to chain-vape just because it tastes light.

If you are unsure, start with the lower strength. It is easy to go up a level, and uncomfortable to come back down after a bad session. Smokers who want structured help can also speak to their local stop smoking service, which in some areas offers support and, through schemes such as Swap to Stop, a free starter kit. Availability varies, so ask your pharmacy or GP.

Devices, coils and mesh technology

Nic salt e-liquid like Fresh Mint is meant for low-power devices. The two families that suit it are refillable pod kits and small mouth-to-lung (MTL) or restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) tanks running at modest wattage. If you already own a refillable pod kit from a mainstream brand, there is a good chance it will work well with this liquid, provided the coil resistance is in the right range.

The typical set-up looks like this.

  • Coil resistance: roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohm for pod kits. Resistances below about 0.6 ohm are aimed at freebase liquid and higher power.
  • Power: usually 10 to 25 watts depending on the coil. Always follow the range printed on the coil head, because that is the range it was tested at.
  • Pod capacity: vaping devices sold in the UK are limited to a 2ml tank or pod, so a 10ml bottle fills a pod about five times.
  • Airflow: a tighter draw suits salts. A loose, open draw can make the vape feel airy and the flavour thin.

Coil technology makes a visible difference to a mint liquid.

  • Mesh coils: a flat sheet of metal mesh gives a larger heating surface, so flavour comes through more evenly and the coil warms up quickly. Mint tends to taste fuller and cooler on a good mesh coil. Mesh also copes well with thinner liquids, although a coil can flood if the pod is overfilled.
  • Standard wire-and-cotton coils: these are common in compact pod kits and give a slightly warmer, more concentrated hit. They can be a little more sensitive to dry hits when the liquid runs low.
  • Ceramic coils: some older pod designs use ceramic heating elements. They can deliver clean flavour but quality varies, and they can crack if the pod is dropped.

As a rule, use the coils recommended by your kit's maker. If you are shopping for a new device to use with this liquid, look for an auto-draw or button-activated kit with a refillable 2ml pod and a 0.8 to 1.2 ohm mesh coil, because that combination matches how nic salts are meant to be vaped.

Do not use Fresh Mint in a high-power sub-ohm tank. Those tanks run at 40 watts or more and are designed for much lower nicotine strengths. A salt liquid at 10mg or 20mg in that kind of hardware delivers a very large nicotine dose per puff, which is unpleasant and potentially harmful.

Battery, power and charging your pod kit

The battery belongs to your device rather than to the liquid, but it affects how Fresh Mint behaves, so it is worth understanding. Refillable pod kits commonly ship with batteries somewhere between 400mAh and 1,000mAh. Those with a larger cell can sustain a full day of moderate use between charges, while the smallest slim kits may need topping up once during the day. Treat these as ranges rather than promises, because device power, puff length and coil resistance all change the draw on the battery.

Some practical guidance on power and charging.

  • Match power to the coil. Run the device within the wattage range printed on the coil. Running above it burns the liquid, shortens coil life and flattens the mint.
  • Fixed-output kits. Many pod kits have no adjustable wattage and simply run at a preset level. That is fine for salts because the output is designed for them.
  • Charging. Most current kits charge over USB-C. Expect roughly 30 to 90 minutes for a full charge depending on the battery size and the charger. Use the cable supplied or a reputable replacement.
  • Charger choice. A standard 5V USB charger is enough. You do not need a fast charger, and a poor-quality one can overheat the cell.
  • Where to charge. Charge on a hard, flat, non-flammable surface where you can see the device. Do not charge under pillows, on sofas or in bed, and do not leave a device charging overnight unattended.
  • Heat. If the device becomes hot while charging or vaping, unplug it and let it cool. If it is swollen, damaged or smells odd, stop using it.

Pass-through use, where you vape while charging, is best avoided with small pod kits because it can stress the cell and the connector.

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in household waste. Lithium batteries are a fire risk in bin lorries and recycling plants. Take old devices and batteries to a household waste recycling centre or a vape shop or retailer that offers a take-back, which many UK stores do under electrical waste rules. Used pods and coils contain residual nicotine liquid and should be returned to the same kind of drop-off point instead of the kerbside bin.

Throat hit, vapour and puff delivery

Because Fresh Mint is a nic salt, the way it delivers is defined by the combination of liquid and low-power hardware rather than by the liquid alone. In a typical pod kit running at roughly 10 to 15 watts through a 0.8 to 1.0 ohm coil, you can expect a modest, discreet cloud, a tight draw that resembles a cigarette inhale, and a throat hit that is noticeable but not rough at 10mg and firmer at 20mg.

The performance traits that matter in daily use are these.

  • Throat hit: nicotine plus cooling gives a crisp, refreshing hit at the back of the throat. At 20mg it is clearly stronger than at 10mg, so match the strength to your habit.
  • Vapour production: light to moderate. Salt liquids are not designed for dense clouds, and a mint's thin character makes the vapour look even lighter.
  • Consistency: on a fresh coil, flavour stays stable from the first puff of a pod to the last. Performance falls off if the pod runs below about a quarter full, so refill before it drains.
  • Warm-up: quick. A decent mesh coil is ready almost immediately, with little lag between draw and flavour.

How long does a bottle last? A 10ml bottle fills a standard 2ml pod about five times. How many puffs that adds up to depends on your style, but as a rough planning figure many vapers on mouth-to-lung pod kits get somewhere in the region of 1,000 to 2,000 puffs from 10ml. Please treat that as an estimate, not a guarantee. For comparison, a typical single-use vape held about 2ml of liquid, so one 10ml bottle holds roughly five times as much, which is one reason refilling usually costs less per puff than buying disposables.

Consumption also depends on strength. People on 20mg often take fewer puffs to feel satisfied, whereas someone on 10mg may take more draws and use liquid faster. Neither pattern is wrong. Just be aware that the same bottle can last you three days or three weeks depending on how you vape, how often you replace coils and whether any liquid is lost to leaks.

If you want to stretch a bottle, keep the power at the low end of the coil range, take shorter draws, and replace the coil before it burns, because a burnt coil wastes liquid and tastes unpleasant.

Bottle design and build quality

Fresh Mint comes in a 10ml bottle, the largest size UK rules allow for nicotine e-liquid. Bottles in this range are made from a soft, squeezable plastic that lets you dispense drop by drop, and they are fitted with a narrow nozzle tip that fits into the fill port of most pod kits without needing an adapter. UK rules require nicotine liquids to have a child-resistant cap and a tamper-evident seal, so expect both on the bottle.

What to check when the bottle arrives.

  • Intact tamper ring: the ring on the cap should be unbroken before first use. If it is missing or damaged, contact the seller before opening.
  • Label information: the label should show the nicotine strength, the ingredients, a batch number and the health warning. If any of these is unclear, compare against the product listing.
  • Nozzle condition: the tip should be clean, not cracked, and should give a steady drop when you squeeze.
  • Headspace: there is normally a small gap at the top of the bottle. That is deliberate so the bottle does not burst when squeezed.

The soft plastic is slim and light, so it slides into a pocket or kit bag. Keep in mind that a printed label can scuff if it rubs against other items or is exposed to spilled liquid. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight and away from heat, because nicotine liquids degrade faster when warm. Many people keep spare bottles in a cool cupboard rather than a car glovebox or a windowsill.

Build quality in this category is mostly about consistency: does the cap seal, does the nozzle drip cleanly, does the label hold up. A thin nozzle also makes it easier to fill small pods without spilling, which matters because overfilling is the most common cause of leaks.

On the sustainability side, an empty bottle is a small piece of plastic, but it can hold nicotine residue. Check your local council's guidance on whether it can go in kerbside plastic recycling, or take it to a vape shop or household waste recycling centre that accepts such items. Do not leave bottles, empty or full, where children or pets can reach them.

How to fill and use Fresh Mint

Using nic salt properly is mostly about not overdoing it. Follow these steps for a clean fill.

  • Switch the device off or remove the pod. Many auto-draw kits fire when you inhale, so take the pod out before filling.
  • Find the fill port. This is a small hole, often covered by a silicone bung. Lift or slide it open.
  • Squeeze slowly. Hold the bottle at an angle and fill the pod with short, steady squeezes until the liquid reaches the maximum fill line, or stop just below the top if no line is marked. Never overfill, because that is the usual cause of leaking and gurgling.
  • Close the bung. Press it down fully so the port is sealed.
  • Wait. Leave the filled pod standing upright for 5 to 10 minutes so the cotton can saturate. This is the step most people skip, and it prevents dry hits.
  • Prime gently. Take two or three short puffs without much power to wet the coil, then settle into your usual pattern.
  • Refill early. Keep the pod above a quarter full rather than running it empty.

Good habits for everyday use.

  • Take slow, steady draws of two to four seconds rather than long, hard pulls.
  • Pause between puffs so the coil can re-wet. Chain vaping scorches the coil and dulls the mint.
  • Wipe the mouthpiece and pod base occasionally with a dry tissue to remove condensation.
  • Keep the contacts between pod and battery clean and dry.
  • Replace the pod or coil head every one to two weeks, or sooner if the flavour goes flat or burnt. Heavy use shortens that window.
  • Start with a lower strength if you are new to salts, and adjust after a few days.

Rules to remember: only adults should vape, never put nicotine salt in a high-power sub-ohm tank, and keep both liquid and devices out of reach of children. Do not vape where it is prohibited, such as on public transport and in many workplaces and venues, and follow the policies of the places you visit.

If you want to switch to another flavour later, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water, let it dry fully and fit a fresh coil before filling. Mixing flavours in a used pod usually gives a muddy taste, and mint is particularly good at lingering in cotton.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with a pod kit come down to a handful of causes. Here is a quick guide.

  • Leaking from the pod or battery: usually overfilling, a loose bung, or a pod left somewhere warm. Remove excess liquid with a tissue, reseat the pod, wipe the contacts and fill to a lower level next time.
  • Dry or burnt hit: the pod ran low, the coil is worn, or you did not wait for the cotton to saturate. Refill, wait several minutes, take gentle puffs and change the coil if the taste does not return.
  • Gurgling or spitting: too much liquid or condensation in the airway. Wipe the mouthpiece and take a couple of puffs with the airflow open to clear it.
  • Weak or muted mint: the coil is tired, or the device is running too hot. Try a fresh coil and a lower power setting.
  • Device does not fire: check the battery charge, make sure the pod is seated firmly, clean the contacts, and check that the airway is not blocked.
  • Harsh throat or coughing: the strength may be too high, the power may be too high, or your draw may be too fast. Drop strength, power or both.
  • Dizziness or nausea: you have taken in more nicotine than your body wants. Stop, rest and drink water. Use a lower strength afterwards.
  • Darkened or thickened liquid: some darkening over time is normal, especially if stored warm. If it smells off, looks unusually thick or has separated, do not use it.

Safety and first aid. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical advice. If liquid is swallowed, or a child or pet gets hold of a bottle, seek urgent medical help by calling 999 or NHS 111 and take the bottle with you. Nicotine is toxic when swallowed in quantity, and a full 10ml bottle contains a meaningful amount.

If you have tried the fixes above and a problem remains, it may be a faulty batch or a faulty device rather than your technique. Keep the packaging and the batch number from the label, take a photo of the issue, and contact the seller promptly so they can look into it.

Who Fresh Mint is for, and who should look elsewhere

Fresh Mint is a focused product with a clear audience. It makes sense for:

  • Adult smokers moving to vaping, particularly those who miss the cooling feel of menthol or mint cigarettes.
  • Former disposable vape users who want to switch to a refillable pod kit after single-use vapes were banned, and who liked a cool, minty flavour.
  • Vapers who tire of sweet or fruity profiles and want something clean and light.
  • People who want a simple, low-fuss flavour for all-day use, in a discreet low-vapour set-up.

It is likely to be a poor fit for:

  • Anyone under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine products to under-18s in the UK, and a courier may ask for proof of age on delivery.
  • People who have never smoked or vaped. Nicotine is addictive and there is no benefit in starting.
  • Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or with a heart condition, diabetes or high blood pressure, unless a doctor has advised otherwise.
  • Users of high-power sub-ohm tanks, who need a higher-VG freebase liquid at a lower nicotine strength.
  • Cloud chasers, who want dense vapour that salt liquids do not produce.
  • Fans of sweet, dessert-style flavours, who may find a plain mint a little sharp.

If you are somewhere in between, think about your goal. If you want to stop smoking, most people find it works best to use enough nicotine to keep them from going back to cigarettes, then reduce gradually. If you want to stop nicotine altogether, plan steps down from 20mg to 10mg and lower, and speak to a pharmacist or stop smoking service for support. A mint flavour is easy to stay with through that process because there is little temptation to chase novelty.

This product is also not a medicine and is not licensed as a stop smoking treatment. If you take regular medication or have a health condition, check with a healthcare professional before changing how you use nicotine.

Value for money and how Fresh Mint compares

Value depends on what you compare against. Next to a disposable vape, a 10ml nic salt bottle is generally cheaper per millilitre and per puff, creates less waste, and lets you choose your own device. Next to a larger freebase bottle, a salt costs more per millilitre, but you will use far less of it because of the higher strength and lower power. The UK vaping products duty on liquids is now part of shelf prices across the market, so check the current price on the product page rather than relying on figures you remember.

Here is an honest comparison with the alternatives you are likely to be weighing up.

  • Other 10ml mint salts from established brands: ranges such as Elfliq, Nasty Salt, Dinner Lady and Pod Salt all sell mint or menthol salts in the same bottle size. The differences are mostly in sweetness, cooling intensity and price. As the name suggests, IVG Fresh Mint is a plain, straightforward mint. If you want a strongly icy menthol, a dedicated ice or menthol flavour may suit you better. If you want a more layered mint blend, a premium brand may offer more detail at a higher price.
  • Disposable-style liquids: some salt ranges are marketed as matching the flavours of popular disposables. If that is what you are after, compare descriptions carefully. Fresh Mint is a conventional mint rather than a copy of a specific disposable flavour.
  • Pre-filled pods: closed-system pods are convenient but locked to one brand and flavour, and each pod is a recurring cost. A refillable kit and a 10ml bottle gives you more flexibility and usually lower running costs, at the price of a small amount of handling.
  • Freebase and shortfills: these are aimed at sub-ohm devices and are not interchangeable with salts. They are cheaper per millilitre but need different hardware.

Where Fresh Mint makes the most sense is as a dependable everyday mint for a pod kit, bought in a size that is easy to try before committing. Buying two or three bottles together can reduce the cost per bottle where multi-buy offers apply, and it spares you from running out in the middle of a week.

Where it makes less sense is if you are chasing something distinctive. A plain mint will always be somewhat generic, and if you enjoy complex blends you may want a second flavour alongside it. Our advice is to start with one bottle at the lower strength that suits your habit, give it a week, and then decide whether to stay with it or change.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for IVG Nic Salt Fresh Mint?

Light or social smokers and anyone stepping down from a higher strength usually start with 10mg. Heavier smokers who got through around ten or more cigarettes a day often need 20mg, which is the UK legal maximum for nicotine e-liquid. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or get a harsh throat hit, move down a strength.

Can I use Fresh Mint in a sub-ohm tank?

No, it is not suitable. Nicotine salts are designed for low-power pod kits and small mouth-to-lung tanks, typically running at 10 to 25 watts with a coil of roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohm. In a high-power sub-ohm tank you would take in far more nicotine per puff than intended.

How do I charge my device, and how long does the battery last?

The battery belongs to your pod kit, not the liquid. Most current kits charge over USB-C in roughly 30 to 90 minutes, and a 400mAh to 1,000mAh battery typically lasts from several hours to a full day of moderate use. Charge on a hard surface where you can see the device, use a reputable cable, and never leave it charging unattended overnight.

Can I switch to another flavour or mix Fresh Mint with other liquids?

IVG sells other flavours in the Nic Salt range, and you can swap between them. Empty and rinse the pod, let it dry, and fit a fresh coil so the mint does not carry over. We do not recommend mixing liquids in the pod or in the bottle, because the flavour becomes muddy and the nicotine strength becomes harder to judge.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

A 10ml bottle fills a standard 2ml pod about five times. Many mouth-to-lung pod users get somewhere in the region of 1,000 to 2,000 puffs from it, though this varies a lot with your puff length, power setting and coil condition. Treat it as a rough guide rather than a promise.

Is Fresh Mint good value compared with disposables?

Usually yes. A refillable pod kit and a 10ml salt bottle typically cost less per puff than single-use vapes, which have also been banned from sale in Great Britain since 1 June 2025. You pay for a device up front, but you can reuse it and generate less waste. Check the current bottle price on the product page, as duty has pushed prices up across the market.

Who should not buy this product?

It is not for anyone under 18, anyone who has never smoked or vaped, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. People with heart conditions, diabetes or high blood pressure should speak to a doctor first. It is also unsuitable for high-power sub-ohm devices and for anyone who wants large clouds.

Do you deliver across the UK, and will I need to prove my age?

Orders are sent to UK addresses, and nicotine products can only be sold to adults aged 18 and over. Expect age verification at checkout and possibly again on delivery, so make sure an adult is available to receive the parcel. Check the delivery page for current dispatch times and shipping costs.

What is the warranty or returns policy?

E-liquid is a consumable, so there is no warranty in the way a device has one, but you are protected if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Keep the packaging and the batch number, take a photo of the problem and contact us promptly. For the exact terms on opened and unopened items, see the returns page.

How do I recycle the bottle, used pods and old devices?

Empty bottles can hold nicotine residue, so check your local council's guidance or use a vape shop or household waste recycling centre that accepts them. Used pods, coils and old devices should go to a drop-off point or retailer take-back, never into household waste, because of the battery and residual liquid.

Smooth and tasty

Honestly, I was unsure at first but this has been great. Flavour is strong and lasts the full session. No complaints at all.

My new daily

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
