Lost Mary Nic Salts Peach Ice: what this bottle is

Lost Mary Nic Salts Peach Ice is a 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid in the Lost Mary Nic Salts range, built around a ripe peach flavour with a cool finish on the exhale. It is a bottled liquid rather than a disposable, which means it is designed to be poured into a refillable pod kit, pod system or small tank. On its own it does nothing, so it only makes sense if you already own, or are about to buy, a compatible device. That distinction matters more than it used to. Since the UK ended the sale of single-use disposable vapes on 1 June 2025, bottled nic salts have become the practical route for adults who liked the flavour and simplicity of a Lost Mary disposable but now need a refillable setup instead.

At the time of writing it is listed at £1.59 for a single 10ml bottle, with 5mg and 20mg nicotine strengths available. Ten millilitres is the largest size UK rules allow for a nicotine e-liquid bottle, and 20mg per millilitre is the highest strength permitted. That is the same 20mg ceiling that applied to disposables, so choosing the 20mg option puts you at the top of what the regulations allow. Everything on this page is written for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. If you do not currently smoke or vape, this is not a product to start with.

This guide walks through the flavour, how the liquid behaves in different devices, how to choose between the two strengths, what to look for in a battery and coil, how to fill and troubleshoot, what a bottle costs in real use and how it compares with other nic salt ranges. Where a figure is a general guide for the category rather than a measured spec of this particular liquid, we say so, because inventing precise numbers for a bottle of e-liquid helps nobody.

The quick facts:

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid, 10ml bottle
  • Strengths listed: 5mg and 20mg per millilitre
  • Flavour: ripe peach with a light cooling finish
  • Use it with: refillable pod kits and compatible low-power tanks
  • Not suitable for: disposables, high-power sub-ohm kits, under-18s

The Peach Ice flavour profile in detail

Peach Ice leads with a juicy, ripe peach note that sits closer to a fresh yellow peach than to the sharper, candied peach you find in fruit rings. On the inhale the fruit arrives first, soft and lightly sweet, with the faint floral edge that is typical of stone fruit. Most people describe the sweetness as moderate rather than syrupy, which is one reason this style holds up across a full tank without feeling cloying by the third or fourth refill.

The ice element comes in on the exhale. A flavour labelled Ice in this range generally means a gentle cooling sensation laid over the fruit, which brightens the peach and shortens the sweet aftertaste. It is not a harsh menthol blast. If you want a stronger chill, the Menthol and Fresh Mint flavours in the same line are the direction to look. Peach Ice is cool, not arctic. Taste is subjective, so treat this description as a guide rather than a guarantee.

A few practical points about how the flavour behaves in use:

  • Warmer vapour: a little more power, or a more closed airflow, brings out the sweeter and jammier side of the peach and softens the cooling effect.
  • Cooler vapour: a looser airflow on a pod kit gives a lighter, fresher peach and lets the ice note come through more clearly.
  • Fresh coil: the flavour is at its most defined during the first week or so of a new coil, then gradually flattens as the coil ages.
  • Long sessions: vaping the same sweet fruit flavour for hours can leave it tasting muted. This is a normal effect often called vaper's tongue, not a fault with the liquid. Switching to something plain for a few minutes usually resets it.

If you are choosing between flavours, peach sits comfortably between the straightforward fruit options in the range, such as Blueberry or Banana Ice, and the stronger cooling profiles such as Menthol. It suits someone who wants fruit that tastes like fruit with a little freshness at the end, without committing to a heavy menthol hit. It also pairs well with the way most pod kits run, because stone fruit flavours tend to come across clearly at the low wattages that nicotine salts are designed for.

One more note on expectations. Cooling agents in e-liquids can feel more intense at higher strengths and in colder weather, so the same bottle may seem a touch fresher in winter than it does in summer. That is down to how your palate and your device respond to temperature, and it is worth knowing before you judge a flavour on a single tank.

How it performs: throat hit, vapour and puff delivery

Because Peach Ice is a liquid and not a complete device, performance depends on what you put it in. The liquid is a nicotine salt formulation, which means the nicotine is combined with an acid so it can be vaped at higher strengths without the harsh, scratchy throat hit that the same strength of traditional freebase nicotine produces. That is the reason nic salts became the default choice for small pod devices and, until the ban, for disposables.

In a typical refillable pod kit you can expect the following:

  • Throat hit: noticeable but rounded at 20mg, very mild at 5mg.
  • Vapour volume: modest. Nic salts are made for mouth-to-lung and restricted-lung use at low wattage, so clouds are smaller than you would get from a sub-ohm kit.
  • Nicotine delivery: quicker per puff than freebase at the same strength, which is why fewer and shorter puffs tend to be enough.
  • Flavour intensity: clear from the first puff, because nic salt formulations hold flavour well at the low power levels pod kits run at.

People often ask for a puff count. Disposables quote one because the amount of liquid and the battery are fixed inside the casing. A bottle has no puff count because the number depends on the device, the coil, the airflow, how long you draw for and how much power the kit delivers. As a loose planning figure, many pod kit users find that a millilitre of liquid lasts somewhere in the low hundreds of puffs, which puts a 10ml bottle at a few thousand puffs overall. Treat that as an estimate rather than a promise, and expect the number to fall if you raise the power or open the airflow.

Consistency is the other thing to know. Nic salt liquids like this one are commonly made with a balanced ratio of vegetable glycerine to propylene glycol, which is thin enough to wick quickly through the cotton of a small coil. That helps avoid dry hits at low power. Check the label on the bottle for the exact ratio of the batch you receive, since formulations can change and the printed label is a more reliable guide than any general description, including ours.

Finally, match your expectations to the format. A pod kit loaded with this liquid will not replicate the huge, warm cloud of a high-power setup, and it is not meant to. What it does well is deliver a tidy, flavourful and portable session that fits in a pocket, which is the same appeal disposables had without the single-use waste.

Bottle design, labelling and build quality

With a bottled liquid, build quality is about the bottle, the cap and the label rather than a casing or a battery door. Lost Mary Nic Salts come in a 10ml plastic bottle with a narrow nozzle, which is the standard format for nicotine e-liquid sold in the UK. The thin tip lets you aim precisely into the small fill port of a pod, and the soft plastic lets you squeeze out a controlled amount instead of flooding the opening.

UK rules shape most of what you see on the pack. Under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, nicotine e-liquid has to meet a set of packaging and labelling requirements. In practice that means you should find:

  • A child-resistant cap and a tamper-evident seal.
  • The nicotine strength per millilitre and the bottle volume.
  • A full ingredients list and a batch number.
  • The health warning that the product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.
  • Usage and storage guidance, either on the pack or in an included leaflet.

Products must also be notified to the MHRA before they can be sold in the UK, which is one more reason to buy from a retailer that sources through UK distributors. If a bottle arrives with a missing seal, no batch number or an unreadable label, do not use it and contact the seller.

The Lost Mary look is colourful and flavour-coded, so Peach Ice is easy to tell apart from the other bottles on the shelf, which is handy if you keep more than one flavour at home. The child-resistant cap is deliberately awkward. If you struggle with it, press down firmly while you turn instead of forcing it sideways, and it will release.

Look after the bottle sensibly:

  • Store it upright in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat, which can degrade nicotine and flavour over time.
  • Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid can be harmful if swallowed or if it gets on the skin in quantity, so wipe up spills and wash your hands after filling.
  • Check the date printed on the label. Unopened, a bottle keeps well for many months, but you will get the best flavour from a bottle used within a reasonable time after opening.

For disposal, let the last drops run dry, refit the cap and check your local council guidance. Some councils accept clean empty plastic bottles in household recycling and others ask you to treat bottles that have held nicotine as general waste, so it is worth checking rather than assuming.

Choosing a device: battery and charging

This bottle has no battery of its own. The battery and charging side of the experience comes entirely from the refillable device you pair it with, so it is worth knowing what to look for before you buy. Most refillable pod kits that suit nic salts carry a battery somewhere between roughly 400mAh and 1,200mAh. That is a general category range rather than a spec of this product, but it is a useful yardstick.

How to read battery capacity in practice:

  • Around 400mAh to 600mAh: slim, pocketable kits that suit light use. Expect to charge them daily if you vape steadily.
  • Around 800mAh to 1,000mAh: the comfortable middle ground for most adults, often lasting a full day of moderate use at low power.
  • Above 1,000mAh: larger kits that suit heavier use or sit through a long day without a top-up, at the cost of extra bulk.

Most current pod kits charge through USB-C, and a full charge commonly takes somewhere between half an hour and an hour and a half depending on the battery size. Because nic salts run at low power, battery life tends to be forgiving compared with high-wattage kits, so a mid-sized battery goes further than the number on the box might suggest.

A few sensible charging habits apply to any lithium battery device:

  • Use the cable supplied, or a reputable replacement, plugged into a standard USB port or a proper phone charger.
  • Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface and do not leave it charging unattended for long periods or overnight.
  • Stop using any device that is swollen, hot to the touch, damaged or smells odd, and do not try to repair it.
  • Do not carry a loose device in a pocket with keys or coins.

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in the general bin or the kerbside recycling box. Lithium batteries can start fires in refuse vehicles and sorting centres. Shops that sell vapes are required to take back old ones, and most household waste recycling centres have a small electricals container. Dropping a worn-out device at one of these points is the correct route, and it recovers the metals and battery materials as well.

Coils and mesh: matching hardware to nic salts

The coil is the part of the device that heats the liquid, and choosing the right one makes a visible difference to how Peach Ice tastes and how long the bottle lasts. Nic salts work best with higher-resistance coils at low power. As a general guide for the category, resistance in the region of 0.8 to 1.2 ohms suits mouth-to-lung pod kits running at modest wattage, while some restricted direct-to-lung pods use coils nearer 0.6 to 0.8 ohms. Always follow the power range printed on your own coil or pod, because that is the figure the manufacturer designed it around.

The two main coil styles you will meet:

  • Standard wire coils: a wire wrapped around a cotton wick. They are simple, inexpensive and widely available, and they work well with thin nic salt liquids.
  • Mesh coils: a flat or curved sheet of mesh with many small contact points. They heat more evenly, wick quickly and tend to give fuller flavour and a more consistent hit from start to finish. They need to be primed properly because they can burn if they run dry.

Either type can suit Peach Ice. Mesh coils tend to bring out more of the soft peach body and the cooling finish, while a standard coil gives a slightly lighter and cleaner result. If your priority is flavour definition and you are happy to replace coils regularly, a mesh coil is worth trying.

Coil lifespan is not fixed, and it varies with how often you vape, how much power you use and what is in the liquid. As a rough category guide, a coil lasts from one to two weeks of regular use. Sweetened fruit flavours such as peach leave more residue on the coil than plain or tobacco styles, so you may sit towards the shorter end of that range. Signs that a coil is done include a burnt or flat taste, a muted flavour that does not return after a short rest, and a gurgling or spitting sound.

One firm warning: do not run 20mg nic salts in a high-power sub-ohm tank. A low-resistance coil at high wattage delivers far more nicotine per puff than the formulation was designed for, and it tends to produce harsh, hot vapour and a burnt taste. If you want big clouds, use a lower-strength liquid made for that style of device instead.

Nicotine strength: choosing between 5mg and 20mg

This listing offers 5mg and 20mg per millilitre. For reference, 20mg per millilitre is the same as 2 per cent nicotine and is the maximum UK retail e-liquid can contain. Many nic salt ranges also list a 10mg option in between. If you need that and do not see it in the variant selector, check the wider range before settling on one of the two.

As a general guide for adults who already use nicotine:

  • 20mg: the usual choice for people who smoke or smoked around ten or more cigarettes a day, and for those moving from a 20mg disposable. It suits mouth-to-lung pod kits at low power and gives a firm, satisfying hit.
  • 5mg: a low-strength option for lighter users, for people who find 20mg too sharp, and for devices that deliver more vapour per puff. The throat hit is mild and the flavour comes through with little nicotine kick.

If you are not sure which side of the line you fall on, think about how you use nicotine now. Someone who reaches for a vape every few minutes and finishes a pod in a day is probably at home with 20mg. Someone who takes a few puffs now and then, or who tends to feel jittery on stronger liquids, will probably prefer 5mg.

How to tell you have the wrong strength:

  • Too strong: dizziness, nausea, a headache, sweating or a racing heartbeat. Stop vaping, get some fresh air, drink some water and choose a lower strength next time.
  • Too weak: you vape constantly, feel unsatisfied and chain-puff to compensate. A step up in strength usually helps more than simply puffing more.

Keep in mind that strength and device interact. The same 20mg liquid feels noticeably stronger in a tight, high-resistance pod than in an open, airy kit, because the amount of vapour per puff is different. Nicotine is addictive, and no bottle on this page is intended for people who do not already use it. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition, speak to a health professional before using any nicotine product.

Who Peach Ice suits, and who should skip it

Peach Ice is aimed at adult nicotine users who want a fruit and ice flavour for a refillable pod kit. It is particularly relevant for people who used Lost Mary disposables and now need a refillable alternative, because the brand name, the flavour naming and the typical strength choices will feel familiar.

It is a good fit if:

  • You own a low-power refillable pod kit and want a fruity flavour that is not overly sweet.
  • You are an adult smoker or ex-disposable user who prefers a nic salt hit over freebase.
  • You like a light cooling finish but would find a full menthol flavour too strong.
  • You want a low-cost bottle you can try before committing to larger or more expensive ranges.
  • You switch between flavours and like to keep two or three bottles at home.

It is probably not the right choice if:

  • You are under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine products to anyone under 18, and we will not sell to them.
  • You do not smoke or vape. Nicotine is addictive and there is no benefit in starting.
  • You want a ready-to-use device. This is a liquid only. You need a compatible refillable device, plus a spare coil or pod, before it does anything.
  • You vape at high wattage. A sub-ohm tank at high power suits a low-strength liquid made for that style, not a nic salt at 20mg.
  • You want a strong menthol blast. The cooling here is gentle. Menthol and Fresh Mint flavours in the same range are better matches.
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a cardiac condition. Take medical advice first.

It is worth being honest about the stop-and-think point for newcomers to refillables. Moving from a disposable to a pod kit with a bottle involves a small learning curve: filling, priming, replacing coils and charging. Most people pick it up within a day or two, and the reward is a lower running cost and less waste. If you would rather avoid that effort altogether, a prefilled, replaceable pod system may suit you better than a bottle, and they are worth a look.

How to fill, prime and vape it

Filling a pod from a bottle is simple once you have done it a couple of times. Follow this sequence and you will avoid most of the common problems before they start:

  • Step 1, wash your hands and switch the device off. If the device has a lock function, enable it so it cannot fire while you are filling.
  • Step 2, open the fill port. Most pods have a silicone bung or a sliding cover. Pull or slide it back, and keep the pod upright.
  • Step 3, fill gently. Place the bottle nozzle into the port and squeeze slowly, aiming at the side wall of the pod instead of the central chimney. UK rules limit pod and tank capacity to 2ml, so there is not much to pour. Stop just below the maximum fill line.
  • Step 4, close the port and wipe away drips. Any liquid left on the outside will end up on your hands, your mouthpiece or your bag.
  • Step 5, let it rest. Wait five to ten minutes so the liquid soaks into the cotton. A new coil that has not been given time to saturate is the usual cause of a burnt first puff.
  • Step 6, take gentle first puffs. Use a few short draws at low power before settling into normal use.

For the draw itself, mouth-to-lung means taking the vapour into your mouth first, pausing briefly, then inhaling. A slow, steady draw of two to four seconds works well for nicotine salts. A long, forceful draw pulls more liquid through the coil than it can heat and tends to lead to spitting and flooding.

A few habits that help you get more from a bottle:

  • Refill when the pod is about a third full. Running a coil dry shortens its life and gives a burnt taste.
  • Keep the device upright when you are not using it so liquid does not pool around the airflow ports.
  • Rinse and dry the pod if you switch flavours, otherwise residue from the old liquid will muddy the peach.
  • Carry a spare coil or pod. They are inexpensive, and the one time you need it is when it has just run out.

If you travel, expect pressure changes on a flight to push liquid out of an overfilled pod. Fill lightly beforehand, keep the device in a sealed bag and refill after you land. Check the airline's own rules on carrying devices and batteries, as these vary.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salts are down to the setup rather than the liquid. Here are the issues we hear about most often and what usually fixes them:

  • Burnt or acrid taste: the coil is old, was not primed or has run dry. Replace it, or at least let a new one soak for ten minutes before use. Lower the power if your device allows it.
  • Leaking from the pod or device: the pod is overfilled, the bung is not seated, or the pod is cracked. Refill below the line, press the bung in fully and check for hairline cracks. Store the device upright.
  • Gurgling or spitting: excess liquid has pooled in the airflow channel. Wipe the mouthpiece and blow gently back through the pod to clear it, then use shorter, gentler draws.
  • Weak or flat flavour: usually an ageing coil, or a case of vaper's tongue. Try a fresh coil, drink some water and give your palate a break from fruit flavours.
  • Harsh throat hit: the strength is too high for your device or taste. Consider 5mg, a more open airflow or lower power.
  • Dry hit with no vapour: the coil cannot wick fast enough, or the pod is nearly empty. Top up, prime again and avoid long, strong draws.
  • Device will not fire: check the battery level, clean the contact points between the pod and the battery with a dry cotton bud and make sure the pod is seated firmly.
  • Sticky residue on pod or device: this is sweetener residue from e-liquid. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, dry thoroughly and avoid getting moisture into the battery section.

If you try these and still have a problem you think is with the liquid, contact us with your order number, the batch number from the bottle and a short description of what you are seeing. Photos of any damaged packaging or broken seals are helpful. Do not keep using a liquid that smells or tastes wrong.

A brief word on safety: never mix e-liquid with additives, never heat it outside a proper vaping device and never let children or animals near open bottles. If a bottle is swallowed or a large amount touches skin or eyes, seek medical advice immediately and keep the packaging to hand so the ingredients can be checked.

Value for money: what a bottle really costs

At the listed price of £1.59 for 10ml, Lost Mary Nic Salts Peach Ice works out at about 16p per millilitre. That is a useful number because the real cost of vaping is the liquid you actually use, not the headline price of the bottle. Prices can change, so check the product page for the current figure and any multibuy offer that applies at the time you order.

Here is a worked example. These figures assume the £1.59 price and the stated daily usage, and your own use will vary with your device, coil, strength and habits:

  • 1ml a day: about 16p a day, or roughly £1.11 a week. A 10ml bottle lasts around ten days.
  • 2ml a day: about 32p a day, or roughly £2.23 a week. A 10ml bottle lasts around five days.
  • 3ml a day: about 48p a day, or roughly £3.34 a week. A 10ml bottle lasts a little over three days.

On top of the liquid, there is the running cost of coils or pods, which in the case of most refillable systems is a few pounds each and lasts one to two weeks. There is also the one-off cost of the device. Even allowing for both, a refillable setup generally costs a fraction of what a heavy user used to spend on disposables, which were commonly priced at a few pounds each and could be finished in a couple of days.

It helps to think about value in three parts:

  • Price per millilitre: competitive for a branded 10ml nic salt, particularly at the entry-level price point.
  • Flavour per pound: a clear, recognisable peach flavour that does not need a premium budget to enjoy.
  • Waste: a plastic bottle and an occasional coil rather than a whole battery and casing thrown away every few days.

A cheaper bottle is not automatically better value if it tastes flat or forces you to vape more to feel satisfied, and a dearer one is not automatically worth the extra. The most practical approach is to buy one or two bottles in different flavours, see which you reach for, and then stock up on the one you keep coming back to. Buying a spare coil with your first order also saves you being caught out later.

How it compares with other nic salt ranges

Peach Ice does not exist in isolation. The UK market has a lot of 10ml nic salt ranges, and it is fair to look at how Lost Mary Nic Salts compares with the main alternatives. Ranges such as Elfliq, IVG Salts, Dinner Lady and Nasty Salt all sell 10ml nic salts at comparable strengths, and each has strengths of its own.

Where Lost Mary Nic Salts does well:

  • Familiarity: if you used Lost Mary disposables, the brand and the flavour naming give you a known starting point.
  • Entry price: it sits at the lower end of branded 10ml nic salt pricing, which makes sampling several flavours affordable.
  • Range depth: there is a wide spread of fruit, ice and menthol flavours, including Banana Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Cherry Ice, Grape Ice, Pineapple Ice and Fresh Mint, so you can stay with one brand while exploring.

Where other ranges may suit you better:

  • Strength choice: some competitor lines routinely offer 10mg as well as 20mg and a lower option. This listing shows 5mg and 20mg only, which is less flexible if you want to sit in the middle.
  • Flavour complexity: dessert and blended profiles from specialist nic salt brands often have more layers than a straightforward fruit and ice flavour. They also tend to cost more per bottle.
  • Vapour-focused liquids: if you want big clouds, a 50ml shortfill with nicotine shots, or a low-strength freebase, will suit a sub-ohm kit better than any nic salt.

There are also two alternatives to bottles altogether. Prefilled replaceable pods remove the filling step at a higher cost per millilitre, and some adults prefer them for convenience. Freebase nicotine in standard bottles suits higher-powered devices but is generally harsher at higher strengths.

Our honest read is that Peach Ice is a competent, straightforward fruit and ice nic salt at a low price, with a limited choice of strengths. If those strengths match what you need, it is a reasonable bottle to try. If you want something more layered or more flexible on nicotine, it makes sense to look further along the shelf.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, 5mg or 20mg?

Choose 20mg if you smoke or smoked around ten or more cigarettes a day, or if you are moving from a 20mg disposable, as it suits mouth-to-lung pod kits at low power. Choose 5mg if you are a lighter user, find 20mg too sharp or use a device that delivers more vapour per puff. If you feel dizzy, sick or jittery, the strength is too high for you.

Does Lost Mary Nic Salts Peach Ice come with a battery or need charging?

No. It is a 10ml bottle of e-liquid, so it has no battery and nothing to charge. The battery and charging come from the refillable pod kit you fill it into, which typically charges over USB-C in somewhere between half an hour and an hour and a half.

Can I use it in a disposable vape or a sub-ohm tank?

It is not designed for either. Disposables are sealed and should not be opened or refilled, and since June 2025 they can no longer be sold in the UK anyway. A high-power sub-ohm tank delivers far too much nicotine per puff with a 20mg nic salt, so use a low-power refillable pod kit or a compatible low-power tank instead.

How long will a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on your device and habits. At 1ml a day a bottle lasts about ten days, at 2ml about five days and at 3ml a little over three days. Higher power and wide-open airflow use liquid faster.

What other flavours are in the range, and can I swap between them?

The Lost Mary Nic Salts range includes Banana Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Cherry Ice, Grape Ice, Pineapple Ice, Fresh Mint, Menthol and many more. You can switch flavours whenever you like, but rinse and dry the pod first, or fit a fresh one, so the old flavour does not muddy the new one.

Is it good value compared with disposables and other nic salts?

At the listed £1.59 for 10ml it works out at about 16p per millilitre, and a refillable setup generally costs a fraction of what regular disposable use did. Against other 10ml nic salts it sits at the lower end of branded pricing, though other ranges may offer more strength choices or more complex flavours.

Who should not buy this product?

It is for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. It is not suitable for under-18s, non-smokers, or anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or with a heart condition unless a health professional has said otherwise. It is also not suitable if you want a ready-to-use device, because the bottle needs a compatible refillable kit.

Do you deliver across the UK and how quickly?

Yes, we deliver across the UK, and delivery is free once your basket passes £20. Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm are normally dispatched the same day, and as with all nicotine products the order is for adults aged 18 or over only.

What is the warranty or returns policy on an e-liquid?

E-liquid has no device warranty in the way a hardware kit does, but your statutory consumer rights still apply if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. Contact us with your order number, the bottle's batch number and photos, and we will look into it promptly. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bottles back for a change of mind.

How do I dispose of or recycle the bottle and my old device?

Let the last drops run dry, refit the cap and check your local council guidance, as rules on nicotine bottles differ between areas. Never put a device with a battery in the general bin or kerbside recycling. Take it to a shop that sells vapes, which must accept old ones, or to a household waste recycling centre with a small electricals container.
