PIXL 5000 Puffs Prefilled Pods Strawberry Raspberry Ice: what you are buying

The PIXL 5000 Puffs Prefilled Pod in Strawberry Raspberry Ice is a sealed, ready-filled replacement pod for the PIXL pod system. It arrives with the nicotine e-liquid already inside, so there is no bottle to open, no tank to rinse and no coil to prime by hand. You click the pod into a compatible PIXL battery device, wait a minute or so for the wick to absorb the liquid, and start vaping. When the pod runs dry you take it out, recycle it properly and fit a fresh one. That simplicity is the main reason prefilled pods have taken over from the older tank-and-bottle routine for many adult smokers who want to move away from cigarettes.

This guide is written for UK buyers and covers what you are likely to want to know before you order. It explains what the 5000 puff rating tells you and what it does not, how the strawberry, raspberry and ice notes are balanced, what to look for in the build, how the battery side works, what the coil does, which nicotine strength suits which kind of user, who the pod is and is not for, how to use it, how to fix the usual faults, and how it compares with other ways of vaping. You can read it straight through or jump to the part you need.

Quick facts at a glance:

  • Brand: PIXL
  • Format: prefilled, sealed replacement pod, not designed to be refilled
  • Flavour: Strawberry Raspberry Ice, a two-berry fruit blend with a cooling finish
  • Rated capacity: up to 5000 puffs, as rated by the manufacturer
  • Nicotine: the UK legal maximum is 20mg/ml (2%); check the strength shown on the variant you select
  • Device: needs a compatible PIXL pod battery, which is a separate item unless the listing says otherwise
  • Age: 18+ only, with age verification on delivery

One point is worth making before anything else. Nicotine is addictive. These pods are intended for adult smokers and existing vapers, and if you do not smoke or vape already, this is not a product to start on. UK public health bodies have said that vaping carries a fraction of the risk of smoking for people who switch completely, but it is not risk-free. This page is product information, not medical advice, and the pod is not a licensed stop smoking medicine.

What the 5000 puff rating means in practice

The 5000 puffs figure on the pack is a manufacturer rating, not a guarantee. Puff ratings are normally worked out on a machine that takes short, steady, evenly spaced draws with a rest between each one. People do not vape like machines. Some take quick sips, some take long pulls, and plenty of us chain several puffs together after a coffee or a meal. Every one of those habits changes how quickly a pod is used up.

It helps to treat 5000 as a ceiling rather than a target. These are the factors that push your own number up or down:

  • Draw length: longer, harder draws pull more e-liquid through the coil on every puff, so the pod empties sooner.
  • Frequency: chain vaping uses liquid faster and gives the wick less time to re-saturate between puffs.
  • Nicotine strength: people on a lower strength often take more puffs to feel satisfied, which shortens the life of the pod.
  • Device output: a battery that runs hotter vaporises more liquid per puff, whereas a gentler setting stretches the pod further.
  • Storage: a pod left in a hot car or a warm bag can weep, and any liquid lost that way is liquid you do not vape.

A practical way to think about it is in terms of daily use. A light vaper taking a few dozen puffs a day could expect a pod of this class to last for weeks. A heavier user taking a few hundred puffs a day will get through it in a week or two. Real-world counts usually come in below the number on the pack, so the most reliable method is to time your first pod in days and use that as your own baseline when you plan your next order.

The amount of e-liquid inside the pod is the other figure worth checking. A puff rating is only as credible as the volume of liquid behind it, so read the volume printed on the pack and weigh it against the rating when you compare this pod with others.

On the delivery side, you should get consistent flavour and vapour from the first puff to the last. When the pod is nearly finished you will notice the flavour thinning, the vapour getting warmer and the draw turning a little harsh. Do not keep pushing a pod in that state. A coil running short of liquid tastes burnt, and one burnt puff is enough to put you off the flavour for the rest of the session.

Strawberry Raspberry Ice flavour profile

Strawberry Raspberry Ice is a two-berry fruit flavour with a cooling finish. The easiest way to picture it is as three layers working together. Strawberry comes first, as the rounder, jammier note that arrives on the inhale. Raspberry sits behind it and adds a sharper, slightly tart edge so the sweetness does not go flat. Ice arrives last, on the exhale, as a cool sensation across the tongue and the back of the throat.

Here is what to expect through a single puff:

  • Inhale: soft, ripe strawberry with a sweet, confectionery character. It is closer to strawberry sweets or fruit syrup than to a freshly cut berry.
  • Mid-draw: the raspberry tartness lifts the blend and stops the sweetness feeling heavy or sticky.
  • Exhale: a clean, cool finish. In this category fruit-and-ice blends usually sit at a medium cooling level rather than the sharp blast of a mint-led flavour, although how cold something feels is personal.
  • Aftertaste: lightly sweet, with a faint berry note and a cool tail that fades within a few seconds.

The ice element does more than add a sensation. Cooling agents take the edge off the warmth of the vapour and make the sweetness of a fruit flavour easier to live with over a long day. If you find straight fruit flavours cloying after a dozen puffs, an iced version is often more comfortable to keep returning to.

This flavour tends to suit people who like berry sweets, fruit sorbets or iced drinks, and it is a common choice for smokers who are moving away from menthol cigarettes and want something fruitier with a similar fresh finish. It is less likely to appeal if you prefer tobacco, dessert or plain mint flavours, or if you dislike any sort of cooling effect.

A few tasting tips help you get the most from it:

  • Take slow draws of around two to three seconds. Short, cool draws bring out the ice, while long repeated pulls warm the coil and tend to mute the raspberry.
  • Give the pod a couple of minutes after fitting it so the wick is fully saturated before the first puff.
  • If your palate gets tired of sweetness, sip some water, rest for a few minutes, or alternate with a different flavour for a day. Vapers call this flavour fatigue, and it is normal.

Flavour descriptions are subjective, so your own impression may differ from the notes above. If you enjoy this pod, the rest of the PIXL 5000 range includes other fruit and ice combinations that you can browse on our site.

Design and build quality

A prefilled pod is a small piece of engineering. Inside the plastic housing there is a reservoir of e-liquid, a wick, a heating coil, an airflow path and a mouthpiece, all sealed into a single unit. The PIXL pod follows that standard layout, with a moulded plastic body, a tapered mouthpiece and electrical contacts on the base that meet the contacts in the battery device.

What to look at when your pod arrives:

  • The seal: the pod should be sealed with no visible liquid on the outside. Residue on the body or mouthpiece before first use is a reason to contact the shop.
  • The mouthpiece: it should sit flush and feel smooth, with no sharp edges from the moulding process.
  • The contacts: clean metal contacts on the base, with no dirt, corrosion or visible damage.
  • The fit: the pod should seat firmly in the device with a positive click or a snug push fit. It should not rattle or wobble.
  • The labelling: UK sales packaging should carry the nicotine health warning, the strength and the ingredient information. Check that it matches the variant you ordered.

Because the pod is closed, leak resistance depends on the quality of the seals and on how you treat it. Prefilled pods are far less prone to the leaks you see when refilling an open tank, but they are not immune. Keep the device upright where you can, do not leave it in a hot car or in a bag next to a radiator, and do not squeeze the pod when you remove it. Pressure changes on a flight can push liquid towards the airflow, so carry the device in a sealed bag when travelling and fit a fresh pod afterwards if you notice any weeping.

The housing is plastic, so it picks up light scratches if you carry it loose alongside keys. A small pouch or a pocket of its own is usually enough. The pod is not waterproof either, and moisture in the contacts is one of the more common reasons a device stops responding.

Disposal matters as much as build. A used pod contains plastic, residual e-liquid and a small heating element, so it should not go in the household bin or the kerbside recycling box. Take it to a vape recycling point instead. Many shops that sell vaping products offer take-back, and most household waste recycling centres have a small electricals or vape collection. Never put a used pod or a battery device in general waste, because lithium cells and residual liquid are a real fire and contamination risk once they are crushed in a bin lorry.

Battery and charging

The pod itself has no battery. Power comes from the PIXL device you click it into, which is why this listing needs to be read alongside the device you already own or plan to buy. Check that the pod is compatible with your battery before you pay, and ask the shop if you are not sure.

Pod batteries in this category are small rechargeable lithium-ion cells. Capacity varies by model, from a few hundred to a couple of thousand mAh, so check the figure printed on your own device or in its manual rather than relying on a general number. A larger cell means fewer charges between pod swaps but a longer wait when you do plug it in. With a rating of up to 5000 puffs per pod, expect to recharge many times before one pod is finished, and a great many more times over the working life of the device.

Charging habits that apply to almost every pod device:

  • Use the right cable and a sensible charger. Most current devices charge over USB-C, and a standard phone charger or a computer USB port is fine. Avoid very high-wattage fast chargers unless the manufacturer says they are suitable.
  • Do not charge overnight or leave it unattended. Charge while you are around and unplug once the indicator shows it is full.
  • Top up before it is completely flat. Lithium cells prefer regular top-ups to repeated deep discharge.
  • Keep it cool and dry. Do not charge the device in a warm, enclosed space such as a glovebox, a bag or under a pillow.
  • Keep the contacts clean. A light wipe with a dry cotton bud removes pocket fluff and residue.

Safety is worth taking seriously. Never carry the device loose in a pocket with coins or keys, as metal can bridge the contacts. Stop using any device that becomes unusually hot, smells of burning, swells or has a cracked casing, and take it to a recycling point rather than the bin. Most airlines also require battery devices to travel in cabin baggage rather than the hold, so check your carrier's rules before a trip.

A low battery can also pass itself off as a pod problem. Weak vapour, a muted flavour or a device that cuts out can simply mean the cell is nearly flat. Charge fully before you judge the pod, and if your device lets you adjust power, a lower setting keeps the flavour cleaner and makes a pod last longer.

Coil and mesh technology

The coil turns the e-liquid into vapour, and it has more influence over flavour and pod life than almost any other component. Three coil designs account for most prefilled pods on the market:

  • Standard wire coils wrap resistance wire around a cotton wick. They are simple and inexpensive, but they heat unevenly and the flavour can fade faster.
  • Mesh coils use a flat or curved sheet of fine metal mesh in contact with the wick. The much larger surface area heats more evenly, warms up faster and usually gives a fuller flavour, with less risk of hot spots that scorch the liquid.
  • Ceramic coils use a porous ceramic core. They are consistent and long lasting and tend to give a clean taste, but they can respond more slowly.

Pods in the 5000 puff class commonly use a mesh coil because it balances flavour, vapour volume and durability in a small space. Mesh pod coils often sit at around one ohm of resistance, give or take. The exact coil type and resistance are listed by the manufacturer or printed on the pod, so check the pack for your version instead of relying on a general description.

Why the coil matters in everyday use:

  • Flavour: an evenly heating coil lets the strawberry, raspberry and ice notes come through as separate layers instead of blurring together.
  • Vapour: a larger heating surface produces smooth, consistent vapour from the first draw to the last.
  • Lifespan: the coil is built to last the contents of the pod, so there is no separate coil to buy or fit. When the pod is finished, the coil is finished with it.

Coils tend to fail early for a few predictable reasons. Chain vaping is the most common, because the wick cannot keep up and starts to scorch. Vaping a nearly empty pod is the second. Firing the device before the wick has absorbed the liquid is the third, which is why a short wait after fitting a new pod is worth the patience. If you ever get a sharp, burnt or acrid taste, stop, let the pod rest for a few minutes, and take shorter draws afterwards. If the taste stays, the coil has been damaged and the pod should be replaced.

The pod is sealed and is not meant to be opened, refilled or altered. Trying to take it apart will not save money and can damage the coil, so leave the construction alone.

Nicotine strength guidance for UK vapers

UK law caps the nicotine strength of vaping liquids at 20mg/ml (2%). That limit applies to nicotine vaping products sold in the UK, including prefilled pods, bottled e-liquid and any other vaping format, so you will not find a legally sold product above it, whichever shop you buy from. Many prefilled pods are offered at 20mg/ml and some ranges also offer lower strengths such as 10mg/ml, so check the strength shown on the variant you select before you add it to your basket.

The right choice depends on how you smoke or vape now:

  • 20mg/ml (2%): usually the better fit for people switching from regular cigarettes, especially those who smoke ten or more a day or want a cigarette soon after waking. Going lower than you need can leave you vaping more often to compensate.
  • 10mg/ml (1%): suits lighter smokers, existing vapers who want to step down, and anyone who finds a stronger throat hit uncomfortable.
  • 0mg/ml: nicotine-free options exist for people finishing a step-down plan, although not every pod range includes one.

Pod systems very often use nicotine salts, which feel smoother on the throat at higher strengths than traditional freebase nicotine. That is why a 20mg/ml pod can feel gentler than you expect. It also means it is easy to take in more nicotine than you realise, so go slowly on your first day.

How do you know if the strength is wrong? Signs it is too high include nausea, dizziness, headache, a racing heart, sweating or a harsh throat hit that you do not enjoy. If that happens, put the device down, get some fresh air, drink water and consider a lower strength. Signs it is too low include constant cravings, vaping far more than you intended, or drifting back to cigarettes.

If you are using vaping to quit smoking, a common approach is to start at a strength that stops you reaching for cigarettes and then step down over weeks or months. The NHS offers free local stop smoking support, and pharmacists can explain licensed options such as patches, gum and lozenges, which can be combined with vaping. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or take regular medication, talk to a healthcare professional before using any nicotine product.

Who this pod is for, and who should skip it

A prefilled pod is a convenience product, and it suits some people far more than others. Here is an honest breakdown.

This pod is a sensible fit if you are:

  • An adult smoker moving away from cigarettes who wants a no-fuss format with no bottles, no coils to change and no maintenance.
  • An existing PIXL device owner who wants another flavour in the 5000 puff size and does not want to learn a new system.
  • A fruit and ice fan who likes a berry flavour with a cool finish rather than a tobacco, dessert or straight mint profile.
  • A moderate to heavy vaper who would rather swap a pod every few weeks than every couple of days.
  • Someone who dislikes mess and does not want to handle open bottles of e-liquid.

You should skip it, or think twice, if you are:

  • Under 18 or a non-smoker. Nicotine is addictive and these pods are not for people who do not already use nicotine.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a heart or other medical condition. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist about the right approach first.
  • Without a compatible PIXL device. The pod does nothing on its own, and you will need to buy a suitable battery separately unless the listing says otherwise.
  • Someone who likes to refill and tinker. The pod is sealed and not intended to be refilled, so a refillable kit will suit you better.
  • Someone who wants fine control over nicotine strength. Prefilled pods come in fixed strengths, while bottled e-liquid can be mixed to taste.
  • Not keen on cooling flavours. If you dislike any menthol-style effect, choose a non-iced berry flavour instead.

If your goal is to stop smoking altogether, remember that results are usually stronger when a nicotine product is combined with behavioural support. Local NHS stop smoking services are free and have a strong track record, and they can advise on how vaping fits into a plan.

How to use the pod

Using a prefilled pod takes a minute to learn. Follow these steps for a clean start:

  • Step 1, check the pack. Confirm the flavour and nicotine strength match what you ordered, and check the pod and its seal for damage or leaked liquid.
  • Step 2, unwrap and prepare. Remove any film or plug from the pod and the mouthpiece as the instructions describe. Do not touch the contacts on the base.
  • Step 3, fit the pod. Push it firmly into the PIXL device until it seats with a click or a snug fit. The contacts should line up without force.
  • Step 4, wait. Leave the device upright for two to five minutes so the wick can absorb the e-liquid. Skipping this wait is the most common cause of a burnt first puff.
  • Step 5, take gentle first puffs. Start with soft draws of two to three seconds, with a pause of 20 to 30 seconds between them, until the flavour builds up fully.
  • Step 6, vape at your own pace. Slow, steady draws give fuller flavour and use the pod most efficiently. Avoid chaining many puffs back to back.
  • Step 7, charge when needed. Top up the device before it dies completely, and check the cable and contacts for dirt if charging seems slow.
  • Step 8, replace and recycle. When the flavour fades and the vapour turns warm and harsh, remove the pod and fit a new one. Take the used pod to a recycling point.

Some extra habits make the pod work better and last longer. Store the device upright when you can and keep it out of direct sun and hot cars. Wipe the contacts occasionally with a dry cotton bud. If you are going to be without the device for a few days, take the pod out and keep it in a sealed bag, upright, so it does not seep into the device. Do not share a pod with someone else.

When travelling, put the device and any spare pods in your hand luggage in a sealed bag, because battery devices are generally not allowed in the hold. On a flight, pressure changes can push liquid around, so a quick check of the mouthpiece and airflow after landing is sensible. Keep pods and devices out of the reach of children and pets at all times, as e-liquid containing nicotine is harmful if swallowed.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most pod faults have simple causes, and a quick check usually fixes them. Work through the list below before assuming the pod is defective.

  • No vapour or the device will not fire: check the battery first and charge it fully. Then remove the pod, clean the contacts on both the pod and the device with a dry cotton bud, and refit it firmly. Make sure you have taken off any protective plug or film.
  • Weak flavour or thin vapour: the battery may be low, the wick may not have saturated yet, or the pod may be nearly empty. Wait a few minutes with the device upright, then take slower draws. If the pod is genuinely near its end, the flavour will not recover.
  • Burnt or acrid taste: usually caused by chain vaping, firing a dry wick or using a nearly empty pod. Rest for several minutes, take shorter draws and see if it clears. If it persists, the coil is damaged and the pod should be replaced.
  • Gurgling or spitting: excess liquid in the airflow, often after travel or a hot day. Hold the device upright, wipe the mouthpiece, and take a few gentle, slow puffs to clear it.
  • Leaking or wet contacts: clean the outside of the pod and the device contacts, let them dry, and refit. Do not squeeze the pod. If liquid keeps escaping, stop using it and contact the shop with your order number and a photo.
  • Flashing indicator or cut-outs: this can signal a low battery, a poor contact, a short circuit or overheating protection. Check the manual for what the light pattern means on your device, and let the device cool down.
  • Pod will not seat or keeps falling out: make sure the pod is compatible with your device and that nothing is blocking the connection. Do not force it.
  • Harsh throat hit or coughing: take slower, gentler draws, or consider a lower nicotine strength. If symptoms continue, stop and get advice from a pharmacist.
  • Taste has gone but the pod is not empty: this is often vaper's tongue, a temporary dulling of taste. Drink some water, rest for an hour, or try another flavour briefly.

If none of these steps solve the issue, stop using the pod and get in touch. A faulty, damaged or leaking pod is something the shop wants to know about, and a few details in your message speed things up: your order number, the flavour, the batch code on the pack, a short description of the fault and a clear photo.

Value for money

Judging value on a prefilled pod takes more than looking at the price tag. A useful approach is to work out the cost per puff, then adjust it for how you actually vape.

The basic sum is the pod price divided by the number of puffs you really get. As an illustration only, and not our price, imagine a pod costing 10 pounds that gives you 4,000 real-world puffs. That works out at a quarter of a penny per puff. If you only get 3,000 puffs, the cost rises, so base your sums on the baseline you worked out from your first pod rather than on the number printed on the pack. The current price and any multi-buy offers are shown on this page, so use those as the figures in your own calculation.

Things that make a pod better or worse value:

  • Fewer swaps. A high-capacity pod means fewer trips to the shop, less packaging and less waste than a smaller pod.
  • No bottles or extras. Because the pod is complete, you do not need to buy separate e-liquid, coils or cotton.
  • Device cost. The battery device is a one-off cost that you spread over many pods, so it matters less the longer you use it.
  • Multi-buy pricing. Buying several pods in one order often lowers the cost of each and saves on delivery.
  • Waste. A pod that leaks or burns out early is poor value, which is why correct use and storage count.

It is also worth comparing against what you currently spend. UK cigarette prices have risen steadily, and cost is one of the reasons many smokers consider switching. Add up your weekly cigarette spend, then compare it with the weekly cost of the pods you would realistically use. Many people find the saving is clear, but your own numbers are the only ones that matter.

Finally, remember that cheaper is not always better. A very low-priced pod that tastes burnt, leaks, or runs out in a week is a false economy. The right test is whether you finish the pod happily, with good flavour from start to end, at a price you are comfortable paying again.

How it compares with the alternatives

No single vaping format suits everyone, so here is a fair comparison with the main alternatives a UK buyer is likely to consider.

Against small closed pods such as Vuse ePod or ELFA cartridges: smaller prefilled pods are light and pocketable and are usually rated at a few hundred puffs each. They work well for light users and are easy to carry. The trade-off is that heavier vapers swap them often, and the cost and packaging add up. A 5000 puff pod suits anyone who would otherwise be buying small pods every few days.

Against refillable pod kits such as the Vaporesso XROS family: a refillable system lets you choose your own bottled e-liquid, adjust nicotine strength and usually costs less per millilitre over time. The cost is more setup, some mess and occasional coil changes. If you enjoy the hobby side, refillable wins. If you want to click in a pod and forget about it, a prefilled pod is easier.

Against reusable tanks and mods: these give the most control over power, airflow and flavour, and they have the lowest running cost. They also have the steepest learning curve and need care to use safely, so they are a poor fit for someone who just wants to stop smoking with as little fuss as possible.

Against other large-capacity prefilled pod ranges: the format is similar across several brands, and the differences come down to flavour quality, device compatibility, coil consistency and price. The PIXL range gives you a wide choice of fruit and ice flavours in one pod size, but you are tied to the PIXL device, you cannot mix flavours and the puff rating is a claim you need to test for yourself.

Against licensed nicotine replacement: patches, gum, lozenges and inhalators are regulated medicines, backed by clinical evidence for stopping smoking, and available through the NHS and pharmacies. Vaping is not licensed in the same way, but many smokers find it easier to stick with because it copies the hand-to-mouth habit. Some people use both.

The honest summary is that this pod is aimed at adult smokers and vapers who value convenience and a consistent flavour over fine control. If that describes you, the strawberry, raspberry and ice combination is a reasonable choice. If you want to save the most money or to tweak every setting, another format will suit you better.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Zero-mess flavour change — snap in, done
  • Consistent draw from a factory-primed coil
  • Long shelf-life, easy to travel with

Cons

  • Costs more per ml than freestanding e-liquid
  • Pods are proprietary to a specific device
  • Only sold at 20 mg or 10 mg — no lower strengths

Customer Buying Tips

  • Check device compatibility: a pod must match your exact device family (e.g. "Elfa Pro" pods only fit Elfa Pro devices).
  • Store sealed pods upright, below 30 °C — heat and sunlight drain flavour.
  • Rotate flavours: using the same pod flavour back-to-back dulls your palate within a week.
  • Prime the pod for 60 seconds after fitting to avoid a dry hit.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

The UK maximum is 20mg/ml (2%), and many prefilled pods are offered at that strength, with some ranges also offering 10mg/ml. Smokers of ten or more cigarettes a day usually find 20mg/ml more satisfying, while lighter smokers or people stepping down often prefer 10mg/ml. Check the strength on the variant you select, and speak to a pharmacist or local stop smoking service if you are unsure.

How do I charge it, and how long does it take?

The pod has no battery of its own, so you charge the PIXL device it fits into, normally over USB-C with a standard phone charger or a computer port. Charging time depends on the battery size of your device, so check its manual. Do not leave it charging overnight or unattended.

Can I swap to another flavour, and what other variants are there?

Yes, you can swap pods whenever you like by removing the current one and fitting a different flavour. The pods are sealed, so there is nothing to clean between flavours, although a short rest between swaps helps the new taste come through. Browse the PIXL range on our site to see the other flavours currently in stock.

How long does one pod last?

The pod is rated at up to 5000 puffs, but that is a manufacturer figure based on test conditions. In real use it is usually lower, depending on how long and how often you draw. A light vaper may get weeks from one pod, while a heavy user may finish it in one to two weeks.

Is it good value compared with other pods?

It can be for anyone who would otherwise buy small pods every few days, because a high-capacity pod means fewer swaps and less waste. Work out the cost per puff using your own real-world count rather than the figure on the pack, and remember the device is a separate one-off cost. Refillable kits cost less per millilitre but take more effort.

Who should and should not buy this?

It is aimed at adult smokers and existing vapers who want a simple, sealed pod in a fruit and ice flavour. It is not for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or have a heart condition without medical advice. You also need a compatible PIXL device, so it is a poor fit if you want to refill your own liquid.

Does the pod come with a device?

No, unless the listing says otherwise. The pod is a replacement part for the PIXL pod system, so you will need a compatible PIXL battery device to use it. If you are not sure whether your device is compatible, ask us before ordering.

Do you deliver across the UK, and is there an age check?

We deliver to UK addresses, with delivery options, costs and cut-off times shown at checkout and on our delivery page. Because this is a nicotine product, you must be 18 or over, and the courier may ask for proof of age on delivery. Orders cannot be handed to anyone under 18.

What if my pod arrives faulty or leaking? Is there a warranty?

Prefilled pods are consumables, so they do not carry a long warranty, but if one arrives damaged, faulty or leaking, contact us with your order number, the batch code and a photo and we will put it right under our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquid products generally cannot be returned unless faulty. Please read our returns page for the exact terms.

How do I dispose of a used pod?

Do not put it in household waste or kerbside recycling. Take used pods and devices to a vape recycling point, such as a shop that offers take-back or the electricals bin at your local household waste recycling centre. This keeps lithium cells and residual e-liquid out of the general waste stream.

Good quality all round

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
