Pixl 5K Refill Pods Juicy Peach at a glance

Pixl 5K Refill Pods in Juicy Peach are prefilled replacement pods for the matching Pixl pod device, sold here as part of the Pixl range. Instead of throwing away a whole vape when the liquid runs out, you keep the rechargeable battery body and click in a fresh pod. The pod carries the e-liquid and the coil. The device carries the battery and the firing circuit. That split is the whole idea behind the format, and it is why these pods sit in a different category from the single-use vapes that were taken off sale in Great Britain from 1 June 2025.

This page covers what the product is, what the 5,000 puff rating means in everyday use, how a peach flavour tends to taste, how the pod behaves once it is fitted, which nicotine strength to pick, and what to do when something goes wrong. We have written it the way we would explain it across a counter: plainly, with the numbers we can stand behind, and with a clear note wherever a figure depends on your device or your habits rather than on the pod itself.

The key facts in short:

  • Product type: prefilled replacement pod, not a standalone vape. It needs a compatible Pixl device.
  • Flavour: Juicy Peach, a single-fruit stone-fruit profile.
  • Headline rating: 5,000 puffs, which is the manufacturer label rather than a guarantee.
  • Liquid per pod: up to 2ml, the legal maximum for a prefilled pod in the UK.
  • Nicotine: capped at 20mg/ml in the UK. Choose the strength that matches how you vape using the variant options on the listing.
  • Power source: the rechargeable battery in the device, not the pod.
  • Age: 18 and over only. We do not sell to anyone younger, and neither should anyone else.

If you already own the Pixl device and want your next pod in a flavour that tastes like fruit rather than a vague sweet haze, this is a straightforward reorder. If you are new to the format, keep reading, because a little context up front saves a lot of confusion later.

What the 5,000 puff rating means in real use

Every pod range prints a puff number, and every experienced vaper learns quickly that the number is a label, not a promise. A puff rating is normally worked out on a machine that takes a fixed-length, fixed-volume draw at fixed intervals. Real people draw differently. Some take short sips, some take long steady pulls, some chain-vape for ten minutes and then leave the device alone for hours. The same pod can last twice as long for one person as for another.

It also helps to know the legal backdrop. In the UK, a prefilled pod or tank is limited to 2ml of liquid, and nicotine strength is limited to 20mg/ml. As a rough rule of thumb across the pod category, 1ml of liquid gives somewhere in the region of a few hundred puffs, depending on power, coil and how hard you pull. On that arithmetic a single 2ml pod works out at several hundred to roughly a thousand puffs in ordinary use. A headline of 5,000 is therefore best read as a marketing ceiling from a laboratory-style test, or as a figure that reflects the way the range is positioned, not a number you should expect to hit on a stopwatch.

We would rather tell you that than leave you annoyed in week two. What matters for planning is the practical pattern:

  • Light use (a handful of short sessions a day): a pod can last the better part of a week, sometimes longer.
  • Moderate use (regular sessions through the day): expect roughly three to five days per pod.
  • Heavy use (frequent long draws, or vaping to replace a pack-a-day habit): a pod may be done in two days or fewer, and you will want a spare.

Several things shorten life per pod: very long draws, chain-vaping without letting the coil recover, high ambient heat that thins the liquid, and leaving the device in a pocket where it can fire by accident. Several things lengthen it: shorter, gentler draws, keeping the pod upright between sessions, and stopping when the flavour starts to taste burnt rather than pushing through it.

Treat 5,000 as a way of comparing this pod with other pods in the same range, and use the real-world bands above for your own budgeting. The honest version of value for money is cost per day, not cost per claimed puff, and we work through that arithmetic further down the page.

The flavour: Juicy Peach, tasted through

Peach is one of the more forgiving fruits to put in a vape, because its character survives heating better than many delicate fruits do. A good peach flavour is soft, rounded and sweet, with a faint floral note and a little tartness near the skin. A poor one tastes like peach-flavoured sweets, all sugar and no fruit. The name here, Juicy Peach, signals the first style: ripe, wet and slightly syrupy, rather than dry or perfumed.

What to expect, based on how this type of flavour is built and described:

  • On the inhale: a smooth, fruit-forward draw. Ripe peach arrives first, with the sweetness sitting in the middle of the palate rather than sharp on the tongue.
  • On the exhale: a lingering stone-fruit finish with a hint of the skin-like tartness that stops the flavour going flat.
  • Sweetness level: medium to high. This is a dessert-leaning fruit more than a fresh-picked one, which is typical for prefilled pods.
  • Cooling: nothing in the name suggests a menthol or ice layer, so we do not describe one. If you want a cooler peach, look at the ice variants elsewhere in the range.
  • Throat feel: softer at 10mg, noticeably firmer at 20mg. The flavour does not change, but a stronger nicotine level adds a bit of bite that some people read as extra intensity.

Where this flavour tends to work well is as an all-day vape. Single-fruit profiles are easier to live with than layered candy blends, because there are fewer competing notes to tire your palate. Many vapers who start on heavily sweetened flavours find that peach or a similar stone fruit is the one they come back to after the novelty wears off.

Where it may not suit: if you want a sharp, sour or very intense hit, a berry or citrus blend will give you more edge. If you dislike sweet vapes in general, no peach pod will convert you. And if you enjoy rich bakery or custard flavours, this will feel light by comparison.

A practical note on flavour fade. Almost every prefilled pod tastes strongest in the first third of its life and then drifts gently towards a flatter, sweeter taste as the wick works harder to keep up. That is normal. A sudden drop to a burnt or papery taste is not, and we cover that under troubleshooting.

Pod design and build quality

A refill pod is a small, simple object, but the details decide whether it behaves well. A typical prefilled pod in this class has a translucent reservoir so you can see the liquid level, a mouthpiece moulded into the top, an airflow channel running through the centre, an integrated coil at the base, and a push-fit or contact connection to the battery body. Check the pod when it arrives and you can see most of that at a glance.

Things worth checking when a pod arrives:

  • Seal and fill level: the pod should be sealed, with liquid visible and no wet residue on the outside. A tiny amount of condensation near the mouthpiece is normal. Liquid pooling at the base is not.
  • Fit: the pod should seat firmly with a gentle click or a decisive push. A loose fit usually means it is not fully inserted or it is meant for a different device.
  • Contacts: the metal contacts at the base should be clean and undamaged. Dirty contacts are the most common cause of a pod that will not fire.
  • Mouthpiece: smooth edges, no flash or rough moulding, and a clear opening.

Because the pod is mostly plastic with a small coil assembly, the weight is low and the footprint is small. That is deliberate. Pod devices are designed to disappear into a pocket, and the pod is the part that gets swapped, so it needs to be light and cheap to make. What you should not expect is the tactile quality of a premium refillable tank. Prefilled pods are consumables, and the sensible question is whether they are consistent from one to the next, not whether they feel luxurious.

One design choice worth knowing about is the sealed, prefilled construction. You cannot open the pod to top it up, and you should not try. Opening a sealed pod voids any claim you might have, risks leaks, and can damage the coil. When the liquid is gone, the pod is finished and the correct next step is to recycle it, not to refill it.

We inspect stock for visible damage before dispatch and pack pods so they travel upright wherever possible. If one does arrive cracked or leaking, treat that as a returns matter rather than something to put up with.

Battery and charging: what the device handles

A refill pod has no battery of its own. All of the power comes from the rechargeable body it clips into, which is why this section is as much about the device as the pod. We have not stated a battery capacity for the Pixl device on this page, because the figure depends on the exact body you own and we would rather leave it out than guess. Pod-style devices in this class usually carry a lithium-ion cell somewhere in the region of 400mAh to 800mAh, and the listing for your specific device is the place to confirm the number.

What matters in daily use is how long a charge lasts relative to a pod. A battery in that range usually gets through a full day of moderate vaping, and often a little longer for light users. Because a pod lasts several days, you will typically charge the body more than once per pod. Plan around your own routine:

  • Charge when the indicator shows low battery, not only when the device has died completely.
  • Use a decent USB-C charger of modest output. Small cells do not need a fast charger, and a standard phone charger is fine.
  • Do not charge the device unattended overnight on a soft surface such as a sofa or bed.
  • Do not leave it in a hot car or in direct sun. Heat is hard on small lithium cells and thins the e-liquid too.
  • If the device gets noticeably hot during charging, swells or smells odd, stop using it and recycle it safely.

Charging time for a cell of this size is normally an hour or two from flat, though the device manual is the authority. Vaping while charging is possible on many pod devices, but we advise against it. It stresses the battery, and the pod can leak if you tilt the device while it is plugged in.

Draw activation is the standard on pod devices of this kind. There is no button to press. You inhale, a sensor detects the airflow, and the coil fires. That makes the whole thing simple to use, and it also means the device can fire if something presses on the mouthpiece in a bag. Carrying it with the pod fitted and a cap or in a case avoids unwanted firing and the dry-coil damage it causes.

When the battery body eventually wears out after many charge cycles, it counts as electrical waste and should be recycled, not binned. More on that below.

Coil and mesh technology inside the pod

The coil is the part that actually makes the vapour, and it is built into the pod, which is why every new pod brings a fresh one. That is one of the quiet advantages of the format: you never have to diagnose a tired coil, you simply replace the whole pod. We do not claim a specific coil resistance or material for this pod beyond what is established, so here is how to think about the two main designs you will meet in this category.

  • Mesh coils: a thin sheet of woven or perforated metal that heats across a wide area. They tend to give faster ramp-up, more even heating and stronger flavour for the power used. They can be a little fussy if the liquid is thick or if you pull very hard in the first moments after fitting.
  • Round-wire coils: a conventional wound wire around a cotton wick. They are simple, consistent and tolerant, with a slightly softer flavour response and a more traditional feel.

Whichever design sits inside, the same practical principles hold. The wick needs to be saturated before the coil fires, which is why we recommend a short wait after fitting a new pod. If you fire a dry wick, you burn it, and a burnt wick tastes harsh and cannot be recovered.

Airflow is the other half of the equation. Pods of this type usually use a restricted, mouth-to-lung draw, which feels close to pulling on a cigarette. It delivers nicotine efficiently and keeps vapour production moderate. That suits ex-smokers well, and it is also why 5,000 puffs is a stretch: a restricted draw uses less liquid per puff than an open one, so the label figure is not completely absurd on paper even though real-world use will be lower.

What to expect from the vapour: moderate cloud, a warm rather than hot draw, and a flavour that is clear on the first few pulls. If the flavour disappears quickly or the vapour feels thin, the usual causes are a low battery, a pod that is nearly empty, or a poorly seated connection, rather than a defective coil.

Leaving the pod fitted but unused for long periods can allow liquid to creep around the base, so if you will not vape for a few days, store the device upright.

Choosing your nicotine strength in the UK

UK law limits nicotine in vaping products to 20mg/ml, and pods are capped at 2ml of liquid. That cap applies to every legal product in this category. It is also why the choices on the listing are limited to a range at or below that ceiling. Within that range, the right strength is the one that stops you wanting a cigarette without making you feel unwell.

A simple way to choose:

  • 20mg/ml: intended for smokers who are replacing a daily habit of roughly ten or more cigarettes. It delivers the strongest hit and the most satisfaction per puff. It is also the strength most likely to cause dizziness or nausea if you do not need it.
  • 10mg/ml: a sensible middle choice for lighter smokers, for people who already vape and find 20mg too harsh, or for anyone who wants to step down gradually.
  • Lower strengths where offered: better for occasional use or for people who are close to quitting nicotine entirely.

These pods use a salt-style nicotine in most of the category, which allows a higher strength to feel smoother than the same strength in a traditional freebase liquid. That is why 20mg/ml can feel gentle in a pod and sharp in a different format. It is still a full-strength dose, so respect it.

Some signs you may have chosen too high:

  • Headache, light-headedness or a racing pulse soon after vaping.
  • Feeling queasy after only a few puffs.
  • Needing to stop mid-session because the throat hit is too much.

And some signs you may have gone too low:

  • Taking far more puffs than usual and still feeling unsatisfied.
  • Reaching for cigarettes in the gaps between sessions.
  • A pod disappearing in a day or less.

If you are not sure, start with the lower of the two strengths you are considering and move up only if you need to. It is easier to climb a step than to feel ill at the wrong one. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any medical concern about nicotine, speak to a GP or pharmacist before buying. And if you do not currently smoke or vape, nicotine is not something we recommend you take up.

Who these pods suit, and who should skip them

A product page that only lists good news is not much use, so here is the straight version.

These pods suit:

  • Adult smokers moving away from cigarettes who want a simple, low-fuss device with no settings to learn.
  • Existing Pixl device owners who want a like-for-like reorder in a fruit flavour.
  • People who got used to single-use vapes and want something with a similar ease of use that is legal to buy and easier on the environment, because only the pod is replaced.
  • Vapers who prefer a smooth single-fruit flavour to an elaborate candy blend.
  • Anyone who values a pocket-sized setup that can sit in a bag or jacket without leaking when handled sensibly.

You should probably skip them if:

  • You do not already own a compatible Pixl device. The pod does nothing on its own, and you would need to buy the device first.
  • You want to adjust wattage, airflow or coil type. A closed pod system is deliberately simple and gives you very little to tweak.
  • You vape heavily and want the lowest possible running cost. A refillable kit with bottled liquid is almost always cheaper per day.
  • You are under 18. Nicotine products are illegal to sell to you, and it is not a habit we would encourage anyone to start.
  • You do not smoke and do not currently vape. Nicotine is addictive, and a pod with no nicotine is the only sensible choice for that situation, if you choose to vape at all.

There is also a middle group: people who like the convenience but worry about waste. The honest answer is that a rechargeable body with a replaceable pod produces much less waste than a stream of discarded single-use vapes, but it is not zero waste. Used pods still need to be recycled properly, and we cover how below.

If you are unsure which group you fall into, a good test is simple. Ask whether you want the easiest possible vape or the cheapest and most adjustable one. This product is built for the first.

Fitting, using and troubleshooting your pod

The process is simple, but a few small habits make a noticeable difference to flavour and to how long a pod lasts.

Fitting a new pod:

  • Make sure the device is charged. A flat battery can make a fresh pod seem faulty.
  • Remove any protective film or plug from the pod. Check the mouthpiece and the base for packaging.
  • Line up the pod with the connection on the device and push it in until it seats firmly. You may feel or hear a click.
  • Wait one to two minutes before the first draw. This gives the wick time to saturate, and it is the single most useful thing you can do to avoid a burnt first hit.
  • Take two or three gentle, short draws to prime the coil, then settle into your normal pace.

Using it well:

  • Draw slowly and evenly, like sipping through a straw. Hard, fast pulls do not produce more flavour. They produce more heat and a shorter pod life.
  • Leave a few seconds between draws if you are taking several in a row, so the wick can refill.
  • Keep the device upright when not in use, and avoid carrying it loose in a pocket where something can press on the mouthpiece.
  • Wipe the mouthpiece with a dry cloth now and then. Do not run it under water.

Looking after it:

  • Keep the device and spare pods out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or hot cars.
  • Store spare pods upright in a cool place, in the packaging they came in, and use them in roughly the order you bought them.
  • Keep everything out of reach of children and pets. Liquid with nicotine in it is toxic if swallowed or spilled on skin.
  • Do not try to refill, pierce or open a pod.

When it is finished: remove the empty pod, and when the liquid has gone and the flavour has turned sour or burnt, replace it. An old pod pushed past its useful life will not improve. Keep the used pod aside for recycling rather than dropping it in the household bin.

Most problems with pod systems come down to a small number of causes, and most of them can be solved in a minute or two. Work through these in order before deciding anything is faulty.

The pod will not fire or the device shows no response.

  • Check the battery. Charge the device for at least ten minutes and try again.
  • Remove the pod and reseat it, making sure it clicks fully into place.
  • Wipe the metal contacts on both the pod and the device with a dry cotton bud. Dirt and residue are a frequent cause.
  • Try a different pod in the same device. If it works, the first pod is the problem. If not, the device is.

The flavour tastes burnt or harsh.

  • You may have fired the coil before the wick was saturated. Wait a few minutes with the device upright, then try short, gentle draws.
  • If the taste stays burnt, the pod may be near the end of its life or the liquid level may be too low. Replace it.

Gurgling or spitting.

  • Condensation has built up in the airway. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear it, and wipe away any liquid.
  • Draw more slowly. Fast pulls pull liquid into the airflow.

Leaking.

  • Check that the pod is seated correctly and that the seal is not cracked.
  • Do not squeeze or knock the pod. Do not leave it in a hot place.
  • Wipe up any liquid and wash your hands. If leaks keep happening on a new pod, contact us with photos.

Weak flavour.

  • Taste fatigue is common after a long session on one flavour. Rest your palate for a few minutes, or have a drink of water.
  • If the vapour is thin as well, the battery may be low.

Dry hit. A dry hit means the wick is not delivering enough liquid. Stop, wait, and prime with a couple of gentle draws. If it happens repeatedly on a pod that still has liquid in it, treat it as a fault.

If none of that helps, get in touch with your order number and a clear description of what happens. A pod that is faulty on arrival is a returns matter, and we would rather sort it out than have you struggle.

Value for money: working out the real cost

The honest way to judge value in this category is cost per day of use, not cost per claimed puff. The puff figure is a lab-style number. Your wallet pays for days.

Here is the simple method. Take the price of a pod and divide it by the number of days it lasts you. Then add the cost of keeping the device running, which is mostly electricity (negligible) and the eventual replacement of the battery body. As an illustration only, if a pod lasted you four days, then a pod pack priced for a single pod would cost a quarter of its price per day, and a multipack drops that figure further. Plug in the actual price on the listing and your own usage to get your own number.

A few points shape the answer:

  • Versus single-use vapes: single-use vapes are no longer legal to sell in Great Britain, so the comparison is mostly historical. Where you do compare, a pod swap is cheaper in the long run, because you are not paying for a new battery and casing each time.
  • Versus cigarettes: at moderate use, vaping is usually considerably cheaper than a daily smoking habit, and that gap widens the longer you stay off tobacco.
  • Versus refillable kits: a refillable pod kit with a 10ml bottle is almost always cheaper per day, often by a wide margin. The trade-off is that you handle the liquid, change coils and manage leaks yourself.
  • Multi-buy: if you know you like this flavour, buying several pods at once is the sensible route, and it saves on delivery.

Where this product earns its price is convenience and consistency. There is nothing to fill, nothing to calibrate and no coil to replace separately. For a lot of people, especially those coming from cigarettes or single-use vapes, that simplicity is what keeps them from going back to smoking, and that has a value that does not show up neatly on a price tag.

Where it is weaker on value: heavy users who burn through a pod every day or two will find the running cost climbing quickly, and anyone prepared to learn a refillable setup will spend less over a year.

Our advice is to try a single pod first, track how many days it lasts, and then decide whether to buy in bulk. That is a cheaper experiment than guessing.

How it compares with the alternatives

No product suits everyone, and a fair comparison is more useful than a sales pitch. Here is how a prefilled Pixl pod sits against the other main routes into vaping in the UK.

Against other prefilled pod systems. Several brands sell closed pod systems built on the same principle, such as Vuse ePod and various Elf Bar and Geek Bar pod ranges. The core experience is similar: draw activation, a sealed pod, a rechargeable body. Where they differ is flavour range, price, pod capacity and how reliably the pods seat and seal. Ecosystems do not mix, so a Pixl pod will not fit another brand's body. If you already own a different pod device, buy pods for that one rather than switching.

Against refillable pod kits. A refillable kit lets you pour in bottled e-liquid from a 10ml bottle. It is cheaper per day and gives you thousands of flavour options, but you have to learn to fill without spilling, replace coils, and troubleshoot more. If you enjoy tinkering, it is the better long-term route. If you want simplicity, it is not.

Against tank or box-mod setups. These suit experienced vapers who want large clouds and fine control. They are bigger, take more learning and cost more upfront. They are a different category rather than a direct alternative.

Against nicotine pouches, patches and gum. These do not involve inhaling anything and are well established as ways of cutting down on smoking. If the habit you want to break is the hand-to-mouth action, vaping may fit better. If you want to avoid inhaled products altogether, they may be the cleaner choice. A pharmacist can help you pick.

Against staying with cigarettes. Vaping is not risk-free and is not recommended for people who do not smoke. For adult smokers, though, public health bodies in the UK have long considered it considerably less harmful than smoking tobacco, and a convenient device makes switching more likely to stick.

Where Pixl stands. The strengths are simplicity, a fruit-focused flavour range and a format that does not generate a whole device of waste every few days. The limits are the closed ecosystem, the running cost for heavy users, and the fact that the puff rating overstates real-world life. If those trade-offs suit you, this is a sensible pod to buy. If they do not, a refillable kit is probably a better fit.

Ordering, delivery, recycling and the legal basics

A few practical points before you buy.

Age verification. You must be 18 or over to buy nicotine products in the UK. Expect to confirm your age at checkout, and expect that the courier may ask for ID on delivery. If we cannot satisfy ourselves about age, we will cancel the order.

Delivery. We dispatch to UK addresses. Pods are packed upright and padded so that the seals are not stressed in transit. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout, and tracked options are available. If your parcel arrives damaged or you spot a leak, take a photo before you open it further and contact us.

The rules in brief. Disposable single-use vapes have been banned from sale in Great Britain since 1 June 2025. This product is a replacement pod for a rechargeable device, which remains legal. The relevant limits for UK vaping products are nicotine at 20mg/ml or below and a maximum of 2ml of liquid in a prefilled pod. Products must also be notified to the regulator before they go on sale. We stock only products we believe meet those rules, and we do not sell anything marked for other markets.

Recycling. Used pods and worn-out batteries should not go in the household bin or the recycling bag. Lithium-ion cells can cause fires in bin lorries and waste plants, and e-liquid residue is not something you want in landfill. Instead:

  • Take used pods and old devices to a drop-off point. Many household waste recycling centres have a dedicated small electricals bin.
  • Use a retailer take-back scheme. Shops that sell vaping products are expected to accept used vapes and related items, and many will take pods too.
  • Keep used pods in a small container until you can take them. Do not puncture or crush them.

Storage and safety. Keep nicotine products out of reach of children and pets. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If anyone swallows liquid, call 999 or contact NHS 111 straight away.

Returns and faults. If a pod arrives faulty, leaking or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. Because of hygiene and safety rules, we cannot accept opened or used pods for change-of-mind returns, but genuine faults are a different matter and we will deal with them promptly.

If you have questions that this page does not answer, ask before you order. It is much easier to answer a question than to unpick a wrong purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for Pixl 5K Juicy Peach pods?

UK law caps nicotine at 20mg/ml. If you smoke roughly ten or more cigarettes a day, 20mg/ml is the usual starting point. Lighter smokers or existing vapers who find 20mg too harsh usually do better at 10mg/ml. If in doubt, start lower and step up only if you need to.

How do I charge the device and how long does it take?

The pod has no battery. You charge the Pixl device through its USB-C port with an ordinary phone charger. A small pod-style battery usually fills in an hour or two, but check your device manual for the exact time. Avoid charging overnight on soft surfaces and avoid vaping while it is plugged in.

Can I swap this flavour for another one later?

Yes. The device stays the same and you simply fit a different Pixl pod when the current one is finished. You can mix flavours across pods, though it is best to finish one pod before switching, so you do not waste liquid. Keep the pods you have not used yet upright in a cool place.

How long does one pod last?

The 5,000 puff rating is a manufacturer label, not a guarantee. In ordinary use, a 2ml pod typically lasts a few days for a moderate vaper, longer for light use and shorter for heavy use. Long, hard draws and chain vaping shorten life, while short, gentle draws extend it.

Is this good value compared with other vapes?

It is good value for convenience, not the lowest cost per day. A refillable kit using bottled liquid is usually cheaper if you vape heavily. A prefilled pod is cheaper than repeatedly buying new complete devices and far cheaper than a daily cigarette habit. Buying in multipacks lowers the unit price further.

Who should and should not buy these pods?

They suit adult smokers and existing vapers who own a compatible Pixl device and want a simple, no-fuss fruit flavour. They are not for under-18s, non-smokers, anyone pregnant, or people with heart conditions unless a doctor has agreed. If you want to adjust power or airflow, a refillable kit is a better match.

Will these pods work in a different brand of device?

No. Pod systems are closed ecosystems, and these pods are made for the matching Pixl device. Forcing one into another brand's body will not work and may damage both. Always check device compatibility on the listing before ordering, especially if you own more than one pod device.

Do you deliver across the UK and how is the order packed?

We deliver to addresses across the UK, with options and costs shown at checkout. Pods are packed upright and padded to protect the seals in transit. You must be 18 or over, and the courier may ask for proof of age when your parcel arrives. Tracked options are available.

What is your warranty and returns policy if a pod is faulty?

If a pod arrives faulty, leaking or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos and we will put it right with a replacement or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot take back opened or used pods for change-of-mind returns. Unopened items can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

How do I dispose of used pods and old devices in the UK?

Do not put them in household bins or kerbside recycling, because lithium-ion batteries and liquid residue are a fire and pollution risk. Take used pods and worn-out devices to a household waste recycling centre drop-off point, or to a retailer take-back scheme. Keep used pods in a small container until you can drop them off.

Impressive value

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
