RELX Ultra Refill Pods Mr Blue: what you are actually buying

RELX Ultra Refill Pods Mr Blue are pre-filled, sealed replacement pods for the RELX Ultra device, in a blue-fruit flavour called Mr Blue. They are not a standalone product. The pod holds the e-liquid and the heating element, while the battery and the draw-activated electronics live in the device you already own. When a pod runs dry you pull it out, click in a fresh one and carry on. That swap-and-go routine is the whole point of a closed pod system, and it is why many adult smokers who want to switch find the format approachable.

The format also matters because of UK law. Single-use disposable vapes were banned from sale across the UK from 1 June 2025, which pushed a lot of everyday vapers towards rechargeable devices with replaceable pods. A reusable device paired with refill pods is a different product category from a throwaway vape, and this listing covers the pods only. You will need a compatible RELX Ultra device for them to work.

On this page we go through the pod in plain terms: how long it tends to last, what Mr Blue tastes like, how the sealed coil behaves, which nicotine strength to look at, how to fit and look after the pod, what to do when something goes wrong, and how the value stacks up against other systems. Where a figure is an estimate rather than a manufacturer-published number, we say so. Always check the pack and the listing for the exact strength and pack size you are ordering.

One firm point before anything else. Vaping products containing nicotine are for adults aged 18 or over, and they are intended for people who already smoke or vape. If you do not currently use nicotine, this is not a product to start on. Nicotine is addictive, and the pods contain it in a form that is absorbed quickly.

  • What is in the box: sealed refill pods only, with no device, charger or battery.
  • What you need: a working RELX Ultra device and a charging cable for it.
  • Who it is for: adult smokers and existing vapers who want a simple, low-maintenance pod.
  • Who it is not for: non-smokers, under-18s, and anyone wanting a refillable open system.

Pod specifications at a glance

Closed pod systems hide most of their engineering behind a sealed shell, so it helps to lay out what is known and what is estimated. The list below separates the two where it matters. Treat any puff count as a guide, because real-world use varies a great deal from one person to the next.

  • Product type: pre-filled, sealed refill pod for the RELX Ultra device.
  • Flavour: Mr Blue, a blue-fruit profile with a light cooling finish.
  • Pod capacity: up to 2ml, which is the maximum size UK rules allow for a pre-filled pod or tank.
  • Nicotine strength: usually offered at 20mg/ml (2%), the UK ceiling for nicotine e-liquid. Check the listing for any lower strengths.
  • E-liquid type: nicotine salt liquid on a propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine base, which is standard for compact pod devices.
  • Heating element: a sealed coil assembly built into the pod, not user-replaceable and not designed to be opened.
  • Estimated puffs per pod: roughly 400 to 600, depending on puff length and style.
  • Battery: none in the pod. Power comes from the RELX Ultra device.
  • Compatibility: RELX Ultra device. RELX has changed pod designs between product generations, so do not assume pods from an older RELX line will fit, and do not assume Ultra pods will fit other devices.
  • Activation: draw-activated, so there is no button to press. You simply inhale through the mouthpiece.
  • Age restriction: 18 and over, with age checks on order and on delivery.

A couple of those lines deserve a note. The 2ml cap is not a manufacturer choice, it is a legal limit on how much liquid a pre-filled pod or refillable tank can hold in the UK. That is why you will see almost every UK-market pod sitting at or just under 2ml. The 20mg/ml figure is likewise a legal maximum, and it applies to the e-liquid itself regardless of whether it sits in a pod, a bottle or, before the ban, a disposable.

If you want the very latest official claim on puff count, battery or coil material, the pack and the manufacturer's own material are the authority. We prefer to give you a realistic range than repeat a headline number that few people will actually hit.

Puff delivery and how long a pod lasts

A 2ml pod of nicotine salt liquid is a small reservoir, and how long it lasts depends almost entirely on how you vape. Short, light draws stretch the liquid. Long, deep draws burn through it. Our working estimate for a Mr Blue pod is somewhere between 400 and 600 puffs, with most moderate users landing near the middle of that range. If someone quotes you a much higher number for a 2ml pod, ask what puff length they measured.

It helps to think in days rather than puffs. The table below is a rough guide only, but it gives a realistic sense of how many pods to keep in the drawer.

  • Light use (about 100 puffs a day): a pod can last four to six days.
  • Moderate use (about 200 to 300 puffs a day): expect a pod to last roughly one and a half to three days.
  • Heavy use (400 or more puffs a day): around a day per pod, sometimes a little less.

Delivery on a draw-activated pod is steady rather than dramatic. You inhale, the sensor in the device fires the coil, and vapour comes through at a consistent rate. Nicotine salt liquid at this strength gives a quick nicotine hit without the harsh throat scratch you get from older freebase liquids at the same level. Many switchers say this is the part that makes the format workable, because the draw feels closer to a cigarette than a big cloud-chasing setup does.

Two habits affect real-world longevity. First, chain vaping, meaning back-to-back draws with no pause, heats the coil faster than the wick can resupply it and wastes liquid as well as risking a burnt taste. Leave a few seconds between draws. Second, once a pod is nearly empty the flavour often turns thin or slightly toasted. That is the cue to swap, not to keep pulling. Stopping at that point protects your next pod, because a coil that has been run dry can leave a lingering burnt note in the device contacts.

Finally, remember that puff count and nicotine intake are not the same thing. Two people can take the same number of puffs from a pod and absorb very different amounts of nicotine depending on how long each draw is and whether they inhale into the mouth or the lungs. If you find yourself using a pod much faster than you expected, that is a prompt to reflect on your nicotine strength rather than simply to buy more pods.

Mr Blue flavour profile

Mr Blue is a blue-fruit flavour. In vaping, that label generally points to a blend of blueberry and a blue raspberry style sweetness, with a tart edge to stop it from becoming sugary and a light cooling note on the exhale. Flavour descriptions are subjective and manufacturers do not publish recipes, so read the following as our description of the profile rather than an ingredient list.

On the inhale you can expect a sweet, juicy fruit front. The blueberry side tends to be rounded and slightly jammy, while the raspberry-style note brings a brighter, more candy-like lift. Mid-draw, a gentle tartness keeps the sweetness in check. On the exhale there is a cool finish, but in our reading it sits at a moderate level rather than the heavy, throat-chilling intensity of products that carry an ice label as their main selling point. If you want a strong menthol blast, Mr Blue may feel gentle. If you prefer the cooling to be a background accent, it should suit you.

  • Sweetness: medium to high. Fruit-forward rather than dessert-style.
  • Tartness: light to medium, which adds balance.
  • Cooling: light to moderate on the exhale.
  • Throat feel: smooth, helped by the nicotine salt base.
  • Aftertaste: mild blue-fruit sweetness that fades within a minute or so.

Who tends to like this sort of flavour? People who enjoyed blue raspberry or blueberry sweets, and people moving away from tobacco who want something that tastes nothing like a cigarette. It sits comfortably between pure fruit and pure candy. Who might not? Anyone who dislikes sweet vapes, or who wants a dry, tobacco-style or plain mint experience, will probably prefer a different flavour in the same device.

A practical point on palate fatigue. Sweet fruit flavours can fade in the mouth after a few days of constant use, a phenomenon vapers sometimes call vaper's tongue. If Mr Blue seems to lose its character mid-pod, try drinking some water, taking a break for an hour, or alternating with a different flavour before assuming the pod is faulty. Fresh pods that taste dull from the very first draw are another matter, and the troubleshooting section below covers that.

Design and build quality of the pod

A refill pod looks simple, but small design choices decide whether it leaks, tastes consistent and sits properly in the device. The Mr Blue pod is a compact, sealed unit with an integrated mouthpiece on top and electrical contacts on the base. You do not fill it, you do not open it and you do not clean it. You fit it, use it and replace it.

Here is what to look for and what we would check on arrival.

  • Sealed packaging: pods should arrive in intact, sealed packaging. A broken seal or a pod that already feels wet on the outside is worth reporting to us rather than using.
  • Visible liquid level: most pods in this style let you see roughly how much liquid is left. Use that as a guide to when you will need the next one.
  • Contacts: the metal contacts on the base should be clean and undamaged. Dirty contacts are one of the commonest causes of a device not recognising a pod.
  • Mouthpiece: a smooth, rounded mouthpiece is more comfortable on the lips. Wipe it with a dry tissue if it collects moisture.
  • Fit: the pod should seat firmly in the device without a rattle. If it feels loose, remove it and re-seat it before assuming a defect.

Leak resistance is the real test of a closed pod. Liquid has to stay in the reservoir while air flows through to the coil, and the seals have to cope with changes in temperature and pressure. A pod stored on its side in a hot car, or in a hand luggage pocket during a flight, is more likely to weep. Keep pods upright, at room temperature and out of direct sun. If a little condensation collects around the mouthpiece, that is normal and not a leak. A pod that is visibly dripping from the airflow hole or the base is a different matter.

Compact, sealed pods like this are also easy to carry. Most people put a spare pod in a coat pocket or bag. Keep spare pods in their original packaging or in a small case, away from keys and coins that could scratch the contacts, and well away from children and pets. Nicotine e-liquid is poisonous if swallowed, and a pod is small enough to be mistaken for something harmless.

Battery and charging on the RELX Ultra device

The pod contains no battery, so all of the power question belongs to the RELX Ultra device. That is a feature rather than a drawback. Because the battery stays in the device, you are not throwing away a lithium cell every few days, which is both cheaper and kinder to the environment than the disposable approach the UK has now outlawed.

Slim pod devices generally carry a battery in the few-hundred milliamp-hour range, and charging is by a USB cable. Current RELX devices use USB-C, but check which cable your own device takes. A full charge will usually see a moderate user through roughly one to two pods, though that depends on how hard you vape and on battery age. Treat that as a guide and watch the device's own indicator light to see how it behaves in your hands.

  • Charging time: typically one to two hours from flat, depending on the charger and the device.
  • Charger choice: use a standard 5V USB adapter or a computer port. Avoid unbranded fast chargers and damaged cables.
  • Overnight charging: avoid leaving any lithium device on charge unattended for hours. Charge it while you are awake and nearby, then unplug it.
  • Hot or cold: do not charge a device that is hot to the touch, and do not leave it in a car on a summer day or on a freezing windowsill.
  • Damage: if the device is swollen, has been dropped hard or smells of burning, stop using it and recycle it safely.

Draw activation means the battery only does work when you inhale. There is no standby drain beyond the small amount the sensor uses. If you notice the device losing charge while in a bag, take a look at whether something is pressing against the mouthpiece and triggering the sensor.

When the battery finally reaches the end of its life, which for most devices is several hundred charge cycles, do not put it in the bin. Lithium batteries start fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. Take the whole device to a household waste recycling centre or to a retailer that offers vape and battery take-back. UK shops that sell electrical products, including vapes, are required to offer a free take-back route, so ask when you buy.

Coil and heating technology inside the pod

Inside every pod is a heating element and a wick. The wick draws liquid in from the reservoir, and the coil heats it to produce vapour when the device detects a draw. In a closed pod, the manufacturer sizes the coil and wick to suit the specific liquid in that pod, which is a large part of why a sealed system can be so consistent. The RELX range has historically used a ceramic-based heating design in its sealed pods. We would not claim more detail than the manufacturer publishes, but the broad idea is a fine porous wicking material in contact with a heating element, tuned for low power and for nicotine salt liquid.

That low-power tuning is important. Nicotine salt liquids are designed for small, low-wattage devices. A big sub-ohm setup would waste them and deliver an overwhelming amount of nicotine. A compact pod coil heats gently, produces a small, dense vapour and keeps the flavour clear. The trade-off is that you will not get large clouds, and you should not expect them.

  • Coil life: matched to the liquid in the pod. When the pod is empty, the coil is replaced along with it, so you never need to change coils separately.
  • Priming: a new pod should rest for a few minutes after fitting so the wick can saturate. Take your first two or three draws gently.
  • Dry hits: a harsh, burnt taste means the wick is not getting enough liquid. It may be a sign of chain vaping, a nearly empty pod or an unprimed one.
  • No refilling: the pod is sealed. Prising it open to refill it will usually damage the seal, can cause leaks, and is not something we can recommend.

Compared with an open pod system where you replace a coil head and refill from a bottle, a closed pod removes the maintenance. You do not need to learn about wicking, ohms or priming a bare coil. You give up control and some value in return. We cover that trade in the value section below.

A final note on cleanliness. Condensation can collect on the contacts and in the airflow channel. Do not run the pod under a tap or soak it. Use a dry cotton bud on the device contacts and wipe the mouthpiece with a dry tissue. Moisture inside the device sensor can cause misfires.

Nicotine strength guidance

Nicotine strength is the decision that most affects whether a pod works for you. UK rules cap nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml, which is 2%. The Mr Blue pod is usually sold at that top strength, because pod devices are designed around nicotine salts and users often come to them from smoking. Check the strength shown on the listing and on the pack before you buy, and do not assume the higher figure is the right one for you.

Here is a general framework. It is not medical advice, and if you are unsure you can ask your pharmacist or a local stop smoking service, which are free through the NHS.

  • Heavy or daily smokers: people who smoke around a pack a day, or who smoke first thing after waking, often need the full 20mg/ml to feel satisfied. A weaker liquid can leave cravings unchecked and lead to more puffing.
  • Moderate smokers: people smoking around ten cigarettes a day may do well at a mid-range strength where one is available. If only 20mg/ml is offered, take shorter, lighter draws.
  • Light or social smokers: a lower strength is more suitable if you can find it, because 20mg/ml salt nicotine can feel intense for someone who does not smoke much.
  • Existing vapers stepping down: reduce strength gradually, and give yourself a week or two at each stage before deciding.

How do you know if the strength is wrong? If you feel dizzy, nauseous, get a headache, a racing heart or sweaty palms, the dose is too high for you. Stop, drink water and have something to eat. Consider a lower strength or fewer, shorter puffs. If you feel constant cravings, chain vape or find yourself reaching for a cigarette, the strength may be too low, or the way you vape may not be delivering enough.

Nicotine salts are what make the high-strength end of the range tolerable. Traditional freebase nicotine at 20mg/ml feels harsh and scratchy. Salts feel smoother and are absorbed faster, which resembles the speed of a cigarette more closely. The flip side is that smooth does not mean mild. It is easy to take in more nicotine than you intended, because the throat gives you less warning.

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication, speak to a health professional before using nicotine products. Nobody should use a vape to start nicotine use, and anyone who wants to quit entirely should know that vapes are not a licensed medicine and that NHS stop smoking support is available.

Who RELX Ultra Mr Blue pods suit, and who should look elsewhere

Different pods suit different people, and it is better to be straightforward about that than to promise that one pod fits everyone. The Mr Blue pod is a pre-filled, low-maintenance, sweet-fruit option for the RELX Ultra device. These are the people we think it suits.

  • Adult smokers moving to vaping: the draw-activated, no-button format is easy to learn, and a 20mg/ml salt pod provides a cigarette-like nicotine delivery.
  • Existing RELX Ultra owners: if you already own the device, pods are the only consumable you need, and it is simple to keep a few spare.
  • People who dislike fiddly maintenance: no coils to change, no bottles to carry and no spills.
  • Fruit flavour fans: especially those who like blueberry and blue raspberry sweets and want a tobacco-free taste.

And these are the people who should consider something else.

  • Non-smokers and under-18s: vapes with nicotine are not for you. It is illegal to sell them to anyone under 18, and we run age checks.
  • Anyone wanting large clouds or high power: a closed pod is a low-power product. A sub-ohm kit is a better match, though it needs lower-strength liquid.
  • Cost-focused heavy users: pre-filled pods cost more per millilitre than bottles of nicotine salt liquid. If you vape a lot, a refillable pod device may save money.
  • People who like to switch flavours often: an open system with bottles lets you try many flavours cheaply. With pods you buy by the pack.
  • Anyone without a compatible device: these pods do not work on their own.

On the legal side, it is worth knowing what the UK expects from you as a buyer and user. You must be 18 or over to buy. Disposable vapes cannot be sold, so the reusable device-and-pod route is the lawful one. Nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/ml. Advertising and promotion of vape products to the public is restricted, which is why this page sticks to facts rather than lifestyle claims. Nothing here is health advice, and vaping is not risk-free, even though for current smokers it is generally considered far less harmful than continuing to smoke.

How to fit, use and look after your pods

Fitting a pod takes about ten seconds, but a few good habits make each pod work better and last longer. Follow these steps for each new pod.

  • Check the pod: inspect it for cracks, leaks or a broken seal, and make sure the contacts on the base are clean.
  • Remove the old pod: pull the used pod out of the device. Do not twist it forcibly.
  • Fit the new pod: line it up with the device and push it in until it seats firmly. You should feel it sit in place.
  • Let it rest: wait three to five minutes so the wick can saturate. This avoids the burnt first draws that come from a dry coil.
  • Start gently: take a few short, light draws before settling into your usual rhythm.
  • Pause between draws: a few seconds between puffs keeps the coil cool and the flavour clear.
  • Store sensibly: keep the device and spare pods upright, at room temperature, out of reach of children and pets.

To get steady results from each pod, vape at a measured pace. Draw for two to three seconds, which is a mouth-to-lung style that suits nicotine salts. Do not hold the vapour for a long time. Do not try to blow clouds. If the flavour seems weak, resist the urge to take longer draws. That heats the coil harder and wastes liquid.

Responsible disposal matters too. Used pods contain residual nicotine liquid and a small heating element, and they should not go in the household bin or with ordinary recycling. Take empty pods to a household waste recycling centre that accepts small electricals, or return them to a retailer that offers a free take-back service. UK shops that sell vapes are expected to take back used vape products, so you can usually hand them in when you buy new ones. Do not burn pods, crush them or pull them apart.

  • Pods in bags: keep a used pod sealed in a small bag until you can recycle it, so it does not leak.
  • Child safety: store both new and used pods out of reach of children.
  • Travel: airlines generally want vapes and batteries in hand luggage, not in the hold. Check your airline's rules, and note that you cannot vape on board.

Finally, treat the device as part of the system. Keep the contacts dry and clean, charge it sensibly and replace it if the battery stops holding a useful charge. A well looked-after device lets every pod you buy perform as it should.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with closed pods are small and fixable. Work through the common ones below before concluding that a pod or device is faulty.

  • No vapour or no response: remove the pod and re-seat it firmly. Check the contacts on both the pod and the device are clean and dry. Make sure the device has charge. If the indicator light flashes, it is usually warning about low battery or a connection fault.
  • Weak or muted flavour: new pods can taste flat until the wick is saturated, so wait a few minutes and try again. If the pod is nearly empty, the flavour will fade as the liquid goes. Also consider palate fatigue on a sweet flavour and give your taste buds a rest.
  • Burnt or harsh taste: usually a dry hit. Stop, let the pod sit for several minutes, and take gentler, shorter draws. If the burnt taste persists in a pod that still has liquid, the pod may be faulty, so contact us with your order details.
  • Gurgling or spitting: this is condensation in the airflow channel. Remove the pod, tap it gently on a tissue, wipe the mouthpiece and fit it again.
  • Leaking liquid: a small amount of moisture at the mouthpiece is normal. A pod that is dripping or has liquid pooling on the base is leaking. Wipe the contacts and the device with a dry cloth, stop using that pod and tell us. Never use a pod that has leaked into the device without cleaning the contacts first.
  • Device not recognising the pod: check that the pod is a RELX Ultra pod, not one from an older RELX generation. Different pod designs are not interchangeable.
  • Battery drains fast: check whether the mouthpiece is being pressed in a bag, which can trigger the sensor. If the device is old, the battery may be near the end of its life.
  • Device will not charge: try a different cable and a different USB adapter. Look for lint or debris in the charging port and clear it gently with a dry, non-metal tool.

A couple of safety reminders. Do not try to repair a device or pod yourself. Do not charge a device that is damaged, swollen or hot. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water, and if it gets in your eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical advice. If a child or pet swallows e-liquid, contact emergency services or NHS 111 straight away.

If you have worked through these steps and a pod still fails, keep the pod, the packaging and your order number, and get in touch. We would rather sort out a faulty pod than have you put up with it.

Value for money and how it compares with other pod systems

Value in vaping comes down to cost per millilitre, cost per day and how much effort the system asks of you. Pre-filled pods sit at the convenient end of that spectrum, and convenience carries a price.

Here is a simple way to work it out. Take the price of a pack and divide it by the total millilitres in the pack, so a two-pod pack at 2ml each holds 4ml. That gives you a cost per ml. Then compare it with a 10ml bottle of nicotine salt liquid for an open pod device. As a general pattern, bottle liquid is usually cheaper per ml than pre-filled pods, sometimes by a wide margin, but you also need a refillable device, and you take on filling, coil changes and the occasional spill. Check current prices on the listing, as they change.

  • Cost per day: divide the pod price by the number of days one lasts for you. A moderate user who gets two days from a pod can easily work out the daily figure.
  • Running costs: pods are the only recurring cost, plus the electricity to charge the device, which is negligible.
  • Upfront cost: you need the RELX Ultra device first, so factor that in if you do not own one.
  • Time: there is no maintenance, which has a value of its own for people who find refilling a chore.

How does it compare with alternatives? We will be fair about this.

  • Vuse ePod 2: another widely sold closed pod system with a similar sealed pod and draw activation. It is a competent option with its own flavour range. The choice often comes down to which flavours you prefer and which device you find more comfortable in the hand.
  • Other branded closed pods: many UK brands offer a similar sealed pod with a rechargeable device. Pod prices and flavour ranges differ, so compare cost per ml and the strengths available.
  • Refillable pod kits: devices where you fill the pod from a bottle and replace a coil head. They usually cost less to run and give you a wide flavour choice, but they need more attention and carry a spill risk.
  • Sub-ohm kits: larger devices that produce more vapour at lower nicotine strengths. They suit people who want a cloud and a flavour-heavy experience, not a cigarette-like hit.

Our honest summary is that RELX Ultra Mr Blue pods are priced for convenience. If you value a clean, sealed, low-effort experience and you like the flavour, they are good value for that purpose. If your priority is the lowest running cost or the widest flavour choice, a refillable system is likely to serve you better. Neither choice is wrong. It depends on what you want from your vape.

Frequently asked questions

What nicotine strength should I choose for Mr Blue pods?

Mr Blue pods are usually sold at 20mg/ml, which is the UK maximum for nicotine e-liquid, so check the listing for any lower strengths. Heavier daily smokers often find 20mg/ml satisfying, while light or social smokers may find it strong and should look for a lower option if one is available. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, the strength is too high for you.

How do I charge the pods?

You do not charge the pods, because they contain no battery. The battery is in your RELX Ultra device, which charges through its USB cable and usually takes one to two hours. Use a standard 5V adapter, avoid leaving the device charging unattended for long periods, and stop using it if it looks swollen or damaged.

Will these pods fit other RELX devices or other brands?

These are refill pods for the RELX Ultra device. RELX has changed its pod design between generations, so older RELX pods and devices may not be compatible, and Ultra pods will not fit other brands. Always check that your device is a RELX Ultra before ordering.

How long does one Mr Blue pod last?

A 2ml pod typically gives somewhere around 400 to 600 puffs, which is roughly one and a half to three days for a moderate user. Longer, deeper draws and chain vaping shorten that, while short, spaced-out draws stretch it. Treat these numbers as estimates, not guarantees.

Can I switch flavours between pods, and are other flavours available?

Yes, you can swap to a different RELX Ultra flavour whenever you finish a pod, and you do not need to clean the device first. Wipe the contacts with a dry cotton bud if you want to be thorough, and expect a hint of the previous flavour for the first few puffs. Browse the RELX Ultra range on our site for other flavours.

Are pods good value compared with refillable pod kits?

Pre-filled pods cost more per millilitre than bottles of nicotine salt liquid, so a refillable kit is usually cheaper to run. What you pay for with pods is convenience: no filling, no coils to change and no spills. Work out your cost per ml and cost per day using the current price to decide which suits you.

Who should not buy these pods?

Nobody under 18 should buy or use them, and non-smokers should not start using nicotine. People who are pregnant, have heart problems or take medication should speak to a health professional first. Anyone wanting a refillable system, large clouds or the lowest running cost may also be better served by another product.

Do you deliver across the UK and are age checks required?

We deliver to UK addresses, and you will need to be 18 or over, with age verification at checkout and, where applicable, on delivery. Delivery options and times are shown at checkout, so please check them there for the current details. Orders cannot be sent to anyone under 18.

What is your warranty and returns policy on pods?

If a pod arrives faulty, damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund under your statutory rights. For hygiene and safety reasons, pods that have been opened or used are normally not returnable unless they are faulty. Keep the packaging and the pod until we have looked into it.

How should I dispose of used pods?

Do not put used pods in the household bin or with ordinary recycling, because they contain residual nicotine liquid and electronic parts. Take them to a household waste recycling centre that accepts small electricals, or return them to a retailer that offers vape take-back. Keep used pods away from children and pets until you can recycle them.
