Smok RPM2 Pods (Pack of 3): what you are buying

The Smok RPM2 Pods (Pack of 3) are replacement, refillable pods for the Smok RPM 2 pod kit. They are an accessory rather than a complete vape, which means you need an RPM 2 device to use them, and you fill them yourself with the e-liquid of your choice. If you already own an RPM 2 and are tired of rinsing and refilling the same pod every time you want to change flavour, or you simply want a spare in your bag for when a coil gives up, a three-pack is the practical way to buy.

The RPM 2 platform sits in the middle of the pod-kit market. It is more flexible than the slim, draw-activated starter pods that sell in corner shops, because it has adjustable power, swappable coils and a proper fire-button workflow, but it is still compact enough to live in a jacket pocket. The pod itself is a self-contained unit: it holds the e-liquid, houses the coil that heats it, and fits into the top of the device. When the coil wears out you do not take anything apart. You fit a fresh coil or swap to a fresh pod and carry on.

Buying pods in a pack of three has a few practical advantages:

  • Flavour separation. Dedicate one pod to a fruit flavour, one to menthol or mint, and one to a dessert or tobacco profile, so you are not fighting leftover taste in a single pod.
  • A ready spare. If a pod cracks, leaks or the coil burns out mid-week, you have a replacement without waiting for a delivery.
  • Rotation. Letting a pod rest while you use another can help coils last longer, especially with sweeter liquids that tend to build up residue.
  • Lower cost per pod than buying singly, which matters if you vape every day.

This guide is written for UK vapers aged 18 and over. It covers what the pods are, what they fit, how the coils behave, realistic performance, nicotine strength choices under UK rules, how to fill and prime them properly, how to fix common problems, and how they compare with the alternatives. We have stuck to figures that can be justified from the product type and flagged clearly where the exact number depends on the coil you fit or the liquid you use.

Compatibility, capacity and UK size rules

These pods are made for the Smok RPM 2 device and are built around its pod connector, so treat them as an RPM 2 part. Do not assume they fit other Smok devices just because the styling looks similar. The Nord, Novo and later RPM families each have their own pod and coil fittings, and forcing a pod into the wrong device risks a weak connection, leaking, or a bent contact pin. If you are unsure, check the model name on your device or on the base of your current pod before ordering, and compare it with the product title on this page.

Capacity is the next thing to understand. RPM 2 pods are sold in different sizes around the world, and some overseas listings quote a 7ml capacity. In the UK, refillable pods and tanks intended for nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml, so the pods sold here are the 2ml version. If you read a foreign review that praises the long run time of a large-capacity pod, remember that the UK equivalent holds far less and will need refilling more often. Plan on two millilitres per fill and you will not be surprised.

A quick summary of the UK rules that shape how you use refillable pods:

  • Pod and tank size: 2ml maximum for refillable devices sold for nicotine vaping.
  • Nicotine e-liquid bottles: 10ml maximum per bottle, so expect to refill several times from one bottle rather than topping up from a large one.
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg/ml is the legal ceiling for e-liquid, and the same 20mg cap applies to disposables. Anything marketed above that is not a legitimate UK product.
  • Age: you must be 18 or over to buy, and a reputable retailer will carry out age checks.

Because these pods are refillable and reusable, they are not affected by the UK ban on single-use disposable vapes that came into force in June 2025. That ban targets products that are thrown away after one use, whereas a refillable pod with a replaceable coil is designed to be used many times over.

One more practical point: check the variant name on the listing to see whether each pod arrives with a coil already fitted. If the variant does not mention a coil, assume you will need to buy compatible coils separately, and make sure you do so before your last coil runs out.

Coil and mesh technology in the RPM 2 system

The coil is where the vaping actually happens, and it is the part that most affects how these pods feel. The RPM 2 system is built around two main styles of coil, and understanding the difference helps you choose the right one for your habits.

Mesh coils. A mesh coil replaces the usual round wire with a flat sheet of perforated metal, rolled into a shape that sits against the cotton wick. Because the heating surface is wide, it warms the liquid more evenly, reaches working temperature quickly, and produces a larger cloud for the same power. The RPM 2 mesh coil is a low-resistance part, around 0.16Ω, which suits a looser, lung-style draw at higher wattage. Low resistance means the coil draws more current, which in turn means it uses more liquid and more battery.

Dual-coil MTL. The DC MTL option uses two small round-wire coils at a higher resistance of around 0.6Ω. It is intended for a tighter, mouth-to-lung draw that feels closer to a cigarette, with modest vapour and a cooler hit at lower power. Because it works at lower wattage, it is far gentler on both liquid and battery.

Typical operating ranges are in the region of 15 to 30W for the 0.6Ω MTL coil and roughly 40 to 60W for the 0.16Ω mesh coil, but the exact range is printed on the side of each coil, and you should always follow that figure rather than a general guide. Smok also makes the LP2 coil family, and many owners use those in RPM 2 pods too. If you want to try a different coil, confirm compatibility from the packaging of that specific coil before you buy, rather than assuming.

Coil life is not fixed. A reasonable expectation is one to two weeks of regular use per coil, which can fall to a few days if you vape thick, sweet, dessert-style liquids at high power, or stretch out to three weeks with lighter fruit and menthol liquids at modest wattage. Signs that a coil is finished include a flat or slightly burnt taste, noticeably reduced vapour, and a gurgling or crackling sound that priming does not fix.

The takeaway for a pack of three is simple: if you plan to alternate between a tight MTL draw and a looser mesh draw, keep one coil style per pod and label them with a marker or a sticker so you do not mix them up.

Performance and vapour delivery

Refillable pods do not have a puff count in the way a disposable does, because the number of draws depends entirely on what you put in and how you vape. Instead of quoting a number that would not mean much, it is more useful to describe what you can reasonably expect.

With the 0.6Ω DC MTL coil at low wattage, a full 2ml fill typically lasts somewhere in the region of 500 to 700 draws for most people, which for many vapers is a day or more of light use. With the 0.16Ω mesh coil at higher wattage the same fill goes much faster, often 200 to 300 draws, because a bigger coil at higher power consumes liquid several times quicker. These are rough planning figures rather than guarantees, and your own results will vary with draw length, liquid thickness and power setting.

What affects consumption the most:

  • Wattage. Every extra few watts means more heat, more vapour and faster liquid use. Start at the low end of the coil range and nudge upward only if the hit feels thin.
  • Draw style. Long, slow draws use more liquid per puff than short sips.
  • Airflow. More open airflow cools the vapour and lets you draw longer, which increases usage. Tighter airflow suits MTL coils.
  • Liquid thickness. Higher-VG liquids are thicker and wick more slowly. They pair well with mesh coils but can starve a small-hole MTL coil.

On the throat hit, the MTL coil delivers a firm, cigarette-like hit when used with a 12 to 20mg nicotine salt, while the mesh coil gives a smoother, warmer hit that tends to be better with lower strengths. Vapour production from the mesh coil is noticeably fuller, but it is not sub-ohm tank territory, and the pod format is a deliberate trade-off between convenience and cloud size.

Consistency is where a decent coil earns its keep. A fresh, correctly primed coil should deliver an even draw from the first puff to the last, without hot spots, spitting or sudden dry moments. If your pod starts fine but loses output after a few hundred draws, that is more likely to be a liquid or priming issue than a faulty pod, and the troubleshooting section below covers the usual fixes.

Flavour profile and how to get a clean taste

The pods themselves have no flavour of their own. They are a neutral delivery system, and what you taste is entirely down to your e-liquid and the coil. That said, there are real differences between how the two RPM 2 coil styles present flavour, and getting this right is what separates a satisfying pod from a disappointing one.

The mesh coil tends to give a rounder, fuller flavour because the large heating surface vaporises more liquid at a lower temperature per square millimetre. Fruit blends, ice and menthol liquids often come across bright and clear, and desserts and custards show their sweetness and body well. The trade-off is that, because it vaporises so much liquid, the flavour fades faster as the coil accumulates residue from sweeteners.

The DC MTL coil gives a tighter, more concentrated flavour, closer to what you expect from a disposable-style vape. Tobacco, mint, simple fruit and cooling profiles do well here. Very thick or heavily sweetened liquids can struggle, because the narrow wicking channels of an MTL coil do not feed them quickly enough.

To keep flavour clean over the life of a pod:

  • Match the liquid to the coil. Roughly 50/50 VG/PG liquids are a safe all-round choice. Go for 70VG or higher only in the mesh coil, and avoid it in the 0.6Ω coil.
  • Prime properly. A dry or half-wetted wick tastes burnt within a few puffs, and no amount of power will fix that.
  • Change flavours with care. A pod that has held a strong menthol will ghost into the next liquid. If you vape several flavours, give each its own pod, which is one of the main reasons to buy a pack of three.
  • Rinse the pod between coils. A quick rinse in lukewarm water, dried thoroughly, removes old residue and helps the new coil start clean.

Be cautious with very sweet liquids. High sweetener levels caramelise on the coil, which darkens it and shortens its life. If you notice flavour fading within a few days, switch to a lighter liquid or drop the wattage a little before blaming the pod.

Finally, remember that taste is subjective. A pod that suits a sweet-toothed vaper may feel too heavy to someone who prefers a crisp mint. Because the pods are neutral, the only real way to settle the question is to try your preferred liquids at different power levels and note what works.

Design and build quality

The RPM 2 pod is a compact, plastic-bodied cartridge with a metal base that carries the electrical contacts and the coil seat. The body is translucent, so you can see the liquid level at a glance, which is genuinely useful: letting the wick run dry is the quickest way to burn a coil, and a clear window removes the guesswork.

Filling is through a fill port that is sealed by a soft silicone plug. A good plug should feel snug, seat flush with the pod wall and stay put when the pod is knocked in a pocket. With repeated use a plug can loosen or lose its shape, so check it each time you refill and press it fully home. Because you refill by hand, this one small part is the most common source of leaks, so it deserves a moment of attention.

The pod connects to the device with a push-in fit, and the contacts are designed to line up automatically. Fit should feel firm and slightly resistant, not loose or wobbly. If a pod rattles, check whether it is seated fully and whether the contact pin on the device is clean and straight.

On build quality, the pods are mass-produced consumables, and you should judge them as such. In general, the following are worth checking when you open a new pack:

  • The pod body is free of cracks, scratches or cloudy patches.
  • The silicone plug is present, intact and fits snugly.
  • The base seals are in place and no residue is visible around the coil seat.
  • The pod seats cleanly and securely in the device with no wobble.

The device-side airflow can be adjusted to suit the coil you fit. A tighter setting suits the 0.6Ω MTL coil, while the mesh coil benefits from a more open setting. Spending a minute adjusting airflow when you change coil makes a real difference to comfort and flavour.

Treat the pod like any small plastic part. Avoid leaving it on a car dashboard in summer, do not use solvents or alcohol to clean it, as these can craze the plastic, and keep spare pods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Used sensibly, the plastic body will outlast several coils and several refills before it needs replacing.

If a pack arrives damaged, or a pod is faulty out of the box, contact the retailer promptly. A visible defect on opening is a different matter from wear and tear, and a good shop will sort it out.

Battery, charging and the device behind the pods

The pods themselves contain no battery. The power comes from the RPM 2 device they plug into, so battery and charging questions are really questions about the kit rather than the pods. It is still worth covering, because your battery habits directly affect how the pods perform.

The RPM 2 kit is built around an internal rechargeable battery of about 1600mAh, with a maximum output of around 80W and USB-C charging. With the 0.6Ω MTL coil at low wattage, that capacity typically stretches to a full day for moderate vapers. With the 0.16Ω mesh coil at 50W or more, expect to charge once or twice a day, because high-power vaping drains a battery quickly.

Charging tips that help the battery and the pods:

  • Use a decent charger. A standard 5V phone charger or a computer USB port with a good quality USB-C cable is fine. Avoid cheap, unbranded chargers with unclear output.
  • Charge at a sensible time. A charge from low to full takes around an hour or two with a typical charger. Charging unattended overnight is not recommended for any lithium-ion product.
  • Keep contacts dry and clean. E-liquid residue on the pod connection can cause misfires or a no-atomizer message. Wipe with a dry cotton bud.
  • Do not vape while charging. Let it finish first, particularly if the pod has any liquid residue around the contacts.

Power setting is where the pods and battery meet. Running a coil above its rated wattage will not make it better; it will make it hotter and shorter-lived, and it can leave a burnt taste after only a few pods. Start in the lower half of the printed range and raise it only if the vapour is too thin.

Disposal matters here too. The RPM 2 device has a built-in lithium-ion battery, so never throw it in household bins. In the UK, vapes and their batteries can be taken to a household waste recycling centre or handed back to a retailer through take-back schemes, which are required for shops that sell electronic products. Pods and coils themselves are mostly plastic with small metal parts, and the best option is to follow your local council's guidance for small mixed waste, or use a vape-specific recycling drop-off if one is available nearby. Never put a battery or a charging kit in kerbside recycling.

Nicotine strength guidance for these pods

Choosing the right nicotine strength is the single most important decision for comfort, and it depends on the coil you fit, your power setting and whether you use freebase or nicotine salt liquid. In the UK, e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml, and the same maximum applies to disposables, so you will never need to look beyond that figure.

As a starting point, here is how the strengths usually map to the two coil styles:

  • DC MTL (0.6Ω) with nicotine salt: 10mg or 20mg is the common range. Smokers moving across from cigarettes often start at 18 to 20mg, then step down to 10 to 12mg once cravings settle.
  • DC MTL (0.6Ω) with freebase nicotine: 6mg to 12mg suits a tight draw. Higher freebase strengths can feel harsh on the throat.
  • Mesh (0.16Ω) with freebase nicotine: 3mg to 6mg is usual for a larger, looser draw. At high wattage and big clouds you are inhaling more liquid per puff, so a lower strength delivers plenty.
  • Mesh (0.16Ω) with nicotine salt: 5mg to 10mg is plenty. A 20mg salt at 50W through a big mesh coil is likely to feel harsh, and many people find it unpleasant.

Three practical rules apply whatever the coil:

  • Higher power plus higher strength equals harsher hit. If your throat feels scratchy, reduce the strength or the wattage, not both at once.
  • Match to your habit. A heavier former smoker may need more nicotine to stop reaching for cigarettes, while an occasional vaper is better with a low strength.
  • Change one thing at a time. Swapping strength, coil and power in the same week makes it hard to tell what helped.

If you do not smoke, do not start. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping is intended for adults who already smoke and want an alternative. If you are using a vape to quit smoking, many local stop smoking services in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland offer free support, and they can help you pick a strength and plan a gradual reduction. Nicotine-free liquids are available for people who want the habit without the nicotine, and these pods work with them just as well.

Always read the label on your e-liquid. Bottles sold in the UK must show the strength in mg/ml, carry health warnings and be in a child-resistant container, and you should keep them well away from children and pets.

Who the RPM2 pods are for, and who should look elsewhere

These pods suit a particular kind of vaper, and being honest about that saves money. They are a good match if you recognise yourself in the following.

  • You already own an RPM 2. This is the obvious case. The pods are a straightforward like-for-like replacement and a pack of three covers you for a good stretch.
  • You like to choose your own liquid. Refilling gives you control over flavour, strength and cost that a disposable cannot, and you can change your mind as your tastes develop.
  • You want flexibility. Between the mesh and MTL coil styles, one device can serve both a cigarette-like draw and a bigger, looser hit.
  • You care about waste. A refillable pod with replaceable coils produces far less throwaway plastic and battery waste than a drawer full of single-use vapes.
  • You use it daily. The more you vape, the more the lower running cost of refilling pays off.

On the other hand, you may want to look elsewhere if the following applies.

  • You do not own an RPM 2. These pods are not a stand-alone product and will not work without the matching device.
  • You want zero maintenance. Refilling, priming and replacing coils is a routine. If you want to take something out of a packet and use it, a simpler pre-filled product may suit you better, though you should check the rules on what is legally available in your area.
  • You want a very small, ultra-light device. The RPM 2 is compact, but it is bigger than the slimmest starter pods.
  • You are a non-smoker or under 18. Vaping products are for adult smokers and are not for anyone under 18, pregnant women or people with certain health conditions without medical advice.

A final category deserves a mention: new vapers. The RPM 2 is a sensible step up for someone who has tried disposables and wants more control, but if you are completely new to vaping, make sure you are comfortable with the refilling routine before you buy in bulk. A small, local vape shop can usually walk you through your first fill, and it takes about five minutes to learn.

If you fall between categories, start with one coil style and one liquid you know you like. That limits the variables and makes it easy to tell whether the pods suit you.

How to fill, prime and use the pods

A new pod needs a few minutes of preparation, and skipping them is the most common cause of a burnt coil on the first day. Follow this routine for each new pod or each new coil.

  • 1. Check the coil. If the coil is separate, screw or press it into the pod until it is snug, being careful not to cross-thread it.
  • 2. Open the fill port. Lift or peel back the silicone plug. Do not force it, and do not tear the edge.
  • 3. Fill slowly. Tilt the pod slightly and place the bottle tip against the side wall rather than straight down, so liquid runs down the wall and air can escape. Fill to just below the top, never to the brim, and avoid dripping onto the central vent tube or the airflow slot.
  • 4. Close the plug fully. Press it all the way in around its edge. A half-seated plug is the number one cause of leaks.
  • 5. Let it soak. Leave the filled pod standing upright for five to ten minutes, ideally longer for thick liquids. This gives the cotton time to absorb the liquid and prevents dry hits.
  • 6. Fit it to the device. Push the pod in until it seats firmly, then set the power within the coil's printed range.
  • 7. Take a few priming draws. Take two or three short puffs without pressing the button, to pull liquid into the wick. Then start with short presses at low power, and raise power gradually if needed.

To use, take smooth draws of two to three seconds with a pause between puffs, rather than chain-vaping. Chain-vaping gives the wick no time to refill and is the quickest way to scorch a coil. Avoid long draws, and do not carry on if the vapour tastes burnt.

Refill when the level drops to about a quarter, not when it is empty. Top up with the same flavour to avoid mixing, or rinse the pod first if you are changing flavour.

For storage and travel, keep pods upright where possible, and fit the plug firmly. Changes in cabin pressure on a flight can push liquid out of a pod, so many people carry them empty and fill them after landing.

When a coil or pod reaches the end of its life, remove it and dispose of it responsibly. Small plastic and metal parts are generally handled as general waste or specialist vape recycling, so check your council's guidance and any retailer take-back scheme near you. Never burn or puncture a pod. Keep refill liquids, spare pods and coils away from children and pets, and store nicotine liquid in a cool place.

Troubleshooting common RPM2 pod problems

Most problems with refillable pods come down to priming, liquid thickness or a poorly seated part. Here are the usual symptoms and what to try, in order from simplest to most involved.

Burnt or dry taste. Usually a sign that the wick is not fully saturated or the coil is finished. Let the pod rest for a further ten minutes, take a few priming draws, and lower the power. If a fresh coil still tastes burnt after a proper soak, the liquid may be too thick for the coil, so try a lower-VG liquid. If an older coil tastes burnt even when well primed, replace it.

Leaking from the base or the airflow slot. Check that the silicone plug is fully seated and that you have not overfilled. Clean away any spilled liquid, and check the coil is properly tightened. Leaks are often made worse by very thin liquids, high temperatures and travel. If a pod leaks persistently with a good plug and a well-seated coil, the seal may be damaged and the pod should be replaced.

Gurgling or spitting. This is typically condensation in the airway or a flooded coil. Blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear the airway, wipe it, and lower the power slightly. Overfilling and very high-VG liquids both cause flooding.

Weak or thin vapour. If it starts strong and fades, the wick may be starved because the liquid is too thick, the power too high, or the coil nearing the end of its life. If it is weak from the first puff, check that the airflow is not closed too far and that the pod is fully seated.

No atomizer, check coil, or short circuit message. Remove the pod and wipe both sets of contacts with a dry cotton bud. Reseat the pod firmly. If the message persists with a new pod, try a second pod from the pack to isolate whether the device or the pod is at fault.

Hard or restricted draw. Open the airflow, check nothing is blocking the slot, and make sure you are using the right coil for the draw style you want. A 0.6Ω MTL coil will feel tight by design.

Sweet residue and sticky hands. Quite normal with refilling. Wipe the pod after filling and keep a tissue handy.

If none of the above helps, swap to a fresh pod from the pack. Having three pods means you can isolate a faulty unit within minutes, and a genuine defect should be reported to the retailer with a photo.

Value for money and how the pods compare

The honest way to judge value is to look at the cost over a few months rather than the price of one pack. Refillable pods pair a modest upfront cost with a low running cost, because you are buying liquid in bottles rather than a new device every few days.

As a rough guide, a 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod about five times. A single pod with a reasonably cared-for coil can last a week or two, so a three-pack of pods typically covers several weeks, and the coils are the main recurring expense. For a daily vaper this is generally cheaper than a steady stream of single-use products, and it is considerably less wasteful. A single-use device that lasts a couple of days produces far more plastic and battery waste than a refillable pod that lasts weeks.

How do the pods stack up against the alternatives? Fair comparisons are worth making.

  • Versus Smok Nord pods. The Nord range has larger 4.5ml-style pods in some markets, but in the UK both are limited to 2ml. Nord pods use their own coil family and a different device, so the choice is really about which device you prefer rather than which pod is better.
  • Versus Vaporesso XROS pods. XROS pods are slimmer and simpler, with a smaller battery, and suit people who want a pocketable, low-effort pod kit. The RPM 2 offers more power range and more coil variety, at the cost of more bulk.
  • Versus Uwell Caliburn pods. Caliburn pods are widely used for MTL vaping with a smooth, flavour-focused draw. They are a strong option for tight-draw users, whereas the RPM 2 pods give you the extra choice of a mesh coil when you want a looser draw.
  • Versus disposables. Disposables need no setup but cost more over time, generate more waste and are no longer sold in the UK as single-use products. Refillable pods give you control and a lower running cost, in exchange for a little routine.

Where the RPM 2 pod is weaker: the 2ml limit means frequent refilling, the silicone plug needs care, and the plastic body is a consumable that will eventually wear. If you want a bigger tank, you would need a different type of device altogether.

Where it is strong: the coil choice, the power flexibility, the clear body and the straightforward fitting. For an existing RPM 2 owner, a pack of three is a sensible, low-risk purchase that keeps the device running and gives you spares for flavour rotation. For anyone without the device, the pods are not the place to start, and you should buy the matching kit first.

Frequently asked questions

What nicotine strength should I use in the Smok RPM2 pods?

It depends on the coil. With the 0.6Ω DC MTL coil, 10mg or 20mg nicotine salt (or 6 to 12mg freebase) is the usual choice, while the 0.16Ω mesh coil works best with 3 to 6mg freebase or 5 to 10mg salt. UK e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml, so you never need to go higher than that.

How do I charge the device that these pods use?

The pods have no battery of their own, so you charge the RPM 2 device through its USB-C port. Use a decent quality cable and a standard 5V charger, charge when the device is not in use, and avoid leaving it charging unattended overnight.

Do the pods come with coils fitted?

That depends on the variant listed, so check the product details before ordering. If a coil is not mentioned, assume you will need to buy compatible RPM 2 coils separately, and keep a spare coil on hand so you are not caught out.

Can I swap flavours in the same pod?

You can, but old flavours may ghost into the next one, especially strong menthol or sweet dessert liquids. For the cleanest taste, rinse the pod with lukewarm water, dry it fully and refill. The pack of three lets you dedicate a pod to each flavour so you rarely have to do this.

How long does a pod and a fill last?

A 2ml fill usually lasts roughly 500 to 700 draws on the 0.6Ω MTL coil and about 200 to 300 on the 0.16Ω mesh coil, though this varies with your power and draw length. A coil typically lasts one to two weeks, and the plastic pod body outlasts several coils.

Are these pods good value compared with disposables?

For daily vapers, usually yes. A 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod about five times, and the main ongoing cost is the coil, so running costs are lower than buying a new device every few days. There is also much less waste, and single-use disposables are no longer sold in the UK.

Who should and should not buy these pods?

They suit existing RPM 2 owners who want spares and enjoy choosing their own liquid. They are not suitable if you do not own an RPM 2, if you are a non-smoker, or if you are under 18. If you want a no-maintenance product, a refillable system may not be for you.

Will the pods fit other Smok devices?

They are designed for the RPM 2 device and should not be assumed to fit Nord, Novo or other RPM models. If you are not certain, check your device name against the product title or contact the shop before ordering to avoid a poor fit or leaks.

Do you deliver to the UK, and what is the returns policy?

Yes, we deliver across the UK and carry out age checks as legally required. Delivery options and times are shown at checkout. If a pack arrives damaged or a pod is faulty out of the box, contact us promptly with a photo and we will help with a replacement or return in line with our returns policy.

How do I dispose of used pods, coils and batteries?

Do not put batteries or the device in household bins. Take the device to a household waste recycling centre or a retailer take-back point. Used pods and coils are mostly plastic and small metal parts, so follow your local council's guidance or use a vape recycling drop-off if one is nearby.

Honest review — it works

Delivery was super fast and the product is genuine. I've had fakes before so this was a relief.

Loyal customer now

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
