Titan X Prefilled Pods at a glance

Titan X Prefilled Pods are sealed, ready-to-use e-liquid cartridges from Titan, sold for vapers who want the simplicity of a pod system without pouring liquid from a bottle. Each pod arrives filled with nicotine salt e-liquid and has the coil built into the pod itself. You press it into a compatible device, give the wick a moment to saturate, and start vaping. When the liquid runs out, you remove the pod and fit a fresh one. There is no tank to clean, no coil to prime and no bottle to spill in your bag.

That convenience is the main reason prefilled pods have become the default step for many UK smokers moving to vaping, and for former disposable users who still want a grab-and-go routine. Since 1 June 2025 the sale of single-use disposable vapes has been banned in Great Britain, so a rechargeable device that takes replaceable pods is now the practical alternative to the old disposable format. Titan X pods fit that model: the device is kept and recharged, and only the pod is swapped.

Here is what to expect from this product line, with the usual caveat that exact figures vary by flavour and device, so always check the product listing and the pod packaging before you buy.

  • Format: prefilled, sealed pod with an integrated coil. No refilling required.
  • E-liquid capacity: pods in this category are limited to 2ml under UK rules, and 2ml is the capacity you should expect.
  • Liquid type: nicotine salt e-liquid, which gives a smoother throat hit at higher strengths than freebase nicotine.
  • Nicotine strength: the UK legal maximum is 20mg/ml (2%), and Titan X pods are offered at or below that ceiling.
  • Battery: in the device, not the pod. The pod itself contains no battery.

Compatibility matters. Prefilled pods are shaped to fit particular devices, and they are not interchangeable across brands. Before you order, confirm that your device is listed as compatible on the product page. If you are buying your first pod system, look for a starter kit that pairs the device with a pack of pods.

This guide walks through performance, flavour, build, battery, coil technology, nicotine strength, who the product suits, how to use it, how to fix common faults, value for money and how it stacks up against other options. We have tried to keep it factual and to flag where we are estimating rather than quoting a tested figure.

Performance and puff delivery

With a 2ml pod, puff count is the question most buyers ask first. Manufacturers often print a puff figure on the pod or box, but those numbers come from machine testing under fixed conditions. Real life is different. A realistic estimate for a 2ml nicotine salt pod used at the low wattages typical of pod devices is somewhere in the region of 400 to 700 puffs, depending on how long and how hard you draw, how often you vape and how powerful the device is. Treat that as a working estimate, not a lab result.

Several habits change the number noticeably:

  • Draw length. Short, gentle mouth-to-lung draws use less liquid per puff than long, hard pulls. A longer draw means more vapour and a faster-emptying pod.
  • Chain vaping. Taking several puffs in quick succession heats the coil and wick faster than they can re-saturate, which uses liquid quickly and can leave a harsher, drier taste toward the end of a pod.
  • Device power. A fixed low-output device is predictable. A variable-wattage device lets you push more power through the coil, which gives warmer, thicker vapour but burns through the pod sooner.
  • Nicotine strength. Many people vape fewer puffs of a strong pod because they reach satisfaction sooner. A lower strength tends to lead to more frequent puffing and a quicker pod.

In terms of delivery, nicotine salt pods are designed for a draw that feels close to a cigarette: a tighter airflow, a moderate cloud and a noticeable throat sensation rather than a large, airy cloud. If you are used to sub-ohm vaping with a big tank, a pod like this will feel restrained by comparison. That is by design. The purpose is a satisfying hit with modest vapour, not volume.

Consistency across the pod. A well-made prefilled pod should taste much the same from the first puff to the last. Where a pod does fade, the usual cause is the wick running short of liquid because of chain vaping, rather than the e-liquid running out. If you notice a dry, slightly burnt taste while you can still see liquid in the pod window, pause for 30 seconds and try again with slower draws. That fixes the problem in most cases.

One honest limitation: because the pod is small, you will go through several of them in a week if you vape heavily. We cover the cost implications in the value section below. For lighter or moderate use, one pod often lasts a day or two, which is manageable and keeps the routine simple.

Flavour profile and variant choice

Titan X pods are sold in a range of flavours, and the current line-up is shown on the product page, so check there for the variants in stock. Rather than guess at individual names, it helps to understand the families that nicotine salt pods usually fall into, because the family tells you far more about how a pod will taste than the label does.

  • Fruit. Berry, tropical, stone fruit and citrus blends. These are the most common choice for former smokers who want to move away from a tobacco taste. Berry and mixed-fruit pods tend to be sweet with a light tartness, and tropical blends lean sweeter and heavier.
  • Ice and menthol. A cooling agent layered over a fruit base, or a plain mint or menthol pod. Ice variants add a clear chill on the inhale and exhale. People who find them too sharp can usually move to a fruit pod with only a light ice note.
  • Tobacco. A dry, roasted or lightly sweet tobacco flavour. Useful if you are switching directly from cigarettes and want something familiar.
  • Dessert and sweet. Custard, candy and drink-inspired flavours. They can taste rich and slightly cloying over a long session, so many vapers keep one as a treat rather than an all-day pod.

How the nicotine salt base shapes flavour. Salt-based e-liquid is generally smooth, which means flavour comes through without much throat harshness even at 20mg/ml. The flip side is that very sweet profiles can feel heavy at higher strengths. If you are choosing between two flavours and one is a very sweet dessert profile, a fruit or ice option will usually be easier to live with day to day.

Ice and heat. Cooling agents behave differently as the coil warms. The first puffs of a fresh pod can feel mild and the chill builds as you vape. If you enjoy ice flavours, that gradual build is normal rather than a fault.

Swapping variants. You can change flavour whenever you like by fitting a different pod. Because each pod is sealed and self-contained, there is no flushing or cleaning needed in the way a refillable tank requires. A small amount of the previous flavour can linger in the device mouthpiece contacts or airway, so wipe the pod seat with a dry tissue if you want a clean change from, for example, menthol to a fruit blend.

Choosing your first one. If you are unsure, start with a fruit or a light ice variant. They are forgiving, widely liked and easy to compare against other flavours later. Buying a multipack of the same flavour is often cheaper per pod, but try a single first if you have not vaped it before.

Design and build quality

A prefilled pod is a small component, but the engineering matters because the pod is where liquid, coil and electrical contact all meet. Titan X pods follow the standard prefilled design: a clear or semi-clear plastic body that lets you see the liquid level, a mouthpiece at the top, and a sealed fill so the pod does not need opening. At the base are the contacts or a magnetic or push-fit connection that mate with the device, depending on the model.

Here is what to look at when you inspect a pod, whether you are fitting your first or your fiftieth:

  • Liquid window. A visible window lets you see when the pod is getting low. Replace it once the liquid drops to the level of the coil housing, not after it burns dry.
  • Seal and fit. The pod should seat firmly with a gentle press and a click or a magnetic pull. A loose fit is the most common cause of leaks and intermittent firing.
  • Mouthpiece shape. Most pod mouthpieces are slim and rounded for a comfortable lip fit. This is a small detail, but it matters if you use the device many times a day.
  • Airflow path. A clean, unobstructed airflow channel gives consistent draw resistance. If it feels blocked, check for condensation or debris before assuming a fault.

Materials. The pod body is typically a food-contact-grade plastic, and the internals include a metal coil housing and cotton or ceramic wicking. Expect lightweight construction. Pods are designed to be used and replaced, so they do not need the durability of a device, but they should withstand daily pocket carry without cracking.

Leak resistance. Leaks are the most common complaint about any prefilled pod. Good design uses a tight seal between the pod and the device, a sealed fill hole and an airflow channel placed to keep liquid away from the mouthpiece. Even so, pressure changes (a flight, a trip up a mountain) and heat (a car dashboard in July) can cause seepage. Store pods upright when you can, and keep spares in a cool place.

What the build does not tell you. A pod that looks tidy is not guaranteed to perform well, and we would not claim that for any pod we sell. What the build does tell you is whether it is likely to behave consistently over the life of the pod: firm seal, visible liquid and a clean fit. Judge Titan X on those practical points, and on your own experience across your first two or three pods.

Battery and charging

A common point of confusion with prefilled pods is where the battery sits. The pod does not contain a battery. The battery lives in the device that the pod plugs into, so charging is something you do to the device, not to the pod. Pod devices in this category typically carry batteries in the range of roughly 400 to 1000mAh, and the exact capacity depends on the device you pair with Titan X pods. Check your device specification for the figure.

What battery capacity means in practice:

  • Around 400 to 600mAh: usually enough for a full day of light to moderate vaping. Slim and pocketable, but you may want to top up in the evening.
  • Around 600 to 1000mAh: comfortably covers a full day for most people, and often two days at lighter use.
  • Pod versus battery life. One full charge commonly lasts through one to three pods. That ratio depends heavily on your device power and your draw style.

Charging. Most pod devices charge by USB-C, which is the current standard and makes it easy to share a charger with a phone. A full charge normally takes somewhere between 30 and 90 minutes. Use a standard phone-level USB charger rather than a high-wattage fast charger, because a gentle charge is kinder to a small lithium battery. Do not leave the device charging overnight on a soft surface such as a duvet, and do not charge a device that has been dropped, swollen or visibly damaged.

Charging indicators. Most devices use a small LED, often changing colour or flashing while charging and turning off or going solid when full. Because indicators differ between models, check the manual that came with your device.

Battery safety and disposal. Lithium-ion batteries are safe in normal use but must not be thrown in household bins, because they can start fires in refuse lorries and recycling plants. When a device reaches the end of its life, take it to a vape recycling drop-off point. Many UK vape retailers are required to take back used vaping products, and most household waste recycling centres run a small electricals bin that accepts them. You can also search the Recycle Your Electricals postcode finder for a local drop-off.

Using the device while it charges. Most pod systems cut off firing while plugged in, and some allow pass-through use. Avoid vaping on charge if your manual says not to, as it puts extra stress on the battery and the charging port.

Coil and wicking technology

The coil is the heating element that turns e-liquid into vapour, and in a prefilled pod it is built into the pod. This is a big reason the pods are convenient: each time you fit a new pod, you also fit a new coil, so you never have to deal with a coil that has gone stale or burnt.

Pods in this category generally use one of two coil styles, and it is worth knowing which type you have, because each behaves differently:

  • Mesh coils. A flat sheet of fine metal mesh with a large surface area. Mesh heats quickly and evenly, which tends to give fuller flavour and more consistent vapour production. It copes well with sweeter e-liquids too, because the heat is spread across the surface rather than concentrated on one thin wire.
  • Ceramic coils. A porous ceramic body with a heating element embedded in or placed on it. Ceramic is valued for clean flavour and resistance to burnt tastes, though it can be slower to wick in some designs and may take a few extra seconds to saturate before the first puff.

Resistance values are not always printed on prefilled pods, but pods built for nicotine salts usually sit around 0.8 to 1.2 ohms, which suits low-wattage devices and a mouth-to-lung draw. If your pod packaging lists the resistance, you can use it to double-check that the device is set to a suitable output.

Why priming matters. A new coil is dry. If you fire it before the cotton has absorbed liquid, you will burn the wick, and a burnt wick cannot be repaired. Always wait a minute or two after fitting a new pod, and take two or three gentle, no-power draws (inhale without pressing the button, if your device has one) before you vape normally. This single habit prevents more pod failures than anything else.

Coil life. A coil inside a 2ml pod is built to last as long as the liquid. You should not expect to refill and reuse a prefilled pod, and we do not recommend trying. The seal is not designed for it, the coil can degrade after the first fill is used up, and refilling affects your nicotine intake because you cannot be sure what is in the pod afterwards.

How to tell the coil is failing. A burnt or acrid taste, a gurgling noise, spitting and a sudden drop in vapour are the typical signs. If these appear on a new pod and priming did not fix them, replace the pod.

Nicotine strength guidance

Choosing the right strength is the single most important decision for satisfaction and comfort. In the UK, the maximum legal nicotine strength in an e-liquid is 20mg/ml, also written as 2%. That limit applies to disposable-style products and to refill pods alike, and no retailer should be selling a higher-strength nicotine pod. Titan X pods are offered at or below that 20mg/ml ceiling, and the available strengths are shown on the product page.

Because nicotine salts are smooth, a 20mg/ml pod does not feel as harsh as a 20mg/ml freebase liquid would. That makes high strengths easier to tolerate, but it also means it is easy to take in more nicotine than you intended. Here is a practical way to pick.

  • 20mg/ml (2%). Aimed at people coming off a pack-a-day habit or those who smoke their first cigarette within an hour of waking. It delivers a firm throat hit and satisfies cravings quickly. If you are not currently a heavy smoker, this strength may be more than you need.
  • 10 to 12mg/ml. A middle option for people who smoke around 10 cigarettes a day, or for those who find 20mg/ml too strong after a week or two. Many people settle here once cravings subside.
  • 5 to 6mg/ml. For lighter smokers, for social vapers and for people reducing their nicotine step by step. The hit is much gentler, and you may find yourself puffing more often to compensate.
  • 0mg/ml. Nicotine-free, if offered in the range. Suitable for people who want to keep the hand-to-mouth habit with no nicotine.

Warning signs. Dizziness, nausea, a racing heart, headaches or a sour feeling in the stomach after vaping suggest the strength is too high, or that you have been vaping too frequently. Stop, drink some water and consider moving down one step.

Reducing over time. If your goal is to cut back, a sensible plan is to move down one strength level, stay there for a few weeks and only step down again when cravings are manageable. Stepping down too fast often leads people back to smoking.

Who should avoid nicotine altogether. Nicotine vaping products are for adult smokers and existing nicotine users. They are not for under-18s, who cannot legally buy them, nor for people who have never smoked or vaped. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are pregnant, have heart problems or take medication that may interact. Free local stop-smoking services across the UK can help with a quit plan, and the NHS website lists them.

Who Titan X Prefilled Pods are for

No product suits everybody, and we would rather you know where Titan X fits before you buy than learn it after a week. Here is who tends to be happy with prefilled pods of this kind.

  • Smokers switching to vaping. A closed pod system is about as simple as vaping gets. There is no liquid to measure, no coil to build and no settings to work out. That simplicity helps people stick with the switch during the first difficult weeks.
  • Former disposable users. If you were used to a single-use vape and want a similar feel, a rechargeable device with swappable pods gives you the same grab-and-go routine, with less waste and typically a lower cost per day over time.
  • People who value convenience. Commuters, shift workers and anyone who does not want to carry a bottle and a tank will appreciate the pod format. Spare pods fit easily in a pocket.
  • Vapers who like variety. Switching flavour is as easy as changing a pod, which suits anyone who enjoys rotating through a few favourites through the week.

Who might prefer something else.

  • Heavy vapers. If you go through several millilitres a day, 2ml pods add up in both cost and trips to the shop. A refillable system with bottled e-liquid is usually cheaper per millilitre for high-volume use.
  • Cloud chasers. Pods are tuned for a restrained, cigarette-like draw. If you want big vapour and a lot of airflow, a sub-ohm tank is a better match.
  • People who like to tinker. A closed pod gives you few settings to adjust. If you enjoy changing coils, wattage and airflow, you will probably find the format limiting.
  • Anyone who has never smoked. Nicotine is addictive, and we do not recommend starting if you do not already use it.

Age and legal reminder. You must be 18 or over to buy and to possess nicotine vaping products in the UK. We carry out age checks on orders, and it is illegal for an adult to buy vapes on behalf of anyone under 18.

If you are in the first camp and are unsure what to choose, a starter kit with a small number of pods in a couple of strengths and flavours is the lowest-risk way to try the format before committing to a larger pack.

How to use Titan X pods, and how to store and dispose of them

Getting started takes less than a minute, but a few details make the difference between a smooth first pod and a leaky, burnt one. Follow these steps.

  • Check the device is charged. A low battery causes weak vapour and can mimic a faulty pod. Charge it first if the indicator is low.
  • Check the pod. Look for an intact seal or any packaging tape, and remove any protective cap or plug from the mouthpiece or base as instructed on the packaging.
  • Fit the pod. Line it up with the device and press it in firmly until it clicks or sits flush. If it will not seat, do not force it. Check you have the right way round and that the pod is the correct model for your device.
  • Wait. Leave the device for one to two minutes so the wick can soak up liquid from the pod.
  • Prime gently. Take two or three short, light draws before your first full puff.
  • Vape. Use slow, steady draws of two to four seconds and leave a pause of about 20 to 30 seconds between puffs where possible.

Replacing a pod. When the liquid is low, the vapour thins, or the taste turns harsh, remove the old pod by pulling it straight out and fit the new one. Do not keep using a pod once the liquid has run down below the coil, because running the coil dry burns the wick and can produce an unpleasant taste.

Storing pods. Keep unused pods in their packaging, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine e-liquid can be harmful if swallowed or if it gets on the skin or in the eyes. If it does, wash the skin with soap and water and seek medical advice for any ingestion.

Cleaning the device. Wipe the pod seat and the contacts with a dry tissue or cotton bud every few pods. Do not use water or alcohol on the electrical contacts.

Disposal and recycling. Used pods contain residual e-liquid, plastic and a small metal coil, so do not put them in a standard recycling bin. Used vaping products, including pods, should be taken to a vape recycling drop-off. Many UK vape shops offer take-back points, and most household waste recycling centres accept small electricals. Check with your local council or use the Recycle Your Electricals tool to find the nearest point. Never put lithium batteries in household waste.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most pod problems have simple causes. Work through the likely ones in order before you decide the pod or device is faulty.

  • No vapour or weak vapour. Check the battery level first, then check the pod is fully seated. Remove it, wipe the contacts with a dry tissue and re-fit. If the pod has just been fitted, wait another minute for the wick to saturate. If the pod is old and nearly empty, replace it.
  • Burnt or acrid taste. This usually means the wick has run dry or was fired before saturation. Pause for a minute, take gentle puffs and see if it clears. If the taste persists, the coil is likely damaged and the pod should be replaced. Avoid chain vaping, which is the most common cause.
  • Leaking. Liquid around the base or in the airflow path suggests a pod that is not fully seated, has been stored on its side in heat, or has been through a pressure change. Wipe the pod and device dry, re-seat the pod and avoid squeezing it. If leaking continues after re-seating, stop using that pod.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Liquid has pooled in the airflow channel. Blow gently through the mouthpiece with the pod removed, or tap the pod against a tissue to clear the excess, then fit it again. Slow your draws.
  • Device does not fire. Confirm it is charged, check for a lock or off state (some devices need several button presses to switch on) and check the contacts are clean. Try a different pod to rule out a pod fault.
  • Device flashes a warning light. Common causes include a short-circuit signal, no pod detected, low battery or an overheating protection cut-out. Your device manual lists the specific flash pattern. Remove and re-seat the pod, and let the device cool if it has been used heavily.
  • Hard or restricted draw. A blocked airflow path, condensation or a pod not seated correctly are the usual causes. Clear any obstruction, wipe the mouthpiece and try again.

When to stop and seek advice. If a device becomes unusually hot, swells, smells of chemicals or smokes, stop using it, unplug it and move it to a safe place away from flammable items. Do not attempt to open or repair it. Contact us for guidance, and take the device to a recycling point if it is beyond use.

When it is a fault. If a sealed pod leaks on arrival, will not fire in a known-good device, or tastes burnt from the first puff after correct priming, it may be defective. Keep the packaging and contact our customer support team with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.

Value for money

Value is more than the sticker price, so it helps to break it down into cost per pod, cost per day and what you give up in exchange for the convenience.

Cost per pod. Prefilled pods are priced higher per millilitre than bottled e-liquid, because you are paying for the sealed pod, the integrated coil and the convenience. Multipacks usually reduce the per-pod price, which is worth checking on the product page against single-pod pricing.

Cost per day. This depends entirely on how much you vape. As a rough guide using our puff estimate, a moderate user who finishes a 2ml pod every one to two days will be buying around three to seven pods a week. A heavy user could use one or more pods a day. Do the arithmetic with your own habit before you choose a pack size.

  • Compared with smoking. A pack-a-day cigarette habit in the UK costs well over £100 a week at current prices. Even heavy pod use typically costs a fraction of that.
  • Compared with single-use disposables. Disposables are no longer legally sold in Great Britain, but when they were, they tended to cost more per puff than a pod system once the device was paid for. A pod device with replaceable pods is the more economical route over weeks and months.
  • Compared with refillable kits. Refillable tanks win on cost per millilitre by a clear margin, but they need more attention and handling. You pay a premium for the closed format.

Hidden savings. Because the coil is part of the pod, you do not buy coils separately. There is also no leftover e-liquid to waste when you decide to change flavour, which is a real consideration if you like to experiment.

Hidden costs. The pod is only useful with a compatible device, so factor in the cost of the device if you do not own one. A replacement charging cable is a minor extra. If you are switching from another brand, you cannot reuse pods from your old device.

Our view. Titan X pods are fairly priced for what they are: a simple, no-fuss way to vape. They make most sense for light to moderate users who put convenience first. If you vape heavily and are comfortable with a little maintenance, a refillable setup will be cheaper over time. Either way, weigh your usage against pack size before you buy.

How Titan X compares with other options

Honest comparison is more useful than a sales pitch, so here is how Titan X prefilled pods sit against the main alternatives UK vapers consider. We have kept the comparisons to the type of product rather than naming individual competitors, because pricing, availability and device compatibility change often.

  • Versus other prefilled pod systems. Most closed pod systems share the same basic design: a 2ml pod, nicotine salts, an integrated coil and a small rechargeable device. Differences come down to flavour range, coil type, device battery size and price. Within the same category, the practical difference is compatibility. Pods are generally locked to a particular device, so choosing Titan X also means choosing the matching hardware. Compare the cost of a full pack against rivals rather than a single pod.
  • Versus refillable pod kits. Refillable pods let you fill from a 10ml bottle, which cuts your cost per millilitre and widens your flavour choice. The trade-offs are the filling process, the risk of spills and the need to replace coils. Prefilled wins on tidiness and speed. Refillable wins on price and choice.
  • Versus sub-ohm tanks and larger mods. These deliver bigger vapour and often richer flavour, but they use e-liquid faster, need lower-strength liquid and take more skill. They suit experienced vapers, not new switchers.
  • Versus nicotine replacement therapy. Patches, gum, lozenges and inhalators are licensed products that many people use successfully to quit. They do not mimic the hand-to-mouth habit as closely as vaping does, but they are a legitimate option, and your pharmacist or local stop-smoking service can advise on combining approaches.
  • Versus heated tobacco. Heated tobacco still involves tobacco, which means it does not carry the same profile as a vape. Pods are a different category and typically cheaper to run.

Where Titan X is solid. It offers a straightforward routine, a predictable draw and the flexibility to change flavour quickly. The sealed format makes handling tidy and cuts down on spills.

Where it is limited. You are tied to a compatible device, the cost per millilitre is higher than bottled liquid and you cannot adjust power or airflow much. Heavy users and tinkerers will outgrow it.

If you want to try before committing, buy a single pack and use it alongside your current setup for a week. Note how many pods you use per day, how your throat and chest feel, and whether you are cutting down on cigarettes. That tells you more than any comparison table can.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Zero-mess flavour change — snap in, done
  • Consistent draw from a factory-primed coil
  • Long shelf-life, easy to travel with

Cons

  • Costs more per ml than freestanding e-liquid
  • Pods are proprietary to a specific device

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

The UK maximum is 20mg/ml, and that suits heavy smokers or people who smoke within an hour of waking. If you smoke around 10 a day, 10 to 12mg/ml is often enough, and lighter smokers may prefer 5 to 6mg/ml. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, drop down a strength.

How do I charge Titan X pods?

You do not charge the pod, because it contains no battery. You charge the device it plugs into, usually by USB-C and often in 30 to 90 minutes. Use a standard USB charger, do not charge on soft bedding and do not use a device that is damaged or swollen.

Can I swap flavours, and can I reuse a pod?

You can change flavour at any time by fitting a different pod, and no cleaning is needed beyond wiping the pod seat. We do not recommend refilling or reusing a prefilled pod, because the seal and coil are not built for it and you cannot be sure how much nicotine is in a refilled pod.

How long does one pod last?

A 2ml nicotine salt pod typically gives roughly 400 to 700 puffs, which is an estimate rather than a tested figure. A moderate user often gets one to two days from a pod, while heavy users may finish one in a day. Long draws and chain vaping shorten the life.

Is Titan X good value compared with other options?

Prefilled pods cost more per millilitre than bottled liquid but include the coil and need no maintenance. Over time they cost much less than smoking, and they work out more economical than disposables used to. Heavy users will usually save money on a refillable kit.

Who should and shouldn't buy these pods?

They suit adult smokers and existing nicotine users who want a simple, tidy way to vape. They are not for under-18s, non-smokers or anyone who has never used nicotine. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are pregnant, have heart problems or take regular medication.

Do you deliver across the UK?

We deliver to UK addresses, and every order is age-checked because nicotine products are restricted to adults aged 18 or over. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our delivery page, so please check those for current options before you order.

What is your warranty and returns policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape pods generally cannot be returned. If a pod or device arrives faulty, leaking or damaged, keep the packaging and contact our support team with your order number and a photo, and we will work out a replacement or remedy under your consumer rights.

How do I dispose of used pods and old devices?

Do not put used pods or batteries in your household bin or ordinary recycling. Take them to a vape recycling drop-off, such as a retailer take-back point or the small electricals bin at your local recycling centre. The Recycle Your Electricals postcode finder shows the nearest location.

Quality is there

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
