Overview: what Zeus Bolt Nic Salts 10ml 20mg is

Zeus Bolt Nic Salts 10ml 20mg is a nicotine salt e-liquid range sold in 10ml bottles at a strength of 20mg/ml. It is made for adult smokers and vapers who use refillable pod kits or other low-powered mouth-to-lung devices, and who want a smooth but noticeable nicotine hit from a small bottle that is easy to carry. In our catalogue the Bolt line is split across twelve flavour listings, so this page works as a range guide: it covers what every bottle in the line has in common, then points out where the individual flavours differ.

It is important to be clear about what this product is. It is a liquid, not a vape. There is no battery, no coil, no charging port and no mouthpiece in the box. A bottle of e-liquid does nothing until you pour it into a compatible refillable pod, tank or cartridge. If your experience so far is with disposables, this is the refillable alternative, and it has become far more relevant in the UK since the sale of single-use vapes was banned on 1 June 2025. A single 10ml bottle holds five times the liquid of a typical 2ml disposable, and you keep the device and only replace the consumable parts.

Here are the headline facts at a glance.

  • Brand and range: Zeus, Bolt nic salt line
  • Type: nicotine salt e-liquid, not a shortfill and not a freebase liquid
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the maximum size UK rules allow for any bottle containing nicotine
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg/ml (2%), the UK legal ceiling for e-liquids
  • Total nicotine per bottle: 200mg (10ml multiplied by 20mg/ml)
  • Flavour variants in our catalogue: twelve, listed in the flavour section below
  • Suits: refillable pod kits and mouth-to-lung tanks, not high-power sub-ohm devices
  • Age restriction: 18 or over only

The same 20mg limit applies across the whole UK market. It caps e-liquids, prefilled pods and, until they were prohibited, disposable vapes. Nobody can legally sell you a stronger nicotine e-liquid, so a 20mg bottle sits at the top of the available range rather than at the start of it. Nicotine is addictive. If you do not currently smoke or vape, this is not a product for you, and you should not start.

Performance and puff delivery

A liquid has no puff count of its own, so any figure attached to a bottle is really a statement about how much liquid you have and how quickly your device uses it. Still, it is possible to put sensible numbers on it. A 10ml bottle holds enough to fill a standard 2ml pod about five times. As a rough planning figure, a 2ml fill in a low-power pod kit commonly lasts somewhere in the region of 400 to 700 puffs, depending on how long and hard you draw. That puts a full bottle at about 2,000 to 3,500 puffs once you allow for priming and the small amount left in the pod. Treat that as an estimate rather than a promise, because puff length, device power and coil condition all move it.

The 20mg nic salt formulation is built for a particular style of use: short, gentle, mouth-to-lung draws, with the vapour held briefly in the mouth before inhaling, much like drawing on a cigarette. Nicotine salts are made by combining nicotine with an acid, which lowers the pH of the liquid. The result is that 20mg/ml of nic salt feels noticeably smoother than the same strength of traditional freebase nicotine, which would be harsh at that level. The hit is still firm. Most people describe a clear throat sensation followed by a settled feeling after a few puffs, rather than a sharp scratch.

Vapour production is modest by design. Low-power pod devices make a small, dense cloud rather than the large plumes associated with sub-ohm vaping, and nic salt liquids are normally mixed to suit that. If you want big clouds, a 20mg nic salt is the wrong tool, because you would be taking in a large amount of nicotine very quickly and the throat hit would be uncomfortable. If you want something discreet that works at low power, it is the right kind of liquid.

Consistency across the bottle is generally good. The first few puffs after filling can taste slightly dry or muted while the cotton or mesh soaks up liquid, so give a new fill a few minutes before judging the flavour. After that, performance should be steady until the pod runs low. When flavour starts to fade and the vapour feels warmer than normal, that is usually a sign that the liquid level is down or the coil is ageing, not that the liquid has gone off.

One more point on delivery: because nic salts deliver nicotine quickly, many people find they take fewer puffs per session than they did with weaker freebase liquids. That is worth watching in the first week. If you find yourself chain vaping to chase flavour rather than to satisfy a craving, switch to a lighter flavour or lower strength rather than simply taking more puffs.

Flavour profile across the twelve variants

Zeus Bolt is sold as a flavour family, and our catalogue currently lists twelve: Apple Grapefruit, Banana Custard, Banana Ice, Blackcurrant Lemon, Cherry Cola, Cola Ice, Guava Mango, Ice Berry, Kiwi Passionfruit, Lightning Drink, Mango Guava and Peach Lemon. A fair warning about how to read what follows: we describe each group in general terms, based on what the name tells you and how this style of liquid typically behaves. The label on your bottle and the individual flavour page are the authority on exactly what is in each one.

Fruit blends. Apple Grapefruit, Blackcurrant Lemon, Kiwi Passionfruit, Peach Lemon, Guava Mango and Mango Guava all pair two fruit notes. These pairings tend to work by contrast, a sweet fruit set against a sharper or more tart one, so the flavour has some lift and does not sit as flat sweetness. Citrus-led blends such as Blackcurrant Lemon and Peach Lemon usually read as bright, while the tropical pairings lean rounder and sweeter. Guava Mango and Mango Guava appear as two separate listings. The order of the names hints at which fruit leads, but read each page before deciding.

Cooling flavours. Banana Ice, Cola Ice and Ice Berry add a menthol-style cooling finish to a fruit or soda base. Cooling agents make the inhale feel crisper and can take some of the heaviness off a sweet liquid. They also add to the sensation in the throat, which at 20mg is already noticeable, so if you are sensitive to throat hit, a non-ice flavour is the gentler choice.

Sweet and dessert. Banana Custard is the one dessert-style flavour in the line. Creamy, sweet liquids like this usually taste rounder and softer, but they also leave more residue on coils, which matters in the care sections below.

Soda and energy-style. Cherry Cola and Lightning Drink sit in the fizzy, sweet-and-sharp category. Cherry Cola pairs a cola base with a fruit note, while Lightning Drink, as the name suggests, is aimed at an energy-drink style profile. Soda flavours tend to suit people who find pure fruit blends too sweet.

A practical tip: flavour fatigue is real with any single liquid. Many vapers keep two bottles on the go, one fruit and one cooling or soda, and swap each time they refill. It keeps your palate sharp and stops you blaming the liquid when the real problem is that you have stopped noticing it. If you are unsure where to begin, pick one fruit blend and one cooling flavour, and decide after a week which you reach for more often.

Bottle design, labelling and build quality

The Bolt line comes in the standard UK 10ml format: a small plastic bottle with a narrow nozzle for filling pods and a child-resistant, tamper-evident cap. That is as much a legal requirement as a design choice. UK rules limit nicotine e-liquid bottles to 10ml, require child-resistant and tamper-evident closures, and require the packaging to carry a nicotine health warning, an ingredients list, the nicotine strength, batch information and supplier contact details. A bottle that is missing any of that should make you suspicious.

The nozzle is the part that matters most in daily use. A narrow tip fits the fill ports of most pod kits without a funnel, and it lets you control the flow with a gentle squeeze. As with any 10ml bottle, hold it upright over the fill port, squeeze slowly, and stop below the fill line. Squeezing hard or filling at an angle is the quickest way to flood the airflow channel and end up with a leaking device.

Before you open a new bottle, run through a quick check.

  • The tamper-evident ring is intact and the cap is fully seated.
  • The label is legible, with a batch number and the 20mg/ml strength clearly printed.
  • The nicotine warning and ingredients list are present.
  • The liquid is clear and has not separated or developed an unusual smell.

If anything looks wrong, do not use the bottle. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, and a damaged or incorrect bottle is something we want to hear about.

Storage is straightforward. Keep bottles upright, closed and out of direct sunlight and heat, because warmth and light degrade nicotine and flavour over time and can darken the liquid. Store them where children and pets cannot reach them, as nicotine is hazardous if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. A small box in a drawer is enough. If you spill liquid on your skin, wash it off with soap and water straight away. Plastic bottles of this size are light and pocketable, but a bottle carried loose in a bag can leak if the cap is not fully pressed down, so a zip bag is a cheap precaution.

Battery and charging: what your device needs

The liquid itself has no battery, so there is nothing in the bottle to charge. What matters is the battery in the device you pour it into, because it determines how consistently the liquid is heated. Most refillable pod kits that suit 20mg nic salts carry an internal rechargeable lithium battery, commonly somewhere between about 400mAh and 1,000mAh, charged through a USB-C port. Those are typical category figures rather than the specification of any one product, so check the details of your own device.

A bigger battery does not make nic salt stronger. It simply lasts longer between charges. A 400mAh pod kit usually gets a light user through a day, while a 1,000mAh model may cover a heavy day or stretch to two lighter ones. Charging typically takes somewhere between 30 and 90 minutes from a standard phone charger. Use the cable supplied or a reputable USB-C cable with a normal 5V adapter, and avoid unknown fast-charging bricks.

Battery level also affects what you taste. Many pod devices deliver less power as the battery drops, which can make flavour flatter and vapour thinner in the last stretch. If a favourite flavour suddenly tastes weak, charge the device before you blame the bottle.

Basic battery safety is worth repeating, because lithium cells are the one genuinely hazardous part of any vape setup.

  • Do not leave a device charging unattended or overnight, and never on a bed, sofa or other soft surface.
  • Stop using any device that has a swollen, dented or unusually hot battery, or a cracked casing.
  • Do not carry a loose device in a pocket with keys or coins.
  • Never leave a device in a hot car or in direct sun.

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in the household bin or the recycling bag. Lithium batteries cause fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. In the UK, shops that sell vapes are expected to take used ones back, and most council household waste recycling centres have a small electricals bank that accepts them. Some supermarkets and high-street retailers also have dedicated vape recycling bins. The national Recycle Your Electricals postcode finder will show your nearest drop-off point. Empty e-liquid bottles are a separate matter, and your local council can tell you how to dispose of them.

Coil and mesh technology: pairing liquid with hardware

Nic salts pair well with higher-resistance coils. Most pod systems designed for 20mg salts use coils of about 0.8 to 1.2 ohms, which run at modest power, often in the region of 8 to 15 watts, and heat the liquid gently. Again, these are typical figures for the category rather than a promise about a specific device, but they show the sort of hardware Zeus Bolt is intended for.

The three coil styles you are most likely to meet are these.

  • Cotton-wick coils: the traditional design. A resistance wire is wrapped around or threaded through organic cotton. They wick quickly and give vivid flavour, but they need proper priming or they will burn.
  • Ceramic coils: a porous ceramic body wicks the liquid. They are common in closed pods, tend to give consistent flavour over their life, and cope well with thicker, sweeter liquids, though they can still dry-hit if the pod runs empty.
  • Mesh coils: a flat mesh heating element with a large surface area. Mesh heats evenly and usually produces a little more vapour at the same power. At the low wattage nic salts need, mesh is entirely suitable, but at higher settings a 20mg salt becomes hot and harsh very quickly.

Coil life depends on how much you vape and what you put through it. A typical coil lasts somewhere between one and three weeks of regular use. Sweet and creamy liquids such as dessert flavours deposit more sugars on the coil and shorten that, while cooling flavours add little extra wear. The signs a coil is finished are a burnt or flat taste, a gurgling sound, or vapour that looks thin even though the pod is full. Replace the coil or pod at that point instead of trying to push through, because a failing coil makes any liquid taste poor.

Priming matters more than most people expect. After fitting a new coil, drip or fill and leave it for five to ten minutes so the wick saturates, then take a few gentle draws without firing the device. Skipping this step is the single most common cause of an early burnt taste.

Finally, a firm warning on compatibility. Sub-ohm tanks with coils below about 0.5 ohms are built for low-nicotine liquids at high power. Putting 20mg nic salt into one would deliver a large dose of nicotine extremely fast and a very harsh throat hit. If your kit is a sub-ohm tank, this is not the liquid for it.

Nic strength guidance and the UK 20mg cap

This listing is 20mg/ml, which is 2% nicotine and the strongest e-liquid UK law allows. The same cap applies to prefilled pods and applied to disposable vapes before they were banned, so a 20mg bottle is the direct refillable equivalent of what many people were using. Because the cap is a hard ceiling, there is no stronger option to move up to, which is a good reason to choose carefully rather than assuming stronger is better.

As a general starting point, many adults pick a strength like this.

  • 20mg/ml: suits adults who smoke roughly ten or more cigarettes a day, or who have been using 20mg disposables or prefilled pods and want a similar level of hit.
  • 10mg/ml: suits lighter smokers, people who find 20mg harsh, and anyone stepping down. Look for the 10mg version of a range if you are unsure.
  • Below 10mg: generally used in larger tanks, or by people who want to reduce their nicotine intake further.

These are rules of thumb, not prescriptions. Nicotine tolerance is personal, and nic salts deliver nicotine more efficiently than freebase, so a person who smoked heavily may find 20mg salt stronger than they expected. If you are new to nic salts, start with short draws and wait a few minutes before taking more.

Know the signs of having too much. Dizziness, nausea, a headache, shakiness or a racing heart all suggest you have taken more nicotine than your body wants. Stop vaping, sit down, drink some water and give it time. Next time, take fewer puffs, switch to a lower strength, or both. If symptoms are severe or do not pass, seek medical advice.

Choosing a strength is partly about being honest with yourself. If you wake up wanting to vape within a few minutes, or you find a 10mg bottle leaves you reaching for it constantly, 20mg may suit you better. If you find yourself vaping out of habit and the throat hit is unpleasant, drop down. Some people reduce in steps of 5 or 10mg over several months. NHS stop smoking services can help with that if you want support, and they are free to use.

Do not add nicotine liquid to other bases yourself, and do not mix 20mg salts with other strengths in the same pod unless you have worked out the resulting strength. Keep it simple and use the strength printed on the bottle.

Who Zeus Bolt is for, and who should skip it

Zeus Bolt 20mg is aimed squarely at adults who already use nicotine. The product is popular with adults switching from smoking, and with people who used disposables and now need a refillable route. It is not a general lifestyle product. Here is who it tends to suit.

  • Adult smokers moving to vaping: the 20mg nic salt format gives a nicotine delivery that many smokers find familiar, in a device that fits a pocket.
  • Former disposable users: the disposable ban left a gap for people who liked the convenience and the 20mg strength. A basic refillable pod kit and a bottle of this liquid fill it.
  • Mouth-to-lung vapers: anyone who prefers a tight draw and a discreet cloud.
  • Flavour-led vapers: with twelve flavours, there is room to rotate between fruit, cooling and soda profiles.
  • People who want lower running costs: a refillable setup can be cheaper over time than repeatedly buying single-use devices.

And here is who should skip it.

  • Anyone under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine products to you, and we will not.
  • Non-smokers and non-vapers. Nicotine is addictive and there is no reason to start.
  • Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or with a heart condition. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before using any nicotine product.
  • Sub-ohm and cloud chasers. This is the wrong kind of liquid for high-power devices.
  • People who dislike throat hit. A 10mg strength or a gentler non-ice flavour is a better start.
  • Anyone who wants zero maintenance. Refillable kits need filling, wiping down and the occasional coil change. If that sounds like too much effort, a closed prefilled pod system may suit you better.

We do not claim that vaping will help you quit smoking, or that it is risk-free. What we can say is that it is a legal, age-restricted consumer product, and that sound decisions come from understanding exactly what you are buying. If you are thinking about stopping nicotine altogether, speak to your GP, pharmacist or local NHS stop smoking service.

How to use it: filling, priming and settings

Using nic salt liquid is simple once you have done it a couple of times. Here is a sequence that avoids the usual mistakes.

  • Step 1, check compatibility. Confirm your device is a refillable pod or low-power tank designed for nic salts, with a coil of roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohms. Check the maximum fill volume printed on the pod; UK rules cap tank and pod capacity at 2ml.
  • Step 2, prepare. Wash and dry your hands, and turn the device off if it has a power button. Remove the pod or open the fill port.
  • Step 3, fill. Remove the bottle cap, hold the bottle upright and squeeze gently so the liquid runs down the side of the fill port rather than straight into the airflow. Stop at or just below the fill line. Do not overfill.
  • Step 4, wait. Leave the pod for five to ten minutes so the wick saturates. This is the step people skip, and it is the one that stops burnt coils.
  • Step 5, reassemble and wipe. Refit the pod, dry any spilled liquid from the outside and contacts, and cap the bottle firmly.
  • Step 6, prime. Take two or three gentle draws without firing, then take short test puffs.
  • Step 7, settle in. If your device has adjustable power, start at the lowest setting that gives a satisfying puff and only go up in small steps.

Technique matters with a 20mg salt. Take slow, two to three second draws, hold the vapour in your mouth for a moment, then inhale gently. Long, hard pulls are for sub-ohm vaping and will feel harsh here. If you are used to cigarettes, you may find you need fewer puffs than expected.

Top up before the pod is empty. Letting the liquid drop below roughly a quarter risks the wick drying out, which gives a dry hit and shortens coil life. Do not mix two flavours in the same pod unless you are happy with a muddled taste, because the flavours blend and neither tastes as intended. If you want to change flavour cleanly, finish the pod, then rinse it with warm water, let it dry fully and refill, or fit a fresh pod.

Finally, be considerate. Do not vape where it is prohibited, in cars with children, or in enclosed public spaces where it is not allowed, and keep a spare cap and a tissue in your bag for the inevitable drip.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salt liquids come down to filling technique, coil condition or power settings rather than the liquid itself. Work through the likely causes before assuming something is faulty.

  • Leaking from the pod or mouthpiece: usually overfilling, squeezing the bottle too hard, or a pod not fully seated. Fill less, wipe the pod, and store the device upright. Pressure changes on flights and heat can also push liquid out.
  • Gurgling or spitting: condensation in the airflow channel, often from overfilling. Wipe the mouthpiece and the airflow holes, then blow gently through the pod.
  • Burnt taste or dry hit: the coil was not primed, the pod ran low, or you chain vaped faster than the wick could refill. Replace the coil or pod, wait after filling, and take longer gaps between puffs. Sweet and dessert flavours gunk coils faster, so expect to change them sooner.
  • Weak or flat flavour: a low battery, an ageing coil, or simply palate fatigue (often called vaper's tongue). Charge the device, change the coil if it has been two or three weeks, or swap to a different flavour for a few days.
  • Harsh throat hit: power set too high, airflow too tight, a cooling flavour, or a strength that is simply too strong for you. Lower the power, open the airflow if you can, and consider a 10mg bottle.
  • No vapour at all: an empty pod, a flat battery, dirty or misaligned contacts, or a failed coil. Charge the device, wipe the contacts with a dry cotton bud and fit a fresh pod.
  • Sticky residue around the fill port: normal. Wipe it with a tissue each time you refill.
  • Darker liquid than when you bought it: nicotine naturally darkens with age and exposure to light and warmth. A slightly deeper colour is not unusual, but if the smell changes or the taste turns unpleasant, stop using it.

If you have tried these fixes and a brand new bottle still tastes wrong, or if a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken seal, contact us with your order number and a photo. We would rather replace a faulty item than have you persist with something that is not right. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water, and keep spills away from children and pets.

Value for money

Value with e-liquid is worth thinking about in terms of cost per millilitre and cost per day, not just the price on the bottle. A 10ml bottle contains five times the liquid of a typical 2ml disposable, which were commonly priced at around five to six pounds each before the ban. Even allowing for a pod or coil change, refilling from a bottle works out considerably cheaper than buying a new single-use device every few days.

The simple maths looks like this. Divide the bottle price by ten to get the cost per millilitre. If you use roughly 1 to 3ml a day, which is typical for a regular mouth-to-lung pod user, a bottle lasts roughly three to ten days. Add the cost of a coil or pod every couple of weeks, and the weekly running cost is usually a fraction of a disposable habit. The up-front cost is the device, which you only buy once and then keep for months.

There are a few ways to stretch value further.

  • Buy more than one bottle. Multibuy offers on our flavour pages can bring the per-bottle price down, so check the listing for the flavour you want.
  • Look after your coils. Priming, avoiding chain vaping and not running pods dry all extend coil life, which is the main recurring cost after liquid.
  • Use the right strength. If 10mg satisfies you, you are using half as much nicotine per millilitre, and you may find you vape less.
  • Combine orders. UK delivery is free on orders over £20, so adding a second bottle or a spare pod to a basket often costs less than paying for shipping on a single item.

On the question of whether the quality justifies the price, remember what a liquid is. It cannot make up for a poor device, and a good device cannot rescue a poor liquid. Zeus Bolt is priced as a mainstream 10ml nic salt, and the value case rests on the twelve flavours, the strength and the cost saving against disposables, not on any claim to be a small-batch craft liquid. If you want a boutique flavour, you will pay more elsewhere. If you want a reliable everyday salt that covers fruit, cooling and soda profiles, this is a sensible choice.

Orders placed before 4pm are normally dispatched the same working day, and everything we sell is 100% genuine, which matters more with nicotine products than almost anything else.

Honest comparisons with other 10ml nic salts

A fair comparison needs a caveat first. We are comparing format, positioning and what is publicly listed on each range, not the results of a laboratory test, and tastes differ. With that said, here is where Zeus Bolt sits.

Against other mainstream 10ml nic salt ranges. Ranges such as Elfliq, IVG Salts, Nasty Salt and Bar Juice sell essentially the same package: a 10ml bottle, typically in 10mg and 20mg strengths, aimed at pod kits. The differences are in the flavour library and the brand. Several of those ranges offer longer flavour lists than Zeus Bolt's twelve, and some are built around the flavours of well-known disposable brands, which is a real advantage if you are trying to replace a particular favourite. Where Bolt is a reasonable pick is when one of its twelve flavours happens to match what you want, or when you simply like a smaller, easier-to-navigate range.

Against freebase 10ml liquids. Traditional freebase liquids are generally sold at lower maximum strengths because high-strength freebase feels harsh. They suit slightly higher-power devices and larger clouds. If you use a sub-ohm tank, freebase or a shortfill is the better match. Nic salts like Zeus Bolt are for low-power pods.

Against shortfills. Shortfills come in 50ml to 100ml bottles with no nicotine, with room to add nicotine shots. Per millilitre they are cheaper, but they are designed for sub-ohm tanks and need mixing. They are not a direct substitute for a ready-to-use 20mg salt in a pod kit.

Against closed prefilled pods. Prefilled pod systems are more convenient and mess-free. The trade-off is that you are locked into one manufacturer's pods and flavours and typically pay more per millilitre. A refillable setup with Bolt is more flexible and cheaper to run, but you take on the filling and maintenance.

Against the 10mg version. If you are unsure about strength, 10mg is the more cautious start. It is not weaker in flavour, only lighter in nicotine, and some people find it more pleasant at the lowest power settings.

In short, choose Zeus Bolt 20mg if you want a straightforward, ready-to-use nic salt in a familiar 10ml bottle, you are an adult smoker or existing vaper, and your device is a low-power refillable pod kit. Choose something else if you need a specific flavour that this line does not cover, you use a sub-ohm tank, or you would prefer a lower strength.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Is 20mg the right nicotine strength for me?

20mg/ml is the highest strength UK law allows in e-liquid, and it is generally chosen by adults who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day or who have been using 20mg disposables. If you smoke less, or find a strong throat hit uncomfortable, 10mg/ml is a more sensible starting point. If you do not smoke or vape, you should not use nicotine at all.

Do I need to charge Zeus Bolt Nic Salts?

No. The bottle contains only liquid, so there is nothing to charge. You charge the device you pour it into, usually through USB-C, and a full charge typically takes 30 to 90 minutes, so do not leave it charging unattended.

Which flavours are available and can I swap between them?

We list twelve: Apple Grapefruit, Banana Custard, Banana Ice, Blackcurrant Lemon, Cherry Cola, Cola Ice, Guava Mango, Ice Berry, Kiwi Passionfruit, Lightning Drink, Mango Guava and Peach Lemon. You can change flavour whenever you refill, but for a clean taste finish the pod first and rinse and dry it, or fit a fresh pod, because leftover liquid will blend with the new flavour.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

A 10ml bottle fills a standard 2ml pod about five times, which is roughly 2,000 to 3,500 puffs as a planning estimate. Most regular pod users get through 1 to 3ml a day, so a bottle typically lasts around three to ten days. Your own puff length, device power and coil condition will move that figure.

Is it good value compared with disposables?

Yes, for most regular users. A 10ml bottle holds five times the liquid of a typical 2ml disposable, and you reuse the device, so the running cost per week is usually well below a single-use habit. You will need to buy a refillable device first and replace the coil or pod every couple of weeks.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who use low-power refillable pod kits and want a 20mg nic salt. It is not for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition without medical advice. It is also the wrong choice for sub-ohm tanks and anyone who dislikes a firm throat hit.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank?

We do not recommend it. Sub-ohm tanks with coils below about 0.5 ohms are built for low-nicotine liquids at high power, and a 20mg nic salt would deliver a lot of nicotine very quickly and feel harsh. Use it in a refillable pod kit or mouth-to-lung tank with a coil of roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohms.

How does UK delivery work?

Delivery is free on UK orders over £20, and orders placed before 4pm are normally dispatched the same working day. You must be 18 or over to buy, and delivery time depends on the service you choose at checkout.

What are your warranty and returns terms for e-liquid?

E-liquid is a consumable, so it does not carry a device-style warranty, but everything we sell is 100% genuine. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund it. Because nicotine liquid is an age-restricted consumable, opened bottles cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

How do I dispose of empty bottles and old vapes?

Never put a vape with a battery in your household bin or recycling. Take used devices to a shop that sells vapes, a council recycling centre or a dedicated vape recycling bin, and use the Recycle Your Electricals postcode finder to locate one near you. For empty e-liquid bottles, follow your local council's guidance.

Big flavour, small price

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
