Crystal Pro 10ml Nic Salt E-Liquid Box of 10: what you are buying

This listing is for a box of ten 10ml bottles of Crystal Pro nic salt e-liquid. That is 100ml of ready-to-vape liquid in total, sold as a multipack so you are not reordering every week. Nic salt liquid is made with nicotine in a salt form rather than the freebase nicotine used in older shortfill and 3mg-to-18mg liquids. The practical result is a smoother throat feel at higher strengths, which is why nic salts became the default choice for pod kits and small refillable devices.

The product is categorised as an accessory in our catalogue because it is a consumable that feeds a device rather than being a device itself. You will need a compatible refillable pod kit, pen-style kit or small tank to use it. It is not a disposable, it contains no battery and it does not come with a coil. If you are moving across from single-use vapes, that distinction matters: you buy the hardware once and then refill it from these bottles.

Crystal Pro is a long-running brand name in UK vape retail, and the 10ml nic salt range is built around fruit, ice and sweet profiles. Our catalogue lists 41 flavours in the family, so the page uses a variant selector. You choose a flavour and the box contains ten bottles of that choice. Always check the variant name in your basket before you check out, because the flavour you pick is the flavour you receive across the whole box.

Key points at a glance:

  • Pack size: 10 bottles of 10ml, 100ml in total.
  • Liquid type: nicotine salt e-liquid, ready to use with no mixing.
  • Bottle size: 10ml, which is the maximum allowed for nicotine e-liquid in the UK.
  • Strength: UK nicotine liquids are capped at 20mg/ml, and the strength options are shown on the variant selector for each flavour.
  • Compatible with: low-wattage refillable pod systems and mouth-to-lung style tanks.
  • Not suitable for: anyone under 18, non-smokers, or high-wattage sub-ohm tanks.

The rest of this guide covers how long the box lasts, how the flavours behave, which devices pair with it, how to choose a strength, how to fill and troubleshoot, and where it sits against the alternatives. We have tried to keep the numbers realistic and to flag where your own results will depend on your device and habits.

Volume, puff delivery and how long ten bottles last

A 10ml bottle is the unit of measurement that matters here. Most pod devices hold between 2ml and 4ml of liquid, so one bottle fills a typical pod around three to five times. A box of ten therefore gives you somewhere in the region of 30 to 50 pod fills, depending on pod size. That is the main appeal of buying in a multipack: the cost per fill drops and you are unlikely to run dry at an awkward moment.

Puff counts for loose liquid are never exact, because they depend on how long and how hard you draw, the wattage your device uses and how much liquid the coil vaporises per second. As a rough guide, a 2ml disposable vape is usually marketed at around 600 puffs. If you assume the same draw style, 10ml works out at roughly 3,000 puffs and the full 100ml box at roughly 30,000. Treat that as a ballpark rather than a promise. Heavier draws, higher power or a coil that is nearly spent will shorten it, and short light draws on a low-power device will stretch it.

A more useful way to plan is millilitres per day:

  • Light use (around 1ml a day): the box lasts roughly 100 days. This is common for someone who vapes mainly after meals or in the evening.
  • Moderate use (around 2ml a day): roughly 50 days, or a little over seven weeks.
  • Heavy use (around 3 to 4ml a day): roughly 25 to 33 days. People coming off a pack-a-day smoking habit often sit in this range for the first month or two.

Strength changes consumption. At 20mg/ml, many people vape less volume because each puff delivers more nicotine, and they stop sooner when their craving is satisfied. At 10mg/ml, some vapers draw more often and use more liquid per day to get the same effect. Neither is wrong, but it explains why two people with the same device can finish a bottle at very different speeds.

One bottle at 20mg/ml contains 200mg of nicotine in total (20mg x 10ml), and ten bottles contain 2,000mg. At 10mg/ml each bottle holds 100mg. That is a useful figure to keep in mind for safe storage: a full box is a large quantity of nicotine and must be kept away from children and pets. We cover storage in the final section.

Flavour profile and choosing from 41 variants

With 41 flavours in the Crystal Pro family there is a lot of choice, and the best way to narrow it down is by flavour category rather than by name. The range leans towards fruit, ice and sweet profiles. The exact names are on the variant selector, and we recommend reading the flavour description there before you commit to ten bottles of one taste.

How the main categories usually behave in a nic salt:

  • Single fruit flavours: clear, recognisable fruit with a juicy top note. Berry, citrus and tropical profiles are common. These tend to be the easiest to live with day after day.
  • Fruit blends: two or three fruits layered together. They offer more variety on each draw, though the balance can shift slightly as the bottle ages or as the coil gets used.
  • Ice and menthol-leaning flavours: a cooling agent is added to fruit or on its own. Cooling feels sharper in nic salt because the throat sensation is already lighter. If you are sensitive to menthol, start with a flavour that says ice rather than extra cold.
  • Sweet and candy-style flavours: sugary, confectionery-type notes. These can build up a sweet residue on coils faster, so you may find you change coils slightly more often.
  • Dessert and creamy flavours: richer and heavier, often used by people who want to move away from tobacco taste altogether.

Nic salt liquid generally tastes a little softer than freebase at the same power, because it is used at lower wattage and the vapour is cooler. Fruit notes come through well, but very subtle flavours can be muted, so a bolder profile is a sensible first choice if you have not tried the range before.

If you are unsure, order a single flavour you would drink as a cold soft drink or eat as a sweet. Most vapers settle on a favourite quickly. Because the box contains ten bottles of the same flavour, flavour fatigue is a real consideration. If you tend to get bored after a week, you may prefer to buy a different multipack to rotate, or choose a flavour with a broad profile such as a fruit and ice combination that does not become cloying.

Sweet-heavy flavours are not harmful on their own, but they do affect how long coils last, which we discuss in the coil section. Keep that in mind when you compare the cost of a box against your pod and coil spending.

Bottle design, packaging and build quality

The bottles in this box are 10ml plastic dropper-style bottles with a narrow nozzle. This is the format the UK rules require for nicotine liquid, and it is also the practical format for filling small pod and tank openings without spilling. The nozzle is thin enough to fit most pod fill ports, which are often just a few millimetres across.

What to expect from the packaging:

  • Child-resistant closure: the cap needs to be pressed down and twisted, or squeezed and twisted, to open. This is a legal requirement for nicotine liquids in the UK and it is worth the minor annoyance.
  • Tamper-evident seal: there is a ring or seal that breaks on first opening. If a bottle arrives with the ring already separated, contact us before use.
  • Health warning and labelling: UK nicotine liquids carry a nicotine warning, ingredient information and a batch or lot reference on the label. The label also lists the nicotine strength, so it is worth confirming this against what you ordered.
  • Outer box: the ten bottles arrive packed together in a printed carton, which keeps them upright and limits movement in transit.

On build quality, plastic e-liquid bottles are inexpensive to manufacture and the quality of the nozzle and cap can vary slightly between batches. Typical points to check on arrival are that the cap threads on cleanly, the nozzle is not blocked and the label is legible. A very small amount of liquid residue around the nozzle of a squeezed bottle is normal, but a bottle that is visibly leaking out of the base or shoulder should not be used.

The bottles are soft enough to squeeze gently, which helps control the flow during filling. Do not squeeze hard, particularly with a full bottle. Pressure pushes liquid out suddenly and it can overfill the pod, flood the airflow channel and leave you with a mouthful of liquid.

The 10ml size is deliberately small. It is not a flaw. Larger nicotine bottles are not permitted under UK regulation, which is why multipacks like this one exist. If you find that carrying a single bottle is more convenient than carrying a full pod kit, the format works well for topping up on the move.

Devices that suit this liquid, battery and charging considerations

Crystal Pro nic salt is designed for low-power devices. The best match is a refillable pod kit or a pen-style system that runs at roughly 8 to 25 watts or uses a fixed output. Many pod kits sold in the UK fall into this category, including both closed-pod systems that take a refillable cartridge and open-pod systems with a fill port.

When you choose a device, look at the following:

  • Pod capacity: UK regulation caps tanks and pods at 2ml, so a pod will hold no more than that. A bottle therefore fills the pod several times.
  • Coil resistance: mouth-to-lung coils generally sit between about 0.8 and 1.2 ohms. Mesh coils may be lower, around 0.6 to 0.8 ohms. Nic salt works best within this range.
  • Battery size: pod kits normally have batteries from roughly 400mAh up to 1,000mAh or more. A 500mAh to 800mAh battery usually covers a day of moderate use. A larger cell gives you more headroom but takes longer to charge.
  • Charging port: USB-C is now standard and charges most pod kits in 30 to 90 minutes. Use a standard phone charger or a laptop USB port, not a high-output fast charger.

This product does not have a battery of its own, so there is no charging step for the liquid. What matters is how your device interacts with it. A low battery will deliver reduced power, which can lead to a weaker flavour and thinner vapour. If your vape tastes flat but the pod is full, charge the battery before assuming the liquid is the problem.

A few battery and charging safety points apply to whichever device you pair with this box:

  • Charge on a hard surface and not under a pillow or on a bed.
  • Do not leave a device charging overnight on a regular basis.
  • Stop using any device that has a swollen battery, a cracked casing or that gets unusually hot.
  • Never carry loose batteries in a pocket with keys or coins.

Avoid high-wattage sub-ohm tanks with this liquid. Sub-ohm devices run at 40 watts or more and burn through liquid very quickly, and nic salt at 10mg or 20mg through that kind of power is harsh and far too strong. Sub-ohm devices are designed for lower-strength freebase liquids in larger volumes.

Coil and wick behaviour with nic salt liquid

The coil is where the liquid meets the heat, and nic salt behaves differently from thick freebase liquid in a coil. Most nic salts are blended with a reasonably high proportion of propylene glycol, often in the region of a 50/50 split with vegetable glycerine, though the exact ratio is printed on the label and varies by range. Check the label for the PG/VG ratio of the flavour you choose. A more balanced ratio flows easily into small wicking holes, which is what pod coils are designed around.

Common coil types you will meet in pod kits:

  • Standard cotton-wick coils: a wire wrapped around a cotton wick. They are inexpensive and give a classic mouth-to-lung draw, but they can be slower to heat and more sensitive to dry hits if the pod runs low.
  • Mesh coils: a flat mesh of metal in place of a wound wire, giving a larger heating surface. Flavour is often fuller and vapour production is more even. Mesh coils usually cost slightly more and wear down faster with sweet liquids.
  • Ceramic coils: a ceramic core that holds liquid and heats evenly. They tend to last well, though flavour can take a draw or two to settle.

How coil life interacts with this liquid:

  • Sweet, candy and dessert flavours leave more sugar residue on the coil, which can discolour the cotton and shorten life. Expect roughly one to two weeks of normal use from a coil with such flavours.
  • Fruit and ice flavours are generally kinder to coils, with many users getting two weeks or more.
  • Higher wattage reduces coil life at any flavour. Stay within the range recommended for the coil, which is printed on the coil or the packaging.

Priming a new coil is important. Fill the pod, wait five to ten minutes for liquid to soak through the wick, and take a few gentle draws without pressing the fire button before vaping normally. Skipping the wait is the main reason new coils burn out in the first day.

If you notice a burnt taste, gurgling or a drop in vapour, replace the coil rather than switching liquid. Blaming the liquid for a coil problem is a common mistake. A change of coil costs far less than a new box of e-liquid.

Nicotine strength guidance and the UK 20mg limit

UK law caps nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml, and that limit applies to refill bottles such as this one as well as to the disposable vapes that were sold before the single-use ban. If you see a liquid or device advertised above 20mg/ml in a UK shop, it does not meet the legal limit. The strengths available for this product are listed on the variant selector. Typically nic salt multipacks are offered at 10mg and 20mg, but confirm the options for your chosen flavour on the page.

How to choose between the two common options:

  • 20mg/ml: aimed at smokers who are moving across from cigarettes, especially those who smoked ten or more a day or who smoke their first cigarette soon after waking. It can feel strong, and some first-time vapers find it harsh on the throat. If you cough or feel dizzy, it is probably too strong for you.
  • 10mg/ml: suits lighter smokers, people who have been vaping for a while and want to step down, and vapers who prefer to take longer, more frequent draws. It is also the usual sensible starting point for someone who has never smoked heavily.

A rough starting guide, not medical advice:

  • Fewer than ten cigarettes a day: begin with 10mg/ml.
  • Ten to twenty cigarettes a day: either strength may work. Try 20mg/ml if 10mg/ml leaves you reaching for a cigarette within an hour or two.
  • More than twenty a day, or smoking within five minutes of waking: 20mg/ml is the usual starting point.

Signs the strength is too high: dizziness, nausea, a racing heart, a headache after vaping or a harsh throat hit that does not improve. If you notice these, stop, drink some water, and move to a lower strength next time. Signs it is too low: you keep taking long draws, you vape constantly and still feel cravings, or you go back to cigarettes between vapes.

Most people reduce strength over time. If your aim is to cut down or stop nicotine altogether, using the lower option and stepping down gradually is a common approach. The NHS and local stop smoking services can offer support, and they are worth contacting if you want a structured plan.

Nic salts hit harder at the same milligram figure than freebase, because they absorb quickly. Do not assume the strength you used in a freebase liquid will translate directly. Many freebase users at 6mg or 12mg find 10mg nic salt noticeably stronger.

Who this box of ten is for, and who should skip it

This product is for adults who already smoke or vape nicotine and who use a refillable pod or pen device. It suits people who vape regularly enough to benefit from buying in bulk and who have settled on a flavour. It is not for casual experimenting.

Good fits include:

  • Smokers who have switched to a refillable pod kit and want to stop buying single-use devices. Since single-use vapes are no longer sold in Great Britain, refillable kits and bottled liquid are the main route.
  • Regular vapers who want to save money on cost per millilitre compared with buying single bottles or prefilled pods.
  • People who use more than one device, such as a pod kit at home and a pen kit while out, and want liquid on hand for both.
  • Households with more than one adult vaper who share a favourite flavour and strength. Keep bottles stored securely, labelled and separate from anything a child could access.
  • Vape-shop customers who prefer to order online and avoid running short between visits.

Who should consider something else:

  • Anyone under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine e-liquid to under-18s in the UK, and we will not do so. Expect age checks at checkout or on delivery.
  • Non-smokers. Vaping is not risk-free and nicotine is addictive. If you do not smoke, there is no health benefit from starting.
  • First-time vapers unsure about flavour. A smaller single bottle is a better trial than ten bottles of one taste.
  • People using a sub-ohm tank or a high-power mod. This liquid is the wrong strength and ratio for that setup.
  • Anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition or has other medical concerns. Speak to a GP, pharmacist or stop smoking service first. Licensed nicotine replacement products may be more appropriate.

If you are unsure which category you fall into, our general advice is to start with a single device, a single bottle and a moderate strength, then come back to a multipack once you know what you like.

How to fill, prime and vape it

Filling a pod properly takes about a minute and prevents most of the common leaks and flooding problems. The steps below apply to the majority of open-pod and refillable-pod devices. If your kit has its own instructions, follow those if they differ.

  • Step 1: Make sure the device is switched off or the battery is disconnected, and wash your hands. Work over a table or sink so any spills are easy to clean.
  • Step 2: Remove the pod from the device. Open the fill port, which is usually a silicone plug on the side or top of the pod.
  • Step 3: Check the bottle is the flavour and strength you intended. Shake the bottle gently for a second or two, then press and twist the child-resistant cap to open.
  • Step 4: Insert the nozzle into the fill port and squeeze gently. Fill until the liquid is just below the maximum line. Do not fill to the very top, because there needs to be a small air gap or the pod will leak.
  • Step 5: Close the fill port and wipe the pod clean. Re-attach the cap to the bottle straight away.
  • Step 6: Refit the pod and wait five to ten minutes. This lets liquid soak into the wick. It is the single most useful habit a new vaper can build.
  • Step 7: Take two or three gentle draws without pressing hard on the button or inhaling too quickly, then vape normally.

On drawing technique: nic salt in a pod kit is designed for a mouth-to-lung draw. Hold the vapour in your mouth for a second, then inhale into your lungs. Short and slow draws work well. Long draws at low power can leave the coil starved of liquid, and fast hard draws can pull liquid up through the airflow.

How often to refill: check the pod every time you finish a session. Do not vape a pod that is almost empty, because a dry coil will burn the cotton and leave a lasting burnt taste. Top up when the level is at roughly a third.

Switching flavours: if you want to change flavour, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water, let it dry fully and fit a new coil if the old one still tastes of the last flavour. Mixing two liquids in a pod without cleaning produces muddled flavour and can shorten coil life.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most issues with a refillable pod setup come down to priming, power, coil age or fill level, rather than a problem with the liquid. Work through these checks before assuming a bottle is faulty.

  • Burnt or acrid taste: the coil is dry or worn. Refill the pod, wait ten minutes, and if the taste continues, fit a new coil. A coil that has burnt will not recover.
  • Weak or flat flavour: check the battery is charged, the coil is not near the end of its life and the pod is not nearly empty. Strong menthol or sweet flavours can also cause taste fatigue after several days. Switching flavour for a day or two usually resets your palate.
  • Leaking from the pod or device: usually caused by overfilling, a loose fill-port plug or a pod that has been left lying on its side. Wipe the device, fill to a slightly lower level and check the seal.
  • Gurgling or spitting: the coil is flooded. Tilt the device so the mouthpiece points down, blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear the airflow, or leave it upright for a few minutes. Fill a little lower next time.
  • No vapour or very thin vapour: check the pod is seated properly, the contacts are clean and the coil has been primed. If the device has an airflow control, check it is open.
  • Dry hit: a harsh, hot, scratchy draw. Stop vaping, refill, and let the pod rest. Dry hits damage the coil and are unpleasant, so do not push through them.
  • Throat irritation or cough: the strength may be too high or the draw too hard. Try a lower strength, a slower draw and keep hydrated.
  • Sticky or crystallised residue around the pod: this is normal in small amounts. Clean with a dry cloth. Persistent crystallisation can point to a poor seal or old liquid.
  • Bottle seems different in colour: e-liquid darkens naturally over time, especially with exposure to light or heat. A slight change is normal, but a strong off smell or taste means the bottle should be discarded.

If you have tried these steps and believe a bottle is faulty or damaged, keep it, take a photo of the label and batch code, and contact us. For anything involving swollen batteries, overheating or unusual smells from a device, stop using it and follow the local council guidance on safe disposal.

Value for money and honest comparisons

The strongest case for a box of ten is cost per millilitre. At typical UK retail pricing, a 2ml single-use vape sold at around £5 to £6 worked out at roughly £2.50 to £3.00 per millilitre. Bottled nic salt liquid in a 10ml multipack typically costs a fraction of that per millilitre, often well under £0.50 a millilitre, before you add the cost of your device and coils. Check the live price on this page, because multipack pricing and offers change.

A simple way to compare:

  • Disposables (no longer sold in Great Britain): low upfront cost, high running cost, no flavour flexibility and no refilling. The ban from 1 June 2025 means most shops have stopped stocking them.
  • Prefilled pod systems: convenient, but you pay for the pod each time and are locked into one brand. Running costs are lower than disposables but higher than refilling.
  • Refillable pod kit with this liquid: you pay for the device once, then coils every week or two, and liquid by the bottle. Over a few months this is usually the lowest cost route.

Honest comparisons within bottled nic salt:

  • Against single 10ml bottles of the same brand: the multipack lowers cost per bottle and reduces postage spread across more liquid. The trade-off is you commit to one flavour. If you are not sure you like the flavour, buy one bottle first.
  • Against other nic salt brands: there are plenty of competing nic salt ranges, some with a more premium look and a higher price, others cheaper but with less choice of flavours. Crystal Pro sits in the mid range for variety, with 41 flavours listed. We would not claim it outperforms every other brand; the right choice is the flavour you prefer and the price you are comfortable with.
  • Against 50ml or 100ml shortfills: shortfills are unflavoured-strength liquids designed for sub-ohm tanks and need nicotine shots added. They are the wrong tool for a small pod kit. They are cheaper per millilitre, but only suit different devices.
  • Against nicotine replacement therapy: patches, gum and inhalators are licensed medical products that can help with quitting. Vaping is different, since it replicates the hand-to-mouth action, but NRT is a legitimate option and can be combined with support from a stop smoking service.

On balance, this box is good value for people who already use a compatible device, vape daily and know their preferred flavour. It is poorer value for occasional users, who may not finish ten bottles before the flavour loses appeal. Always check the best-before date printed on the bottle if you buy in bulk, and use older bottles first.

Storage, safety, recycling and getting it delivered in the UK

Nicotine e-liquid is a regulated product, and a full box contains a considerable quantity of nicotine. Proper storage matters both for safety and for keeping the liquid in good condition.

Storage guidance:

  • Keep bottles upright in their carton in a cool, dark place, such as a drawer or cupboard. Direct sunlight and heat degrade flavour and can darken the liquid.
  • Store them out of sight and out of reach of children and pets, ideally in a high or locked cupboard. Child-resistant caps help but are not a substitute for safe storage.
  • Do not decant liquid into unlabelled containers, drinks bottles or anything that could be mistaken for food or drink.
  • Wipe up spills straight away. Nicotine can be absorbed through skin, so wash your hands if you get liquid on them.
  • If someone swallows e-liquid, or if it gets in the eyes, seek urgent medical advice: call 111 or 999, or go to A&E, and take the bottle with you.

Recycling and disposal:

  • Empty bottles are small pieces of plastic. Rinse with water if your local council advises it and check whether they accept small plastic bottles in kerbside recycling. Rules vary between councils, so check your local authority guidance.
  • Devices, batteries and used pods should never go in household bins or general recycling. They belong in electrical or battery waste. In the UK, retailers that sell vaping products are required to take back old vapes, and many councils run household waste recycling centre drop-off points for small electricals.
  • Do not dispose of unused liquid down the drain. Return it to a drop-off point for hazardous household waste, or contact your local council for advice.

Delivery to the UK: we ship within the United Kingdom, and delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Because the product contains nicotine, you will be asked to confirm you are over 18, and the courier may require a delivery to an adult. If nobody is available, you may need to rearrange the delivery or collect from a depot. Check the dispatch times and postcode restrictions shown on the page.

Returns and faulty items: unopened, sealed products are generally returnable under our returns policy, but opened e-liquid cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or is the wrong flavour or strength, contact us promptly with photos and the batch code and we will put it right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for Crystal Pro 10ml nic salt?

Choose by how much you smoked. Lighter smokers, or anyone under around ten cigarettes a day, usually start at 10mg/ml, while heavier smokers often begin at 20mg/ml, which is the UK legal maximum. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or get a harsh throat hit, move down a strength next time. The available strengths for each flavour are shown on the variant selector.

Does this product need charging?

No, the e-liquid itself has no battery. What needs charging is the refillable pod kit or pen device you use with it. A low battery can make the vape taste flat and produce thin vapour, so charge your device before assuming the liquid is at fault. Use a standard USB charger and avoid charging overnight on soft surfaces.

Does the box contain a mix of flavours or ten of the same?

The box is normally ten bottles of the single flavour you choose from the variant selector. There are 41 flavours in the family, so check the flavour name in your basket before checkout. If you want to try a taste first, buy a single bottle from our range before committing to a full box.

How long will a box of ten bottles last?

It depends on your daily use. A box holds 100ml in total, so at about 1ml a day it lasts around 100 days, at 2ml a day roughly 50 days, and at 3 to 4ml a day roughly a month. Higher strengths often mean you vape less volume, and higher device power uses more liquid. Treat these as planning figures rather than guarantees.

Is a box of ten good value compared with disposables or prefilled pods?

Per millilitre, bottled nic salt costs a fraction of single-use devices, which also can no longer be sold in Great Britain. You do need a refillable device and replacement coils, which add to the cost. Over a few months, a refillable kit with bulk liquid is usually the lowest running cost, especially if you vape daily.

Which devices can I use this liquid in?

Use it in refillable pod kits and mouth-to-lung pen-style devices with coils from roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohms, running at low power. Do not use it in high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, because nic salt at 10mg or 20mg through that power is harsh and consumed very quickly. Check your device manual for compatible liquid types before filling.

Who should not buy this product?

It is not for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or have a heart condition without first speaking to a doctor or pharmacist. It also does not suit people who are unsure of the flavour, because you receive ten bottles of one taste. If you want to stop smoking, a stop smoking service can provide structured support.

Can I switch to a different flavour mid-way through the box?

Yes, but empty and rinse the pod first, and replace the coil if the old flavour lingers. Mixing two liquids in the same pod without cleaning muddles the taste and can shorten coil life. Some vapers keep a spare pod or coil so they can alternate flavours between sessions.

How does delivery to the UK work and is age verification needed?

We deliver within the United Kingdom, with delivery options and prices shown at checkout. Because this is a nicotine product, you must be 18 or over, and you may be asked to confirm your age at checkout or on delivery. Dispatch times are shown on the product page, and the courier may require an adult to receive the parcel.

What is the returns and warranty position on e-liquid?

E-liquid has no device warranty, but it does carry a best-before date, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If something arrives leaking or wrong, contact us with photos and the batch code and we will resolve it.

Great battery life

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
