Pixl Nic Salt Box of 10 Banana Ice: overview

The Pixl Nic Salt Box of 10 Banana Ice is a multipack of ten 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid bottles, all in the same banana and menthol flavour. It is an e-liquid refill product rather than a device, so it is meant to be used in a refillable pod kit or pen-style vape that you already own. The listing sits under accessories because it works alongside your hardware, and that framing is useful: you are buying the fuel for a reusable vape, not a vape itself.

Ten 10ml bottles add up to 100ml of liquid. Ten millilitres is the largest bottle size UK rules allow for nicotine-containing e-liquid, and nicotine strength in any UK e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml (2%). The same 20mg/ml ceiling applied to disposable vapes while they were still on sale, alongside a 2ml tank limit, which gives a handy way of picturing quantity: one 10ml bottle holds roughly the liquid of five disposable-sized tanks. Single-use vapes can no longer be sold in the UK following the ban that came into force in June 2025, which is one reason refillable pod systems and nic salt bottles have become the usual route for smokers who want something compact and low-fuss.

This page is written for adult UK smokers and existing vapers who want an honest picture before buying. We cover what is actually in the box, how far the liquid goes, what the flavour is likely to taste like, which nicotine strength to pick, which devices suit it, how to fill and look after your kit, and how the multipack stacks up on value against single bottles, shortfills and other brands.

One point up front. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping is not risk-free. Vaping products are intended for adults who smoke or already vape and want an alternative to cigarettes. They are not for under-18s or for people who have never smoked. If you are looking for support to stop smoking altogether, the NHS and your local stop smoking service can help, and many of them also give advice on moving from cigarettes to vaping and then stepping nicotine down over time.

The rest of this guide is split into short sections so you can jump to the part you need. If you only read one, read the sections on nicotine strength and device compatibility, because those two choices decide whether the liquid feels pleasant or harsh.

What is in the box and what the numbers mean

The box contains ten sealed 10ml bottles of Pixl nic salt in Banana Ice. Each bottle should carry a tamper-evident ring, a child-resistant cap and a label showing the flavour, nicotine strength, PG/VG ratio, ingredient list, batch code and the mandatory nicotine health warning. Check that the strength printed on the bottle matches the strength you selected on the product page before you open anything, and keep the box until you have used the batch so you can quote batch numbers if you ever need to raise a query.

Here are the numbers worth knowing.

  • Total volume: 10 x 10ml = 100ml per box.
  • Nicotine content at 20mg/ml: 200mg per bottle, 2,000mg per box.
  • Nicotine content at 10mg/ml: 100mg per bottle, 1,000mg per box.
  • Refill size: UK pod tanks are limited to 2ml, so one 10ml bottle fills a typical pod around four to five times once you allow for priming and the odd spill.
  • Fills per box: roughly 40 to 50 pod fills, depending on how carefully you fill and how often you change coil.

These are working figures based on UK limits and the arithmetic of bottle and tank sizes. Strengths on offer can vary by listing, so treat the variant selector on the product page as the authority for what is in your particular box.

What nic salt means. Nicotine salt e-liquid binds nicotine to an organic acid, commonly benzoic acid. The result has a lower pH than freebase nicotine, which is why it feels smoother in the throat at 10mg and 20mg strengths. Freebase nicotine at 20mg/ml in a low-power device tends to feel sharp; the salt form allows a higher concentration to be tolerable. Nic salt liquids are made to be vaped at low power in small mouth-to-lung devices and are not intended for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks.

PG/VG. Nic salt liquids are usually formulated with a fairly even split of propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine, or with a PG-leaning mix, because thinner liquid wicks well in small pod coils. Always read the exact ratio on the label rather than relying on assumptions. A thinner liquid can leak more readily from a loosely seated pod, and a thicker one can starve a coil if the device runs at very low power in cold weather.

Performance and puff delivery

Because this is e-liquid, performance depends heavily on the device it goes into, but there are sensible expectations you can set. Nic salt in a mouth-to-lung pod kit gives a tight draw, modest vapour and a quick nicotine hit, which is why it suits people moving from cigarettes. You are not buying a cloud-chasing product here, and if you expect large plumes you will be disappointed.

Puff estimates. A fresh 2ml pod with a 0.8 to 1.0 ohm coil usually delivers somewhere in the region of 400 to 600 puffs, depending on draw length and wattage. On that basis a 10ml bottle gives roughly 2,000 to 3,000 puffs, and the full box of ten comes to something like 20,000 to 30,000. Treat those as rough planning figures, not a promise. Manufacturers of disposables tend to quote higher puff counts based on very short test draws, while a real-life three-second pull uses more liquid than a lab machine.

Several things move the figure up or down.

  • Draw length: long, slow pulls use more liquid per puff than short taps.
  • Wattage: higher power vaporises more liquid per second. Nic salt generally sits happily between about 8W and 15W in pod kits.
  • Coil age: a coil that has gunked up produces less vapour and muted flavour, so it can feel as though the liquid has run out when it is the coil that has faded.
  • Chain vaping: back-to-back puffs let the coil run hot and burn through juice quicker than spaced puffs.
  • Strength: higher nicotine means many users take fewer puffs to feel satisfied, so a 20mg bottle can last longer in practice than a 10mg bottle for the same person.

Throat hit and satisfaction. At 20mg/ml the hit is firm and quick, which is why ex-smokers of a pack a day often choose it. At 10mg/ml the hit is gentler and the draw feels lighter. The menthol component in an ice flavour adds a cooling sensation that some people read as extra throat impact, so the combination can feel stronger than the same strength in a non-menthol fruit.

Consistency. Liquid quality from one bottle to the next within the same batch should be the same. If one bottle in the box tastes noticeably different from the others, check the batch code and keep the bottle, then contact the retailer rather than discarding it.

Flavour profile of Banana Ice

Banana Ice is a sweet banana flavour with a menthol finish. As with most banana e-liquids, expect the confectionery end of banana rather than a fresh-cut fruit: think of the soft, slightly creamy taste of banana sweets or a ripe banana blended into a smoothie, not the green, starchy note of an underripe one. The ice element usually arrives on the exhale and lingers briefly on the tongue and throat.

A typical sensory run-through looks like this.

  • On the inhale: sweet, rounded banana with a candy-like softness. The sweetness is the dominant note at lower power.
  • Mid-draw: a gentle creamy quality, which is a common feature of banana flavourings.
  • On the exhale: a clean, cool menthol finish. It is a cooling effect rather than a sharp peppermint bite, though intensity varies from person to person and by temperature.
  • Aftertaste: a light sweetness with a cooling edge that fades within a minute or so.

Honest caveats. Banana is a polarising flavour. If you find banana sweets cloying or artificial, this will not change your mind. Equally, sweeter profiles tend to leave residue on coils sooner than dry or tobacco flavours do, so you may notice flavour fading after a week or two and need to swap the coil more often than you would with a tobacco liquid.

Flavour fatigue. Ten bottles of the same flavour is a lot of banana. Many vapers who buy multipacks find their taste buds dull after a few weeks of a single sweet profile, an effect often called vaper's tongue. If that happens, rotating in a different flavour from a separate listing for a few days can reset your palate; the multipack is cheapest per ml, but variety has value too. Drinking water and avoiding vaping straight after strong coffee or spicy food also helps.

Temperature effects. Cooling agents feel more pronounced at lower power and in cold weather, and less so when the coil is hot. If the menthol feels too strong, nudging the wattage up slightly (within the device range) can soften the chill. If the sweetness feels heavy, dropping the wattage can reduce it.

Pairing with strength. The cooling sensation plus 20mg/ml can feel intense to newer users. If you are unsure, the lower strength is a safer starting point for a menthol flavour, and you can move up later if you find you are puffing more than you want to.

Choosing a nicotine strength

Strength is the single choice that most affects whether you enjoy this liquid, and it is worth a few minutes of thought. UK law caps nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml. For nic salts the two strengths that matter most are 10mg/ml (1%) and 20mg/ml (2%). Always select the strength in the variant list; the bottle label is your final check.

Here are general starting points, drawn from common guidance used by UK vape shops and stop smoking services. They are not medical advice and everyone differs.

  • 20mg/ml: often chosen by people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, who smoke within half an hour of waking, or who have tried lower strengths and kept going back to cigarettes. It gives a firmer throat hit and satisfies cravings with fewer puffs.
  • 10mg/ml: commonly chosen by lighter smokers, social smokers, people who have been vaping for a while and want to step down, or anyone who finds 20mg too harsh. You may take more puffs to reach the same satisfaction, which affects how long a bottle lasts.

Signs the strength is too high: nausea, light-headedness, a racing heart, sweating, a headache after vaping, or a sore throat that does not ease. If you notice these, stop, rest, drink water, and move to a lower strength.

Signs the strength is too low: constant puffing, cravings that come back within a few minutes, irritability, or reaching for a cigarette. If that sounds familiar, you may need a higher strength, or a different device that delivers more per puff.

Stepping down. A common approach is to start at the strength that stops you smoking, hold it for a while, and then move down one step when you feel ready. Stepping down too early is a frequent reason people relapse, so there is no shame in staying where you are until cigarette cravings have gone.

Mixing strengths. Some people keep a bottle of each strength and fill a pod with the appropriate one for the time of day. Do not mix liquids in a bottle unless you know the exact ratios; topping up a pod with a different liquid is simpler and avoids mistakes.

Who should speak to a professional first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes or take regular medication, talk to your GP or pharmacist before using nicotine products. The same applies if you are using nicotine replacement therapy at the same time, because you can end up with more nicotine than intended.

Keep it secure. Even 10ml of 10mg/ml liquid contains 100mg of nicotine. Store bottles away from children and pets, and keep the child-resistant cap on whenever the bottle is not in use.

Compatible devices, coils and mesh technology

This liquid is meant for refillable low-power mouth-to-lung devices. That covers most pod kits, many pen-style vapes and any adjustable device that can be set to a low wattage with a coil of about 0.6 to 1.2 ohms. It is not meant for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks or for the open-ended direct-to-lung style, where large volumes of high-strength nic salt would be wasteful and harsh.

Check your pod first. Many popular pod systems use sealed, pre-filled pods that cannot be refilled. Those are not suitable for this product. You need a device with a refill port, either on the side or under a slide-out stopper, or a pod specifically sold as refillable. If the manual mentions pre-filled cartridges only, the device is not compatible. Before you buy, search the model name plus the word refillable.

Coil resistance and wattage. Typical recommendations for nic salt are as follows.

  • 1.0 to 1.2 ohm coil: roughly 8W to 12W. Tight draw, longest battery life, closest to the feel of a cigarette.
  • 0.8 ohm coil: roughly 10W to 15W. Slightly airier, more flavour, a little more vapour.
  • 0.6 ohm coil: roughly 12W to 18W. Warmer vapour and more output, but heavier on liquid and battery, and noticeably stronger at 20mg/ml.

Always follow the range printed on the coil or pod, because exceeding it shortens coil life and can produce a burnt taste.

Mesh versus wire coils. Mesh coils use a flat woven screen instead of a round wire wrapped around cotton. The larger surface area heats more evenly and wicks faster, which tends to give fuller flavour, steadier vapour and a lower chance of dry spots. Standard Kanthal wire coils are simpler and cheaper, and perfectly workable at low power, but they can feel thinner in flavour. Ceramic coils are less common in pod devices but last longer in some designs and handle sweet liquids with less residue. For a sweet flavour such as banana, a mesh coil is a sensible choice because it spreads the heat and reduces the chance of localised scorching.

Coil life. With a sweet flavour you can reasonably expect a coil to last between one and two weeks of regular use. Signs it is time to change include a muted or burnt taste, a gurgling draw, weaker vapour, and a change in how the pod feels when you inhale. Do not try to stretch a failing coil; the experience will be unpleasant and you may waste liquid.

Not suitable for. High-wattage mods, sub-ohm tanks below 0.5 ohm, and any device without an adjustable airflow or wattage range that is rated for nic salt. If you run a larger device, a shortfill with a nicotine shot is a better fit than nic salt.

Battery and charging

The e-liquid has no battery of its own, so battery performance depends entirely on your device. This section gives a realistic idea of what to expect from the pod kits and pens that Pixl nic salts are typically used in, and how to look after the battery so it lasts.

Typical battery sizes. Refillable pod kits generally carry batteries between about 400mAh and 1,000mAh, with the popular range around 500mAh to 800mAh. A 650mAh battery running a 1.0 ohm coil at roughly 10W will often get a moderate vaper through most of a day, while a 400mAh pen may need a top-up in the afternoon. Higher-power 0.6 ohm coils drain the same battery noticeably faster.

Charging. Most modern kits charge via USB-C and take around 30 minutes to two hours from empty. A few older designs use micro-USB. Tips that protect the battery:

  • Use a quality 5V charger rated at 1A to 2A, or a computer USB port. Avoid cheap unbranded chargers.
  • Do not leave a device charging unattended overnight or under a pillow, on a sofa or on any soft surface.
  • Stop using any cable that is frayed or bent, and any device with a swollen or hot battery.
  • Charge at room temperature. Cold batteries charge slowly, and very hot ones should be left to cool first.
  • Do not carry a loose spare battery in a pocket with coins or keys.

Keep the contacts clean. Leaked or spilled liquid on the pod connectors can cause a flashing light, a failure to fire or an intermittent connection. Wipe the contacts with a dry cotton bud or lint-free cloth, and let them dry fully before reinserting a pod. Never rinse the battery section of a device under a tap.

Battery life tied to liquid. A fresh 2ml pod and a full charge are broadly matched in a mid-range pod kit. If your battery regularly dies well before the pod is empty, consider a higher-resistance coil or a lower wattage.

Disposal and recycling. Never put vape batteries or devices in general household waste or kerbside recycling, because damaged lithium cells can start fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. In the UK, retailers that sell vapes are expected to take back old devices, and local household waste recycling centres accept small electricals. The national Recycle Your Electricals locator can help you find a nearby drop-off point. Remove the pod and leave the battery in the device if it is not removable.

Design, packaging and build quality

For an e-liquid multipack, design and build quality come down to the bottle, the cap, the nozzle, the label and the outer box. Taken individually, these small details determine how easy it is to fill a pod cleanly and how safely you can store the product.

The bottle. Nic salt is sold in 10ml bottles with a narrow dropper-style nozzle, usually in a soft plastic that you squeeze gently to dispense. The narrow tip is useful for the small refill ports on pod kits. If a bottle feels rigid or the nozzle looks wide, take extra care to fill slowly so you do not flood the pod. Look for a cap that clicks or twists firmly into place.

Child-resistant cap and tamper evidence. UK rules require child-resistant and tamper-evident closures on nicotine e-liquids. The ring should be intact when the box arrives. If a seal is broken, a bottle is cracked or a label is damaged or unreadable, report it to the retailer as soon as you can and keep the packaging and a photograph.

Labelling. Every bottle should show the nicotine content in mg/ml, the ingredient list, the batch number, a nicotine health warning and contact details. Legible labels matter for safety and for your own record keeping, especially if you are stepping down your nicotine over time and want to track the strengths you have bought.

The outer box. A box of ten keeps bottles together and upright during delivery. Inspect it on arrival for crushing or leaks, and open it over a surface that can be wiped clean. If any bottle has leaked inside the box, wash your hands and wipe the other bottles before use, because nicotine can be absorbed through the skin.

Recycling the packaging. The cardboard box can normally go into household recycling. Empty e-liquid bottles are small plastic items that some councils will not collect in kerbside recycling, so check your local authority guidance. Where bottles are accepted, empty them completely, replace the cap and keep them separate from other waste. Do not pour unused liquid down a drain or into a watercourse. If you have unused or out-of-date liquid, ask your local council about hazardous household waste services. Used devices, pods and batteries should be taken to a vape retailer take-back point or a household recycling centre.

Storage. Keep the bottles upright in a cool, dry, dark place. Sunlight and heat speed up degradation and can darken the liquid. An unopened bottle usually has a shelf life of one to two years; check the best-before date on the label.

Who this multipack is for

The box of ten suits a fairly specific type of buyer, and being clear about that saves money and frustration.

Good fit.

  • Adult smokers moving to vaping who have already tested a flavour and know they like it, so a bulk purchase makes sense.
  • Existing pod vapers who go through a bottle every week or so and want to cut the per-ml cost and the number of orders they place.
  • People who prefer a menthol-fruit flavour and do not mind sticking with one profile.
  • Households with more than one adult vaper who use the same flavour and strength, though each person should keep their own device and never share mouthpieces or pods.
  • Anyone who dislikes disposables for cost, waste or the lack of control over strength, and who is happy to refill a pod.

Not a good fit.

  • Under-18s. It is illegal to sell nicotine vapes to anyone under 18 in the UK, and you may be asked for proof of age on delivery.
  • Non-smokers. Nicotine is addictive, and there is no benefit to starting.
  • Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding without having spoken to a healthcare professional.
  • Sub-ohm vapers. This liquid is made for low-power use; a shortfill is better for high-wattage tanks.
  • People who want to try before they commit. Ten identical bottles is a big commitment for a first purchase. A single bottle is the safer starting point if you have not tried the flavour.
  • Vapers who like constant variety. You may prefer smaller mixed bundles or individual bottles in different flavours.

Newer vapers. If you are brand new, the biggest mistake is buying a bulk pack before you know your strength and device. Start with one bottle, check that your pod works with nic salt, settle on a strength after a week, and then buy the multipack to lock in the lower cost per ml.

Heavy vapers. At 3 to 5ml a day, a 10ml bottle lasts two to three days, so the box of ten covers about a month. If you vape lightly, say 1ml a day, the box covers more than three months, and you should check the best-before dates before committing to such a large stock.

How to use and fill your pod

Filling a pod is simple once you have done it a couple of times. Take your time and do it somewhere you can wipe up spills.

Step by step.

  • 1. Prepare. Wash and dry your hands. Turn the device off if it has a power button, and remove the pod from the battery.
  • 2. Open the fill port. Pull out the silicone bung or slide the cover open. Some pods have a small arrow showing the fill side.
  • 3. Fill slowly. Hold the pod upright, place the bottle nozzle on the edge of the port and squeeze gently. Stop at or just below the max line. Never overfill, because excess liquid ends up in the airflow channel and leaks.
  • 4. Close the port. Push the bung or cover back firmly. Wipe any liquid off the outside of the pod and the connector with a tissue.
  • 5. Let it prime. Wait five to ten minutes, longer with a brand-new coil, so the cotton or mesh can soak up the liquid. Skipping this step is the usual cause of a burnt first taste.
  • 6. Take gentle first puffs. Take a few short, soft draws at a lower wattage if your device allows it, then increase to your usual setting.

Daily use. Take slow draws of around two to three seconds, then pause for a few seconds between puffs. This gives the wick time to resaturate. Hold the device upright when not in use, and do not leave it somewhere hot such as a car dashboard.

Topping up. Top up when the liquid level is about a third full instead of letting the pod run dry. Running a coil dry is the quickest way to ruin it. If you notice the pod level has not dropped between sessions, check for leaks.

Changing flavour. If you switch to a different flavour in the same pod, rinse the pod with warm water, let it dry fully and fit a fresh coil, otherwise flavours will blend.

Cleaning. Wipe the mouthpiece with a dry cloth. Do not soak electronic parts. Replace the pod or coil if you have been ill, so you do not keep reintroducing germs.

Safe handling. Do not vape while driving, in smoke-free areas or where the venue says no. Always follow workplace and transport rules. Keep spare bottles locked or high up and out of reach of children and pets.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salt come down to a handful of causes: priming, overfilling, a tired coil, or a device setting that does not match the liquid. Here is how to diagnose them.

  • Burnt or acrid taste. Usually a dry or worn coil, or a pod that was not primed. Let the pod sit for ten minutes, take short puffs, and replace the coil if the taste persists. Check that you are not running above the coil's wattage range.
  • Weak flavour. Coil residue is the common cause with sweet liquids. Swap the coil, and check the pod is not nearly empty. If your sense of taste is dulled, rest for an hour or switch flavours briefly.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Excess liquid in the airflow path. Blow gently through the mouthpiece with the pod removed to clear it, wipe, and refit. Fill less next time.
  • Leaking from the pod. Overfilling, a loose bung, a cracked pod or a warm environment. Check the seals, fill to a lower level, and avoid leaving the device on its side. If the pod is cracked, replace it.
  • Throat harshness or coughing. The strength may be too high, the wattage too high, or the airflow too tight. Try dropping to 10mg/ml, lowering the power or opening the airflow ring if your device has one.
  • Nicotine sickness. Dizziness, nausea or sweating after vaping suggests too much nicotine. Stop, sit down, drink water and eat something. Choose a lower strength next time.
  • Device will not fire or the light flashes. The pod may not be seated properly, the contacts may be wet, or the battery may be flat. Clean and dry the contacts, reseat the pod and charge the device.
  • Liquid tastes different after storage. Heat and sunlight can darken e-liquid and dull flavour. A mild colour change is normal over time, but a sharp chemical smell is not. If in doubt, replace the bottle.
  • Not getting enough hit. You may need a higher strength or a coil that is better matched to your style. Do not raise the wattage above the coil range just to compensate.
  • Dry hits. The coil is not getting enough liquid. Check the liquid level, give the wick time between puffs, and avoid chain vaping.

When to stop. If the battery gets very hot, if there is a smell of burning, or if the device is swollen or damaged, stop using it, move it away from flammable items and dispose of it through a recycling point that takes batteries. Do not attempt to repair a damaged battery.

Getting help. If something looks wrong with the product, such as a broken seal, leaking bottle or odd smell, contact the retailer with your order number, batch code and photographs. Reporting a safety concern about an e-liquid is also possible through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

Value for money and how it compares

The main argument for a box of ten is lower cost per millilitre and fewer orders. Without quoting a price that may change, here is how to judge value for yourself.

Cost per ml. Divide the box price by 100 to get the price per ml. Divide a single bottle's price by 10 to compare. Multipacks are usually cheaper per ml than single bottles, but only if you will actually use all ten before the liquid goes off or your taste changes.

Against disposables. A disposable's 2ml tank holds a fifth of a bottle. A box of ten gives 100ml, the equivalent of about 50 disposable tanks, and you reuse the same device, so the maths usually favours refillable pods by a large margin over a month. That is before counting the environmental benefit of not throwing away a battery and device every few days. Single-use vapes also can no longer be sold in the UK, so refillables are the realistic route.

Against pre-filled pods. Pre-filled pods are convenient but charge a premium per ml. Buying nic salt bottles and refilling is generally cheaper, though it needs a refillable pod and a little more effort.

Against shortfills. Shortfill bottles (for example 50ml or 100ml of nicotine-free liquid with room for nicotine shots) are cheaper per ml but are designed for higher-power sub-ohm devices and need mixing. If you use a low-power pod, nic salt is simpler and more suitable.

Against other nic salt brands. The 10ml nic salt market in the UK is crowded, with ranges such as Elf Liq, IVG Salt and Nasty Salt offering similar bottle sizes and strengths. Many of these brands also sell bundles. The practical differences are flavour accuracy, how sweet or cool the profile is, the PG/VG split, the price per ml and whether a bundle is offered in the flavour you want. We cannot say which flavour you will prefer, and we recommend trying a single bottle from a range before committing to a ten-pack of any brand, including this one.

Hidden costs. Factor in replacement coils or pods, roughly every one to two weeks, and the occasional spill. If you run a 0.6 ohm coil at higher power you will use more liquid per day than with a 1.0 ohm coil at a lower setting.

Shelf life. A ten-pack is only good value if you finish it before the best-before date. If you vape lightly, consider a smaller pack and a second flavour.

Bottom line. If you already know you like the flavour, use a compatible pod, and go through at least a bottle every week or two, the multipack is a reasonable way to lower your cost per ml and keep a stock in the cupboard. If you are unsure of the flavour, strength or device, start with a single bottle.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, 10mg or 20mg?

As a general guide, people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day often start at 20mg/ml, while lighter smokers or those stepping down prefer 10mg/ml. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or get a harsh throat hit, move to the lower strength. UK law caps e-liquid at 20mg/ml, so you cannot go higher than that.

Does this box include a vape or a charger?

No. The box contains ten 10ml bottles of nic salt e-liquid only. You need a refillable pod kit or pen-style device that suits nic salt, and its own USB charging cable. Check that your pods have a refill port, because sealed pre-filled pods cannot be refilled.

How do I charge the device I use this liquid with?

Most refillable pod kits charge by USB-C from a standard 5V charger or computer port, taking about 30 minutes to two hours. Avoid leaving a device charging overnight on soft surfaces, and stop using damaged cables or swollen batteries. Follow your device manual, because the liquid itself has no battery.

Can I swap to a different flavour or mix the bottles?

This box is ten bottles of the same flavour, Banana Ice. Other Pixl flavours are sold under separate listings. If you change flavour in the same pod, rinse and dry the pod and fit a fresh coil first, otherwise the flavours blend. We do not recommend mixing liquids inside a bottle.

How long will a box of ten last?

A 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod about four to five times, so a box gives roughly 40 to 50 fills. A moderate vaper using 2 to 3ml a day gets about one to two months from the box. Lighter use stretches it further, so check the best-before dates on the bottles.

Is the box of ten better value than buying single bottles?

Multipacks usually cost less per ml than single bottles. Divide the box price by 100 to get the price per ml, and compare it with a single bottle's price divided by 10. It is only good value if you like the flavour and will finish all ten before the best-before date.

Who should not buy this product?

It is for adult smokers and existing vapers only. Under-18s, non-smokers and anyone pregnant or breastfeeding should not use nicotine products without advice from a healthcare professional. If you have a heart condition or take regular medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.

Can I use this e-liquid in a sub-ohm tank?

Nic salt is designed for low-power mouth-to-lung devices with coils of roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohms. In a high-wattage sub-ohm tank it tends to feel harsh and uses liquid very quickly. If you use a larger device, a shortfill with nicotine shots is usually a better choice.

How is it delivered in the UK, and what if something arrives damaged?

Orders go by tracked UK courier, and you must be 18 or over, so you may be asked for proof of age on delivery. Check the delivery information at checkout for current options and timings. If a bottle arrives leaking, damaged or with a broken seal, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund under your consumer rights.

Can I return opened e-liquid, and what about warranty?

Because e-liquid is a consumable that affects health and hygiene, opened bottles cannot normally be returned unless faulty, and sealed unused items can be returned under our returns policy. There is no hardware warranty on e-liquid, but faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Will reorder

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
