Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pod Kit 10 Pack Overview

The Elux Cyberover 6K Prefilled Pod Kit 10 Pack is a ten-unit multipack of prefilled pod vapes from Elux, a brand UK vapers will know from its Legend, Bar and Ene ranges. The Cyberover sits on the rechargeable, pod-based side of the catalogue. Rather than a sealed single-use stick that goes in the bin when the liquid runs out, you work through prefilled pods on hardware that is designed to be charged and used again. That distinction matters in the UK right now, because the sale of single-use disposable vapes has been banned in Great Britain since 1 June 2025. Rechargeable prefilled pod kits are the legal way to keep the grab-and-go simplicity of a disposable without the throwaway device.

This listing is the 10 pack format. Instead of ordering one at a time, you buy ten together, which is the route most regular vapers take once they have settled on a flavour and are tired of reordering every week. It also suits a household with more than one adult vaper who happen to share a taste, and anyone who likes having a drawer of spares so a run-out never catches them on a Friday night with the shops shut.

The Cyberover family covers 21 flavours, and you choose one on the variant selector. A pack is a single flavour, so it is worth choosing with some care. Everything below is written to help you decide whether this is the right product before you spend the money, including the parts that count against it.

At a glance

  • Format: rechargeable pod kit with prefilled pods, sold as a 10 pack
  • Puff rating: 6K, which is the rated figure for the pack (the next section explains how to read it)
  • Nicotine: nicotine salt liquid, within the UK maximum of 20mg/ml
  • Activation: draw-activated, with no buttons or settings to learn
  • Coil: mesh coil built into each pod
  • Charging: USB-C
  • Range: 21 flavours in the family
  • Age: 18+ only, with age checks at order and at delivery

Specifications for kits in this class vary a little from batch to batch, so where we give a typical figure rather than a published one, we say so. Check the product listing for the exact box contents and the strengths currently in stock.

How to Read the 6K Puff Rating

Puff ratings are manufacturer estimates, produced by machine testing with a fixed puff length and strength. They are a fair way to compare products from the same brand, but they are not a promise of what your own usage will deliver. The 6K on this pack should be read the same way.

There is a second point specific to the UK. Under UK rules, a vape pod or tank cannot hold more than 2ml of liquid. A single 2ml pod of nicotine salt liquid is realistically good for somewhere in the region of 500 to 700 puffs, depending on the coil resistance and how long and hard you draw. Ten pods at that rate come to roughly 6,000 puffs, which is where the name lands. Our reading is therefore that 6K describes the whole pack, around 600 puffs per pod across ten pods, rather than 6,000 puffs from one pod. That is our own arithmetic rather than a laboratory figure, so confirm the contents of your pack on the listing before you rely on it.

What that means day to day:

  • Light use, around 100 puffs a day: a pod lasts about six days and the whole pack close to two months.
  • Moderate use, around 250 puffs a day: a pod lasts two to three days and the pack a little over three weeks.
  • Heavy use, around 500 puffs a day: a pod lasts just over a day and the pack under two weeks.

Delivery across the life of a pod is fairly steady. A full pod gives full vapour and flavour from the first draw. As the liquid level drops towards the end, the vapour thins, the flavour flattens, and you may notice a slightly warm or toasted edge. That is the cue to swap pods, not to keep pulling on a dry coil.

Chain vaping uses liquid faster and heats the coil, so shorter draws with a gap between them will stretch each pod noticeably. Most people who switch from cigarettes find that a draw of two to three seconds is plenty with a mesh coil pod and nicotine salts, and a longer draw simply burns through liquid without adding much. If you are the kind of vaper who goes through well over 500 puffs a day, be realistic: this format will mean changing a pod roughly every day, and a refillable setup may suit you better, a point we come back to in the value and comparison sections.

Flavour Profile and the Range of 21 Flavours

The Cyberover family runs to 21 flavours, and stock on individual flavours changes, so treat the variant selector on this page as the live list. The range follows the pattern Elux has used for years: fruit-forward profiles, a good number of them with an ice finish, a few candy and soda styles, and a plain menthol for people who want cooling without sweetness. Eight that come up often in the family are described below. These are descriptions of the style each flavour name points to, so individual batches can vary slightly in sweetness and cooling.

  • Blue Razz Ice: blue raspberry sweetness with a cool exhale. A staple of the UK market and the usual starting point for people coming off disposables.
  • Strawberry Ice: a ripe, slightly candied strawberry with a light menthol lift at the end.
  • Watermelon Ice: juicy and clean, with the cooling doing most of the work. Pleasant on a warm day.
  • Mango Ice: tropical and rounded, a little heavier than the berry flavours, with a soft chill on the exhale.
  • Cherry Cola: a fizzy, sweet profile that leans on the cola spice. Better suited to people who like dessert-style flavours.
  • Banana Ice: creamy, ripe banana with cooling over the top. Divisive, but loyal fans.
  • Pink Lemonade: sharp citrus softened by a sweet, slightly floral berry note.
  • Menthol: straightforward mint and cooling, with no fruit, for those moving away from menthol cigarettes.

The cooling on the ice flavours is noticeable but does not usually tip into harsh. If you are sensitive to menthol, or you vape in cold weather and find it can feel sharp, pick a non-ice fruit option where the family offers one.

A practical word on choosing. A 10 pack means ten pods of the same flavour, which is a lot of one taste if you tire of sweet flavours quickly. Flavour fatigue is common with sweet profiles, where after a week or two the taste seems to fade even though the liquid has not changed. If you are trying Elux for the first time and are unsure, consider starting with a smaller quantity of the flavour first, then moving up to the 10 pack once you know it holds your interest. Pods are proprietary to the Cyberover system, so you cannot mix flavours inside one pod, but you can run through different packs as long as they are all from the same family.

Design and Build Quality

The Cyberover is built as a compact, pocketable pod device rather than a chunky box mod. The body is moulded plastic with a colour finish keyed to the flavour, and the pod seats into the top or front of the battery section with a firm click. A rounded mouthpiece sits on the pod itself. Because this is a closed pod system, there is no fill port to deal with and no tank to unscrew, which also means no mess in a pocket or bag if the pod is seated correctly.

As with any product in this price bracket, build quality is a practical matter more than a showpiece, and these are the points we suggest checking the moment a pack arrives:

  • Pod fit: the pod should seat fully with a positive click and no wobble. A loose pod is the most common cause of intermittent firing.
  • Protective film and caps: remove any film over the mouthpiece and any bungs on the pod before you use it. Missed packaging is behind a lot of complaints about weak vapour.
  • Contacts: the metal contacts between pod and battery should be clean and unbent.
  • Liquid level: if the pod window is visible, the liquid should be at or near the top mark on a new pod, and there should be no residue pooled on the outside.
  • Charging port: the USB-C socket should be clear of debris, and a cable should seat without force.

In use, the weight is light enough to forget in a jacket pocket and the footprint is small enough for a bag side pocket. Because it is a plastic housing, expect it to pick up scuffs if it shares a pocket with keys, and consider a small case if you want to keep it looking new. The device is not designed to be waterproof, so keep it away from rain, sinks and damp bags.

One note on expectation: the Cyberover is a fixed-output device. There is no airflow ring, no wattage dial and no adjustment of any kind. That keeps it simple, and for the target buyer simplicity is the point, but anyone who likes to tweak how a vape feels will find nothing to tweak here.

Battery, Charging and Safe Disposal

Kits in this class generally use an internal lithium-ion battery in the 600 to 850mAh range, charged over USB-C. We would treat that as a typical range rather than a certified figure for this exact model. In practice, a full charge is usually enough to see out at least one pod and often a little more, which is the right sort of sizing for a 2ml pod system: the battery is not meant to outlast the liquid by a wide margin, because the whole device is built around the pod cycle.

Charging is straightforward. Use the cable that came with the kit or any decent USB-C cable, and a standard 5V phone-style charger or a computer port. Charging from empty typically takes somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes, though times vary with the charger and the cable.

Some habits worth adopting:

  • Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface, not on a bed, sofa or pile of laundry.
  • Do not leave it charging unattended overnight. Lithium cells are safe in normal use, but the risks are higher with damaged devices or poor-quality chargers.
  • Stop using the device if it swells, gets very hot, smells odd or the casing cracks. Do not try to charge it again.
  • Avoid heat. A hot car dashboard in summer is a bad place to leave any vape.
  • Do not use a damaged cable or an unbranded high-output charger.

When the battery finally wears out after many cycles, or the device fails, it needs proper disposal. Vapes contain a lithium cell and are classed as waste electrical equipment, so they must never go in the household bin or the ordinary recycling collection. Lithium cells crushed in refuse lorries and recycling plants are a known fire cause. Under UK rules, retailers that sell vapes are expected to take back used ones, and most household waste recycling centres have a small electricals or vape recycling point. Look for the drop-off points at supermarkets and local council sites, and put the used pod and device in together if the container asks you to.

Do not post used vapes to anyone, and do not attempt to open the casing. If a unit is visibly damaged or swollen, store it in a non-flammable container outdoors or in a garage until it can be taken for recycling.

Mesh Coil and Pod Technology

The coil is the part of the pod that does the work, and the Cyberover uses a mesh coil, the style that has become the norm on this class of prefilled device. A traditional round-wire coil heats a thin wire in a spiral. A mesh coil uses a flat, perforated sheet of resistance material that wraps around or sits against a cotton wick. The much larger surface area spreads the heat across more of the wick, and that brings several practical effects.

  • More even heating: the liquid vaporises across a wider area, which cuts down on hot spots that give a burnt taste.
  • Faster ramp-up: the first puff after a rest tends to be consistent rather than weak.
  • Fuller flavour: more of the liquid reaches the right temperature, so the flavour reads rounder.
  • Better longevity: mesh is less prone to the gradual gunking that dulls a wire coil, though sweet liquids still build up residue over time.

On a prefilled pod, the coil is part of the pod. When you slot in a fresh one, you get a fresh coil along with the liquid, so there is no separate coil to buy, prime or replace. That is a large part of why this format is easy for people who have never maintained a vape. The trade-off is that you throw away a coil with every pod, which is one reason the used pods should go for electronic recycling rather than into general waste.

The liquid is a nicotine salt blend, typically a propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine mix, with a wick of organic cotton. Resistance on this style of pod is usually in the region of one ohm, which suits the short, gentle draw nicotine salts are designed for. Airflow is fixed, and it is set for a tight to medium draw that feels closer to a cigarette than to an open sub-ohm vape.

Two things shorten coil life. The first is chain vaping, which does not give the cotton time to re-saturate. The second is vaping on an empty pod, which dries the wick and burns it. The cure for both is simple: take shorter puffs, leave a gap, and swap the pod when the flavour fades.

Choosing Your Nicotine Strength

UK law caps nicotine in vape liquid at 20mg/ml, also written as 2%. Prefilled pod kits and former disposables commonly come in two strengths, 20mg and a lower option such as 10mg, though the exact choices vary by flavour and stock, so check the variant selector. Nicotine salt liquid delivers nicotine more smoothly than traditional freebase liquid at the same strength, and that is why a 20mg salt pod feels less harsh on the throat than you might expect.

As a rough guide, and not as medical advice:

  • 20mg: usually the starting point for people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, or who have their first cigarette soon after waking. It gives a stronger throat hit and more nicotine per draw, and it often means fewer puffs are needed to get the same satisfaction.
  • 10mg: better for lighter or social smokers, for people who vape frequently throughout the day, and for anyone stepping down from 20mg. It is gentler, which makes it easier to take bigger or more frequent puffs without feeling over-nicotined.

Signs your strength may be too high include dizziness, nausea, headaches, a racing heart or a sore throat after a few puffs. If that is you, step down. Signs it may be too low include constant puffing, strong cravings between sessions and finishing a pod much faster than expected. Because chain vaping is the usual reaction to a strength that is too low, the lower strength can end up costing more in pods than the higher one, which is worth knowing before you load up on a 10 pack.

Nicotine is addictive. Vaping is not risk-free, even though it carries a small fraction of the risk of smoking, and these products are made for adult smokers and existing vapers. If you have never smoked or vaped, we would not suggest you start. If you are pregnant, or you have a heart condition or other health concern, speak to your GP or pharmacist first. Anyone aiming to quit nicotine completely can use a local NHS stop smoking service, which offers support and, in many areas, free vape starter kits alongside advice on reducing strength over time.

Who the Cyberover Is For and Who Should Skip It

Pod kits are a good match for a particular kind of vaper. This is a simple, fixed-output device with no maintenance, and it fits some people very well and others poorly.

It is a sensible choice if you are:

  • An adult smoker switching from cigarettes who wants something that works straight out of the box, with no filling, coils or settings to learn.
  • A former disposable user looking for a legal alternative to the single-use products that are no longer sold. The routine feels familiar: draw, vape, replace the pod.
  • A regular vaper who has found a flavour they like and wants to buy in bulk instead of reordering.
  • Someone who prefers a small, light device for commuting, work breaks and travel.
  • A household or friends buying together, where several people share a flavour.

It is probably not the right fit if you are:

  • Under 18, or a non-smoker. These are nicotine products for adult smokers and vapers only. If you have never smoked, there is no health reason to start vaping.
  • A heavy all-day vaper. If you are getting through 500 puffs a day or more, you will be swapping pods every day or so, and the running cost will be noticeably higher than refillable alternatives.
  • Someone who likes to experiment. There is no airflow or power adjustment, and the pods are locked to this system, so you cannot add your own liquid.
  • A person who tires of flavours quickly. Ten identical pods is a long commitment if you rotate flavours often.
  • Someone who cannot recycle responsibly. A rechargeable device has to be taken to a recycling point at the end of its life. If that is a real obstacle for you, think about whether this format suits your circumstances.
  • Someone who wants a fully sealed, no-charging option. That product category has been removed from sale in the UK.

If you tick most of the first list and few of the second, the Cyberover is a reasonable fit. If you tick several in the second list, a refillable pod kit is probably a better route, and we say more about that in the comparison section below.

How to Use and Activate the Cyberover

The Cyberover is draw-activated, which means the coil fires when you inhale through the mouthpiece. There is no power button to hold, no clicks to count and no menu. For most people, set-up takes under a minute.

  • Step 1, unpack and inspect. Take the unit out, remove any film or cap from the mouthpiece and pod, and check that the pod sits fully in the battery section with a click.
  • Step 2, check the charge. A new device often arrives with some charge, but not always a full one. If the first draws are weak or the indicator light flashes, plug it in to charge before going further.
  • Step 3, let the wick soak. After inserting a fresh pod, wait two to three minutes before the first puff. This lets the cotton saturate, and it prevents the dry, harsh first hit that makes people think a new pod is faulty.
  • Step 4, take a gentle first draw. Inhale slowly for two to three seconds without pressing your lips too hard. The LED will glow as the coil fires. Many people take the first couple of draws gently to prime the pod.
  • Step 5, vape at your own pace. Leave a gap of ten to fifteen seconds between puffs where you can, and avoid long continuous draws. Mouth-to-lung style, where you hold the vapour in your mouth then inhale, works best with a tight-to-medium airflow.
  • Step 6, swap the pod. When the flavour fades or the vapour thins, pull the pod straight out and push the new one in. Do not twist or pry at an angle.

A few everyday habits will help the device last. Store it upright where you can, keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, and put the mouthpiece cover back on (if your unit has one) when it is in a pocket or bag. Keep it, the pods and the charging cable out of reach of children and pets, because nicotine liquid is toxic if swallowed or if it gets onto skin in quantity.

A few UK practicalities. You must be 18 or over to buy or use the product, and retailers will ask for proof of age. Vaping is not allowed in some enclosed public places and on many forms of public transport, so check the rules where you are. If you fly, vapes must travel in cabin baggage rather than the hold, because of the lithium battery, and most airlines do not let you use them on board.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Most problems with pod kits are simple to sort out. Work through the likely cause before assuming a fault.

  • No vapour or no response on draw. Check the pod is fully seated and the contacts are clean. Take the pod out, wipe the contacts with a dry cloth or cotton bud, push it back in and try again. If the unit still does nothing, charge it for 30 minutes in case the battery is flat.
  • Weak vapour and flat flavour. The pod may be nearly empty, the battery may be low, or the wick may not be saturated. Wait a couple of minutes, take a few gentle draws, and if it persists swap the pod.
  • Dry or burnt taste. This is the signature of a coil running short of liquid, usually from chain vaping or continuing past the end of a pod. Stop, swap to a fresh pod and use shorter draws. A burnt pod will not recover, so do not persist with it.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Excess liquid is sitting around the coil or in the airflow channel. Take the pod out, hold it upright for a minute, give the mouthpiece a gentle blow-through, and wipe away any liquid before reseating.
  • Leaking. Check that the pod is undamaged and that no bung is pushed in awkwardly. Store the device upright and avoid high-pressure changes such as flights, where leaks are more common. A pod that continues to leak should be replaced.
  • Flashing LED. On kits in this class a flashing light often points to low battery, a poor pod connection or a short circuit protection trigger. Charge it, reseat the pod and test again. If it flashes with a fresh pod and a full charge, contact us.
  • Will not charge. Try a different cable and plug, check the port for lint, and make sure the cable is fully inserted. If the unit is warm or swollen, stop, do not charge it, and arrange recycling and a replacement.
  • Sore throat or cough. Often the nicotine strength is too high or the draw is too hard. Try a softer inhale, or move down a strength on the next order.

If you have tried these steps and the device still misbehaves, keep the pod, the unit and your order number, and get in touch. A genuine fault, such as a dead battery or a pod that does not fire out of the box, should be dealt with under your rights as a consumer, which we cover in the FAQs.

Value for Money on a 10 Pack

The simplest way to judge a multipack is to work out what each pod costs and what each puff costs, and compare it against what you are using now. Take the price shown on the listing and divide it by ten to get your cost per pod. Then divide that by roughly 600 to get your cost per puff. As an illustration only, a pack priced at 40 pounds works out at 4 pounds a pod, or about 0.67p a puff, which is around 67p per 100 puffs. Use the real price on the page for your own sums.

Where the value comes from:

  • Bulk saving: ten together usually costs less per pod than ten bought one at a time.
  • Fewer orders: one delivery instead of many, and no running out unexpectedly.
  • Compared with smoking: a pack of 20 cigarettes in the UK now costs well into double figures, and a pack of pods typically costs less than the equivalent weeks of cigarettes, once you account for how long a pod lasts.
  • No maintenance costs: there are no coils, bottles of liquid, cotton or tools to buy.

Where it is less attractive:

  • Compared with refillable kits: a refillable pod system fed with a 10ml bottle of nicotine salt liquid is usually considerably cheaper per ml, though you pay for the mess and maintenance. Over a month or two, a heavy vaper can end up spending noticeably more on prefilled pods.
  • Compared with former disposables: a rechargeable kit costs more on day one than a throwaway did, but the device is reused, so the long-run cost per puff falls.
  • Duty and tax: vaping duty on liquids now applies in the UK, which has pushed prices up across the category, not just on this product.

Think also about shelf life. Sealed prefilled pods keep for a long time, usually a year or more, if stored somewhere cool and dark, so a 10 pack is not a gamble on freshness. Check the batch details on the packaging, and use the older pods first. The one real commitment is flavour: if you tire of it, the unused pods will sit in the drawer. For anyone who has already found a flavour that suits them and uses the device regularly, a 10 pack is usually the economical way to buy.

How It Compares With Other Pod Kits

The Cyberover is one of many closed-pod systems in the UK market, and no single product suits everyone. Here is a fair look at how this format compares with the main alternatives, based on how each style of product works rather than on lab testing.

  • Elf Bar pod kits such as the Elfa: the nearest comparison in format. Both are small, draw-activated, prefilled systems with replaceable pods and wide flavour ranges. Elf Bar has strong availability and a large catalogue; the Cyberover is attractive mainly where you want the 10 pack pricing and a flavour in the Elux list that you cannot find elsewhere. Pods are not interchangeable between the two brands.
  • Lost Mary pod systems such as the Tappo: again a closed-pod, prefilled, rechargeable system. The experience is similar, with flavour range and price usually deciding it. Check the pod size and nicotine strengths for whichever you compare, since they differ.
  • Vuse ePod: a long-established closed-pod system with a smaller flavour list and a more conservative design. It tends to suit people who want a familiar, simple option and are less interested in a big range of fruit and ice flavours.
  • Refillable pod kits such as the SMOK Novo or Voopoo Vmate: these cost less to run per ml, let you choose any liquid and often offer adjustable airflow. The price you pay is the filling, the spare coils to buy and a bit of cleaning. For a heavy vaper they usually win on cost; for a first-time switcher, a prefilled pod tends to win on ease.
  • Other Elux lines, such as the Legend and Ene Legend pods: if you already use an Elux device, check that the pods are compatible before buying. Different Elux ranges use different pod designs, so do not assume one range fits another.

Where the Cyberover earns its place is the combination: simple use, a 21-flavour range, and the bulk pricing of a 10 pack. Where it falls short is the lack of adjustability, the proprietary pods, and the fact that ten identical pods is a commitment. Neither of those points is unusual for the category, and it is the same trade-off you accept with any prefilled kit.

If you are weighing it against another option, a good test is to decide how much you value convenience compared with running cost. If convenience wins, a prefilled pod kit like this one is a reasonable choice. If cost matters more, go refillable. And if you are still deciding on flavour, try a single pod format first before committing to ten.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

UK law caps nicotine at 20mg/ml, and prefilled pod kits are normally offered at 20mg and a lower strength such as 10mg, depending on stock. Moderate to heavy smokers usually start at 20mg, while lighter smokers and frequent vapers often prefer 10mg. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, step down a strength on your next order.

How do I charge it, and how long does it take?

Charge the device over USB-C using the cable supplied or any decent USB-C cable, plugged into a standard 5V charger or a computer port. A full charge typically takes somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes. Charge it on a hard surface, keep an eye on it, and do not leave it plugged in overnight.

Can I swap flavours, and what other variants are there?

The Cyberover family has 21 flavours, and each pack is a single flavour chosen on the variant selector. Pods are specific to the Cyberover system, so you cannot mix flavours inside one pod, but you can change pods to a different flavour from the same family whenever you like.

How long will a 10 pack last?

The 6K rating works out at roughly 600 puffs per pod across ten pods, though real life varies. At about 250 puffs a day the pack lasts a little over three weeks, at 100 puffs a day nearer two months, and at 500 puffs a day under two weeks. Shorter draws and gaps between puffs stretch each pod.

Is the 10 pack good value?

For a regular user who already knows the flavour, buying ten together typically works out cheaper per pod than buying one at a time, and it saves reordering. To check, divide the pack price by ten, then by about 600 for the cost per puff. Heavy vapers may find refillable kits cheaper to run.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It suits adult smokers switching to vaping, and former disposable users who want a legal, simple alternative with no setup. It is not for under-18s or people who have never smoked, nor for anyone who wants adjustable airflow or power. Heavy all-day vapers and people who like to rotate flavours may prefer a refillable kit.

Do you deliver across the UK, and is there an age check?

We deliver to addresses across the UK, with delivery options and costs shown at checkout. You must be 18 or over, and age checks apply both when ordering and on delivery, so someone over 18 needs to be available to receive the parcel. Check the delivery page for current times and cut-off points.

What about warranty, returns and faulty items?

If your unit arrives faulty, such as a dead battery or a pod that will not fire out of the box, contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and we will help under your consumer rights. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products are generally not returnable unless faulty, so check the returns page for details.

How do I recycle the device and pods?

Never put a vape in household bins or ordinary recycling, because the lithium battery is a fire risk. Take the device and used pods to a retailer that offers vape take-back, or to a household waste recycling centre or supermarket drop-off point that accepts small electricals. Do not post them or open the casing.

Is this a disposable vape, and is it legal in the UK?

No. Single-use disposable vapes have been banned from sale in Great Britain since 1 June 2025. The Cyberover is a rechargeable pod kit with replaceable prefilled pods, which remains on sale for adults aged 18 and over, with nicotine kept within the UK maximum of 20mg/ml.

Zero complaints

Honestly, I was unsure at first but this has been great. Flavour is strong and lasts the full session. No complaints at all.

Good quality all round

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
