Elux Legend 10ml Nic Salt Box of 10 at a glance

The Elux Legend 10ml Nic Salt Box of 10 is a multipack of ten 10ml bottles of nicotine salt e-liquid from Elux, a brand most UK vapers know through its pod kits and prefilled pods. Buying the liquid by the box rather than one bottle at a time suits anyone who vapes every day, anyone sharing a supply with another adult in the household, and anyone who would rather not run out of their usual flavour at an awkward moment. It is a refill product, not a device, so you need an open, refillable pod kit or low-powered refillable device to use it.

Nicotine salt liquid is built for compact, low-wattage hardware. The nicotine is bound in a salt form that allows a higher strength to feel smoother in the throat than the same strength in a traditional freebase liquid, which is why nic salts dominate the pod kit market. Each bottle in this box is 10ml, which is the largest size UK rules allow for a nicotine-containing refill. The range is sold in two strengths, 10mg and 20mg per millilitre, and the 20mg option sits exactly on the UK legal ceiling.

The quick facts, so you can decide in under a minute:

  • Format: ten sealed 10ml bottles of nicotine salt e-liquid, 100ml in total per box
  • Strengths: 10mg/ml (1 percent) and 20mg/ml (2 percent), with 20mg being the UK maximum
  • Range: around fifty flavours, covering fruit and ice blends, sweet and sour mixes, menthol, mint and tobacco
  • Best used with: refillable pod kits and low-wattage devices with a mouth-to-lung style draw
  • Each box: one flavour and one strength, chosen on the product page
  • Age and warning: strictly 18+, and this product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance

The rest of this page goes through what a box of ten actually gives you, how far the liquid goes, what the flavours are like, which device pairings work, how to choose a strength, and where this range is a good fit or a poor one. We have tried to be straightforward about the limits as well as the strengths, because a bulk purchase is only a good decision if the product suits the way you vape.

What a box of 10 means in practice

Ten bottles of 10ml add up to 100ml of liquid. At 10mg/ml, each bottle carries 100mg of nicotine, so a full box holds 1,000mg. At 20mg/ml, each bottle carries 200mg and the box holds 2,000mg. That arithmetic matters for two reasons. First, it shows why the box is stored and handled with care: this is a substantial amount of nicotine and it must be kept away from children and pets. Second, it helps you judge how long the box will last once you know how much you vape in a day.

Because each box is a single flavour at a single strength, you are committing to one taste for a good stretch of time. That works well for people who have already found their flavour and stick with it. It works less well if you like to rotate, since flavour fatigue is real, particularly with sweet and ice-heavy blends. If you want variety, the sensible approach is to order two different boxes, or to mix one box with a few single bottles from the wider Elux range so that your daily favourite is covered while you still get a change of pace.

What arrives in the box:

  • Ten sealed 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid bottles in the flavour and strength you selected
  • Bottles carrying the legally required nicotine warning and batch information
  • Outer packaging that keeps the bottles together in transit

What does not come in the box: a device, a pod, a coil or a charger. If you do not already own a refillable pod kit, you will need to buy one separately, and it is worth checking that its pod or tank has a fill port large enough for a standard bottle nozzle.

A word on disposal. Empty bottles and the outer carton are ordinary packaging, so check your local council guidance on whether small plastic bottles go in household recycling in your area, and cap them before they go in. Vape devices and lithium batteries are a different matter. They must never go in household bins or kerbside recycling, because damaged batteries can start fires in collection vehicles. Take them to a battery or electrical drop-off point, such as a council recycling centre, a supermarket battery bin or a retailer that offers take-back.

Performance and how far a bottle goes

E-liquid does not have a puff count the way a disposable device does, and we think that is worth saying plainly. The big puff numbers printed on disposables are marketing estimates, and they say more about how a manufacturer tested the device than about how your own vaping will go. With a bottled liquid the honest unit is millilitres, and that is easier to reason about.

A typical refillable pod holds up to 2ml, and 2ml is also the legal ceiling for tank and pod capacity in the UK. A 10ml bottle therefore fills a pod about five times in theory, and a box of ten fills one around fifty times. In practice you lose a little to priming, the odd small spill and the liquid left in a pod when you swap it, so treat fifty as a ceiling rather than a promise.

How long does that last? Daily consumption varies enormously. Many people who use nic salts in low-wattage devices get through somewhere between 2ml and 5ml a day, and some go well below or above that. On that rough range, one 10ml bottle covers between two and five days, and a full box covers roughly three weeks at the heavy end and around seven weeks at the light end. If you are replacing a prefilled-pod habit, work out how many pods you currently use in a week and multiply by 2ml to get your own number.

On the vaping experience itself, nic salts at 10mg and 20mg tend to give a quick, satisfying nicotine delivery from short, gentle draws rather than long clouds. Vapour production is modest because the liquid is meant for low power. That is a feature rather than a flaw: the whole point of the format is a compact device, a discreet draw and a smooth throat feel.

Flavour performance depends as much on your coil as on the liquid. A fresh coil gives the cleanest flavour from the first fill. As the coil ages, particularly with sweeter blends that leave more residue, flavour flattens and a slightly toasted note creeps in. Replacing the coil or pod every one to two weeks keeps the liquid tasting the way the label promises. If a flavour seems weaker than you expected, a tired coil is the first thing to check, long before blaming the liquid.

Flavour profile across the range

The Elux Legend nic salt family runs to around fifty flavours, and many of the names match the flavours Elux sells in its Legend pod products, which makes it easy to carry a favourite from a prefilled pod over to a refillable setup. Each box is a single flavour, so the choice you make on the product page decides what you will be vaping for the next few weeks. Here is a guide to the main groups.

  • Fruit and ice: Banana Ice, Watermelon Ice, Pineapple Ice, Cherry Ice and Blackberry Ice put a fruit note up front and finish with a cool exhale. Ice here means a cooling sensation rather than a heavy menthol hit, and it varies in intensity from flavour to flavour.
  • Berry blends: Blueberry Raspberry, Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Blueberry Cherry Cranberry, Strawberry Raspberry Cherry and Red Berry Ice suit people who want a layered, jammy fruit profile. The sour raspberry versions add a tart edge that cuts through the sweetness.
  • Tropical and sweet: Triple Mango, Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava, Lemon Peach Passion Fruit and Hawaii Sunrise lean towards ripe, juicy fruit, with the mango and passion fruit notes coming through clearly.
  • Candy and fizzy: Fizzy Cherry, Gummy Bears, Blue Razz Gummy, Hubbla Bubbla, Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum and Rainbow go for a confectionery profile that reads as sweet and bright.
  • Drinks: Pink Lemonade, Lemonade, Cola, Berry Lemonade and Blackcurrant Lemonade bring a fizzy, tangy character without being heavy.
  • Menthol and mint: Menthol, Fresh Mint, Spearmint, Fresh Menthol Mojito and Lemon Mint are for people who want a clean, cool draw with little or no sweetness.
  • Tobacco: Straight Tobacco and Vanilla Tobacco are the choice if you prefer a classic profile, and they are popular with adults switching from smoking.

If you are choosing a flavour for the first time, start with the group that matches what you already enjoy. Fruit and ice flavours are the most forgiving. Tobacco and menthol flavours are less sweet, so they tend to be easier on the coil and stay fresher-tasting for longer between pod changes. Sweet candy flavours are the most enjoyable on a fresh coil and the most likely to leave residue on an old one.

One practical suggestion: if you are unsure, buy a single bottle of the flavour first, then commit to a box once you are sure you will not tire of it. A box of ten is a big step if you have never vaped the flavour before.

Bottle design and build quality

The packaging is functional rather than fancy, and that suits a refill product. Each 10ml bottle is a small plastic container with a narrow nozzle designed to fit the fill port of a pod or tank without a funnel. The thin tip matters more than it sounds. A wide or clumsy nozzle makes it easy to overfill, to flood the air channel and to leave sticky liquid on the outside of the device.

UK rules shape what you will see on the bottle. A nicotine-containing refill has to be sold in a container of no more than 10ml, with a child-resistant closure, a tamper-evident feature, and a health warning on the label. Expect to find the nicotine strength, an ingredients list and a batch reference printed on each bottle. Always read the label on your own bottles before you fill, because the exact ingredient proportions and the best-before date are printed there and may differ between batches. We deliberately do not quote a VG/PG ratio on this page, since the label in your hand is the authoritative source.

On arrival, run through a short checklist:

  • Check that every bottle has an intact tamper-evident seal and the child-resistant cap is in place
  • Confirm that the flavour name and strength on the label match what you ordered
  • Look for any bottle that feels damp or sticky, which can mean a leak in transit, and contact us if you find one
  • Note the best-before date, and put the oldest bottles at the front of your stock

Storage is the single biggest factor in how well a box of ten holds up over weeks. Keep the bottles upright in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. A drawer or a cupboard works well, and a car glovebox in summer does not. Heat and light speed up the oxidation of e-liquid, which darkens the colour and can dull the flavour. Keep the whole box out of reach of children and pets, in the same way you would keep any other nicotine product.

A box of ten gives you a reserve, so there is little reason to carry more than one or two bottles with you. Keeping a single bottle in a bag or pocket limits the damage if a cap ever works loose.

Pairing with your device: battery and charging

E-liquid has no battery of its own, so this section is about the device you pair it with. Nicotine salt liquids are designed for compact pod kits, and the battery in that kit is what determines how comfortable the day-to-day experience is. As a category-level guide, small pod kits tend to carry batteries somewhere in the range of 400mAh to 1,000mAh and charge over USB-C. The actual figure depends entirely on the device you buy, so check its own specification.

A battery in that range, paired with a low-wattage setup and a nic salt, will usually last through a full day of moderate use. Heavier users may want to top up during the day or carry a spare device. Charging a small pod kit typically takes somewhere between thirty minutes and an hour and a half, again depending on the model.

Good charging habits protect the device and, more importantly, protect you:

  • Use the cable supplied with the device, or a good quality replacement, and a standard USB power source rather than an unknown or damaged charger
  • Do not charge on a bed, sofa or other soft surface, and do not leave a charging device unattended overnight
  • Take the device off charge when it is full rather than leaving it plugged in for days
  • If a device gets unusually hot, swells, smells odd or is physically damaged, stop using it and dispose of it safely
  • Keep loose batteries and devices away from keys and coins in a pocket or bag, to avoid accidental contact

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in a bin. Under UK electrical waste rules, retailers and council sites provide take-back and drop-off points for small electricals and batteries. Many supermarkets also have battery recycling bins at the entrance. Using them keeps lithium cells out of the waste stream, where they are a genuine fire risk.

One more pairing point: match the strength of your liquid to the output of your device. A fixed low-wattage pod kit and a 20mg nic salt are a natural pair. A variable-wattage device cranked up high with the same liquid is likely to feel harsh and burn through the coil faster. The best match for this range is a modest, regulated pod device that runs at the lower end of the power scale.

Coil and mesh compatibility

The coil is where the liquid becomes vapour, so choosing a compatible coil decides whether this e-liquid tastes as intended. Nicotine salts work best with higher-resistance coils at low power. As a general guide, standard cotton-wicked coils in the region of 0.8 to 1.2 ohms suit a mouth-to-lung draw, and mesh coils at around 0.6 to 0.8 ohms suit a slightly looser, restricted lung draw. In both cases, power in the range of roughly 8 to 15 watts is typical for nic salts. Always follow the guidance printed on the coil packaging and the device manual, since those figures are what the manufacturer has tested.

Mesh coils have a larger heating surface than a traditional round wire coil. That tends to mean quicker ramp-up, a little more vapour and fuller flavour, but it also means mesh can run hot if you push the power. With a 20mg nic salt that can turn a smooth draw into a scratchy one. Ceramic and standard cotton coils are less dramatic. They give a calmer, steadier draw and are forgiving of small mistakes.

Two important compatibility notes:

  • Not for sealed pods: prefilled pods, including Elux's own prefilled Legend and Cyberover pods, are sealed units that are not designed to be opened and refilled. Do not try to refill them. This liquid is for open, refillable systems only.
  • Not for high-power sub-ohm tanks: sub-ohm devices running at high wattage are built for low-nicotine, high-VG liquids. Putting a 10mg or 20mg nic salt through one produces a very strong, harsh hit and a lot of nicotine very quickly. It is the wrong tool for the job.

Priming matters for any new coil. After fitting a new coil or pod, add liquid and let the device sit upright for five to ten minutes so the cotton can saturate. Skipping this step is the most common reason for a burnt first draw and a ruined coil. Once primed, take the first few puffs gently and in short bursts.

Coil life is influenced by the liquid, too. Sweet flavours and higher nicotine strengths leave more residue, so a coil that lasts two weeks on a menthol may last only one on a heavily sweetened candy blend. If the flavour is turning dull or the draw is getting harsh, replace the coil before you decide the liquid is the problem.

Nicotine strength guidance: 10mg or 20mg

The two strengths on offer are 10mg/ml and 20mg/ml. UK law caps nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml, so the stronger option is already at the legal maximum. Neither one is better in itself. The right choice depends on how you vape and what you are replacing.

  • 20mg/ml (2 percent): the choice for adults who are moving away from heavier smoking and want a strong, quick hit from a small device. It delivers a firm throat feel and generally needs fewer puffs to feel satisfied. In a pod kit it can feel strong, particularly in the first few days.
  • 10mg/ml (1 percent): the choice for lighter smokers, for people who vape very frequently and prefer a gentler draw, and for anyone who finds 20mg too sharp. It lets you take more puffs per day with a smoother feel.

A practical way to choose is to think about how often you reach for the device. If you take a few strong draws and put it down, 20mg tends to suit. If you take lots of small draws throughout the day, 10mg is often more comfortable and uses a little less nicotine overall. Many adults start at the higher strength to stay off cigarettes, then step down to 10mg once they settle in. Others do the opposite, and move up when 10mg does not keep them satisfied.

Warning signs matter. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or get a headache after vaping, put the device down and choose a lower strength next time. Nicotine is addictive, and this product is strictly for adults, 18 and over, who already use nicotine. It is not for non-smokers, and it is not for young people. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using any nicotine product.

Note that this particular listing is for the 10mg and 20mg options. Some other Elux Legend nic salt bottles in the shop are offered in 5mg as well, so if you want a milder strength for a flavour, look at the individual Elux bottles. Be cautious about mixing strengths in the same pod, because it makes it harder to know how much nicotine you are really taking. The simplest approach is one strength per fill, labelled clearly so you do not lose track.

Who this is for, and who should skip it

A box of ten is a deliberate purchase, so it is worth being honest about who benefits and who does not.

Good fit:

  • Adults who already use a refillable pod kit and want a reliable supply of one flavour
  • People who currently use Elux prefilled pods and want to move to a refillable system for the lower running cost, while keeping familiar flavour names
  • Households where two adult vapers use the same flavour and strength
  • Anyone who is tired of reordering single bottles every week or two
  • Small retailers and sellers who want dependable repeat stock in a popular range
  • Adults who smoke and want a nicotine salt format that is often chosen by people switching to vaping

Probably skip it if:

  • You have never vaped the flavour before. Start with a single bottle so you can find out whether you like it first.
  • You use sealed prefilled pods or a disposable-style device. They cannot be refilled, and this liquid is no use to you until you have a refillable device.
  • You vape on a high-power sub-ohm setup. Choose a low-nicotine, high-VG liquid instead of a nic salt.
  • You want zero nicotine. This range is sold at 10mg and 20mg only, so a nicotine-free shortfill is a better fit.
  • You are under 18, or you do not already use nicotine. Neither group should buy this product.
  • You vape very occasionally. A box of ten would take months to finish and the liquid will age on the shelf.

Think of the box as a stock-up purchase for committed daily users. The savings come from buying in bulk and from not having to reorder. If either of those does not apply to you, a single bottle or a smaller multibuy is the smarter choice.

One more consideration is storage. Ten bottles is a lot of nicotine to have in one place, so if you share a home with children or pets, you need a secure place for it. If you do not have one, buy smaller quantities more often.

How to fill, prime and start using it

There is no activation step as there would be with a disposable, because this is liquid you add to your own device. The process is simple, but a few details are worth getting right the first time, and they protect both your coil and your hands.

  • Step 1, prepare: switch the device off if it has a power button, wash and dry your hands, and place the device on a flat surface with a tissue underneath.
  • Step 2, open: remove the pod or open the tank and locate the fill port. Check the pod's maximum fill mark. UK pods and tanks hold 2ml at most.
  • Step 3, check the bottle: read the flavour and strength on the label, and make sure you are using the one you meant to.
  • Step 4, fill slowly: remove the bottle cap, insert the nozzle into the fill port and squeeze gently. Stop just below the max line. Do not let liquid enter the central air tube or the air holes.
  • Step 5, close up: cap the bottle immediately, wipe away any drips and refit the pod or tank.
  • Step 6, prime: stand the device upright and wait five to ten minutes so the cotton can absorb the liquid.
  • Step 7, first puffs: take two or three short, gentle draws without pressing the fire button for long. If the flavour is clear and there is no burnt taste, you are ready.

A few extra habits make the experience better. Refill when the pod is about a third full rather than waiting for it to run dry, since a dry coil burns. Do not top up on top of a half-empty pod with a different flavour, because the blend is unpredictable and the coil will carry the mixed taste. Keep a small tissue or microfibre cloth in your bag for the occasional drip.

Refilling in a hurry is where most mistakes happen. If you are out and about, it is better to carry a spare pod or a second device than to try to refill one-handed on a busy platform. Wash your hands afterwards, as nicotine liquid on skin is best removed straight away.

When the bottle is finished, put the cap back on and dispose of it according to your local council's guidance for small plastic bottles. Never leave an empty bottle where children or pets can reach it, since small amounts of liquid remain in it.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with refillable devices come down to a handful of causes. Here are the ones we hear about most often, with the quickest fixes.

  • Burnt or toasted taste: usually a tired coil or a coil that was not primed. Replace the pod or coil, prime it for five to ten minutes, and take gentler first puffs. Chain vaping can dry the wick, so give the device a short rest between long sessions.
  • Flavour seems weak or has vanished: flavour fatigue is common, especially with sweet or ice flavours. Try a different flavour, such as a menthol or a tobacco, for a day or two. If the problem persists, check the coil first and the liquid second.
  • Leaking from the pod: the commonest cause is overfilling or a pod that is not seated properly. Fill to just below the max line, make sure the pod clicks into place, and store the device upright. Changes in air pressure on a flight can also make a pod seep, so empty or reduce the fill before travelling.
  • Gurgling or spitting: too much liquid in the airway or a flooded coil. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece with the device off, wipe the contacts dry and refill with a little less.
  • Throat hit too harsh: the strength may be too high, or the device may be running hotter than intended. Move to the 10mg option, lower the power if your device allows it, and avoid very long draws.
  • Liquid has darkened: a slight darkening over time is normal for nicotine liquids and does not by itself mean something is wrong. Heavy darkening alongside an off smell or a changed taste is a sign to stop using that bottle. Check the best-before date on the label.
  • Bottle will not dispense: a dried residue can block the nozzle. Wipe the tip with a clean tissue and squeeze gently. Do not pierce or modify the child-resistant cap.
  • Device will not fire: this is a battery or connection issue and not a liquid problem. Charge the device, check that the pod is seated, and clean the contacts with a dry cotton bud.

If you receive a bottle that is leaking, damaged or does not match your order, contact us through the website with your order number and a photo. Faulty items are replaced free of charge, and we will tell you what to do with the affected bottle.

For general safety, always keep the liquid away from children and pets. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with water straight away. If it is swallowed, or if a child or animal comes into contact with it, seek medical advice immediately.

Value for money and how it compares

The most useful way to judge value on a multipack is cost per millilitre and cost per fill. Take the price shown on this page for the box and divide it by ten to get the cost per bottle. Divide that by ten again for the cost per millilitre. Then compare it with a single bottle in the same flavour and strength. Buying ten at once should come out lower than buying ten separately, and the maths is easy to check in a minute. Remember also that the shop runs multibuy deals on some single bottles, so it is worth looking at the Elux collection before you decide.

The comparison that matters most is with prefilled pods. A sealed prefilled pod is convenient, but you pay a premium for every 2ml of liquid inside it. A 10ml bottle gives you five pod-sized fills, and a box gives you around fifty. Even after you allow for the cost of a refillable device and replacement coils, running a refillable pod kit on bottled nic salt is the cheaper route for anyone who vapes daily. The trade-off is time and effort. You fill, prime and clean the device yourself, and you need to carry a little more kit.

That convenience gap is also why single-use disposable vapes are no longer the default. The sale of single-use vapes has been banned across the UK since 1 June 2025, so refillable and rechargeable systems, and the liquid that goes in them, are now the main way adults buy vaping products.

How does Elux Legend compare with other nic salt ranges in the shop, such as Pod Salt and My Salts?

  • Familiar flavours: the Legend names mirror popular Elux flavours, which is a real plus if you already know and like those tastes.
  • Flavour choice: around fifty flavours is a wide range, and it covers fruit, candy, drinks, menthol and tobacco.
  • Strength choice: this listing offers 10mg and 20mg only. Some competing ranges offer a wider spread of strengths as standard, including milder options, so if you want 5mg or lower, check whether another range or a different Elux bottle fits better.
  • Price: it is competitively placed for a branded range, but it is not necessarily the cheapest in every flavour. Compare the per-bottle maths with the competing ranges before buying.

In short, this box is good value if you vape daily, you already use a refillable pod kit, and you have settled on one flavour. It is poor value if you have no refillable device, if you switch flavours constantly, or if you vape only rarely. All stock is sourced as 100 percent genuine, orders over £20 ship free in the UK, and orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, 10mg or 20mg?

Choose 20mg if you want a strong, quick hit from a few puffs, such as when moving away from heavier smoking. Choose 10mg if you take many small puffs through the day or find 20mg too sharp. The UK limit is 20mg/ml, so the stronger option is already at the legal maximum.

Do I need to charge the e-liquid?

No. This is a liquid, so it has no battery and nothing to charge. The device you put it in has the battery, and a typical small pod kit charges over USB-C in somewhere between thirty minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the model.

Can I mix flavours in one box, or swap to another flavour later?

Each box is a single flavour and strength, which you choose on the product page. If you want variety, order a second box in a different flavour or add single bottles from the Elux range. Rinse or change the pod before switching flavours so the old taste does not carry over.

How long will a box of ten last?

A box holds 100ml in total, which fills a 2ml pod around fifty times in theory. People using low-wattage nic salt devices commonly go through 2ml to 5ml a day, so a box covers roughly three to seven weeks. Your own figure depends on how often you vape.

Is the box good value compared with single bottles or prefilled pods?

Divide the box price by ten and compare it with a single bottle in the same flavour to check the saving. A refillable device with bottled liquid usually costs less per fill than sealed prefilled pods, though you also need to buy a device and replacement coils. Daily vapers usually see the biggest benefit.

Who should and should not buy this?

It suits adult vapers with a refillable pod kit who have settled on a flavour. It is not suitable for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or users of sealed prefilled pods, disposables or high-power sub-ohm tanks. If you are unsure of the flavour, buy a single bottle first.

Can I put this in a prefilled pod or a disposable?

No. Sealed prefilled pods and disposable-style devices are not designed to be opened and refilled, and you should not try. Use this liquid only in an open, refillable pod kit or a low-powered refillable device suited to nicotine salts.

Do you deliver across the UK and how quickly?

Yes. We deliver across the UK, orders over 20 pounds ship free, and orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Checkout is age-verified, and this product is for adults aged 18 and over only.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

Unopened, unsealed product can be returned within 14 days. Opened e-liquid cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, but faulty or damaged items are replaced free of charge, so contact us with your order number and a photo if anything arrives wrong.

Great flavour, smooth hit

Delivery was super fast and the product is genuine. I've had fakes before so this was a relief.

Flavour is spot on

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
