Hayati Pro Max Prefilled Pod Kit Bundle Overview

The Hayati Pro Max Prefilled Pod Kit Bundle is a rechargeable pod system sold as a starter package: a reusable battery device, a set of prefilled pods, and a USB-C charging lead. Instead of throwing the whole unit away when the liquid runs out, you keep the device and swap the pod. That single design choice changes the economics, the environmental footprint, and the legal position of the product in the UK, and it is the reason kits like this have taken over from single-use vapes in many shops.

Hayati built its name on high-puff disposables with a wide flavour menu, and the Pro Max kit carries that flavour-first approach into a format that fits current UK rules. The range this bundle belongs to covers 36 flavours, which makes it one of the larger menus you will find on a pod-kit family. The word bundle matters here. You are buying more than one pod up front, which gives you either a spread of flavours or a stock of your favourite so you are not reordering the day the first pod runs dry.

This guide is written for UK adults who already smoke or vape and want a plain, practical read on what the kit does well, where it falls short, and who should look elsewhere. It covers puff delivery, flavour, build, battery, coil, nicotine strength, setup, troubleshooting, value and honest comparisons with other pod systems. Where we quote numbers, treat them as typical for this class of device and check the pack and product listing for the exact figures on the unit you receive, because manufacturers do revise batteries and pod sizes between production runs.

One note on age and purpose. Vapes are intended for adult smokers and existing nicotine users who want an alternative to cigarettes. You must be 18 or over to buy in the UK, and if you do not currently smoke or vape, this is not a product to start on. Nicotine is addictive, and no vaping product is risk-free, only lower risk than smoking tobacco for people who switch completely.

Performance and Puff Delivery

Performance on a prefilled pod kit comes down to three things: how quickly the coil heats, how steadily it keeps vaporising across a long draw, and how long a pod lasts before the flavour fades or the liquid runs out. The Pro Max kit is built around an automatic, draw-activated system. There is no fire button, so you simply inhale and the device detects airflow and powers the coil. That keeps the learning curve low and makes it a natural step for someone coming from a cigarette or a single-use vape.

Under UK rules, a prefilled pod holds a maximum of 2ml of liquid. On a 2ml pod at 20mg/ml, most users can expect somewhere in the region of 500 to 800 puffs per pod, depending on draw length, how often you vape and how hard the coil is being driven. Headline puff numbers printed on some packaging in this category come from machine testing with short, uniform puffs, and real-world use usually lands lower. A heavy user who vapes steadily through the day may finish a pod in a day and a half, while a lighter, occasional user may stretch the same pod across four or five days.

Because you receive several pods in the bundle, the total delivery across the whole package is a multiple of that single-pod figure. For most people the bundle represents a few days to a few weeks of vaping, rather than one long-lasting unit.

What you should notice in everyday use:

  • Throat hit at 20mg/ml is noticeable but not harsh, closer to a firm cigarette-style hit than the soft feel of lower-strength liquids.
  • Vapour volume is moderate. This is a mouth-to-lung style device, so expect a tight draw and a modest cloud rather than the large plume of a sub-ohm tank.
  • Consistency is steady through the first two-thirds of a pod, with a slight drop in flavour intensity as the liquid level falls, which is normal for any wick-fed pod.
  • Warm-up is quick, with vapour on the first inhale and no dry-hit pause once the pod has been primed properly.

If you chain vape, the coil can run warm and the wick can struggle to keep pace with demand. Short pauses between draws let the cotton re-saturate and protect flavour. The honest summary is that performance is steady and predictable rather than dramatic, which is exactly what most pod-kit users are looking for.

Flavour Profile Across the 36-Flavour Range

Flavour is where Hayati has concentrated its effort, and the 36-flavour family is split fairly evenly between fruit, ice, sweet and soda-style profiles. The names below are representative of what the range typically includes. Availability changes from batch to batch, so use the flavour selector on the product page to see what is currently in stock for this bundle.

  • Blue Razz Ice: sweet blue raspberry with a clean menthol finish on the exhale. It is the sort of flavour that suits an all-day vape because the cooling is present but not sharp.
  • Cherry Cola: a candy-style cherry layered over a lightly spiced cola base. It is sweeter than a real cola, so expect a dessert-like profile rather than a sharp fizzy one.
  • Strawberry Ice: ripe strawberry with a gentle cooling edge. This is one of the more approachable choices for anyone moving over from a menthol cigarette.
  • Watermelon Ice: juicy, slightly candied watermelon with a cool finish. It tends to read as light and refreshing, which helps at higher nicotine strength because the sweetness softens the throat hit.
  • Pink Lemonade: tart lemon balanced with a berry sweetness. A good option if heavy sweetness tires your palate.
  • Triple Mango: a rounded tropical mango with a creamy ripeness rather than a sharp acidic one. No cooling, so it suits people who dislike menthol.
  • Peach Ice: soft stone fruit with a light chill. The peach note stays recognisable through the whole pod.
  • Mixed Berries: a blend of red and dark berries that is sweet up front and slightly tart on the finish.

A few general points apply across the family. Ice flavours carry a cooling agent, which some people find reduces the perceived flavour after a long session, so if you vape heavily you may prefer a non-ice profile. Sweet flavours can also feel more intense on the tongue than they do on the nose, and a fresh pod is always strongest in its first few hundred puffs. Palate fatigue is real. If you buy a bundle with a mix of flavours, rotating between two or three of them can keep each one tasting fresh for longer, and it is a cheap way to find your regular choice before committing to a larger order.

The family is flavour-led rather than tobacco-led. If you want a true tobacco or a plain menthol profile, check the variant list first, because the emphasis here is on fruit and candy styles.

Design and Build Quality

The Pro Max kit follows the compact, pocketable layout that has become standard for prefilled pod systems. The device is a slim, slightly rounded rectangular body with a magnetic or snap-in pod seat at the top, a mouthpiece integrated into the pod, and a USB-C port at the base. Expect it to weigh roughly the same as a small lighter or a thick marker pen once a pod is seated, which means it sits in a jeans pocket without dragging.

Build quality is where kits in this price bracket vary most, so here is what to check when yours arrives.

  • Pod fit: the pod should seat with a firm click or a clear magnetic pull and show no wobble. A loose pod is the most common cause of intermittent vapour.
  • Finish: a coated or anodised shell resists fingerprints and light scratches better than bare plastic. Light scuffing around the base of the device after a few weeks in a pocket or bag is normal.
  • Mouthpiece: a flat or slightly tapered tip that feels comfortable on the lips matters more than it sounds if you vape all day. The pod mouthpiece is part of the pod itself, so a fresh one is cleaner than a long-used one.
  • Indicator light: a small LED shows battery state and flashes when the device detects a fault, such as a missing pod or a short circuit.
  • Airflow: the draw is fixed rather than adjustable, set at a tight mouth-to-lung resistance designed to feel familiar to a cigarette smoker.

There are no screens, buttons or menus. That simplicity is a design strength for beginners and a limitation for anyone who likes to tweak. You cannot change wattage, airflow or temperature, so the device is built to be switched on by inhaling and left alone.

In terms of durability, treat it like any small electronic device. It will survive pocket life and the occasional short drop onto carpet, but it is not water-resistant and is not built to handle a hard fall onto concrete. Keep it out of hot cars, because heat expands the liquid and encourages leaks around the pod seat. A silicone sleeve, if you want extra protection, is a cheap add-on that helps with grip and drops.

Battery and Charging

Pod kits of this size typically use an internal lithium-ion battery in the region of 500 to 650 mAh. That is enough to run through roughly one to two prefilled pods on a full charge for moderate use, although the real number depends on how often you vape and how long each draw lasts. The kit charges over USB-C, which is useful because the same cable that charges your phone, power bank or laptop will charge the device.

Charging guidance that keeps the battery healthy:

  • Use a standard USB wall adapter or a computer port. A basic 5V adapter is all the device needs. Rapid-charge bricks designed for laptops are unnecessary and add nothing for a battery this small.
  • Expect a full charge in about 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the adapter and how flat the battery was. The indicator light usually changes colour or turns off when charging completes.
  • Do not leave it charging overnight on a soft surface. Place it on a hard, clear, non-flammable surface where you can see it, and unplug it once finished.
  • Avoid running the battery to zero every time. Top it up when the light starts flashing and you will usually get more total cycles from the cell.
  • Use the supplied cable or a good quality replacement. A frayed or very cheap lead can charge slowly or intermittently.

Since the device is draw-activated, it does not drain much when idle. It can sit in a bag for a day or two and still be ready to vape. If it has sat for a few weeks, charge it fully before using it.

Battery life declines gradually over hundreds of charge cycles, which for most users means a year or more of normal use before you notice shorter runtime. Since you can keep the device and only replace the pods, the battery is the part of this kit most likely to determine when you eventually retire it. When that happens, do not put it in household rubbish or a kerbside recycling bin. Lithium batteries can start fires in collection vehicles and sorting plants, and they need to go through proper electrical waste channels, which the recycling section later in this guide covers.

Pod and Coil Technology

The pods in this kit are prefilled, sealed and replaceable. Each pod contains the e-liquid reservoir, the coil and the mouthpiece in one sealed unit, so you never touch the liquid or the heating element. In practical terms, that means no spills, no priming errors with refills, and no coil swaps. When the pod is empty, you pull it out, press in a new one and carry on.

The coil inside is a mesh-style or ceramic-style design of the kind used across modern pod systems. Mesh coils spread heat across a larger surface than a traditional round wire coil, which in theory means faster vaporisation, more even heating and a flavour that stays consistent for longer. The usual coil resistance for this class of device sits around 1 ohm or a little above, tuned for a tight draw and low power draw. You do not need to know the exact figure to use the kit, but it explains why the vapour feels smooth rather than harsh.

Key points about the pod format:

  • Capacity: up to 2ml per pod, which is the UK limit for prefilled and refillable pods.
  • Liquid type: most prefilled pod liquids in this category are nicotine-salt formulations. Nicotine salts allow a smoother throat hit at the 20mg/ml cap than a traditional freebase liquid would give at the same strength.
  • Wick: organic cotton or a cotton blend feeds the coil. A fresh pod needs a short wait after insertion so the cotton can soak up the liquid.
  • Sealed design: because the pod is not refillable, the liquid and nicotine strength are fixed by the manufacturer. Never try to open and refill a sealed pod. It can damage the coil, cause leaks and void any claim.
  • Compatibility: only use pods designed for this device. Pods from other brands may look similar, but different contact positions and coil resistances can cause misfires or damage.

One trade-off is worth stating clearly. Prefilled pods cost more per millilitre than bottled e-liquid, because you are paying for the coil and the convenience. If you vape heavily, an open-pod or refillable system can be cheaper in the long run. For people who want to avoid anything fiddly, the convenience of the sealed pod is the whole point.

Nicotine Strength Guidance

UK rules cap nicotine in e-liquid at 20mg/ml (2%) for vape products, and that cap applies to prefilled pods as well as to bottled liquids and single-use devices. Prefilled pods are therefore sold in a range of strengths up to that ceiling, and some kits are available at lower strengths such as 10mg/ml or even nicotine-free. Always check the label of the pod you are buying, because the strength is printed on the pod and the outer box.

How to choose a strength:

  • 20mg/ml: aimed at people switching from regular cigarettes, especially those who smoke ten or more a day. It gives a firm throat hit and satisfies cravings quickly. If you are a heavy smoker, starting lower often leads to frequent puffing and disappointment, and some people end up returning to cigarettes.
  • 10mg/ml to 12mg/ml: a reasonable middle ground for lighter smokers, people who are partway through reducing, or anyone who finds 20mg/ml too strong with nicotine salts.
  • 5mg/ml or 6mg/ml: suited to people stepping down further, or former smokers who still want an occasional vape.
  • 0mg/ml: no nicotine. This is for people who have finished weaning off nicotine and want to keep the habit and flavour without it.

Signs you may have the wrong strength: if you feel lightheaded, nauseous, jittery or get a very harsh throat hit, the strength is too high. If you find yourself vaping constantly without feeling satisfied, it may be too low. Nicotine salts deliver nicotine quickly, so a strength that feels fine from a freebase liquid can feel much stronger in a pod. If you are unsure, it is generally safer to begin one step lower than you think you need and move up.

As a guide only, smokers of roughly a pack a day often find 20mg/ml suitable, while someone at five to ten cigarettes a day may be comfortable on 10mg/ml to 12mg/ml. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication, speak to a pharmacist or your GP before using any nicotine product. NHS stop-smoking services can also give free support if your goal is to quit nicotine altogether.

Who This Kit Suits and Who Should Skip It

A pod kit makes sense for some vapers and not for others. The Hayati Pro Max Prefilled Pod Kit Bundle sits in a clear niche, and it helps to be honest about it.

It suits:

  • Adult smokers switching from cigarettes who want something that works straight out of the box, with no learning curve and no liquid to handle.
  • Former single-use vape users who liked the flavour range and the simplicity of a draw-activated device, and are now looking for a rechargeable replacement that is legal to sell in the UK.
  • People who value convenience over cost, such as those who vape discreetly at work or on the move and do not want to carry bottles.
  • Flavour explorers who like having a number of options in the bundle and a wide menu to rotate through.
  • Light to moderate vapers who go through a pod every few days and will find the cost per week manageable.

You may want to skip it if:

  • You are a heavy vaper. Getting through several pods a week adds up quickly, and a refillable pod or tank system will cost less per millilitre.
  • You want to adjust your vape. There is no wattage, airflow or temperature control, so enthusiasts who like to tune will find it limiting.
  • You want big clouds. This is a tight mouth-to-lung device, not a direct-to-lung cloud machine.
  • You need lots of nicotine-free or tobacco flavours. The menu leans heavily towards fruit and ice.
  • You do not smoke or vape already. This product is for existing nicotine users only. Non-smokers and anyone under 18 should not use it.

If you are undecided, ask yourself how you actually vape. If you want a simple device that does one thing without fuss, this kit is a sensible choice. If you like to tinker, save money on liquids or prefer a heavy cloud, a different category of device would suit you better.

How to Set Up and Use the Kit

Setup takes under five minutes. The process is deliberately simple because this style of device is aimed at people who want to unpack it and start.

  • Check the contents. Confirm the device, the pods and the charging lead are in the box, and look the device over for visible damage.
  • Charge first. Even if the device has some charge from the factory, a short top-up before first use avoids early battery warnings.
  • Remove any protective film or plastic caps from the pod, including any seal on the mouthpiece or the base contacts.
  • Seat the pod. Push the pod into the top of the device until it clicks or seats magnetically. It should sit flush with the body.
  • Prime the pod. Wait three to five minutes after inserting a fresh pod so the wick can soak up liquid. Then take two or three gentle draws without inhaling deeply, just to get the vapour moving.
  • Vape. Inhale slowly through the mouthpiece in a steady two to four second draw. The device activates automatically.

A few habits improve the experience. Draw slowly, because fast, hard pulls dry out the wick and cause a burnt taste. Keep the device upright when you are not using it so liquid stays in the reservoir. Wipe the pod contacts with a dry cloth now and then, because condensation or residue can stop the device recognising the pod.

When the pod is empty or the flavour turns burnt or thin, remove it and fit a fresh one. Do not keep vaping a dry pod, because a dry coil makes an unpleasant taste and may overheat.

Disposal matters too. In the UK, vape devices and pods count as waste electrical and electronic equipment because of the battery and the electronics. Do not put them in household bins or kerbside recycling. Retailers that sell vapes are generally required to accept used ones back, and many local household waste recycling centres have a dedicated small electricals or battery drop-off point. Remove the pod, drop it with the device, and make sure nothing is left in a bag that could be crushed in a bin lorry.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Most issues with prefilled pod kits are small and fixable at home. Run through the likely causes below before assuming the unit is faulty.

  • No vapour, no response. Check that the device has charge, then take the pod out and reseat it firmly. Wipe the metal contacts on both the pod and the device with a dry cotton bud. Dirt or a slightly crooked pod is the most common reason for a dead response.
  • Flashing light when you inhale. This usually means a low battery or a pod not recognised. Charge the device, and if the light still flashes, try a different pod to see whether the pod or the device is at fault.
  • Burnt or harsh taste. The pod is either empty, not primed or being vaped too fast. Wait a few minutes, take slower draws, and replace the pod if the taste persists.
  • Weak flavour. A fresh pod can taste flat if it has not been primed. If the pod has been in use for a while, the liquid may be running low or the coil may be wearing.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Condensation has built up in the airflow path. Tilt the mouthpiece downward and blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear it, then wipe away any liquid.
  • Leaking. Liquid around the base of the pod is often caused by heat, pressure changes or a poor seal. Wipe the device and pod dry, reseat the pod and avoid leaving it in a hot place. If a pod keeps leaking, replace it.
  • Won't charge. Try a different cable and a different power source. Check the USB-C port for lint, and clear it carefully with a wooden toothpick, never a metal object.
  • Sore throat or dry mouth. Drink water, slow down the draws and consider a lower nicotine strength if the throat hit is too intense.

If you have tried these steps and a new pod does not work on a fully charged device, the unit may be faulty. Contact the shop with your order number and a short description, and keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. Never attempt to open the battery compartment or repair the device yourself, because lithium cells can be dangerous if damaged.

Value for Money and How the Bundle Works

Value on a pod kit has to be judged over time rather than on the day of purchase. A bundle that includes extra pods will cost more than a bare device, but it usually works out cheaper per pod than buying the pods separately, and it saves you a second delivery.

Here is a simple way to think about it. Take the total price of the bundle, divide it by the number of pods included, and then add the cost of replacement pods you would buy after the bundle runs out. Compare that with what you currently spend on cigarettes or single-use vapes. For many UK smokers, switching to a pod system lowers weekly spend noticeably, although the exact saving depends on how much you vaped before and how many pods you use per week.

Factors that influence value:

  • Number of pods in the bundle. More pods per pound lowers your starting cost and reduces how soon you need to reorder.
  • Reusable device. You are paying for the battery and body once, then only the pods afterwards, which is why a kit is cheaper than repeatedly buying whole single-use vapes.
  • Pod price. Prefilled pods cost more per millilitre than bottles of e-liquid. This is the trade-off for convenience.
  • Lifespan of the device. If the battery lasts a year or more, the device cost spread across that time is small.
  • Your usage pattern. Light and moderate users get better value than people who finish a pod every day.

Compared with disposables, a pod kit is better value for anyone who vapes regularly. Compared with a refillable system, it is more expensive over time but easier to run. If your priority is a low running cost and you do not mind refilling, a refillable pod device could save you money after the first month or two. If your priority is simplicity and a wide flavour choice, the Pro Max bundle offers fair value.

A sensible approach is to buy the bundle, try the flavours, and settle on a favourite. Once you know which one you like, you can reorder single pods in that flavour without paying for the device again.

How It Compares With Other Pod Systems

The pod-kit market in the UK is crowded, and the sensible way to judge this bundle is against the alternatives people actually cross-shop. These comparisons are general and based on the typical design philosophy of each product, so check current specifications before you buy.

  • Vuse ePod 2: a closed pod system from a large tobacco-industry manufacturer. It has a reputation for consistent build and a simple interface, and it is widely stocked in shops and supermarkets. Its flavour menu is narrower than Hayati's, and pod prices tend to be higher. If you want a familiar brand and a short, safe menu, it is a sound option. If flavour variety matters to you, Hayati offers more choice.
  • Elf Bar ELFX: a prefilled pod system from a brand that built its name on disposables. It is the most direct rival in terms of audience and flavour style. The two are similar in concept, and the choice often comes down to which flavours you prefer and what the current price is.
  • Voopoo VMATE and similar pod kits: these tend to offer more control, with adjustable airflow on some versions and a choice of open or closed pods. They suit people who want a little more tuning, but they are fiddlier than a simple draw-and-go kit.
  • OXVA Xlim: a popular refillable pod device with replaceable coils. It is cheaper to run per millilitre and gives the user more say over their vape, but you need to refill and maintain it, which is not for everyone.
  • Refillable tank kits: offer the lowest running cost and the most control, but they require more learning and regular upkeep.

Where the Hayati Pro Max bundle stands out is in its wide flavour range and its simplicity. Where it is weaker is in pod cost over time and the absence of any adjustment. It does not try to replace a refillable device for an experienced vaper, and it does not pretend to. Its job is to give a smoker or a former disposable user a straightforward, rechargeable option that behaves much like the single-use vapes they were used to.

The practical advice is to choose based on how you vape. For convenience and flavour variety, this kit is a good match. For long-term cost and control, look at refillable systems. For brand familiarity and a smaller menu, the larger tobacco-company products are worth a look.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

If you smoke ten or more cigarettes a day, 20mg/ml is the usual starting point and is the legal maximum in the UK. Lighter smokers or people stepping down often prefer 10mg/ml to 12mg/ml. If you feel lightheaded or the throat hit is harsh, move down a strength. Check the label on each pod because strength is printed on the pod and the box.

How do I charge the Hayati Pro Max kit and how long does it take?

Charge it with the supplied USB-C cable from a standard 5V wall adapter or a computer port. A full charge generally takes somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour and a half. Place the device on a hard surface while it charges, do not leave it unattended overnight, and unplug it once the indicator shows it is full.

Can I swap flavours, and how many flavours are there?

The wider Hayati Pro Max family covers 36 flavours. Because the pods are sealed and swappable, you can change flavour any time by replacing the pod. There is nothing to rinse or refill. Just remove the old pod and click in the new one. If your bundle includes mixed flavours, you can rotate between them, and availability for each variant is shown on the product page.

How long does one pod last?

A 2ml prefilled pod at 20mg/ml typically gives somewhere around 500 to 800 puffs, though this varies with your draw length and how often you vape. A heavy user may finish a pod in a day or two, while a light user can make it last four to five days. Treat headline puff counts on packaging as an upper estimate.

Is the bundle good value compared with disposables?

For regular vapers, yes. You buy the reusable device once and only replace the pods, so the running cost is usually lower than buying whole single-use vapes. Refillable systems cost less per millilitre again, but they need more setup and upkeep, so the bundle suits people who prioritise convenience and flavour choice.

Who should and should not buy this kit?

It is aimed at adult smokers and existing vapers who want a simple, rechargeable, draw-activated device. It is not suitable for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or have heart conditions without medical advice. Enthusiasts who want adjustable power, big clouds or the lowest running cost may prefer a refillable device.

Can I refill the prefilled pods?

No. The pods are sealed and designed for single use. Opening and refilling them can damage the coil, cause leaks and create a safety risk. When a pod is empty, remove it and fit a new one, then dispose of the used pod through a vape recycling drop-off point or a retailer take-back scheme.

How do I recycle the device and used pods?

Do not put vapes in household bins or kerbside recycling, because the lithium battery can cause fires. UK vape retailers are generally required to take back used vapes, and many household waste recycling centres have a small electricals or battery drop-off point. Take the pod out of the device before you drop it off.

How long does UK delivery take?

Orders are sent by tracked UK courier, and most arrive within a few working days. Exact delivery options and cut-off times are shown at checkout. Because this is an age-restricted product, an adult 18 or over must be available to receive the parcel, and the courier may ask for proof of age.

What if my kit arrives faulty, and what are the returns terms?

If your kit arrives damaged or does not work on a fully charged battery with a new pod, contact the shop with your order number and a short description or photo. Under UK consumer law, faulty goods can be replaced or refunded. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pods that are not faulty usually cannot be returned.

Does what it should. Smooth hit, no burnt taste even after a couple of weeks. Would recommend.

Easy to use straight out the box

Did a comparison with another brand and this came out on top. Better flavour and better value.
