Veev One Perspectives Special Edition Pod Kit Blue: overview

The Veev One Perspectives Special Edition Pod Kit in Blue is a compact, closed-pod vape built around the Veev One platform. Instead of a bottle of e-liquid and a tank you fill yourself, you clip in a pre-filled pod, inhale, and the device does the rest. There is no coil to prime, no liquid to pour and no wattage dial to learn. That simplicity is the whole pitch, and it is why pod kits of this type have become a common choice for adult smokers moving to vaping and for existing vapers who want something small enough to live in a pocket.

The Perspectives Special Edition refers to the finish and styling of the device. Blue here is the colour of the body, not a flavour. The electronics, pod format and general behaviour follow the standard Veev One platform, so what you read about Veev One pods and how they perform applies here too. If you already own a Veev One, the main thing you are paying for with this edition is the look.

What you get in the box depends on the listing, but a kit of this kind normally includes the battery device, a pre-filled Veev One pod, a charging cable and a leaflet with safety and disposal information. Extra pods are sold separately in a range of flavours and strengths. Because pods are proprietary, they only fit Veev One devices, so make sure any spare pods you buy are labelled for Veev One.

This page is written for adults in the UK. Nicotine vapes are for people aged 18 and over, and they are not intended for non-smokers. Where we quote figures such as puff counts and battery capacity, they are approximate, reasoned from the format and from how comparable pod systems behave, and the numbers printed on your pack or published by the manufacturer should always take priority over ours.

  • Format: rechargeable closed-pod kit, inhale-activated
  • Pod size: 2ml, the maximum permitted for a UK pod
  • Nicotine: nicotine salt liquid, up to the UK cap of 20mg/ml
  • Style: mouth-to-lung, with a cigarette-like draw
  • Finish: Perspectives Special Edition in Blue

Specifications at a glance

Manufacturers of closed-pod kits do not always publish a full data sheet, so the figures below combine what is standard for the Veev One format with sensible estimates. Treat anything marked approximate as a guide and check your packaging for the definitive numbers.

  • Device type: rechargeable closed-pod vape with a built-in battery
  • Activation: inhale-activated, so there is no fire button to hold
  • Pod capacity: 2ml pre-filled, in line with the UK limit on pod and tank size
  • Nicotine strength: nicotine salt e-liquid, available up to the UK maximum of 20mg/ml (2%)
  • Battery: built-in lithium-ion cell, approximately 400mAh to 500mAh
  • Charging: via cable, with a full charge typically taking around an hour (approximate)
  • Coil: low-resistance heating element built into each pod and replaced whenever you change pod
  • Vaping style: mouth-to-lung, suited to a cigarette-style inhale
  • Pod life: roughly 500 to 700 puffs per pod, depending on how you vape (approximate)
  • Colour: Blue, Perspectives Special Edition finish

Why does the 2ml figure matter? Under UK rules, refillable tanks and pods cannot hold more than 2ml, and bottles of nicotine e-liquid are capped at 10ml. Any pod kit sold legitimately in the UK works within those limits, which is why UK pod capacities cluster around the same number. The 20mg/ml nicotine ceiling applies to every nicotine vape sold here, whatever its format, and it is the same limit that used to apply to disposables before single-use vapes were banned from sale on 1 June 2025.

A word on what the numbers do not tell you. Battery capacity and pod size are only part of the picture. How the device is tuned, how the airflow is shaped and how the heating element is made affect real-world feel as much as any single specification. A 400mAh device that is well matched to its pod can feel more consistent than a larger battery driving a poorly matched coil. That is why the sections below spend time on how the kit behaves in practice rather than leaning only on headline specs.

If you are comparing this kit with others, line up like with like. Compare pod volume against pod volume, nicotine strength against nicotine strength, and the realistic number of pods you will use per week against the price of those pods. A kit that looks cheap on the shelf can cost more over three months if its pods are short-lived or expensive.

Performance and puff delivery

Pod kits in this class are tuned for a draw that feels close to a cigarette: a gentle pull, a modest amount of vapour and a throat hit that depends mostly on the nicotine strength you choose. Expect the Veev One to deliver steady, moderate vapour rather than the large clouds associated with sub-ohm kits. If you want big, warm vapour, this is not that device, and it is not trying to be.

On puff count, a 2ml pod at 20mg/ml will usually give somewhere in the region of 500 to 700 puffs in normal use. That range is wide because it depends on how you vape. Long, slow draws use more liquid per puff than short sips, so a heavy puller will sit at the bottom of the range and someone taking brief puffs through the day will sit nearer the top. We prefer to give you a range you can plan around rather than a single headline number that only holds under ideal conditions.

Across a pod's life, output should be fairly even. Closed pods are designed to wick consistently until the liquid runs low, at which point the draw gets warmer, the flavour thins out and you may notice a slight crackle or a dry taste. That is your cue to swap the pod, not to keep pulling on it. Chasing the last drops damages the wick and leaves a burnt taste that can taint the next few puffs of a fresh pod as well.

A few practical performance points:

  • Draw-activated firing: the device triggers when you inhale, so there is no delay from a button press and no way to hold the heater on for too long.
  • Fixed output: there is no boost mode or power dial. For many people that is a feature, because the device feels the same every time.
  • Chain vaping: a small battery and a small heating element prefer pauses. Taking many draws back-to-back warms the pod and can thin the flavour.
  • Nicotine delivery: with nicotine salts the hit is smooth at 20mg/ml, so a gentle puff delivers more than you might expect from the same strength in a traditional freebase liquid.
  • Temperature: in cold weather the liquid thickens slightly and the first few puffs may feel airier. Keeping the device in an inside pocket helps.

In everyday terms, think of a commute-length session, a break at work or a few puffs after dinner. This is a device for short, frequent use and not for marathon sessions. If you find yourself wanting to vape continuously for an hour, a larger battery and a more tolerant kit would suit you better.

Flavour profile and pod options

A pod kit does not have a flavour of its own. What you taste depends on the pod you clip in, and Veev One pods are sold in the usual UK families: tobacco, menthol and mint, fruit, ice-blended fruit and a smaller group of sweeter dessert-style profiles. Check the product listing for the pod included with this kit and for current spares, because the flavour roster changes over time and you are better off reading the live list than relying on a snapshot here.

It is worth saying plainly that Blue is the colour of the device in this Perspectives edition. It does not indicate a blueberry or blue raspberry pod, and it does not mean the pod in the box is any particular flavour. Read the label on the pod itself.

How the main flavour families tend to come across on a small closed-pod device:

  • Tobacco: usually dry and slightly toasted rather than a photographic copy of a cigarette. A reasonable starting point for smokers who want a familiar profile, and 20mg gives the nearest throat feel.
  • Menthol and mint: cool and clean, with a lighter body. These are popular for all-day use because they do not tire the palate quickly.
  • Fruit: a sweet, rounded middle with a slightly sharp finish. Single-fruit notes generally come through more clearly than complicated blends on a low-power device.
  • Ice and cooling blends: a fruit base with a menthol-style chill. The cooling agent can mask finer fruit detail, which is fine if freshness is what you want.
  • Dessert: richer and heavier, and better suited to occasional vaping than constant use, since sweet profiles can become cloying.

Because the vapour is produced at modest temperature, flavours are generally smooth rather than sharp. Lower-power vaping preserves delicate notes like citrus and green apple that can burn off at higher wattage. The flip side is that very complex flavours are simplified: expect the main idea of a profile rather than every layer of it.

Flavour fatigue is real. If you vape the same sweet pod all day, it can taste weaker after a couple of days even though nothing has changed in the pod. Switching to a different pod, or alternating a sweet flavour with a menthol or tobacco one, resets your palate. Sealed pods keep well when stored upright away from heat, so holding a spare or two in a different flavour is reasonable. Do not store pods in a hot car or in a bag in direct sun, because heat thins the liquid and can cause leaks.

Swapping flavours is simple: remove the used pod, fit a new one and let it settle for a few minutes. Because the coil is in the pod, there is no ghosting from a previous flavour carried over in a tank, which is one of the genuine advantages of this format over refillable devices.

Design and build quality

The Veev One is a slim, pocketable device that sits closer in size to a lighter or a thick marker pen than to a traditional vape pen. The Perspectives Special Edition keeps that shape and changes the look, with a Blue finish that makes it easy to tell from the standard colours at a glance. Aesthetics are subjective, but a distinctive colour has a practical upside: it is harder to mistake for someone else's device on a table and easier to spot at the bottom of a bag.

The body is light, as you would expect from a device built around a small battery. Lightness is comfortable in the hand and in a jacket pocket, though it also means the shell is not designed to be drop-proof. A hard knock on pavement can crack a pod or loosen the contacts. A simple silicone sleeve, or a pocket of its own away from keys and coins, is a cheap way to protect the finish.

What to look at when you take it out of the box:

  • Pod seating: the pod should click or slide in with a firm, even fit and no wobble. A pod that sits proud of the body may not be fully connected and can cause misfires.
  • Mouthpiece: a flat or gently shaped tip is easier to hold between the lips than a bulky one. Check it is free of cracks.
  • Contacts: the small metal contacts where the pod meets the battery should look clean and unmarked.
  • Finish: the Blue colour should be even. Minor variation is normal for coloured plastics, but obvious scratches or pooled paint are reasons to contact us.

Maintenance is minimal. Wipe the body with a dry or barely damp cloth, clean the contacts with a dry cotton bud and keep liquid out of the charging port. Avoid household solvents and alcohol wipes, which can mark coloured finishes. Because the device is sealed, you should not open the casing at any point; the lithium cell inside is not user-serviceable.

On build quality in a wider sense: closed-pod kits are mass-produced consumer electronics, and the finish on devices of this type tends to sit at a mid-market level. It is solid enough for daily carry with sensible handling, but it is not a premium metal-bodied device and should not be judged as one. Judge it against other small closed-pod kits and it holds up reasonably well.

One more design point that matters in daily use: because the device is inhale-activated with no button, there is nothing to press by accident in a pocket. That is a small safety and convenience benefit over button-fired devices, which occasionally fire in a bag if they are not locked.

Battery and charging

The battery is built into the body and cannot be swapped by the user. For a device of this size the capacity sits in the region of 400mAh to 500mAh, which is modest next to the 800mAh to 1,000mAh batteries typically found on larger refillable pod kits. The sensible way to think about it is that this is a small, light device that likes regular top-ups, not a long-haul workhorse.

Real-world endurance depends on your puffing pattern. A light user who takes a few draws across the day can expect a charge to last a full day or more. A regular user may find it needs charging daily. Because the battery is small compared with the volume of liquid in a pod, you will often get through a single pod across more than one charge, and it is a good habit to top up before heading out for a long day.

Charging guidance for UK users:

  • Use the supplied cable or a good-quality replacement with the same connector type. Check the port on your device before buying a spare, as small devices differ.
  • Use a standard 5V USB source such as a laptop port or a regular phone adapter. You do not need a fast charger, and you should avoid cheap unbranded adapters.
  • Expect a charge time of about an hour from low (approximate), and unplug when full rather than leaving it connected for hours.
  • Charge on a hard, flat, non-flammable surface, not on a bed or sofa or in a bag, and do not leave it charging unattended overnight.
  • Avoid vaping while charging if the design allows it. It keeps the cell warmer and adds wear.

Lithium-ion cells dislike heat, deep discharge and physical damage. Keep the device out of hot cars and direct sunlight, avoid running it completely flat every time, and stop using it if the body swells, gets unusually hot or smells of burning. In that case, unplug it, move it somewhere safe away from anything flammable and contact us.

End of life matters too. The cell inside is a lithium battery and the device counts as electrical waste. It must not go in household bins or kerbside recycling, where crushed batteries have been linked to fires in collection vehicles and recycling plants. In the UK you can take used vapes, pods and chargers to your local household waste recycling centre, and retailers that sell vaping products are expected to offer a take-back service for used vape items. Many supermarkets and electrical shops also run small-electricals drop-off points. Search for your nearest vape-recycling drop-off on a recycling locator before you set off, and bag a visibly damaged battery separately so it does not short against other items.

Pod, coil and mesh technology

Every Veev One pod is a sealed unit: a 2ml reservoir, a wick, a heating element and a mouthpiece in one piece. When you inhale, an airflow sensor in the device energises the heating element, which warms the liquid held in the wick and turns it into vapour. When the pod is empty, you take it off and fit a new one, so you are fitting a fresh heating element every time. That is the main reason a closed-pod system needs so little care.

Coil design is where pod systems differ. Three types turn up in the UK market. Traditional wire coils wrapped around cotton are simple and cheap and give a strong, direct flavour. Ceramic heating elements spread heat through a porous block, which tends to give a smooth, consistent vapour and good resistance to dry hits. Mesh coils use a flat sheet of perforated metal in contact with the wick, which spreads heat across a wide surface and is associated with quicker warm-up and more even flavour. We are not going to claim a specific element for this pod without the manufacturer's paperwork in front of us, so check the pod label or data sheet for the exact type. The practical effect on a pod this size is much the same whichever it is: a low-resistance element, in the region of 1 ohm, suited to a mouth-to-lung draw at modest power.

A few technical points that explain how the pieces fit together:

  • Resistance and power: lower-resistance elements warm quickly and produce useful vapour even from a small battery, which is why the device does not need a large cell.
  • Nicotine salts: salt-based liquids are smoother at higher strengths and work well with lower-power heating elements, which is why 20mg/ml pods are comfortable to use.
  • Wicking: the wick must stay saturated. Vaping a pod that has just been fitted, without letting it sit for a few minutes, can produce a dry hit.
  • Fixed airflow: the airflow channel is set at the factory. You cannot open it up for a looser draw, so if a tight mouth-to-lung pull is not for you, a different type of kit may suit better.
  • Sensor activation: a small pressure sensor detects your inhale. Blocking the air hole with a finger or a tongue will stop it working, and a faulty sensor is one reason a device might not fire.

The upside of the closed design is consistency. The heating element is matched to the liquid by the manufacturer, so you are not guessing at coil and juice combinations. The downside is that you cannot optimise it. If a particular pod tastes muted to you, there is no wattage to nudge or airflow to change.

A final point on compatibility. Pods are not universal. A Veev One pod fits Veev One devices, and pods from other brands will not seat or fire correctly. Buying from a UK retailer who lists the compatible device clearly is the easiest way to avoid a mismatch, and it is worth checking the product title on any spare pods before you add them to your basket.

Nicotine strength guidance

Nicotine in the UK is regulated tightly. The maximum strength for any nicotine e-liquid, including the liquid inside pods, is 20mg/ml (2%). That cap applies to refillable liquids, to pods and, until their sale was banned on 1 June 2025, to disposables as well. Single-use vapes can no longer be sold in the UK, so rechargeable kits with replaceable pods are the format in use. You will not find a legal 50mg/ml nicotine vape here, and any seller offering one is not following UK law.

Strength choices for pods like these generally look like this, subject to what is listed for each flavour:

  • 20mg/ml (2%): suits adults who smoked around ten or more cigarettes a day, or who find lower strengths leave them reaching for the device constantly. Expect a firm but smooth throat hit with nicotine salts.
  • 10mg/ml (1%): suits lighter or social smokers and vapers who have been stepping down. The hit is softer and you may take slightly more puffs to feel satisfied.
  • Below 10mg/ml: if available in the Veev One range, these suit people who are already comfortable with low strengths. Check the product listing, because not every strength is stocked for every flavour.

The total nicotine in a pod is just strength multiplied by volume. A 2ml pod at 20mg/ml holds 40mg, while the same pod at 10mg/ml holds 20mg. A higher strength is not better for everyone; the aim is to match what you actually need. Starting too high can cause nausea, dizziness, headache, a racing pulse or a throat hit that is simply unpleasant. If you feel any of those, stop, take a break and consider stepping down.

A useful rule of thumb is to begin with the strength that satisfies you without making you feel unwell, then review after a week or two. If you find yourself puffing continually on a 10mg pod without feeling satisfied, a move to 20mg can reduce the total number of puffs, while the reverse is true for people who find 20mg too strong. Nicotine salts feel smoother than freebase nicotine at the same number, so a strength that seems high on paper can feel comfortable in practice.

Nicotine is addictive, and this product is intended for adults who already use nicotine. If you do not smoke or vape, do not start. Keep pods and devices away from children and pets, and if anyone swallows pod liquid or gets it on their skin or in their eyes, seek medical advice and rinse the area with water straight away.

Who the Veev One Perspectives kit is for

The Veev One Perspectives Special Edition suits a fairly specific kind of buyer. It is a convenience-first device, so the people who get the most from it are those who value simplicity over tweakability.

A good fit if you are:

  • An adult smoker moving to a vape who wants something with no setup, no refilling and a cigarette-like mouth-to-lung draw.
  • An existing vaper who wants a small second device for travel, work or nights out, so your main kit stays at home.
  • Coming from single-use vapes and want a rechargeable alternative that asks for a similar level of effort.
  • Someone who likes a distinctive look and wants a device that stands out from the standard colour options.

Probably not for you if you are:

  • A cloud chaser or a fan of direct-to-lung vaping. The power output and fixed airflow here are aimed at a discreet, modest draw.
  • Someone who likes mixing their own e-liquid or trying lots of bottled flavours cheaply. Closed pods lock you into the pod range.
  • A heavy, all-day vaper who would find the small battery a nuisance and would likely do better with a larger device that tolerates long sessions.
  • Someone who has never smoked or vaped. Nicotine is addictive and these products are not for non-smokers or for anyone under 18.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a heart condition or another medical issue, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using any nicotine product. Local stop smoking services in the UK offer free support and can talk you through the options, including licensed nicotine replacement products.

It is also worth being honest about the special edition part. If you do not care about the look, a standard-colour Veev One does the same job and may be better value if it is cheaper. If you do care, the Perspectives finish is a reasonable thing to pick, in the same way that people choose a coloured phone case. Choose it because you like it, not because you expect different performance, since the internals follow the standard platform.

Finally, think about your routine. If you vape a handful of times a day and like to grab a device and go, the Veev One format fits neatly. If your routine involves sitting down with a bottle, a screwdriver and a spare coil, a refillable kit would feel more natural.

How to use your Veev One kit

Getting started takes a couple of minutes, and the steps are the same each time you change pod.

  • Step 1, charge first. Give the battery a full charge before the first use. Make sure the device is out of its packaging and the contacts are clean and dry.
  • Step 2, prepare the pod. Remove any protective film, cap or tape from the pod, including any seal over the mouthpiece or base. Check there are no cracks and that the liquid level is visible.
  • Step 3, fit the pod. Push the pod into the device until it seats firmly. Do not force it; if it does not fit, check it is the right way round and is a Veev One pod.
  • Step 4, let it wick. Wait three to five minutes with the device upright so the wick saturates fully. Skipping this is the most common cause of a dry or burnt first taste.
  • Step 5, take gentle draws. Start with two or three slow, light puffs to prime, then draw as you normally would. Pull steadily for two to three seconds. Hard, long pulls are not needed.
  • Step 6, pace yourself. Leave a short gap between draws, particularly in the first few minutes of a new pod.
  • Step 7, swap when low. When the flavour thins, the vapour reduces or you notice a warm, dry taste, change the pod.

Storage and carry tips: keep the device upright when you can, use any cap or cover provided and keep it somewhere cool. Do not leave it in a car or in direct sunlight. Keep both device and pods out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is hazardous if swallowed or if it gets on skin, and a pod should be treated like any other nicotine product.

Changing pods cleanly: pull the old pod out straight rather than twisting it, and wipe away any condensation from the contacts before fitting the next one. Do not try to refill a closed pod. They are not designed for it, refilling can damage the seal and the wick, and it takes you outside the product's intended use.

Legal and etiquette: you must be 18 or over to buy and use nicotine vapes in the UK, and retailers are required to check. Many public transport operators, workplaces, hospitals and venues restrict vaping, so check the rules where you are and be considerate of the people around you. If you fly, vapes and spare batteries must travel in cabin baggage and not be used on board, since lithium batteries are not allowed in the hold.

When a pod is finished, do not bin it with ordinary rubbish. Used pods contain a heating element and residual liquid, and the UK vape-recycling scheme accepts them alongside old devices. Take them to a household waste recycling centre or a shop with a vape take-back bin, and keep them away from children until you do.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with a pod kit come down to five causes: a poorly seated pod, a dry wick, a low battery, a worn-out pod or dirty contacts. Work through the list below before concluding there is a fault.

  • No vapour when you inhale: check the battery has charge, then remove and refit the pod to be sure it is fully seated. Wipe the contacts with a dry cotton bud. If the pod is nearly empty, the wick may be dry, so swap to a fresh one.
  • Indicator light flashes or the device will not fire: a flashing light is often a low-battery or protection signal. Charge fully and try again. If it keeps flashing on a charged device with a known good pod, contact us.
  • Weak or flat flavour: usually the pod is close to empty or you are experiencing flavour fatigue. Try a fresh pod or a different flavour family for a day or two.
  • Burnt or harsh taste: stop using that pod. It is typically caused by vaping without enough liquid, chain vaping, or not letting a new pod wick. Fit a new pod and leave it to settle first.
  • Gurgling or spitting: a little condensation in the mouthpiece is normal. Blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear it, or wipe it with a tissue. Frequent bubbling can mean the pod has been exposed to heat.
  • Leaking: seepage at the base of the pod can come from heat, pressure changes or a damaged seal. Wipe the device and contacts dry and replace the pod if it keeps leaking. Do not use a cracked pod.
  • Will not charge or charges slowly: try a different cable and adapter, clear any debris out of the port and charge from a wall adapter rather than a low-power port. If there is still no response, contact us with your order number.
  • Short battery life: expected with a small cell. Heavy use, cold weather and an ageing battery all shorten run time.
  • Pod loose in the device: check you have the right pod type. If it is the right pod and still wobbles, stop using it and get in touch.

Safety first: if the device becomes very hot, swells, makes a hissing noise, smells of burning or leaks fluid from the body, stop using it, unplug it and place it on a non-flammable surface away from other items. Do not attempt a repair. Once you have stopped using a faulty or damaged vape, take it to a recycling drop-off point rather than putting it in your household bin, and if it is damaged, tell the staff so it can be handled safely.

If troubleshooting does not fix the problem and you think the device is faulty, get in touch with your order number and a short description, and a photo if the issue is visible. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights, and we will help sort out a repair, replacement or refund as the law and our returns policy provide.

Value for money and how it compares

Kit price is only part of the cost. With any pod system you pay for the device once and then for pods repeatedly, so the figure that matters over months is the cost per pod and how long each pod lasts. At 500 to 700 puffs per pod (approximate), a regular user may go through a pod every day or two. Check current pod pricing on our listings and do the simple sum: pods per week multiplied by pod price, plus the occasional replacement device.

The Perspectives Special Edition is, at heart, the standard Veev One with a different finish. If the price is close to the standard colours, the styling comes cheaply and the value case is straightforward. If there is a noticeable premium, ask yourself whether the look is worth that to you, because you will not get extra performance for it.

Fair comparisons with the alternatives you are likely to be weighing:

  • Refillable pod kits such as the Vaporesso XROS, OXVA Xlim and SMOK Novo families: these usually carry larger batteries, often in the 800mAh to 1,000mAh range, and let you choose from a wide range of bottled e-liquids, which works out cheaper per millilitre over time. They also let you swap coils to change the draw. The cost is more fiddling: filling, coil changes and a higher chance of leaks. The Veev One wins on convenience and loses on running cost and flavour choice.
  • Other closed-pod systems such as Vuse ePod 2: these offer a very similar experience, with sealed pods, an inhale-activated device and a proprietary pod range. The decision comes down to which flavours you like, the price of pods, and how easy the pods are to find. Neither format is clearly ahead; try the one whose pods you will actually enjoy buying repeatedly.
  • Single-use vapes: these can no longer be sold in the UK. A rechargeable pod kit generates less waste than throwing away a whole device every few days, although used pods still need to be recycled properly rather than binned.
  • Larger tank or box-mod kits: better for people who want more vapour and longer battery life, but bigger and more involved. They are a step up in complexity, not an equal substitute.

Where does the Veev One sit in all this? It is a sensible pick for someone who wants to buy a pod, fit it and forget about it. It is less compelling for someone who vapes heavily, wants to experiment or needs to keep running costs as low as possible. The small battery means you will be charging often, and the closed pod means you are tied to one pod range.

One more honest note: closed pod kits tend to be more expensive per millilitre of liquid than bottles, and that gap is the price of convenience. If convenience matters to you, it is a fair trade. If you vape a lot and cost matters more, a refillable kit will probably serve your wallet better.

Looking after the device also affects value. Keep it charged sensibly, store it away from heat, avoid dropping it and recycle used pods properly. A device that lasts a year or more of regular use, with pods replaced as needed, gives you the most for your money, and handling it with ordinary care is the easiest way to get there.

  • Slightly higher upfront cost than a disposable
  • Fixed airflow on many models

Customer Buying Tips

  • Check your pod format: prefilled vs refillable use different pods — not interchangeable.
  • Buy a spare pod with the kit so you never run dry mid-session.
  • Charge fully before first use — a factory part-charge is just enough to test the device.
  • Keep the kit in the box with the leaflet for warranty claims.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose for the Veev One?

Adults who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day usually start with 20mg/ml, which is the UK maximum, while lighter or social smokers often do better at 10mg/ml. Nicotine salts feel smoother than they look on paper, so begin with the strength that satisfies you without making you feel unwell. Check the listing for the strengths stocked with each flavour.

How do I charge the device and how long does it take?

Connect it to a standard 5V USB source with the supplied or a matching cable, and expect a full charge in about an hour (approximate). Charge it on a hard, non-flammable surface, do not leave it charging unattended overnight and unplug it once full. If it will not charge, try another cable and adapter and clean the port before contacting us.

Can I swap flavours, and will other brands' pods fit?

You can change flavour by removing the used pod and fitting a new Veev One pod, with no tank to rinse. Pods from other brands are not compatible, so check that any spares are labelled for Veev One. The colour of this kit is Blue, which refers to the body and not to a flavour.

How long does a pod last?

A 2ml pod typically gives somewhere around 500 to 700 puffs, depending on how long and how often you draw. Heavy users will be near the lower end, while light users will be nearer the top. Swap the pod as soon as the flavour thins or the taste turns warm and dry, rather than vaping it until it is completely empty.

Is the Perspectives Special Edition good value?

The special edition is mainly about the Blue finish, because the internals and pods follow the standard Veev One platform. If it costs about the same as the standard colours it is a fair choice, and if it costs noticeably more you are paying for looks only. Over time, the cost of pods matters more than the kit, so check pod pricing before you commit.

Who should and should not buy this kit?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who want a simple, pocketable, no-fuss device with a cigarette-like draw. It is not suited to cloud chasers, heavy all-day vapers who need a big battery, or people who want to mix their own e-liquid. It is not for non-smokers, anyone under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition without advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

Is this a disposable vape, and what is the UK nicotine limit?

No, it is a rechargeable kit with replaceable pods, and single-use disposable vapes can no longer be sold in the UK since 1 June 2025. The nicotine cap of 20mg/ml (2%) applies to all nicotine vapes, including pod liquids like these, and the pod size is limited to 2ml. Any seller offering stronger nicotine is not following UK rules.

Do you deliver across the UK, and do I need ID?

We deliver to UK addresses, with current options and cut-off times on our delivery page. Because nicotine products are restricted to people aged 18 and over, we and the courier may need to carry out age verification, so please have valid photo ID available when your order arrives.

What if my kit is faulty, and how do returns work?

If the device arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights and our returns policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pods and used vape items generally cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please see our returns page for the full details.

How do I recycle my used vape and pods?

Do not put them in household bins or kerbside recycling, because the lithium battery and electronics can cause fires. Take the device, used pods and charger to a household waste recycling centre, or to a shop that offers a vape take-back bin, and check a recycling locator for your nearest drop-off point.
