Overview: what you get in the KangerTech OCC 0.5 ohm pack

The KangerTech OCC Coils 0.5 ohm (Pack of 5) is a multipack of replacement atomiser heads for refillable tanks in the Kanger range. OCC stands for Organic Cotton Coil, and the name tells you most of what matters: a resistance wire coil wrapped around an organic cotton wick, sealed inside a small metal-cased head that screws into the base of your tank. When the wick is spent or the flavour turns flat, you swap the head rather than the whole tank.

This listing is a consumable accessory, not a complete vape. There is no battery in the box, no built-in e-liquid and no puff counter. What you are buying is five heads rated at 0.5 ohm, which is a low-to-middle resistance. It sits well above the very low sub-ohm builds that need 40W to 80W, and well below the 1.0 ohm to 1.8 ohm heads aimed at tight, cigarette-style draws. In practice, 0.5 ohm gives a warm, airy lung-style inhale at modest power, which is why it has been a staple of Kanger starter kits for years.

Key facts at a glance:

  • Quantity: 5 replacement coil heads per pack
  • Resistance: 0.5 ohm
  • Wicking: organic cotton
  • Typical power range: roughly 15W to 25W (read the range printed on your pack, as it can differ between tank models and batches)
  • Use: refillable tanks that accept Kanger OCC heads, filled with e-liquid from the 10ml bottles sold in the UK
  • Typical replacement interval: around one to two weeks of regular use
  • Age restriction: adults only, 18 and over

We have written this guide for UK vapers who want straight answers before they buy. It covers how the heads perform, how they taste, what battery and power they suit, which nicotine strength to pair with them, how to fit and prime them, what to do when something goes wrong, and how they compare with the other coil families you might be tempted by. Where a specification varies by tank or batch, we say so rather than guess.

One thing to be clear on from the start: compatibility is tank-specific. Kanger has made several coil formats over the years and OCC heads are not universal. Check your tank's name against the compatibility notes on the product page, or look at the coil currently fitted and match the markings, before you order.

Performance and vapour delivery

Because this is a refillable coil rather than a disposable, you will not see a puff count on the pack. The more useful way to think about performance is in terms of power, airflow and lifespan. A 0.5 ohm head run at around 20W is being fed roughly 3.2 volts and drawing about 6.3 amps, according to the standard power formulas. At 15W those figures drop to about 2.7 volts and 5.5 amps, and at 25W they rise to about 3.5 volts and 7.1 amps. Those numbers matter because they tell you what your battery or mod needs to deliver, which we cover in the battery section below.

At its intended power the head produces a moderate to generous amount of warm vapour. It is not built for the huge, cool clouds of a dual-mesh sub-ohm setup, but it is a clear step up in vapour volume from the 1.0 ohm to 1.8 ohm heads used in small mouth-to-lung pen kits. Ramp-up is quick: you should feel the head respond within a second of pressing the button, with no long warm-up delay.

What to expect in use:

  • Draw style: a relaxed, slightly restricted lung inhale when the tank airflow is partly closed, opening up to an airier draw when you widen the slots
  • Throat hit: noticeable at higher PG ratios and higher nicotine strengths, softer with higher VG liquids
  • Vapour temperature: warm rather than cool, because a 0.5 ohm coil at 20W concentrates its heat in a compact wick
  • E-liquid use: a moderate user will often get through roughly 2ml to 4ml a day, more if you vape at the top of the power range or use thin, high-PG liquids

Consistency across the life of a head is generally good for the first week or so, then slowly tapers. Sweet liquids leave residue on the cotton and coil, which dulls flavour and eventually causes a muted, slightly burnt edge. If you vape heavily sweetened dessert or candy flavours you will notice the decline sooner than someone using a tobacco or menthol liquid.

Honest limits: this is not the head for chasing clouds, and it is not the head for someone who wants a very tight, cigarette-like draw. If you find yourself raising the power past the printed range to get more vapour, that is a sign you want a lower-resistance mesh head instead, not more watts through this one. Running a coil above its stated range raises the risk of dry hits and shortens its life without giving you a better vape.

Flavour profile

Organic cotton is valued for being neutral. It does not add a taste of its own once it is properly wetted, so the flavour you get is mostly down to your e-liquid and the temperature of the coil. At 15W to 25W, a 0.5 ohm OCC head sits in a comfortable middle ground: warm enough to carry fruit, dessert and tobacco notes fully, but not so hot that delicate flavours are flattened or turned harsh.

How different liquid families tend to come across:

  • Fruit and candy: clear and rounded, with the sweetness coming through well at 18W to 22W. Very sweet profiles gum up the coil faster, so expect a shorter head life.
  • Menthol and ice: the warmer vapour takes a little of the sharp chill off menthol, which some people prefer. If you want maximum cooling, run at the low end of the power range.
  • Tobacco and nutty profiles: these tend to do well at slightly higher power, where the warmth brings out the roasted notes.
  • Bakery and custard: good flavour definition, but these liquids are among the quickest to cause coil build-up.

Straight out of the pack, an unprimed head can taste faintly of dry cotton for the first couple of pulls. That is not a fault. It means the wick has not fully soaked through yet. Give it the priming time described in the usage section and the taste settles within the first tank.

Flavour ghosting is the other thing worth knowing about. A used coil holds a trace of whatever you vaped through it. If you switch from a strong menthol to a creamy dessert on the same head, you may taste a muddled mix for a while. The practical fix with a five-pack is simple: assign one head to each flavour family. Use one for fruit and menthol, another for tobacco, another for desserts, and swap heads when you swap category. Because the pack gives you five, you can do this without feeling you are wasting coils.

As a head ages, flavour fades gradually rather than failing suddenly. Early warning signs are a slightly flatter taste, a faint toasted note on the exhale, and a darker, sticky residue visible on the outside of the head when you remove it. Change it at that point and do not wait for a properly burnt hit.

Design and build quality

Each OCC head is a compact metal cylinder with a threaded base, an airflow and wicking arrangement at the sides, and a small insulated centre contact. The cotton is fed through slots in the housing so that it draws e-liquid from the tank while the coil sits in the vapour path above. Heads of this type are sealed units: you are not meant to rewick or open them, and attempting to do so usually ruins the seal.

Points that matter when you handle them:

  • Threads and seals: the base has a thread that screws into the tank's coil seat, with a silicone sealing ring that stops e-liquid leaking past the base. Check the ring is present and sitting flat before you fit the head.
  • Wicking slots: these must stay clear. Never block them with fingers or tools when priming.
  • Centre contact: keep it clean and dry. A film of e-liquid on the contact is a common cause of a connection error on the device.
  • Housing: metal, so it handles being screwed in and out far better than a plastic body would, though over-tightening will still damage the seal or strip the thread.

In a pack of five, the heads should be consistent from one to the next, with each one reading very close to its stated 0.5 ohm on your device. A small variation of a few hundredths of an ohm is normal for coils made in volume. A head that reads far outside that range, or shows an obvious fault out of the pack, is worth reporting to us rather than forcing it to work.

The heads are small and light, so they ship and store easily, and the sealed packaging keeps the cotton clean until you open it. Keep unused heads in their packaging, upright, somewhere cool and dry, and away from children and pets. Do not touch the cotton with bare fingers more than necessary, as skin oils on the wick can affect how quickly it soaks up liquid.

A word on authenticity: coil heads for popular tanks are widely copied. Buying from a UK retailer rather than an anonymous marketplace seller is the simplest way to avoid counterfeit or unbranded heads with inconsistent wire, poor sealing or unreliable resistance. If a pack looks unusual compared with a genuine one you have used before, do not fit it.

Power, battery and charging

The coil head has no battery of its own, so the battery question is really about the device and tank you pair it with. A 0.5 ohm head asks more of a battery than a 1.5 ohm head does, because lower resistance means higher current. As worked out earlier, at 20W you need a device that can supply around 3.2 volts and about 6.3 amps continuously. That rules out the smallest, lowest-capacity pen batteries, but it is comfortably within reach of any regulated mod or kit designed for sub-ohm or near sub-ohm use.

Practical guidance for choosing a power source:

  • Minimum resistance: check that your device accepts 0.5 ohm. Most modern regulated mods do, but some very compact pen-style batteries are limited to higher resistances.
  • Battery capacity: a built-in battery of roughly 1,500mAh or more, or a single 18650 cell in the 2,500mAh to 3,000mAh class, is a sensible match. Very small 650mAh to 900mAh batteries can struggle and will need charging far more often.
  • Output type: a regulated device that lets you set wattage is the easiest way to stay inside the head's rated power range.

As a rough guide to battery life, a 3,000mAh cell stores about 11 watt-hours. At 20W, and allowing for conversion losses, that works out to somewhere around 450 to 550 three-second puffs per full charge. Treat that as an estimate, because real results depend on the device's efficiency, how long you hold the button and the age of the cell. A moderate vaper can expect a single full charge to last most of a day on a good 18650 setup.

Charging sensibly:

  • Use the charger supplied with your device, or a reputable USB charger of the correct rating, and a proper external charger if you use removable cells.
  • Do not charge unattended on a bed, sofa or other soft surface, and never leave lithium batteries in a hot car or pocket with keys or coins.
  • Stop using any cell with a torn wrap, dents, swelling or heat when charging.
  • Do not leave a device charging overnight if you can avoid it.

At the end of a battery's life, do not put it in the general bin. Lithium cells and vape devices can be taken to battery recycling points, many household waste recycling centres, and the vape-recycling drop-off bins that a growing number of UK vape shops provide. Small coil heads contain metal and cotton rather than a battery, but it is still worth asking the shop or your local recycling centre whether they accept them in the same bin.

Coil and cotton technology

The principle behind an OCC head is simple capillary action. E-liquid enters the head through slots, soaks into the cotton, and is drawn along the wick to the coil. When you press the button, current heats the coil, and the e-liquid held in the cotton immediately around it vaporises. As the wick loses liquid it is topped up from the tank, so the head sustains itself as long as the liquid supply keeps up.

Two details decide how well that cycle works: the wire and the cotton.

  • Wire: OCC heads in the Kanger range have been made with different wire types, typically Kanthal or stainless steel, depending on the version. The type is printed on the pack. Stainless steel versions can also be used in the temperature control modes on devices that support it, while Kanthal versions are normally for wattage mode only. If you use temperature control, make sure the head you buy is the right wire type.
  • Cotton: organic cotton wicks are chosen for clean flavour and good absorbency. The density of the cotton packing is a balance. Too loose and the head can leak or flood, too tight and it can starve the coil of liquid.

The e-liquid you choose affects how well the wick keeps up. Thicker liquids with a very high VG content move through cotton more slowly, so a 0.5 ohm head works best with liquids in the 50VG to 70VG range. Very thick 80VG or 100VG liquids can leave the wick under-fed at higher power, especially when you take long pulls, and that is a common cause of dry or scorched hits. Thin liquids with a higher PG share wick quickly and carry flavour well, but they increase leaking risk and can feel harsher in the throat.

Compared with mesh coils, a cotton-and-wire head like this has a smaller heating area. That keeps power requirements low and the draw easy to control, but it also means a lower ceiling for vapour production and a coil that is somewhat more sensitive to being run dry. The reward is simplicity and a long track record: this format is widely understood, widely stocked, and easy to troubleshoot.

One thing to avoid is dry burning. You may see advice online to fire a new head with no liquid to clean it. With a sealed cotton head this is a quick way to scorch the wick and ruin it. Prime the cotton with liquid instead, and let it soak.

Nicotine strength guidance

Choosing a nicotine strength for a 0.5 ohm head is mostly about the vapour volume and warmth. Compared with a tight 1.5 ohm head, you inhale more vapour per puff, so you also take in more nicotine per puff at the same strength. That is the reason most people use a lower-strength liquid with a 0.5 ohm head than they used with a small pen kit or a disposable.

Rough starting points for freebase nicotine e-liquid in a 50VG/50PG to 70VG/30PG blend:

  • 3mg/ml: light or occasional vapers, or anyone who finds higher strengths harsh at this vapour volume
  • 6mg/ml: a common starting point for regular smokers moving to a lung-style setup at 18W to 22W
  • 12mg/ml: heavier smokers who still feel unsatisfied at 6mg, usually at lower wattage so the throat hit stays comfortable

Nicotine salt liquids are an option too, but they are best run at the lower end of the power range. Salts are smoother at a given strength, which is exactly why they are easy to overdo at this vapour volume. If you want to try them, start with 10mg/ml and stay around 15W to 18W, and only move up if you genuinely need more.

The UK rules are worth knowing here. E-liquid sold in the UK is capped at 20mg/ml nicotine, in bottles of no more than 10ml, and refillable tanks are limited to 2ml capacity. The same 20mg/ml ceiling applied to disposable vapes, but single-use disposables have been prohibited from sale across the UK since 1 June 2025. For anyone who relied on disposables, a refillable setup using these coils is one route that lets you pick your own flavour and strength rather than being locked to one.

A few sensible habits:

  • Start lower than you think you need. It is easy to step up a strength, and unpleasant to step down from nausea or a racing heart.
  • If you feel dizzy, sweaty or sick after vaping, you have taken in too much nicotine. Stop, drink water and lower the strength or the power next time.
  • If you are not already a smoker or vaper, do not start. Nicotine is addictive and these products are intended for adult smokers who want an alternative.

Who these coils are for

The KangerTech OCC 0.5 ohm pack suits a fairly specific set of people, and it is better to be upfront about that than to promise it fits everyone.

Good fit:

  • Existing Kanger tank owners who need straightforward replacement heads and want the same performance they already know. If your current head reads 0.5 ohm and you like it, this is a like-for-like refill.
  • Adult smokers who have moved on from disposables and now use a refillable kit. With single-use vapes no longer on sale, plenty of people have had to pick up a tank and learn the basics, and an OCC head is a forgiving place to start.
  • Lung-style vapers who prefer moderate power, around 15W to 25W, rather than high-wattage sub-ohm setups.
  • Anyone who wants a stock of heads and prefers to buy a multipack once rather than ordering coils one at a time.
  • People who rotate flavours and want a separate head for each family.

Not a good fit:

  • Anyone with a non-Kanger tank or pod system. The heads will not fit and are not interchangeable with other brands.
  • Vapers who want a tight, cigarette-style draw. A higher-resistance head in the 1.0 ohm to 1.8 ohm range is a closer match.
  • Cloud chasers. You will want lower-resistance mesh heads and a higher-powered device.
  • People who want zero maintenance. Refillable tanks need filling, priming and periodic head changes.
  • Non-smokers and anyone under 18. Vaping is much less harmful than smoking according to NHS guidance, but it is not risk free, and nicotine is addictive. It is not for people who do not already smoke.

If you are not sure which side of the list you fall on, the simplest test is whether your tank currently takes OCC heads. If it does, and you are happy with the way it vapes, this pack is a sensible refill. If it does not, or you want a noticeably different experience, you are better off looking at a different head type or kit than at this one.

How to fit, prime and use the coils

Fitting an OCC head takes a couple of minutes, and doing it carefully makes a visible difference to flavour, leaking and head life. The steps below are written for a typical bottom-fill Kanger tank. Your tank manual may vary slightly, so follow it where it differs.

Step by step:

  • 1. Empty and take apart the tank. Pour out the e-liquid, unscrew the base and remove the old head. Wipe the coil seat dry with a clean tissue.
  • 2. Check the new head. Make sure the sealing ring is in place and the threads are clean. Do not touch the cotton more than you need to.
  • 3. Prime the cotton. Drip a few drops of your chosen e-liquid into the wicking slots on the side of the head until the cotton looks wet, and add a drop or two into the central chimney. Do not flood it.
  • 4. Screw the head in by hand. Tighten until it is snug and stop. Over-tightening damages the seal and the thread.
  • 5. Fill the tank. Fill to the marked level, keeping liquid away from the central airflow tube. Never overfill past the fill line.
  • 6. Let it soak. Wait five to ten minutes with the tank upright so the liquid wicks all the way through the cotton.
  • 7. Start low. Set the power at the bottom of the printed range, around 15W, and take a few gentle pulls without inhaling deeply. Then raise the power in small steps to what suits you.

Good habits once it is running:

  • Keep the tank at least a quarter full. Running low exposes the wicking slots and invites dry hits.
  • Avoid chain vaping. The wick needs a few seconds between pulls to recover.
  • Take pulls of two to four seconds rather than long drags.
  • If you stop vaping for a few days, top up the tank, let it stand and take a couple of gentle test pulls before returning to normal power.
  • Rinse the tank, base and drip tip with warm water now and then, dry them completely and reassemble.

When you swap heads, write the date on the pack or keep a note. It is easy to lose track of which head you are on, and a simple record helps you spot whether a head is lasting as long as the last one.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with cotton coil heads come down to a handful of causes: priming, power, liquid thickness and tank fit. Work through the likely cause before assuming the head itself is faulty.

  • Burnt or scorched taste. Usually caused by a dry wick. Check that the tank is filled above the wicking slots, reduce your power, take shorter pulls and give the wick time to recover. If the burnt taste persists on a fresh tank of liquid, the head is probably damaged and should be replaced.
  • Weak or flat flavour. A head that is simply old, or one coated in sweetener residue. Replace it. If a brand-new head tastes weak, it may not be fully soaked, so give it longer to settle.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Too much condensation or liquid in the chimney. Blow gently back through the tank to clear it, check the airflow is not too tight, and consider a thinner liquid if it keeps happening.
  • Leaking from the base. Check the sealing ring is seated, the head is hand-tight, and the tank was not overfilled. Leaks are also more likely with very thin, high-PG liquids and when the tank is left on its side.
  • Dry hits. Usually caused by low liquid, a very thick liquid, a power that is too high for the head or chain vaping. Fix the cause, then give the head a chance to re-saturate.
  • Atomiser or short-circuit message. Unscrew the tank, wipe the centre contact on the head and the device, and refit. If the message persists, the head may be damaged or the resistance may be outside what your device accepts.
  • No vapour at all. Check the battery is charged, the device is switched on and the tank is properly connected. If you primed the head recently, make sure the wick is not flooded.
  • Gurgling after a refill. Wait a few minutes and take a couple of gentle pulls before using normal power.

If you have tried these fixes with two different heads from the pack and the problem is the same, the cause is more likely the tank or the device than the coil. Check the tank for cracks, a damaged coil seat or a worn sealing ring.

When a head is finished, do not put it in the household recycling or general waste with batteries or devices. Coil heads are small metal and cotton parts, and the disposal route depends on what your local household waste recycling centre or vape shop accepts. Many UK vape shops and recycling centres now have dedicated vape-recycling drop-off bins, so it is worth asking whether coil heads can go in the same one. Take any batteries to a battery recycling point.

Value for money

Value is easier to judge once you know how long a head really lasts and what it replaces. For most people a head runs for around one to two weeks of regular use, though sweet liquids, higher power and chain vaping can shorten that and tobacco or menthol liquids at lower power can stretch it. A five-pack therefore covers somewhere between five weeks and ten weeks of vaping for a typical user.

Here is a simple way to work out your own running cost. Take the price of the pack, divide it by five to get the cost per head, then divide that by the number of days a head lasts for you. As an illustration only, using made-up figures rather than the live price: if a pack cost 10 pounds, that is 2 pounds a head, and if a head lasts ten days you are paying 20 pence a day for coils. Check the live price on the product page and do the same sum.

Where a multipack tends to pay off:

  • Cost per head is normally lower than buying single heads or small packs, so you save the more you use.
  • Fewer orders mean fewer delivery charges and less risk of running out at an awkward moment.
  • Less waste per vape. A refillable tank with replaceable heads produces much less waste than throwing away a whole device every few days.

Compared with single-use disposables, which are no longer sold in the UK, a refillable kit with replaceable heads generally works out cheaper for a daily vaper once you have bought the hardware. Your ongoing costs are e-liquid, coil heads and the occasional replacement tank or battery. What you give up is convenience: there is more to buy, fill and maintain.

An honest caveat: the cheapest heads are not always the best deal. Unbranded or counterfeit copies may cost a little less but often have inconsistent wire, poor sealing and short life. Paying a few pence more per head for a genuine, properly sealed one usually works out cheaper once you count leaks, wasted liquid and early failures. If the pack you receive has any fault, we want to hear about it and put it right.

If you are on a tight budget, the practical ways to get more life from every head are to use a lower power within the printed range, avoid chain vaping, keep the tank above the wicking slots and match head to flavour family. None of those cost anything.

How the OCC 0.5 ohm compares with alternatives

A fair comparison starts with an awkward fact: coil heads are specific to a tank family. You cannot simply swap an OCC head for a head from another brand, so the real decision is whether to stay with your current tank, or move to a different system. With that in mind, here is how the main alternatives stack up.

  • Aspire BVC heads (Nautilus family). Usually higher resistance and aimed at a tighter, mouth-to-lung draw. If you want something closer to a cigarette, these suit better. For a looser, warmer lung inhale, the OCC 0.5 ohm is closer to what you want.
  • Eleaf EC-series heads. Cover similar resistances, such as 0.3 ohm and 0.5 ohm, in a cotton-and-wire design. Performance is broadly comparable, so the choice mostly comes down to which tank you already own.
  • Vaporesso GT heads. Include mesh options that produce more vapour and flavour at higher power. They need more battery and use more e-liquid, and they cost more per head in many cases.
  • Smok and Uwell mesh heads. Strong on vapour volume and flavour density at higher wattages. If you want bigger clouds, they do it better than a 0.5 ohm cotton head, but they ask more of your device and your wallet.
  • Pod-system cartridges and heads. Simpler to use, with minimal maintenance, but typically give you less flexibility on power and flavour choice, and the pods are another consumable to buy.

Where the OCC 0.5 ohm does well: neutral, clean flavour, modest power requirements, simple to use and well understood. Where it falls behind: a lower vapour ceiling than mesh, a heating area that is more sensitive to running dry, and a head life that is respectable but not outstanding. Kanger's tank range has also been overtaken in popularity by newer mesh and pod designs, so for a brand-new purchase you may find more current options elsewhere.

Our straightforward advice is this. If you own a Kanger tank that takes OCC heads and you enjoy it, buy this pack and carry on. If you are choosing a kit from scratch and want a modern, high-vapour experience, look at a mesh-based system. If you want a tighter draw, look at a higher-resistance head. Whichever you choose, buy from a UK seller you trust so you get genuine heads and easy recourse if something is wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I use with 0.5 ohm OCC coils?

Most people start with 3mg to 6mg freebase nicotine in a 50VG to 70VG liquid, because the larger vapour volume delivers more nicotine per puff than a tight draw. Heavier smokers may step up to 12mg at lower wattage. UK e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml, and nicotine salts are best kept to around 10mg at the lower end of the power range.

How do I charge it, and what battery do I need?

The coil heads have no battery, so you charge whichever device or cells you pair them with. Choose a regulated device that accepts 0.5 ohm and can supply roughly 5.5 to 7 amps at 15W to 25W, such as a mod with a 2,500mAh to 3,000mAh 18650 cell or a kit with a built-in battery of 1,500mAh or more. Charge with the correct charger, never unattended on soft surfaces, and recycle old batteries at a proper collection point.

Are there other flavours or variants of these coils?

The coils do not have flavours, because the flavour comes from your e-liquid. Kanger makes OCC heads in other resistances and wire types, so check the pack for the version you need. To swap flavours cleanly, use a separate head for each flavour family, or change heads when you move from something like menthol to a dessert liquid.

How long will a coil last, and how many do I get per pack?

The pack contains five heads, and a typical head lasts about one to two weeks of regular use. Sweet liquids, higher power and chain vaping shorten that, while tobacco or menthol liquids at modest power can stretch it. Replace a head when flavour fades or you notice a burnt edge, rather than waiting for a full dry hit.

Is this pack good value for money?

A multipack normally works out cheaper per head than buying single coils, and five heads cover roughly five to ten weeks for a typical user. To work out your own cost, divide the pack price by five and then by the number of days each head lasts. Genuine, properly sealed heads usually cost less in the long run than cheap copies, which tend to leak or fail early.

Who should and shouldn't buy these coils?

They suit adult smokers and vapers who already own a compatible Kanger tank and like a warm, moderately airy lung inhale at around 15W to 25W. They are not suitable for people with a non-Kanger tank or pod system, vapers who want a very tight cigarette-style draw, or those after huge clouds. They are for adults only and are not intended for non-smokers or anyone under 18.

Will these coils fit my tank?

OCC heads are used in certain Kanger tanks, but compatibility is tank-specific and they will not fit other brands. Check the compatibility notes on the product page, or match the markings on the head currently in your tank before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your tank name and we will help you check.

We deliver to UK addresses, and the available delivery options and expected times are shown at checkout. Orders are for adults only, and we may ask for age confirmation on delivery. Contact us if you need to ask about a specific address or a delayed parcel.

What if the coils arrive faulty, or I have the wrong ones?

Coil heads are consumables, so please check the pack when it arrives and contact us promptly if a head is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used coils generally cannot be returned unless they are defective, and our returns page explains the details. Keep your order number and a photo of the problem to speed things up.

How do I dispose of used coil heads and batteries?

Do not put used heads or batteries in your household recycling or general bin. Take batteries to a battery recycling point, and ask your local household waste recycling centre or a UK vape shop with a drop-off bin whether they accept coil heads alongside vapes. Keep used and unused coils away from children and pets until you can dispose of them.

Delivery was super fast and the product is genuine. I've had fakes before so this was a relief.

Best one I've tried this year

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
