Bar Juice 5000 10ml Nic Salts Box of 10: what you are buying

Bar Juice 5000 10ml Nic Salts E-liquids Box of 10 is a multipack of ten 10ml bottles of nicotine salt e-liquid, sold as one listing so you can stock up in a single order instead of buying bottle by bottle. Ten bottles at 10ml each gives you 100ml of liquid in total, which is a sensible supply for anyone who vapes daily on a refillable device. Nic salts are the format designed for pod kits and small mouth-to-lung (MTL) tanks, the low-power hardware that has become the standard way for adult smokers in the UK to switch to vaping now that single-use disposables are no longer legal to sell in Great Britain.

The family behind this page is large. There are 109 flavours across the Bar Juice 5000 range, so a box of 10 is mostly about committing to a flavour you already know you enjoy. Choose your flavour and nicotine strength from the options on the product page and the box is made up of that choice. If you have never tried a particular flavour, it is worth checking whether single bottles are listed so you can test one before you commit to ten.

Here is a quick summary of what the listing covers:

  • Format: 10 x 10ml nic salt e-liquid bottles, each with a fine nozzle designed for filling pods and small tanks.
  • Strengths: nic salt ranges of this kind are normally offered at 10mg/ml and 20mg/ml. Pick the one that matches your smoking history using the guidance further down this page.
  • Liquid style: a balanced VG/PG formulation intended for low-power pod devices, with a smoother throat hit than freebase nicotine at the same strength. Always read the label on your own bottle for the exact ratio and ingredient list.
  • UK limits: UK rules cap nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml and bottles at 10ml, which is why a 100ml supply is delivered as ten separate bottles rather than one large one.
  • Buyer age: vaping products can only be sold to adults aged 18 or over.

This is a consumable, not a device. The box does not include a pod kit, coil, battery or charger. You will need a compatible refillable device, and the sections below explain how to match one to this liquid, how to fill and use it, what to do when something goes wrong, and how to judge whether a box of 10 gives you good value.

What is in the box and how the 5000 range is positioned

The box contains ten sealed 10ml bottles. As with every nicotine e-liquid sold in the UK, each bottle should carry a child-resistant cap, a tamper-evident seal, a health warning, the nicotine strength, an ingredients list and a batch reference. Check each bottle when it arrives. If a seal is broken or a cap is cracked, contact the shop before using it.

The 5000 name is a range label. It nods to the high-puff disposable category that many adult vapers used before the single-use ban, and the flavour list leans on similar profiles: fruit blends, cooled fruit, sweets, soda-style and dessert flavours. That does not mean a bottle delivers 5,000 puffs. A 10ml bottle gives you a few thousand puffs depending on the device, the coil and how you draw, and the section on value later in this guide shows how to work out a realistic figure for your own habits.

The point of the range is straightforward. Many people liked the flavour of high-puff disposables but did not like throwing away a lithium battery and a plastic body after a week. Pouring a similar flavour profile into a rechargeable pod kit keeps the taste but removes most of the waste, and it gives you control over how much nicotine you take in.

A few practical details about the box:

  • Bottle material: 10ml nic salt bottles are generally soft plastic with a long, narrow nozzle. The nozzle is there so you can place the tip into a pod fill port without spilling.
  • Label information: keep the label readable. It carries the batch number and best-before date you will want if you ever need to contact the shop about a problem.
  • Outer packaging: the ten bottles ship together. Store them upright in the box, away from heat and direct sunlight, until you need the next one.
  • What is not included: no pods, no coils, no charger. If you are new to vaping, the device is the first purchase and the liquid is the second.

Because this is a nicotine product, keep the whole box out of reach of children and pets, in the same way you would store medicines or household cleaners.

Flavour profile across the 109-flavour family

With 109 flavours in the family, there is no single flavour description that covers the range, but the general character is consistent. Bar Juice 5000 is a sweet-leaning, fruit-forward range with a lot of cooled options. The flavours most vapers reach for fall into a handful of groups:

  • Fruit and fruit blends: single fruits and two- or three-fruit combinations, such as berry mixes, tropical blends and citrus. These tend to be bright and light on the palate.
  • Ice and menthol-cooled fruit: fruit with a cooling agent added, which gives a crisp finish on the exhale and works well at 20mg/ml because the coolness softens the nicotine edge.
  • Sweets and candy: gummy, bubblegum, sherbet and soda-style profiles for people who want a sweeter vape.
  • Soda, energy-drink and lemonade styles: fizzy-flavoured liquids with a sharper top note and a lighter body.
  • Dessert and creamy: richer profiles that sit heavier on the tongue and leave more residue on the coil.
  • Mint and menthol: straightforward cooling flavours for people moving off menthol cigarettes.

Nic salts change how flavour is perceived. Because the vapour is smoother, you notice more of the flavour and less of the throat scratch you would get from the same strength of freebase nicotine. Sweet flavours therefore tend to taste rounder and more candy-like in a salt than they would in a standard e-liquid. Cooling agents are noticeable, so if you are unsure about ice, choose a lower-intensity fruit flavour for your first box.

Some practical advice for choosing a flavour for a box of 10:

  • Buy what you already like. Ten bottles of a flavour you have only seen in a photo is a long commitment. If you can try a single bottle first, do.
  • Consider flavour fatigue. Vaping the same sweet flavour all day can dull your sense of taste, sometimes called vaper's tongue. Switching to a mint or a less sweet flavour for a day usually resets it.
  • Sweet means more coil residue. Dessert and candy flavours contain more sweetener and tend to darken the coil faster, so expect to change coils more often with them.
  • Do not add anything to the bottle. Mixing other liquids, additives or flavour shots into a nicotine salt changes the nicotine dose and the balance of the liquid. Use the bottle as supplied.

Descriptions of taste are subjective, and the same flavour can come across differently in different devices. If a flavour seems muted at first, give the coil a few tanks to settle in before deciding it is not for you.

Nicotine strength guidance: choosing between 10mg and 20mg

Nicotine salts are sold in two common strengths, 10mg/ml (1%) and 20mg/ml (2%). The 20mg/ml figure is the legal ceiling in the UK for nicotine e-liquids, so there is no stronger option to move up to. Because salts are absorbed quickly and feel gentle on the throat, 20mg/ml is considerably easier to tolerate than 20mg/ml freebase would be, which is why it works in a small pod and not in a large sub-ohm tank.

A starting point that works for most adults:

  • 20mg/ml: suits people who currently smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day, people who smoke within half an hour of waking, and people who found lower strengths left them reaching for a cigarette. It is meant for low-power devices only.
  • 10mg/ml: suits lighter smokers, people part way through reducing nicotine, and people who tolerate a stronger hit poorly. It also suits anyone using a slightly higher-power pod kit, where a lot of vapour is produced per puff.

If you are not sure, think about how you use your device rather than only how many cigarettes you used to smoke. Someone who vapes steadily through the day on a small pod will absorb more nicotine than someone who takes a few puffs after meals, even at the same strength. Heavier use favours 10mg/ml, lighter and intermittent use can sit comfortably at 20mg/ml.

Signs the strength is too high include dizziness, nausea, a racing heart, headaches, hiccups and a harsh feeling in the chest. If you notice these, stop, take a break, drink some water and move down a strength or reduce how often you puff. Signs it is too low are less dramatic: you find yourself chain vaping, you keep refilling, or cravings come back within an hour. Moving up a strength, or using the device a little more deliberately, usually settles this.

A few helpful reference points:

  • A 2ml pod filled with 20mg/ml liquid holds about 40mg of nicotine in total. The same pod with 10mg/ml holds about 20mg.
  • Nicotine strength is shown on the label as mg/ml. Percentages and mg/ml are two ways of stating the same thing, so 2% is 20mg/ml.
  • If you want to reduce your nicotine intake over time, step down from 20mg to 10mg when you are comfortable, and look at a lower strength range once you are at the bottom of this one.

Nicotine is addictive. This product is for adults who already smoke or vape. It is not suitable for non-smokers, people under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. NHS guidance describes vaping as far less harmful than smoking for adult smokers who switch completely, but not risk free.

Performance and vapour delivery

Performance with an e-liquid really means three things: the throat hit, the vapour produced, and how consistently it behaves from the first puff of a pod to the last. Bar Juice 5000 is a balanced VG/PG nic salt blend, which is the formulation pod hardware is designed around. It wicks quickly through cotton and mesh coils, does not choke small wicking channels, and produces moderate, even clouds at the power settings pod kits use.

Throat hit. At 10mg/ml the throat hit is light and comfortable for most people. At 20mg/ml it is noticeable but smooth, with a nicotine kick that arrives faster than freebase because of the acid-balanced salt form. If you find 20mg/ml scratchy, check that your device is not running too hot. Higher wattage makes salts harsher.

Vapour production. Do not expect big plumes. A nic salt is not built for cloud chasing. A pod kit running at around 10 to 20 watts produces a modest, flavourful puff that you hold in the mouth briefly before inhaling, in the same way as drawing on a cigarette. Because you take in plenty of nicotine per puff, you do not need to vape as often or as long.

Puff delivery. A 10ml bottle typically gives roughly 2,000 to 3,000 puffs in a normal pod device, depending on puff duration and coil resistance. That is a rough estimate rather than a measured figure, and your result will vary. Heavier puffs and higher wattage use liquid faster. A box of 10 therefore represents something in the order of 20,000 to 30,000 puffs, which at a typical rate of a few hundred puffs a day lasts several weeks.

Consistency. The main variables are how well the coil is primed, how full the pod is, and whether the device is being used within its intended power range. Following a few simple habits keeps flavour steady:

  • Refill before the pod is empty. Vaping a nearly dry pod gives burnt or dry hits and shortens coil life.
  • Do not chain vape. Give the coil a few seconds between puffs to re-wick.
  • Keep the device upright when not in use and clean the mouthpiece regularly.
  • Replace the coil when flavour fades or a burnt note appears, not when the coil has failed completely.

Comparing performance across devices is less meaningful than comparing it across habits. A new coil with a fresh flavour will always taste its best in the first few days, so judge a flavour after you have used it for a few tanks rather than the first puff.

Matching Bar Juice 5000 to your device: coils, mesh and pods

Nic salt e-liquid works best in devices designed for low power and tighter airflow. Before buying a box of 10, make sure your kit is a refillable pod or MTL tank. Closed, pre-filled pod systems that cannot be opened are not compatible, and neither are devices designed purely for high-wattage sub-ohm use.

Pod systems. Refillable pod kits are the most common match. Look for a fill port on the pod, a capacity of 2ml or less (the UK limit for tanks and pods) and a coil resistance of roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohms. Many kits are auto-draw, meaning the battery fires when you inhale and there is no button. Others use a button and offer adjustable wattage.

Coil types. Two coil technologies cover most devices:

  • Mesh coils: a flat sheet of fine metal mesh gives a large heating surface. Mesh heats evenly, produces good flavour and lasts well when the liquid is thin enough to wick through it. Typical resistances are 0.6 to 1.0 ohms at 12 to 25 watts. Bar Juice 5000 suits mesh because of the balanced VG/PG ratio.
  • Regular wire and cotton coils: a wound wire wrapped around organic cotton. Resistances are usually 0.8 to 1.2 ohms and run at lower wattage, often 8 to 15 watts. These suit smaller MTL tanks and give a tighter, cigarette-like draw.

Small MTL tanks. If you use a tank rather than a pod, choose one with an adjustable airflow and a coil of around 1 ohm or higher. Open the airflow slightly more than you would for freebase, since salts do not need the extra restriction to feel satisfying.

What to avoid. Sub-ohm tanks at 30 watts or more are poorly suited to 20mg/ml nic salt. The volume of nicotine delivered per puff is too high and the vapour is harsh. If you want to use a more powerful device, drop to 10mg/ml, lower the wattage and expect the liquid to go through the bottle faster.

A few practical points when matching device and liquid:

  • Check the coil resistance printed on the coil head and keep to the wattage range recommended by the manufacturer.
  • New coils need priming. Fill the pod, wait five to ten minutes so the cotton or mesh is saturated, and then take a few gentle puffs before normal use.
  • Coils typically last one to three weeks depending on use and flavour. Sweeter liquids will wear them faster.
  • Use coils made for your device. Third-party coils vary in quality, and a poor fit can leak or run hot.

Battery, charging and power settings

The liquid does not have a battery, but the performance of Bar Juice 5000 depends on how your device is powered, so it is worth understanding the basics. Most refillable pod kits contain a lithium-ion battery of roughly 400 to 1,000mAh, charged via USB-C or micro-USB. A 650mAh battery, for example, will usually last a moderate vaper a day or more on a salt nic liquid because the power draw is low.

Power and nic salt. Nic salts perform at low wattage. Higher power produces more heat and a harsher throat hit, which is the opposite of what a salt is for. On an adjustable device, start near the middle of the recommended range and move up or down in small steps until the flavour and throat hit feel right.

Charging safely. Lithium batteries are safe when treated properly. A few rules that matter:

  • Use the cable supplied with the device, or a good-quality replacement from a known manufacturer.
  • Charge on a hard, flat, non-flammable surface rather than on a bed, sofa or pile of papers.
  • Do not leave a device charging overnight unattended, and unplug it once it is full.
  • Do not charge a device that is swollen, damaged or has been dropped in water.
  • Avoid leaving devices in hot places such as a car on a sunny day.
  • Do not carry loose batteries or devices in a pocket with keys or coins.

What affects battery life. Puff length, wattage, coil resistance and the cold all play a part. A device that lasts all day in summer may last noticeably less in winter. If your battery drains much faster than it used to, the battery may be reaching the end of its life or the coil may be failing, in which case try fitting a new coil first.

Disposal. A pod kit that no longer holds a charge is electrical waste. Do not put it in household rubbish or kerbside recycling, where a damaged lithium cell can start a fire in a collection lorry or sorting plant. In the UK you can take old vapes to household waste recycling centres with a small electrical area, and retailers selling vaping products are required to take back waste devices. Many local shops will take them free of charge when you buy a new one.

If you are still deciding which device to buy, choose one with a replaceable coil, a battery capacity that matches your usage and a charging port you already have a cable for. Those three things will matter more in daily use than anything else on the spec sheet.

How to fill, prime and use your pod

Filling a pod is a simple job once you have done it a couple of times. The steps below suit most refillable pod kits. Always check your device manual, as designs differ.

Work through the steps in order:

  • Prepare. Wash and dry your hands, and make sure the device is switched off or not charging. Work over a tissue or a tray in case of drips.
  • Open the pod. Remove the pod from the battery, then pull back the silicone fill plug or slide open the fill cover. Locate the fill port, which is usually a small round or oval opening on the side or underside of the pod.
  • Check the bottle. Give the bottle a gentle shake, remove the cap and place the nozzle against the side of the fill port. Avoid aiming at the central air tube, which should stay clear.
  • Fill slowly. Squeeze gently. Stop just below the maximum line. Overfilling pushes liquid into the airway and causes leaks and gurgling.
  • Close up. Press the plug back in firmly, wipe any liquid off the pod and the nozzle, and replace the bottle cap.
  • Let it soak. Wait five to ten minutes so the wick is saturated. This is the single step people skip most often, and it is the usual cause of a burnt first puff on a fresh coil.
  • Start gently. Take a couple of short puffs without inhaling deeply, then use as normal. For a mouth-to-lung draw, hold the vapour in your mouth for a moment, then inhale.

A few habits that make using nic salts more pleasant:

  • Keep puffs short. Two to three seconds is enough. Long, hard draws increase heat and liquid consumption and can cause dry hits.
  • Pace yourself. Because salts deliver nicotine quickly, a few puffs often satisfy. Taking many in quick succession can make you light-headed.
  • Change flavours cleanly. To switch flavour, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water, dry it fully and fit a fresh coil. Old flavour in a used coil will carry over and mix.
  • Keep the device clean. Wipe the mouthpiece and the battery contacts with a dry cloth now and then.

If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep the bottles and refilled devices away from children.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salt e-liquids come down to the coil, the filling technique or the power setting, rather than the liquid itself. Work through these before concluding there is a fault with the bottle.

  • Burnt or acrid taste. Usually a coil that was not primed, a pod that ran low, or a coil at the end of its life. Refill, wait, and take gentle puffs. If the taste persists, change the coil.
  • Weak or muted flavour. Could be a tired coil, vaper's tongue from using the same flavour all day, or a cold device. Try a new coil, switch to a different flavour for a day, or warm the device in your hand before use.
  • Harsh throat hit. Lower the power, open the airflow a little, or move from 20mg/ml to 10mg/ml. A hot device is the most common reason salts feel rough.
  • Gurgling or spitting. Liquid has pooled in the airway. Overfilling, a loose plug or condensation are the usual causes. Clean and dry the pod, then refill below the maximum line.
  • Leaking from the pod. Check that the fill plug is seated, the coil is screwed in properly, and the pod is not cracked. Store the device upright.
  • Flooding or gurgling after a new coil. Too much liquid in the wick. Remove the pod, dab the mouthpiece clean and blow gently through the air tube before trying again.
  • No vapour. Check the battery charge, the connection between pod and battery, and whether the coil is saturated. If the device is auto-draw, make sure the airflow is not blocked.
  • Dizziness, nausea or jitters. The nicotine is too strong or you are vaping too often. Stop, drink water and consider a lower strength.
  • Sticky bottle or nozzle. Wipe the nozzle and cap after every fill. Nic salt is slightly thicker than water and will leave a film.
  • Liquid has darkened. Nicotine oxidises slowly with time, light and heat, and e-liquid can turn amber. A slight change in colour is common and does not usually affect safety, but if the smell or taste has changed noticeably, do not use it.

If you have a problem that does not match any of the above, take a photo of the bottle label showing the batch number and best-before date, note the device you are using, and contact the shop. That information is what a support team needs to look into a complaint. Do not keep using a liquid that smells wrong or has separated into visible layers.

Value for money: working out what a box of 10 really costs

Value is easiest to judge by cost per millilitre and by how long the liquid lasts for you, rather than by the headline price of the box. The listing price covers 100ml of liquid, so divide it by 100 to get your cost per ml, and compare that with other nic salt ranges at the same strength.

Here is a practical way to estimate how long a box lasts:

  • Light use: about 1ml a day. A 10ml bottle lasts roughly 10 days, and a box roughly three months.
  • Moderate use: about 2ml a day. A bottle lasts around five days, and a box around 50 days.
  • Heavy use: about 3 to 4ml a day. A bottle lasts two to three days, and a box about a month.

Higher nicotine strengths tend to reduce consumption, because each puff is more satisfying. Someone who uses 3ml a day at 10mg/ml may find that 20mg/ml cuts that to around 1.5 to 2ml. If your daily use is high, a stronger salt in a low-power device can be cheaper in practice than a weaker one that you need to vape constantly.

Buying a box rather than single bottles. Multipacks are normally priced lower per bottle than singles, and you save on postage because everything arrives in one parcel. The trade-off is commitment. Before you buy ten, check three things:

  • Are you certain you like the flavour at the strength you have chosen?
  • Will you use all ten bottles before the best-before date? Nicotine e-liquid is usually dated for roughly 12 to 24 months from production, but flavour changes slowly over time.
  • Do you have a safe, cool place to store ten bottles?

Total cost of vaping. The liquid is only part of the picture. Add coils or pods (usually £2 to £5 each, replaced every one to three weeks), the device itself, and the occasional replacement cable or battery. Compared with smoking, the saving is substantial for most daily smokers. Compared with the single-use disposables that used to dominate the market, a refillable setup typically costs less per day, produces less waste and gives you a wider choice of flavours.

To keep costs down, use the correct wattage so you do not burn through liquid, replace coils on schedule rather than letting them fail, and avoid leaving the pod nearly empty, which wastes coils. If you find you are using much more liquid than the estimates above, check for a leak before assuming it is just heavy use.

How Bar Juice 5000 compares with the alternatives

Choosing a nic salt means weighing it against what else is on the market. These are fair comparisons rather than rankings, because the right choice depends on your device and your taste.

Against other 10ml nic salt ranges. Plenty of brands sell 10ml salts, including Elfliq, IVG Salt, Nasty Salt, Dinner Lady and others. Most offer 10mg/ml and 20mg/ml, similar VG/PG blends and a good spread of fruit, ice and dessert flavours. Bar Juice 5000 stands out mainly for the breadth of its list, with 109 flavours in the family, and for flavour profiles that follow the former disposable trend. If you want a single flavour from a different brand that is not in this range, a competitor may suit you better. A wide list does not make every individual flavour better than a narrower, more focused range, so judge by the flavour you actually plan to buy.

Against shortfills and freebase liquids. Shortfills (usually 50ml or 100ml bottles with room for a nicotine shot) and 3mg or 6mg freebase liquids are made for larger sub-ohm tanks and higher power. They produce bigger clouds and a different kind of draw. They are cheaper per millilitre but are the wrong fit for a small pod, because the liquid is thin or the nicotine is too low to be satisfying in a restricted device. If you like clouds, stick with a shortfill and a sub-ohm tank. If you want a cigarette-like hit, a nic salt is the better format.

Against pre-filled pods. Pre-filled pod systems are convenient because you click in a pod and go. They tend to cost more per millilitre and limit you to the flavours the manufacturer offers. A refillable kit with bottled salts gives you a wider choice and usually a lower running cost, but needs a little more handling.

Against disposables. Single-use vapes are no longer legal to supply in Great Britain, so this is no longer a purchase choice. For people who used them before, the refillable route keeps similar flavours while letting you recharge, refill and recycle the hardware.

Against nicotine pouches and replacement therapy. These are alternatives to inhaling nicotine at all. If you do not want to vape, pouches, patches, gum or an NHS stop smoking service may suit you better. They do not replace the hand-to-mouth habit that some smokers miss.

In short, Bar Juice 5000 is a sensible option if you want pod-friendly nic salts across a large flavour range and you value buying in bulk. It is less suitable if you vape high-wattage sub-ohm devices or if you want a very specific flavour from a niche brand.

Who it is for, who should avoid it, and UK rules to know

Who it suits. Bar Juice 5000 Nic Salts Box of 10 is a good fit for:

  • Adult smokers moving to a refillable pod kit who want a smooth nicotine hit at low power.
  • Existing pod vapers who already know the flavour they like and use enough liquid to benefit from buying ten bottles at a time.
  • Former disposable users who want similar flavours in a rechargeable setup.
  • Households or friends who share a device and want a reliable supply at a single strength.

Who should avoid it. This product is not suitable for:

  • Anyone under 18.
  • Non-smokers and people who have never used nicotine.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people with heart conditions or other health concerns who have not discussed nicotine use with a clinician.
  • Cloud chasers and users of high-wattage sub-ohm devices, who would be better served by a lower-nicotine freebase or shortfill liquid.
  • Anyone looking for a nicotine-free option. This product contains nicotine.

UK rules worth knowing. UK regulations shape what you can buy and how it is sold:

  • Nicotine e-liquids are capped at 20mg/ml, and the maximum bottle size for nicotine liquid is 10ml.
  • Refillable tanks and pods must hold no more than 2ml.
  • Bottles must have child-resistant, tamper-evident closures and carry a prominent health warning.
  • Vaping products can only be sold to people aged 18 and over, and the shop may ask you to verify your age.
  • Single-use disposable vapes can no longer be supplied in Great Britain.

Recycling and disposal. Empty bottles are small plastic items with residue inside. Check your local council guidance, because many do not accept them in kerbside recycling. If in doubt, put them in general waste once empty. Devices, batteries and chargers are electrical waste and must go to a household waste recycling centre or a retailer take-back point. Never put a vape or loose battery in the bin or recycling box, as damaged lithium cells can cause fires.

If you are trying to stop smoking, remember that vaping works best alongside support. The NHS stop smoking service and local pharmacies can offer advice and, in many areas, free help, including carrying on with a vape as part of a plan to quit.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, 10mg or 20mg?

As a guide, 20mg/ml suits heavier smokers who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day and use a low-power pod kit, while 10mg/ml suits lighter smokers or anyone using a slightly more powerful device. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, drop to a lower strength. 20mg/ml is the UK legal maximum, so there is no stronger option.

Does this product need charging?

The e-liquid itself does not need charging, but the pod kit or battery you use it in does. Most pod devices charge by USB-C, and you should use the supplied cable, charge on a hard surface and avoid leaving the device plugged in overnight. The box of 10 does not include a device, coil or charger.

Can I mix flavours or swap flavours inside the box?

The box contains ten bottles of the flavour and strength you select on the product page, so the contents are not mixed. We do not recommend blending different liquids or adding anything to a nic salt, because it changes the nicotine dose. To change flavour in your device, empty and rinse the pod and fit a fresh coil so the old flavour does not carry over.

How long does a box of 10 last?

A 10ml bottle gives roughly 2,000 to 3,000 puffs in a typical pod device, so the box of 100ml is in the region of 20,000 to 30,000 puffs. Light users may make it last around three months, moderate users around seven weeks and heavy users about a month. These are estimates, as puff length, device power and nicotine strength all change consumption.

Is a box of 10 better value than single bottles?

Multipacks usually cost less per bottle than singles and save on delivery because everything ships in one parcel. The trade-off is that you are committing to one flavour and strength, so it is sensible to try a single bottle first if you are unsure. Work out the cost per millilitre by dividing the box price by 100 and compare it with other salts at the same strength.

Who should and should not buy Bar Juice 5000?

It is for adults who already smoke or vape and want a smooth nic salt for a refillable pod kit or small MTL tank. It is not suitable for under-18s, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and it is not designed for high-wattage sub-ohm devices. If you have a health condition, speak to a pharmacist or GP before using nicotine products.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or a high-wattage device?

It is not recommended, particularly at 20mg/ml. Nic salts are built for low-power devices, and high wattage makes the vapour harsh and delivers too much nicotine per puff. If you want to use a stronger device, choose the 10mg/ml option, reduce the power and expect to use more liquid.

Do you deliver across the UK, and is age checked?

Yes, we deliver to UK addresses, and delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Because this is a nicotine product, it can only be sold to customers aged 18 or over, so you may be asked to confirm your age when you order or receive the parcel. We do not ship to under-18s.

What happens if a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the bottle and label, including the batch number. Faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods are covered by your statutory rights under UK consumer law, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquid cannot normally be returned if there is nothing wrong with it.

How should I store the bottles, and how long do they keep?

Store them upright in a cool, dark place away from heat, sunlight and children. Unopened nic salts generally keep for around one to two years, and the best-before date is printed on the label. A slight darkening of the liquid over time is common, but if the smell or taste has changed noticeably, do not use it.
