Overview: Mix Lab Salts 10mg Pineapple Ice

Mix Lab Salts 10mg Pineapple Ice is a nicotine salt e-liquid from the Mix brand, sold as a refill bottle rather than a finished device. You pour it into a compatible pod kit or pod system, and the flavour is built around ripe, juicy pineapple with a cooling menthol-style finish on the exhale. It is a straightforward fruit-and-ice profile for adult smokers and existing vapers who want something sweet and tropical without a heavy dessert or candy layer on top.

The 10mg in the name is the nicotine strength: 10mg per millilitre, or 1% by volume. In the UK, nicotine-containing e-liquid can be sold at a maximum of 20mg/ml and in bottles of no more than 10ml, so 10mg sits at the midpoint of the legal range and a full 10ml bottle holds roughly 100mg of nicotine in total. The same 20mg/ml cap applies to the pods inside refillable kits and to disposable vapes, which can no longer be sold new in Great Britain following the single-use vape ban that took effect on 1 June 2025. That change is a large part of why refillable pod systems and salt bottles like this one have become the normal route for people who want a convenient, pocketable vape.

Key facts at a glance:

  • Type: nicotine salt e-liquid, supplied as a refill bottle and not as a disposable
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the UK maximum for nicotine e-liquid
  • Nicotine strength: 10mg/ml (1%)
  • Flavour: pineapple with a cooling ice finish
  • Suits: low-power pod kits and mouth-to-lung (MTL) or restricted direct-to-lung devices
  • Does not suit: high-power sub-ohm tanks, which are designed for lower-strength freebase liquid
  • Age restriction: 18+ only, with age verification on delivery

This page sets out what to expect from the liquid, which devices suit it, how to fill and look after your kit, what to do when something goes wrong, and how it compares with other ranges. We have tried to be plain about limits as well as strengths, because a 10mg salt is a good fit for some vapers and the wrong tool for others. Nicotine is addictive and vaping is not risk-free, so if you do not currently smoke or vape, this is not a product to start with.

Performance and puff delivery

A bottle of e-liquid does not have a puff count printed on it the way a disposable does, so any number you see is an estimate that depends on your device and your habits. As a working figure, a typical pod kit running around 8 to 12 watts with a 0.8 to 1.0 ohm coil uses roughly 1ml of salt liquid for somewhere between 150 and 250 draws. On that basis a 10ml bottle of Mix Lab Salts Pineapple Ice should deliver in the region of 1,500 to 2,500 puffs. Treat that as a planning range rather than a lab result. Short, gentle draws stretch a bottle further, while long, hard pulls at higher power can use it noticeably faster.

Because this is a nicotine salt, the delivery feels different from a freebase liquid of the same strength. Salts use an acid to lower the pH of the nicotine, which makes the throat hit softer and lets the nicotine reach the bloodstream more quickly. At 10mg you get a moderate, rounded hit rather than the sharp scratch of a 12mg or 18mg freebase. The satisfaction per puff is closer to a firmer-strength freebase than the number suggests, which is worth bearing in mind if you are used to vaping at 3mg or 6mg.

Vapour production is modest by design. Salt liquids are meant to be used in small, low-wattage devices, and the cloud you see is far smaller than from a sub-ohm setup. That is a plus for discretion and for flavour concentration, and a minus if you enjoy large clouds. Several factors change what you actually get from a bottle:

  • Power setting: higher wattage burns liquid faster and shortens a bottle, and it can also make the cooling note feel sharper
  • Coil condition: a fresh coil gives the fullest flavour, while a tired coil tastes flat and uses liquid inefficiently
  • Draw style: slow 2 to 3 second pulls suit pod kits, and quick sharp pulls tend to waste vapour
  • Pod fill level: keeping the tank between half and full helps the wick stay saturated
  • Temperature: cold weather thickens the liquid slightly and can make the first few puffs feel muted

In short, expect steady, consistent flavour and a smooth moderate nicotine hit across the life of the pod, with the usual dip in intensity as a coil nears the end of its life.

Flavour profile: pineapple with an icy finish

The inhale leads with sweet pineapple. Most people will read it as juicy tinned or ripe fruit rather than a sharp, sour fresh pineapple, with a slight tang in the background that stops it tasting like pure sugar. There is no obvious second fruit, no creamy layer and no candy coating, so the profile stays simple and easy to identify. Fruit-only flavours like this are popular with people moving away from tobacco because they are clean on the palate and do not leave a heavy aftertaste.

The ice element arrives mostly on the exhale. It is a cooling, menthol-style sensation that lifts the sweetness and finishes the puff with a fresh feel in the back of the mouth. It is not a strong mint blast, and it does not overwhelm the fruit. If you dislike the numbing, throat-chilling feel of heavily mentholated liquids, the cooling here is a gentler version of that. If you want an arctic hit, you may find it milder than you would like. Cooling agents tend to feel strongest in the first few puffs after you refill and again with a fresh coil, then settle slightly.

Flavour is always subjective, and it is shaped as much by your device as by the liquid. A few practical notes:

  • Power affects sweetness: lower wattage keeps the pineapple bright, while higher wattage can push the flavour toward a cooked, caramelised note
  • Coil age matters: sweet fruit liquids leave residue on the coil, so the taste can fade sooner than with a drier flavour
  • Vaper's tongue is real: if the flavour seems to vanish after a few days, switch to a different profile for a day, drink water and come back to it
  • Temperature changes the ice: a cold liquid feels cooler, and a warm pod can mute the menthol side

Compared with other fruit-and-ice combinations, pineapple tends to sit on the sweet, tropical side rather than the sour side. If you have enjoyed other single-fruit ice flavours in the Mix Lab Salts range, this one follows the same general formula with a different fruit. If you like your fruit liquids sour or tart, a berry or citrus profile may suit you better.

Bottle design and build quality

E-liquid sold in the UK has to meet specific packaging rules, and these shape the bottle you receive. Nicotine liquid is supplied in a 10ml container with a child-resistant cap, a tamper-evident seal and a nozzle designed to limit spills. Bottles in this category are normally soft plastic with a narrow tip, which lets you squeeze liquid directly into a small pod fill port without a funnel. The Mix Lab Salts bottle follows that standard layout, so there is nothing unusual to learn.

The label carries the information the regulations require: a health warning about nicotine, an ingredients list, the nicotine strength, volume, batch number and a UK contact point. We would encourage you to read it when your bottle arrives, because the label is the authoritative source for the exact VG and PG split. Many 10ml salt ranges are formulated at around 50VG and 50PG, which suits low-power pod devices, but the printed figures on your bottle are the ones to trust rather than any general summary.

Practical points on handling and storage:

  • Check the seal: the tamper-evident ring should be intact when the bottle arrives
  • Keep it upright: storing the bottle on its base, cap tight, reduces the chance of seepage around the nozzle
  • Avoid heat and sunlight: warm, bright places degrade nicotine and darken the liquid over time, so a drawer or cupboard is better than a windowsill or car
  • Keep it away from children and pets: nicotine liquid is toxic if swallowed or if it touches skin in quantity, so wash off any spills straight away
  • Wipe the nozzle: a quick wipe after filling keeps residue out of the cap threads and prevents sticky fingers

On recycling, empty plastic bottles should be rinsed and put in household plastic recycling if your local council accepts small plastic bottles. Rules vary by area, so check your council guidance. Leftover liquid should never be poured down a drain. Devices and batteries belong in electrical recycling, covered in the battery section below. Overall, build quality here is what you would expect from a mainstream salt bottle: functional, leak-resistant when closed properly and not designed to be anything more than a clean delivery container.

Battery and charging: choosing the right device

The bottle itself has no battery, so the charging question really concerns the pod kit you pair it with. Salt liquids work best in compact, low-power devices, and those almost always run on a built-in lithium-ion battery. As a general guide, pod kits in this category have batteries between about 400mAh and 1,000mAh and charge by USB-C. A 500 to 650mAh kit typically lasts most of a day for a moderate user at 10mg, and a 1,000mAh kit can stretch to a day and a half. The salt formula is helpful here, because you get satisfying nicotine delivery at low wattage and so you do not need to drain the battery with high-power settings.

Charging times depend on the cell and the charger. A small 400 to 650mAh battery on a standard 5V USB-C lead normally takes somewhere between 30 and 75 minutes, and a larger battery can take up to 90 minutes. Many devices have a small LED that changes colour or turns off when the charge is complete. A few sensible habits will extend battery life and keep charging safe:

  • Use a decent charger: a reputable 5V USB charger or a computer port is better than a cheap unbranded adapter
  • Do not charge unattended or overnight: lithium cells should be watched while charging, and never left on a bed, sofa or under a pillow
  • Avoid extremes of heat: do not leave the device in a hot car or in direct sun
  • Do not let it run flat every time: topping up before it reaches zero tends to be kinder to the cell
  • Carry it safely: keep the device away from keys and coins in your pocket, which can short the contacts

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in household waste. Vape devices and their lithium batteries count as waste electrical and electronic equipment. Retailers that sell vape hardware are expected to offer take-back, and most household waste recycling centres have small electrical collection points. Used pods and coils should be disposed of according to your council guidance. A damaged, swollen or hot battery should be taken out of use immediately and handed in for specialist recycling, not charged again.

Coil and mesh tech: what works with this liquid

The coil is the heating element that turns liquid into vapour, and the match between coil and liquid decides how good your experience is. Nicotine salts are formulated for low-power devices, so the sweet spot is a pod coil in roughly the 0.6 to 1.2 ohm range, running at about 8 to 15 watts. Most pod kits handle the wattage for you with a fixed output, and that is often the easiest way to get consistent results with a 10mg salt.

Three coil types are common in pod devices:

  • Mesh coils: a flat sheet of fine metal mesh heats a large area of the wick evenly. They tend to give fuller flavour and better vapour density at a given power, and they usually resist hot spots better than wire. Many modern pod kits use 0.8 ohm mesh pods and they pair well with a fruit-and-ice profile like this one.
  • Round wire coils: a traditional spiralled wire in cotton. These are simple and cheap, work well at low power and can give a tighter draw, though flavour can feel slightly less rounded than mesh.
  • Ceramic coils: a porous ceramic core heats the liquid. They are known for clean flavour and long life, and they handle sweeter liquids reasonably well, though they can be slower to warm.

Coil life with a sweet fruit liquid is usually shorter than with an unsweetened tobacco or plain menthol. Sweeteners can caramelise on the heating surface and leave a film, which dulls the flavour and eventually causes a burnt taste. Many users replace a pod or coil every one to two weeks, or after roughly one to two bottles, and sooner if they chain vape. You will know it is time when the pineapple note goes muted or you taste something toasty.

Priming is essential. A new coil needs several minutes to soak up liquid before the first puff, otherwise the dry cotton can scorch and ruin the coil in seconds. The reason this liquid is not recommended for sub-ohm tanks with coils below about 0.5 ohm is simple: at 40 watts or more, a salt delivers an excessive, harsh nicotine dose and burns through the bottle very quickly. A sub-ohm tank is better matched with a low-strength freebase liquid.

Nicotine strength guidance: is 10mg right for you?

Choosing a strength is the decision that most affects whether a liquid works for you. UK rules cap nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml, and salt ranges typically offer 10mg and 20mg, with some brands also using 5mg or 11mg. The 10mg option in this Pineapple Ice line is the middle of the range and tends to be a comfortable starting point for people who are not heavy smokers.

A rough guide to matching strength to habit, offered as general information rather than medical advice:

  • Light smokers or social smokers: up to around ten cigarettes a day can often start at 10mg
  • Moderate to heavy smokers: people smoking a pack a day or more often find 10mg leaves them reaching for the device constantly, and may settle better at 20mg initially
  • Experienced vapers stepping down: 10mg is a logical step from 20mg while cutting back
  • Dual users: if you vape alongside cigarettes, 20mg can give enough satisfaction to leave the cigarettes behind, but only you can judge what you need

Remember that salts hit differently from freebase. A 10mg salt is not a weak liquid, because uptake is faster and smoother, so do not assume it equates to a 10mg or 12mg freebase. If you are moving from a freebase liquid at 3mg or 6mg, 10mg of salt could feel considerably stronger than you expect.

Watch for signs that your strength is wrong. If you feel dizzy, queasy, sweaty, have a headache or a racing heart, or get hiccups, the dose is too high: stop, sit down, drink some water and step back to a lower strength or take longer between puffs. If you are craving constantly, chain vaping to feel satisfied, or still smoking, the strength is probably too low and you may need 20mg for now. Many people choose to reduce gradually over weeks or months, which is a sensible approach.

A complete 2ml pod filled with 10mg liquid contains about 20mg of nicotine, but you do not absorb all of it. If you want structured support to quit smoking, the NHS stop smoking services offer free help in the UK, and they can advise on whether vaping fits your plan.

Who this is for, and who should skip it

Mix Lab Salts 10mg Pineapple Ice is aimed at adults who already use nicotine. It is intended for current smokers who want an alternative and for existing vapers who like fruit profiles and want a mid-strength salt. It is not a product for people who have never used nicotine, and it should not be treated as a casual taste test.

It is likely to suit you if:

  • You smoke lightly to moderately and want a smooth, discreet alternative
  • You use a small pod kit or pod system and want a compatible refill
  • You prefer sweet fruit flavours with a cooling finish over tobacco or dessert profiles
  • You are stepping down from 20mg and want an intermediate strength
  • You like the idea of refilling, since it generally costs less over time than replacing sealed pods
  • You want low vapour output and a quiet, pocketable setup

You should probably look elsewhere if:

  • You do not smoke or vape: nicotine is addictive and there is no reason to start
  • You are under 18: it is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18 in the UK, and we verify age
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding: speak to a midwife, doctor or an NHS stop smoking adviser first
  • You have a heart condition, high blood pressure or other health concerns: check with your GP before using nicotine products
  • You want big clouds or use a sub-ohm tank: a lower-strength freebase liquid in a high-power setup is the better match
  • You dislike menthol or cooling flavours: the ice finish is gentle, but it is there on every puff
  • You are a heavy smoker who needs a strong hit: 20mg may suit you better, although you should confirm what works for you

Public health bodies in the UK have said that vaping is substantially less harmful than smoking, but they also stress that it is not risk-free and that it is best suited to people trying to stop smoking. We agree with that framing and would rather you buy a product that suits your situation than one that is wrong for you.

How to use: filling, priming and vaping

Filling a pod from a bottle is simple once you have done it once or twice. Because nicotine liquid is hazardous to skin and surfaces, work in good light over a tray or paper towel. The steps below apply to most refillable pod kits, but check your device manual first, since fill ports and pod orientations vary between models.

  • Step 1, power down: make sure the device is off or the pod is removed, then check that the pod and ports are dry and clean.
  • Step 2, open the fill port: most pods have a small silicone bung on the side or top. Pull it back or lift it to expose the fill hole.
  • Step 3, open the bottle: press down and twist the child-resistant cap, then place the nozzle against the fill hole at a slight angle.
  • Step 4, fill slowly: squeeze gently and stop at or just below the max line. Avoid filling the central airflow tube, which can cause flooding and leaks.
  • Step 5, close it up: push the bung fully back in, wipe the pod and the nozzle, and recap the bottle firmly.
  • Step 6, prime the coil: let the filled pod sit upright for 5 to 10 minutes so the wick absorbs the liquid. Skipping this is the main cause of a burnt first taste.
  • Step 7, vape gently: take a few short, light draws first, then move to your usual 2 to 3 second pulls.

For a mouth-to-lung draw, pull the vapour into your mouth first, pause, then inhale into the lungs. This is the style most pod kits are built for. Do not take rapid, repeated puffs one after another, because the coil needs a second or two to rewet. A gap of 20 to 30 seconds between puffs keeps the flavour clean.

Keep the device upright when not in use, and top up before the pod runs completely dry, because a dry coil quickly burns. If you change flavours, empty the old liquid, rinse the pod with lukewarm water, let it dry fully and fit a new coil if the old one has taken on the previous flavour. Use only the liquid your pod is designed for and never mix different nicotine strengths in one pod without understanding what you are making.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems people have with salt liquids come from a short list of causes, and nearly all of them can be fixed in a few minutes. Here is a practical checklist for the most common ones with this Pineapple Ice liquid.

  • Burnt or toasty taste: the coil is either dry or worn. Prime a new pod for longer, lower the power if your device allows it, and replace the coil if the taste persists. Sweet liquids leave residue, so this is the most frequent complaint.
  • Weak or muted flavour: check the coil age first. If the coil is fresh, you may have vaper's tongue, so try another flavour for a day. A nearly empty pod or cold weather can also dull the taste.
  • Leaking from the pod or device: the pod may be overfilled, the bung may not be seated properly, or air pressure changes have pushed liquid out. Wipe down, refill to a lower level and press the bung in fully.
  • Gurgling or spitting: too much condensation in the airflow path. Blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear it and avoid overfilling.
  • No vapour or very light draws: the pod may be empty, poorly seated or the coil may be flooded or clogged. Check the fill level and the pod connection, and wipe the contacts with a dry tissue.
  • Dry hit: a harsh, scratchy puff means the wick is not saturated. Stop vaping, add liquid if needed and wait a few minutes.
  • Too harsh or too strong: use shorter, gentler draws or lower the power. If you still feel unwell or dizzy, 10mg may be too strong for you and a lower strength might suit you better.
  • Sticky bottle or cap: wipe the nozzle clean before closing, since residue in the threads makes the child-resistant cap hard to turn.
  • Device blinks and will not fire: this is often a low battery, a poor pod connection or a short-circuit protection trigger. Charge it, reseat the pod and clean the contacts.

If you have tried these steps and the problem continues, contact our support team with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. A device fault is usually a warranty matter for the hardware maker, whereas a problem with the liquid itself, such as a damaged seal or leaking bottle on arrival, is something we want to sort out directly.

Value for money

Value with e-liquid comes down to cost per millilitre and how long a bottle actually lasts you, not the sticker price on its own. A single 10ml nicotine salt bottle is the standard UK size, so you can compare ranges simply by dividing the price by ten. As an illustration only, a bottle priced at £4 works out at 40p per millilitre, and at 1ml per 150 to 250 puffs, that is a small fraction of a penny per draw. Check the current price on the product page, as this changes with promotions and multi-buy offers.

Where refillable pods tend to save money:

  • Per puff: refilling from a 10ml bottle is normally cheaper than buying sealed prefilled pods, since you pay for the liquid but not for repackaged cartridges
  • Per device: one rechargeable pod kit can be reused for months, with only the coils or pods replaced periodically
  • Flexibility: you can change flavour or strength every bottle without buying new hardware
  • Multi-buy offers: salt bottles are often discounted when bought in bundles, which suits regular users

There are costs to factor in as well. Replacement pods or coils usually cost a few pounds each and need changing every week or two with sweet flavours. A charging cable and occasional spare pods add up. If you only vape occasionally, a single bottle may last a month or more, and the liquid will keep reasonably well if stored properly in a cool, dark place. Opened bottles are best used within several months for the most consistent flavour.

Compared with the old disposable market, refillables are both cheaper per puff and less wasteful. Now that single-use vapes have been banned in Great Britain, a refillable kit with bottles like this is the realistic budget route. Compared with smoking, the weekly cost of vaping is generally much lower for a regular smoker, though you should do the sum for your own situation by comparing your current weekly spend with the cost of a bottle plus a pod change.

Our verdict: this is mid-range, mainstream value. It is not the cheapest liquid on the market, and it is not trying to be a premium craft juice. You are paying for a consistent, clearly flavoured and widely available salt, which is what many people want from an everyday bottle.

How it compares: honest alternatives

Mix Lab Salts is one of several nicotine salt lines on the UK market, and no single liquid is right for everyone. Here is a fair look at where Pineapple Ice 10mg fits and where another option could serve you better.

  • Other 10ml salt ranges: brands such as Elfliq, IVG Salts, Pod Salt and Dinner Lady offer 10ml salt bottles in similar fruit-and-ice styles, usually at 10mg and 20mg, though some use 11mg instead. Flavours differ in sweetness and cooling, and the difference between them is often smaller than the difference between devices. Trying a couple is the only way to know which you prefer.
  • Freebase 10ml liquids: these come in strengths like 3mg, 6mg, 12mg and 18mg, and suit sub-ohm and higher-power tanks with bigger clouds. They give a sharper throat hit and are cheaper at low strengths, but they are less comfortable at higher nicotine levels in a small pod.
  • Shortfills with nicotine shots: 50ml or 100ml bottles with room for nicotine boosters are better value per millilitre for heavy vapers using high-power tanks, but they require mixing, take up more space and do not suit pod kits well because of the thin liquid.
  • Prefilled closed-pod systems: these are convenient and spill-free, with no filling step. The trade-off is higher running cost, less flavour choice and more plastic waste than refilling.
  • Nicotine replacement therapy: patches, gum and lozenges are an established route for quitting smoking, and are often available through NHS stop smoking services. They have no flavour and no vapour, so they do not replace the hand-to-mouth habit, but they are a legitimate option.

Where this liquid is stronger: it is a simple, recognisable flavour in a standard 10ml size at a mid-range 10mg strength, available in a wider range of Mix Lab fruit and ice variants. Where it is weaker: it is a sweet profile that will not please anyone who wants tart, dessert or tobacco notes, and the coil life with sweet liquids is shorter than with unsweetened flavours. It also has no quirks or novelty features to set it apart, which some people like and others find dull.

If the decision is close, buy one bottle, use it in a clean pod, and judge on flavour at your usual power setting over a couple of days. That tells you more than any review or comparison table can.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Should I choose 10mg or 20mg nicotine strength?

It depends on how much you smoke or vape now. Lighter and social smokers often find 10mg comfortable, while people smoking a pack a day or more usually start at 20mg, which is the UK maximum for nicotine e-liquid. Salts hit more smoothly than freebase at the same strength, so start lower if unsure and move up only if you keep craving.

How do I charge the device I use with this liquid?

The bottle has no battery, so charging applies to your pod kit. Most use a USB-C cable and a standard 5V charger and take around 30 to 90 minutes. Do not charge unattended or overnight, and keep the device off beds and soft furnishings while it charges.

Does Pineapple Ice come in other flavours or can I swap to a different one?

Mix Lab Salts is sold as a range of fruit, ice and mixed flavours, mostly at 10mg and 20mg, so you can swap whenever you finish a bottle. When changing flavour, empty the pod, rinse it with lukewarm water, let it dry and fit a fresh coil if the old one still tastes of the previous liquid. Otherwise flavours blend and neither tastes right.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

It varies with your device and habits, but a rough estimate is 150 to 250 puffs per millilitre in a typical low-power pod kit, so around 1,500 to 2,500 puffs per bottle. A moderate user might get one to two weeks, while an occasional user could make it last a month or more. Heavy chain vaping or high power settings shorten that considerably.

Is it good value compared with disposables or other salts?

Refilling a pod from a 10ml bottle is normally cheaper per puff than prefilled pods, and single-use disposables can no longer be sold new in Great Britain. Against other 10ml salt ranges the price is comparable, so the difference comes down to flavour preference. Divide the bottle price by ten to compare cost per millilitre, and remember to include replacement coils in your sums.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It is aimed at adult smokers and existing vapers who want a sweet pineapple flavour with a cool finish in a mid-strength salt. It is not suitable for under 18s, non-smokers, or anyone pregnant or with a heart condition without medical advice. If you use a high-power sub-ohm tank, a lower-strength freebase liquid is the better match.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or high-power device?

We do not recommend it. Nicotine salts are made for low-power pod devices running around 8 to 15 watts with coils of roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohms. At high wattage a salt delivers a harsh, excessive nicotine dose and uses liquid very fast, so a low-strength freebase is the better choice for sub-ohm tanks.

Do you deliver across the UK and is age verification needed?

Yes, we deliver to UK addresses, with available delivery options and costs shown at checkout. Because nicotine products are restricted to adults, you must be 18 or over, and we may ask for proof of age before dispatch or on delivery. Please make sure someone aged 18 or over can accept the parcel.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken tamper seal, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right. For faulty goods your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Opened e-liquid generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless it is faulty, and any hardware warranty is handled through the device manufacturer.

How do I dispose of empty bottles, used pods and old devices?

Rinse empty plastic bottles and check whether your local council accepts them in household plastic recycling. Devices, pods and batteries count as waste electrical equipment, so take them to a retailer with a take-back scheme or to the small electrical bins at your household waste recycling centre. Never put a lithium battery in general waste or pour leftover liquid down the drain.

Convinced my mate to switch too

Does what it should. Smooth hit, no burnt taste even after a couple of weeks. Would recommend.
