Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint overview

Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint is a nicotine salt e-liquid from the Mix brand, made for adult vapers who use pod kits and other low-powered refillable devices. It pairs a moderate 10mg/ml nicotine strength with a spearmint flavour: a soft, sweet, leafy mint that sits somewhere between a plain peppermint and a chewing-gum style profile. This guide explains what to expect from the liquid, which devices suit it, how to use it, how it stacks up against alternatives, and whether it is the right fit for you.

Nicotine salts are a different form of nicotine from the freebase nicotine used in older-style e-liquids. The salt form is paired with an acid, which lets the liquid feel smoother at a given strength and means it works well at the low wattages that small pod devices run at. That is why nic salts have become the usual choice for compact refillable systems, especially now that single-use disposables are no longer legal to sell in the UK.

Quick facts

  • Brand and range: Mix, Lab Salts
  • Flavour: Spearmint
  • Nicotine strength: 10mg/ml (1%) nicotine salt
  • Typical bottle size: 10ml, which is the largest bottle size UK rules allow for nicotine-containing e-liquid. Always confirm the volume printed on the label you receive.
  • Best matched to: pod kits, refillable pod systems, mouth-to-lung tanks and other low-wattage devices
  • Not suited to: sub-ohm tanks run at high wattage, where a salt at this strength would be wasteful and harsh
  • Legal age: 18+ only, with age verification on every order

A quick note on responsibility. Nicotine is addictive, and vaping is intended for adults who already smoke or use nicotine and want an alternative. If you do not currently use nicotine, this product is not for you. Everything below is written for UK adults who are making an informed choice, and nothing here is medical advice. If you want help stopping smoking altogether, your local NHS stop smoking service is free and works well alongside vaping or on its own.

Performance and vapour delivery

Performance with an e-liquid really means two things: how the liquid behaves in the device, and how it feels when you inhale. Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint is built for the second job in small, low-power hardware, so it is best judged in the kind of device it is designed for.

Throat hit and nicotine delivery. Because nic salts are absorbed quickly and feel smooth, a 10mg salt gives a noticeable but not aggressive throat hit. Many vapers find it satisfying enough to replace a light-to-moderate smoking habit without the scratchiness that a freebase liquid at a comparable strength can produce. It is worth remembering that salt and freebase milligram figures are not directly interchangeable. A 10mg salt does not feel the same as a 10mg freebase, and it is generally gentler on the throat.

Vapour volume. Expect modest clouds. Nic salt liquids are designed around tight, mouth-to-lung draws rather than big airy inhales, and the small coils in pod systems produce a restrained amount of vapour. If your priority is cloud production, a nic salt in a pod device is the wrong tool, and you would be better looking at higher-VG freebase liquids with a suitable tank. If your priority is a discreet, cigarette-like draw, this is the territory it belongs in.

Consumption and puff count. There is no single puff figure for an e-liquid, because it depends on your device, your coil and how long you draw for. As a rough guide rather than a laboratory figure, a 2ml pod on a low-power MTL device often yields somewhere in the region of 300 to 600 puffs. A 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod roughly four to five times once you allow for a little loss when priming, which works out at somewhere between 1,500 and 3,000 puffs per bottle for most people.

Consistency. Salts with a balanced PG and VG blend tend to wick quickly, which helps keep flavour steady from the first puff to the last of the pod. Check the label for the exact VG/PG split on the batch you receive, and match it to your coil guidance as described in the coil section below.

  • Smooth, moderate throat hit at 10mg
  • Modest, discreet vapour
  • Works at low wattage, usually around 8W to 15W
  • Suits short, gentle mouth-to-lung draws

Flavour profile

Spearmint is the quieter, sweeter relative of peppermint. The difference is chemical as much as it is a matter of taste. Peppermint gets its sharp, icy character from menthol, while spearmint is dominated by a compound called carvone, which tastes rounder, greener and more candy-like, with far less of the cold bite. In an e-liquid, that tends to translate into a flavour you can vape for hours without your palate feeling chilled or numbed.

On the inhale you can expect a sweet, leafy mint that arrives early and clearly. It is the flavour many people associate with mint chewing gum or fresh garden mint, rather than the medicinal edge of strong menthol. On the exhale the profile softens into a gentle cooling sensation that fades quickly, leaving a clean, slightly sweet finish. How much sweetness you notice will vary between batches and between devices, so treat the description as a guide.

How it behaves in a pod. Mint flavours are usually among the easiest to read, because they are simple and bright. That also means off-notes show up quickly. If a coil is getting tired, a mint liquid often turns flat or slightly bitter before richer dessert flavours do, which makes it a useful early warning that it is time to swap your coil or pod.

Power and temperature matter. Mint is at its most pleasant at a low to moderate temperature. Push the wattage up and the sweetness gets lost, the cooling fades and the vapour turns warm and harsh. If you ever find spearmint tasting thin, the fix is usually to lower the power rather than raise it.

Pairing ideas.

  • Vape it on its own for a clean, simple everyday flavour
  • Use it as a palate reset between richer fruit or dessert liquids
  • Choose it if you find strong menthol too icy but want something fresher than tobacco or fruit

As with any flavoured liquid, individual taste varies, and the way you perceive a flavour can change if you have a cold, are tired or have been vaping the same flavour for days. If it seems to fade, a day or two on something different usually restores it. Flavour descriptions here are our honest reading of what spearmint e-liquids of this type deliver, not a guarantee of how your own device will render them.

Design and build quality

An e-liquid is not hardware, so build quality here means the bottle, the closure and the labelling, which are the parts you handle every time you refill. UK rules set a clear baseline for these, and they are worth knowing so you can check anything you buy against them.

Bottle and tip. Mix Lab Salts is sold in the standard small plastic dropper-style bottle used across the UK market, with a narrow tip. The narrow nozzle is more than a convenience. It is what lets you fill small pod ports without spilling, and it helps stop the liquid pooling on the device. Plastic bottles are slightly flexible, so a gentle squeeze is all you need. Squeezing hard is the most common cause of overfilling.

Child-resistant and tamper-evident closure. Nicotine e-liquid sold in the UK must come in child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging. Expect a cap that needs a push-and-turn action to open and a seal or ring that shows the bottle has not been opened. If a bottle arrives with a broken ring, a loose cap or damp packaging, do not use it and contact us straight away.

Label information. A correctly labelled bottle should show the product name, nicotine strength, volume, ingredient list, the required health warning, a batch number and the supplier details. Take a quick look at the batch number when it arrives. If you ever need to raise a query, quoting it lets us trace the order much more quickly.

Storage and handling.

  • Keep bottles upright, with the cap fully closed
  • Store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat, such as a car dashboard or a windowsill
  • Keep them well out of reach of children and pets, because nicotine liquid is hazardous if swallowed or spilled on skin
  • Wash your hands after filling, and wipe up any spills straight away

Used with sensible storage, an unopened bottle will normally hold its flavour for many months, and a bottle you are working through is best used within a few months of opening. Heat and light are the main enemies of flavour. They can darken the liquid over time and dull a delicate flavour like mint, so a drawer or cupboard is a better home than a bag or a pocket.

Device battery and charging

The liquid itself has no battery, but the device you pair it with does, and getting the match right makes a real difference to your day-to-day experience. Nic salt liquids are designed for compact devices, so this section covers what to look for in the hardware.

Battery size. Most refillable pod kits use an internal battery in the region of 400mAh to 1,000mAh. As a rough guide, a 500mAh battery will usually last a moderate vaper most of a day at 10W to 12W, while a 800mAh to 1,000mAh battery can stretch to a day and a half. Using a low-wattage setting reduces the load on the battery and keeps flavour cleaner, so the two goals work together.

Charging safely.

  • Use the cable supplied with your device, or a good-quality USB-C cable from a reputable maker
  • Plug into a standard USB wall adapter or computer port rather than a very high-output fast charger
  • Do not leave a device charging unattended overnight, and never charge it under a pillow or on soft furnishings
  • Stop using the device and replace it if the battery swells, overheats or smells unusual
  • Keep the charging port dry and free of liquid, because spills in the port can cause problems

The UK context. The maximum nicotine strength allowed for any nicotine e-liquid in the UK is 20mg/ml, and that cap applies to nic salts as well as freebase. Since 1 June 2025, single-use disposable vapes have also been banned from sale in the UK, which is why refillable devices and bottled liquid such as this are now the mainstream route for adult vapers. A refillable kit with a rechargeable battery also means far less waste than throwing away a device every few days.

Recycling. Batteries and vape devices should never go in household bins or general recycling, because lithium cells can start fires in collection lorries and sorting plants. Shops that sell vaping products are required to take back old devices, so most vape shops will accept them. You can also use the battery and electronics drop-off points at your local household waste recycling centre. Empty plastic e-liquid bottles can go in with your normal plastics recycling where your council accepts them, once the bottle is fully empty and the cap has been removed.

Coil and wicking technology

Choosing the right coil is the single biggest factor in how Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint tastes. Nic salts are designed around higher-resistance coils that run at low power, and matching your hardware to that approach gives you a smooth, flavourful draw.

Resistance and power.

  • 0.8 to 1.2 ohm MTL coils: the classic match for nic salts, usually run at about 8W to 15W. These give a tight, cigarette-like draw.
  • 0.6 to 0.8 ohm mesh coils: a slightly airier draw with a bit more vapour, usually run at about 12W to 20W. Many people find these suit 10mg liquids well.
  • Sub-ohm coils below 0.5 ohm: designed for high-wattage use with low-strength freebase liquids. They are a poor fit for a 10mg salt, because they deliver far more liquid and nicotine per puff than most users want.

Wick material. Most pod coils use organic cotton wicking, and many modern pods add mesh or ceramic elements. The wick moves liquid to the heating element by capillary action. A balanced PG and VG blend moves through cotton quickly, which is why salt liquids are generally easy on coils and prime fast.

Priming a new coil. This step is worth taking seriously. Fill the pod, then wait five to ten minutes so the cotton can soak up liquid completely before you fire it. Take a few gentle draws without pressing the button first, which pulls liquid into the wick. Skipping this is the main cause of a burnt first puff, and it can damage a new coil permanently.

Coil lifespan. A pod or coil typically lasts around one to two weeks for a regular user, although this varies a lot. Sweeter liquids leave more residue on the coil, so the life shortens, whereas a simple mint like this is generally kinder than a heavily sweetened dessert flavour. Replace the coil when the flavour weakens, the vapour thins or you notice a burnt or metallic taste, rather than waiting for it to fail completely. Keeping the wattage within the range printed on the coil is the easiest way to extend its life.

Nicotine strength guidance

Choosing a nicotine strength is the most important decision you make with any e-liquid, and it is one where getting it slightly wrong has a real effect on how much you enjoy vaping. Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint sits in the middle of the nic salt range, and understanding where that sits will help you decide whether it is right for you.

Where 10mg sits. The UK maximum for any nicotine e-liquid, including nic salts, is 20mg/ml. That makes 10mg exactly half of the legal cap. Nic salts are commonly sold at 5mg, 10mg, 18mg and 20mg, so 10mg is a middle step, rather than a starting point for heavy smokers or an extremely light option.

A rough guide. The following is a general starting point rather than a rule, and your own experience is what matters.

  • 5mg to 6mg: light smokers, people who vape occasionally, or those who have already cut down a lot
  • 10mg to 12mg: light-to-moderate smokers, typically up to roughly ten cigarettes a day, or people stepping down from 18mg to 20mg
  • 18mg to 20mg: heavier smokers, typically fifteen or more cigarettes a day, who want to switch fully

Signs the strength is too high. Feeling lightheaded, a little queasy, or having a harsh, scratchy throat after only a few puffs usually means you are taking in more nicotine than you need. Stepping down a strength or taking fewer, shorter puffs helps.

Signs it is too low. If you find yourself vaping constantly without feeling satisfied, or cravings return within minutes, the strength may be too low for your habit. Moving up a step is the logical fix, but only if you are an established nicotine user.

Step-down approach. Many people choose to reduce their strength gradually over time, for example from 20mg to 10mg and then to 5mg, and Mix Lab Salts 10mg is a sensible middle rung. If you are trying to give up nicotine altogether, speak to your pharmacist or a stop smoking adviser, who can help you plan the right pace.

Remember that if you are not currently using nicotine, you should not start. This product is for adults who already smoke or vape.

Who Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint is for

Every product has people it suits and people it does not, and being clear about that saves you money and frustration. Here is an honest summary of who tends to get on well with this liquid.

It is a good match if you:

  • Are an adult smoker or existing vaper looking for a moderate-strength nic salt
  • Use a pod kit, refillable pod system or low-wattage MTL device
  • Like mint but find strong menthol too icy or sharp
  • Want a simple, clean flavour you can vape all day without it becoming tiresome
  • Are stepping down from a higher nicotine strength and want a middle rung
  • Prefer a discreet, low-vapour draw that does not draw attention in shared spaces

It is probably not for you if you:

  • Are under 18, or do not currently use nicotine
  • Smoke heavily, such as twenty or more cigarettes a day, and need a higher strength to switch fully. In that case 18mg to 20mg nic salts are more likely to satisfy you
  • Use a high-wattage sub-ohm tank, where a salt at this strength will be wasteful and harsh
  • Want large clouds, which this style of liquid and hardware is not designed to deliver
  • Dislike mint of any kind, since the flavour is the whole point of the product
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a heart condition or other health concern. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using any nicotine product

A note for people switching from cigarettes. Many smokers find the first few days the hardest, because the habit of holding and inhaling matters as much as the nicotine itself. If 10mg does not feel enough in the first week, it is perfectly reasonable to move up to a higher strength rather than giving up on vaping and going back to smoking. Equally, if you feel you are getting too much, step down. The goal is to find the lowest strength that stops you reaching for a cigarette.

If you are unsure, our advice is to start with the strength that matches the guidance above, give it several days in the right hardware, and adjust from there.

How to use and fill your device

Filling a pod is simple once you have done it a couple of times. The steps below apply to most refillable pod kits, but your device manual always takes priority if it differs.

  • Check compatibility. Confirm that your device is refillable and designed for 0.6 to 1.2 ohm coils. Do not put nic salt in a device intended for high-wattage sub-ohm use.
  • Switch the device off. If it has an on/off function, use it. Remove the pod from the battery section.
  • Open the fill port. Most pods have a silicone bung or a sliding cover. Lift or slide it according to the instructions.
  • Fill gently. Hold the pod upright, place the bottle nozzle against the port and squeeze slowly. Stop before the liquid reaches the maximum fill line, and never fill over the central airflow tube.
  • Close the port firmly. Make sure the bung is fully seated to prevent leaks.
  • Wait five to ten minutes. This lets the wick saturate fully. Do not skip this, especially with a new coil.
  • Reconnect and test. Take two or three gentle draws without pressing the button, then start vaping at a low power setting.

Vaping technique. Use a slow, gentle mouth-to-lung draw of two to three seconds, then breathe the vapour into your lungs and exhale. Fast, long, hard pulls drag extra liquid across the coil and often lead to a hot or harsh draw. Pause for a few seconds between puffs to let the wick refill, and avoid chain vaping, which both heats up the coil and gives you far more nicotine than you intend.

Everyday care.

  • Top up before the pod runs completely dry, because vaping a dry coil burns the wick
  • If you change flavours, rinse the pod with warm water and let it dry fully, or fit a fresh pod, to avoid mixed tastes
  • Carry the device upright when you can, and wipe off any condensation around the mouthpiece
  • Keep a spare pod or coil with you, so a worn one never leaves you without a fix

Wash your hands after filling, and keep the bottle closed and stored away from children between uses.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with nic salt liquids come down to a handful of causes, and almost all of them are easy to fix. Work through the likely culprit before assuming the liquid or the device is faulty.

The device is leaking. Check that the pod is not overfilled and that the bung is seated fully. Hold the pod upright when filling, and look for hairline cracks around the base. Leaks are also more likely after flights or temperature changes, so wipe the pod dry and give it a rest before use. If it keeps leaking, replace the pod.

Gurgling or spitting. This usually means too much liquid has pooled around the coil. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece with the device off to clear the airway, and wipe off any excess. Fill a little lower next time.

A burnt or acrid taste. This is almost always a dry or worn coil. Check that the pod has liquid, allow it to soak for longer before use, and lower the wattage. If the burnt taste persists after refilling, the coil is probably finished and should be replaced.

Weak or muted flavour. There are a few possible causes.

  • An ageing coil that needs replacing
  • Power set too high or too low for the coil
  • Vaper's tongue, where your taste buds temporarily stop picking up a flavour you have been using for days. Switch to something different for a day or two and then come back to it
  • A cold or blocked nose, which dulls taste far more than people expect

A harsh throat hit. Reduce the power, take shorter draws and check you are not at too high a nicotine strength for your habit. Moving the airflow to a slightly more open setting, if your device allows, also softens the draw.

Dizziness or nausea. Stop vaping, sit down and drink some water. This usually means you have taken in more nicotine than your body wants, often from chain vaping. Take longer breaks and consider stepping down a strength. Seek medical advice if symptoms do not settle.

The device will not fire. Check the charge, the pod connection and any lockout feature. Clean the contacts with a dry cotton bud. If the battery does not hold charge, stop using it and recycle it properly at a drop-off point rather than putting it in the bin.

If a problem persists with the liquid itself, such as an unusual smell, colour or separation, keep the bottle and contact us with the batch number.

Value for money

Value is not just the price on the bottle. It is the price relative to how long the bottle lasts, how consistently it tastes and how well it suits your device. Without pretending to know your exact usage, here is how to think about it.

Cost per day. The simplest approach is to divide the price of the bottle by the number of days it lasts you. As an illustration only, using made-up numbers: a bottle that costs a few pounds and lasts four days works out at well under a pound per day. Check the current price on this page, then use your own typical consumption of between 2ml and 4ml a day. A 10ml bottle therefore commonly lasts around three to five days, and light users can stretch it to a week or more.

Compared with smoking. A 20-pack of cigarettes in the UK now costs well over ten pounds. Even allowing for the cost of a pod kit and the occasional replacement pod, a regular vaper who has switched completely will usually spend a good deal less each month. Savings depend on how much you smoked before and how heavily you vape now, so treat this as direction rather than a promise.

Compared with other formats. Single-use disposables are no longer legal to sell in the UK, so the realistic comparison is with pre-filled pods and with other bottled liquids.

  • Bottled liquid in a refillable pod: generally the lowest running cost, because you buy the liquid separately from the hardware and reuse the device
  • Pre-filled pods: convenient and tidy, but typically a higher cost per ml and limited to one manufacturer's flavours
  • Larger bottles or multi-buy bundles: where available, they can bring the price per ml down, but only if you will use them within a reasonable period

Hidden costs to factor in. A pod or coil replacement every one to two weeks is the main running cost beyond the liquid itself. Using the right power level and priming properly stretches coil life and keeps your overall spend lower. Wasted liquid from leaks and flushed pods also adds up, so careful filling is a form of saving.

Our view. At 10mg in a simple, easy-to-vape flavour, Mix Lab Salts Spearmint is a sensible everyday option rather than a luxury purchase. It is good value if the flavour and strength suit you, and poor value if they do not, since a bottle you do not enjoy is wasted money however low the price. If you are unsure about a flavour, starting with a single bottle before committing to a larger order is a sensible way to check.

How it compares with alternatives

No single e-liquid suits everyone, so here is an honest look at how Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint compares with the alternatives you are most likely to be weighing up. We have kept this to broad categories rather than attacking specific competitors, since formulations change and we would rather be accurate than provocative.

Versus peppermint or menthol nic salts. If you want a sharp, icy hit, a peppermint or menthol liquid will deliver more cooling than spearmint. Spearmint wins on smoothness, sweetness and all-day comfort. If you want your vape to feel like a cold blast, look elsewhere. If you want a gentler, fresher flavour, spearmint is easier to live with.

Versus fruit and dessert nic salts. Fruit and dessert flavours have more variety and can be more exciting at first. They are also sweeter, which tends to leave more residue on the coil and can tire your palate. Spearmint is plainer but easier to sustain over a long period.

Versus well-known premium nic salt ranges. Established brands often have wider flavour ranges, more extensive third-party reviews and more detailed published information about their formulations. A lesser-known range may offer a more modest price, but you may find less independent feedback to go on. The practical answer is to compare the label details, check the nicotine strength and bottle size, and judge on taste.

Versus freebase 3mg or 6mg liquids. Freebase liquids with a higher VG ratio are designed for sub-ohm tanks and bigger clouds, while nic salts are made for small, tight-draw devices. The two are not interchangeable. Choose by hardware first, then strength.

Versus pre-filled pods. Pre-filled pods are convenient and have no filling mess, but you are limited to one manufacturer's range, and cost per ml is typically higher. Refilling gives you flexibility and a lower running cost, at the price of a little more effort.

Where Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint is weaker. It is not a good choice for heavy smokers who need 18mg to 20mg, for cloud chasers, or for people who dislike mint. It also does not offer the novelty of a complex flavour blend.

Where it is stronger. It is straightforward, suits popular low-power devices, sits at a moderate nicotine level that works for many adults stepping down, and offers a flavour that holds up over long use.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, and is 10mg right for me?

10mg suits light-to-moderate smokers, typically up to around ten cigarettes a day, and people stepping down from 18mg or 20mg. Heavier smokers often need 18mg to 20mg to switch fully, while very light users may prefer 5mg or 6mg. The UK cap on any nicotine e-liquid is 20mg/ml, so 10mg is half of the legal maximum.

How do I charge the device I use with this liquid?

The liquid has no battery, but your pod kit does. Charge it with the supplied USB-C cable using a standard wall adapter or computer port, and do not leave it charging unattended overnight. If a battery swells, overheats or stops holding charge, stop using it and take it to a vape shop or household recycling centre drop-off point rather than putting it in the bin.

Can I swap to other flavours or strengths in the Mix Lab Salts range?

Yes, as long as your device suits nic salts. Rinse the pod with warm water and dry it fully, or fit a fresh pod, when changing flavour to avoid mixed tastes. Different strengths can be swapped in the same way, and browse the Mix brand page for the full range of flavours currently in stock.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on your habits, but most people use between 2ml and 4ml a day, so a bottle commonly lasts three to five days. Light users can stretch it to a week or more. As a rough guide rather than a lab figure, that equates to somewhere between 1,500 and 3,000 puffs per bottle on a typical low-power pod device.

Is Mix Lab Salts 10mg Spearmint good value?

For a moderate-strength nic salt in a simple, easy-to-vape flavour, it is a sensible everyday option. Divide the bottle price by the days it lasts you to get a daily cost, and remember that coil or pod replacements every one to two weeks add to the running cost. It is good value if the flavour suits you and poor value if it does not.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It suits adult smokers and existing vapers who use pod kits or low-wattage mouth-to-lung devices and like a soft mint flavour. It is not for anyone under 18, non-nicotine users, or people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition without medical advice. It is also a poor fit for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks and for heavy smokers who need a higher strength.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or a high-wattage device?

We do not recommend it. Nic salts are designed for low-power, higher-resistance coils, generally 0.6 to 1.2 ohm at about 8W to 20W. In a sub-ohm tank at high wattage, you would get far more liquid and nicotine per puff than most people want, along with a harsh, hot draw.

How quickly will my order arrive in the UK?

We deliver to UK addresses, and the available delivery options, costs and cut-off times are shown at checkout. Because vaping products are age-restricted, you must be 18 or over and an adult may be asked to verify age on delivery. If your parcel is late, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.

What is your returns policy, and is there a warranty on e-liquid?

E-liquid is a consumable, so it does not carry a device-style warranty. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or with a broken tamper seal, contact us promptly with your order number, the batch number and a photo, and we will put it right. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles generally cannot be returned unless faulty, and our returns page sets out the full terms.

How do I dispose of empty bottles and old vape devices?

Empty plastic bottles can go in your normal plastic recycling where your council accepts them, once fully empty and with the cap removed. Devices and batteries should never go in household bins. Take them to a vape retailer that offers take-back or to the electronics drop-off point at your local household waste recycling centre.

Lasts longer than expected

Honestly, I was unsure at first but this has been great. Flavour is strong and lasts the full session. No complaints at all.

Loyal customer now

Not too strong, not too mild — just right. Good for all day use without being overpowering.
