Ohm Brew Nic Salts Ice Menthol 18mg: Overview

Ohm Brew Nic Salts 10ml 18mg Ice Menthol is a nicotine salt e-liquid for vapers who want a cold, clean menthol hit without a sugary or floral layer sitting on top. It comes in a 10ml bottle at 18mg/ml nicotine strength (1.8%), which sits under the UK limit of 20mg/ml for nicotine-containing e-liquids, and it is designed for low-power pod kits, pen-style devices and other mouth-to-lung (MTL) hardware.

The name describes the product accurately. There is no fruit blend to decode, no dessert base and no long list of flavour notes. Ice Menthol is a cooling flavour first and a taste second, and the Ohm Brew range is positioned as straightforward nic salt flavours rather than elaborate mixes. If you have tried mint, menthol or 'ice' versions of other flavours and want the cooling element on its own, this is the kind of bottle that suits.

Here is the quick specification before we go into detail:

  • Bottle size: 10ml, which is the maximum bottle size permitted for nicotine e-liquid in the UK
  • Nicotine strength: 18mg/ml nicotine salt (1.8%)
  • Flavour: Ice Menthol
  • Type: nic salt e-liquid, not freebase, so it is formulated for low-wattage devices
  • Typical device pairing: refillable pod systems, MTL pens and compact kits running roughly 8W to 15W
  • Coil resistance range it suits: around 0.8 to 1.4 ohm MTL coils and 0.6 to 1.0 ohm pod mesh coils
  • Packaging: child-resistant, tamper-evident cap with the labelling UK rules require

This page covers how the liquid behaves, which devices to pair it with, how to fill and use it, how to fix common problems, and how it compares with the alternatives. We have tried to be straight about the limits as well as the strengths, because a menthol salt is a good match for some vapers and a poor one for others. If you are new to nicotine salts, the nic strength section below is the most useful place to start.

Flavour Profile: What Ice Menthol Actually Tastes Like

Ice Menthol is a cooling flavour first and a taste second. On the inhale you get a sharp, clean cold sensation across the tongue and the roof of the mouth, followed by a mild minty-menthol note that fades quickly on the exhale. It is closer to the cold hit of a menthol lozenge than to the sweet, creamy character of a spearmint gum or a peppermint dessert blend.

Breaking the experience into stages makes it easier to judge whether it will suit you:

  • Inhale: immediate cooling that you feel in the mouth and, at 18mg, a gentle throat sensation as well
  • Mid-draw: a herbal, menthol-led body rather than a sweet spearmint note
  • Exhale: a clean finish with a very faint sweetness and almost no lingering aftertaste

Compared with fruit-ice flavours, there is nothing here to compete with the menthol. That is a strength if cooling is what you want, and a limitation if you were hoping for depth. This is a simple flavour. If you want layered fruit, cream or candy notes, a different bottle is a better choice.

Coil temperature changes how the flavour comes across. At lower wattage the cooling feels crisp and the vapour is relatively cool in the mouth. Push the power up and the vapour warms, the menthol feels less sharp, and some people notice a slightly toasted edge. For that reason we suggest staying at the low end of your device's recommended range, particularly with a new coil.

Cooling strength is subjective, so here is how we would describe it: noticeable and refreshing rather than numbing. It is stronger than a light mint, but it does not reach the level where you feel nothing but cold. If you want a very mild fresh mint, a lower-coolant mint flavour is the better fit. If you want an intense arctic blast, you may find this one slightly moderate.

Some vapers find that simple menthol flavours are easier to stay with day to day than heavily sweetened blends, because sweet liquids tend to coat the coil faster and can cause flavour fatigue. Individual experience varies, and if your taste dulls after a few days on any single flavour, rotating to a second bottle for a short spell is a sensible reset.

Nicotine Salts and the 18mg Strength Explained

Nicotine salt e-liquid uses nicotine combined with an organic acid, usually benzoic acid, which lowers the pH of the liquid compared with traditional freebase nicotine. The practical result is a smoother throat feel at higher strengths and a faster, steadier delivery of nicotine. That is why salts have become the standard choice for small pod devices, where power is limited and users want satisfaction from fewer, shorter puffs.

The 18mg/ml strength in this bottle means each millilitre contains 18 milligrams of nicotine, or 1.8%. It sits between the common 10mg and 20mg salt options. In the UK the maximum permitted strength for nicotine e-liquid is 20mg/ml, so 18mg is close to the top of what you can buy legally, and it is firmly a strength for people who currently smoke or who vape regularly at moderate to high levels.

Choosing between strengths is easier if you match it to your habit:

  • Around 20 or more cigarettes a day, or heavy cravings: 18mg to 20mg salt is the usual starting range
  • Around 10 to 20 cigarettes a day: 18mg is a reasonable starting point, stepping down if it feels too strong
  • Light smokers or occasional vapers: 10mg to 12mg salt is usually more comfortable than 18mg
  • Existing vapers on freebase at 3mg to 6mg: salts feel considerably stronger at the same number, so do not assume the figures translate one to one

A key point for anyone moving from freebase is that 18mg salt is not equivalent to 18mg freebase. Freebase at that strength would be harsh and is not sold for this reason. Salt formulations smooth the throat hit, but the nicotine absorption remains real, and the sensation of strength can build with frequent puffing. Take a few puffs, wait, and judge how you feel before taking more.

Menthol also changes how strength is perceived. The cooling effect can mask throat hit, which sometimes leads people to puff more than they otherwise would. If you find yourself feeling light-headed, queasy or jittery, that is a sign the strength or the pace is too high. Putting the device down for a while and switching to a lower strength next time is the right response.

This product contains nicotine, which is addictive. It is intended for adult smokers and vapers, and it should not be used by anyone under 18, by non-smokers, or by people who are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice.

Performance: Throat Hit, Vapour and How Long a Bottle Lasts

With a nic salt at 18mg, the throat hit is the first thing most people notice. It is present but rounded, noticeably softer than a freebase liquid of similar nicotine content. The menthol adds a cold sensation that can make the hit feel sharper on the first few puffs, then it settles. Most users describe it as firm and clean rather than scratchy.

Vapour production depends mostly on your device, not on the liquid, but the liquid does set some boundaries. Nic salts are typically mixed at a balanced PG/VG ratio, often close to 50/50, to carry flavour and nicotine well in small coils. The exact ratio is shown on the bottle label, and we recommend checking it before you buy if you use a specific device. A balanced ratio wicks reliably in MTL coils and produces modest, tight clouds rather than the large plumes of a high-VG shortfill.

In terms of consumption, a few practical figures help. A 10ml bottle fills a typical 2ml pod about five times. Light users taking occasional puffs may use around 1ml a day, which gives roughly ten days from a bottle. Moderate users often go through 2ml to 3ml a day, so a bottle lasts around three to five days. Heavy, near-constant vapers may finish a bottle in two to three days. These are estimates and will shift with your puff length, coil type and wattage.

Puff count is harder to give with precision because it depends on puff duration. Using a reasonable MTL puff of about three seconds, each millilitre of liquid is commonly estimated to give somewhere in the region of 150 to 250 puffs on a low-power pod device. On that basis a full 10ml bottle could deliver roughly 1,500 to 2,500 puffs, though that figure is a guide, not a guarantee.

  • Throat hit: smooth to moderate at 18mg, with a cooling lift from the menthol
  • Vapour density: modest and tight, suited to MTL draws
  • Flavour consistency: stable from first puff to last when the coil is fresh and not overdriven
  • Warm-up: little to none; salts perform best in the first seconds of a draw
  • Best draw style: slow, steady MTL draws of two to four seconds

If you vape a lot in colder weather, expect the liquid to thicken slightly and wick a little slower. Letting the bottle reach room temperature before filling helps avoid dry-sounding puffs on the first draw.

Bottle Design, Packaging and Build Quality

E-liquid does not have a build quality in the same sense as a device, but the bottle and the way it is made still affect your experience every time you fill a pod. Ohm Brew nic salts come in the standard 10ml plastic dropper-style bottle used across the UK market, with a narrow nozzle designed to fit most refillable pod fill ports without spilling.

The things to look for when you receive the bottle are straightforward:

  • Tamper-evident ring: the cap should have an intact ring that breaks when first opened. If it is already broken, contact us before using the liquid.
  • Child-resistant closure: the cap should need a press-and-turn action to open. Keep it fully closed whenever the bottle is not in use.
  • Label information: the label should show the nicotine strength, ingredients, the batch or lot code, the required health warning, and the product notification details UK rules require.
  • Nozzle: a slim nozzle is helpful for pods with small fill holes. Always fill slowly and at an angle to avoid air bubbles.
  • Plastic feel: bottles are squeezable, so you can control the flow, but squeezing too hard will push out more liquid than you meant to.

The plastic bottle is lightweight and sits easily in a pocket or bag, which suits a salt that is often used with compact pod kits. It is worth keeping the bottle in an upright position to avoid slow leaks around the nozzle, and wiping the tip after each fill so that dried liquid does not stick the cap.

Nicotine liquid is sensitive to light and heat. The tinted or opaque plastic helps protect the liquid from degradation, but it is not a substitute for sensible storage. Keep the bottle somewhere cool and dark, away from windowsills, car dashboards and radiators. Stored well, an unopened bottle will normally stay in good condition for the period shown on the label, and we would suggest using an opened bottle within a few months for the best flavour.

Finally, as with any nicotine product, the packaging is part of safe use. Keep every bottle out of reach of children and pets, and never decant the liquid into unlabelled containers. If any liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water; if it is swallowed or gets in the eyes, seek medical help straight away.

Device Pairing: Coils, Mesh, Battery and Charging

Because this is a liquid rather than a device, the question that matters is what to pair it with. Nic salts at 18mg are designed for low-wattage hardware, and the best results come from devices that keep the coil temperature modest and deliver a tight draw.

Coil types that work well:

  • Standard MTL coils at 0.8 to 1.4 ohm: these run at around 8W to 14W and give a restricted draw that suits salts and menthol well
  • Pod mesh coils at 0.6 to 1.0 ohm: mesh spreads heat across a larger surface area, giving even flavour and good vapour in a small pod, and it is common in refillable pod kits
  • Ceramic coils: found in some pod kits; they handle salts without much fuss and tend to keep flavour clean, though they can take a few puffs to prime

What to avoid: sub-ohm tanks running above 25W to 30W are not a good match. Nic salts at this strength are strong, and driving them through a large, low-resistance coil produces a lot of vapour that delivers more nicotine per puff than most people expect. It also tends to make the throat hit harsh and burns through the liquid quickly.

Battery and charging matter for flavour more than people realise. A pod kit with a battery of around 400mAh to 1,000mAh, which is typical for compact salt devices, will give a day or more for light users and about a day for moderate users on a low-power setting. When the battery is low, many devices reduce voltage and the vapour becomes thinner and cooler, which can make a menthol salt taste weaker. Charging before it drops too low gives the most consistent results.

  • Use the cable supplied with your device, or a certified USB cable, and charge from a standard 5V USB port
  • Do not charge unattended or overnight, and do not use damaged cables or cheap unbranded adapters
  • Disconnect once the indicator shows full charge
  • Never leave a device in a hot car or in direct sun while charging

When you put a new coil in, let the first fill soak in for five to ten minutes before vaping. This stops dry hits, which burn the wick and can ruin both the coil and the flavour. Replace coils when the flavour turns flat or burnt, which is often after one to two weeks for regular users.

If you use a disposable device, note that this is a refill liquid and is not intended for pouring into sealed disposables. Disposables sold in the UK are limited to 2ml and 20mg/ml and cannot be refilled, and any attempt to modify them is unsafe.

How to Fill and Use Your Ohm Brew Ice Menthol Nic Salt

Filling a refillable pod or tank is easy once you have done it a couple of times, and a clean routine will keep both your device and the liquid in good condition. The steps below work for most pod kits; always check your own device's manual for any specific advice.

  • Step 1: turn the device off or remove the pod. This prevents accidental firing while you fill.
  • Step 2: wash and dry your hands, then check the fill port is clean and free of fluff or old residue.
  • Step 3: open the pod's fill port, which is usually a silicone plug or a sliding cover.
  • Step 4: unscrew the bottle cap, press the nozzle into the port at a slight angle and squeeze gently.
  • Step 5: fill to just below the maximum line. Do not overfill, as pressure changes can push liquid into the airflow channel.
  • Step 6: close the port, wipe away drips, and wait five minutes before vaping so the wick can saturate.

For your first draws on a fresh coil, take a couple of gentle, slow puffs without pressing the firing button hard or for long. This helps prime the coil and avoids a dry hit. Once it is primed, settle into steady MTL draws.

Good technique for salts:

  • Take slow draws of two to four seconds rather than long, hard pulls
  • Pause between puffs. Salts deliver nicotine quickly, and a short break lets you judge how strong it feels
  • Do not chain-vape. If you reach for the device because of the cooling rather than the nicotine, you may be taking in more than you intend
  • Keep the device upright when you are not using it to limit leaks

If you want to change from another flavour, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water if the manufacturer allows, dry it completely and refill. Ghost flavours from the previous liquid fade quickly in a new pod but linger longer in a worn coil, so swap the coil if the previous flavour was strong.

It is also sensible to keep a note of how much you use. Tracking the number of pods you fill each day gives a simple read on whether your current strength is right, and whether you might benefit from stepping down over time.

Who Ohm Brew Ice Menthol 18mg Is For (and Who Should Skip It)

This liquid has a fairly narrow target, and being honest about that saves you money. It is aimed at adult smokers and existing vapers who want a strong, cold, simple flavour in a small, low-power device.

It suits you if:

  • You are switching from cigarettes and smoke around 10 or more a day, and need a nicotine level that is satisfying enough to stop you going back
  • You already use a salt-friendly pod kit or MTL pen and want a reliable menthol option
  • You prefer cooling flavours to sweet ones and do not want dessert or candy notes
  • You want a 10ml bottle so you can try a flavour without committing to a large purchase
  • You like a firm throat hit with a smooth finish rather than a harsh one

You should look elsewhere if:

  • You are a light or occasional vaper. 18mg is likely to be too strong, and 10mg or 12mg salt is a better starting point.
  • You have never smoked or vaped. Nicotine is addictive and this product is not intended for non-smokers or anyone under 18.
  • You use a sub-ohm tank at high wattage. A 50/50 salt at this strength is the wrong match for that hardware, and a lower-strength freebase or shortfill is more suitable.
  • You want sweetness, fruit or creaminess. Ice Menthol does not offer those, and a different flavour will serve you better.
  • You are sensitive to menthol. Strong cooling can irritate some people's throats or sinuses.
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a heart condition. Talk to a healthcare professional before using any nicotine product.

For smokers trying to quit, vaping is generally regarded by UK health bodies as considerably less harmful than smoking, but it is not risk-free, and the aim for most people is to reduce strength over time. Stop-smoking services in the UK can provide support alongside vaping, and many offer free kits. If you are unsure which strength is right, a short chat with a local stop-smoking adviser or pharmacist is worth the time.

If you are close to the line, the practical approach is to start with the strength that matches your habit, then adjust. A 10ml bottle makes it cheap to test, and you can drop to a lower strength next time without waste.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Most issues with nic salts come down to the coil, the fill, or the strength. Here is a practical checklist.

  • Burnt or harsh taste: usually a dry or worn coil. Let the pod sit for several minutes after filling, take gentler puffs, and replace the coil if the burnt flavour persists after a fresh fill. Low liquid in the pod causes this as well, so refill before the level drops too far.
  • Weak flavour or fading menthol: a tired coil is the most common cause. Another cause is vape tongue, where your sense of taste temporarily dulls. Switch to a different flavour for a day or two, drink water, and avoid heavy smoking or strong coffee just before vaping.
  • Leaking from the pod or tank: check that the pod is seated correctly, that you have not overfilled, and that the seals are intact. Cold weather and altitude can cause liquid to expand, so leave a small gap at the top of the pod.
  • Gurgling or spitting: too much liquid in the airflow path. Blow through the mouthpiece gently to clear it, and wipe the base of the pod.
  • Throat hit too strong: lower the wattage if your device allows it, take shorter puffs, or move to a lower strength such as 10mg or 12mg salt next time.
  • Feeling light-headed or nauseous: you may be taking in more nicotine than your body is used to. Stop vaping, sit down, drink water and wait for it to pass. If it is a repeated problem, use a lower strength.
  • Dry hits with a full pod: the wick may not be saturated, or airflow may be blocked. Prime the coil again by taking a few slow draws without firing, and make sure the air inlet is clear.
  • Device will not fire: check the battery level, clean the contacts with a dry cotton bud, and reseat the pod. If the problem remains, it is a hardware issue, not a liquid issue.
  • Sticky bottle or cap: dried liquid around the nozzle can glue the cap. Wipe with a damp cloth after each fill.

If the liquid itself looks cloudy, has an unusual smell, or has clearly changed colour since you opened it, stop using it and contact us with your batch code. Slight darkening of a salt over time is normal and relates to oxidation of nicotine, but a sharp change in smell or any sign of contamination is not.

For persistent problems that you cannot solve with these steps, we are happy to help. Send us the product name, batch code on the label and a short description of what is going wrong, and we will look into it.

Value for Money

Value in e-liquid is worth thinking about on three levels: the price per millilitre, the cost per day of use, and the cost compared with smoking. A 10ml bottle of nic salt is priced as a small, accessible purchase, and the cost per millilitre is typically higher than a 50ml or 100ml shortfill. That is normal for nicotine liquids, because the 10ml limit applies to nicotine e-liquid, and the price is not out of line for what you receive.

The more useful measure is cost per day. If a moderate user goes through 2ml to 3ml a day, one 10ml bottle covers around three to five days. For a smoker replacing a daily habit, that cost is usually well below the cost of cigarettes at current UK prices, which is one of the main reasons many people switch. We do not quote a specific saving here because prices change, but you can work it out by comparing your weekly tobacco spend with your weekly e-liquid and coil spend.

What you are paying for with this bottle is:

  • A flavour that is simple and consistent from bottle to bottle, so you are not gambling on a complicated blend
  • A strength that suits regular smokers without requiring large volumes of vapour
  • A small size that lets you try before buying multiples
  • Labelling and child-resistant packaging that meet UK rules

What you are not paying for: a luxurious bottle, a large volume, or an unusual flavour. If you want those, you will be paying more for them elsewhere.

To get the best value from the liquid, small habits make a difference:

  • Replace coils on schedule. A tired coil wastes liquid and flavour
  • Do not overfill or leave the pod on its side, as leaks lose liquid quickly
  • Buy multi-packs if your usage is steady, as these often reduce the per-bottle price at the checkout
  • Match your strength to your needs. Paying for 18mg when 10mg would do means taking in more nicotine than you require

Compared with disposable vapes, refilling with a 10ml salt is usually cheaper per millilitre and produces less waste, because one refillable kit and a handful of coils replace several single-use devices. Compared with high-end artisan salts, this is a modest-priced option that does not charge extra for presentation. It is a reasonable, practical purchase rather than a luxury one, and it is aimed at people who want a dependable everyday menthol.

Honest Comparisons: How It Stacks Up Against the Alternatives

No single liquid suits everyone, so here is a fair look at how Ohm Brew Ice Menthol 18mg compares with the main alternatives.

Versus other 10ml Ice Menthol nic salts. Most established UK brands offer a menthol salt, and the differences are mainly in coolant intensity, sweetness and how much herbal character comes through. Some are sharper and more numbing, while others sit closer to a light mint. This one sits in the middle, with a clear but not extreme cooling effect and very little sweetness. If you already have a menthol salt that you like, the improvement from switching is likely to be small. If you are looking for a first menthol salt, this is a reasonable one to try.

Versus the same flavour at a different strength. The 18mg version will feel much stronger than a 10mg or 12mg version of the same liquid. For heavier smokers this is useful. For lighter users, a lower strength is more comfortable and uses less nicotine overall. The flavour itself is the same at any strength, so you can use a cheaper lower-strength bottle as a test.

Versus freebase menthol liquids. Freebase liquids are typically sold at 3mg to 6mg and are designed for higher-power devices with more airflow. They give larger clouds and a stronger sensation of vapour, but a harsher throat hit as the strength rises. Salts give more nicotine at a smoother feel and suit smaller devices. If you like big, airy vapour, freebase is a better match. If you want something discreet and close to smoking, salts are.

Versus menthol disposables. Disposables are convenient and need no filling, but they cost more per millilitre, produce more electronic waste, and offer less control over the strength. A refillable kit with a salt like this has a higher upfront cost for the device and a lower running cost. Disposables win on convenience for a weekend away, but refillables are cheaper and more sustainable over months.

Versus sweet or fruit-ice salts. Fruit-ice flavours add a cooling layer on top of a sweet fruit base. They tend to taste more interesting but can cause flavour fatigue and leave residue on coils faster. Ice Menthol is plainer, and some vapers find it easier to vape continuously.

Where this liquid is weaker: it is not especially complex, it does not suit high-power hardware, and the 18mg strength is a poor choice for beginners or light users. It is not a flavour that will impress someone who wants variety.

UK Rules, Safe Storage and Recycling

Vaping products in the UK are regulated, and knowing the basics helps you buy and use them responsibly.

  • Age limit: you must be 18 or over to buy nicotine vaping products in the UK. Expect to be asked for age verification at the point of sale or on delivery.
  • Nicotine cap: nicotine-containing e-liquid is limited to 20mg/ml. Disposable vapes in the UK are limited to 2ml of liquid and 20mg/ml nicotine, and disposable sales are now restricted, so refillable kits are the typical route for ongoing use.
  • Bottle size: nicotine e-liquid must be sold in bottles of 10ml or less, which is why this product comes in a 10ml size.
  • Labelling: the bottle must carry a health warning, ingredients list, nicotine strength and the contact details of the producer or importer.

Safe storage: keep the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, out of sight and reach of children and pets. Do not decant into drinks bottles or any container that could be mistaken for something to drink. Nicotine is toxic if swallowed in sufficient quantities, and accidental ingestion by a child or pet is a medical emergency.

Using at home and in public: be considerate. Many workplaces, public transport services, hospitals and venues have their own vaping rules, and some ban it entirely. Check the signage and ask if you are unsure.

Recycling: empty plastic e-liquid bottles, used pods and old coils should not go in your normal household bin if they can be recycled. Many UK vape shops, supermarkets and household waste recycling centres run drop-off points for small electronic and battery items. Any device containing a lithium battery must be taken to a proper electrical recycling point, never put in general waste or normal recycling, because damaged batteries can cause fires in collection vehicles. Rinse empty bottles where possible, remove the cap, and check your local council's guidance on plastics. If you buy from us, you can ask about the recycling options available.

Delivery: we deliver to UK addresses. Parcels containing nicotine products may need an adult signature or age check depending on the courier, so make sure someone aged 18 or over is available. Check the checkout page for current delivery options, prices and cut-off times for next-day dispatch.

Frequently asked questions

Is 18mg the right nicotine strength for me?

18mg nic salt suits smokers of roughly 10 or more cigarettes a day and regular vapers who need a firm hit. If you smoke less, or if you are moving from low-strength freebase liquid, 10mg or 12mg salt is usually more comfortable. Start with one bottle, judge how it feels after a few puffs, and adjust the strength on your next order.

Does this liquid need charging, and what should I charge my device with?

The e-liquid itself does not need charging, but the pod kit or pen you use it with does. Use the cable supplied with your device or a certified USB cable on a standard 5V port, do not charge unattended, and disconnect when the indicator shows full. A low battery can make a menthol salt taste thinner, so charge before it runs flat.

Is this available in other flavours or strengths?

Ohm Brew nic salts are sold in a range of flavours and strengths, and the Ice Menthol flavour is available at other nicotine levels. Check the Ohm brand page for the current options, as stock changes. You can mix devices between flavours, but rinse the pod and replace the coil if you want to avoid ghosting from a strong previous flavour.

How long will a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on how much you vape. A light user may get around ten days, a moderate user around three to five days, and a heavy user two to three days. A 10ml bottle fills a typical 2ml pod about five times, and as a rough guide it can give 1,500 to 2,500 MTL puffs, though real figures vary with puff length and coil type.

Is this good value compared with disposables?

For regular use, yes. A refillable pod kit with a 10ml salt usually costs less per millilitre than disposable vapes, produces less waste, and lets you control strength. The upfront cost of a device is the main extra expense. If you only vape occasionally or are travelling for a weekend, a disposable may still be more convenient.

Who should and should not buy this?

It is for adult smokers and regular vapers who want a strong, cooling flavour in a low-power device. It is not suitable for under-18s, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice. Light vapers, beginners and anyone running a sub-ohm tank at high wattage should choose a lower strength or a different product.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or a disposable?

It is not designed for high-power sub-ohm tanks, as the strength is too high for that style of vaping and the liquid will be used up very quickly. It should also never be poured into a sealed disposable, which is not designed to be refilled and may be unsafe to modify. Use it in refillable pods, MTL pens and compact salt-friendly kits.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we deliver to UK addresses. Because this is a nicotine product, the courier may ask for proof of age on delivery, so make sure an adult over 18 is available to receive it. Delivery options, prices and dispatch cut-off times are shown at checkout.

What is your returns policy for e-liquid?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquid unless it is faulty. If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken tamper-evident seal, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our returns policy. Statutory consumer rights still apply to faulty goods.

Why does my Ice Menthol taste weaker after a few days?

Usually this is a worn coil or vape tongue, which is a temporary dulling of taste. Replace the coil if it has been in use for one to two weeks, drink water, and try a different flavour for a day or two. If the flavour is still off, check the batch code on the bottle and contact us.

Quality is there

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
