Overview of the Smok Novo GT Pod Vape Kit

The Smok Novo GT Pod Vape Kit is a refillable, rechargeable pod system from Smok, one of the longest-running names in the UK vaping market. It belongs to the compact mouth-to-lung category: a slim body with a built-in battery, a removable pod that you fill yourself, and a draw that feels closer to a cigarette or a disposable than to a large cloud-producing mod. If you are moving away from disposables and want to stop paying for a new throwaway every few days, this is exactly the kind of device the switch was made for.

Disposable vapes were banned from sale in the UK from 1 June 2025, which pushed a large number of former disposable users towards reusable kits. A refillable pod kit is the natural replacement. You buy the hardware once, then pay only for e-liquid and the occasional replacement pod or coil. The Novo GT follows the same basic formula as the rest of the Novo family: simple operation, a small footprint, and no menus or settings to learn. You fill the pod, fit it to the battery, and inhale.

This page goes through the kit properly: what the specification means in practice, how many puffs you can realistically expect, how to pick a nicotine strength, how to fill and prime it without making a mess, what to check when something misbehaves, and how it stacks up against the other pod kits people usually compare it with. We try to be straightforward about the limits as well as the strengths, because a pod kit that suits one person will frustrate another.

Key points for the quick reader:

  • Format: refillable pod kit with a built-in rechargeable battery
  • Vaping style: mouth-to-lung (MTL), a tight draw similar to a cigarette
  • Pod capacity: 2ml, which is the UK maximum for refillable pods and tanks
  • Coil: replaceable mesh-style pod coil in the sub-1-ohm range typical of this class
  • Charging: USB-C, using a standard cable
  • Activation: draw-activated, so there is no button to hold in normal use
  • Variants: eight options in this family, differing in colour and finish
  • Best liquid: nicotine salt e-liquid at 10mg/ml or 20mg/ml

The figures above reflect the usual specification for this class of Smok kit. The specification panel on the product page is the final word on your particular unit, so check it before you buy if a precise number matters to you.

Performance and puff delivery

Pod kits of this type are judged on two things: how the draw feels and how long they last between fills. The Novo GT is tuned for a restricted, mouth-to-lung inhale. You draw the vapour into your mouth first, pause for a second, then breathe it in. The airflow is deliberately tight, which does two useful things. It gives the throat hit that many ex-smokers look for, and it keeps vapour production moderate so that a 2ml pod lasts a sensible length of time rather than disappearing in an afternoon.

In practical terms, a 2ml fill typically delivers somewhere in the region of 350 to 600 puffs. That range is wide because puff count depends heavily on how you vape. Short, light draws stretch a pod further. Long, slow, deep draws use more liquid per puff. If you chain vape, you will land at the lower end; if you take a few puffs now and then through the day, you will land at the upper end. A 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod about five times, which works out to roughly 2,000 to 3,000 puffs per bottle. That is the number to keep in mind when comparing running costs with disposables.

For context, the 600-puff disposables that were common before the ban held 2ml of liquid, the same capacity as this pod. The difference is that you can refill the Novo GT pod dozens of times before the coil needs replacing, and you are not throwing away a lithium battery every few days.

The draw-activated firing means the device starts producing vapour as soon as you inhale, with a short ramp-up that most people stop noticing after the first day. Vapour temperature is on the warm side of neutral, not hot, which is what you want from a mesh coil running at a modest power level. Throat hit depends largely on your liquid. Nicotine salts at 20mg/ml are smooth but noticeable; at 10mg/ml they are softer and suit lighter users.

Consistency is the other thing to look for. A good pod kit delivers the same hit at the start of the battery as at the end, until the last few percent. Kits in this class generally manage that well, with a modest drop-off in the final stretch before the battery cuts out. If you notice weak or inconsistent vapour much earlier than that, the cause is nearly always a flooded or dry coil, not a faulty battery, and the troubleshooting section further down covers the fixes.

Flavour: choosing liquid for a refillable kit

The first thing to understand about this kit is that it does not come with a flavour built in. Unlike a disposable, a refillable pod kit is a blank canvas: the flavour is whatever e-liquid you decide to put in it. The eight variants in this family are different colours and finishes of the same kit, not eight different tastes. So the question to ask is not which variant tastes best, but which liquid suits the way you vape.

Mesh coils reproduce flavour cleanly, and a 2ml pod keeps each fill fresh because you are only exposing a small amount of liquid to the coil at a time. If you like to change flavour often, the small pod is a genuine advantage. You can run a pod down, rinse it, and move to something different without wasting a large tank of juice. Here are eight flavour styles that tend to work well in a tight-draw mesh pod, and why:

  • Menthol and mint: a clean, cold hit that suits MTL very well and is the most common choice among ex-smokers of menthol cigarettes
  • Tobacco: a dry, slightly toasted profile for people who want something close to the habit they are leaving
  • Blue raspberry: sweet, slightly sharp, and the flavour most people associate with disposables
  • Strawberry ice: a fruit-forward option with a cooling finish, popular with people who find plain menthol too sharp
  • Mango: tropical and rounded, works at both 10mg and 20mg
  • Mixed berry: layered fruit that holds up well over a long day
  • Cola: a nostalgic profile that surprises people with how true it can taste in a mesh pod
  • Vanilla custard: a soft dessert flavour that suits lower nicotine strengths

Two practical notes. First, very thick, sweet dessert liquids can gunk up a small coil faster than thin fruit or menthol liquids, so if you favour desserts, expect to replace the pod somewhat more often. Second, check the ratio of propylene glycol to vegetable glycerine on the bottle. For a pod system like this, a roughly balanced 50/50 blend is the safe choice. Liquids that are heavily vegetable glycerine (70VG and above) are thick enough to starve a small mesh coil of liquid, which causes dry, burnt hits.

Because the UK limits bottles to 10ml, you can buy several different flavours without a large outlay, then settle on the one or two you keep returning to. Many vapers keep a menthol and a fruit in rotation, which helps with flavour fatigue.

Design and build quality

The Novo GT is designed to be unobtrusive. The body is slim and rounded, small enough to sit in a jeans pocket or a small bag without making a bulge, and light enough that you forget it is there. The finish across the eight variants is a coated or soft-touch surface, which gives some grip and resists the fingerprints that glossy plastic collects. Smok has built a large part of its reputation on compact pod kits, and the ergonomics here show that experience: the mouthpiece sits naturally against the lips, and the body is easy to hold with two fingers.

The pod clicks into the top of the battery section, held by a combination of a snug fit and magnetic or friction retention depending on the design generation. The fit should feel firm, with no wobble. Press-fit pods rely on a good seal, and it is worth checking at the start that your pod seats fully, because a half-seated pod is a classic cause of leaks and failed firing.

The fill port is normally a small rubber bung on the side or underside of the pod. It needs to be pressed back firmly after filling, otherwise liquid can seep out as pressure changes. The mouthpiece is moulded into the pod and is comfortable to use for long sessions, with no sharp seams.

On build quality generally:

  • The body is plastic and metal in combination, with a reasonable weight that does not feel flimsy
  • The USB-C port is recessed and sits cleanly, with no loose flap to break
  • The pod is a consumable, so expect it to feel a little lighter and more plastic than the battery body
  • The finish will scuff in a pocket with keys, which is cosmetic only

None of this makes the kit indestructible. A drop onto a hard floor can crack a pod, and carrying a pod full of liquid in a hot car is asking for trouble. A small hard case or even a dedicated pocket is a sensible habit. For everyday carry, though, the kit is a sturdy enough piece of hardware for its price band, and the compact shape is a real plus for people who want something discreet. The mouthpiece and fill port are the parts that see the most wear, so it is worth wiping them down with a dry tissue every few days to keep the seal clean.

Battery life and charging

The Novo GT uses a built-in rechargeable lithium battery in the 1000mAh class, which is the typical capacity for a compact pod kit of this generation. You cannot swap it out, so battery care matters more than it would on a kit with removable cells. For most moderate vapers, a full charge lasts roughly a day to a day and a half, which is about one to two 2ml pods of liquid. Heavy users may charge nightly; light users may only need a top-up every second or third day.

Charging is by USB-C, which means you can use the same cable as most modern phones. A few habits keep the battery healthy and safe:

  • Use a quality cable and a standard 5V wall adapter or computer port, not a rapid-charge brick that pushes higher voltages
  • Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface, never under a pillow or on a sofa cushion
  • Do not leave the device charging unattended overnight if you can avoid it, and unplug when it is full
  • Do not use the device while it is plugged in, and keep both the port and the cable dry
  • Avoid leaving the kit in a hot car, on a radiator, or in direct sunlight

A charge from empty takes in the region of an hour to ninety minutes with a standard adapter. Many kits in this class include an indicator light that changes colour when charging and again when full; if yours does, learn the pattern so you know when to unplug. Fast cycling between 20% and 80% is gentler on lithium cells than running them down to empty every time, though this is more of a long-term wellbeing tip than a requirement.

Battery safety is a real consideration with any vape, and it is worth saying plainly: do not use a damaged device, do not use a swollen or hot-to-the-touch battery, and do not attempt to open the casing. If a kit gets unusually hot while charging or smells odd, unplug it and stop using it.

When the kit finally reaches the end of its life, do not put it in household rubbish or general recycling. Lithium batteries can cause fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. In the UK, you can return vapes and their batteries to a retailer that sells them, or to a household waste recycling centre or council drop-off point that accepts small electricals. Pods and coils with no battery inside can usually go in general waste, but check your local council guidance as rules vary.

Mesh coil and pod technology

The coil is the part that turns liquid into vapour, and in this kit it is a mesh-style design rather than a traditional round wire wrapped around cotton. A mesh coil is a thin, flat sheet of metal punched with tiny holes and rolled or folded into a shape that sits against the cotton wick. Because the mesh has a much larger surface area than a wire coil, it heats evenly and quickly, which helps flavour and keeps the vapour production smooth.

The benefits of mesh in a small pod kit are fairly consistent across the market:

  • Flavour: the even heating gives a cleaner, more defined taste than many older wire coils
  • Fast response: the coil reaches working temperature almost instantly after you draw
  • Coil life: mesh is less prone to the hot spots that cause burnt cotton, which tends to extend coil life
  • Lower power needs: good vapour at modest wattage, which is easy on the battery

The resistance of the coil sits in the sub-1-ohm range typical for pods like this, commonly somewhere between 0.8 and 1.0 ohm. That resistance is matched to the battery and the draw-activated firing, so you do not need to adjust anything. The pod and coil are normally one integrated cartridge, so when the coil wears out you replace the whole pod, not just a small insert. That is why pod prices matter when working out running costs, and why we cover them in the value section below.

The cotton wick inside the coil does a quiet but vital job. It draws liquid from the pod reservoir to the heated mesh through capillary action. If the liquid is too thick, the cotton cannot keep up and you get dry hits. If the pod is overfilled or has been shaken, the cotton can flood and the device may gurgle or leak. This is why priming a new pod properly, covered in the how-to section, makes such a difference to how the first few hours go.

Compatibility is worth checking before you buy replacements. Smok has produced several pod generations across the Novo family, and pods are not always interchangeable between them. Match the pod to the exact name of your kit, and use the listing on the product page to confirm which replacement pods fit the Novo GT. If a pod has the wrong connector, it will either not fit or not fire.

Nicotine strength guidance

Nicotine is the part of vaping where getting it wrong is most noticeable, so it is worth taking a minute. UK rules cap nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml, and bottles are limited to 10ml. That cap applies to all nicotine e-liquid sold here, whether it comes in a bottle for refilling or was formerly sold inside a disposable. You will not find stronger liquid from a UK retailer, so the choice you are making is between the available strengths up to that ceiling.

For a mouth-to-lung pod kit like the Novo GT, nicotine salt e-liquid is the right style. Nicotine salts are smoother than the older freebase nicotine at the same strength, so a 20mg/ml salt can be comfortable to inhale where a 20mg/ml freebase would feel harsh. As a starting guide:

  • 20mg/ml: suited to people who have recently smoked a pack a day or close to it, or who used high-strength disposables, and who want to feel satisfied between puffs
  • 10mg/ml: suited to moderate or lighter smokers, people who are already stepping down, and those who find 20mg too strong or too harsh on the throat
  • 5mg/ml and below: suited to people reducing nicotine further, or to anyone who vapes very frequently and does not want to take in too much

A few signs help you tell whether you have the strength right. If you feel lightheaded, slightly sick, or notice a racing heart after a few puffs, the strength is too high for you. If you find yourself puffing constantly and still feeling restless or craving, it is probably too low. Moving up or down by one step and giving it a few days is usually enough to find the right level.

It is also worth being honest about what nicotine is. It is addictive, and vaping is intended for adults who currently smoke or use nicotine products, not for anyone who does not. You must be 18 or over to buy this kit and any e-liquid. If you do not currently use nicotine, a zero-nicotine liquid is available, though there is no reason to start a habit you do not already have.

If you are aiming to quit, a common route is to start at the strength that stops you from reaching for cigarettes, hold there for a few weeks, then step down gradually. The refillable format helps with this, because you can buy 20mg, 10mg and 5mg bottles of the same flavour and change down at your own pace. NHS stop-smoking services and your pharmacist can offer additional support if you want it.

Who the Novo GT suits, and who should look elsewhere

No single device suits everyone, and a straightforward buying guide should say so. The Novo GT is a good fit for a fairly specific kind of user, and a poor fit for others.

It is a sensible choice for:

  • Former disposable users who want the same tight, cigarette-like draw but with lower running costs and less waste
  • Smokers switching to vaping who want a simple device with no settings to fiddle with
  • People who value discretion, since the kit is small, quiet and produces a modest amount of vapour
  • Anyone who likes variety and wants to change flavours without committing to a large tank
  • Travellers and commuters who need a light, pocket-friendly device that charges from a standard USB-C cable

You may prefer to look elsewhere if:

  • You want big clouds or a loose, airy draw. A restricted MTL kit is not designed for that, and you would be happier with a direct-to-lung device
  • You want adjustable power or airflow. Simple pod kits keep things fixed so that they work out of the box, which also means you cannot fine-tune them
  • You vape very heavily through the day. A 2ml pod and a battery of this size mean frequent refills and charging if you chain vape
  • You like very thick, high-VG liquids or sweet dessert blends that gum up small coils
  • You want a device with a removable battery, so you can carry a spare and swap it when it runs flat

It is also not intended for anyone under 18, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant, and anyone with a heart condition or other significant health concern should speak to a doctor before using nicotine products. Vaping is generally considered less harmful than smoking for adults who switch completely, but it is not risk-free.

If you are unsure, think about how you actually behave. People who take a few puffs here and there and want something that works without thinking about it tend to be happy with this kit. People who tinker, chase clouds or vape continuously tend to outgrow it quickly and move to a larger device with more control.

How to fill, prime and use the kit

A new pod kit takes about five minutes to set up properly, and doing it right avoids most of the problems people write to us about. Follow these steps with the first pod and repeat the filling steps with each refill.

  • 1. Check the contents. Remove the kit from the packaging and make sure you have the battery body, a pod, and the charging cable. Remove any protective film from the pod and the mouthpiece.
  • 2. Charge the battery. Give it a full charge before first use if it arrived uncharged. This also lets you test that the port and cable work.
  • 3. Open the fill port. Pull the pod away from the battery. Lift or pull back the rubber bung on the pod so the fill hole is exposed.
  • 4. Fill gently. Tilt the bottle and let the liquid run down the inside wall of the fill hole rather than squirting it straight onto the cotton. Stop just below the maximum line, leaving a small air gap so the pod does not flood.
  • 5. Seal and wait. Press the bung back firmly into place. Then leave the pod standing upright for five to ten minutes. This is the priming step, and it lets the cotton soak up the liquid properly.
  • 6. Fit the pod. Push it back onto the battery until it seats firmly.
  • 7. Take gentle first puffs. Draw slowly without firing for two or three breaths, then take a couple of short puffs. This gets liquid moving across the mesh before the coil is working at full tilt.

In normal use, you inhale from the mouthpiece and the device fires automatically. If your unit also includes a fire button, pressing it does the same job. Take your puffs slowly, three to four seconds each, and pause for a few seconds between them. Quick, repeated puffs let the coil heat faster than the cotton can resupply, which produces a harsh, dry taste.

Day to day, keep the pod upright where you can, wipe the mouthpiece when it gets damp, and do not let the pod run completely dry before refilling. A dry coil burns the cotton, and burnt cotton cannot be rescued. Refill when you are at about a quarter of the liquid left, and rest the pod for a minute after filling.

If you are leaving the kit unused for a while, store it upright and out of direct heat. Before using it again after a few days, take a few gentle puffs to wake the coil back up.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most pod kit problems have simple causes. Before concluding that a kit is faulty, run through the common issues below, which account for the large majority of cases.

The kit will not fire. First check the battery is charged, since a flat battery is the most common reason. Then remove the pod and refit it firmly, making sure it clicks into place. Wipe the metal contacts at the base of the pod and on the battery with a dry cloth or cotton bud; dirt or dried liquid on the contacts can block the connection. If it still does not fire, try another pod, which tells you whether the fault is in the pod or the battery.

Dry or burnt taste. This usually means the cotton is not getting enough liquid. Check the pod has liquid in it, that you primed it for long enough, and that your liquid is not too thick. Try taking slower, shorter puffs. If the taste remains scorched after a fresh fill, the cotton has probably burnt and the pod needs replacing.

Leaking. The usual causes are overfilling, a bung that is not fully pressed in, a pod that is not seated properly, or changes in pressure such as a flight or a hot environment. Fill to just under the maximum, press the bung firmly, wipe the pod dry, and keep the kit upright. Liquid collecting in the airflow channel should be wiped out with a tissue before use.

Gurgling or spitting. This happens when the coil is flooded. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece with a tissue over the air inlet to clear excess liquid, and wait a minute before using it again. Avoid shaking the kit.

Weak vapour. If the vapour is thin even though the pod is full and the battery is charged, the coil may be near the end of its life. Pods typically last one to two weeks for a regular user, sometimes longer with thin liquids, and shorter with sweet or thick ones.

Flashing light or no response. Different kits use light patterns to signal a short circuit, low battery, or over-use protection. Check the manual inside the box. If the light indicates a fault, remove and refit the pod, and if that does not resolve it, contact us with your order number.

If none of these steps fixes the problem, get in touch. A genuinely faulty kit should be replaced or refunded under normal consumer rights, and a clear description of what you tried saves time on both sides.

Value for money and running costs

The honest way to judge a pod kit is by what it costs over a few months, not by the sticker price on day one. A disposable looks cheap at the till but becomes expensive when you replace it every few days. A refillable kit has a larger upfront cost and a much lower cost per puff.

Here is how the running costs break down for a typical user of the Novo GT:

  • E-liquid: a 10ml bottle of nicotine salt liquid commonly costs a few pounds and fills a 2ml pod about five times, so a single pod fill costs well under a pound
  • Pods: replacement pods are sold in packs and usually need changing every one to two weeks, so this is the main ongoing hardware cost
  • Electricity: negligible, since charging a 1000mAh-class battery costs a fraction of a penny

In round terms, a regular user who finishes two pods a day uses a 10ml bottle in two and a half days, and one or two replacement pods a fortnight. Compared with buying a new disposable every three or four days, as many people did before the ban, the saving across a month is considerable, and it increases with time because the kit itself is a one-off purchase.

Value also depends on durability. A kit that lasts a year or more of daily use, with only pods and liquid to replace, spreads its cost very thinly. Smok kits generally have a good track record on this point, though the built-in battery will gradually lose capacity over hundreds of charge cycles. After a year or two, you may notice it needs charging more often.

There is also an environmental argument. One reusable kit and a handful of pods generate far less waste than dozens of discarded disposables, each containing a lithium battery. That matters particularly in the UK, where improperly discarded vapes have been a significant fire risk for waste facilities.

The sensible approach is to buy the kit, a spare pod or two, and a couple of bottles in different flavours and strengths. That covers most eventualities and keeps your outlay under control. Prices and offers change, so check the current price on the product page, and look at multi-pod packs if you want to lower the per-pod cost.

How it compares with similar pod kits

The Novo GT does not exist in a vacuum, and anyone considering it will probably also be looking at a few rivals. Here is a fair comparison with the kits people most often weigh it against.

Smok Novo 4 and other Novo kits. These are the closest relatives. They share the same design approach, with small bodies, mesh pods and a simple draw-activated operation. Choose between them based on current price, available colours and which replacement pods you can find easily. Pods are not always cross-compatible, so decide on one model and stay with it.

Vaporesso XROS series. The XROS range is a popular alternative with a similar battery size and 2ml pods. Several models add adjustable airflow, which is a genuine advantage if you like to fine-tune the draw. The trade-off is slightly more complexity. If you want a set-and-forget device, the Novo style is simpler; if you like adjusting, the XROS is worth a look.

Uwell Caliburn series. Caliburn kits are known for a slim shape and a neat, pocket-friendly body. They tend to have a slightly smaller battery in some models. They are a fair choice if size matters most to you, though you give up a bit of battery life.

Geekvape Wenax and Aegis series. Geekvape offers the Wenax range for compact pod use and the Aegis range for rugged, water-resistant devices. If durability is the priority, such as for outdoor work, the Aegis line has an edge over most plain pod kits, though at a higher price and larger size.

Voopoo Vinci and Drag series. These tend to offer adjustable wattage and larger batteries, which makes them more flexible but bulkier. They suit people who want to step up from a basic pod kit and have more control.

The pattern is straightforward. The Novo GT is competitive on simplicity, size and price, and it does what it sets out to do without fuss. Rivals can offer more features, such as airflow control, bigger batteries or tougher bodies, but usually at the cost of added bulk, complexity or price. If your priority is a simple, compact, reliable pod kit to replace a disposable, the Novo GT is a reasonable pick. If you want to experiment, a more adjustable kit will give you more room.

Whichever you choose, buy from a UK retailer that sells genuine stock and supports its returns, so you have warranty cover if anything goes wrong. We ship across the UK and are happy to advise on which pod and liquid combinations suit your style.

Frequently asked questions

What nicotine strength should I choose for the Smok Novo GT?

Most people switching from smoking or from disposables start with 20mg/ml nicotine salt, which is the UK maximum, while lighter smokers do better with 10mg/ml. If you feel dizzy or sick, drop a step; if you keep craving between puffs, go up one. Nicotine salts are smoother than freebase at the same strength, so they suit this type of kit.

How do I charge it, and how long does a charge last?

The kit charges over USB-C, using a standard cable and a normal 5V adapter or computer port, and takes roughly an hour to an hour and a half from empty. A full charge generally lasts a moderate vaper a day to a day and a half. Charge it on a hard surface, unplug it when full, and do not vape while it is plugged in.

Does the kit come in different flavours?

The eight variants in this family are different colours and finishes, not different tastes, because the pod is refillable and you choose your own e-liquid. Menthol, tobacco, blue raspberry, strawberry ice, mango, mixed berry, cola and vanilla custard all work well in a mesh pod. You can swap flavour whenever you refill, ideally after the pod has run nearly empty.

How long will one pod and one coil last?

A 2ml fill typically gives somewhere between 350 and 600 puffs, and one 10ml bottle fills the pod about five times. The pod and coil are one unit, and most regular users replace it every one to two weeks. Thick, sweet liquids shorten pod life, while thin fruit and menthol liquids usually extend it.

Is it better value than a disposable vape?

For anyone vaping regularly, yes. You pay once for the kit, then only for liquid at well under a pound per pod fill, plus a replacement pod every week or two. Disposables were banned from sale in the UK from 1 June 2025, so a refillable kit is now the standard way to get the same style of vaping at a lower running cost.

Who should not buy this kit?

It is not suitable for anyone under 18, for non-smokers, or for people who are pregnant, and anyone with a heart condition should ask a doctor first. It is also a poor match for people who want large clouds, adjustable power or airflow, or who chain vape all day. Those users are usually better served by a larger, more adjustable device.

Can I use any e-liquid in it?

You can use most nicotine salt or standard e-liquids sold in the UK, but a balanced 50/50 PG/VG blend works best in a small mesh pod. Very thick, high-VG liquids can starve the coil and cause dry hits. UK bottles are limited to 10ml and 20mg/ml nicotine, so anything you buy from a UK retailer falls within those limits.

What should I do with it when it stops working?

Do not put it in household rubbish or general recycling, because the lithium battery is a fire risk. Take the whole device to a retailer that sells vapes, or to a council recycling centre or drop-off point that accepts small electricals. Empty pods with no battery can often go in general waste, but check your local council guidance.

Do you deliver across the UK, and what if it arrives faulty?

Yes, we deliver to addresses across the UK, with tracked options available at checkout, and orders are age-checked because vaping products are 18+ only. If a kit arrives faulty or stops working under normal use, contact us with your order number and a short description of what you tried, and we will arrange a replacement or refund under your consumer rights. Keep the packaging and proof of purchase until you are sure everything works.

Nice clean hit

Flavour holds up all the way through. Some brands get weaker after a few days but this stays consistent.

Proper value for the price

Honestly, I was unsure at first but this has been great. Flavour is strong and lasts the full session. No complaints at all.
