Pod Salt Core Mango Ice 10ml 20mg: what you are buying

Pod Salt Core Mango Ice is a 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid sold here in the 20mg/ml strength. It is a refill liquid, which means it is not a disposable vape and it is not a complete device. You pour it into a compatible refillable pod kit or low-power tank, and the device does the rest. If you have been using disposables and want something that costs less per puff and produces less waste, a refillable setup paired with a bottle like this is the usual next step.

The flavour is mango with a cooling finish. The fruit side aims for the soft, sweet, slightly tropical character of a ripe mango rather than a sharp or sour edge, and the ice element adds a clean chill on the exhale. It is a straightforward fruit-and-cool profile, the sort of thing many UK vapers keep as an all-day flavour because it is easy to live with and does not leave a heavy dessert coating in the mouth.

It belongs to the Pod Salt Core line, a range of 10ml nic salt bottles built with pod devices in mind. Nic salts are formulated to deliver nicotine more smoothly at higher strengths than traditional freebase liquids, which is why 20mg/ml is a common choice for people moving away from cigarettes and why it sits at the legal ceiling for nicotine strength in the UK.

What you get with your order:

  • One 10ml bottle of Mango Ice at 20mg/ml with a child-resistant cap and tamper-evident seal.
  • A fine nozzle suited to filling small pod cartridges and compact tanks.
  • The legally required health warning and ingredient information on the label.

What you do not get: a battery, charger, coil or pod. You will need a compatible device, and the sections below explain what to look for.

This page is written to help you decide whether the strength, flavour and format suit you, and to cover how to fill, use and troubleshoot it. It is intended for adult smokers and existing vapers only. If you do not currently smoke or vape, nicotine products are not for you, and you must be 18 or over to buy.

Specifications at a glance

Here are the headline numbers for this bottle. Where a figure is a typical value for this style of liquid rather than something printed on every batch, we say so, and you should always treat the label on the bottle in your hand as the final word.

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid (refill, no hardware included).
  • Bottle size: 10ml, which is the largest container size permitted for nicotine-containing refills in the UK.
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg/ml, equal to 2 percent and the UK legal maximum.
  • Total nicotine in the bottle: 200mg (10ml multiplied by 20mg/ml).
  • Flavour: mango with a cooling, ice-style finish.
  • VG/PG balance: nic salt liquids of this kind are normally formulated close to an even 50/50 split; check the label for the exact ratio on your batch.
  • Suited to: refillable pod kits and low-wattage mouth-to-lung or restricted direct-to-lung devices.
  • Suggested coil resistance: roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohm.
  • Suggested power: roughly 8 to 25 watts depending on the coil and device.
  • Age restriction: 18 and over.

A few of these figures deserve a plain-English explanation. The 10ml size is not a marketing choice. UK regulations cap refill bottles that contain nicotine at 10ml, which is why you will see the same bottle size across almost every brand. If you want a larger volume you would need nicotine-free shortfills, which are a different product altogether and are not interchangeable with a nic salt.

The 200mg total is useful for comparison. A typical 2ml tank disposable at 20mg/ml holds 40mg of nicotine, so a single 10ml bottle contains five times as much liquid and nicotine as one of those devices ever did. That is the core of the value argument for refillables, and we come back to it in the value section below.

The VG/PG ratio matters because it controls how thick the liquid is, how much vapour it makes and how it behaves in a coil. A balanced ratio wicks reliably in small pod coils without flooding them, which is why nic salt makers favour it for this kind of device. Higher-VG liquids can choke the narrow wicking channels in many pods and lead to dry hits.

Finally, the resistance and power figures are guidance rather than rules. They describe the range in which a nic salt usually tastes right and uses liquid at a sensible rate. If your device manual specifies a recommended wattage range, follow the manual first.

Flavour profile: ripe mango with a clean chill

The first thing you notice on the inhale is sweetness with a fruity, slightly floral mango note. It reads as ripe mango flesh rather than a candy or boiled-sweet mango, though it is still a vape flavour and not a fruit salad you can mistake for the real thing. There is a gentle tropical lift behind it, the sort of rounded sweetness that comes from fully ripened fruit rather than a tart green mango.

The cooling element arrives mostly on the exhale and lingers briefly on the tongue and the back of the throat. The ice here is a clean, menthol-style chill rather than a harsh peppermint blast, and it does the useful job of tempering the sweetness so that the flavour does not feel cloying after a few puffs. If you find fruit liquids too sugary, a cooling finish is often what makes them tolerable for a full day.

How the flavour behaves depends on how you vape it. A few things to know:

  • At lower power the mango is more prominent and the cooling is softer. Many people prefer this for steady, relaxed puffs.
  • At higher power the warmth pushes the cooling agent forward and you taste more chill and less fruit. It can also tip into a sharper throat hit.
  • When the coil is fresh the flavour is at its clearest. As a coil ages it can mute the fruit and leave a flatter, slightly toasted note, which is the cue to change the pod or coil rather than to blame the liquid.

The aftertaste is light. There is a faint sweetness that fades quickly and no heavy dessert or creamy residue, so it pairs well with tea, coffee or water without clashing. That makes it a practical choice for people who vape throughout the day and do not want to keep brushing or rinsing between puffs.

One honest caveat is that cooling flavours are not for everyone. If you prefer plain, unchilled fruit, a ripe-fruit liquid without the ice may suit you better. Equally, if you find that a cooling agent irritates your throat at 20mg/ml, consider a lower strength or a non-cooling flavour. Flavour is subjective, and the best way to judge it is to buy a single bottle, run it through one clean pod and give it a few days before deciding.

Finally, remember that flavour perception shifts over time. Vapers who stay on one flavour for weeks often report that it seems to fade, a phenomenon usually called flavour fatigue. Rotating between two or three different profiles, or switching to a different type such as a plain menthol for a day, tends to reset your palate.

Nic salt, throat hit and choosing your nicotine strength

Nicotine salt is nicotine combined with a mild acid, commonly benzoic acid, which lowers the pH of the liquid. The practical result is that the nicotine feels smoother in the throat than the same amount of freebase nicotine would, so you can use a higher strength without the harshness. It also tends to be absorbed in a way that feels closer to the rapid satisfaction smokers are used to, which is why nic salts became the standard for pod devices.

This bottle is 20mg/ml, which is the maximum allowed in the UK. That is a high strength by any measure. It is designed for smokers who are replacing cigarettes and need a meaningful nicotine dose from a small, low-power device. It is not designed for casual use, for people who have never smoked, or for anyone who simply wants a tasty flavour.

As a rough guide to choosing a strength, many vapers use this approach:

  • Heavy smokers (around 15 or more cigarettes a day): 20mg/ml is the usual starting point in a pod device.
  • Moderate smokers (around 10 to 15 a day): 20mg/ml may still suit, but some people do better at 10mg or 11mg because they take bigger or more frequent puffs.
  • Light smokers (fewer than 10 a day) and people stepping down: 10mg or lower is generally a better fit.
  • Former smokers who vape casually: a lower strength such as 5mg or 6mg tends to be enough, and a freebase liquid in a larger device may suit better.

These are guidelines, not prescriptions. How much nicotine you need depends on your habit, how deeply you inhale, your device and its power setting. If you get lightheaded, nauseous, a racing heart or a very harsh throat hit, you are taking in more than you need, so reduce your puffs, lower the power or move to a weaker strength. If you find yourself craving a cigarette within minutes of vaping, the strength may be too low or the device may not be delivering enough vapour.

Throat hit deserves a mention. A cooling flavour at 20mg/ml will feel more noticeable in the throat than a warm or creamy flavour at the same strength, because the chill and the nicotine both stimulate the same area. New users sometimes mistake this for a defect. If it feels too strong, lower the power on your device, take shorter, gentler puffs, or switch to a lower strength.

Nicotine is addictive. If your goal is to stop smoking, local stop-smoking services and your GP can advise on support, and the NHS provides guidance on using vaping as part of a quit attempt. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or take regular medication, speak to a healthcare professional before using nicotine products.

Devices, coils and mesh: what works with a 20mg nic salt

This e-liquid is built for low-power devices. The easiest match is a refillable pod kit, either an all-in-one system with a replaceable pod or a kit with replaceable coil heads. Popular platforms in this category include the Vaporesso XROS series, the OXVA Xlim family, Uwell Caliburn models and SMOK Novo pods. Before you buy, check that the pod or cartridge is refillable, has a fill port you can open and can accept the nozzle on a 10ml bottle.

The coil matters more than the brand. For a nic salt like this one, you generally want a coil between roughly 0.6 and 1.2 ohm. Lower resistances in that band, such as 0.6 ohm, produce more vapour and more warmth and work well in restricted direct-to-lung pods. Higher resistances, around 0.8 to 1.2 ohm, give a tighter mouth-to-lung draw that resembles a cigarette and uses less liquid.

You will usually find two coil constructions:

  • Mesh coils use a flat sheet of metal with a large surface area. They heat evenly, produce good flavour and generate more vapour for the power they use. They also tend to consume liquid a little faster.
  • Traditional wire coils wrap a thin wire around cotton. They are simpler, often cheaper and can deliver a tighter, more cigarette-like draw at very low power.

Both work with this liquid, and the choice comes down to the draw you like. Mesh gives a fuller, more flavourful puff; a standard coil gives a more restrained one. Neither is inherently superior.

What to avoid is just as important. Do not put a 20mg/ml nic salt into a sub-ohm tank running at 40 to 80 watts. The nicotine delivery is far too intense, the throat hit becomes unpleasant, and you will go through the bottle quickly. High-power setups are designed for lower-strength freebase liquids and larger bottles. If you already own a sub-ohm tank, you can run it at the lowest end of its wattage range with a higher-resistance coil, but you would still do better with a dedicated pod device.

Priming a new coil is worth the minute it takes. After fitting a fresh pod or coil, add the liquid, let it soak into the cotton for around five minutes and take a few gentle puffs without firing at full strength. Dry cotton burns, and a burnt coil tastes harsh and cannot be recovered. If your device has adjustable wattage, begin at the lower end of the coil's printed range.

Battery and charging: looking after your pod kit

Because Pod Salt Core is a liquid and not a device, the battery in question is the one in your pod kit. Most small refillable pod kits use an internal rechargeable battery somewhere between about 400mAh and 1,000mAh, charged through a USB-C port. Some larger pen-style kits have removable cells, and a few carry bigger internal batteries. Your manual or the printed spec on the device will give the real figure.

Battery size affects how long you vape between charges, but the e-liquid influences it as well. Lower-resistance coils draw more power per puff, so a 0.6 ohm mesh coil at 18 watts will drain the battery noticeably faster than a 1.0 ohm coil at 10 watts. As a very rough guide, a 500mAh kit may last a moderate user most of a day on a high-resistance coil, while a 1,000mAh kit usually covers a full day and sometimes more.

A few charging habits protect both your battery and your safety:

  • Use the cable supplied with the device or a reputable replacement, and a standard phone-style charger or computer USB port rather than a fast charger that exceeds the device rating.
  • Do not leave a charging vape unattended or charge it overnight on a soft surface such as a bed or sofa.
  • Stop using the device if the casing is dented, swollen or hot when it should not be, and do not charge a damaged device.
  • Keep the charging port clean and dry. A small amount of liquid around the port can be wiped away with a dry cloth, but do not push anything into it.
  • Never carry loose cells in a pocket with coins or keys.

Liquid and electronics do not mix well, so keep the fill port closed and wipe any spills before connecting the charger. If a device has leaked into the base, leave it unplugged and let it dry before charging.

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in household rubbish or kerbside recycling. Vapes and their batteries are electrical waste, and the batteries can cause fires in bin lorries and recycling plants. Take them to a household waste recycling centre with a small electricals bank, or use the take-back scheme that vape retailers are required to offer for waste electrical items. Most local authorities list the nearest drop-off points on their website.

Performance and how long a 10ml bottle lasts

Vapour production with a nic salt in a pod device is modest by design. The goal is a satisfying puff of flavour and nicotine from a small amount of power, not a large cloud. In a typical pod kit with a 0.8 to 1.0 ohm coil running at 10 to 15 watts, you will see a thin to moderate plume with a clear flavour, which suits discreet use and keeps liquid consumption low.

People often ask how many puffs a bottle gives. There is no fixed number, because puff length, coil resistance and power all change consumption. As a rough estimate, a 10ml bottle often delivers somewhere in the region of 1,500 to 3,000 puffs in a typical mouth-to-lung pod, and fewer in a mesh restricted direct-to-lung pod that uses more liquid per draw. Treat that as an indication rather than a promise.

In everyday terms, here is how that tends to work out:

  • Light user (a few sessions a day): a bottle can last one to two weeks.
  • Moderate user (steady use through the day): roughly five to ten days.
  • Heavy user or chain vaper: three to five days, sometimes less in a high-draw mesh pod.

Nicotine delivery is the other half of performance. At 20mg/ml, each puff carries a noticeable dose, and many smokers find that they take fewer, shorter puffs than they would with a lower strength. If you find yourself chaining through the bottle in a day, the strength may be too low for your habit or the device may be underperforming. If you finish a bottle in a day and feel unwell, the strength is probably too high.

Consistency over the life of a pod is also part of performance. A fresh coil should deliver steady flavour for several refills. Typical pod coils last somewhere between one and three weeks depending on use, and the main sign of a coil coming to the end is a gradual dulling of flavour or a faint burnt note. Good practice is to change the pod or coil as soon as you notice either, rather than waiting for a failure.

Finally, temperature and storage change how the liquid behaves. Cold liquid is thicker and wicks slowly, which can cause a dry hit in the first few puffs after you bring a device in from the cold. Warm the device in your hand for a minute, prime with a couple of gentle puffs, and the performance returns to normal.

Bottle design, build quality and storage

The bottle is the standard 10ml format used across the UK market: a soft plastic body that you can squeeze gently, a fine nozzle that fits most pod fill ports and a child-resistant cap with a tamper-evident ring. Those features are required for nicotine e-liquids under UK regulations, and they matter in practice. The soft body lets you control the flow so you can fill a small pod drop by drop, and the narrow nozzle reduces spills.

Labelling is clear and follows the legal format. You should see the nicotine strength, the volume, a health warning, a list of ingredients, the batch number and the manufacturer or importer details on the bottle or the box. Keep the box or note the batch number somewhere, because if you ever need to contact a supplier about a quality concern, the batch number is the first thing they will ask for.

Looking after the bottle properly keeps the liquid in good condition:

  • Store it upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Cars, windowsills and radiators are poor storage spots.
  • Keep the cap on tightly after each use. Air and light degrade e-liquid over time, which can darken it and dull the flavour.
  • Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is toxic if swallowed or if it touches skin in quantity. If any gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water, and seek medical advice straight away if it is swallowed or splashed in eyes.
  • Check the date. Unopened bottles are usually good for a year or more, but follow the best before date on the label.

A slight colour change from clear to pale yellow or amber over time is normal for nicotine liquids and is not an indication that the liquid has gone off. If the smell or taste changes sharply, or if the liquid separates or looks cloudy, discard it.

Empty bottles need responsible disposal. Plastic bottles with nicotine residue are not usually accepted in household kerbside recycling, so follow your local council guidance. Many councils direct residents to household waste recycling centres, and some vape retailers run take-back schemes for empty bottles as well as spent devices. Let any remaining liquid dry out with the cap off in a safe place before you dispose of the bottle, and never pour liquid down a drain.

Who Pod Salt Core Mango Ice 20mg is for, and who should skip it

This liquid is aimed at adult smokers who want a fruit flavour with a cooling edge and enough nicotine to replace cigarettes from a small pod device. If you currently smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day and are looking for a less harmful alternative, a 20mg/ml nic salt in a low-power pod is a conventional route. The cooling mango profile suits people who want something lighter than tobacco or dessert flavours and who like a refreshing finish.

It also suits existing vapers who have been using disposables and are moving to refillables. Since the sale of single-use vapes was banned in Great Britain on 1 June 2025, a refillable pod kit and a 10ml bottle of nic salt is the practical replacement, and refillable systems are not affected by that rule. The experience is similar to a good disposable, with the added ability to choose your own flavour and to recharge and refill instead of throwing the device away.

Consider this product if:

  • You are an adult smoker or an existing vaper who needs a high nicotine strength.
  • You already own or plan to buy a refillable pod kit with a coil between roughly 0.6 and 1.2 ohm.
  • You like fruit flavours with a cooling finish and want a clear, uncomplicated profile.
  • You want to reduce the cost and waste of disposable vapes.

Skip it, or choose a different strength, if:

  • You have never smoked or vaped. Nicotine is addictive, and 20mg/ml is a strong dose for a first-time user.
  • You are under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine products to anyone under 18, and we will not knowingly do so.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you have a heart condition. Talk to a healthcare professional first.
  • You use a high-power sub-ohm tank. A lower-strength, higher-VG freebase liquid is the right match for that style.
  • You dislike cooling flavours, in which case look for a non-ice mango instead.

It is also worth being honest that vaping is not risk-free. It is widely regarded by UK health bodies as substantially less harmful than smoking, but the long-term effects are still being studied. The most helpful way to think about it is as a tool for smokers, not a lifestyle product for non-smokers.

How to fill, vape and look after your device

Filling a pod with a nic salt takes under a minute once you have done it a couple of times. The steps are the same for nearly every refillable pod kit, but always check your device manual for the position of the fill port and the maximum fill line.

  • Step 1, power down. Turn the device off or remove the pod so that it cannot fire while you work. Wash and dry your hands first.
  • Step 2, open the fill port. Pull out the silicone bung or slide the cover aside. Many pods have a small arrow or symbol marking the fill hole.
  • Step 3, tilt and fill. Hold the pod at an angle, place the bottle nozzle against the fill port and squeeze gently so that the liquid runs down the inside wall. Avoid filling the central airflow tube.
  • Step 4, stop at the fill line. Leave a small air gap at the top. Overfilling causes leaks and gurgling.
  • Step 5, close it up and wait. Press the bung firmly back into place and let the pod rest for five minutes so the cotton can saturate.
  • Step 6, take gentle first puffs. Take two or three short puffs at low power before you vape normally.

When you vape, take slow draws of two to four seconds with a pause between puffs. Mouth-to-lung means holding the vapour briefly in your mouth before inhaling, which is how most nic salts are meant to be used. Avoid long, hard pulls at the start, as these overheat the coil and increase throat hit.

Looking after the device keeps flavour consistent:

  • Wipe the mouthpiece and the charging contacts regularly with a dry cloth.
  • Do not let the pod run empty, because vaping with no liquid burns the cotton.
  • Refill when the level drops to roughly a third, and use the same flavour in a coil until it needs changing to prevent flavour mixing.
  • Replace the pod or coil when flavour drops or you notice a burnt taste.

If you want to switch to another flavour, empty the pod, rinse it with warm water if the manufacturer allows, let it dry fully and fit a fresh coil. Mixing flavours in one coil produces muddy, confused tastes and is a common reason people think a liquid is poor quality when the coil was the problem.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with a nic salt in a pod kit come down to the coil, the fill level or the airflow. Here are the issues vapers report most often and how to deal with each.

  • Dry or burnt hit: The cotton has run dry or the coil is worn. Stop vaping immediately. Refill the pod, wait five minutes, take short, low-power puffs and, if the burnt taste persists, replace the coil. Do not carry on, because a burnt coil cannot recover.
  • Gurgling or spitting: This is usually overfilling or condensation in the airflow channel. Remove the pod, blow gently through the mouthpiece and wipe away any excess. Leave a bigger air gap next time.
  • Leaking: Check that the bung is firmly seated and the pod is correctly clicked into the base. Leaks can also come from a cracked pod or a worn seal. Avoid squeezing the pod and keep the device upright when not in use.
  • Weak or muted flavour: The coil is ageing, or you are experiencing flavour fatigue. Fit a fresh coil, and consider alternating between two flavours for a day or two.
  • Harsh throat hit: The strength may be too high for your use, or the device is set too hot. Lower the power, shorten your puffs, or move to a weaker strength. A cooling flavour can amplify this.
  • Headache, dizziness or nausea: Too much nicotine. Stop vaping, get fresh air and drink some water. Next time use less or move to a lower strength. If symptoms are severe or do not pass, seek medical help.
  • Device not firing: Check the battery, make sure the pod is seated correctly and clean the contacts. If the device has an airflow sensor, a drop of liquid blocking it can stop it triggering, so wipe it clear.
  • Sweet, sticky residue around the mouthpiece: A small amount of condensation is normal. Wipe it away regularly.

If you have tried these fixes and the problem continues, the fault may lie with the liquid batch or the device. Note the batch number from the bottle, take a photo of the issue and contact us. A faulty or incorrectly supplied item is covered by your statutory rights, and we will help you work out whether the liquid, the pod or the device is responsible.

It is worth noting that a lot of reported liquid faults are actually device faults. Before you decide that the bottle is the problem, try the same liquid in a fresh pod, and try a different liquid in the old pod. That simple swap tells you which part is at fault in a couple of minutes.

Value for money and how it compares with other nic salts

Value with a refillable setup comes from cost per millilitre and from what you do not throw away. A 10ml bottle holds five times the liquid of a 2ml disposable, and the pod, coil and battery you use with it can be reused many times. For a regular vaper that adds up quickly, particularly since the disposable market has been shrinking. The upfront cost of a pod kit is the main hurdle, and after that the running cost is the bottle plus a coil every one to three weeks.

Compared with other 10ml 20mg nic salt ranges, Pod Salt Core sits in the mainstream mid-market. Similar bottles are sold by brands such as IVG, Nasty, Elfliq and Hayati, and many of them offer a mango-and-ice flavour of their own. Some of the practical differences you may notice between ranges:

  • Flavour intensity and sweetness: Each manufacturer tunes sweetener and cooling levels differently. One brand's mango may taste fruitier, another's creamier or sharper.
  • Cooling strength: The ice component varies a lot. If you are sensitive to menthol-style cooling, check reviews or try a smaller quantity first.
  • Strength availability: Some ranges offer 5mg, 10mg and 20mg, while others focus on 10mg and 20mg only. Check the listing for the strengths available in this line.
  • Price: Prices fluctuate with promotions. Compare the cost per 10ml bottle on the day, not a remembered price.

We would not claim that one brand is better than another across the board. Taste is personal, and the same flavour name can mean very different things across manufacturers. What we can say is that Pod Salt Core is a conventional, widely stocked choice that behaves predictably in standard pod devices, which means fewer surprises with wicking and coil life. If you are unsure, buy one bottle of a flavour you think you will like, and judge it over a week.

It is also worth comparing against the alternatives that are not nic salts. A freebase liquid in a larger tank is cheaper per millilitre, but it needs a different device, a lower nicotine strength and a bit more skill to set up. For someone coming from cigarettes or disposables who wants simplicity, a pod kit with 20mg/ml salts is typically easier to use and closer to the experience they are replacing.

Overall, this bottle is good value if you already own a compatible pod kit and want a refillable, low-waste alternative to disposables. If you do not own a device, factor the kit cost into your first purchase, and if you are not a smoker, none of this applies to you.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, and is 20mg too strong?

20mg/ml is the UK legal maximum and is intended for people who smoke around ten or more cigarettes a day and use a low-power pod device. If you smoke less, are stepping down or are new to vaping, a lower strength such as 10mg is usually more comfortable. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or get a very harsh throat hit, you are taking in too much nicotine and should reduce your puffs or move to a weaker strength.

Can I use Pod Salt Core Mango Ice in a sub-ohm tank?

It is not recommended. Nic salts at 20mg/ml are designed for low-power pod kits and coils of roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohm at about 8 to 25 watts. In a high-power sub-ohm tank the nicotine hit becomes harsh and the bottle disappears quickly, so a lower-strength, higher-VG freebase liquid is the better match for that device.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

It depends on your device and habits, but as a rough estimate a moderate user will get around five to ten days from one bottle, and a light user one to two weeks. Heavy users or mesh coils with large draws may finish a bottle in three to five days. The bottle holds 200mg of nicotine in total, which is five times the liquid in a standard 2ml disposable.

Do I need to do anything when I switch to a different flavour?

Yes. Empty the pod, rinse it with warm water if your device manual allows, let it dry fully and fit a fresh coil before adding the new liquid. Leftover flavour in an old coil mixes with the new one and produces muddy, confusing tastes. The same applies if you come back to Mango Ice after another flavour.

Does the bottle come with a charger, battery or pod?

No. This is a refill liquid only, so it does not include any hardware. You will need a compatible refillable pod kit or low-power tank with its own battery and charger. Check that the pod has a fill port and that the coil resistance is in the range of roughly 0.6 to 1.2 ohm.

Is this better value than a disposable vape?

For regular users it usually works out cheaper over time. One 10ml bottle gives you five times the liquid of a 2ml disposable, and you reuse the device and only replace the pod or coil. The upfront cost of a pod kit is the main extra expense. Single-use vapes have also been banned for sale in Great Britain since 1 June 2025, so refillables are the standard route.

Who should not buy this product?

Anyone under 18, anyone who has never smoked or vaped, and anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding or has a heart condition without medical advice. Nicotine is addictive and 20mg/ml is a strong dose. If you do not currently smoke or vape, there is no benefit to starting.

Do you deliver to the UK, and how is the order packed?

Yes, we deliver across the UK, and the available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Nicotine products are age-restricted, so the courier may require an adult over 18 to receive the parcel and we may ask for proof of age. The bottle is shipped in its child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging.

What is your returns policy for e-liquid?

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, the batch number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund under your statutory rights. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquid that is not faulty cannot normally be returned. E-liquid itself has no manufacturer warranty, but any faulty item is covered by UK consumer law.

How should I store the bottle and dispose of it when it is empty?

Store it upright in a cool, dark place with the cap tight, away from children and pets, and use it before the best before date. Empty bottles are not normally accepted in household kerbside recycling because of nicotine residue, so check your local council guidance or use a household waste recycling centre. Spent devices and batteries should go to a household waste recycling centre or a retailer take-back drop-off point.
