Riot BAR Edition Nic Salts 10mg Red Razz: Overview

Riot BAR Edition Nic Salts 10mg Red Razz is a 10ml bottle of nicotine salt e-liquid from Riot, built around a red raspberry flavour and sold at 10mg/ml, which is half the legal ceiling for nicotine vaping products in the UK. It is aimed at adult smokers and vapers who want a sweet, fruit-led taste in a refillable pod kit, and who would rather top up their own device than buy another sealed one.

The Bar Edition name tells you where the range comes from. These are flavours modelled on the bar-style profiles that became popular in disposable vapes: bright, easy fruit notes, very little in the way of heavy dessert layers, and a taste that is obvious from the first puff. Red Razz follows that formula. Razz is the familiar shorthand for raspberry, and this one sits on the sweet side with a light tartness behind it, closer to a raspberry sweet or cordial than to a handful of fresh berries.

The timing matters for UK buyers. Single-use vapes were banned in Great Britain on 1 June 2025, and many adults who had been buying a new disposable every few days have moved to refillable pod systems. The gap those switchers notice first is flavour. A lot of general-purpose e-liquid is tuned for open tanks and higher power, and it can taste muted or heavy in a small low-wattage pod. A nic salt in the Bar Edition style is meant to behave at the modest power that pod kits run at, which is why bottles like this are a common first purchase after leaving disposables behind.

In this guide we cover the specification, how the flavour behaves, what 10mg feels like in use, how the liquid performs in different pod hardware, how to fill and use it, what to do when something goes wrong, who it suits and who it does not, and how it compares on price and taste with similar bottles. Where another brand might suit you better, we say so plainly.

Important: nicotine is addictive. This product is for adults aged 18 and over who already smoke or vape. It is not intended for non-smokers, young people, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Specifications at a Glance

An e-liquid has a shorter specification list than a device, but every line changes how it behaves in your kit. These are the details worth checking before you buy.

  • Product type: nicotine salt e-liquid, not a device. There is no battery, no coil and nothing to charge in the bottle itself.
  • Bottle size: 10ml, the largest bottle size permitted for nicotine e-liquid in the UK.
  • Nicotine strength: 10mg/ml (1.0%). The legal limit is 20mg/ml, so this is a medium-low strength.
  • Total nicotine per bottle: 10ml x 10mg/ml = 100mg across the whole bottle.
  • Nicotine type: nicotine salt, which is absorbed more smoothly at low to moderate strengths than freebase nicotine and tends to feel gentler on the throat.
  • VG/PG base: a balanced blend suited to pod devices. Always check the exact ratio printed on the label of the bottle you receive, as formulations can be adjusted between batches.
  • Flavour: red raspberry, sweet with a mild tart edge. It is a straight fruit profile rather than an iced one, and the range has separate cooled flavours for people who want that.
  • Intended hardware: refillable pod kits and other low-power devices, generally with coil resistance around 0.8 to 1.2 ohm and power in the region of 8 to 15 watts.
  • Closure: child-resistant, tamper-evident cap with a narrow nozzle for filling small pod openings.
  • Labelling: nicotine health warning, ingredients list, batch number and date mark printed on the bottle.
  • Age restriction: 18+ only, with age checks on our orders.

On the regulatory side, nicotine e-liquids sold in the UK must come in bottles of no more than 10ml, carry a health warning, list their ingredients and use a child-resistant, tamper-evident closure. The strength cap of 20mg/ml applies to every nicotine vaping product, whether it is a bottle, a prefilled pod or, until the 2025 ban, a disposable. At 10mg you are at exactly half of that ceiling, which leaves room to move up to 20mg if you find you need it, or to step down to a lower strength as you reduce your nicotine over time.

One more figure puts the bottle in context. A typical 2ml disposable at 20mg/ml held 40mg of nicotine across its entire life. A single 10ml bottle at 10mg/ml holds 100mg, but spread across a far longer period of use and a lower dose per puff. That is a different usage pattern, and many people find a refillable setup easier to moderate than a sealed device they feel obliged to finish.

Flavour Profile: What Red Razz Tastes Like in Practice

On the inhale, Red Razz opens with a clear red raspberry note and a candy-like sweetness. There is a slight tang at the back of the tongue that stops it tipping into syrup, but it is not a sharp or sour liquid. If you have ever eaten raspberry boiled sweets, or drunk raspberry cordial at full strength, you will recognise the direction of travel.

On the exhale the flavour rounds out. The raspberry lingers for a few seconds with a faint jammy sweetness, and it fades cleanly without a creamy or bakery aftertaste. There are no dessert layers here: no custard, no biscuit, no whipped cream. That simplicity is the point of the Bar Edition style. It is a one-idea flavour that is easy to identify and easy to come back to.

It is worth being honest about the character of the fruit. This is a confectionery interpretation of raspberry, not a naturalistic one. If you are hoping for the seedy, slightly sour taste of a fresh berry, you may find it sweeter and more rounded than expected. If you want the taste of a raspberry sweet, it will probably suit you well. Taste is personal, and sweetness tolerance varies a lot from person to person.

Your device settings change how the flavour comes across:

  • Lower power: a cleaner, lighter raspberry with more of the sweet top note, and a smoother, cooler vapour.
  • Moderate power: a fuller, jammier raspberry with more body on the exhale. This is where most people settle.
  • High power for the coil: the sweetness can turn sharp or slightly caramelised, and the throat hit gets harsher. If you notice that, drop the power or draw more gently.

Two practical tips help you get the most from any sweet fruit salt. First, sip water before you vape rather than coffee or fizzy drinks, which can dull or distort the sweetness. Second, if the flavour seems to fade after a few days of constant use, that is often palate fatigue rather than a fault in the liquid. Many regular vapers keep a second bottle in a different style, perhaps a cooled or sharper fruit, and alternate between the two to keep their taste buds fresh.

Nicotine Strength and Throat Feel at 10mg

Nicotine salt at 10mg/ml sits in the middle of what most adult vapers use. It is noticeably lighter than the 20mg maximum, yet still gives enough nicotine for a person who has moved over from light to moderate smoking, or from a disposable that felt too strong. Because salt nicotine is smoother than freebase at the same number, the throat hit at 10mg is gentle. You feel a soft warmth in the throat rather than a scratch.

As a rough guide to choosing a strength:

  • Light smokers or occasional vapers: 10mg is a sensible starting point. Many people in this group find 20mg too much and end up taking fewer puffs than they need to feel comfortable.
  • Moderate smokers: 10mg may work well if your device produces generous vapour, but you might find yourself puffing more often. If you are chasing cravings every few minutes, the 20mg version is worth considering.
  • Heavy smokers or people who found previous low strengths unsatisfying: 20mg is more likely to hold you through the day, though you should still keep to the legal maximum and use it sensibly.
  • Anyone reducing nicotine: moving from 20mg to 10mg, and later to 5mg or lower, is a common way to taper off gradually.

Do not choose a strength by what a friend uses. Body weight, smoking history, puff length and device output all affect how much nicotine you actually take in. It is better to pick the lower strength and see how it feels than to start high and cope with unwanted side effects.

Signs that you are taking in too much nicotine include dizziness, nausea, headache, a racing heartbeat, sweating and hiccups. If you notice any of these, stop vaping, drink some water and get some fresh air. If symptoms persist, speak to a healthcare professional. If you are using the product to quit smoking, local stop smoking services in the UK can offer free advice and support alongside any vaping you choose to do.

Finally, remember that increasing puff frequency to compensate for a lower strength simply raises your total intake. If you find that 10mg leaves you chain vaping, that is a signal to talk through your options rather than just buying more bottles.

Performance and Vapour Delivery

Performance with an e-liquid really means three things: how much vapour it makes in your device, how much flavour comes with it, and how consistent it stays from the first fill to the last. Red Razz is designed for low-power pod kits, so we judge it at the settings those devices actually use.

In a typical refillable pod kit at around 10 to 12 watts, a balanced VG/PG nic salt produces a moderate cloud with a clear flavour. You will not get the huge plumes that a high-wattage sub-ohm tank would give, and you are not meant to. The vapour is dense enough to carry the raspberry note, but light enough to be discreet and to avoid wetting your face and clothes.

Consistency depends mainly on your coil and your wicking. Sweet fruit liquids tend to leave more residue on coil surfaces than clearer, drier flavours. As a result, you can expect the taste to be at its sharpest in the first few days of a new coil and to soften gradually. That is normal, and it is the reason for the maintenance tips later in this guide.

As for longevity per bottle, it varies greatly with your habits. As a rough planning figure, a 10ml bottle holds about five fills of a standard 2ml pod. A moderate vaper using a pod kit through the day commonly gets somewhere between four and seven days from a bottle, a lighter user may stretch it to a couple of weeks, and a heavy user might finish it in two or three days. If you want an approximate puff count, think in the low thousands of puffs per bottle, but treat that as a loose estimate because puff length, power and pod design all change it.

A few things will improve the performance you see:

  • Let the pod soak for several minutes after filling so the cotton or mesh is fully saturated.
  • Take slow, steady draws of two to three seconds rather than short, sharp pulls.
  • Keep the device at the lower end of its recommended power range with a sweet liquid.
  • Avoid chain vaping, which does not give the coil time to re-wick and can lead to a burnt taste.

If your device offers adjustable airflow, a slightly tighter draw tends to bring out more flavour from a salt like this, while an open draw cools the vapour and thins the taste.

Bottle Design and Build Quality

The bottle is a standard 10ml unit, which is the format every UK nicotine e-liquid has to use. It is a squeezable plastic bottle with a narrow nozzle, designed so you can aim a small stream of liquid into a pod without it running down the side. That nozzle matters more than it sounds, because many pod fill ports are only a few millimetres across.

The cap is child-resistant and tamper-evident, which means you have to press and turn it to open, and the seal ring breaks when it is first opened. Check the ring is intact when your order arrives. If the seal is already broken, contact us rather than using the bottle. Child-resistant does not mean child-proof, so keep the bottle out of sight and out of reach of children and pets at all times, in the same way you would store household chemicals or medication.

The label carries the information UK rules require: the product name, nicotine strength, ingredients, health warning, batch details and a date mark. It is a good habit to read the label every time you open a new bottle, because the printed batch number is what you will quote if you ever need to raise a query about the product.

Build quality in a liquid bottle comes down to a few practical points:

  • Squeeze response: the plastic should give a controlled drip rather than a gush. If a bottle sprays or splashes, squeeze more gently and tilt the nozzle against the inside of the pod opening.
  • Cap fit: the cap should seat firmly with no gap. A loose cap lets air in and can shorten the useful life of the liquid.
  • Leaking: a bottle should not leak when stored upright. If liquid seeps from the threads, wipe the neck clean before closing and store it upright.

On the environmental side, empty bottles and packaging should be disposed of responsibly. Local council rules on empty nicotine bottles differ, so check your council's guidance, and note that some vape retailers and household waste recycling centres run collection points for vape-related waste. Do not pour leftover liquid down a drain or into the soil. If you have a bottle you cannot use, seal it and ask your local authority how to dispose of it as household hazardous waste.

Battery, Charging and Device Compatibility

Because this is a liquid, the bottle has no battery of its own. The power comes from the pod kit or device you pour it into, so the practical questions are which devices work well and how to look after their batteries.

Refillable pod kits are the natural home for Red Razz. Most common pod systems have batteries in the range of roughly 400 to 1,000mAh, and run at fixed or adjustable power somewhere around 8 to 15 watts. That pairing suits a 10mg nic salt well: the lower power keeps the throat hit smooth, and the battery gives you a day or two of moderate use between charges. Smaller 400 to 600mAh slimline kits may need topping up daily, while larger 800 to 1,000mAh bodies can run through a full day more comfortably.

Things to bear in mind about charging and battery care:

  • Use the cable supplied with your kit, or a reputable USB-C cable and a standard phone-style charger. Avoid unbranded fast chargers.
  • Do not leave a device charging unattended or overnight, and do not charge it on a bed or sofa.
  • Keep batteries away from heat and direct sunlight, and never leave a kit in a hot car.
  • If a device is swollen, hot, damaged or smells strange, stop using it and dispose of it safely.

Compatibility is mostly about resistance and wattage. A salt nic liquid works well with coils of roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohm in a regulated device. It is not designed for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, where it would be consumed quickly, feel too strong and leave a harsh hit. If you are unsure whether your kit is suitable, check the manufacturer's recommended liquid type, which is usually printed on the box or in the manual and often says nic salt or 50/50.

Disposing of worn-out hardware needs a word here too. Vape devices contain lithium batteries and electronics, which must not go in household bins. In the UK, you can take old devices and pods to recycling points for waste electrical equipment, and many shops that sell vaping products also run take-back arrangements. Household waste recycling centres typically have a battery or small electrical bin. Using these routes keeps lithium batteries out of the general waste stream, where they are a known fire risk in bin lorries and recycling plants.

Coils, Mesh and Resistance: Matching the Liquid to Your Hardware

The coil is where the liquid actually turns into vapour, so the type of coil in your pod has a large effect on how Red Razz tastes and lasts. Most refillable pod systems use one of three coil styles, and each treats a sweet raspberry salt slightly differently.

  • Mesh coils: a flat sheet of metal mesh with a large surface area. They heat quickly and evenly, and tend to give the strongest flavour and the densest vapour at low power. Because the surface is wide, sweet liquids can build up residue across it, so expect a coil life of around one to two weeks with daily use.
  • Ceramic coils: a porous ceramic wick with a heating element in or around it. They are known for smooth, consistent flavour and for being forgiving of different liquids. They can take a moment to saturate after filling, so allow a few extra minutes of soaking.
  • Traditional wire and cotton coils: the familiar coil-and-cotton arrangement. They are widely available and inexpensive. They respond well to modest power, but cotton can dry out if you chain vape, giving a scorched taste.

For resistance, a band between 0.8 and 1.2 ohm is a sensible target for a 10mg nic salt. Lower resistance coils that need more power will push out more vapour and flavour, but also more heat and a stronger nicotine delivery per puff. Higher resistance coils run cooler, which many people prefer for sweet fruit flavours because the raspberry stays clean and the throat stays comfortable.

How long a coil lasts depends on your power setting, how often you vape and the sweetness of the liquid. Sweet flavours leave sugar-like deposits, usually from sweeteners, on the coil over time. Signs that a coil is nearing the end of its life include a flat or muted taste, a slightly burnt edge, gurgling and a darkened colour in the pod. When that happens, replace the coil or pod rather than pushing through, because a tired coil makes any liquid taste worse than it really is.

It is also worth flushing a pod before changing flavours. If you switch from another liquid to Red Razz without cleaning, the old flavour can linger as a ghost in the cotton and muddy the raspberry for the first few puffs. A rinse under warm water, followed by a thorough dry, helps with refillable pods that are designed to be washed. Always check your device manual first, because not every pod can be cleaned this way.

How to Fill and Use Riot BAR Edition Red Razz

Filling a pod takes a minute once you have done it a couple of times. Follow these steps for a clean fill and consistent flavour.

  • Prepare: wash and dry your hands, turn the device off, and remove the pod from the battery section if it detaches.
  • Open the fill port: most pods have a silicone plug or sliding cover. Lift it to reveal the fill hole.
  • Open the bottle: press down on the child-resistant cap and turn it. Keep the bottle upright while you do so.
  • Fill slowly: rest the nozzle against the edge of the fill port and squeeze gently. Stop at or just below the maximum fill line. Do not overfill, and avoid covering the central airflow tube.
  • Close up: replace the plug fully so it seats flat. A half-closed plug is the most common cause of leaks.
  • Wipe and rest: wipe away any spilt liquid, then let the pod stand upright for five to ten minutes so the wick saturates.
  • Prime: take a few gentle draws without pressing the fire button, if your device has a button, or take two or three slow draws if it is draw-activated.
  • Vape: start with slow, even draws of two to three seconds. If your device has adjustable power, begin near the middle of its range.

For daily use, a few habits make a real difference. Refill the pod before it is completely empty so the coil never runs dry. Keep the device upright when you are not using it. Take a rest between puffs, particularly when you first pick up a fresh coil. And store the bottle in a cool, dark place with the cap fully closed.

You should also know the basics of safe use. Never vape while driving or operating machinery. Keep bottles and pods away from children and pets, because even small amounts of nicotine liquid can be harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. If liquid gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If liquid is swallowed or gets in the eyes, seek medical advice straight away and take the bottle with you.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Most issues with salt e-liquids in pod kits come down to a short list of causes. Here is how to diagnose them quickly.

  • Burnt or harsh taste: usually a dry or worn coil. Let the pod soak after filling, avoid chain vaping, lower the power if you can, and replace the coil if the taste does not recover after a fresh fill.
  • Weak or muted flavour: often a coil that has built up residue, or palate fatigue after a long run on one flavour. Try a new coil, rest your palate for a day with a different style of liquid, and check that you are not vaping too fast.
  • Gurgling or spitting: a sign of too much liquid around the coil or condensation in the airway. Tip the device and blow gently through the mouthpiece to clear the airflow tube, then wipe it clean. Do not overfill next time.
  • Leaking from the pod: check that the fill plug is seated flat, the pod is correctly clicked in, and the fill level is not above the line. Temperature changes, such as a pocket against the body or a cold bag, can also drive leaks.
  • No vapour or very little: the coil may not be saturated yet, the pod may be empty, or the airflow may be blocked. Wait, refill, and clean the airway. Check battery charge, because a low battery gives weak output.
  • Throat hit too strong: lower the power, shorten the draw, or consider a lower nicotine strength. If your pod has an airflow adjustment, open it slightly.
  • Sticky residue on the pod or mouthpiece: sweet liquids leave a film. Wipe with a dry tissue or a lightly damp cloth, and let the device dry completely before use.
  • Taste changes after a few days: keep an eye on the coil life, and store the bottle properly away from heat and light, which can darken and alter liquid over time.

If a problem persists after you have tried these steps, the issue is more likely to be the hardware than the liquid. Try the same bottle in a different pod or kit to confirm. If the liquid still seems wrong, contact our team with the batch number from the label and a description of what you are seeing, and we will help sort it out.

Who Red Razz Suits, and Who Should Skip It

Riot BAR Edition Red Razz 10mg is a focused product, and it makes sense to be direct about who gets the most from it.

It is a good fit for:

  • Adult smokers who have switched to vaping and want a sweet, easy fruit flavour rather than tobacco or menthol.
  • Former disposable users who liked the sweet bar flavours and now use a refillable pod kit.
  • People who found 20mg too strong and want a smoother, lower nicotine level that is still satisfying.
  • Vapers who already own a compatible low-power device and want an affordable bottle to keep it running.
  • Anyone who values a simple, recognisable raspberry taste over layered or experimental recipes.

You may prefer to look elsewhere if:

  • You are a heavy smoker who needs a higher nicotine hit. The 20mg version of this flavour, or a different style of liquid altogether, may be a better match.
  • You vape on a high-wattage sub-ohm device. Nic salts are not designed for that kind of hardware, and a freebase liquid in a larger bottle shortfill will usually suit it better.
  • You dislike very sweet flavours. Red Razz is a sweet profile, and if you prefer dry, sharp or tobacco-style tastes, other lines will be closer to what you want.
  • You want a cooled or menthol finish. This flavour does not come with ice, so look at the iced flavours elsewhere in the range.

It is not for:

  • Anyone under 18.
  • Non-smokers, who should not start using nicotine.
  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • People with heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health problems, unless a doctor has advised that vaping is appropriate.

If you are trying to quit smoking altogether, vaping is one tool among several, and many adults in the UK find that combining it with support from a stop smoking service improves their chances. The aim for most people is to move gradually from higher to lower nicotine strengths and eventually to stop.

Value for Money and How It Compares with Similar Liquids

The simplest way to judge value is to look at what you get and how long it lasts. A 10ml bottle contains five times the liquid of the 2ml pod found in a typical disposable. With moderate use, one bottle commonly lasts around four to seven days, so you can work out a monthly figure by multiplying the price on this page by the number of bottles you expect to use. Because you only buy the liquid, there is no device to discard each time, and a decent pod kit can be reused for many months with only the occasional coil or pod change.

For many people who were buying a disposable every few days, switching to a refillable kit works out cheaper over a month, and it also produces far less waste. Check the offers shown on this page, since multi-buy deals on 10ml bottles can bring the cost per bottle down further for regular users.

The 10mg strength has its own value angle. Because the nicotine per ml is moderate, you can vape for longer sessions without overshooting, and the bottle's 100mg total tends to last more evenly than a single high-strength device does.

How does it compare with other options? Here are fair reference points from the wider UK market:

  • Other Riot BAR Edition flavours: same brand, same format and strength, with different fruit and ice profiles. If you like the idea but not raspberry, the range has plenty of alternatives, and buying a couple of different flavours is an easy way to rotate.
  • Elfliq and similar disposable-brand liquids: these also reproduce popular bar flavours and are widely available. They are broadly similar in concept. Choose between them on which raspberry interpretation you prefer, because some lean sourer and some sweeter.
  • IVG and Dinner Lady nic salts: long-established ranges with big flavour menus. They often lean towards more layered or dessert-style recipes, whereas Riot's Bar Edition concentrates on straightforward candy fruit.
  • Pod Salt and other pod-focused brands: well regarded for consistent quality and a choice of strengths. Flavour lines vary, so compare the specific raspberry or berry options.
  • Prefilled pods: more convenient because there is no filling, but usually more expensive per ml of liquid and less flexible on flavour choice.

To be fair, Riot BAR Edition Red Razz is not the only way to get a sweet raspberry salt, and other brands will suit some palates better. It makes most sense for buyers who want a recognisable bar-style flavour in a standard 10ml bottle at a mid-range strength, who run a low-power pod kit and who like to keep costs sensible. If that describes you, it is a reasonable choice to try, and the modest outlay makes it easy to find out whether the flavour suits you.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Best value per ml in the category
  • Choose your own device and coil
  • Available in a wide strength ladder

Cons

  • Refilling can leak if you overfill
  • Coil priming has a small learning curve
  • You handle the bottle — less discreet than pods

Customer Buying Tips

  • Match the strength to how much you smoked: 20+/day → 10-20 mg nic salt; 10/day → 10 mg; under 5/day → 3-6 mg freebase.
  • Match the ratio to your device: pod kits take 50/50, sub-ohm tanks take 70/30 shortfill.
  • Don't overfill: leaving the airhole clear prevents gurgling and leaking.
  • Shake before use so the nicotine and flavour integrate evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Which nicotine strength should I choose, and is 10mg right for me?

10mg/ml suits lighter smokers, people reducing their nicotine, and former disposable users who found 20mg too strong. Heavier smokers may be more comfortable with the 20mg version, which is the UK legal maximum. If you are unsure, start with the lower strength and move up only if you find it does not satisfy you.

Do I need to charge this product?

No, because it is a 10ml e-liquid bottle with no battery. The battery is in your pod kit, which you charge with the cable supplied or a reputable USB-C cable, never unattended or overnight. Old devices and batteries should go to a recycling drop-off point or household waste recycling centre, not the general bin.

Is Red Razz available in other flavours or strengths, and can I switch between them?

Yes. The Riot BAR Edition range comes in many other fruit and iced flavours, and this raspberry flavour is also sold in other strengths such as 20mg. You can switch flavours freely, but rinse and dry a washable pod, or fit a fresh coil, when you change so the old taste does not linger.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?

A moderate vaper using a pod kit through the day typically gets around four to seven days from a 10ml bottle, which is roughly five 2ml pod fills. Heavier use or higher power shortens that, and lighter use stretches it to a couple of weeks. Puff count varies with draw length and device.

Is it good value compared with a disposable?

A 10ml bottle holds five times the liquid of a typical 2ml disposable, and you reuse the pod kit rather than replacing a whole device. Since single-use vapes were banned in Great Britain on 1 June 2025, a refillable kit with bottles like this is usually cheaper per week and creates less waste.

Who should and should not buy this?

It is for adult smokers and vapers who like sweet raspberry flavours and use low-power pod kits. It is not for anyone under 18, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions unless a doctor has said otherwise. Heavy smokers and high-wattage sub-ohm users may be better served by other products.

Which devices is it suitable for?

It is made for refillable pod kits and low-power devices with coil resistance of roughly 0.8 to 1.2 ohm and power around 8 to 15 watts. It is not designed for high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, where nic salts feel harsh and burn through quickly. Check your device manual if you are unsure.

Do you deliver across the UK, and is age verification required?

We deliver to UK addresses, and delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. This is an 18+ product, so age checks apply at order or on delivery. Please make sure an adult is available to receive the parcel, as it cannot be left with anyone under 18.

What if my bottle arrives damaged, leaking or faulty?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the bottle and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Faulty or damaged goods are also covered by your statutory consumer rights. Do not use a bottle whose tamper-evident seal is already broken.

How should I store it, and does it expire?

Keep the bottle upright, tightly closed, in a cool, dark place away from sunlight, heat, children and pets. Check the date mark printed on the bottle. Once opened, aim to use the liquid within a few months for good flavour, and never decant it into unlabelled containers.

Proper taste, not watered down

Delivery was super fast and the product is genuine. I've had fakes before so this was a relief.

Fast delivery, happy customer

Really nice flavour — not too sweet, not too harsh. Perfect in the middle. Second order already placed.
