The Cobra Nicotine Pouches Watermelon by Cobra in Watermelon at 0mg. Free UK delivery over £20, same-day dispatch on weekday orders before 4pm.

Cobra Nicotine Pouches at a glance

Cobra Nicotine Pouches are small, tobacco-free pouches that sit under your upper lip, and they are listed here at £3.99 a tin. There is no flame, no smoke and no vapour involved. You place one in, it releases nicotine and flavour slowly, and when it has run its course you take it out and bin it. That simplicity is the whole appeal, and it explains why pouches have moved from a niche habit to something you now see stocked beside vape kits in most specialist shops.

The range is built around flavour variety. At the time of writing the listing offers eleven options: Blueberry, Cola, Energy Mix, Freeze, Ice Cool, Mango, Mint, Mixed Berries, Pineapple, Super Mint and Watermelon. You choose yours from the selector on the product page, and every flavour carries the same price, so there is no premium for picking a fruit blend over a mint. If you are new to the brand, that flat pricing makes experimenting cheap: a couple of tins costs roughly what one mid-range disposable does.

Everything the brand sells through us is gathered on the Cobra brand page, which is the quickest way to jump between flavours. If you would like to see how these tins sit against other labels before you commit, the wider nicotine pouches collection puts the whole category side by side, with prices and strengths visible at a glance.

A word on who this page is for. Pouches contain nicotine, and nicotine is addictive. They are meant for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine, typically people moving away from cigarettes or looking for something they can use where vaping is awkward. If you do not use nicotine now, please do not start. The sections below cover how a pouch actually works, what each flavour is likely to deliver, how to choose a strength, how to use and store the tins, what can go wrong, and what we do on delivery. Read the parts that matter to you and skip the rest.

How a nicotine pouch actually works

Strip away the marketing and a nicotine pouch is a small porous sachet filled with a white or off-white powder. The powder holds nicotine, a plant-fibre base, flavouring and a few ingredients that control moisture and acidity. The pouch itself is permeable, which lets saliva in and lets dissolved nicotine and flavour out. Nothing is chewed, swallowed on purpose or burned, and nothing needs to be lit, charged or refilled.

When you tuck the pouch between your gum and upper lip, saliva begins to soak through the fabric. Nicotine dissolves and passes through the thin lining of the mouth into the bloodstream. This is called buccal absorption, and it is a slower, steadier route than inhaling, which is why many people describe pouches as a gradual lift rather than a sharp hit. The flavour follows the same pattern: a quick burst when the pouch first dampens, then a gentler plateau, then a slow fade.

Because there is no combustion and no aerosol, nothing is released into the air around you. That is the practical reason pouches turn up in offices, on trains and at the back of long meetings. It is worth being straight about the limits of that point, though. Not producing smoke or vapour does not make a product harmless, and we make no health claims for it. The honest summary is that a pouch delivers nicotine without inhalation, and it does so quietly.

Most pouches also include a mild tingle in the first minute or two, a mix of nicotine and the cooling or sweetening agents in the flavour. That sensation tends to settle as the pouch softens. If it stays uncomfortably sharp, that usually points to a strength that is too high for you, which we cover in the strength guide further down. Keep that in mind, because choosing the right strength matters far more than choosing the right flavour, even though flavour is what most people shop on.

Fruit and soft-drink flavours, read properly

Flavour names on a tin only tell you so much, so here is a sensible reading of the sweeter end of the Cobra line. We are describing what each name points to rather than promising an exact taste, because flavouring is subjective and varies from person to person.

  • Blueberry and Mixed Berries are the two berry choices. Blueberry is the more singular of the pair, leaning sweet and slightly jammy. Mixed Berries blends several fruits, which usually gives a rounder, less sharp profile that suits people who find a single berry too one-note.
  • Mango and Pineapple cover the tropical side. Expect sweetness up front with a tangy finish, particularly from pineapple, which tends to read brighter and more acidic than mango.
  • Watermelon is the light, juicy option. Watermelon flavours generally avoid heaviness, so this one suits a long session where you do not want anything cloying.
  • Cola and Energy Mix are the soft-drink pair. Cola points towards a caramel and spice note with a slight fizz impression, while Energy Mix is aiming at the sweet, citrus-leaning character of a canned energy drink.

A practical point about sweet flavours in a pouch: sweetness registers strongly in the first few minutes and then thins out. If you like a flavour that holds its shape for the full time the pouch is in, berries and tropical fruits usually keep their character longer than cola, which can flatten into a general sweetness. None of this is a flaw, just a pattern worth knowing when you are choosing.

If you are unsure where to begin, pick the fruit you already enjoy in other products. People who like fruit-flavoured e-liquid or sweets tend to land comfortably on Mango or Mixed Berries. Fans of fizzy drinks often prefer Cola. And because the price does not change from one flavour to the next, buying two different tins to compare costs no more per tin than buying the same one twice.

Mint, Super Mint, Freeze and Ice Cool compared

The cooling flavours are where pouches stand apart from most other nicotine products, so they deserve their own look. Four of the eleven options sit in this territory, and they are not identical.

Mint is the plain one. Think of a classic fresh mint, clean and familiar, without much sweetness behind it. It is the safest choice if you want a pouch that tastes like something you already know, and it is the usual starting point for people coming off cigarettes who find fruit flavours too playful.

Super Mint reads as a stronger version of the same idea. The name signals a more pronounced cooling effect, so expect more chill on the gum and more of a menthol edge in the breath. If ordinary mint feels too gentle, this is the step up.

Freeze and Ice Cool are the two that lean on temperature rather than a named flavour. Both aim for a crisp, cold sensation rather than a recognisable taste, which is why pouch makers like them: the cooling hides any slight bitterness from the nicotine and gives a clean finish. Between the pair, expect Freeze to feel sharper and more intense on first contact, and Ice Cool to be a touch softer and more rounded. Treat that as a guide to the naming rather than a lab result, because the only reliable test is trying one.

One more practical note. Cooling agents register on the lips and gums as well as the tongue. If you have sensitive gums, start with plain Mint or a fruit flavour rather than Super Mint or Freeze, and see how your mouth reacts before you buy in volume. Cooling flavours also tend to feel stronger than their nicotine content suggests, because the sensation adds to the tingle. People often assume a minty pouch is stronger than a fruity one at the same rating, when it is simply louder. Judge strength by the figure on the tin, not by how icy it feels.

Specs and numbers: what we can tell you

Pouch listings are short on specifications compared with vape hardware, because there is no battery, coil or tank to describe. Here is what we can state plainly, and where we send you to the tin for the rest.

  • Price: £3.99 per tin, the same across all eleven flavours.
  • Format: a nicotine pouch tin. Each tin holds individual pouches that you remove one at a time.
  • Flavours: eleven, listed in the selector: Blueberry, Cola, Energy Mix, Freeze, Ice Cool, Mango, Mint, Mixed Berries, Pineapple, Super Mint and Watermelon.
  • Brand: Cobra, listed in our nicotine pouches category.
  • Age: strictly for adults aged 18 or over.
  • Delivery: free standard UK delivery once the basket passes £20, with same-day dispatch on working-day orders placed before 4pm.

What we deliberately do not state here is a pouch count per tin or a milligram figure for each flavour. Those details are printed on the tin label and can differ by flavour, and we would rather point you to the label than quote a number that turns out to be slightly off. When your order arrives, read the strength and the pouch count before you open the first one, and use that strength as your baseline for any future orders.

Since a pouch has no puff count to compare, the useful number is cost per pouch, which you can work out in seconds. Divide the £3.99 tin price by the count on the label, and you have a figure you can set against a tin from any other brand. Doing that sum is the only fair way to compare value, because tin sizes differ between makers and a cheaper tin is not always cheaper per pouch.

If you want to confirm anything about age checks before ordering, our age verification page explains what we ask for and why. We only sell nicotine products to adults, and we take that seriously.

Choosing a nicotine strength that suits you

Strength is the decision that matters most, and the one new buyers most often get wrong. Pouches across the UK market range from fairly mild to very strong, and the figure on the tin is usually expressed in milligrams per pouch. We are giving you category-level guidance here, and the number on your own tin should always be your reference.

Start by being honest about your current habit. Someone who smokes twenty cigarettes a day has a different tolerance to someone who vapes a low-strength e-liquid occasionally. Heavy smokers often find the lowest strengths unsatisfying and move up a step quickly. Light users, or anyone with no nicotine habit, can find a high-strength pouch overwhelming, with symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, a racing heart or a burning feeling under the lip. If that happens, remove the pouch straight away, rinse your mouth with water and sit down for a few minutes.

A sensible approach is to start lower than you think you need. You can always buy a stronger tin next time, but you cannot undo a pouch that has been too much. Give any new strength a few uses across different times of day before judging it, because the first one often feels sharper than the fourth.

It also helps to compare pouches with what you already know. If you use a nicotine salt e-liquid, our nicotine salt e-liquids are labelled in milligrams per millilitre, which is a different unit from milligrams per pouch, so the numbers do not map across directly. Use your reaction as the guide rather than trying to convert. A common rule of thumb is that if you are reaching for a second pouch within twenty minutes of the first, the strength is probably too low for you. If you feel unwell or light-headed, it is too high.

Finally, do not mix up the strength with the flavour intensity. A very minty or icy flavour can feel stronger than it is, as noted earlier, and a sweet fruit blend can mask a high strength until it catches up with you. Read the label, start modestly and adjust.

How to use a pouch, step by step

Using a pouch takes seconds, but a few details make the difference between a pleasant experience and an irritating one. This is the routine most regular users settle on.

  • Step one. Make sure your hands are clean and dry, then open the tin and take out a single pouch. Do not pinch it hard, as the contents can move around.
  • Step two. Place the pouch between your upper gum and your lip, to one side of the centre of your mouth. Press it gently into position with your tongue.
  • Step three. Leave it there while the flavour and nicotine release. Do not chew it and do not keep moving it around.
  • Step four. Keep it in for as long as the flavour holds, generally up to an hour at most, though many people remove it sooner.
  • Step five. Take it out and dispose of it responsibly. Most pouch tins include a lid compartment for used pouches, and if yours does not, wrap the pouch before binning it.

Some practical extras are worth adding. Rotate the side of your mouth you use. If you always place the pouch in the same spot, that area of gum can get sore. Avoid eating or drinking strongly acidic or hot drinks with a pouch in, because they can interfere with how the nicotine is absorbed, and a hot drink can speed up the release unpleasantly. Plain water is fine.

You will notice a mild salivation increase. That is normal, and you should not swallow the saliva more often than comfortable, as swallowing can cause stomach upset in some people. Let it pool slightly and then swallow naturally. Spitting is not required and is rarely necessary.

A short time limit is a good habit even if you could technically go longer. Once the flavour has faded the pouch is largely spent, and leaving it in only irritates your gum for no benefit. Beginners often do best with a single pouch for twenty to thirty minutes, then a break. And as always, these are for adults who already use nicotine. If you have any medical condition, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a pharmacist or your GP before using any nicotine product.

Storing your tins so they stay fresh

Pouches are damp by design, which means storage matters more than you might expect. Left in the wrong place, a tin can dry out, lose flavour or pick up odours from whatever it was sitting next to.

The ideal spot is cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. A drawer, a bag pocket or a desk are all fine. A parked car on a summer afternoon is not, because heat dries out the pouches and can make them crumble, and it also speeds up flavour loss. A freezer is the opposite mistake. Condensation on a cold tin that comes back to room temperature will make the pouches soggy.

Keep the lid shut every time. It sounds obvious, but a loosely clipped lid in a pocket is the most common reason for a tin that tastes flat after a week. Make sure the seal clicks into place. If you carry the tin in a jeans pocket, a pressed lid also protects the pouches from being squashed.

Mixed storage is another trap. Do not put a minty tin and a fruit tin in the same bag compartment loose, because strong cooling flavours can transfer a faint aroma. Keep each tin sealed and keep them separate. If you buy several flavours at once, it helps to open them one at a time rather than breaking the seal on all of them.

Safety matters too. Nicotine products must be kept out of reach of children and pets. A used or unused pouch is the right size for a toddler or a dog to swallow, and nicotine is dangerous to both. Store tins in a high drawer or a bag rather than on a coffee table, and bin used pouches somewhere they cannot be reached. If a child or animal swallows a pouch, seek medical or veterinary advice immediately.

Finally, check any best-before date printed on the tin when it arrives, and rotate stock so you use the oldest first. If you buy in bulk for the sake of a deal, a cool cupboard keeps tins in good condition far longer than a warm kitchen shelf. Our FAQ page covers general questions about nicotine products and orders if you want a second opinion on anything storage related.

Pros and cons, honestly weighed

Nobody should buy on enthusiasm alone, so here is a balanced list of what pouches like these do well and where they fall short.

What works in their favour

  • Discreet. No smoke, no vapour and no cloud, so you can use one without drawing attention in most settings.
  • Simple. There is nothing to charge, fill, replace or maintain. The tin is the whole kit.
  • Portable. A tin slips into a pocket and weighs next to nothing, which makes it good for travel and commuting.
  • Wide flavour choice. Eleven options at one flat price makes it easy to find something you like without paying more.
  • Affordable to try. At £3.99 a tin, the cost of experimenting is low.
  • No inhalation. For anyone who dislikes the throat feel of vaping, this is a different delivery route entirely.

What counts against them

  • They still contain nicotine. Nicotine is addictive, and a pouch is not a harmless option.
  • Gum irritation. Placement in the same spot can lead to soreness, especially with strong or cooling flavours.
  • Slower onset. If you are used to the immediate feel of inhaling, absorption through the lip is gentler and takes longer to register.
  • Waste. Used pouches have to be binned properly, and some users find that more awkward than they expected.
  • Rules vary. Some workplaces, venues and transport operators have their own policies on nicotine products, whether or not there is smoke.
  • Taste is personal. Sweeteners and cooling agents polarise people, and a flavour that sounds great on the tin can disappoint in the mouth.

The way to weigh these up is to be clear about what you want. If you want discretion and simplicity, the list leans in the pouch's favour. If you want a strong, immediate hit or the ritual of vaping, you may find them underwhelming. Be honest about that before you buy.

Troubleshooting common pouch problems

Most issues with pouches have simple causes and simple fixes. Here are the ones we hear about most often at the shop, with sensible ways to deal with each.

  • Too strong or dizzy. Take the pouch out, rinse your mouth, drink some water and sit down. Next time, choose a lower strength or leave the pouch in for a shorter time.
  • Burning or stinging under the lip. This is usually the strength, the cooling agents or both. Swap to a milder flavour such as a fruit blend, move the pouch to a different spot and cut the time.
  • Sore gums. Rotate the position, give the area a rest for a day or two and avoid pressing the pouch hard into the same place. If soreness persists or you see any change in your mouth, stop using the product and speak to a dentist or your GP.
  • Flavour disappears quickly. This often means the tin has been stored badly, or the lid was left loose. Check the seal and store it somewhere cool. Sweet flavours also fade faster than mint ones, so it may simply be the flavour type.
  • Pouch feels dry or crumbly. Heat is the likely cause. Keep tins out of sunlit windows and pockets near warm devices.
  • Pouch feels too wet or soggy. That usually follows a spell in a cold place or a tin left open in humid air. Close the lid properly and use that tin first.
  • Nausea or hiccups. Often caused by swallowing too much saliva or using a pouch on an empty stomach. Eat something small and try again at a lower strength.

If a flavour is not what you hoped for, do not force it. Flavour is the easiest thing to change, so move to another option in the range. You may find that you prefer the cooling choices to the sweet ones, or the other way round, and the flat price means that finding out costs very little.

If you ever receive a tin that looks damaged, is missing its seal or does not match your order, please tell us promptly through our contact page, with your order number and a photo if you can. We would rather put it right than have you guess.

Where pouches sit next to vapes and heated products

Anyone picking up a tin of Cobra Nicotine Pouches probably uses something else already, whether that is cigarettes, a vape or another nicotine product. It helps to understand where pouches fit alongside the rest of what we stock.

If you want something you can use where vaping is not welcome, pouches are the natural choice. If you want the familiar hand-to-mouth habit and a throat sensation, a device-based product will suit better. Our disposable vapes are the easiest way into that format, with nothing to set up, while vape kits give you refillable or pod-based hardware that you can tune to your own preferences. Many customers keep both: a pouch for the commute or the office and a vape for the evening.

There is also a third group: adults who want a tobacco taste that comes from heating the leaf rather than burning it. Our heated tobacco range covers that style. It is a different product with its own consumables and its own rules, and it suits a different kind of user from the pouch buyer, but it is worth a look if neither vaping nor pouches appeals to you.

When it comes to upgrading, pouches have fewer rungs than vaping does. The sensible progression is a matter of strength and flavour, not equipment. You might begin on Mint at a lower strength, find it too gentle, and step up to Super Mint or a stronger tin. Or you might begin on a fruit flavour and later explore other brands for a different texture, since pouch size, moisture and fibre type differ between makers. Trying a few across the category is how most people settle on a favourite.

One more point on pairing. Using a pouch and a vape in the same session is not necessary and may lead to taking in more nicotine than you intended. If you do combine them across a day, keep a rough tally of how much you are using in total, so that you stay in control of your habit rather than drifting upwards without noticing.

Delivery, returns and buying with confidence

Ordering should be the easy part. Here is how it works when you buy a tin of Cobra Nicotine Pouches from us.

Orders placed on a working day before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery is free once your basket passes £20 and takes two to three working days. Under £20, standard delivery costs £2.99, and next-day delivery is available for £4.99 if you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Full details sit on our shipping page, which is worth a read if you need something by a particular day. Parcels go out in discreet plain packaging.

Because this is a nicotine product, every order is age-verified electronically at checkout, and where a check is inconclusive we may ask for ID before dispatch. That can add a short delay, so if you are ordering against a deadline, have your details ready and keep an eye on your inbox after you place the order.

Everything we sell is sourced through UK distributors, so you are getting genuine stock rather than grey imports of unknown origin. That is relevant for a product like this, where counterfeit or badly stored tins would be a real concern. On returns, our policy is that opened e-liquids, disposables and pods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, and faulty items can be sent back within 30 days for a replacement or refund. In practice, that means you should check the flavour and strength on the tin before you open it, and tell us straight away if something arrives damaged or does not match your order.

If you are buying more than one tin, it is worth checking our vape deals and the sale section before you check out, as multibuy offers and reduced lines change over time. A basket that mixes several products can also push you past the free delivery threshold, which is often the cheapest way to restock.

Cons

  • Can feel intense for beginners at the top end

Customer Buying Tips

  • Start with the lower strength if you're new — pouch nicotine absorbs faster than a cigarette.
  • Keep the tin chilled — warmth softens the pouch and reduces release time.
  • One pouch = ~30-60 minutes. Don't stack pouches; swap when strength fades.
  • Dispose of used pouches in the top lid section, not the rim where fresh ones sit.

Frequently asked questions

How much do Cobra Nicotine Pouches cost?

The listed price is £3.99 per tin, and that price is the same for all eleven flavours, so choosing Mint instead of Mango makes no difference to what you pay. UK delivery is free once your basket passes £20, and orders placed on a working day before 4pm are dispatched the same day. To work out the cost per pouch, divide the tin price by the pouch count printed on the label, which lets you compare fairly against other brands.

Which flavours are available?

There are eleven flavours: Blueberry, Cola, Energy Mix, Freeze, Ice Cool, Mango, Mint, Mixed Berries, Pineapple, Super Mint and Watermelon. You choose your flavour with the selector on the product page before adding the tin to your basket. If you cannot decide, pick one fruit flavour and one cooling flavour, since the single price makes it inexpensive to compare two styles side by side.

Do nicotine pouches contain tobacco?

Nicotine pouches are sold as tobacco-free, meaning there is no tobacco leaf in the pouch. They do contain nicotine, though, and nicotine is addictive. There is no smoke or vapour, and the pouch is used under the lip rather than lit or inhaled. They are intended for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine, and they are not suitable for anyone who does not.

How long should I leave a pouch in?

Most people keep a pouch in for somewhere between twenty minutes and an hour, depending on strength and personal preference. An hour is generally the upper limit, because by then the flavour has largely faded and leaving it longer only irritates the gum. Beginners often do best at twenty to thirty minutes. Remove it sooner if you feel dizzy, queasy or notice a burning sensation, and bin it responsibly afterwards.

Which strength should I choose?

Start lower than you think you need, because you can always buy a stronger tin next time. Heavy smokers often need a higher strength to feel satisfied, while light users or people new to pouches can find strong ones overwhelming. The strength is printed on the tin, so use that as your guide rather than how minty or fruity the flavour feels, since cooling flavours can seem stronger than they actually are.

Can I use them where I am not allowed to vape?

Pouches produce no smoke or vapour, so many people use them discreetly. However, rules differ between workplaces, venues, airlines and transport operators, and some ban all nicotine products regardless of format. Always check the policy where you are before you use one, and respect it. Never assume that because a pouch makes no cloud, it is allowed everywhere.

Are they suitable for non-smokers or under 18s?

No. These products are strictly for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. Nicotine is addictive, and if you do not currently use it you should not start. Every order is age-verified electronically at checkout, and we may ask for ID before dispatch if a check is inconclusive. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, speak to a pharmacist or your GP before using any nicotine product.

How should I store my tins?

Keep each tin sealed, somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Heat dries pouches out and cold can make them damp, so avoid cars, windowsills and freezers. Store different flavours separately so aromas do not transfer, and always keep nicotine products well out of reach of children and pets. Check any best-before date when your order arrives and use the oldest tin first.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed on a working day before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery takes two to three working days and is free once your basket passes £20, otherwise it costs £2.99. Next-day delivery is available for £4.99 when you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Parcels are sent in discreet plain packaging. Full timings and returns details are on our shipping page.
