Overview: Seriously Shisha Nic Salt Apple Apple, box of 10 at 10mg

This listing is for a multipack of Seriously Shisha nic salt e-liquid in the Apple Apple flavour at 10mg/ml nicotine strength. The box contains ten 10ml bottles, which is the largest bottle size UK rules allow for nicotine-containing e-liquid. Across the whole box that adds up to 100ml of liquid and 1,000mg of nicotine, or 100mg per bottle (10ml multiplied by 10mg/ml).

It is a refill product, not a device. You use it to top up a refillable pod kit, a pod system with a fill port, or another low-power device designed for nicotine salt liquid. The box does not include a battery, a pod or a coil, so you need a compatible device already in hand before you order.

Nic salt liquids differ from traditional freebase liquids because the nicotine is combined with an acid, commonly benzoic acid. In practice this means the vapour feels smoother at a given strength and the nicotine is delivered a little faster, which is why salts are popular with people moving away from cigarettes. A 10mg/ml bottle sits in the lower-middle part of the nic salt range and is the strength many UK vapers settle on once they have stepped down from 20mg.

Here is what stands out about this particular product at a glance.

  • Format: box of ten 10ml nic salt bottles, 100ml in total.
  • Strength: 10mg/ml (1%), 100mg nicotine per bottle.
  • Flavour: Apple Apple, a double apple profile in the shisha tradition.
  • Best suited to: pod kits and low-wattage mouth-to-lung (MTL) devices.
  • Buying angle: a multipack, so the cost per bottle is usually lower than buying singles and you are not reordering every week.

The rest of this page covers flavour, performance, compatible hardware, strength guidance, who should buy it, how to use it, what to do when something goes wrong, and how it stacks up on value against other nic salt ranges. Nicotine is addictive, and this product is intended for adult smokers and existing vapers only.

What is in the box and the key specifications

Because this is a bulk pack, it helps to be clear about exactly what arrives. The figures below are drawn from the product name and from the standards that apply to every nicotine e-liquid sold in the UK. Always check the printed label on your own bottles, because batch details and ingredient ratios are shown there and take priority over any general description.

  • Contents: 10 bottles of nic salt e-liquid.
  • Bottle size: 10ml each, 100ml per box.
  • Nicotine strength: 10mg/ml. This is well under the UK legal ceiling of 20mg/ml.
  • Nicotine type: nicotine salt, designed for low-wattage devices.
  • Flavour: Apple Apple.
  • Bottle cap: child-resistant and tamper-evident, as required for refill containers in the UK.
  • Nicotine per bottle: 100mg. Per box: 1,000mg.

Liquid base ratios matter for hardware compatibility. Nic salt liquids sold for pod systems are generally balanced or leaning towards propylene glycol (PG), because that carries flavour well and flows easily through the small wicking channels in a pod coil. The exact VG/PG split is printed on the label, so check it against what your device manufacturer recommends. If your pod kit specifies a maximum VG percentage, use the label figure rather than guessing.

On the regulatory side, UK nicotine e-liquids must be notified to the MHRA before sale, must carry the health warning, and must list ingredients on the packaging. A 10ml bottle also complies with the size cap for refill containers. You do not need to do anything special as a customer, but it is worth knowing that bottles which look much larger than 10ml, or that claim strengths above 20mg/ml, are not intended for the UK market.

Store the box somewhere cool, dark and out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine e-liquid is toxic if swallowed, and a ten-bottle box is a lot of nicotine in one place, so a high shelf or a lockable drawer is sensible.

Flavour profile: what Apple Apple tastes like

Apple Apple is a take on the classic double apple shisha flavour. In hookah culture, double apple (often called two apples) is built from a pairing of apple notes rather than a single fruit character, and many versions add a faint aniseed or spiced edge at the back. The idea in a vape liquid is to reproduce that layered, slightly syrupy apple without the smoke.

On the inhale you can expect a sweet red-apple note that comes in first, with a tarter, greener apple character following behind it. The exhale is where this style usually shows its personality, with the sweetness lingering and a soft candied finish rather than a sharp, acidic one. If you have tried apple vape flavours that taste like a green apple sweet or a sour candy, this sits closer to the sweet, rounded end of the spectrum.

A few practical points about how it behaves in the mouth.

  • Sweetness: moderate to noticeable. It is not a dry or herbal flavour, so expect some sugar-style sweetness on the lips.
  • Coolness: this is a fruit profile, not a menthol one. Do not expect a strong icy hit unless the label lists a cooling agent.
  • Intensity: shisha-style fruit liquids tend to be bold at low wattage, so a small pod puff already tastes clear and full.
  • Aftertaste: a light apple sweetness that fades within a minute or so.

Flavour perception is personal, and what one person calls juicy another calls artificial. If you have never tried a double apple shisha flavour before, think of it as an apple sweet with a bit more body, rather than a crisp fresh apple. The multipack format suits it well because apple profiles are among the easier flavours to live with day after day, with less fatigue than heavy dessert or sharp sour flavours.

One note on vaping flavour fade: if you notice the apple tasting muted after a few days on one pod, it is usually the coil rather than the liquid. We cover that in the troubleshooting section below.

Performance and how many puffs to expect

Because this is a liquid and not a device, puff count depends on what you put it in and how you vape. You can still estimate it sensibly using bottle volume and typical consumption.

A 10ml bottle fills a common 2ml pod roughly five times. A 2ml pod in a typical MTL system gives many vapers somewhere in the region of 300 to 500 draws before it needs refilling, depending on puff length, coil resistance and wattage. On that basis a single bottle gives roughly 1,500 to 2,500 puffs, and a box of ten gives 15,000 to 25,000. Treat these as ballpark numbers, not guarantees. A long, slow draw on a higher-powered device will use more liquid per puff than short sips on a small pod kit.

Turning that into time, a lighter vaper using about 2ml a day will take around five days to finish a bottle and around seven weeks to finish a box. A heavier user at 4ml a day will use a bottle in two and a half days and a box in about five weeks. Most people land somewhere between those two figures.

The way nic salt delivers its hit is also part of performance.

  • Throat hit: light to moderate at 10mg/ml. Noticeably gentler than the same strength in a freebase liquid.
  • Nicotine satisfaction: a salt delivers nicotine into the bloodstream faster than freebase, so a few puffs can be enough to settle a craving.
  • Vapour production: modest, because salts are designed for low-power MTL devices. Do not expect huge clouds.
  • Consistency: good, provided you keep the coil fresh and do not let the pod run dry.

If you currently use a disposable vape, you may find your puffing pattern changes after switching to a refillable pod kit. Disposables in the UK are capped at 2ml of liquid and 20mg/ml, and single-use disposables can no longer be sold in the UK, so more people are moving to refillable kits with bottles like these. A 10mg/ml salt in a good pod kit will usually feel a little softer than a 20mg/ml disposable, which is the point for many people.

Coil and mesh technology: matching the liquid to your hardware

Nic salts work best in devices that use small, higher-resistance coils at modest power. These are the main hardware types you will meet and how this liquid suits each of them.

  • Standard MTL pod coils (about 0.8 to 1.2 ohm): the natural home for nic salt. These coils run at roughly 8 to 15W, use little liquid per puff and produce a tight, flavourful draw. 10mg/ml works well here and the pod will last a sensible length of time between refills.
  • Mesh coils in pod kits (about 0.6 to 1.0 ohm): mesh spreads heat across a wider surface, so flavour is often more even and vapour a little warmer and denser than with a round wire coil. At 10mg/ml this is a comfortable fit. If your device runs at 15 to 25W, go slowly at first and take shorter draws.
  • Ceramic coils: found in some closed pods and cartridges. They are known for steady flavour and good wicking but can be sensitive to very sweet liquids. If your liquid is sweet, expect to change the coil a little more often.
  • Sub-ohm tanks (below 0.5 ohm) at high wattage: not a good match. Nic salts at high power deliver a large amount of nicotine quickly and can feel harsh. If you do use a 10mg/ml salt in a higher-powered device, keep wattage at the low end of the coil range.

For a sweet fruit liquid such as Apple Apple, coil life is worth planning for. Sugars and sweeteners in the flavouring can build up on the coil over time as a thin film, a process vapers call gunking. A coil that is cleanly burnt in will often last one to three weeks of regular use, and some people get longer. A box of ten bottles will typically outlast several coils, so it is sensible to buy a multipack of replacement coils or pods alongside it if your device uses them.

Always check the manufacturer's guidance on coil resistance and recommended wattage. Running a coil outside its design range is the commonest cause of burnt taste and premature coil failure, whatever liquid you use.

Fill the pod to the maximum line and no higher, and let it sit for a few minutes before the first puff so the cotton can saturate. A dry coil burns instantly and ruins the flavour of the liquid.

Battery and charging: what to know about your device

The liquid itself needs no charging, but the device you pair it with does, and battery behaviour has a direct effect on how the liquid performs. Most refillable pod kits use an internal rechargeable battery somewhere between about 400mAh and 1,000mAh, with USB-C charging on newer models and micro-USB on older ones. Kits at the smaller end suit lighter use, while larger batteries suit people who vape through the day.

As a rough guide, a 600mAh battery driving a 1.0 ohm coil at around 10W will typically last a moderate vaper most of a day. A 1,000mAh battery can last a full day and sometimes longer. If your battery dies noticeably faster than it used to, the cells are probably ageing, and it may be time for a new device.

Good charging habits protect both the battery and your safety.

  • Use the cable that came with the device or a reputable replacement, and a standard USB wall adapter or computer port rather than a fast-charge brick unless the manufacturer says it is fine.
  • Do not charge unattended or overnight on a soft surface such as a bed or sofa.
  • Keep the charging port clean and dry. Spilled liquid in the port is a common cause of charging faults.
  • Avoid extreme heat. A device left in a hot car will lose battery health and can leak liquid.
  • Stop using any device that swells, hisses, smells of burning or becomes unusually hot.

When a device reaches the end of its life, do not put it in household waste. Lithium batteries in bins and recycling trucks are a known fire risk. In the UK, vape devices and batteries count as waste electrical equipment, and many household waste recycling centres, supermarkets and vape shops offer drop-off points. The Recycle Your Electricals website has a postcode search for your nearest option. The same applies to any leftover disposable vapes you may have, which should go to a battery or electrical recycling point and not into general rubbish.

Empty e-liquid bottles can usually be rinsed and treated as small plastic waste, but check your local council's rules because acceptance varies. Do not rinse nicotine residue down a drain more than necessary, and keep wiped-out bottles away from children.

Bottle design and build quality

A 10ml bottle is a simple object, but the details matter when you are filling a pod with a small port several times a week. UK-compliant refill bottles use a slim nozzle or tip so you can place liquid precisely, and a child-resistant, tamper-evident cap that you need to press or squeeze while twisting. A tamper band that breaks on first opening shows the bottle has not been used before.

When your box arrives, run through a quick checklist.

  • Tamper seals intact on every cap. A broken band on a new bottle is worth reporting.
  • No leaks in the box. Slight residue on a nozzle can be normal, but liquid pooling in the packaging is not.
  • Labels readable with strength, flavour, ingredients, batch and best-before details clearly printed.
  • Bottles feel soft enough to squeeze so you can control the flow, which is the usual design for a dropper-style tip.

Packaging in a multipack is generally a cardboard outer carton holding ten bottles, often separated by dividers or lying flat. It is practical for storage but is not leak-proof, so keep the box upright and away from heat. If you carry bottles in a bag, move one or two into a zip-lock bag with a paper towel in case of pressure leaks, which can happen when a bottle is squeezed or changes altitude on a flight.

A well-built nic salt bottle should feel solid at the cap, with no threads that cross or loose-fitting tips. Over time, small plastic bottles can deform slightly if they are left in a hot place, so store them at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Light and heat also degrade flavour and darken the liquid, which is a normal ageing sign rather than a defect, though a large colour change over a short time is worth noting.

Use older bottles first and mark the date you opened each one if you tend to keep several on the go. Most e-liquid is best used within a year or two of manufacture, and the best-before date on the bottle is the reference to follow.

Choosing a nicotine strength: is 10mg right for you?

UK law caps nicotine in e-liquid and in disposable vapes at 20mg/ml, and the two strengths you see most often in nic salt ranges are 10mg and 20mg. This box is the 10mg version, which is often a good middle ground. The right choice depends mostly on how much you smoked or vaped before and what kind of device you use.

  • Light smokers (up to about 10 cigarettes a day) or former smokers cutting back: 10mg/ml usually works well in a pod kit.
  • Moderate to heavy smokers (a pack a day or more) who are just starting to switch: many find 20mg/ml more satisfying at first. If you find 10mg leaves you chain-vaping or reaching for cigarettes, step up. It is better to be satisfied than to relapse.
  • Existing vapers stepping down from 20mg: 10mg is a natural next step. Drop gradually and be patient, as your habit may take a few weeks to adjust.
  • People who vape lightly and socially: 10mg/ml is a comfortable default. Going lower, to 5mg, is also possible in some ranges.

A simple way to test whether your strength is right is to watch your behaviour for a week. If you are vaping far more often than you expected, taking long, deep draws, or feeling irritable between sessions, the strength may be too low. If you feel dizzy, queasy, get a pounding heartbeat or find the throat hit uncomfortably harsh, it may be too high. Strength is easy to adjust, and nobody gets it right on the first try.

Remember that 10mg/ml in a nic salt is not equivalent to 10mg/ml in a freebase liquid. Salt delivers nicotine more efficiently, so people moving from a freebase 12mg liquid usually find 10mg salt about as satisfying, or even a touch stronger. Moving from a 3mg or 6mg freebase to a 10mg salt can feel like a big jump.

If you are currently not using nicotine, this product is not for you. If you are unsure which strength to pick, a smoking cessation adviser, local stop smoking service or your pharmacist can talk it through with you. Free NHS stop smoking support is available across the UK and works alongside vaping.

Who this product is for, and who should skip it

This multipack makes the most sense for people who already know they like the flavour and the strength. If you are still trying things out, order a single bottle of a few different flavours first. If you know what you like, a ten-bottle box saves money and reorders.

Good fit:

  • Adult smokers who have switched to vaping and want a steady supply.
  • Existing pod kit users looking for a reliable all-day flavour.
  • Fruit flavour fans who like sweet, rounded profiles more than menthol or tobacco.
  • Vapers moving away from disposables who need an alternative as single-use products leave the market.
  • Shared households where several adults use compatible devices and the same flavour.

Probably not the right choice:

  • Anyone under 18. It is illegal to sell nicotine vape products to under-18s in the UK, and it is illegal for adults to buy them on behalf of someone underage.
  • Non-smokers. Nicotine is addictive and there is no benefit in starting.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people with heart conditions should speak to a health professional before using nicotine in any form.
  • Fans of dry, tobacco or cooling menthol profiles who dislike sweet flavours.
  • Users of high-powered sub-ohm devices who need high VG liquids with lower nicotine in the 3 to 6mg range.

It is also worth being honest about what a box this size demands. Ten bottles is a considerable amount of nicotine, and it will probably last weeks or months. If you are likely to want a different flavour in the middle of that period, or if you plan to taper your nicotine strength, consider buying a smaller quantity so you are not left holding bottles that no longer suit you.

Finally, if you are trying to quit nicotine entirely and not just cigarettes, look at the long-term plan. Many people use a 10mg salt as a step towards 5mg and then lower or nicotine-free liquids, using the stepped approach that stop smoking services commonly recommend.

How to use: filling, priming and vaping

Using nic salt e-liquid is straightforward, but a few good habits make a real difference to flavour and device life. Follow your device manual first, and use the steps below as a general guide for a typical refillable pod kit.

  • Wash and dry your hands and work on a clean, flat surface. Liquid on skin is not dangerous in small amounts, but wipe it off and wash with soap and water if you spill any.
  • Power the device off or remove the pod before filling.
  • Open the fill port. Most pods have a silicone bung or a sliding cover.
  • Squeeze the bottle gently and place the tip in the fill hole. Fill slowly to the maximum line, and avoid the central air tube. Overfilling is the most common cause of gurgling and leaks.
  • Close the port fully and wipe the pod dry.
  • Wait three to five minutes so the cotton can absorb the liquid. If your coil is brand new, wait ten minutes.
  • Take two or three gentle primer puffs without pressing the fire button (on draw-activated devices) to pull liquid across the wick, then begin vaping normally.

When you vape, take slow, steady mouth-to-lung draws. Hold the vapour in your mouth for a second, then inhale. Draws of two to four seconds are typical. Very long, hard pulls overheat the coil and burn the cotton, while very short ones may not saturate the wick.

To switch flavours, empty the pod completely, rinse it with warm water if the manufacturer allows, let it dry fully, and refill. Changing flavour in a pod that still holds the old liquid causes a muddled taste. A coil used with a heavily sweet liquid will carry some of that flavour into the next, so swap the coil if you want a clean change.

Store the device upright when you are not using it, and clean the metal contacts occasionally with a dry cotton bud. Keep spare bottles in the original box in a cool place and always replace the cap firmly after each fill.

Troubleshooting common problems

Most problems with refillable pod kits come down to the coil, the fill level or the battery. Here is a quick guide to the situations vapers encounter most often with sweet fruit nic salts.

  • Burnt taste: the coil is either dry or worn out. Check the liquid level, prime properly and, if the taste persists after a refill, replace the coil. Do not keep vaping through a burnt taste, as it indicates the cotton is scorched.
  • Flavour seems weak or flat: sweet liquids can coat the coil, which reduces flavour even when the pod is full. A new coil usually fixes it. Vapers also lose some sensitivity to a flavour they have used for weeks, so a short break to a different flavour can help.
  • Gurgling or spitting: there is too much liquid, or condensation has built up in the airflow channel. Tip out the extra, wipe the mouthpiece, and avoid overfilling.
  • Leaking from the pod: check the pod for cracks, make sure the fill port is sealed, and do not fill above the max line. Changes in temperature and pressure can also push liquid out, so keep the pod upright.
  • Throat hit feels too harsh: the strength may be too high for you, the wattage may be too high, or the liquid may be hotter than you like. Lower the power if the device allows it, or try a lower strength.
  • Not enough hit: the strength may be too low for your habit. Make sure the coil is fresh and the device is fully charged before moving up to 20mg.
  • Dizziness or nausea: put the device down and take a break. You may be vaping too frequently or at too high a strength. If symptoms continue, seek medical advice.
  • Device does not fire: check the battery, clean the pod contacts, make sure the pod is seated firmly and check the airflow is not blocked by liquid.

If you suspect a fault with the liquid itself, such as an unusual smell, a cloudy appearance that does not clear, or a cap that was already loose on arrival, stop using that bottle, keep the packaging and contact the retailer with the batch number. Do not dispose of nicotine liquid by pouring it down a sink or onto the ground. Absorb it with kitchen paper, seal it in a bag and put it in general waste, or ask your local council about hazardous waste handling.

Value for money and how it compares with similar ranges

The main appeal of a ten-bottle box is cost per millilitre. Buying in bulk typically brings the price of each bottle well below the single-bottle rate, and over a few weeks it saves both money and time spent reordering. The figure to compare is price per 10ml bottle, and then the cost of the nicotine itself, since both strengths in a range usually cost the same.

A simple way to judge value is to compare the cost of a bottle with the number of days it lasts. At about two to four millilitres a day, a 10ml bottle covers around two and a half to five days. Divide the box price by the 100ml and then by your daily consumption to see what a day of vaping costs. For most vapers this works out well below the cost of smoking, and often below the cost of buying disposables, particularly because a pod kit is reusable and only coils and liquid are recurring costs.

It is fair to look at how this compares with other established ranges. Several widely sold nic salt brands, such as Elf Liq, IVG Salt, Dinner Lady Salts and the Bar Salts ranges, also offer 10ml bottles in 10mg and 20mg, usually at a similar price tier. The honest differences are mostly about flavour rather than technical performance.

  • Flavour range: some competing brands have a wider catalogue, with dozens of flavours. A shisha-themed range tends to have a narrower, more focused selection, which suits you if the style appeals.
  • Brand familiarity: big names have more reviews and long track records. A smaller range has fewer public comparisons, so trying a single bottle yourself is a sensible test.
  • Sweetness: shisha-style liquids often lean sweeter than some fresh-fruit or ice-led competitors. If you want a crisp, cold apple, a menthol-fruit blend from another brand may suit you better.
  • Technical performance: at the same strength and the same base ratio, differences in throat hit and vapour are small. Do not pay extra for a name alone.

Value is not only price. A box you will not finish is poor value, while a box that keeps you off cigarettes is excellent value. If you are unsure about the flavour, a single bottle of Apple Apple first is a reasonable way to check before committing to ten. If you already know you like it and your strength is settled, the multipack makes financial sense.

Also factor in running costs for the device. Coils usually cost a few pounds each and last a couple of weeks, so a box of ten bottles used over six to eight weeks will need a few replacement coils on top. Even so, total spend generally comes out comfortably below that of a smoking habit.

Frequently asked questions

What nicotine strength should I choose, and is 10mg right for me?

10mg/ml suits many light-to-moderate smokers and people stepping down from 20mg. Heavier smokers who are just switching often find 20mg more satisfying at first, and the UK limit for e-liquid and disposables is 20mg/ml. If you feel dizzy or find the throat hit harsh, go lower, and if you keep reaching for cigarettes, go higher.

Does this product need charging?

No. It is a liquid refill, so there is nothing to charge in the bottle. Your pod kit or device has the battery, and you should charge that using the supplied cable, not overnight on soft furnishings, and recycle it at a battery or electricals drop-off point when it wears out.

Can I swap flavours or buy other variants?

Yes. Seriously Shisha is a flavoured range, so other flavours and strengths may be available separately. When you change flavour, empty and rinse the pod, let it dry and ideally fit a fresh coil so the old taste does not carry over.

How long will a box of ten bottles last?

It depends on how much you vape. At about 2ml a day a box lasts roughly seven weeks, and at 4ml a day it lasts around five weeks. A single 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod about five times.

Is a box of 10 good value compared with buying single bottles?

Multipacks usually cost less per bottle than singles, and they save you reordering. They only make sense if you already know you like the flavour and strength, so if you are unsure, try one bottle first.

Who should and shouldn't buy this?

It is for adult smokers and existing vapers who like sweet apple flavours and use a pod kit or low-power device. It is not for under-18s, non-smokers, or people who are pregnant or have heart conditions without medical advice. It also does not suit high-powered sub-ohm tanks that need high VG, low-nicotine liquid.

Can I use it in a sub-ohm tank or a disposable?

Nic salts are designed for low-wattage mouth-to-lung devices, so a sub-ohm tank at high power is not a good match and can feel harsh. You cannot refill most disposables, and single-use disposables can no longer be sold in the UK, so use a refillable pod kit instead.

How do I look after the coil when using a sweet flavour?

Sweet liquids leave residue on the coil, so expect to change it roughly every one to three weeks. Prime a new coil for a few minutes before vaping, and never fire a dry pod.

What are the UK delivery options?

We deliver across the UK, and the available methods, costs and cut-off times are shown at checkout. Because nicotine products are age-restricted, you will need to confirm you are 18 or over when you order, and age checks may apply on delivery.

What is the warranty and returns policy?

E-liquid does not carry a device warranty, but you have the usual UK consumer rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Sealed, unopened bottles can generally be returned within the stated period, while opened bottles are not normally accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Contact us with your order number and a photo if anything arrives damaged.
